I'm never going to be over Tubbo and Pac today - "what are you learning?" "I'm learning that happiness has a price"
Pac, the self sacrificial bastard who thinks taking the medicine has to be done, that Cellbit can't be the one to do it, and no one else is left. so he has to take the sacrifice. who thinks that it doesn't matter either way because Mike is gone, his son is gone, Forever is gone, and he knows he's leaving Cellbit behind, but Cellbit has always been the investigator, and out of the two of them, it's better him than Cellbit. if Pac can do this then it's a great success. if he can't then it's no loss. in his eyes, he's expendable.
he's been miserable, he's been so depressed, he's lost he's hopeless and now with the pills? he has something. and isn't that fucked that he feels the only happiness he'll feel again is with this altered mindset? like. his loves and joys have been taken from him. now with these pills he feels happy. he feels nothing but happy. and he knows the price he's paying for it.
I'm so fuckin impressed he managed to get the meds to cellbit. I'm so glad all his precautions paid off. and I hope it was all worth it in the end. I hope him and Forever will get their cure.

For further context: this whole FB involved Sharena and Henriette seeking out lockpickers in the Order of Heroes to open this VERY SECURELY locked box from Gustav's room that took Tina's special staff to finally crack open (or rather -- "steal" the contents out of. No one could actually break the lock!)
And the first instance of this!
It makes me wonder if he saved anything related to Sharena..........

Anyway prohibitedwish dark medieval mystery drama au. The story is interjected every so often by prismo and scarab arguing over what should happen next
#random thoughts#adventure time#over time scarab learns to accept when things dont go his way (especially when prismo has a very good idea)#and prismo gets help working through his depression through the beauty of creating with another person (euphamism for gay sex lol)#hey prismo why do you want to collab with scarab hmm? to create life with another man? pretty gay it does seem#anyway in the beginning they argue because scarab wants stuff to go his way#and prismo keeps bringing up bad ideas and wanting to put jake-esque characters in everything#prismo is. not very creative#anyway their universe ends up following a sheriff and a self-declared wizard in the late-12th century (so around robin hood times)#as the sheriff hunts down a group of bandits#(prismo ends up really liking the bandits and thinking the sheriff sucks balls for hunting them down and scarab's like you just dont get it)#the self-declared wizard is very much a conman hawking snake oil (i do NOT sound like that is. very commonly interjected by prismo)#there is no magic. prismo keeps trying to put magic in there. scarab keeps shutting him down#scarab ends up trying to kill off the wizard for a dramatic moment and prismo gets upset about it#'it's a tragedy! it's supposed to be sad!' 'but WHAT IS THE POINT??? it's just tragedy for the sake of tragedy!'#'if your plan this whole time was to make me upset then congrats!!! you made everyone's friend prismo upset. im gonna do something else now'#prismo disappears and scarab feels. bad. it doesn't feel good.#eventually prismo comes back in to apologize for getting too into the story and leaving in a huff and shit and surprise!!!#the wizard is still alive! scarab LISTENED and he CONCEDED and CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT BABEY!!!#now the ending of the story they were trying to tell is more bittersweet instead of a full-on 'everyone's dead or sad' thing#btw the sheriff and the wizard end up kissing and prismo and scarab are both VERY awkward about it#scarab still likes dark edgy stuff but he recognizes the universe he created with prismo is a SHARED project and he's been kind of a pill

it self selects for people who actually play the game. it’s canon that he’ll fight off transphobes with the blade. and if they actually played guilty gear they’d get the underlining messages
While it can be really funny to bully these guys back, please keep in mind that nothing you can say or do to these people will hurt them or waste as much of their time as what they say will stick with you or waste your time. It might be funny to send them a bunch of Ky pictures, but what they're doing is laughing that the only response the people they hate can give them is sending a bunch of pictures of anime boys.
The only thing that works is blocking them. They've turned being an asshole into a recreational sport and getting any sort of response in return is a victory for them.

I love your RW art month tiles. What art program do you use and how do you get those really clean textures and shapes?
I use PaintToolSai, both 1 and 2- but most of the drawing gets done in SAI1 since I couldn't get my brushes to import right for 2. Its an extremely bare bones program all things considered (Sai2 less so, it has a bit more tool-wise, but I only draw in it if i *have* too or for minor stuff) so its nothing really fancy being employed, everything geometric I do just by using a self made grid to measure out shapes like you would a piece of paper.
Literally its just a measured out grid of like... 50 by 50 px squares with cross sections? I just paste it as needed and draw the lines around it and since the measurements are consistent it just works.
my default pen is already "crunchy" so being perfectly matched isnt a huge deal, and you can general paste and rotate to make it look a little cleaner. Honestly I've used this same grid for forever (and it was off by like one pixel at one point lol) its just really useful for quick matching things for a program that doesn't have stuff built in for lining things up
As for the textures, those are all default to SAI (I think?). The brush I use lightly uses of fabri (which mostly just makes the edges of the brush grainier) and then I usually also put some various level of a layer texture overlay thats just one of SAI's default 'watercolor' textures. It mostly just adds a little bit of a noise/grain effect. Heres that on max
For ArtMonth itself I just draw out a tile canvas using the grid with all the layers broken up- then I just reuse it over and over as needed. There's probably smarter ways to do it, but eh it works
And yeah, theres just two borders. One for the bottom and one for the top, makes it easy to make something that goes 'in and out' of the tiles without having to think to much. Just snip as needed

either people with OCD need to stop being relatable or i need to see a doctor
#the intrusive thought part is insanely relatable to me but also so much of everything else in tests is just not something i struggle with?#like the cleanliness thing or the disease thing. I don't have rituals per se#or at least I wouldn't call them that? i have really bad intrusive thoughts and I've gotten in the habit of hitting myself#or saying random words/noises out loud when it happens to snap out of it. and it's getting worse with time ngl#only people i ever saw relate to it said it had smth to do with ocd. but it's not exactly a compulsion is it? I don't even realize i do it#it's instantaneous. like instinct. and then I'm left to deal with my head aching or my hand almost bitten to blood lol#it's painful! and it sucks and i hate it and I'm so tired of dealing with it. but it's literally just That#i guess if have anything like a compulsion it's that i check behind my bathroom curtains a lot before i shower#to make sure i closed the windows even though i just did it and checked a dozen times before. but it doesn't stop me from showering#or impact me anywhere else either. like most times i just leave the curtains open so i can see they're closed with a glance and move on#that's it!#man. this i exhausting#anyone got advice?
