OMG, here’s a 1900 English Tudor in Brookline, Massachusetts, like no other. It has 6bd., 9ba., & is priced at $4.2M.

Look at the medieval castle-like front door, which is typical of a Tudor.

Lovely entrance hall.

The sitting room has beautiful original wood walls, built-ins, and this wonderful fireplace.

Rough plaster arch opens to a sunny tower-like dining room.

What a grand sitting room this is. That fireplace! A long window seat and doors to the garden and sunroom.

Look at this sunroom. Can you imagine this as a conservatory? Flagstone floor and original fountain feature. It would be perfect.

Unfortunately, I can’t say that I like the kitchen remodel. I don’t like the color and style of the cabinets, b/c they don’t match the house. They put in a traditional tile counter and backsplash. What’s the point? They may as well have put in regular counters, like they did on the island.

Soaring skylight on the 2nd fl. landing.

I love the fireplace nook in the main bd.

Love the vintage look of the bath.

Look at all the built-in storage in the hall. I’m wondering if that little door in the wall is a dumb waiter, and if so, did they close it off downstairs?

This secondary bd. and bath is lovely.

In the basement is a lovely rec room with a stone fireplace and matching bar. Notice the little tables in the nooks flanking the fireplace.

The home includes a large garden and pool on .99 acre of land.

I'm rewatching Brooklin 99 again and I'm on season 2 and I love the fact that Jake and Amy got together relatively early on but the show managed to make them a loving compelling couple and never found a bs reason for them to break up. They were together for 6 seasons and the show was amazing and they were the beast couple! And I hope that's what we get with chenford.

Like, it took a lot for them (Lucy and Tim) to get together and it as a super well written friends to lovers slowburn and now that they are finally together I hope they stay that way until the show ends (whenever that may be). There are a lot of conflicts that can happen and give the show the drama it needs but still have them be a happy, healthy couple. I really think chenford is endgame and I hope they don't feel the need to mess with it.

More than the fact that we both know that even though we call each other best friends, we are something more.

I could say all that, but it wouldn’t come even close to describing how much I love her. And sometimes I get sad, because she will never know just how much I love her. Because she, nor anyone else, can ever even imagine loving someone so all consumingly. And no matter how many times I try to make her understand, she will not accept the fact that she is the most absurdly amazing person to ever exist.
