I need more Bruce interacting with Jon and Conner. Bruce mother henning Conner despite the mf being a tank on two legs and pretty much indestructible.
Reminding him to eat, and sleep, and put a jacket on whenever he steps outside, even if Kon has no need for them. Who tends to his wounds after battle.
Long trips to the medical bay. Kon pretending to be sick, struck down by some Kryptonian illness, cause he learned from Clark Bruce makes a great chicken soup.
Bruce scolding him for pointlessly throwing himself at danger for the sake of showing off, "Benched. 2 weeks. No fussing."
" Yeah, whatever, mom."
Someone's waiting for Bruce to correct him. They'll be waiting a long time.
Bruce goes from " Mr. Damian's Dad" to " Bruce" to " Pa" with Jon; The transition is cleaner and smoother and faster than Bruce expected, but he's not complaining.
Give me Bruce who patches up Jon's uniform, who tells him it's perfectly fine to still have toys at his age (it's not about objects, but the familiarity they bring) and he takes them with on patrol. Just in case.
Bruce who picks him up from school, who tells off bullies for him with a tongue so mean Jon actually gulps, who picks him up when he pretends to sleep in the Batmboile.
Bruce who has their favorite snacks on his utility belt, who just slightly overprotective and tells Clark please, don't throw their kids into the oxygen layer because they dared you to.
"Our kids?"
" I don't mean to overstep. I apologize. I'll be more mindful of my language in the fu--" Clark is crying and hugging him and Bruce simply pats his back.

Sweetbans Masterlist
AN: Here's another one for you!
one. fall.
You have no idea why you thought it would be a good idea to go rollerblading. It has been years since you put them on but you begged Caitlin all day saying it would be a fun little outing.
You were completely wrong. It wasn't even 5 minutes in when you fell and got a pretty nasty scrap on your knee.
It takes a few seconds before you feel like you can stand and when you do you wince then sit back down.
Caitlin is looking at our scrap with furrowed eyebrows as she examines what the best course of action would be.
"We should get you home to clean that up, I don't want it to get infected," Caitlin says as her eyes are still glued to your knee.
"No, we just started. I want to keep going," you combat and try to stand again.
Once you are on your feet, you realize you can barely move your leg. You try to hide the pain you are in from your girlfriend but have a hard time hiding anything when you begin to put any sort of pressure on your left leg.
"Okay that is it," Caitlin says as she turns around and hoists you up on her back. She leave both of your rollerblades where you fell and is now carrying you back to your apartment in her socks.
"Cait! I am fine!" You say frustrated that your cute date has been cut short.
"You are not fine." She mumbles as she marches back. "I am going to inspect it after I disinfect it and we will see if I need to take you to urgent care to get it stitched."
"Babe, chill - I am okay." You say, then realize it is a mistake.
Her head whips around as she comes to a complete stop. You can only see her profile but you know she is giving you her death stare.
You learned early on in your relationship how protective Caitlin can be. At first, you thought it was normal but then one of her teammates pointed out how whenever you are in any sort of compromising situation - both physical or mental, Caitlin is right there watching over you. It is always endearing, but could also be too much at times.
You kiss her shoulder and you feel her relax.
The two of you make your way into your apartment. She places you on the kitchen counter as she makes her way to the bathroom to grab the first aid kit.
While she is gone, you attempt to stand up, putting most of your weight on your hands as you slowly lower yourself to the ground. Once you are down on your right foot, you slowly shift your weight to your left and feel pain shoot to your knee. You hiss and begin to lose your balance, trying to grab onto the counter.
Before you know it you feel yourself going down. You mentally brace for your second impact on the ground today but it never comes.
Cait has made her way back to you and has caught you mid-fall, effortlessly lifting you back up and sitting you back down on the counter.
"Do not do that again," is all she says as she opens the first aid kit.
You listen and feel bad for trying to get down on your own. You know Caitlin is doing everything in her power to care for you and you are doing everything you can to do it yourself.
Caitlin takes her time as she disinfects the wound, her hands are the most gentle they have ever been. She is locked in on ensuring she does a thorough job and you do everything in your power to not flinch away from her touch.
You can begin to see steam come out to Caitlin's ears as she is working so intricately on your wound. You bring your hand to brush down the left side of her head.
"I'm sorry I forced you to go rollerblading." You say looking at her. "And I am sorry I fell and that you have to take care of me." This is the best you can do to say Caitlin was right about the whole rollerblading idea.
She looks up at you for the first time since last scolding you for moving.
"You don't need to apologize, babe. I know you didn't do this on purpose." She says as she kisses your right knee. You give her a half smile as she places a bandage on your knee. She stands and you pull her in between your legs and wrap your arms around her for a hug.
She wraps her arms around you and lets out a sigh. The second she does, you know it has been one she has been holding in for a while now.
You rub her back knowing the stress you have caused her this afternoon. Her body relaxes into yours and you can't imagine having anyone else take care of you the way Cait does.
two. handsy.
It’s the Hawkeyes first game in March Madness and you could not be more excited.
Typically you attend games with your friends or sit with Caitlin's family but in this game, Caitlin was able to score you a courtside seat which you gladly accepted.
You get to the game and get escorted to your seat. You chose a simple outfit that consisted of black jeans, some black pumps, and of course your girl’s jersey.
As you sit down you notice the seats around you are empty, you know they will fill up right before tipoff.
You watch the girls come out and begin their warm-ups. You see Caitlin looks around the court until her eyes land on you. Giving her a little wave, she smiles and gives a wave back. Typically you don't drag Cait's attention away from the game but being so close and seeing her look for you, you couldn't help it.
As they are announcing the teams, the people next to you show up. You don't pay them much attention as they begin to announce the Hawkeyes, cheering on Caitlin as she makes her way onto the floor.
The game begins and you are locked into watching Caitlin dominate the court.
You are pulled away from the game when you feel a tap on your thigh. Looking away from the game for a second, you turn to the girl sitting next to you.
She points down to the ground where her lipgloss has rolled by your foot. You pick it up and hand it to her with a smile then turn your attention back to the court.
The first time out is called and you are able to sit back in your chair and breathe for a minute. Watching Caitlin always has your elbows on your knees, holding your breath, with your eyes on her. So any time they call a time-out or the quarter ends you are able to sit back and release the tension your body holds.
"Hey, I'm sorry I interrupted you from the game," the girl next to you says.
You giver her a smile, "Oh you are good!"
"I'm Sarah," she extends her hand. You shake it and introduce yourself.
The game begins again and you assume your position. You cheer on the team as they put in work to stay ahead of the other team. You are on the edge of your seat and don't realize these are folding seats as you push it back slightly, losing your balance.
Just as you are about to fall you feel arms come around you as Sarah has effortlessly caught you and saved you from making a fool of yourself. You are in an awkward squat for .5 seconds as she scoots your chair back to support you. As you sit, your hand comes to her lower thigh as you mumble a thank you, still embarrassed.
"Hey you're good babe, I won't let you fall," she says with a beaming smile. You give her a small smile and nod, thanking her.
Your attention goes back to your girl who you notice has eyes on you. She is staring directly at you, eyes going between you and the girl sitting next to you. Sending you girl a nod, you lock back into the game.
It isn't long after that the half is announced and the girl next to you starts making conversation with you. You don't want to be rude and enter into the light conversation. She stops what she is saying then takes her finger and removes a hair that got caught on your lip. Her finger comes and brushes your cheek and you feel like this is going a little too far.
"Sarah, you seem like a really nice girl but I'm in a relationship." You say.
"Oh my gosh, I promise I am not hitting on you!" She says and introduces you to the girl next to her who's her wife.
A blush instantly makes its way to your face as you feel the fullness of the embarrassment that has overtaken your body. Sarah then puts her arm around you and gives you a side hug as you hide your face in your hands.
Little did you know that Caitlin had seen the whole interaction and had quite frankly had enough of whatever was happening on the sidelines.
Taking only a few giant strides, she is now in front of you.
"Cait!" You yell surprised she has abandoned her post before the fourth quarter.
She is looking right at Sarah, eyes burning into the girl next to you.
"I'm going to need you to remove your arm from my girl and keep your hands to yourself." She says as she removes her arm from you, setting Sarah's hand on her lap and patting it.
"Caitlin," you try getting her attention to let her know the newfound fact that Sarah is indeed not hitting on you.
Caitlin just goes on to tell Sarah that you are happily in a relationship and that she doesn't need the distraction of someone hitting on her girlfriend every 5 minutes.
You get fed up, standing and grabbing Caitlin's face.
"Sarah is married and you are the only one for me!" You yell at her so she can hear you over the crowd. She freezes and now it is her turn to feel the heat of embarrassment creep into her cheeks.
You place a little kiss on her nose and release her, turning her shoulders back to the court and pushing her towards Gabby who checks in with Cait. Caitlin brushes her off as she can't shake the smile on her face.
Your nose kisses are her favorite.
three. work.
Caitlin is currently sitting in the rolling chair right next to yours, tossing up a lacrosse ball as she waits for you to finish up some admin work.
Your staff decided to do its first ever 'bring your spouse into work day'. You thought it was silly considering your company is literally a team of rugby players but caved in when you told Caitlin about it and she was completely on board.
Caitlin and you weren't married yet but had been dating since high school. The two of you talked about marriage quite frequently but wanted to wait until after college to figure it all out. You both knew it was coming but just a matter of when.
"I am almost done here and then we will head out to the field," you say finishing up one of your reports. Caitlin nods, which is unseen to you but you know she is content. Between her practices, games, your work, and school - any time the two of you got together was gold.
You finish up and the two of you head out to the field. You work as a part of the sports medicine team for a local rugby team. It was perfect because it's what you are studying in school and will look good when on your resume. Your goal is to go into the WNBA with Caitlin's team wherever she is drafted.
During the practice, it is a lot of retaping and making sure all the players have what they need. Caitlin watches in awe as these giant guys come up to her girl needing her help with something. You aren't the tallest person to begin with but seeing these full-grown men come up to you makes Caitlin so proud.
Once practice is done - you and Cait go back to your office knowing the fun has just begun. Caitlin takes a seat back in the rolling chair as you grab a pile of towels and make sure your massage table is out and prepped.
Aside from taping, one of your main jobs was massaging out the guys at the end of practice and/or games if needed.
Caitlin knows what you do - you talk about frequently when your job is ever brought up in conversation. She knows what you do firsthand as you have spent countless hours rubbing out knots that she has built up from her own sport. But she was not ready for what she was about to witness.
The first player comes in and you and he joke around as he gets set on the table. By the sounds of it, he is in here after every practice.
He sets himself on his side and hikes up his shorts on his right leg as he twists to the all too familiar position. You place a towel on his upper thigh and glut. As you begin to work out his glut he starts groaning in pain.
You laugh as you continue to work him out. His hand comes up to grab your shoulder, trying to get any sort of pressure released as your elbow assaults his knot. Caitlin's eyes are on the player's hand that is clutching your shoulder now.
You ease up and nudge his hand off, making a joke that he is making you uncomfortable. Caitlin released the breath she didn't realize she was holding.
The thing is - Caitlin is beyond secure in your relationship. She has no doubts that you are hers and only hers but seeing this guy wither under your touch has a fire burning within her. At this moment, it provided no comfort to Caitlin knowing how good your massages are.
Caitlin sits there with her arms crossed as you finish working with the guy. The guy thanks you and heads out as you have a little break.
"I don't know if I like this," Caitlin says, arms still crossed as she is leaning back in her chair.
You shoot her a smile and make your way to her.
"You know best what these hands can do," you say with a shrug and a little smirk. Her eyes widen, not expecting that response from you as the next guy walks in. You lean over and kiss her on the head as you greet the next player.
The next player is similar except you are working out the back of his calves and thighs. He keeps moaning and groaning which you laugh at. Caitlin knows the sounds the guy is making are due to the pain he is in but she can’t help but feel jealousy rise within her.
Again, she knows this is your job and she knows that she is the one you come home to every night but it is wild to her that these guys are squirming at your touch.
This player is feeling so much pain that he reaches back and grabs the back of your thigh just to hold onto something and Caitlin can see him squeeze it.
She leans over and grabs the guy's hand, removing it from your leg.
“Okay that’s enough,” Caitlin says putting her hand on your thigh where she just removed his.
The player apologizes and you give Cait a questioning look.
She doesn’t say anything to you but lets you finish the massage. The player grips the table until you are finished and thanks you upon leaving.
“What was that about babe?” You ask putting everything away.
“There is no reason for them to touch you - especially the way the second guy was. It’s inappropriate,” she says.
“It’s a reflex, it means nothing. And trust me, I always have them remove it.” You say walking up to her.
You stand in between her legs as her hands come up to find the back of your thighs. She looks up at you for a second then her head falls to your stomach. Your hands come to her head and soothe her hair over.
“Your hands are the only ones I want on my body babe.” You say in a sweet tone.
“They better be,” she says giving your legs a squeeze as she pulls you in and hugs your middle.
AN: I hope you enjoyed this lil cute one. And as always, thank you for your love and support 🤍

Bring Me Home Arc 2 Part 20: FINAL
So guess what I realized this morning. Today, November 13, 2023 is the one year anniversary of me posting my first DPxDC fic to tumblr. It was the original fill for this very fic. (Which you can find here.)
So I decided I just had to finish this arc and get it posted. This year has been amazing and so much fun. I've become a much better writer and joined a community that has brought me so much joy. I'm glad to be here and I'm glad so many of you like to read what I'm sharing.
I noticed I got a few new readers over the past week or so, so welcome to all of you! Hope you enjoy this early update!
In personal news, my nephew was born and he's adorable and I'll be meeting him tomorrow! (As soon as I'm done posting this, I'm off to make food for his mom.)
Story Summary: Tim and Danny are both neglected by parents who care more about their work than their families. They deal with this by spending too much time online and find each other playing MMORPGs. They keep up their friendship as Tim becomes Robin and Danny becomes Phantom and don't bother keeping secrets from each other.
Arc 1
Arc 2: Part 1, Previous
Word Count: 1.2k
-----
In the end, it ended up taking several hours for Danny, Sam, and Tucker to escape their families and converge on the park. In that time, Tim had called Bruce to let him know he’d be back in Gotham by tomorrow and finished most of his homework.
While he worked, Wulf and Bart were having an animated conversation in Esperanto.
Tim was pretty sure Wulf would be bringing Bart to the Ghost Zone for a tour sometime and started making plans to learn Esperanto himself and bribe Bart to get in on them.
Cassie was helping Conner sort through some of the music Sam had given him. Tim was jealous as he solved more banal trig questions. Why did school have to be so boring? He tapped his pencil on the paper in time to the beat of whatever music Conner had playing.
Tucker was the first to arrive. “Danny and Sam not here yet?” he asked as he plopped down next to Bart and Wulf.
“Nope. Haven’t heard from them, either,” said Tim. He opened his phone notifications again just to be sure, but there was nothing new.
Tucker shrugged and pulled out a stick of jerkey to munch on. “Not surprising. The Fentons will be all overprotective after the mayor was kidnapped by a ghost on live TV. And Sam’s parents are just as bad. Only they smother rather than check the weaponry.” He turned to greet Wulf in Esperanto.
An email came through on Tim’s phone and he groaned. “Our evening interview was canceled. No one wants to hear us try to defend Phantom anymore.”
Cassie cursed. “Course not. Bet the paper won’t publish our editorials either.”
Conner looked over, confused. “Won’t they? Clark works for the Daily Planet. They publish stuff like that all the time.”
Tim didn’t look up from his math as he answered, “That’s the difference between a big, Pulitzer winning publication and a small-town op-ed.”
Tucker sighed. “Well maybe someone will remember your interviews from this morning in a positive light.”
Bart rolled his eyes. “Come on, we can’t change it. So let’s move forward. Next step, make friends with more ghosts! Wulf says there’s a bunch of cool people in the Realms.”
“Realms?” asked Tim.
“It’s what he says the Ghost Zone is actually called. The Infinite Realms.”
“Huh. I’ll have to check JL databases, see if they have any information on them.”
Tucker asked something in Esperanto and Bart burst out laughing as Wulf looked on in confusion.
With Bart’s help, though, he rephrased until Wulf was able to reply. And then the three kept to Esperanto. Tim really had to find time to learn it.
Sam was the next to arrive. She grinned and sat down next to Conner. “How you liking the music?”
Conner grinned and showed her the sheets where he ranked the bands so far based on which songs he’d listened to. She then took over the speakers and searched for specific tracks to try and change his mind about some of the bands he liked the least.
Tim let his eyes close as his friends’ voices washed over him.
After some indeterminate time where he dozed between sleeping and awareness, a foot nudged his hip. Tim grumbled out what was supposed to be a, “What?” but was too mumbled to really be understood.
“Come on, Secrets. You can do better than that.”
Tim cracked an eye open to see Danny grinning down at him. He pushed himself up slightly and blinked heavily in the sunlight.
“Finally got away from your parents?” asked Tim.
Danny collapsed on the ground next to him. “Ugh, don’t remind me. They’re freaking out over everything that’s happened the last few days. Jazz and I are basically going to be on lock down until they feel confident the ghosts are gone.”
“Did you have to sneak out to get here?” asked Cassie.
Danny shook his head. “No, I told them I was going to find you guys to make sure you were all safe. You’re welcome to come back to ours tonight, by the way. Mom and Dad basically insisted on it.”
“What do you guys think?” asked Tim. “Spend one more night here at Danny’s and head out in the morning?”
Cassie sighed. “My mom’s already freaking out that I’ve been gone longer than planned. I should get back tonight.”
“I’ll stay,” offered Conner. “I’m your ride home, anyway.”
“Why don’t you come to my place, Conner,” offered Sam. “Your nails need a fresh coat after fighting today. And I need teach you about the different brands of makeup and what to look for in terms of cost, quality, and ethicality. Plus I can get you more music.”
Tim laughed when Conner looked to him. “Go for it. Have fun.”
Conner grinned. “Then yeah, let’s do it!”
Bart shrugged. “Wulf is going to go back to the Realms soon. I’ll head out after. Wally and Linda want me over for a family dinner tonight.”
“Well, looks like that’s it, then,” sighed Danny. “Been fun having other heroes around.”
Tim nudged his shoulder. “Join the Young Justice. You could join us and we'd help out whenever you wanted. Get you around people who actually appreciate what you do for them.”
But Danny was already shaking his head. “I have to stay here. And now Amity trusts heroes even less. I want to improve that, not make it worse.”
“Even if you don’t join,” declared Conner. “You’re not getting rid of us now.”
Bart nodded his agreement. “Yep. We’re gonna be stopping by all the time. You’re in the group chat.”
“Exactly,” agreed Tim. “And we’ll figure out ways to help you. Starting with how to minimize property damage. That seems to be the big thing people focus on. You can make shields, right? How big can you make them and how much power do they take?”
Danny smiled wryly. “Can’t say I’ve really tested it.”
Tim laughed. “Well, I know one thing we’re doing tonight. We’re going to go back to Nasty Burger—” Tim looked around at the whole group “—all of us. Then Cassie and Bart are going to go home. Danny and I, at least, are going to take a nap. Then we’re gonna test the current limits to Danny’s powers.”
Danny bumped their shoulders together. “You know, this is just like gaming with you all those years.”
“Yeah, well, it’s best to be thorough.”
“We’ve measured, like, his top speed and stuff,” said Tucker, pulling out a PDA. “Want to see what we’ve got so far?”
“Absolutely.” Tim took the device and looked through it. “You’ve a decent amount of information here. Maybe instead of taking a nap, I’ll help you organize it and come up with a testing plan.”
Conner flew over to him and pulled the PDA out of his hand. “Not after pulling an all-nighter you won’t. We’re going to get some food, then the two of you are going to sleep for at least four hours.”
“I’ll set Jazz on you, too,” threatened Sam. “Don’t think I won’t.”
Tim pouted as the device was given back to Tucker. And grumbled more when Conner picked him up and threw him over his shoulder.
“Come on, food time.”
“I am going to put kryptonite in your phone,” threatened Tim.
“Bingo!” shouted Cassie.
Danny laughed as he stood. “Does this mean I can join the next round?”
Tim scowled. “Traitors, all of you.”
-----
Next
And that's the end of this Arc! Arc 3 will pick up where the original fill did. (Only this time, Tim won't be the only DC character there to help Danny.)
I'd say something like I can't believe it's only been a year, but so much has happened to me in the last twelve months that it feels like a lifetime ago, to be honest. But it's been a good year and I'm glad this community has been part of it.
Please follow the subscription post if you want updates for when I start transferring this arc to AO3 or begin posting Arc 3.

Note
Damian draws Jason and Dick in some kind of romantic setting (holding hands, maybe) and *that* is how Bruce finds out about DickJay... At first he's a bit confused, but then he starts to pay attention to the signs, and they are all there.
No thoughts, just Damian sketching life around him more often than not. A habit that starts when all the galas become grating and the 'eccentric artist' persona grants him some peace by virtue of Damian minding his business and looking both unapproachable and busy.
Because it's actually enjoyable, it carries over into casual outings, too. Bruce doesn't mind it, either. Is supportive of it, in fact. It keeps Damian out of trouble.
Bruce never having been too curious about what Damian draws until one day while they're visiting Clark on his farm, Bruce looks over Damian's shoulder and sees Damian is drawing Clark (who is working the farm and looking like a dream while doing it - sleeves rolled up, buttons undone, hair mused and muscles--)
"Is that appropriate?"
"It depends where your thoughts are, father."
To say that Bruce is amused at Damian's cheek is an overstatement.
That besides, seeing Damian draw something so scandalous sets off the overbearing, overprotective parent in Bruce because what else is his son drawing in the pursuit of 'art'? Damian's hardly a child anymore; more a sullen, broody teenager than anything. Bruce remembers what it's like. Hormones. Urges. Damian's interests in all things social would have died alongside the abrupt shift of his relationship with Jon years ago (the abrupt aging, the equally abrupt dating…his poor boy…), so it's not beyond the realm of possibility that Damian would turn to smut for--
And Damian clicks his tongue at him although Bruce has said nothing. They've been partners for years though, so it's no stretch to imagine that Damian was privy to Bruce's racing thoughts.
"It's no wonder Grayson is the way he is."
Usually this would be a compliment, but in this instance Bruce feels distinctly insulted. He just wouldn't know how.
He's calling you a pervert degenerate, sir. Dick's compatriot in foul-mindedness.
The drawing of Clark being utterly mundane. But because Bruce is a thirsty bitty, he projects the superbats UST onto Damian who is really not about this life, SOS
Also, Jon and Damian being fine contrary to Bruce's beliefs. Unless they're not. That's not the point of this ask, disregard.
So Damian tries to diffuse the situation and spare himself by blandly stating: "I've drawn you before, too."
Which is absolutely the wrong thing to say because Bruce's mind makes impossible leaps once again to: oh, my boy needs therapy.
To which Damian clicks his tongue again because omfg, Bruce is actually worse than Grayson. Disgusting.
So Damian flips a few pages back (the pages in between being normal, mundane life happenings -- socialites milling about the gala the night before, the wait staff prepping in the kitchen, Alfred mending a button on a shirt, etc) and then, ah.
It's Bruce. Tucked away in his study, finishing up work he had to bring home from the office. Tie thrown over his shoulder, furrow in his brow and face squished by his own hand. Focused, intent, and woefully oblivious because while he remembers Damian being there sat on the couch, he can't recall that he'd been doing this. Huh.
Bruce being so amazed and pleased because look at that, his boy is an artist.
But then, with lines merged into those that make up Bruce's likeness is another moment captured. Alongside a couple others that could fit onto the page
Not inappropriate, per se, but disarmingly intimate nonetheless
Dick, he would recognize. And Jason?
The way Bruce would be utterly bemused because oh. There's nothing so defined; that's not the point of these exercises Damian does, but it's there regardless. A closeness and familiarity. Softness.
Bruce would have to wonder if this is how Damian saw them or how he sees them; knows it's both
And it's curious, because Bruce has never...
He'd linger on those drawings. Of Dick and Jason sat next to each other, Dick's arm thrown over the back of Jason's chair and leaned over into Jason's space -- Jason being drawn in just the same to look over something on Dick's phone.
And more: with Jason laid back, propped up on his elbows and keeping Dick away with his foot. Dick's hand wrapped so casually around the arch, bending Jason's leg. The follow up after Jason must have reversed their positions, with Jason sat on Dick's hips and leaning back against Dick's propped up legs, his own legs hiding Dick's face, but all his intention showing in the steady hold of his hand at Jason's knee
Bruce leafs through the rest of the sketchbook. Seeking out more. Captivated by it because somehow he missed something important. It's right here, too. Alongside so many other mundane things from their everyday lives.
Hidden among other sketches in varying degrees of completion, lost between strangers and landscapes and animals and individual portraits are his boys, at ease and content and oh, what a beautiful thing that is
And Damian misses the memo of where Bruce's thoughts wander, still grumbling under his breath about Bruce projecting his unresolved whatever with Clark on him, gross. Accusing Damian of drawing smut. Even if Bruce was interested in commissioning, Damian won't do it even if it's Bruce asking. Damian has his line and this is it.
From then on, Bruce being mindful of Dick and Jason's interactions. Subtly observing. And it would be right there, though it's discreet. Bruce would catch the affection in bumped shoulders and playful shoves; games of chase around the cave or across rooftops. It would be there in their briefs/debriefs, with Dick's chair turned closer to Jason. Or with Jason brushing his pinky against Dick's before pulling away, shy and with his hand hiding his blush.
It's the lingering looks and the bitten back smiles; the bright eyes and the quiet, joyful warmth.
And Bruce should say something, do something. It's a liability, a risk, a distraction, but the relief would leave Bruce loathe to intrude. Because he can't remember the last time he saw and was able to appreciate either Dick or Jason being so happy. He'd almost forgotten what it looked like.
So for once, Bruce minds himself. And he stays quiet. And he contents himself with observing, same as Damian.
Who very cheekily frames that picture of Clark and leaves it on Bruce's nightstand with a note to keep his depravities to himself, thanks

Ok but Krypton!lives au but clark isn't some jerk alien prince, he is a brat no doubt but he's also just so oblivious to everything. Have some of my headcanons for this:
•I imagine it starting with kal el dropping down on Kansas farm [grown up and shit] being found by the Kents as they patch him up and take him down on the guest room, he wakes up freaks out a bit speaking in kryptonian and just floating around the house being overly careful of everything, ma and pa kent are confused and so is Kal, he tries to communicate with them and they finally find a common ground and after a month clark finally learns the human language.
•zod has managed to exile kal from his home planet, suffice to say kal el is currently heartbroken and looking for help
•Kal just saw some random pair of glasses and thought they were so cool so now he just wears them whenever he's in casual clothes but is in no way trying to hide his identity, people are just that dumb.
•Does not get social cues at all and will unwillingly say the wrong thing at the wrong time, he's just a happy little guy who wants to explore this strange planet and then go home
•he particularly likes rock music despite his personality, he finds hardcore metal music soothing
•he once tried to eat Batman's ears, in his defence they looked edible to him,
•Diana loves to fill in kal with false information about the human race, kal is not stupid enough to belive them but follows them anyways just because he thinks it would be funny
•Bruce has a very subtle crush on him and kal notices this immediately, he's confused as to why Bruce pretends to hate him
•The whole league [escpically bruce] is overprotective of him, lex Luthor doesn't stand a fucking chance
•Kal el has no filter and will call you out with a bright innocent smile and float away moving on with his day
•Kal lives in the watchtower only visiting earth for league business, he rarely works alone
•he floats near the Zeta tubes almost everyday hoping to see bruce and when he's not there he's disappointed
• he refuses to walk, he thinks he's done enough walking for a life time and bruce has to tug on kal's cape to make sure he isn't floating above his seat
•he is way more capable of communicating his emotions in kryptonian then in English, he will switch to kryptonian when he's ranting or angry
•Diana and Barry are the ones who suggest he make a civilian identity, and thus is born reporter clark kent.
•He still visits the Kents here and then bringing them souvenirs from space
•Does not understand when someone is flirting with him but will bring bruce random animals he finds in the wild as gifts because "I heard from Jason you like adopting tiny lonely beings"
•he's still pretty good at hiding his identity somehow and at this point as learned all social cues and slang thanks to lois
•yet he still decides to fuck with the league, he gives batman forehead kisses, he once called green lantern a thot ["does that not mean thoughtful?"] And will very knowingly insult anyone who even looks at his loved ones the wrong way
•while bruce is more open of his protectiveness [and possessiveness] of clark, Clark himself is more subtle and quiet about it, but not forgetting he's still technically a spoiled prince of Krypton cannot share. He snatches bruce and gets pouty whenever bruce is talking or flirting with anybody else
•it takes them five years to get together but it finally happenes and they start dating
•the kryptonians finally find clark and force him to go with them but clark now refuses even if his exile is over.
•unfortunately he really can't leave his planet behind and has to leave [he and bruce have a long sad conversation and clark breaks down]
•A month later bruce is handling another team meeting when Clark finally comes back
•he offically leaves Krypton to his older cousin Kara and moves in with bruce
•his favourite movies are the James bond movies
•The batfam all adore him
•Basically I want a Au of sweet innocent clark that's oblivious to innuendos and shit while bruce suffers in silence and the evolves into clark being a little shit who pretends he doesn't know what he's doing when pulls bruce close and whispers in his ear about smth knowing damm well he's doing things to Bruce.
Also-
Diana: Batman if your done fighting with your boyfriend, we need to leave
Batman: wha- kal is NOT my boyfriend!
Kal: (has only be in earth for a year) I'm not?
Batman: I-
Kal: Am I not your friend?
Batman: no kal I never said-
Kal: am I not a boy?

Have some Not-So-Single Dad!Hawk Moskowitz x Chubby!Reader
Tumblr media
Ever since his son was born, Hawk has never brought him to school. With his past being bullied and how tense the place is, he doesn't want to bring his kid into that environment. There's also the fact that most people at school don't know he has a kid.
However, when his mom gets called in as he's getting ready for school, he has to get little Phoenix ready too. He actually spends more time picking out his son's outfit than he does his own. He almost forgets his own shoes because he's so busy collecting Phoenix's toys and blanket and making sure the diaper bag is packed.
He's walked out the door with his son and gets his strapped into his car. The little baby is so tired because it's so early, so he's almost asleep again. Hawk kisses hisnhead and tells him, "We're gonna be okay."
Though it's more of a comfort for himself.
When he gets to school, he runs into his girlfriend, bogged down with his backpack and the diaper bag and Phoenix. She takes the now awake, bubbly baby from him as they get a few looks from their classmates and she greets him happily. Phoenix is so happy to see her and holds onto her tight, laughing as she talks all cutesy to him.
"Well hello there! Don't you look cool today," she giggles and tickles under his chin. He's such a handsome and cute little baby, she can't help feeling happy when seeing him. "What are you doing here?"
"Mom had to take over something at work," Hawk answers. She looks up, listening intently to him. "I don't trust babysitters other than her and I don't have a daycare plan."
"For a guy who matched his clothes to his hair, you didn't have a backup plan?"
"No, I did not."
Phoenix laughs as if someone said something funny, very loud and happy. It calls more attention to the three and the a few girls awe and giggle over how cute he is. They don't know if they can walk over and ask the couple questions, if that would be rude or not; the group of girls are just freshmen after all. So they end up whispering and giggling, unaware that that's more rude.
Hawk doesn't care though. He's just a tad bit very overprotective, but he doesn't say anything. He just puts his backpack in his locker, grabs the few things he needs, and heats the diaper bag onto his shoulder.
"I have trig first period, do you think he'll manage?" he asks.
Reader looks at Phoenix, who is glued to her hip as she holds the bouncing baby. "I thinknhes gonna pass trig before you do."
"He can't even count yet," Hawk laughs. It makes Phoenix burst into giggles.
"Has he eaten this morning?"
Hawk blinks as he thinks back on the hectic morning, the running around like he's a chicken with his head cut off, and he has no idea what to tell her. He just goes, "Uhhh" and Reader has her answer.
She takes her backpack off, shoves it at him and takes the diaper bag in its place. "Tell ya what, I actually have a free period today because Mrs. Clarke is out with no sub, so I'll take lil guy and feed him and entertain him, and then we can switch off because I have a French test."
"Okay, that can work," Hawk says, just before the bell rings.
It startles Phoenix and he starts to fuss, then bursts into tears. Hawk is immediately at Reader's side, trying to soothe his baby boy with her. She bounces him and he coos softly.
Once Phoenix is a little calmed down, she tell Hawk to shoo and that she's got it under control. Hawk doesn't want to leave them, but he does. And whennhe gets there, he's a little stressed and Demetei sees it immediately. However, he doesn't ask him whats wrong when he watches Hawk take out a pacifier from his pocket instead of a pen.
Meanwhile, Reader is sitting in a study room of the library, singing songs to Phoenix while she waits for his warm bottle to cool off. As soon as he has his bottle in handle, sitting on her lap, she takes a selfie of them together and sends it to Hawk to ease his troubled mind.
As he sees that, he's thankful to have met Reader, and smiles to himself.

"Honestly, Bruce, what were you thinking?"
Clark sighed exasperatedly as he dodged a porcelain vase flying his way - a third of which shattered pieces were already adorning the wooden floor of King's study chamber - trying to bring himself to be just a little bit more empathetic towards his fellow monarch. He couldn't even recall now how many times has he heard the words "outrageous" and "shameless" this night. If he had to be completely frank with himself although, it was hard. It's not like he didn't feel bad for Bruce when his dear friend found himself in a situation like this, with a choice that was leaving him with no good options. It was only normal that he also felt mad at him since it put his dear nephew in an even worse position.
As a bargaining chip.
"You could've accepted any courtship from so many young and virtuous men!" And Clark remembered many of them and their families taking interest in the young prince as soon as his 16th birthday came; sir Wallace with the brightest smile he's ever seen, lord Queen's charge, prince Roy, even foreign knights like mysterious sir Lucas or sir Raptor seemed bewitched by young prince's charm. Clark found Bruce's overprotectiveness amusing back then, now though..."You should've let them try at least when they asked for Richard's hand, then he wouldn't--"
"I thought" Bruce growled through gritted "I'm giving him a chance. To fall in love, to choose by himself. I thought I'm giving a chance to my son, not to some..." Bruce waved his hand in the direction of his desk where the offending letter lay. "Some old, deprived bastard to ask for him like a war trophy!"
Clark didn't have to look at the letter again, he remembered perfectly the words that horrified him more than his friend's grieving face. Lord Wilson - The Terminator as they called him - whose own kingdom was in a state of war with Gotham for years now, years that took thousands of lives, proposed conflict resolution, a pact that would unite the kingdoms in peace against stronger opponents like Nanda Parbat.
Slade Wison wanted young prince Richard as his spouse - such a small price, a bastard son for peace. A beloved child for the misery of father.
Anon, I love you so much!!! It’s so good ahhh I love royalty aus! I already said it earlier but I’ll say it again - I’m having love/hate relationship with you rn because ITS SO FREAKING GOOD but because of it I almost wrote a whole fic in this reply! I hope you don’t mind me adding to your idea, I really couldn’t stop myself! You guys seriously need to tell me if you’re okay with me writing about your ideas when you send me asks haha
Slade is a sly fucker for using a war like this, damn. And I love how Dick is a bastard son. Or maybeee people just think about him as a bastard son because Bruce took him in and he’s not a royalty by blood. UGH I LOVE IT!! Oh and I really like that Clark is here as well!
Thank you so much for sharing with me! I had to write something for you and I tried to keep it short but... well, see for yourself I guess
/ / / / / / /
"You should have let those men interested in Richard get closer to him." Clark spat out. He knew that there was nothing they could do about it now, knew that Bruce hated the situation even more than he did but he needed to let those words out. "You should have let them at least get to know each other so then Dick would be able to decide for himself. But no, you were just scaring them away instead and now-"
Another vase crashed against the wall where Clark was standing just a moment ago. Bruce grabbed another thing close to him - a potted plant, as there were no more vases left - but before he could throw it at Clark as well, another voice spoke up.
"You're making a mess." Dick said quietly from the doorstep. He had his arms wrapped around himself and looked smaller than a prince ever should. "Other people will have to clean it up for you."
"Dick..."
"I've thought this through." Dick began in a mostly steady voice, not looking at any of them. He wet his lips nervously. "Well, there wasn't really much thinking to do but still... I'm- I'm going to accept Lord Wilson's offer."
The pot slipped out of Bruce's hand and hit the floor loudly, spilling the dirt all around the king's feet.
"No." he said firmly, when he finally found his voice back.
"Bruce-" Clark tried gently but the man ignored him.
"No, Dick. I'm not letting you-"
"Then what do you want to do?" Dick demanded. He looked up at his father at last, his eyes red and rimmed, expression taut as if he was in pain. "What else can you do? Do nothing and just let even more people die in this damn war? Wait a few more years so Wilson'll ask for Jason instead when he gets old enough?"
Bruce stumbled as if he was punched. Clark didn't blame him, feeling himself like he was about to collapse.
"Dick-"
"We don't have a choice, Bruce. And I know you know it." Dick straightened with a shaky breath. "As a crown prince, it's my responsibility to take care of my people. I'm not letting them die for a war that has no purpose. If it takes just one to save hundreds- thousands... then I'm ready to do it."
- - - - -
Dick looked out of the carriage's window, trying to get his hands to stop shaking.
Bruce demanded a meeting before giving Wilson their answer and the king of a neighboring country agreed without any further demands. All warfare was suspended now that the peace treaty was being arranged but their warriors still waited with a held breath - none of them could know whether an agreement would be reached.
Dick knew. There was no way he would ever allow more people to die for nothing, not if he had a way to stop the war. Agreeing to Slade's terms was his decision, it was for the better of both countries. Still, thinking about it like that didn't help with stopping the trembling of his hands.
He met Slade Wilson only a few times in his life but he knew how powerful that man was. There was something about him, something that screamed danger. He had this aura around him that made others fear him, made them want to run away even with being aware that turning your back to him might be fatal. But with that fear came respect. Wilson was a good king, people were saying, he was rigorous but fair.
Maybe he would be a good husband as well.
"We're almost here." Clark announced softly and Dick lifted his head to stare at the castle looming in the distance.
"Oh." he breathed out quietly. He sent his uncle a small smile. "Thank you."
"Of course." Clark replied with a smile of his own, though a bit more forced. He wasn't happy about the deal either. No one was. Even Jason grabbed at his sleeve this morning and tried to stop him from leaving.
Bruce didn't look up. He was staring at his knees with a frown since the moment their journey started and it was clear he was thinking about something hard. Dick placed a hand on his shoulder and squeezed.
"It's the best solution." he said when he met his father's eyes.
Bruce placed his hand on top of his and closed his eyes with a tired sigh. He looked so old, so fragile. Not like the proud king he should be.
"Maybe..." Bruce began slowly in a raspy voice. "Maybe if we offered him something else. We still can-"
"He won't agree. You know he won't."
"Maybe it won't be that bad..." Clark offered weakly but Bruce just glared at him.
"I'll be alright." Dick assured them.
He really tried to believe those words himself as the carriage stopped in front of the castle’s entrance.
- - - - -
Slade was already waiting for them in the throne hall when they arrived. He was talking with one of his generals but quickly turned their way when they stepped inside the room. His single eye immediately found Dick and the young prince hid his trembling hands behind his back.
He felt as if his heart was beating loud enough for Slade to hear it even across the giant hall.
"King Wayne. Lord Kent." Slade greeted them with a nod, standing up from his throne. The smile on his lips was a little bit too predatory for Dick's liking. "Prince Richard. Welcome. I’m honored to host you in my country.”
Dick bowed his head. "Your Majesty."
"We appreciate your hospitality, Your Majesty." Clark said, ever the diplomat. “We are aware it was all pretty sudden.”
Not even a week passed since they received Slade’s letter. No one could blame Dick for wanting to stop the war as fast as possible - there was no point in delaying what they all knew would happen anyway.
"Not at all." Slade replied easily, his eye never leaving Dick. No one said a word about the grim expression on Bruce's face. "It's recommended for me and Prince Richard to get to know each other better after all."
"Don't get ahead of yourself. You still didn't get your answer." Bruce hissed through his teeth.
That at least made Slade look away. Dick could breathe a little bit easier without that heavy pressure on him.
"Of course not." Slade hummed. He glanced at Dick again. "You're free to stay here as long as you want before answering to my offer. We all know that reaching an agreement, especially in war times, takes a lot of time and thought."
Bruce pursed his lips into a thin line but before he could answer, Clark placed heavy hand on his shoulder and spoke for him,
"We're grateful for your generosity, Your Majesty, but I’m afraid we won't be able to stay for long."
"I wasn't talking to you. My offer concerns Prince Richard, does it not?" Slade's fingers wrapped gently around Dick's hand and guided it to the king's lips to place a kiss there. "By all means, my prince, make yourself at home."

clouds between their knees
‘Robin, anything on your end?’ Batman asked over the comm. There’d been rumors of a gang meeting tonight with multiple possible locations. Bats took the most likely one while Robin, Batgirl and Spoiler were checking out the others. Cass and Steph’s leads were busts so Kon was prepared to take a peek before grappling to B’s location. And if his grapple was a little loose and he was going a little too fast, well who could tell otherwise?
“Not yet,” Kon grunted quietly as he shimmied quickly in through the broken window and down into the warehouse. “It’s dark in here so I’m not expecting much but I’ll check just to be sure.” It would be quicker to fly or just bust down the whole wall but Batman taught him better than that over the last three years. Besides, it wasn’t just his legacy he was messing with. Unlike when he was Superboy, he was part of something bigger and had people in his corner.
“Ok, I’m in,” he gracefully landed on the dusty floor and crept forward. He flipped up the lenses of his domino to do a quick Xray sweep and Bingo! Conner grinned when he took in the scene happening below him. “Jackpot B, I got the high beams up and there’s a hidden basement. I see Black Mask and, oh man, Red Hood is out in the open. We finally got him.”
‘Do not engage without me, I’m coming on your location now. 15 minutes,’ Batman said before signing off. Kon wanted to roll his eyes, his dad was so overprotective sometimes.
‘You better bring him in. As much as I love helping Oracle, I am So tired of house arrest,’ Tim grumbled over the line.
‘He’s made vocal threats against Robin, it was necessary,’ Batman grunted. Even if he wasn’t bulletproof, he wouldn’t let Tim go out with some maniac with Robin vendetta on the loose. Tim always groaned that Kon took Robin whenever there were dangerous missions as if he was secretly hoping to get maimed and killed. Sometimes it was a full time job keeping his big brother from self destructing.
“I won’t engage B but it’s sealed up good so I can’t see or hear much. I’m gonna get into the vents and get more intel for when you arrive,” Kon said as he quickly cased the empty warehouse before finding a space just big enough for him to wedge into. He really hoped he didn’t inherit Clark’s big shoulders because this would be impossible if he were any bigger. It was already getting harder for him and Tim to share the Robin name and pretend they were the same person.
He lightened his weight a bit as he made his way through until he had a good view of the proceedings. Looks like they were arguing over the ‘green stuff’, ugh lame, couldn’t they just say money but something caught his attention.
“Hood looked up at me,” Kon whispered thoughtfully. As soon as Kon had come into the vent, Hood’s helmet had twitched ever so slightly in his direction. Kon didn’t like to brag but he was pretty good at what he did, it would be next to impossible for some hood to clock him that far away. “Could be a coincidence or he might had infrared or motion detectors in his helmet. If he’s been this hard to track down then we should treat him with caution, we don’t what kind of gear and intel he has.”
‘Oh nice to see we were able to train that muscle in your skull,’ Tim quipped as he snacked on something over the line.
“You’re just mad you can’t lift a cruise liner over your head, Boy Wimpy,” Kon bantered back even as he started slowly backing up.
‘Robin get out of there, now,’ Batman hushed as Red Hood leisurely stood up from the table and stretched suddenly, interrupting Black Mask mid sentence. Kon froze, worried about making any noise.
“This has been fun, Maskie but I’m afraid we’ll need to negotiate the terms of your unconditional surrender to me later,” Hood said lazily. His posture was casual but he was tense underneath. “We’ve got some visitors I’ve been meaning to talk to. So why don’t you put an egg in your shoe and fuck off,” he said before pulling a machine gun from underneath the table and began firing up at the vents.
‘Conner!’ He heard Tim and Bruce yell over the comms but Kon was too busy trying to get out as fast as he could. But the space was tight and currently being slammed full of bullets. Dozens of them bounced against his armor and skin and he thanked whoever would listen that he was out here instead of one of the others. He had almost retreated into the safer part of the vents when the whole thing collapsed on him.
He yelped and fell gracelessly onto the floor of the basement. Kon groaned for effect and pretended to curl up and nurse some injuries. He was really reaching inside his belt for smoke capsules and batarangs. Probably should leave some of the fake blood before he split, just to add to the illusion.
“Aw, the little birdie fell out of its nest,” Hood cooed, hefting the machine over one shoulder. “I thought I told you to scram, Sionis. If you’re not out of here in the next 30 seconds I’m putting holes in you, this one and I need to have a conversation.”
Kon heard the harried footsteps of Mask heading for the hills as Hood stomped forward, kicking away bits of the vent as he approached.
“I was hoping one of you brats would show tonight, especially you. I’ve almost got everything put in place so I’m finally ready to have some fun,” he said with a laugh in his voice as he slammed his boot into Kon’s gut. The boot was heavy, steel tipped and would probably have broken ribs but he didn’t really feel anything. Couldn’t say the same for Hood.
“Goddamn!” The crime lord shouted, jumping away and grabbing at his foot. “The hell is in your armor kid? How can you lug that heavy thing around?” Well Kon couldn’t always avoid getting shot so they had to make armor that was thicker, wouldn’t take damage so he could just pretend the bad guys missed. Plus he barely felt the extra weight even though it was heavier than B’s suit. “Guess I should be glad ole Brucie is taking better care of birds this time around.”
Thomas Conner Wayne tensed on the ground, his plans of escaping lost for a second. How could Hood possibly know that name? What was Kon gonna do about it?
“I’m gonna give you a present, Replacement,” Hood spat out. “A lot better than I got. I’m gonna beat the hell out of you, within an inch of your miserable, little life and then I’m gonna set the timer to blow this warehouse. I’ll give you a chance, won’t tie you up or stop you,” he leaned down close to Kon’s face, “I just wanna see if Bats really upgraded, if you’re better than the last one.” He straightened out.
“And don’t think Daddy Bat Wings is gonna come save your sorry ass, I know he was down by the docks. I made him think the meeting would be there so my crew is gonna divert him juuuust long enough for me to do what I need to. So,” there was a scraping sound, something dragging across the floor. “Shall we begin?”
Kon dove out of the way of what looked like a crowbar and crouched to his feet. He was still pretending to be injured but he needed to get out of here. Of course Hood couldn’t actually hurt him but it wouldn’t do for him to know that. They danced and dodged for a minute or two, but Hood was Good with a capital G. Kon was throwing all his skills and tools into trying to take the gangster down but it really was hard to avoid the vicious onslaught. The man got in a few hits every once in a while and Kon tried to react but he knew it wasn’t good enough and the man was suspicious.
“The hell is Bruce feeding you? Why won’t you stay down you little punk?” Hood yelled, whipping Kon hard across the face with the crowbar. He stumbled back against the table where a small box had been sitting. It knocked onto the floor and exposed something inside. Something green. Immediately, Kon’s knees buckled.
“Shit,” he groaned quietly to himself as he tried to inch away from the deadly rock but it was sapping all his energy. He’d only been exposed to Kryptonite once, at the Fortress because Bruce had insisted he knew what it felt like. But he was such a dad he only made Conner suffer a minute before he closed the box and took him home to Alfred for cookies. He didn’t think that’s how this story would end. He gagged as his stomach rolled and his lungs seized and if he could just move a little further away... Hood just stood there watching in stunned disbelief.
“Are you shitting me?” He asked quietly, stalking forward with surprising softness. Hood moved so much like a Bat, it was unnerving. “I brought that to prove to Mask that I really had stolen his shipment but it led me to an even bigger score.” He scooted the box closer to Kon who finally collapsed from the strain. “Now how did he get his hands on you, I wonder?”
“I’m sorry,” Kon whispered but he wasn’t talking to Hood, he was talking into the comm still plugged into his ear. “I’m sorry, I love you guys.”
“Get away from my brother!” Like some kind of angel, Kon’s blurry vision saw someone drop down from the hole in the vents and slam into Hood. He grabbed the box containing the Kryptonite and slammed it shut. Kon felt like he could breathe again. “Robin, get up. B’s delayed but I got a car outside.” It was Tim, hastily dressed in his Robin uniform and looking more mad than Kon had ever seen him.
“There’s two of you?” Hood cackled, swinging his crowbar. “Oh that’s rich, are you twins? Tell me, did he steal you from the Flashes or the Atom perhaps? you’re certainly small enough. Bad enough he replaced me once but twice over? That’s just cruel, Dad.”
Robin, I said, get up!” Tim yelled, swinging his staff which Hood dodged. They didn’t work together often since they were playing the same role but Tim’s fighting prowess always left him in awe. And furious like he was now, he was doing a number to Hood. With the box shut, more of Kon’s strength returned until he was able to stagger to his feet. Tim was holding his own but, as Kon had discovered, the Red Hood was beast. He couldn’t do much as Tim was tossed around and slammed into the wall. His skin bruised, he bled as Hood got a knife against his throat with one hand while he unclipped his helmet with the other.
Conner had never given much thought to Jason Todd. No one really talked about him, only Tim when they snuck into each other’s rooms for sleepovers. From the way Tim described him with starry eyes, Jason had been bold but kind, sensitive and intelligent. The man before them was nothing like that, his pale face flushed with anger and his green eyes positively glowing with hate.
“Look at this,” He said gesturing to his knife covered in Tim’s blood. “You’re just as human as I am but we don’t matter, do we? We’re just pawns in his game, pawns he’ll sacrifice if he thinks it’ll give an advantage to his precious mission. That lug over there? He’s not just a pawn, he’s a knight. When B’s chewed up and spit out the rest of us, at least he’ll have his Kryptonian lapdog to keep the legacy going. I suggest you ditch the tights before you end up in the grave next to mine.”
“That’s not gonna happen,” Kon hissed, bodyslamming into Hood to get him away from Tim. He ripped the knife out of his hands and threw him roughly onto the table in the middle of the room. He laid there, not moving and Kon didn’t care right now if he was dead or not. He needed to get Tim help. Tim grabbed onto the box, holding it shut while Kon grabbed his brother and flew them out of the basement and into the smoggy Gotham sky.
XxX
“Hey, you awake?” Tim groaned and turned to look at Kon. It wasn’t unusual to have his brother at his bedside in the medical portion of the Cave. It was weird to see him on the cot next to him with the sunlamp on him. His face was still pale with a sickly green tinge to it but he seemed okay.
“Ugh why does my mouth taste like plastic?” Tim gripped, wiping clumsily at his face.
“Alf had to sedate you, your throat needed stitches and you were pretty banged up everywhere else,” Kon frowned and turned to look up at the ceiling. “You shouldn’t have gotten hurt at all.”
“No one knew Hood would be there or that there was Kryptonite in Gotham. There was literally nothing you could have done,” Jason’s crazed face sprang to mind. “No one saw that one coming.”
“I’m not gonna go easy next time,” Kon growled. “He hurt you, he wanted to do some messed up torture thing and that could’ve been you and I don’t care that he used to be a Bat. As far as I’m concerned, he ain’t anymore.”
“It’s not as easy as that,” Clark said, coming out of nowhere looking tired himself. He was still dressed in pajamas, Bruce must’ve called him in a panic. “How’re you boys holding up?”
“Been better,” Tim said at the same time as Kon. Tim snickered at Clark’s eyeroll. He should know better by now that they were a packaged deal. “How’s Bruce taking the revelation?”
“He sat here through your treatments but as soon as he heard you both were okay he buried himself in his work. I,” Clark paused. “I think he’ll need you again to get him through this, Tim. You saw how he was when Jason died. This won’t be pretty. Conner, we’d heard a large shipment of Kryptonite had been stolen but we didn’t think it had come through Gotham. We’ll be keeping tabs trying to track it down and out of enemy hands.”
“Appreciate that,” Kon groaned, “that sucked ass.”
“It might help to get out of the city for a bit,” Clark suggested cautiously and got Tim’s hackles up. “Bruce has the best sunlamps money can buy but it’s nothing like the real thing. Ma would love to take you for a week or two, to get your strength up. Or you could stay with Lois and I in Metropolis.”
“Thanks but my family is here and they need me,” Kon said shortly, rolling over to face away from Clark. Tim glared hard at the Super until he had the sense to back off.
“Right, of course, I’ll let you two rest and if you need me I’ll um...” He shuffled off, presumably to try and get B out of his own head. Tim huffed away his aggression.
Years ago, Clark hadn’t wanted the responsibility of taking Conner full time but now suddenly he was around all the time. He’d heard from B that Clark wasn’t happy with the current arrangement. He was upset that Kon was adopted while Tim was still living with his dad, that Kon took up Robin alongside Tim, upset that he hasn’t been Superboy in years and doesn’t use his powers while in costume. He’d had his chance to make a family, a legacy with Conner but now he was Tim’s brother and he’d open that Kryptonite box on the man if he tried to take Kon away.
“Kon-”
“I’m fine, Tim,” Conner said sharply. “Look, I’m not going anywhere especially not when all this is going down. I may be a Super in blood but I’m a Bat in every way that counts.” He turned and scooted over so they were face to face and whispered quietly so Clark couldn’t hear. “So how’re we gonna stop Jay before it tears Bruce apart?”
“I have some ideas,” Tim grinned. It ached that it had come to this, his idol rising from the grave to become a criminal. But Conner had become his brother over the days, months and years of training and school and stupid shenanigans. No one, not even Robin could come between them because they were Robin. Stronger together than they were alone. That’s what it meant to be a Bat.

Could you do a yandere psychopath Artemis and Diana x villian female reader. the reader is like a hitwomen and the justice league is like looking for us for the crimes that we have done and Artemis and Diana have become overprotective and obsessed with the reader so while the reader is fighting the justice league Diana and Artemis turn there back on the team to save the reader after superman slammed our head into a wall so they both fight the team and took the reader back to themasciray where they keep us safe
Broken Truth: Psychopathic Diana and Artemis, huh? That means they are willing to kill people to have what they want. I can weave those words but I think I'll let Mask deal with this one.
Mask: Already working on it - Let the words weave together.
"Another 5 bodies came up: A Politician that was taking bribes, A Crooked Cop that was killing innocent people, a Drug King Pin, A Mugger, and an adultering husband that was planning on leaving his wife and 4 kids with not a single cent to their name," Batman said as he placed the tablet on the table and sat in his chair before looking at the screen, showing the screenshots of photos of the crime scenes.
"It's getting bad out there, Bruce, we still haven't found any trace on the killer other than the fact each people had something engraved on their bullets." Clark said as he passed the pictures to Diana, who looked at the photos with trained blue eyes, something about this killer's work made her think; that the killer wasn't just going around killing everyone around or random innocent people, they were killing people who have sinned or people who were corrupted to the core. Diana looked at the pictures with a small smirk on her face before she opened her mouth to speak.
"What do we really know about this killer? Any facts at all?" Diana asked as she looked up from the pictures to the people that shared a room with her.
"All we know is that the killer is a female; an eyewitness saw a slender figure running on the rooftop with a sniper rifle, far too fast to be a male and they noticed their chest before she disappeared into the night, never to been seen again." Bruce said, Diana nodded but in her mind, she was smirking.
'A Female that kills the taint in Man's World? This is interesting.' Diana thought with a mental smirk; she needed to find this woman and take her for her own but she needed to make an investigation of her own and the oracle on Themyscira was going to help her find the one she wanted.
Diana departed for her home the next morning with copies of the images in her possession as she walked along the streets of Themyscira with a gleam in her blue eyes as she walked into the Oracle's Temple with a sack of golden apples in one hand and the photos in a folder in the other hand. She gave the Oracle the apples before opening her mouth to speak her request.
"There is a killer that travels between Gotham and Metropolis that is killing those that are tainted and unjust, I want to find her before the Justice League does to make her my own." Diana spoke to the Oracle who looked at Diana with shock in her eyes but she knew not the question the words of the Princess and began looking at the photos before her eyes began glowing.
"The Killer is planning to rid the world of a man that has committed a grand sin tonight where the light doesn't shine and the rats and cats love to scurry." The Oracle spoke before her eyes stopped glowing.
"An Alleyway. Thank you, Oracle." Diana said as she turned on her heel to leave the temple but stopped when a familiar figure stood in front of her, "Artemis. What do you want?" Diana asked with a dangerous gleam in her eyes.
"You are planning to take a mate, I can tell, and your mate is dangerous; I want to aid you in bringing her here." Artemis smirked, Diana opened her mouth to speak but her intercom sounded; it was Clark.
"What is it, Clark?" Diana asked.
"Diana! We found the killer but we can't take her down, we need some help." Clark said before the intercom went out. Diana's eyes went wide as she broke off into a sprint towards her jet with Artemis behind her; she wasn't going to lose her mate, there was no way she was going to let her 'friends' take her away from Diana.
It was at the border of Metropolis and Gotham City when Diana arrived and she as well as Artemis watched as Superman punched Diana's Mate in the face, launching her into the wall, causing her to slump off the wall and land on the roof. Clark was going to walk over to her when Diana and Artemis dropped off the jet and stood between the killer and Superman with their weapons drawn and pointed at the man of steel.
"Diana, what are you doing?" Clark asked with wide eyes.
"You're not taking her away from me, Clark, away from us; she belongs to me and I won't let her rot away in jail." Diana said as she threw a smoke bomb on the ground and filled the area with smoke, the rest of the Justice League began choking when Artemis and Diana attacked them. They used a Kryptonite Shard to down Superman before they attacked Green Lantern and removed his ring. Hawkgirl tried to strike them with her mace but Diana's shield deflected it and she was knocked out. Bruce was able to dodge hand to hand combat with Artemis but Diana came up behind him and punched him in the back of his head, knocking him out. Once the last member was out, Diana tied the killer up in the Divine Lasso before she and Artemis flew up to the jet with their prize in tow. She was theirs. Finally theirs.

Could you write a forbidden love story for Smallville!Finchel where Rachel is Lexana's daughter and Finn is Clois' son, please?
Canon Divergence after Smallville 6x03. Set 20 years later.
Being the son of the Man of Steel had its advantages. Finn could use his super speed to make it to school or anywhere else in the blink of an eye. His super strength made him the ultimate athlete. Being very tall and muscular like his dad didn't hurt his chances when it came to sports and popularity either. His clumsy, quirky side on the other hand... that definitely came more from his mom, as she always said.
"Rise and shine, Smallville Jr!"
He was having yet another dream about flying over the town of Smallville when suddenly he blinked, looking up into hazel eyes. His mom just chuckled as Finn somehow fell out of bed. The tall boy lamented the fact that summer and lazy days at the Kent farm were finally over.
The only thing he had to think about during those long, hot days were his chores but his abilities helped him to get through them in just a few minutes, then he could be back to playing video games, reading comic books and doing absolutely nothing. Just the way he liked it.
"C'mon, alien superpowers or not, you're running late, Superboy."
"Sorry Mom! I'll be ready in a minute!"
Finn eventually emerged in one of the signature, blue flannel shirts he always wore. He and his dad definitely had a similar taste in clothing. He drank milk straight from the carton and smiled sheepishly as his mom narrowed her eyes at him.
"His first day of high school. This sure brings back memories." Clark smiled proudly as he waved goodbye to his son and daughter. Finn and his younger sister Marley were gone in the flash after hugging their parents goodbye.
"Do you think they'll be okay?" Lois asked quietly, a worried expression on her face as she turned to her husband. Clark chuckled, knowing how much of a softie Lois was especially when it came to her babies. "You know they're... innocent. They get that from you."
"I have faith in them. They'll be fine. Besides, we taught them how to control their powers a million times." Clark replied calmly, thinking about how much he didn't want to be the strict, overprotective dad like his own father was. He wanted more than anything for Finn and Marley to have the fun life he missed out on when he was a teenager, to not feel like they were freaks or that their powers were a bad thing.
Finn and Marley were two of the most popular kids at Smallville High, in contrast to Clark's experience. To the rest of the world, Clark Kent was a mild-mannered reporter and his kids were ordinary teenagers. No one realized that he had a secret life as the world's greatest and most famous hero. Sometimes Clark let Finn and Marley join him on the less dangerous rescue missions, learning what it took to protect the innocent.
"Have I ever told you how much I love you?" Lois leaned up, kissing him on the cheek. He cupped her face, kissing her sweetly. They had evolved from two people who couldn't stand the sight of each other to the most romantic lovebirds in the world.
"Only a million times. When did you become such a sap?" He joked, dodging her when she pretended she was going to hit him and they both chuckled as Lois chased him around the porch. Their dog, a big, fluffy golden retriever called Bonnie chased both of them as well, wanting to get in on the action. Martha Kent watched the couple from the kitchen where she sat with her cup of coffee, rolling her eyes fondly at their antics. She was pleased that her son had grown into such a good man and now he had a family off his own.
___
"Are you ready for school, Sweetheart? I'll drop you."
Lex wrapped an arm around his wife's shoulders as his brunette daughter came into the kitchen of the Luthor mansion. She was so beautiful just like her mother, he thought and had that same gentle innocence he associated with Lana.
The dark-haired, green eyed woman and her husband brought Rachel into a group hug. They were a close knit family. Ten year-old Eric was smirking at her, playing a video game as Rachel walked in, both kids wearing nerdy looking sweaters. Fourteen year-old Rachel's long, dark hair was reminiscent of her mother's while Eric was a mixture of both parents with pale skin, sandy hair, green eyes and Lana's eye shape but a mischievous look and half-smile that were all Lex. His playful, cheeky side definitely was part of his Luthor heritage as well. Their parents were proud of how academic both children were, easily ranking at the top of their respective classes every year.
"I can't wait for this school year to begin. I'll join the drama club and the glee club..."
"You know you don't have to join everything, Rach," Lana told her gently, chuckling at Rachel's enthusiasm. "It's fine if you want to but your daddy and I will love you just the same if you don't."
"But Mom, when you were my age you were a cheerleader... you were the most popular girl at school."
"You’re right I was but eventually I realized cheerleading isn't for me and popularity isn't all it's cracked up to be." Lana pinched Rachel's cheek, gazing at her fondly. She sighed, thinking it felt like a second ago she was holding newborn, tiny baby Rachel in her arms while Lex looked on proudly with tears in his eyes.
"Your Mom is right, Rachel. It's great that you want to be a singer, you're ambitious - it's in your Luthor genes - but don't feel like you need to be perfect to please us. All that matters is that you try your best."
Rachel smiled, accepting a kiss on the cheek from her dad. She was close to both parents and was in awe of her mother’s beauty but had always been a total Daddy’s girl. She and her dad understood each other perfectly.
"Thanks Mom and Daddy. Daddy, please don't drive too recklessly today."
Lex laughed lightly, finding it amusing that his daughter never approved of how fast he drove and his other cocky ways. His expression fell when he suddenly remembered a young boy with dark brown hair and innocent blue eyes being worried about his driving in a similar way. It felt like an infinity ago. He shook his head, clearing his mind of any thoughts of his old friend.
Lex dropped Rachel and Eric off at their separate schools, kissing Rachel on the forehead. Rachel was the opposite of a rebellious teen - she didn't ask him to park a million miles away from school so she wouldn't be seen with him or act like she was disgusted with her dad. She was proud of being a Luthor.
"Are you sure public school is the right decision, Lana? I thought we decided to keep Eric and Rachel in private school as much as possible...after all... the Luthor name doesn't exactly help them fit in and I should know. I just hope Rachel stays safe."
Lana shrugged, leaning into her husband's side. She loved his protective side and after twenty years of marriage, there was still that spark between them whenever he so much as touched her or her eyes met his piercing blue ones.
"Having a whole team of bodyguards tracking her should help. I think it's best that we respect Rachel's decision. She kept saying she wants a more normal high school life. Our kids have never had to worry about money or anything the other students have to deal with. Maybe it's a good experience for her to not live like a celebrity for once."
“I don’t know Lana... Rachel... you know she’s soft. She has always had that sensitive side. People will take advantage of that.”
“I wonder who she gets that side from?” Lana grinned playfully.
"If anyone hurts her - especially one of those meteor rock tyrants - I'll destroy them." Lex announced, his voice dropping low and deadly while Lana nodded, her own expression becoming darker. She loved knowing that she was the only one who knew and had access to her husband's secrets - the experiments he had in Luthorcorp labs, the weapons he had developed.
As she saw it, the two of them were the king and queen of the Luthor empire while Lionel was more powerless than he ever had been before. Lex had the old man on a tight leash and had warned him not to ever harm their children if he wanted to see them again. Their children knew the truth about what their parents were doing and knew that the Luthor couple was fighting to protect the greater good, despite the unsavory methods they sometimes used. Lana finally had a man in her life who was completely honest with her and that was one reason why she knew Lex was the love of her life.
"Now where were we, Darling? You look ravishing today, as always." Lex smirked, taking Lana into his arms and the two of them made love in the master bedroom. Lana sighed as he completely swept her off her feet with a few charming words and gentle touches. It was frenzied and intense, both of them knowing they had their duties to get back to and the forbidden aspect of it only made it more exciting.
___
Rachel's first day wasn't going as well as she thought it would. She had no one to sit with at her classes or talk to in the sea of unfamiliar faces. Though she had introduced herself to several students in her usual cheerful, animated way, everyone had just rolled their eyes at her or ignored her. She blushed when the tallest boy she had ever seen with a boyishly handsome face walked right into her. She had never had physical contact with a boy before.
"Oh no, I'm so sorry! I'm always doing that!" He yelped, looking apologetically at Rachel.
"That's fine. I'm also very clumsy at times." Rachel replied sweetly. The boy smiled at her in a friendly manner for a moment but when he noticed the way his friends - a boy with a Mohawk and a girl with blonde hair and hazel green eyes were staring at him, shaking their heads, his smile dropped and he walked away hastily.
Rachel sighed, taking out her phone to text her dad and her bodyguard. Even they seemed to be too busy to reply to her texts. As much as she loved them, it made her sad that her bodyguards, her little brother and her parents were always the only friends she had as no one in her age group ever wanted to befriend her even though she tried hard to act kindly. Her father told her he was unpopular as well and that she shouldn't worry about it but every so often, the lonely feeling was almost too much to cope with.
___
Rachel put on a fake smile, pretending that everything was okay that day when she came home from school and her parents asked if she was alright. Lex and Lana looked at each other, knowing that Rachel wasn't being fully honest with them but not wanting to pry into her life. Every night, she played board games with Eric as she usually did, the family's beloved black cat Tallulah circling their feet.
The small brunette girl was walking past the football field one day when she noticed the group of cheerleader girls she had come to recognize as the school's Queen Bs, smirking and laughing at her. She saw the frosty blonde with the hazel eyes and her friend, a Latina girl with black hair staring at her the most. The blonde was egging the others on. Rachel was terrified of these girls and walked in the other direction.
Later that day, Rachel was walking past the football field again, hoping that she was alone. She absently clutched the gold necklace with the star pendant that her Daddy had given her as a gift when she was six for his “Little Star.” The field seemed to be empty. Then someone ambushed her out of nowhere. It was that Latina girl from before who always had the angry expression and she was glaring at Rachel murderously. This was Santana Lopez...Rachel remembered hearing her name being called at attendance.
“What do you think you’re doing, Luthor?” She snarled, advancing on her viciously. Santana was clearly the hotheaded counterpart to Quinn Fabray, that frosty blonde with the tight-lipped smile she always stood beside.
“I’m not doing anything.”
Rachel tried her best to ignore her and that seemed to annoy Santana even more. She stepped in front of the short brunette, blocking her way. Her arms were crossed over her chest and she rolled her neck like a cobra. Rachel shivered, swallowing hard.
“You think you’re the most talented one at this school, don’t you? You think you’re the biggest star in the sky?”
“W-what are you talking about?”
“You get all the solos in Glee club. It’s always about you. I’m more talented than you are, Luthor. I’m the one who deserves the spotlight and now all of a sudden everyone only wants to talk about Rachel Luthor.” Santana muttered in a bitter tone.
“I’m sure you’re very talented. Perhaps you should practice more, Santana and ask for more solos instead of directing your hostility toward me.”
“I’m sick of you being around. This school would be better without you.”
Rachel frowned, freezing and pressed her lips together as she faced Santana. She had been bullied constantly at her previous school, a private academy for girls and the one before that. Her dad had pulled her out of some of her previous schools and spoken to the principals, trying to help her find one where she fit in better but nothing seemed to help. Now it was happening here as well. Rachel felt determined to stand her ground for once as Santana glared at her with her flashing ink dark eyes.
“I don’t know why you’ve decided that I’m your arch nemesis, Santana, but I won’t let you push me around. Your jealousy of me suggests that you’re scared or perhaps very insecure and perhaps you should consider therapy. I’ll inform the school’s principal about your bullying if you continue to torment me. You don’t scare me.”
Santana huffed, clearly annoyed that Rachel wasn’t taking her on and her eyebrow arched dangerously when the shorter brunette talked. Rachel gasped as Santana held out her hand with the palm open and there was a large flame dancing, hovering over her palm. It was like it was magic but Rachel knew magic didn’t exist. Then Santana seemed to lose all control and her body erupted into flames that shot out towards Rachel at the same time she lost her temper. Santana was yelling in anger but it was like she couldn’t control herself.
“Wait, Santana...stop! What’s going on?! Help, someone! Someone save me!” Rachel cried. She tripped and almost fell over in to the flames. Someone swooped in as quick as a flash, catching her before her feet could even touch the ground.
“Stop, Santana. Leave her alone.” A masculine voice warned as he placed Rachel back on the ground.
All of a sudden there was a tall, hulking figure in front of Rachel, shielding her body from the intense heat. It was that boy from before, the charming, tall one with those very light amber eyes, freckles and short brown hair. Rachel didn’t know how he did it but he shoved Santana away, the fire not even hurting him and tossed her back like if she weighed nothing. The black-haired girl screamed as she was sent through the air. Santana rolled across the ground, hitting her head and seemed to fall unconscious. Finn winced, realizing he had thrown her a little too forcefully.
Rachel couldn’t see what was happening as she turned away with her hands covering her eyes but all of a sudden the fire was gone and the boy was smiling at her warmly.
“You... you saved me! You’re so strong...how did you do that?”
“It’s nothing,” He laughed awkwardly. “I’m glad you’re okay, although Santana looks like she might need some help now. She needs to learn how to control.... herself better. It’s Rachel, right? Rachel Luthor?”
“Yes... and you’re Finn... Finn Kent?”
He nodded and she fidgeted awkwardly, not knowing what to say in the presence of her handsome savior. Finn was the most attractive boy she had ever seen and she was stunned that he had helped her. He was like her guardian angel. Rachel had a lot of questions.
“What happened to her? How did the fire just go out? It was so odd... I swear she just created a fire out of nothing but it must be some trick she used to scare me.”
“Um... I guess something on her must have caught fire. Exploding cell phone? Spontaneous combustion?” Finn stuttered nervously. Rachel could immediately tell that he knew more and was hiding something but she didn’t press it. “It just um...went out.”
A tall blonde girl walked into view, leaning down to inspect Santana’s wounds and fuss over her. It was Brittany Pierce, another cheerleader who always seemed glued to Santana’s side even more than Quinn was. Brittany held her in her arms for a moment, kissing the girl’s forehead. Rachel was stunned that Santana actually let anyone get close enough to her to touch her like Brittany was and that the blonde wasn’t afraid of the aggressive girl.
“Britt?”
“Santana? Are you okay? Please be more careful.”
“I’m fine...I just... I wasn’t expecting...”
“I know, you’re so brave and strong.” Santana’s expression softened instantly at Brittany’s words and her anger seemed to go away.
The black-haired girl groaned as she sat up, Brittany helping her up with the shorter girl’s arm around her shoulders. Santana scowled at Finn and Rachel one last time as she left but was too weak to fight them as she walked away, leaning against the blonde.
---
Rachel and Finn became friends of sorts as the days passed. He was the first real friend Rachel had ever had and she was trying to control her enthusiasm about that, as she didn’t want to scare him off. The only problem was that Finn was only her friend when they were alone or virtually alone. If his friends Quinn, Santana and Puck especially or any of the other jocks were around, Finn would pretend he had to go somewhere and nervously make an excuse for why he couldn’t be with Rachel.
She knew it was because he was embarrassed to be seen with the unpopular girl and it hurt her but she was grateful for his friendship even if it had to be a secret. She didn’t have any other options. Rachel had told her parents excitedly about the boy who had saved her from the fire, not understanding why they fell silent, giving each other weird looks. She couldn’t wait to introduce them to Finn one day.
One day, Rachel was being bullied by Quinn Fabray and her friends on a school trip. She slipped and fell, horrified as she realized she was falling from the side of the bridge they were standing on. She didn’t know how but Finn somehow was standing in the water and caught her just in time. Rachel was shocked and speechless, her heart beating fast with the realization that she had almost fallen twenty feet into the river. Before she knew what was happening, their parents were called and the teacher was reprimanding Quinn and the others.
Rachel’s bodyguards rushed towards her, followed by her dad and mom.
“Rachel, what happened? Are you alright? They told me there was an accident,” Her dad asked, glaring in Finn’s direction and taking her. “I’ll hold her.”
“I’m fine now, Dad. I’m just lucky that Finn was here to save me.”
A tall, burly dark-haired man with round, blue eyes and a slender woman ran towards them. Rachel quickly realized they were Finn’s parents. The woman began to fuss over Finn, wrapping a blanket around him.
“Finn, Honey, what happened? Are you hurt?” She asked. “You nearly gave me a heart attack.”
When they noticed each other, the two couples froze and stared at each other for the longest moment. The tension could be cut with a knife as Lana and Lex glared at Clark while Lois just snorted angrily, crossing her arms. Rachel looked at Finn in confusion and he just shrugged, equally confused.
“Oh, it’s you two. I should have known,” Lex growled, standing in front of Rachel and Lana protectively. “Long time no see, Clark.”
“We have nothing to say to you, Lex.” Clark responded icily, taking Lois’ hand.
“Neither do we,” Lana added evenly, her green eyes darkening as she frowned at him. “I suppose it’s your son who put our daughter in danger?”
Finn shook his head, looking at his parents and hoping they would understand.
“I’m sure he had nothing to do with it. He was probably helping her,” Lois spoke defensively, placing a hand on Finn’s shoulder. “Finn would never do anything to harm someone. He’s a big goofball.”
“Yes, Mom - Finn was actually the one who saved me!” Rachel told them. “I was falling and he... he caught me! I don’t know how but... I owe him my life.”
Lex just shook his head, leading Lana away. Neither of them knew how to handle this situation. Their emotions were in turmoil. Lex couldn’t deny that he missed Clark and while she no longer loved him romantically, Lana couldn’t deny that part of her missed having the tall, blue-eyed man in her life as a friend. Other than Chloe, Clark had been her best friend for years and there was always that hole in her life. Clark was like a brother to both of them but as Superman, he was their greatest enemy. Clark felt a wave of sadness hit him, realizing once again that Lex was the one person he had never been able to save when it came down to it.
“I suppose I should thank you, Finn. It seems that the Kents have a habit of showing up in a crisis... especially when bridges are involved. However, you won’t be seeing anymore of my daughter. Come on, Rachel, let’s go.”
“But Daddy... he’s my friend!” Rachel sobbed as Finn’s face crumpled. Lex glanced at his daughter in concern. Rachel never usually disobeyed him or argued against anything he said but she was defensive of Finn. “This is the second time he rescued me. He’s a good person.”
“If that’s what you want, Lex, then you’ll have it. My son doesn’t need to be around Luthors. Finn, it was kind of you to save Rachel but you don’t need to be her savior anymore,” Clark’s voice turned cold, his face hardening as Lex glared at him. “Maybe this was all part of her father’s plan to lure me out here, for all we know.”
Lex and Lana snorted, shaking their heads.
“Dad, wait! Rachel... she’s not like that. Please don’t do this!” Finn pleaded with Clark who just shook his head, adamant against allowing himself to be friendly with the Luthors again. He no longer trusted them and Lana was just as bad as Lex in his eyes. The two teens were practically in tears as they walked away with their parents. Finn ran up to Rachel before Clark could stop him.
“My dad is stubborn but we’ll find a way to see each other again, I promise.” Finn whispered in Rachel’s ear before quickly running back to his parents. Rachel blushed as she couldn’t deny she had a crush on the tall teen and she hoped by some miracle he felt the same about her.
She got into her father’s car, pressing her face against the glass and Finn climbed into his parents’ truck, staring at Rachel the whole time as well. Even if their parents hated each other for some unknown reason, Rachel couldn’t find it in herself to dislike Finn, who had only ever been kind and protective to her. He was the truest friend she ever had. She hoped he was right and they’d find a way to be together again.

It would be cute seeing little Bruce still being jealous and overprotective whenever he sees anyone try to get near Little buff Batmom. For example when the justice league found out that Bruce and Batmom turn into kids. Clark pick up little Batmom and thought she was the cutest little kid ever and little Bruce got angry and was demanding Clark to put her back down. Little Bruce: No! No! No! Put her down! You’ll hurt her!
Clark: 😅
Little Buff Batmom: 😑 “I’m tired.”
Whenever they need to do anything with just batmom, whether it's a bath or something where they could bring Bruce along but just want to mess with him, they'll pick her up and go "Okay Bruce, I need to take her." And Bruce immediately gets upset.

Real name: Jonathan "Jonny" Samuel Kent

Eye color: light blue.
Species: Human/Kryptonian hybrid
Family: Clark Kent (father), Lois Lane (mother), Jonathan Kent (Adoptive paternal grandfather), Martha Kent (Adoptive paternal grandmother), Jor-El (Paternal grandfather, deceased), Lara-El (Paternal grandmother, deceased), Zor-El (paternal great-uncle, deceased), Alura Zor-El (paternal great-aunt), Kara Zor-El (first cousin once removed) Samuel Lane (Maternal grandfather), Lucy Lane (Maternal Aunt), Conner Kent (paternal "uncle"), Wolf Jr. (Pet wolf)
Occupation: Member of the League of Rebels, Member of the Titans, hero-in-training,
Affiliation: League of Rebels, Titans, Green Lantern Corp, Justice League
Biography:
Jonathan Kent, or called Jonny for short had lived under the care of his mother, Lois and maternal aunt, Lucy Lane. Over time, Lucy, being a soldier in the family trained Jonny on how to defend himself, despite having powers of his own. At the age of 9, he ran away after being fed up with his mother's overprotectiveness, following the disappearance of the Justice League, including his father, known as Superman.
He began to plan a league of heroes of his own to fight back against Apokolips and follow the Justice League's legacy by bringing the Light and Darkseid to justice.
Later on, he befriends the Allen twins, Don and Dawn Allen, also known as twin superheroes, the Tornado capable of superspeed. Together, the three formed the League of Rebels, inspiring other young metas and aliens to join in Superboy and the Tornado Twins in the fight.
After finding out Don had been infiltrating the base of the Citadel prison without his or Dawn's knowledge, Jonny sets out to find him on his own. On the way, Superboy encounters Kilowog, one of the veteran Green Lanterns, whom Superboy recognized from the tales of his teammates.
Kilowog is also in the Citadel to rescue children sent to the Citadel to Apokolips, despite the laws that prevented the Green Lantern Corps from interfering in the system. And refuses to put the young Kryptonian hybrid in danger. But Superboy refuses to back down and continues to assist Kilowog in the rescue mission. On the way, they encountered Nightstar, a female Tamaranean warrior and Martin Jordan II, a new Green Lantern who was saved by a deceased green Lantern, Lumian'dr. Together, alongside Kilowog, the three managed to escape with the remaining survivors and landed in Oa, but not before Superboy finds Don and escaped.
In Oa, Superboy, along with Martin and Nightstar, Tornado Boy and Tornado Girl (that's what the Tornado Twins shall be called for now) and the other Green Lanterns, attended the funeral of Green Lantern Tamaranean, Lumian'dr, who sacrifices herself in the Citadel to save Martin, and chose him as her successor. Superboy sends condolences to Nightstar, whom he figured was her sister.
Later on Earth, Superboy, the Tornado Twins, Green Lantern and Tomar Tu and Nightstar encountered Aqualad II, Green Arrow II, Speedy II, Rocket II, and Black Canary II, seeing them being attacked by mutated Parademons that multiplied through every damage they had taken. At the bunker, where it is the current base of operation, Jonny recognized Speedy as Lian Harper, whom he met as a child. And when he tried to catch up on her, Lian is confused. But later he found out through Connor Hawke that Lian lost her memories after an awful encounter in Apokolips.
Along the way, Jon encounters Wolf, a white wolf that was previously owned by his uncle when he was just young. Superboy also found out that Wolf has an offspring and was on the verge of death from all the injuries protecting his pup from Parademons. In Wolf's final moments, he lets Jonny keep the wolf pup. Superboy comforts Wolf one last time. After Wolf's death, Superboy would then adopt the wolf pup, whom he would named, Wolf Jr.
Personality:
Unlike the previous Superboy, Jonny Kent is a happy-go-lucky teenage boy who is willing to take the risk in helping others in need. Having to be influenced by his aunt, Lucy Lane, who is a soldier with the rank of colonel in the Resistance, he would never leave his teammates behind.
Even with discipline and training, it didn't stop Jonny's rebellious ways. And even sometimes mock supervillains, cracking jokes to try to cheer others up. And even sometimes disobeys orders to go up ahead to finish things first.
And even talkative at times. Although there are times where he is shown to have a level of intelligence, such as speaking in multiple languages of other planets at times, like Tamaranean, or Betrassusian throughout his time with the League of Rebels.
He even has an unrequited crush on Lian Harper/Speedy. But being younger than her, he knew she would not feel the same. But still looks up to her like an older-sister figure.
Nonetheless, Jonny can sometimes see the good in others, and even tries to reach out those who are in the wrong place. Such as a new version of Lor Zord in 2036, Superboy only views the young Zod as just a kid who was just following his mother's orders. Never wishing death on his enemies.

i’m really loving the Wish me Away au idea! Would you be up to writing about what the batfam does after seeing mari’s reaction to emilie and adrien?
Like an actually little drabble? Yeah sure! It'll be based off the headcanons from this post -> 👶
▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎♤♡◇♧▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎
Bruce couldn't remember having so much fun, he always loved to brag about his kids and show them off at work, but it was a little hard when it was 'Bring Your Kid To Work Day' and most of your kids worked with you. That's why he was so happy bringing little Marietta with him to Wayne Enterprises, he also brought Damian but Damian had wandered off to see what Dick did since, and he quotes, "I know everything about you father. If I am to be your successor it is only natural I familiarize myself with your work. I believe it would be beneficial for me to oversee Grayson's work ethic."
Honestly, Damian could have just said he wanted to see what Dick did but that was just part of Damian's charm. Before he had left, Damian had let Marietta grab his finger and give it a little shake which delighted her, if Bruce was not mistaken, Damian had even smiled before he said bye to the both of them. The boy had really grown to love Mari and Bruce could not be more proud of his son. Though, he had to admit, all of his children were absolutely enamored with the baby, not to say he wasn't, but Lord have mercy on anyone who dared mess with his baby girl. She would have an army behind her of overprotective brothers and sisters, and father and mother, and grandfather, and cow...and turkey...and dogs...and cats...and dragon bat....and semi-god things that called themselves kwamis...and two very very powerful almost godlike godparents (Diana and Clark.) Now Bruce didn't like to think about it but he did also have to add Mari's....friends to that list... i.e. some of his rogues, which yes was fucking bizarre beyond all reason, but some had even cut back on crime because of their friendship with his little mini-hero so that was a plus. Right?
Well that was a thought for another day, now he got to take his little girl around and take her into meetings, which was certainly going to be interesting, but Marietta always seemed interested in watching him work so he wasn't too worried. He packed her plenty of snacks along with her lunch that Alfred made, he made sure to pack her favorite toys and a variety of coloring books and markers and crayons. And of course he remembered to pack cookies for Tikki who was riding in the hood of Marietta's dress. Plus he made sure to pack a little first aid kid just in case, also another sweater for Marietta in case she got cold.
He liked to be prepared. Sue him.
First meeting of the day was with a Ms. Graham de Vanily. If his memory served right this was Emilie and not Amelie who he had spoken with in the past. Not for the first time he had to wonder what possessed their parents to name the identical twin sisters Emilie and Amelie, but apparently she had brought along her son as well so that made this meeting a little less awkward. He adjusted his hold on Marietta before he continued on his walk to his office where he would be meeting Ms. Emilie, he had hoped to show his daughter around more when they had arrived but he had actually forgotten about this particular meeting and so hadn't rescheduled it to a time when he would hand over Marietta to one of her brother's since they deemed it "unfair" that only he got to show her his work.
Honestly his boys. They were wonderful but boy did they get jealous of one another if Marietta gave one more attention than the other. He fondly remembered one family game night where all the boys were asking who Mari's favorite brother is and she had just been laughing at all the attention not really understanding and it was the first time Bruce had witnessed Damian giving someone a smile and opening his arms for a hug. Of course he had done it behind all his siblings backs and only Alfred and Bruce himself had seen it. It was a sight to see everyone's face when Mari giggled out a, "Dami!", and ran over to him. When everyone turned around he was back to his stoic face but he was hugging Marietta and she was snuggling herself against him but as he looked at everyone he gave them a small smirk. There was an uproar, a demand for a retest, but Damian wouldn’t have it and it had been one of the most chaotic nights in the Manor. Selina had been very entertained especially when Marietta somehow made her way out of the gaggle of children and waddled over to her and had climbed in her lap very clumsily before plopping herself down and making herself comfortable, almost like a cat Bruce had thought, before smiling up at Selina. Selina had just turned to Bruce and said in a complete monotone voice, “I would die for this child.”
Him and Selina hadn't tied the knot yet so to say, nor had he proposed. They were trying their hand at dating again but he couldn't help the way his heart skipped and his mind conjured up images of tuxedos, lace, friends and family, cakes and kisses, and rings and vows exchanged, when his baby girl, his little Marietta looked up at Selina and called her Maman. Bruce wondered if she ever shared his thoughts, he almost convinced himself she did whenever he saw her melt and practically purr when Mari, or as Selina liked to call her, Kitten, would call her Maman. He could see the love in the older woman's eyes and he had no doubt in his heart that this time, they would work out, this time they would get their 'happily ever after' or whatever came close to it.
He was ripped from his thought when he heard his baby girl giggle at something Lucius said.
"Morning Lucius."
"And good morning to you Mr. Wayne. I see you brought the little one."
"Yes. I promised I would bring her but I must admit, the meeting with Ms. Graham de Vanily slipped my mind." Bruce sighed out.
"I guessed as much. Well if you want, I can watch the Little Wayne while you have your meeting." Lucius offered, of course Bruce trusted him to watch Marietta seeing as the older man also practically adopted Mari at first sight. He was basically another grandfather to her.
"Gampa Fox!" Marietta began before dissolving into her baby babble. She was getting very good at speaking. Honestly she was very smart for a two year old.
"That's okay Lucius, I want to bring her in. Besides if her brothers spot her with you they wouldn't hesitate to snatch her up before their scheduled times. If Ms. Graham de Vanily has a problem with it I will insist on a reschedule. It's not everyday I get some one on one time with Marietta." Bruce admitted.
"You know one day someone is going to say no to you despite your good looks, money and reputation. Fine. Head on in, our guest is already here, which by the way, I don't think she will mind Mari seeing as she brought her own son to this meeting." Lucius sighed but he gave Mari a little wave and pointed Bruce to one of the smaller meeting rooms they had in Wayne Enterprises.
"Aww Lucius you think I'm good looking?"
"Go."
"Yes sir." Bruce chuckled out with a brief wave before he made his way over to the meeting room Lucius had pointed to and gently rapped his knuckled on the outside door despite the room being visible from outside because of the large windows. He heard a feminine voice call out from inside so he entered,
“Remember your manners Marietta and if you need anything don’t be shy.” Bruce told his daughter softly as they walked in, he chuckled when she nodded enthusiastically. As soon as he caught sight of the blonde woman he put on his best business smile. “Ah, Ms. Graham de Vanily, so sorry to keep you waiting. I must admit that this meeting slipped my mind.”
“No worries Mr. Wayne, I don’t believe this will be long. I see you brought your daughter. I brought my son! Adrien say hi.” Ms. Graham de Vanily light-heartedly scolded her son and tapped his shoulder. When Bruce took his seat and placed Marietta on his lap he finally got a good look at them both. Both mother and son were blond, her son, Adrien was a teenager, from the looks of it he was 16 maybe even 17. When his mother tapped him on the shoulder he sat up straighter than when he was slouching so obviously he didn’t want to come. So why bring him then?
“Hello Mr. Wayne, it’s an honor to meet you.” Adrien greeted him with a model smile, he had seen enough to spot them from the real deal.
“Likewise. Marietta, can you say ‘hello’ to our guests?” Bruce asked gently down to his daughter who was being uncharacteristically quiet. Usually she would already saying ‘hi’ and waving, maybe even trying to get a high five or hand shake. Though now she was hiding her face in his chest and hugging her backpack to her, she made a small noise like a whimper and Bruce was absolutely dumbfounded. His daughter had never acted like this before, not even with Joker for crying out loud yet here she was trembling and trying to hide herself in his arms. He didn’t know what was going on but his daughter was scared so he scooped her up and held her closer to him but she still tried to pull herself closer. Finally Bruce caught sight of Tikki inside Marietta’s open backpack and saw her antennae-like things pulled back and her eyes narrowed as the kwami glared at Ms. Graham de Vanily and her son, if he wasn’t mistaken she was even glowing a faint red especially as she stared at Adrien. Bruce didn’t understand what was causing these reactions but he did know one thing, he wasn’t going to make Marietta sit there.
“I apologize. She’s not normally like this, I think it would be best if I take her to one of her brothers if you don’t mind.”
“Oh...no worries at all. I’m sorry if we scared her somehow.” The woman actually sounded genuine but Bruce wasn’t going to risk anything, especially with how her son actually looked at his daughter for the first time that they walked in there.
“I’m sure that’s not the case, but it will probably be best to take her to one of her brothers that way we can get through this meeting. I will be fast.” With that he was out the room and speedwalking down the hall over to Lucius’s office. “I don’t have time to explain but Marietta was acting strange around Ms. Graham de Vanily and her son and Tikki as well. Can you take her to one of her brothers please? Just inform me who and I will go pick her up after the meeting.”
Lucius on his part did his best not to ask questions knowing Bruce didn’t have the time but he did raise a brow that told Bruce he would be answering those unasked questions later. “Of course. I’ll go see what Dick and Damian are up to.”
“Thank you Lucius.” Bruce said sincerely before he made his way back to his meeting. He had questions too and they were all for Tikki, but there would be time for that later, now it was time for business.
__________________________________________
The meeting passed and all Bruce could think about was getting to Marietta. He checked his texts from Lucius that informed him that he did indeed leave Mari with Dick and Damian so he made his way over to the central security room knowing that’s where Dick would most likely be. When he got there he was relieved to see his baby girl laughing and playing with Dick while Damian sat on a chair watching, as he walked in the two boys stood up swiftly with Dick scooping up Marietta and angling her away from the door but when they saw it was him they relaxed. “Father, Lucius told us nothing, what happened?” Damian demanded.
“I’m not sure myself. Marietta started acting scared when we got in the meeting room with Ms. Graham de Vanily and her son Adrien.” Bruce answered.
“NO!” They all stared at Marietta in shock when she screamed and tried to hide herself in Dick’s chest, then they all stared at each other with wide eyes.
“Hey, hey, hey. Etta what’s wrong?” Dick asked softly.
“No Adrien! No!” Marietta cried out.
The air grew cold. Bruce could hear his son’s gasp and he wouldn’t be surprised if he did as well. “ طفل الخفافيش (tifl alkhafafish), you’re safe. This Adrien won’t harm you I promise.” Damian cooed to Marietta.
“الأخ الأكبر (al'akhu al'akbar).” Mari cried out wetly as she reached her hands out for him and he of course took her out of Dick’s arms and held her.
“Tikki. Explain...please.” Bruce pleaded.
Tikki flew out of Mari’s backpack and sadly looked over at the girl before flying over to her and kissing the top of her head before flying and landing on Dick’s desk. “It’s...They are from her old life. Ad- He was her former partner...the one who wished her away. That woman shouldn’t be alive.”
“He was the one to betray her?” Damian asked, his voice full of ice and steel. “Father I will be needing my swords. All of them.”
“Damian. No.”
“What do you mean no?” His son asked indignantly.
“Yeah what do you mean no?” Tikki asked with a tilt of her head, Bruce glared at her, she knew what she was doing.
“Tikki what do you mean that woman shouldn’t be alive?” Dick asked.
“Simply that. She was a corpse. No soul. Haw-Gab- The villain Mari had to face before, she was his wife. He wished for her life.” Tikki explained as though it made total sense to all of them.
“Yeaaaaah, you’re going to need to expand on that.” Dick said which made Tikki frown in confusion.
“While I do agree with that, maybe we should wait until we are at home to continue this conversation. You boys know how Tim and Jason will be if they aren’t informed about what happened. You boys tell them and I’ll take Marietta. We will continue on with our day, but if you see either of them lingering here alert me. I don’t want Marietta to have to interact with them at all if we can help it.” Bruce said as he gently took Marietta from Damian who looked like he wanted to do anything but give his little sister to his father.
“If I see them I have a right to defend Marietta.” Damian stated. “You can’t stop me.”
“Damian.”
“Don’t worry Bruce, at least he doesn’t have a sword on him.” Dick chuckled.
“Who said I didn’t? Was it Todd?”
Bruce needed a break. Bruce questioned why he had so many kids not for the first time in his life. Bruce decided to ignore the fact his child admitted to having a sword somewhere on him and just did as he said he was going to do, continue his day with his daughter and if he held her a little closer to him than usual? Well it couldn’t be helped.

Summary: After not being in contact for so long, someone decides to make a visit.
A/N: The title has nothing to do with the one short. Oops. Anyway I hope you guys enjoy!😁 below is Y/N’s outfit for the first half.
Tumblr media
A long day after helping the team on their mission, Y/N wanted some pizza. It was around 10 p.m. when she decided to leave the tower. Tony was asleep in the chair, Steve was asleep on the couch. Natasha and Bucky were on the floor watching a movie. Thor was rummaging through the refrigerator, he was watching the movie as well but stopped to get some snacks.
Loki was in the library reading a book. Peter was on patrol so that’s why she felt safe with being out so late. “Loki I’m leaving to get some pizza okay?” He closed his book, preparing to stand up.
“Alright, I’m going with you.”
Y/N placed a hand on his chest so he could stay sitting. “ I want to go by myself Loki. I’m going to be perfectly fine, Peter’s patrolling right now.”
Loki sigh trying to push down his overprotective feeling. “Alright, just be careful. I don’t want anything to happen to you.” Y/N hummed kissing his forehead, she then walked to the living. Everyone in their same position except Thor was now back on the floor.
Y/N kissed each of their foreheads, “I’m going to go get some pizza. Anyone wants anything?”
Natasha shook her head,“ No, be careful though. I really want to pause this good movie to save your ass.” Y/N rolled her eyes playfully, grabbing her purse from the hook.
“Bring me back some pizza? I’m rather hungry.” Thor said with his eyes glued to the tv.
“You’re always hungry Thor. Bring me some too. Better yet, why don’t I just come.” Y/N heard shuffling from behind her. She wanted to take a peaceful by herself to get pizza, is that too hard to ask? “No Bucky, I want to go by myself. I can handle it.”
She turns around to see him looking at her hesitantly. “You sure Y/N? I don’t mind coming-”
“I got it, really. Go enjoy the movie Bucky. I’ll be right back.” Y/N cut him off, walking out of the door. Bucky stood there dumbfounded, “Is she acting weird or it’s just me?” He pointed to the door, looking at Natasha and Thor.
“She seems alright with me.” Natasha shrugged and Thor didn’t reply.
Y/N took a deep breath hearing the new york life sparkle in her ears. Taxis coming and going. The roar of the subway beneath Y/N’s feet. Everyone talking but still being able to hear your own conversation.
Lights flashing brightly, babies crying, the homeless constantly asking for money. The smell of 1,000 vendors, many selling gyros. Broadway fans going insane when their favorite cast member walks out of the stage door. People of every race, color, and religion.
“Finally,” Y/N mumbled after a good minute of walking, she arrived at the pizza store on the corner. She ordered and stood in line for 15 minutes then left with 5 boxes of pizza. Stopping at the park, Y/N sat on a bench eating pizza enjoying the night air.
Y/N was happy with life but sometimes a person just wants to be alone. A little part of her misses the old lifestyle she had. Bruce, Barry, Diane, Victor, and Arthur. She missed them so much, especially Clark but he was the last person she wanted to see.
They were old lovers, at one time there wasn't a thing Clark wouldn't do for Y/N. Time skip, Y/N found out she was pregnant but due to stress from Clark, she miscarried. No one knew because of the genuine smile she held on her face. He was probably so caught up with Lois to not notice that she'd been gone for a year now.
She loved Clark, Y/N was his best friend. Lois came into the picture and he dropped everything just for her. Heartbroken, Y/N came to new york searching for happiness. She found it in the avengers who she now calls family.
Today was the anniversary of her baby and she just wanted to be alone. She was alone when it happened so she rather be alone now. Y/N stared off into space not even hearing someone land beside her. You read right, land.
"Y/N?"
The deep voice took her out of her gaze. Y/N turned to see Clark in his superman attire. Shocked, she could barely get anything out. "...Clark??"
Clark's face held worry," Y/N..." Y/N furrow her eyebrow confused cutting him off.
"What are you doing here Clark?"
"I can't come to see you now? Y/N I haven't seen you in months."
"Clark I don't wanna talk about that right now. I want to know how did you know I was here??" Y/N stood up, placing her unfinished pizza in the box. She couldn't even enjoy alone time without being bothered.
"Bruce's been track you this whole time Y/N. Come home, we miss you. I miss you." He reached out for her hands. Surprisingly Y/N let him grab her hands. She shook her head.
"Clark I can't just leave. I have a life and family here. You have Lois now, that's who you need. Not me."
Clark looked down," She left me Y/N. Lois said me being superman was too much."Y/N sigh knowing how to hurt he was. Yes, she was mad at him but sometimes not everything needs a reaction. Keeping it calm, she gave him a hug.
"I'm so sorry Clark, I should've been there for you."
Clark held her close smelling her wonderful smell of lavender. "It's okay Y/N. I know this life is treating you well."
Y/N could feel that it was getting late. "Clark I have to go, but I do have to ask you something." He pulled back glazing into her brown eyes.
"What is it Y/N?"
"Tomorrow evening bring the team to the tower. I want everyone to meet each other. I'll cook! It'll be so much fun."
Clark looked at her with hesitation, "I don't know Y/N.."
Y/N gave him the puppy dog eyes, "Please Clark? You get to see me in a nice outfit." He smiled giving in.
"Oh alright."
-------
"A little bit of this," Y/N murmured pouring grated cheese on top of the macaroni. She placed it in the oven, closing the door with her butt. Dinner consisted of steak with tarragon mushrooms with a side of macaroni. Y/N had been in the kitchen all day while the team did their overview with Fury for missions they have done.
"Smells amazing in here Y/N! What you make?" Steve's voice came from behind while she grabbed plates out of the cabinet. "Food Steve. You'll see when it's dinner time and if you don't mind, can you help me set the table?"
Steve nodded his head with a smile, "Sure I don't mind Y/N." The two joked around while they set the table. Clark and everyone were to be here in about 20 minutes. When she got home from the park last night, Y/N told the avengers about this evening dinner, and boy it was some weird faces.
She didn't know who was harder to convince, Tony or Steve. Maybe because they had been on the team longer. Once finished Y/N ushered Steve to go get dressed. She was so caught up with finishing the meal, that she didn't check the time. "Fuck!"
It was 10 minutes until Clark and the rest got there. She was nowhere near ready. "Y/N why aren't you ready?" Tony asked in disbelief when he walked into the kitchen. Y/N pulled at her hair.
"I know, I know! I was too caught up in finishing the steaks. Can you watch the food so it won't burn? please?"
Tony sigh,"If that makes you get dressed faster then I'll watch it." He opened the lid, the food smelled amazing. "Yeah hurry up, this smells good. I'm ready to eat."
"Thank you!" She kissed his cheek, rushing past so can get dressed.
---------
Tumblr media
"Y/N they're here!" Steve called up the stairs. Y/N hopped around on one foot trying to put on the other boot. When it finally slid on her foot, she stood in front of a mirror taking a deep breath. She wanted all her favorite people to come together and be her support. To make her forget about the pain she went through a year ago yesterday.
Y/N walked downstairs with all eyes on her. Clark's mouth was agape from how good she looked. "Arthur! Diana! I've missed you guys!" Y/N hugged her with passion.
"Me too. You look beautiful." Diana hugged her back. Y/N moved towards Arthur giving him a hug. "Thank you."
"Yeah you look too good, don't make me have to beat anyone up from looking too hard." Thor snorted which made Arthur glance at him for a second. Y/N moved to Bruce.
"I hope you're doing good Bruce other than Barry getting on your nerves."
"Hey!" Barry said in defense.
"I'm good, just missed having you around."Bruce expressed which kinda shocked Y/N because he wasn't so open. She then gave Victor and Barry a hug. "I've missed you, two knuckleheads, together."
"We've missed you too." Victor smiled.
"What are we eating, it smells so good in here," Barry said excitedly. Y/N laughing gesturing towards the dining table. "We're about to find out, let's eat!"
Everyone cheered a bit sitting at the table, you know they didn't mingle but sat on the opposite side. Y/N walked over to the stove trying to bring the food to the table but Natasha stopped her.
"I got it Y/N, go sit down. You've been on your feet all day, I can bring the food to the table." Natasha grabbed the glass casserole dish out of her hand. She wasn't lying about her feet hurting but Y/N wasn't going to admit it.
Y/N sigh, "Fine, I'm bringing the champagne to the table though." She hurriedly grabbed two bottles of champagne before Natasha could protest. She definitely needed a sip before dealing with two rival heroes.
----------
There were conversations here and there but most of Y/N. She had all her favorite people in one room. Dinner was running smoothly until...
"So Y/N, Clark told us that you were coming back to stay permanently. I'm excited to have you back." Barry used his knife to cut the steak. Y/N didn't know who to look at crazy him or Clark. She could feel the hard glaze from Bucky.
"What's speedy boy talking about Y/N?" Tony asked tilting his head. Steve sat down his knife.
"Yes please do explain."
"I uh haven't said anything like that. I had planned on visiting, it wasn't official." Y/N scratched her arm out of nervousness from all eyes on her.
"I knew I wasn't going insane. Y/N wasn't going to go back permanently, she's not that crazy." Thor chuckled drinking his champagne.
Victor glanced at him sideways."What's that supposed to mean? Y/N wouldn't be crazy if she came back permanently. That's honestly the perfect decision if she does."
"Guys.." Y/N trailed off but was ignored by everyone. "Y/N is right where she belongs. Do I need to say more?" Loki wiped his mouth with a napkin.
"If she wants to come back permanently then she can. Y/N's only been with you guys for what ? a year? She's been with us forever so you know who she's going to choose." Arthur leaned back in the seat.
"Sure fish boy." Tony let his smart mouth get the best of him. Y/N took a sip of her champagne to calm her nerves.
"Guys..."
She was ignored again. "Y/N is coming with us and that's final. That's the only reason why I came to this wretched place was for her." Clark crossed his arm and Bucky narrowed his eyes at him.
"She's not going anywhere with you. I stand on that."
"Barnes right, you think I was going to let her leave with you after what you did? That's really funny." Natasha chugged the rest of her champagne down. Y/N winced at what she said.
"Guys please."
"Does that matter? Y/N is coming whether you like it or not." Bruce said setting his fork down. Diana nodded in agreement.
"I don't have to anything. Just know I'm not going down without a fight?"
"You people are so petty and tiny." Thor laughed using his fingers to indicate how small they were.
"If Y/N doesn't want to leave she isn't going to leave. it's her decision." Steve sat forward in his seat. They were getting louder by the minute.
"She isn't going, you weaklings," Loki growled sitting forward in his seat as well, not taking eyes off Arthur. Both Clark and Bucky held an intense stare.
"We should go few rounds." Tony stood up and so did Bruce.
"Let's do it then Stark."
Y/N chugged down the rest of the champagne. "Stop." The argument between them grew louder. "Stop!" Y/N stood up placing her hands on the table, no one noticed.
She slammed her hands against the table. "STOP! JUST STOP IT!" Everyone stared at her in shock.
"ENOUGH WITH THIS! I brought you altogether because I wanted support. I needed support."Y/N gritted through her teeth, tears welling in her eyes. "The one time I step out, you all can't even put your petty egos aside. I don't care who I'm staying with and I don't fucking know why it's an argument. I just wanted it to be a normal night."
Y/N lips trembled as she cried, "I can't hold on to this no longer. I was pregnant before I left Clark. I lost the baby. I lost it the day I went to find out the gender." Clark squeezed his eyes closed, his heart broke hearing the news. "And I hate myself so much for even letting myself stress so much that I lost it. When it happened I was alone. I didn't have you, Bruce, or Diana. I didn't have no one. I came to New York heartbroken."
She looked at the Avengers, they held a sad face. Natasha's cheeks were coated with tears."You guys mended my broken heart. You made me feel welcome and I don't know how I could ever repay you." Y/N wiped her tears.
"But I can't deal with this between all of you. I'm leaving so you can have your big ego contest."
She slid the chair back, walking to the elevator. "Y/N!" Bucky called for her but she ignored him. "Shit!" Clark curses under his breath getting up from the chair. Tony shook his head at him.
"Leave her be Clark. She probably went up to the roof or to the park for fresh air."
------------
Y/N sat in the chair at the airport. She was only going out of the country for a couple of days just to clear her mind. Bruce and Tony have been blowing up her phone none stop. She was tired and waiting on her flight to be called. "Ugh, I'm so tired." She mumbled rubbing her temple. She got up going to the bathroom.
It was oddly quiet until she heard panicked screams. "What?" She murmured looking over her shoulder. Parademons were everywhere. Y/N scrambled to grab her phone trying to be quiet. She slid down the wall, covering her mouth trying to contain her breathing so she wouldn't be heard. The vibration from her phone caught one of their attention and she didn't know.
Still scrambling, Y/N declined the call somehow. She knew she was fucked, tears raced down her melanin cheeks as she held her breath. The parademons appeared beside Y/N, one inspected making sure she was the right one. It snatched Y/N up and she screamed.
"CLARK!"
--------
The two teams were either sitting around or cleaning up. Clark stood in front of the wet dishes drying them off while Bucky cleaned them. He froze hearing Y/N scream in his ears. Diana noticed and instantly spoke up.
"What is Clark? What's wrong?"
"Y/N's been kidnapped."

Omg, I feel like this is so weird😂😂😂. I am going to make a part 2 I just gotta think about how it's going to go. I have a busy weekend ahead so I won't update until Monday.
Yk i had to make Y/N damsel in distress 😉. Clark is her lover but Bucky does like her. This is kinda a part 2 of Vacation. I love Marvel and DC so why not put them together 😁!
I hope you guys enjoyed this weird post even though the title has nothing to do with the plot of the story, I just couldn't think of anything 😂😂.
Stay slutty my friends 💜
