A/N:: SORRY FOR THE WAIT IVE BEEN WRITING SO MANY OTHER FANFICS 🙇‍♀️ I HOPE YALL LIKE THIS LONG AWAITED PART 1

You turned around and pointed the gun at the man. He looked surprised but not afraid in the slightest. "Put your hands up or I'll shoot!" You shouted firmly at him.

"Who the Hell do you think you are?" The man laughed with a cocky expression.

"Officer Y/N L/N from the Korean national police, a senior inspector." You stated harshly while the man just laughed.

"And I'm Johnny Rob from the fucking circus, your rank doesn't mean shit to me." He laughed as he shrugged before putting his hand at his hip, like he was going to grab something. You pointed the tip of your gun at his hand before reluctantly pulling the trigger.

There was a loud bang! But nothing else. You opened your eyes to find his hand unharmed. "Haha you're gonna need these to shoot me." He said showing you the bullets in his hand. You looked at your gun in shock before hearing a loud crash behind you. Oh yeah there's two more! You turned around and saw the massive window now smashed to bits. You turned back around to where the blonde man was but he was nowhere to be found. You turned to the window again before running over to it and looked out of it. As you looked down at the ground you found no reminisce of the other two people from before. You examined the gun closer before realizing it was just a fake model gun!

You threw it on the floor before stomping out the door to go find the bartender from earlier. You spotted him and informed him of everything, he looked at you like you were crazy.

"Alright that's enough," he said as he put his hand up. "Seems like you've had enough drinks for tonight." He said as he started approaching you.

"No! I'm telling the truth! I'm a police officer and I work for the KNP!" You explained as you backed away from him.

"Yeah and I'm the government of America, let's get going home. Do you have that friend to drive you home?" He said as he held you, not forcefully, just enough to keep you standing here.

"Yeah, she's still in the club."

-time skip-

You sat in the back of Alyssa's car as she and her new friend Vanquisha sat in front chatting up a storm. You replayed what happened in your head over and over again. That's when the car halted and you realized you were already at your apartment. You thanked Alyssa for driving you and got out of the car. As you were shutting the car door Alyssa rolled down her window and called out your name. You walked over to the window and leaned in, she stuck her head out the window and softly spoke.

"Don't stress about what you think you saw tonight. I think the work stress is just getting to you and all those drinks made you visualize things that weren't there. Maybe there was a girl crying? And maybe you did follow them? But the rest was the alcohol. Maybe someone put something stronger in it to make you hallucinate?" She said as you were thinking about her every word.

"Yeah, you're probably right," you lied. You know what you saw. Those men were there, and the blonde one had a gun. Besides, the window was actually broken when you saw it later.

"Alright go get some sleep," Alyssa said with a wave of her hand before driving off. You were exhausted so you wasted no time getting changed and into bed. It was mere seconds before you fell asleep.

The next morning you woke up with your hair a mess, blankets half off, clothes on backwards and you had no idea where you were. Perhaps you were a little tipsy last night. You checked your phone to see the battery was at 10% so you plugged it back in and sat in bed. Rethinking all your life choices. You then remembered today was a Friday so you had the entire day off and you weren't on call for the next month so you decided to start the day off with a nice healthy meal. You went out to your fridge and opened it to see…nothing.

"Fuck!" You said as you slammed the door. You then went to the cupboard to find coffee but when you opened it…no coffee. "I mean it's not like I had milk anyway," You said to yourself before closing the cupboard door. You decided to go down to the coffee shop nearby and pick up a little breakfast and some coffee before getting groceries.

You walked up to the line in the shop and looked around the menu. You come here often but you usually don't eat breakfast outside of your own home. When it was time for you to order you walked up to the counter and prepared to request your order but when you made eye contact with the woman at the counter you realized. She looks exactly like the girl from last night. You paused for a moment as you stared at her, she tilted her head and said "is something wrong mam?" You snapped back to reality and replied.

"Sorry, still not awake yet haha," you laughed.

"No,no I get you don't worry about it," She seemed super laid back and friendly and you could tell that by just 9 words. After ordering your food you picked it up and waved goodbye to the woman. You ate it on your way over to the supermarket to get some things to last you a few days. It'd be a fairly short visit.

You finished your breakfast and put the garbage in a trashcan on the side of the sidewalk. As you entered the store you realized you forgot your phone. You sighed and continued on shopping considering you were already here. Vegetables, meat, ketchup, milk, cheese, breakfast foods, snack food what else? You checked off the grocery list in your mind while going through the isle's. Ramen!

You went to the noodles section and started looking around. Unfortunately they didn't have your favorite instant Ramen so you had to find a substitute. As you examined different packs a man stood beside you. You didn't mind because all he was doing was the same as you until he tapped you on the shoulder. You looked up to see a soft man with fluffy blonde hair, glasses, a warm long coat smiling at you.

"I'm sorry but do you know where on this it'd say it's vegan?" He said warmly as he held the little circular box towards you. You looked at him suspiciously to which he responded with a frightened look. He looked so much like the man who had a gun last night.

"Oh don't worry. If it was vegan it'd be listed right here." You said as you pointed at the box for him.

"Thank you very much," he said with a light bow before moving around and checking the bowls of Ramen. He picked one up, checked it, and nodded before walking off. You eyed him for any suspicious behavior. You decided to stop him from walking past you.

"By the way, are you vegan?" You asked kindly.

"I'm afraid not. What makes you ask?" He said slightly aloof.

"I'm just interested in vegans and vegetarians, I think they're very well mind setted people." You explained.

"I can't help but agree," he said, taking a moment to stop and chat to you. Hands on his hips, one still holding his Ramen bowl.

"Why aren't you vegan?" You asked. It sounded a little stupid now that you thought about it but too late, you already said it.

"Too expensive haha," he chuckled awkwardly. "But I still try to get vegan things, such as Ramen." He said idly.

"Funny that you say that because you were the one asking me for help when it comes to knowing if it was vegan." You said getting a little serious.

"Whoa whoa, it's just that when I dormed with my ex-roommate he was the vegan one so he'd know how to get all the vegan food and I'd just follow his lead!" You explained sincerely.

"That makes sense but how did you never notice the big VEGAN label on them?" You said as you pointed at the box.

"My roommate would be the one to cook them." He explained getting serious himself.

"All the time?" You said with an uncertain look. That's when a man asked to get past you "O-oh sorry!" You apologized as you moved out of the way but when you turned back around again the man from before was gone. The only thing left was a vegan Ramen bowl on the floor. You picked it up and looked at it before sighing to yourself. Maybe work is getting to me… you thought to yourself.

You paid for your food and went back home. After putting everything away you checked your phone. You had 5 messages from Alyssa, she invited you to hang out with her and Vanquisha this evening. You replied with an excited yes and talked about the plans.

It was now 5:43pm and you were at a Korean barbecue restaurant with Vanquisha and Alyssa. Basically third wheeling for the past hour. They weren't dating yet but it was PAINFULLY obvious they were both so into each other and as you watched them recreate perfect kdrama scenes throughout this get together you lost your mind.

It came time to pay and one of the young men came up to you and asked if they were ready to pay. Even during that they were being romantic. Fighting over which one of them was gonna pay until you frustratedly told the man to split it.

After paying you went out to Alyssa's car and sat in the back seat…again. As they were being lovey dovey you looked out the window and replayed your recent memories from the club and grocery store. The more you thought about it his facial features were similar to the blonde gunman at the club. Your head started aching at all this thinking.

"Sorry to butt in but is it okay if you drop me off now?" You said leaning forward to the two girls in front.

"Sure, but why don't you want to come with us?" Alyssa smiled at you while stopping at a red light.

"I'm not feeling great. I've got a headache and I'm feeling light headed," you explained.

"Oh okay. I'll drop you off now." Alyssa said before turning to the left when the light turned green. Vanquisha gave you some meds with a warm smile, her dark skin filled her eyes as she smiled.

You arrived home and lazily walked up to your apartment room. After fumbling around with the keys you got inside. At the window you found a male figure standing in the moonlight. You panicked and shouted "who are you!?" To the mysterious figure.

"Don't recognize me?" The man said as he turned around and approached you, his face now visible. You analyzed his features and it clicked. He pulled his hair back with a smirk. "You don't happen to have any vegan ramen?" He chuckled before sitting on a chair around your circular table.

"How the hell did you know where I live!?" You said angrily stomping over to him.

"Check the pocket of the jacket you wore to the grocery store," he said pointing to your jacket hanging on the wall. You looked at him suspicious before going over to your jacket. You shoved your hand in the pocket and found a little pill shaped red tracker in it. You grabbed it in a fist and growled. "You're pretty unaware for a cop," he smirked as he sipped some tea from one of your tea cups.

"When did you-" you said as you looked around for any remnants of him getting tea. Nothing to be found. You looked back at him to make sure he wasn't doing anything troublesome. "What do you want?" You said with crossed arms.

"I want you to quit your job." He said cheekily.

"What?!" You said as you stomped over to him. He was unbothered, simply sipping his tea. "Why the hell do you want me doing that?" You tried to get behind his motives.

"Haha, you really don't know anything about this police industry sweetie," he laughed as your fists clenched.

"Says you!" You said sitting down, arms crossed.

"I was once a fool like you," he waved his hand in the air. "Gullible, immature, slow," he stated as your blood boiled. "But it didn't take long for this fox to figure it all out," he said, gesturing to himself. You raised an eyebrow at him at his unbelievable talk.

"What do you mean by that?" You inquired. He shook his head with a "tsk, tsk, tsk"

He stood up and started heading for the door before you ran in front of it. He bent down to look at you in the eye. "I'm going to have to ask you to move, bunny." He said with a gentle smile that melted your heart. You snapped yourself out of it.

"No! And I'm not a bunny!" You retorted. He sighed and shook his head.

"You have no reason to keep me here so let me pass,"

"No! I have reasons!"

"Such as?"

"You broke into my house-"

"I opened it with a key," he chuckled as he dangled said keys in your face. You grabbed them and examined them.

"You put a tracker on me!" You gestured to your jacket and his eyes followed.

"Correction. I put it in your jacket. Not on you." He replied cockily. You grumbled and looked back at him. "Admit it, ya can't touch me bunny," he said, pushing you out of his way.

"No, no, no! Where'd you get the key!" You pointed a finger at him.

"I borrowed it from someone."

"Without my consent!" You replied angrily.

"I didn't get it from you, bunny." He chuckled as he started opening the door.

"Then who did you get it from?" You said as you stood in front of the door again.

"That is none of your concern, bunny" he said, getting annoyed with you.

"Would you stop calling me that!" You said with frustration.

"Listen toots." He knelt down to you. "If you quit your job in two weeks, I'll stop stealing, give you these keys, and never talk to you again." He stated. "I'll even stop committing crimes! Talk about being heroic. Stopping someone from ending countless lives by just stealing! Haha!" He said with annoyance.

"Promise?" You said sticking out a hand to him.

"Deal." He grabbed your hand and shook it. It felt like shaking the devil's hand. With that you let him open the door and just barely step out into the hallway before you spoke up.

"And if you break the deal I'll expose this audio recording." You said as you held up your phone that played a recording. "I'll stop stealing, give you these keys, and never talk to you again. I'll even stop committing crimes! Talk about heroic! Stopping someone from ending countless lives by just stealing!haha!"

You shut the door on his shocked face. He then started banging on the door.

"If you don't delete that I'm gonna-!"

You just laughed in response. "Do what?"

You said as you examined the keys you swiped off of the man. He just growled as he stopped banging on the door. "Admit it, you can't touch me fox," you giggled.

"Hey that's my line!" He kicked the door before leaving.

"We won't be seeing him for a while," you said to yourself outloud as you held up the exact copy of your keys that used to be in his hands.

˚₊· ͟͟͞͞➳❥ Under the sunset

After the water games, it was decided that Lee Know and Seungmin would go out to buy the stuff needed for the barbeque. As they went, the other members were left to their own activities, most of them remaining in the pool to play.

Bella, who was by the pool throughout the entire time, walked towards the edge of the floor, where it was covered by metal railings and glass panes. She leaned on it, feeling the warm sunlight of Jeju Island hit her skin. Even though the trip would be short, she planned to make the most of it with her boys.

"What are you doing?" She turned her head to see Changbin walking towards her. He was drying up after being in the pool for God knows how long and now changed into a long sleeved shirt that was tight around his body, allowing Bella the privilege of seeing his muscles.

"Just watching the view." Bella replied with a smile before returning her focus to the scenery.

"I like the view right now ~" Changbin immediately sung making Bella laugh. She felt him hug her from behind and she enjoyed the feeling of his biceps on her.

"Today was fun." He muttered, his face in her neck.

"Glad you had fun, Changbinnie." She smiled and ruffled his, still wet, hair. The two were silent for a couple of moments, enjoying each other's presence when they heard someone call them.

"Are you guys going to head inside now?" It was Hyunjin.

Bella glanced at the older rapper beside her. "I know I'm not." This made Changbin look towards Hyunjin, shouting that they were going to stay a bit longer. He nodded and went inside, following the rest who had entered a few minutes prior.

"You're not feeling cold?" Bella asked him.

"No, I still feel hot from playing in the pool." He said before bowing to the staff who were now leaving after packing the equipment. They would stay in a nearby house and give the group their own privacy and come back the next morning. Bella also turned and bowed, thanking them for their hard work.

After they left, the place was silent, if you don't count Han and Seungmin singing loudly in the house. Bella's eyes turned from the view and towards the now empty pool.

"I want to swim for a bit." She commented as she walked towards it.

"Now?" Changbin asked.

"Yeah." She proceeded to take off the large shirt of her body, revealing a purple one-piece costume. She dived in and Changbin could only look and laugh in awe as he watched her swim. While she didn't swim athletically like Chan did, she was still pretty good. The only reason why she didn't participate in the games today was so that the teams would be equal.

"Aren't you going to get in?" She asked him and he shook his head.

"I just got out. Why would I want to enter the pool again?" He replied.

"Good point." Bella said as she floated smoothly on her back. Another comfortable silence ensued as Bella swam laps around the pool whilst Changbin watched.

After some time, Bella began to notice the sky was turning orange. When she looked over the horizon, the sun was already halfway gone, making her gasp loudly. As a result Changbin looked at her in alarm.

"What is it?" He asked, ready to dive in and help if something was wrong.

"The sunset is so pretty!" Bella exclaimed. "I almost missed seeing it!"

Changbin blinked once. Twice. Thrice. Before he finally let out a tired sigh and looked at her with a mildly-angry look.

"I really thought you got hurt." He said. Bella did not seem to hear him as she quickly got of the pool and ran towards the edge and leaning over it. Seeing this, Changbin quickly grabbed the towel on the chair and dashed towards her, wrapping the material around her.

"Careful!" He yelled. "What if you fell?" Changbin made sure that the blanket was covering all areas of her body, especially her chest. He didn't know whether the place was safe enough but even we they try, some 'fans' would always find them. So it was always best for them to be on guard.

At hearing the worry in his voice, Bella turned to him and sweetly smiled at him, apologizing. At that moment, the sun's warm orange rays fell onto her face, making Bella look more beautiful than ever in the eyes of Changbin. He stared at her before looking away, the tips of his ears pink.

"It's fine. Just never run near a pool." He looked back at her. "You can fall and hurt yourself."

"Okay, I won't do it again." She said genuinely before looking back at the sunset. This time Changbin followed her gaze and proceeded to watch the sunset with her.

As the sun went down, the hand that was still wrapped around her pulled Bella closer to his body. She smiled at this and wrapped her own arms around them. The two remained under the sunset until Lee Know and Seungmin came back with stuff for the barbeque.

Sale de la habitación tallándose los ojos tras momentos de recuperación y que su gloria matutina haya disminuido, el olor a huevo con grasa seguramente de tocino sofoca sus fosas nasales hasta el punto del vómito. Aborrece ese olor.

- Buenos días bella durmiente. - Saluda desde la cocina con voz cantarina

El considerado chef Felix siente la presencia del último en cama por fin salir de sus confines. No esperaba que alguien más aparte de él, pasara gran parte del día inconsciente.

- Buenos días. - Responde en un grito dirigiéndose al baño cautelosamente para no ser visto en tal estado. Que deplorable. La mancha en sus pantalones sería muy difícil de explicar.

- ¿Almuerzo? - Se materializa de la nada (literalmente) frente a él con una taza de té. Sonrisa tan amplia hasta las orejas.

- Más tarde. Gracias. - Trata de esquivarlo como en táctica de football americano.

- ¿Por qué no ahora? -

- Debo bañarme ahora. -

- oh, ¿Tienes planes? -

- Ehhh, sí. Tengo algo de prisa. - Tapa la mancha con sus manos

- Al menos come algo, te ves pálido. Después de ducharte comerás el resto. -

- No tengo mucha hambre de todos modos. Come sin mí. -

- Como tu mayor debes obedecerme. -

- Por unos meses solamente. -

- Meses que soy mayor que tú. -

- Después de ducharme entonces. - Azota la puerta tras su entrada.

Casi arranca la ropa de su cuerpo. No la bota en el cesto de ropa sucia; con agua de la tina llenándose, talla la marca que abarca todo el muslo de su pierna, la ropa interior la deja al fondo del agua. Es un olor muy peculiar, solamente los hombres pueden distinguirlo.

Talla y escurre para por fin dejarlo junto a la demas de sus compañeros, que por cierto dónde se habrán metido. No tienden a ser muy activos después de salir, tal vez nunca llegaron. Sino, estarían quejándose de lo cansados que están mientras Felix lleva comida a dónde estén recostados.

No hay una imagen clara de qué ocurrió anoche tras dejar a t/n en casa, no sabe si ella tuvo que traerlo al ver su estado. No sabe nada ni si el auto está fuera aparcado. Tendrá que averiguarlo preguntando a quien estuvo a su lado en sus últimos momentos de lucidez, ella. Duda mucho que Felix en su estado inconsciente lo haya traído y lanzado a su cama, sus demás compañeros ni señal de vida han dado, tal vez sus mayores del otro departamento tuvieron que ver, pero ellos no se supone que rondaran la zona ayer. Quedan descartados.

Se permite disfrutar del agua (diferente a la que uso para limpiar sus desechos) caliente en sus músculos tensos, un lavado de su vergüenza. Disminuyen las náuseas con las que despertó, dejando únicamente las molestias psicoemocionales.

Hay dos causas principales para su angustia: la primera es haber pensado de esa manera en su amiga, aquella que lo ha tratado tan amablemente, ayudado en clases, reído de sus chistes; pensar que podía reclamarla como suya sin tomar en cuenta su opinión ni ser novia suya; deshonraría su honor de esa forma. La otra es no haber cumplido su sueño de anoche. Es una lucha entre su lado racional y el bestial del que jamás podrá deslindarse. Un dilema con el que ha lidiado desde su primera transformación involuntaria cuando era apenas un muchacho sin padres que le introdujeran al mundo al que verdaderamente pertenece.

Se viste cómodamente y prepara para enfrentar las posibles preguntas de Felix. Sabe que no es un tonto ni un inocentón, ha tenido todo tipo de experiencias aunque no lo parezca por su pinta juguetona. En el teléfono no hay mensajes o llamadas que señalen que alguien haya ido a salvarlo. Tampoco fotografías en la galería o sus redes sociales, que sabía eran poco probables pero igual se hizo el intento por averiguar más.

- Pensé que te habías ido por la alcantarilla, no sabía si saldrías algún dia. toma asiento frente a él en la barra Te preparé hotcakes mejor, tu cara de asco por mi omelette dijo más que mil palabras.-

- Amigo no debiste, podría comprar algo de camino. -

- Ya comes demasiado en la calle. Algo casero no te matará. - Empiezan a engullir sus alimentos

- ¿Los otros no regresaron a dormir? -

- No, se quedaron en las instalaciones de la fraternidad. Luego tomaron un Uber a la casa de Chan, queda más cerca. -

- Quisiera quedarme contigo toda la tarde pero en verdad tengo que salir. Volveré temprano para cenar y ver películas como acordamos. - Por la ventana revisa el lugar en el que se le designa estacionamiento. Bingo, el auto está ahí.

- Estaré en casa, llega a la hora que estés libre. -

- Será temprano, yo traigo la comida. -

- Quiero italiana. -

- Lo que mi chef favorito deseé. Tomaré el auto ¿Ok? - Grita desde la salida.

- ¡Cuídalo! Hyunjin me contó que casi lo averias ayer. -

Maldito chismoso

Debe estar cansada, recibirme será una lata si tiene que atenderme. Querrá hacerlo, es demasiado afable. Quizás debería comprarle algo para que coma.

Toma curso al restaurante de comida rápida que recuerda queda de camino al lugar de t/n. Muchos jóvenes concurren la zona.

Nunca me ha dicho cuál es su comida favorita, que absurdo.

Pero la pizza le gusta a todo mundo.

¡Por una con tan poco queso "extra", es demasiado el costo!

Otro golpe a su limitada cartera, el día de hoy tendrá que gastar más de lo esperado.

Carga la caja con ingredientes extra con ambas manos de camino a su encuentro, el sudor en sus palmas y la fuerza sobrehumana intrínseca a su naturaleza hacen que la caja se abolle con la forma de sus dedos. Se siente nervioso, ella tiene el poder de intimidarlo.

Un último respiro y se encamina a tocar el botón de acceso al edificio, no podría entrar sin su permiso.

- Hola t/n, soy Jeongin. Traje pizza, ¿Puedo entrar? -

Nadie responde por el comunicador pero le permiten entrar. Si bien recuerda, ella vive en el tercer piso en el #7 B, lo mencionó alguna vez mientras hablaba de su número de la suerte, espera no tener que correr de un vecino hambriento. Toca la puerta y espera, pasa casi nada de tiempo cuando un mar de lágrimas lo recibe. Viste con una camiseta gigante hasta medio muslo semitransparente, ropa interior recién puesta (huele su esencia íntima sin querer) y calcetines, tiene apariencia apagada por tanto llorar.

- T/n ¿Qué pasa? -

Cierro la puerta con seguro tras mi ingreso. El aura del departamento se siente más pesada de lo usual, un aire apenas respirable con todo el humo que invade el lugar. Es un intento de contactarme, el color de éste es muy oscuro para ser producto de algo olvidado en la estufa y no sale por debajo de la puerta, se mantiene dentro estático.

- ¿Ashur? ¿Eres tú amor? -

Un sonido casi imperceptible parecido a un silbido se escucha dentro de la nube más densa. Como smog reciente expulsado de un escape. Por dentro una figura amorfa y asquerosa sale violentamente, empujándome con fuerza al suelo muy cerca de la mesita de centro, peligrosamente cerca de la cabeza.

Por preservación propia, me arrastro lo más lejos posible de ésta. No vale la pena oponerme a lo que sea que esté aquí, ningún conjuro alejará a lo que sea que esté dentro. Demasiado horrible para mirar directamente.

- ¿¡Qué es lo que quieres!? - No puedo verle, aprieto los ojos entre mis puños. Tengo lo dedos negros por el contacto con la nube oscura.

- ¿Que te ha tomado tanto? Llevas dos semanas aquí. -

Estoy conmocionada ante la familiar voz. Es la suya, y grave. De a poco me atrevo a destaparme, no me equivoqué. Ante mi está la visión de mi amado, aunque con apariencia más desgastada y vieja. Luce peor que yo en mis días oscuros: flaco, pálido, barba crecida con puntos lampiños, olor a humedad y su rizado pelo en nudos que sobrepasan sus hombros (huesudos a través del suéter que ya le queda flojo).

- ¡No puede ser! Corro a su abrazo casi derrumbándolo con el impacto de mi pesado cuerpo. Me empuja de él. ¿Que ha pasado contigo? ¿Por qué estás tan mal? -

- Estoy demasiado enfermo. Sin mis fuerzas no soy nada, no puedo ni sanarme. Y sin ti dándome de tu vitalidad... No tengo nada. -

- ¿Por qué no me dijiste antes? Pude haber ido a verte, ¡ayudarte! - Lloro sin control al rozar sus manos. Se sienten como las de un anciano en su lecho de muerte.

Agradezco que Jeongin se fuera en cuanto me despedí de él. Espero no haya visto su rostro o matrícula.

Calla unos segundos que se sienten como la eternidad. Su suspiro alargado denota decepción, de mí. O tal vez para retomar la calma. Cambia de tono cuando vuelve a dirigirme la palabra.

- Sé que haces lo que puedes. Incluso vestirte de esa manera, acostarte con los tipos que debas, denigrarte como lo has hecho, no importa. Sólo hazlo rápido para que entregue a esos bastardos por mis dones de vuelta. -

- Yo... - Tartamudeo en voz baja.

- En serio, métete con los demonios para hacerlos caer en tu trampa más fácilmente. A las mujeres se les facilita eso. -

- Te he sido leal... En cuerpo y mente. -

Quisiera que me viera a la cara por lo menos, me golpea peor en el alma que no pueda ni verme a la cara mientras dictamina mis crímenes. Me siento humillada, humillada porque tiene razón. Muy tarde, mis manotazos para atrapar su cuerpo terminan por disipar el humo que una vez lo rodeó. No hay nada de él mas que ese olor a quemado que siempre queda.

Una mezcla de tristeza y celos abruma mi corazón. No fue una condición, es un hecho conociéndolo. Nunca promete en vano, tampoco esoera. De seguro ya envío a alguien para seguirme los pasos. El meollo del asunto es ¿A quién?

¿A quien más podría enviar para no levantar sospechas? Pasamos por mucho estrés para idear un plan que no pareciera fuera de lo normal, cuidamos cada detalle para hacerme alguien perfectamente promedio. Una estudiante más. Reunir éstas características en tan poco tiempo me parece imposible. Lo que me lleva a dos conclusiones igual de dolorosas: 1. Siempre contó con alguien más en caso de que yo fuera inútil aplicando el mismo plan 2. Encontró a alguien con las mismas características yo para adaptarse a esta vida. En un lapso de tiempo lastimosamente corto para mi orgullo.

¿Por qué no pudo esperar más?

Así de reemplazable soy

Lo que es aún peor para mí, puede ser una chica, y con las mismas motivaciones... Salvarlo a toda costa porque lo amo. No es segura mi aseveración, posiblemente sea exageración mía. Pero tampoco tengo la manera de descartarlo. Todo es posible ya en este punto para él. Extrañamente lo entiendo.

Me hundo en el mar de la angustia hasta que en un parpadeo el sol me molesta en los ojos. Pasé toda la noche perdida en mis pensamientos, sin moverme siquiera de sitio. Estoy sobre mis rodillas, las cuales ya matan del dolor, espalda y hombros caídos en derrota.

Con las fuerzas inexistentes del nulo descanso, gateo al baño. Así como sale el agua de la regadera me adentro en ella para lavar temblorosa mi cuerpo. La alta temperatura del agua relaja mis músculos, los cuales no me había permitido sentir el dolor de permanecer en una misma posición por tanto tiempo, ni hablar de la cabeza, va a reventar en cualquier segundo. Accidentes automovilísticos duelen menos que esto.

Al vestido lo desecho con cierto despecho al cesto de la basura. No quiero usarlo de nuevo, me daría la sensación de estar sucia. Comienzo a derrumbarme con el recuerdo de lo pasado hace unas horas, no parece real.

Ashur siendo tan crítico y cruel conmigo, debe estar desesperado.

No era él mismo, jamás me había ofendido antes, jamás había criticado mi eficacia en nada. Era perfecta en sus propias palabras. El tedioso sonido del intercomunicador me saca de mis casillas, por la pantalla veo a mi chófer de anoche cargando una caja de pizza tan grande como yo. El estómago ruge de pensar en consumir comida, ¡lo que sea por favor!

Permito su acceso con un click y espero tras la puerta, pronto toca para avisarme está tras ella. Titubeo.

¿Dejar a otro hombre pasar a mi casa después de lo que me dijo Ashur? Estaría haciendo exactamente lo que utilizó para ofenderme. Aunque no le importa, lo dejó bien en claro.

Pero por qué tiene que pagar Innie por mis problemas. Que se joda Ashur y sus insultos. Es mi amigo.

No podría decirte. - Saco los platos de la alacena, muy arriba para mí.

- Oh diablos, es como si anoche no existiera. Perdí esas horas de mi vida. -

- No soy la mayor fan jajaja. Escoge un juego de mesa del estante, iré a ponerme ropa. -

Asiente con la dosis necesaria de alegría que necesito para salir de mi abismo de amargura. Agacha la mirada y en su regreso a mi cara, echa un vistazo rápido a mis piernas de nuevo. Un atisbo de negrura cubre sus ojos. Lo dejaré pasar está vez.

Paso mi tiempo libre hasta las 8 que tiene que irse con sus roomies devuelta. Jugamos cartas, comimos, recordamos la noche anterior y planeamos una próxima salida para que conozca a sus amigos más a fondo.

Lo veo levantarse del suelo en esa chaqueta de algodón negra, como toda su rooa. Su estilo le favorece. Es lindo, muy lindo para alguien tan joven como nosotros. Demasiado diría yo.

It’s been a year since your relationship with Hyunjin has gotten out in school. You’re the quiet but smart and always number 1 in class type of student while he’s one of the supposedly bad influences in school.

The way you met was an accident.

You were on your way home from the book store and you happened to stop by at a cafe along the way. You didn’t know that he was working there until he was the one who took your order. Both of you were surprised and speechless for a while but you were able to come back to your senses and placed an order.

He handed you a buzzer with your queuing number on it before you made your way to an empty table that was by the glass window. You were just minding your own business until a warm mug of your coffee made its way to your table. You looked up and saw that Hyunjin served it instead of buzzing your queuing number.

He was close, you both were, you could sort of feel each other's breath coming out your mouths. You gulped, knowing what he’s capable of to make you shut up. Well, they were only rumors but you were preparing for whatever was about to come your way.

“See you at school.” he said.

That was all he said before he left you alone and went back to work. You were obviously stunned and confused about what happened. You thought he was going to pour the hot drink on you or something but he didn’t. He didn’t do anything to harm you.

In fact, the next few days after you found out that he worked at the cafe, he didn’t come after you like you thought he would. Were the rumors false then?

He was known for beating up someone in a dark alley, skipping class and getting into trouble a lot which was why you stayed away from him. Everyone did, except for the girls that really wanted him. But after that encounter at the cafe, he really didn’t do anything at all. You were disappointed at how you believed in those rumors. You knew better, and you even told yourself that you weren’t going to believe in things like that. You felt disappointed at the same time feeling guilty because of how you thought of him. You wanted to apologize, even if you didn’t have to, you thought that you needed to.

The week after, during the long weekend break from school, you went to the cafe. This time however, it wasn’t just him that you saw. You saw his friends who were also working. They were spread out in different areas.

“Wel- oh! y/n!” Jeongin came up to you. You knew him because he was your lab partner for a couple of weeks until everyone got reassigned. “It’s nice to see you here. Do you want anything?” he was smiling as he asked. He’s always been like that and you found him really cute for it. “Um, is Hyunjin here?” you hesitantly asked. “Yeah, he’s preparing coffee right now.”

He wasn’t looking at you weirdly or anything, but he thought it was odd that you were looking for Hyunjin and the fact you knew that Hyunjin worked there. “I’ll tell him to come talk to you - only if you buy something first.” you agreed, and you really wanted coffee anyway. Especially if it was made by Hyunjin. The coffee he made the first time you went here was really good, so you ordered the same thing and waited at an empty table at the corner of the cafe.

While you were waiting, Han Jisung or Han by his friends, saw you waiting at the corner. “What’s y/n doing here?” he said. Hyunjin’s ears perked while he was carefully finishing the coffee he was making for a different customer. “Oh, she came here to talk to Hyunjin.” Jeongin responded so casually. “Oh~? Why would he want to talk to our Jinnie?” Han nudged Hyunjin’s arm with his elbow, obviously teasing him. “Just get back to work.” Hyunjin stared at him for a bit before he also got back to work.

Felix, their resident baker, approached you and offered a free sample of his brownies. “Oh, wow. This is good, Lix!” you got another piece from his tray. He joined you for a bit to keep you company. You were also friends with Felix since both of you help out in the library every Thursdays. You got to know that he lived in Australia for most of his life and came to Korea a few years back. You were very surprised that he also knew how to speak French, which meant free French lessons for you in exchange for helping him out what’s missing from the sweets that he makes.

“Thanks for always helping me out, y/n.” he said with that bright smile of his. “Of course, Lix! I can’t say no to sweets - and to you.” you smiled back. “Well, then I better get back to passing out these free samples. Catch you later.” he got up and left after waving to you.

Just then, Hyunjin came to your table and served your coffee like the last time. He was waiting for Felix to leave before he approached you with your order. “O-oh..thank you.” you felt small in front him. Not because he’s taller than you, but you just felt so tiny around him. “Jeongin said you were looking for me?” you nodded and told him that he can sit down if he’d like.

“Um..” you were playing with your fingers as you tried putting your thoughts together. Finding the right things to say - or rather finding the things to say without offending him. “I- um.. I wanted to apologize.'' He was surprised. You didn’t do anything so why were you apologizing so suddenly.

“That day, when I found out you worked here. I thought you didn’t want me telling anyone. I thought...you were going to come after me and torment me or something.” You hung your head low, feeling embarrassed as you sincerely apologized. You were about to make a run for it until you heard him laugh. His laugh was unique and happy sounding. You were surprised that he laughed like that.

“y/n, I meant it when I said “see you in school”. I didn’t mean it in a threatening way.” he giggled lightly. “The rumors got to you, huh?”

It was like his whole demeanor had changed. Or maybe it didn’t change at all because you saw him as what you heard from the rumors. Hyunjin wasn’t that type of bad guy in school, it was only his aura and the way he dressed but in reality he’s funny, creative and hard working.

Your second visit to the cafe gave you a chance to get to know him without the rumors. At the same time, that gave him a chance to ask you out because apparently, he’s been into you for the longest time. He just didn’t have the courage to speak to you in school because he knew about the rumors. “If you knew, why stay quiet?”

“There wouldn’t be any point in proving them wrong. I’ll let them believe whatever they want to.”

Last year was really something for both of you. The moment the people at school saw you and Hyunjin together, it was like that scene from Twilight with Bella and Edward. Everyone who looked couldn’t believe it and couldn’t take their eyes off the new couple.

3 years later, you and Hyunjin were still together and you moved in with him after graduating university. The cafe that they run was still up, but you also opened your own business near the cafe. You opened up a bookstore across the cafe and Hyunjin would help on his day off.

Changbin and Chan came by to drop off some new books that had arrived. You told them that you would get them yourself but they insisted on doing it for you. “Thanks guys. I could’ve done it myself.” you said as you put the books away. “No big deal, y/n. We’re off to the cafe after this anyway.” Changbin was also helping put the books in the right shelves while Chan was moving the boxes in the back.

“You know, you never told us why you opened up a bookstore.” Seungmin, who was doing the inventory suddenly popped out of nowhere. You shyly smiled as you put the books away. “Yeah, y/n. Why did you open up a bookstore?” Chan said.

“When did you realize you had feelings for me?” you were leaning against Hyunjin’s chest as you asked him.

“So suddenly?” he was talking about the question. He chuckled and put the book he was reading on his lap. “Hm..it was when you and Felix were in the library.”

“You go to the library?” you playfully gasped.

“Babe, please. Of course I go to the library.” you let out a soft chuckle and let him continue.

“It was...the way you were organizing the books. The way you blew your hair away from your face when you get confused. The way you tap your finger on your lip while looking for a book. The way you turn your head back to Felix whenever he calls you.” you were starting to get shy as he states his realizations.

“You were so mesmerizing in my point of view.” he ended it with a kiss on your cheek. Your face flushed at the sudden contact but you loved it. You loved the way he made you feel. He knew how to make you feel soft and loved.

You loved the way he sees you in his own point of view.

Timeline: Before the NOEASY era.

Genre: Fluff.

Bella's eldest brother had come to visit her after traveling to India for a work trip with his colleagues. As per family rule, bring something back, preferably food, for Bella. (and yes it was Bella who made that rule)

What she didn't expect to see was JinJin, her pet pet ferret, to be brought into the JYP building at 2.00 in the afternoon. Jonathan had said that the plane had to stop at Germany for an emergency landing so he just decided to visit their grandparents and bring back the animal.

Safe to say Bella was ecstatic. She had told her manager about Jin's arrival and allowed her to stay with her in the same apartment. Luckily for her, she already had some food stuffs and sleeping cushions so she was all set.

Jin had been adopted one year after her debut in Stray Kids, as a congratulations from her aunt. The small white animal was named after her fellow member Hyunjin as he reminded Bella of the ferret.

Coincidentally, Kkami had been allowed by JYP to come and spend a few days with Hyunjin, seeing as also Jin was staying with Bella, with the condition that the dog would stay with Hyunjin, and the male agreed.

It was a few weeks before the group would begin to practice for their comeback with THUNDEROUS so the two members decided to maximise their time with their pets and spend it together as well.

Since Bella had her own apartment, being the only girl and all, they decided to have their pets play there during their hangout.

It was around 11.00 in the morning when Hyunjin showed up with Kkami in his arms and a bag for his essentials.

"Hey!" Bella greeted and invited him into the house. She was dressed in some loose black pants and a large grey sweater. Hyunjin wore some grey sweatpants and a black hoodie for some warmth.

"Hi Kkami~" She took put the small dog from Hyunjin's arms and kissed his snout, the little dog happily barking at seeing her again after a long time. Hyunjin watched this with a happy smile, but he was feeling a bit jealous that Kkami loved Bella more than he does.

"Wah!~" Hyunjin whined. "Kkami loves you more than me! Not fair!~" A cute pout adorned his lips.

"Too bad for you!~" Bella laughed as she placed the dog on the floor.

"Where's JinJin?" As if on queue, the white ferret jumped out of the blanket it had been sleeping in a few minutes prior and happily ran towards the red headed male. Hyunjin laughed and scooped up the little pet as it rubbed itself along his hands.

"Hi JinJin!" His voice went a pitch higher. "How have you been?"

The ferret squeaked in delight as its response before jumping out of Hyunjin's arms and into Bella's. This made the girl laugh as Hyunjin pouts once again.

"What can I say? They love me." She gave the older male a smile, to which he returned with one as well. Bella placed the ferret down and Kkami, who had been (im)patiently waiting for his friend to be put down, jumped on Jin and sniffed him. It was Kkami's way of greeting his friend.

"I have some food cooked already for us." Bella told Hyunjin. "Do you have food for Kkami or do I need to make some for him?"

"I brought some but Kkami loves your cooking more than mine." Hyunjin laughed as the two walked towards the living room, the two animals trailing behind their owners.

The rest of the day is spent having fun. Kkami and JinJin played for nearly two hours straight before exhaustion finally hit them and they took a nap, curled up into each other. Bella and Hyunjin had taken some pictures of that and posted them on bubble, making Stays happy.

As the two pets slept, Bella and Hyunjin were mostly in the kitchen making food and telling each other about the JYP gossip or in the living room watching TV, keeping the volume low so as to not wake up the sleeping animals. Their day was quiet and relaxing, and the two enjoyed.

"Thanks for having us." Hyunjin said as he held Kkami in his arms. It was 6.00 in the evening and it was time for Hyunjin and Kkami to go.

"No problem, Jinnie." Bella gave him a soft smile before glancing at the white ferret that was trying to climb Hyunjin's leg. She laughed before grabbing him and cradling her in his arms.

"Say bye bye to Jinne and Kkami~" JinJin simply whined and tried to reach Kkami not wanting him to go. Hyunjin leaned Kkami closer to her and the two little animals rubbed and sniffed each other's faces before Hyunjin pulled back.

"Okay let me go before the two end jumping out of our arms again." The man laughed before turning around and grabbing the bag he had come with.

"Be safe on the way home." Bella told him, a sweet smile on her face.

"Of course." Hyunjin suddenly turned around and placed a gently kiss on her temple before giving her a one-arm hug. "Lock your doors and windows."

"Don't let any sasaengs kidnap you." She laughed as he opened the door.

"I won't. See you at practice tomorrow?" Bella nodded and gave him a finger heart, to which he returned, before he left and walked out the door. She stood there in silence, her mind going back to the kiss before she looked at Jin who was looking at her.

"What?" She cuddled her face into her long body, making the ferret squeak in joy. Bella walked back into the living room, preparing to go to bed after a long, relaxing and tiring day.
