Picture marrying Aone after school, he’s a construction engineer, he makes enough money so you can do what you want as a job! For the sake of this headcannons though, you’re a house spouse!

Aone seems the type to like lots of plants, and a few terrariums! He still has his tortoise too, so you and he fix up the back garden into a tortoise paradise! Aone enjoys gardening with you, him wearing his work gloves as he trims hedges and mows the lawn, and he looks over and your sunbathing with your tortoise son! One of his favorite activities!

Your house is def one he ended up atleast working on with his company, he only trusts his company to build a house for you both, maybe an added room or two, could be your own office if you want to do something, a guest room or even a future kids room, he doesn’t mind which.

Definitely need a big kitchen for such a big man! As a construction worker, he eats like no bodies business! Don’t have to worry about leftovers going bad in this house, cause y’all never HAVE leftovers! He tries to curb his stomach, but whenever he does that, you put a stop to it right away! He needs fuel to work, so eat!

Since graduating, his belly has gotten a bit softer, but his chest, arms and legs are as firm as ever! Your pretty sure he’s gotten BIGGER since he started working! Sure during down seasons he may gain a bit of weight, but that’s usually during winter and it just makes him more cuddly. Besides, he loses it within the first month of being back on the job!

Aone is up before you most days, his job requiring him to arrive at the butt crack of dawn, so you usually bring his lunch too him, and enjoy some time together during his break. Even if his coworkers tease him about what a cute house spouse he has, and he blushes bright red to the tips of his ears, he will NEVER ask you to stop bringing him lunch! EVER!

When he comes home, he’s almost always dead on his feet, trudging into your home barely able to keep his eyes open. If you help remove his work clothes, and get him into the shower, he feels his heart swell with love! Especially if you bring him some snacks for the bath, and even more if you join him and maybe even give him a little massage!

He adores snuggling up to you in bed, but you may have had to have a bed custom made since he’s so big! A California King for sure. He loves flopping into bed, especially if you’re already in there reading so he can hear your slight scream when you bounce as he lands. He’s secretly not so secretly a little spoon, but prefers to face you. He loves laying his head on your chest, and is out like a light if you massage his head. Though he may drool on you if you do that for too long!

The first day at school is always nerve racking but is especial so when for Y/n when she’s moved to a new school to start her second year. The only thing she could think of while she was getting ready that morning was how everyone her age will have already established friend groups and she’d now be intruding on them. While it wasn’t a problem for her, the thought of it just made her nervous.

Originally Y/n was going to let her dad drive her to school but at the last second decided that she’d get the train to school instead. After having breakfast, Y/n set off for the train station clutching onto her bag as she walked. Upon arrival at the station she bought her ticket and temporarily sat on a bench before getting on the train.

Once she was on, Y/n glossed over the seats on the train to see all types of people: businessmen with their briefcases, women with prams, school kid chatting with their friends. One guy in particular caught Y/n’s attention, a tall-looking boy with light coloured hair who happened to be wearing the same uniform as Y/n. A sudden wave of confidence ushered Y/n over to him.

“Excuse me”, she said causing him to look up at her confused “Do you mind if I sit next to you? It’s just, we have the same uniform and well it’s my first day and I don’t really know where I’m going so…” the girl gave him an awkward smile once she’d stopped rambling. The white-haired boy looked somewhat shocked, as though this was the first time he’d been asked this question but nodded anyway making Y/n smile brightly as she quickly took her seat.

A/N: My arthritis knowledge comes from family and friends, obviously one size doesn't fit all.

Coming home from his shift at the construction site, Aone dropped his bag on the floor and removed his shoes. He could hear you humming in the kitchen when he came in and frowned... why were you doing housework? Picking up the hoover and placing it back in the cupboard where it usually went, the noise of the door closing making you jump and turn to him with a bright smile, he walked over and took your hands in his.

"Hi, handsome. How was work?" He nodded. "I made dinner, y'know that dish your mum usually makes? That one."

He frowned again when you pulled your hands away to stir the pot, your knuckles red and swollen, you were wearing a brace on your knee and he could see the heat patch on your back under the cropped t-shirt you were wearing. Clenching his jaw tightly, he reached over to turn the gas off and took the pan off the stove off before carefully picking you up bridal style.

"Wait! Aone- dinner! Hey! Put me- babe, put me down."

You honestly had no clue what had gotten into your husband it wasn't often that he acted like this and you were a little worried since he hadn't eaten dinner yet. Another day off work since your joints were constantly in pain today, working from home made it a little easier and the medication you were on for the inflammation helped a little but you were self conscious about their side effects. The new stretch marks everywhere, the weight gain especially on your face and the stomach, on top of the fact that your boyfriend was built like a Greek god made your thoughts all the more dark.

"Aone, put me down. You'll injure yourself for God's sake, I'm not as small as I was before."

That made him pause, his forehead in a scowl as he looked at you. You could see his eyes tracking down your body, the way his hands held you close to him and he bobbed you up and down as if he was gauging your mass before shaking his head and sitting you both on the sofa. You tried scrambling off his lap but a thick muscular arm banding around you stopped any movements.

"Stay."

"Babe, listen-"

"No."

"Look, I know I've put weight on ok? My clothes don't fit, I have these purple gashes where I've got new stretch marks and no matter what I put on them they don't go away. I'm always in pain somewhere, the amount of money we spend on my medication is insane. Sometimes I just wonder why you even married me."

You sighed loudly, while Aone was quiet usually, when he was adamant about something you had no choice but to listen and to be honest, you loved hearing him speak. But at the point, sitting like this exposed, after you had spent all day at home while he worked to provide for you made you upset. The small comments you got from people sometimes hurt too, the assumption that it's all in your head or that you were being over-dramatic with your pain.

His large hands taking yours, thumbs rubbing over your knuckles which were a little inflamed after your impromptu cooking session and his lips kissing them gently before he held your face in his hands. His intense stare as he held you close, he has noticed all the things you were talking about. And while a fickle lesser man may care, he did not. To him you were still as beautiful as you were when he met you and nothing would change that.

"Not heavy." You scoffed, shaking your head to stop the tears that were threatening to fall down. "Being ill doesn't make you less beautiful and I've never cared about what people say, why would I start now?"

"But-"

"No." His thumbs wiping away the tears that had managed to escape, arms circling you and pulling you close.

"You can't keep saying no to me."

"Watch me."

Part 1

Osamu: he lifts his leg to fart, usually on his brother. Did it once to you out of habit, and like wanted to melt into a puddle. You thought it was funny.

Ushijima: one loud fart. Doesn't necessarily stink, but startles everyone. He's just like -_- my apologies.

Tendou: honestly, just has little toots. And they're so cute, and you both just giggle.

Aone: farts at night. Is super embarrassed, but like they don't smell?? So you just give him kisses

Futakuchi: stink. And he usually tries to get to the bathroom but on the occasion he can't he gets embarrassed bc you tease and pretend you can't breathe.

Goshiki: consecutive toots and his face is red the entire time.

Yaku: silent and deadly. Doesn't say anything either. Let's everyone pin on someone else.

Ennoshita: super respectful, and like only toots in the bathroom.

Tsukishima: refuses to fart in front of anyone. Would rather die

Lev: farts in the tub and laughs at the bubbles. Like a three year old.

Kunimi: sits right on you and farts. Snickers to himself about it too.

Kindaichi: elegantly farts and excuses himself with red ears.

Aran: bends over and farts. Is embarrassed but doesn't let it show. Excuses himself and continues.

Ukai: farts without embarrassment, only in your house. Says excuse me and moves on.

Suna: he squats in front of you and let's one rip. No shame. Laughs in your face as you sputter.

Asahi: sits down one slips out. Wants to ascend at the very moment, a juicy sounding one too. You laugh and tell him it's fine.

you turned over, now facing your sleeping husband. you wrapped your arms around him, noticing him stir a little. you felt bad immediately, pressing a small kiss to his forehead. you weren't going to say anything because you wanted to let him rest some more but it seemed he didn't mind.

even though the past couple of years you two had spent together married, sharing the same morning over and over which consisted of waking up in each others arms and having a nice talk over some coffee and breakfast, you still couldn't help but wonder if he wanted to do it differently.

he shook his head, grunting a little. you smiled, placing your hands on his cheeks and hold his face in your palms. he was cute and you couldn't get tired of looking at him every morning.

"no rush." he said.

even if he was a man of few words you knew the meaning behind them all.

"I would like to spend the day with you." he added. "in bed. just us." he slid his hands down to your waist, running his hands up and down your back. "or at least for now."

he placed a soft kiss on your lips, leaving them there for a second before returning to resting his head on your chest.

I know it's not canon that Aone is a book lover but hear me out. I think he is low-key and enjoys reading books but not in the heavier genre as he prefers something light like teen fiction, Slice of life romance, comedy, or any lighter novel books.

He is actually really proud of you that he has an Author S/O who is very creative and has a gut to create some heavier genre of fiction despite his not really being a big fan of it.

He wouldn't tell you directly that he is proud of having such a successful Author S/O but damn he is really obvious about it because he would buy a bunch of flowers for you.

If you don't really like Flowers, he would definitely give you something you like and prefer (Probably like your favourite brand of chocolate, plushies, etc.)

Blushes red if someone mentions that he's lucky for having such a creative, great, successful and amazing S/O who can write amazing books.

Sometimes would help you with writing but not in the part where there's a crime scene. He would be helping you more with grammatical errors, spelling, vocabulary and such.

I am going, to be honest with you and I'm sorry about it. I don't think he would help you with giving ideas because I believe stories that have heavy topics can make him uncomfortable so he would just gonna watch you work.

Overall, Aone is very supportive and sweet despite you are writing a really heavy theme book. If you are tired, he would definitely prepare a cup of tea or coffee for you to relax.

The screen of the computer was bright despite the room being illuminated by darkness with a small source of light from the lamp on top of your table. (Y/N) (L/N), one of the most successful authors in Japan for writing crime fiction with a great plot twist and depth story that could make anyone get excited when solving the mystery.

Their/ Her/His hair was unkempt, tangled, and reeked of sweat even though you didn't go out a lot. Underneath your eyes, there were eye bags that were quite large and this pitiful form of yours was clearly because you had not rested. (Y/N) did not want a book with just a basic ending, no. You wanted more than just a book with a generic ending as readers could expect it and you wanted a surprise element inside of the book. Hence, as a result of trying to come up with any great ideas, you had not gotten any rest.

From behind the door that was moving ajar slightly, a pair of eyes staring at you but despite it seems it has no emotion in his eyes, the male was worried about your current condition. The male was standing there in silence and his large calloused hands pushing the door away whereas the other hand are holding a cup of your favorite hot beverage.

Hearing the sound of the door creaking, both of your eyes shifted immediately and glancing at your partner. Despite his intimidating stare, you know that is just your boyfriend resting face and you couldn't help but smile seeing Aone being so caring.

Aone carefully places the cup on top of the table without spilling any drops, "Awww, did you make this for me? Thank you so much, baby," (y/n) coos, teasing the taller male lightly whose cheeks turning red after he heard those words escapes from your mouth and it did not escape from the certain (E/C) eye colour as Aone facing away, trying to hide his embarrassment. "You're.....welcome" You almost couldn't hear him.

However, it did not last long because the giant middle blocker noticed that your skin was getting paler than before and both of your eyes were bloodshot from staring at the computer screen for more than an hour. The shadow cast upon his gaze as his pupil shited to you, making the poor (Y/N) shrink in fear seeing his silent glare. "Why are you looking at me like that?" You ask.

"...Rest, or you will get sick. You can write later," he simply says.

Futakuchi Kenji - Date Tech

I am sorry but I don't think he is the type that reads novel books and he prefers Comic books to Novels. Even if he reads novels, he would get bored easily and only read novels that have little pages instead of thick ones.

But that doesn't mean he wouldn't be supportive. He would help you but in his own way and can be a little bit of a prick instead of being gentlemanly like Aone.

Despite that he sometimes can be a little bit of a jerk and tease you, he doesn't mind helping you by giving some kind of ideas when you're writing a crime scene for your novel.

Would help you with your grammar, pronunciation and good ideas to be inserted in your story but also would throw snarky remarks here and there just for shit and giggles.

Of course, you're not gonna just stand there and let him bully you like an idiot. There would be a time you would flick his forehead or flip a bird to him, easing an 'OI!' from him.

He doesn't admit it but he is super proud that he has an amazing author s/o which are you, especially your speciality in making mystery and crime fiction.

Definitely bragging about you to his friends and rubbing it in their faces when you are not around, "(Y/N) is more creative than you, she/he/they can create a better story than you."

Oh? You're one of the most successful authors? Yeah, he would definitely be getting even cockier and rubbing it at everyone's faces, especially to Kamasaki even if he was older than him.

A guy with a pair of brown eyes glances at the screen from the phone, seeing the particular person with (H/C) hair colour and (E/C) eye colour. Standing on top of the stage with bright smiles across their/her/his face. In their hand, there is a golden achievement with their/his/her name printed on the bottom on the bottom of the trophy.

Seeing (Y/N) standing there with a proud smile on their face made the certain captain of Date Tech's heart swells with happiness. He was proud that his S/O got the goal they/she/he had desired, it was their/her/his dream to become one of the most recognized authors in the country and you had gotten that goal.

It was no mistake that it needs a lot of hard work and every step feels like a thorn prickling on the skin of your feet. The news did not only reach his eyes but also reached his ex-teams from the volleyball. It was proven as his phone rang out of nowhere and he picks the phone up.

"SENPAI!! IS IT TRUE THAT YOUR WIFE/HUSBAND GOT AN AWARD AS THE BEST CRIME FICTION AUTHOR!?!" It was Koganegawa.

"No need to shout and yes. My wife/husband got the award of the best author," You could see his smug smile despite he was on the call and no one sees it. "THAT'S SO AWESOME! EVERYONE IN THE TEAM NEEDS TO KNOW!" and the voice line just cut off like that. But the silence did not last long enough until his chat was bombarded with everyone's chat. Including Aone who only gave the emoticon of a trophy, a smiling face, an arrow and a guy/girl which can be translated as 'Congrats for your S/O.' It was not only the middle blocker, but everyone who used to be a volleyball player in the Date-Tech asking poor Futakuchi.

Especially Kamasaki, "OI, FUTAKUCHI. IS IT TRUE THAT YOUR S/O JUST GOT AN AWARD! WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL EVERYONE! YOU SHOULD'VE TOLD US!" Despite it being just a text, Futakuchi could imagine the sandy blonde third-year player yelling at him before he texted back.

"Why? It's not that important for guys like you to know how great my wife/husband is," he texted back before pressing his thumb down on the send button, the corner of his lips tugged upwards after sending that little mischievous text to his ex-team mate.

Yeah, we cannot forget how much of a salt he is after the salt tower from Karasuno.

Koganegawa Kanji - Date Tech

Another one, I don't think Koganegawa is the type that likes to read Novels and prefers Comic books because he thinks Novels are much more boring and hard to understand.

Koganegawa definitely doesn't even understand the word that you typed inside of your book when you need his opinion on certain things.

He's just gonna give you a big bright smile and a thumbs up, loudly shouting 'YOU'RE DOING GREAT, (Y/N)-CHAN!" after reading the book and not understanding anything inside of it.

I am very sorry, but I don't think he's smart as Futakuchi so he couldn't help much in helping you write down a story or helping you with grammar, pronunciation, and ideas.

He does try his best tho to support you in your writing career, even tho it's not as helpful as Aone. As an Extrovert, he had tons of friends so he would try to promote your book to his friends.

He also brags about you being a successful crime fiction author to his friends but without throwing snarky comments or being arrogant like Futakuchi.

"LOOK, GUYS!! MY S/O JUST MADE THIS BOOK! ISN'T THIS GREAT?! YOU SHOULD READ THIS BOOK GUYS!" without realizing that he was being too loud.

Also would definitely watch if your book got adapted into a movie even though he ended up not understanding the plot of the story, just thinking it was cool when there is a fighting scene.

Sweat trickled down from the scalp of his head and a pair of dark brown eyes with small dilated pupils saw the screen of the phone. Watching his s/o steps going up to the stage before they/she/he was given a trophy of an award for becoming the best crime fiction author.

His smile was large and his eyes were twinkling brightly as if there were stars in them. Seeing Koganegawa excited causes the other teammate of Sendai frogs to look at the certain blonde with a dark brown tuft in wonder. Thinking 'What made Koganegawa so happy?' and 'Why he is so excited? We haven't had our play with the other team, yet.' across their minds.

"..Oi, Angry bird. Why the fuck you're smiling like an idiot?" The man that looks like a tennis ball asks Koganegawa.

Kogane's voice did not only make Tsukishima and Kyoutani flinch because of the volume of his voice but it also attract other people who were also inside the room. "So...what kind of story that they made?" Tsukishiam raised his eyebrows in confusion. "I don't know...all I know is that her/his/their book was adapted into a movie and it has many cool scenes! Especially all of the fighting scenes!" Kogane states proudly about your book. Koganegawa's answer, of course, made the ex-middle blocker of the Karasuno raised his eyebrows and tilted his head a little bit in confusion whereas Kyoutani just scoffs and walks away from the scene. "O-oi! I'm not finished! She/he/they made that popular book with (Title name)! You should see it, Kyoutani Senpai!" Koganegawa yells, trying to tell him one of your most popular fiction.

Yandere Team-ups: Asahi Azumane & Takanobu Aone & Kotaro Bokuto & Wakatoshi Ushijima

Gently and fierce love

They all somewhat keep each other from doing anything too rash but that doesn't always work.

With this group their darling ways have a bodyguard around to keep them safe.

This group is one of the most suffocating ones.

Given that there are four of them, their darling is going to have to deal with a lot since each one has their own way of doing things.

Each one does vary with some being more willing to get bloody while others tend to take a different approach.

Bokuto and ushijima usually end up doing most of the “dirty work” but that doesn't mean asahi and aone won't join in it.

All four love to spoil their darling but it does vary with each one.

Going back to being ‘bodyguards’ they protect their darling from… everything. Everything is a threat and only means harm to their darling so they watch over them while getting rid of anything and everything that will hurt them. Even from each other if need be.

In the end their darling is going to have their hands full dealing with those four all at once. They may have had a chance with just one but all four and will…. they better learn how to deal with them or else.

Haikyuu boys when they have a crush on you (Ushijima, Kyotani, Iwazumi, Aone, Bokuto)

Bokuto

There was probably a handful of ways Bokuto could have first noticed you. A; been friends before he even realized his feelings. B; been one of the managers on the volleyball team. Or, C; being a classmate mate of his, a deskmate maybe.

Regardless of how he meets you, he knows you're the one for him. Always greets you with his signature smile and a giant hug.

He always asks you to come to his games and practices; regardless if you are the manager or not. He wants to make you feel included, sharing the thing he loves the most with you. Or just wants to show off and see your face when he lifts his shirt to wipe the sweat off his brow.

Would show up at your house randomly when you didn't come to school. You didn't answer his texts or calls so he figured something must be wrong. Your parents love him so much that they just let him in.

“Hey, hey, hey! I was wondering why you weren't at school today. Your mom told me you were sick so I brought over some soup and snacks to make you feel better!” you sit up from your bed in absolute bewilderment. You look and feel like shit and here he is telling you how bored he was today without you.

“Oh!” he suddenly gasps, perking up. He walks over to his backpack and pulls out a folder. It's the Trig notes from today, his handwriting is big and sloppy, but it’s the thought that counts.

He hands it to you with his chest puffed out in pride, Man…he really does look like an owl. Cute.

When he's made bad plays and gets into one of his moods, Akashi will call you over. Complaining about how he won’t talk to anyone and just sits under the bleachers hunched over. Feeling a hand on his shoulder he turns around. When he sees you he instantly becomes better, asking *begging* you to stay. That you're his good luck charm and is surely to make all his spikes if you are here to cheer him on.

Will also *beg* ask you to wear his number to games. Will look into the crowd, locking eyes with you followed by a big thumbs up.

Aone

It was a busy day this evening; seeing as it was a couple weeks before Christmas. Meaning, that the trains were packed and full of people. You missed the bus you would usually take on your way home. It was getting dark out and you wouldn’t dare wait for the next bus to show.

You dashed your way to the nearby train station panting and out of breath. You made it just in time to catch one too. Hoping on you see that every place was full. Except for one.

Not wanting to miss the opportunity you scooted your way through the crowd and sat down. It was silent besides the usual businessmen making calls and children playing games on their parents' phones. After a while, you felt eyes on you. Craning your neck up to an almost uncomfortable degree you lock eyes with someone. He was wearing your school uniform. Oh, you know him! He was the middle blocker for your school's volleyball team.

You shot him a sweet smile and a tiny wave. His eyes widened and a blush crept on his pale face. It looked as if he was about to wave back but just then the bell signaling your stop rang. Ever since then, he couldn't keep his eyes off you.

Would leave candies and heartfelt notes on your desk and in your locker

Would try to catch a glimpse of you on his way to the train station, sitting at your bus stop.

Futakuchi notices all of his friend’s strange behavior and forces him to come to talk to you. And that's how you two became friends.

Didn't talk much but was always such a great listener, remembering the smallest things about you. Such as the classes you were struggling in; offering to tutor you and give notes. Keeping rubber bands on his writs just in case (sorry if you have short hair/ are bald 😅). Would even skip practice to walk you to the bus, always wanting to make sure you're safe.

I LOVE HIM SM; people need to write for him more 🙄

Iwaizumi

Very straight forward with his affections towards you.

It’ll take him a while to come to terms with the way he feels about you but when he does he’s not trying to hide it.

The rest of his friends would tease him about it but he’ll just brush it off because there’s no reason for him to be embarrassed about the way he feels.

Like Aone, he will walk you home everyday no matter how late it is or what he has to do. Will buy you all the snacks you want from the vending machine. Will make sure you're doing your best physically and mentally. Would force you to drink water and eat a balanced meal when he notices any signs of fatigue or famine.

Will convince you to go on morning runs with him before school. This one you're not so sure about but after all he does for you, you thought you could thug it out.

“Come on (Y/n), you can do this just a little ways to go,” he says, jogging backwards to try and stay at the same pace as you. At this point you're huffing and puffing for air bent over. He lays you on your back before going ahead of you. He looks back at you with a smirk and this mischievous glint in his eyes before speaking.

“If you finish this run maybe I’ll treat you to more than just breakfast,” throwing a cheeky wink behind his shoulder before jogging off again. You’ve never ran that fast in your life. Maybe if you're a little slick wit it, you can convince him to carry you back home.

Kyotani

A little rough around the edges to say the least.

Surprisingly, unlike his upper upperclassmen, he actually realizes his feelings pretty quickly. Noting the *not so* subtle changes in his behavior when he’s around you compared to everyone else.

He’s never been intune with his emotions, so it’ll take a while for him to make a move.

In my opinion I don’t think he’s the “mean to you because he likes you” type; he’ll most likely just avoid you if he doesn’t know you like that or just keep his feelings to himself if you’re already his friend.

Another anonymous secret admirer. Would leave food, water bottles, keychains, stuffed toys, and things he knows you like laying around for you to find.

Will try and discretely spend time with you. Wouldn’t outright say he wants to and will get all blushy and confrontational if you tease him about it.

“Hey,” you here a deep voice call out to you, already knowing who it is, you turn around with a big smile.

“Hey, Kenny! what’s up?” He makes eye contact with you for what seems like a split second before turning away with pink dusting his cheeks, rubbing the back of his neck.

“I-uh… there’s… there’s this new movie coming out next Saturday. You said you hadn’t been to the theaters in a while… so, I bought tickets,” he explains, pulling out two tickets from his back pocket, still not looking at you.He shoves one in your direction before talking again.

You just stare at him with wide eyes and slightly parted mouth. He turns around after not getting an answer but as he opens his mouth to say something you fly into his arms.

“Thank you, Ken, really,”

“Ye-yea, don’t mention it”

Would treat you to ramen after you’ve done really well on a test. You have a go to spot, a little mom and pop shop. He’s been going there ever since he was little, so it means a lot to him and is a big sign of his love for you bringing you there. The owners always ask when you two would get together.

You’d just laugh it off while he blushes and stutters about how you guys are just friends. Though the owners can see the disappointment in his eyes at his own words.

Loves having late night convos with you, either at a park or on the phone. Just like how intimate it feels.

Seriously cares about you and tries to tone down his “mad dog” persona. Is aware of how abrasive he can be and doesn’t wanna scare you off. All in all, he embraces the state of vulnerability he can be in with you.

Ushijima

I absolutely hate when people paint him out to be some sort of blunt, unemotional, proper guy.

He’s not dumb. He knows the signs when someone has a crush. Sure he can be a little blunt in the way he expresses his emotions but that’s just because he feels there’s no reason to lie about how he feels. He’s not a robot.

Wouldn’t just come up to you and say he had a crush on you. He knows that’ll throw you a little off guard; he wants to make sure you like him too.

Not much of a talker, but knows how to make conversation. Would purposely start one because he knows you’ll end up getting off topic and start ranting. He loves the sound of your voice and the passion in your face when you talk.

Another one who invites you to games and practices. Would try to convince *demand* you to become the manager of his team.

“But, I don’t know anything about it besides the things you’ve told me,” you try to explain yourself with uncertainty.

“That doesn’t matter. Coach and I will give you a run down of everything if you need it. I wouldn’t mind explaining it to you,” he seems so confident in the fact that you’ll say yes. Tilting his head up a little higher, broad shoulders shifting back slightly, standing tall.

“Are you sure? I just don’t wanna be a burden to you or the rest of the team if I can’t get up to speed-,”

“You could never be,” he cuts you off

“Everyone wants you there… I want you there. So please, consider it”.

GUESS WHOS THE NEW MANGER!🤪

A little worried that a relationship would cut into his time with volleyball. His indifference would cause him to be distant for a while, which leads to you thinking he led you on. The more you think about it though, you know Ushijima isn’t the type to do that so he either lost feelings, or something’s wrong. You know it’s the latter but you can’t help overthinking it.

Would come up to you with a rose one day before you left school. Looks you in your eyes before apologizing about how he’s been acting. All he wants is you to reassure him that his career path won’t get in the way of you two.

sugawara

he does like someone that gets along well with children, him being around them a lot himself, but what’s most attractive to him is someone that can make kids laugh. he loves when someone really lets their goofy side come out just to make kids smile. it gives him a good laugh too.

nishinoya

being an adventurer, nishinoya loves people that have a mind just as, if not more, open than his own. what really strikes him is when someone is actively a daredevil, willing to try anything once just because. he loves creating experiences with others, especially if they’re experiences that are once in a lifetime.

yaku

yaku is gregarious and not afraid to take up space or be loud. he laughs openly and loudly when something delights him, and something that always gets him cracking up is when someone is trying to tell a joke, but can’t stop laughing while telling it. what others might find frustrating, yaku finds very endearing, and usually even funnier than the joke itself.

aone

aone has a discerning eye when it comes to his surroundings. when he notices someone that goes out of their way to pick up trash or unpleasantries around that others may miss or ignore, he finds his heart warm. typically only he catches these eyesores, but he has a deep appreciation for any courteous soul who would also go out of their way. he wonders what other hidden delights hide in that person’s character.

oikawa

something about oikawa is drawn to strong opposition, likely because of his competitive nature. he loves when someone challenges him, and finds a lot of fun in playing games, having light-hearted debates and arguments, anything that invites someone to take him on. he sees it as a sign of confidence, and confidence is something he finds deeply attractive.

hinata

no stranger to self expression, hinata loves to find other like-minded individuals that are unapologetically themselves. especially people that don’t care who see them dancing in public if music is playing--there’s something so freeing and lovely to see someone deeply enjoying themselves and music; watching the whole ordeal could practically put him under a spell.

akaashi

having a non-stop train of thought can be an unfortunate burden for akaashi, so when he is around someone that loves to tell stories and wax poetic for hours at a time just so he can submerge his mind into someone else is soothing to him. not to mention, it gives him great opportunity to make mental notes about someone he may want to hold dear.

atsumu

he shared everything his whole life, which makes atsumu a little territorial of his things, meals, clothes, and whatever else. but something about someone that always offers to share no matter what it is really warms his heart--he’d been forced to share so much he finds it charming when someone is so willing to do that without provocation.

komori

komori can’t quite explain it. he’s really into sweaters--he loves when someone wears lots of sweaters and warm clothes, especially ones with corny patterns or graphics. as active as he is, his favorite way to unwind is a good cuddle on the couch, and it’s hard to resist nuzzling into a plush blanket or sweater.

hirugami

hirugami, despite his depth, has simple needs in a partner. he really loves people that love animals. hirugami does have a small preference for dogs above the rest, but any animal lover is more than capable of showing a side of vulnerability he really treasures. he’d also really like to play with their pets (if they don’t mind, of course.)
