really effing hate that i cant fast because ive got something wrong with my blood sugar or blood pressure (i dont know what it is) and i get really dizzy really easily esp while standing or doing labor and that increases it by tenfold so RAAGHGHFHFHG i wanna fast so bad!!!! maybe i could try liquid fasting, dunno… (´��`)

Shrimp - 3/4 cup - 80 cals (may vary depending on the size of the shrimp!)
Broccoli - 1 cup - 35 cals
Miracle noodles - whole pack - 45 cals (your brand may be more or less. Just check!)
Low sodium soy sauce - 2 tbsp - 20 cals
Salt + pepper to taste
Makes a bowl full, and its 180 cals! You just throw it all in a pan and fry it up a little. Feel free to change portions or add ingredients!
