pls remember to have a break day every once in a while. go at least 200 cal over what ur normal deficit is. it helps offset ur metabolism getting slower and prevent bingeing. if ur whole deal w getting into this is weight loss then it helps in the short term and long term. ik it can be stressful and scary, but it really has an impact.

my safe foods (salty)
I've been on this hellsite for ages, might as well put my experience to use. I tend to crave salty things a lot and I struggle to find low cal things that can help me with that, so this is a non-exhaustive list of snacks/meals to help with that
feel free to add if you guys know of anything:)
Miso soup - like 22kcals per packet
Any instant soup really - 60kcal for 400ml, I usually go for the tomato or the mushroom one
Vegan bacon - 40 kcal per serving
IKEA veggie meatballs - my OG safe food, 28 cal per piece
Tofu/tempeh with soy sauce - like 60 per small serving
Soy sauce on any veggies can help a lot
