I feel like being Schizophrenic deeply effects my gender and sexuality. I don't view the world normally, which means I don't view my sexuality and gender the way most people would either. I think that's why when some people hear about my sexuality and gender they get confused, and sometimes angry. I often face discrimination within the queer community because my identity "doesnt make sense." It makes perfect sense to me though, and thats all that matters.

My take on an autistic lesbian flag

[ID: two different versions of a rectangular flag with seven horizontal stripes. The left version has a black infinity symbol on it, which is a commonly used symbol for autistic people. The stripes, from top to bottom: dark red, red, pastel yellow, white, pastel yellow, turquoise-ish blue, dark turquoise-ish blue. All the colors, aside from the yellow and white, are dulled. End ID]

I wanted to make an autistic lesbian flag, as I kept coming across flags made by exclusionists (and didn't really connect with the ones that weren't made by exclusionists).

This flag was made to include all autistic lesbians, therefore it is for anybody who identifies as a lesbian for any reason: lesboys, gaybians, mspec lesbians, straightbians, he/him lesbians, etc are allowed in this flag as long as they're autistic. If you're not okay with that, go cry to your exclusionist friends, snowflake :3

Edit: Oh also self diagnosed are allowed to use the flag as well because the validity of your autisticness should not be measured by what an allistic person says on a piece of paper. <3

I want to talk more about my sexuality, because whilst gender is something I've covered quite a few times, I've always been more brief with my sexuality.

I am greysexual and cupiosexual, which arent things I want to go into detail about, however if you google the definition of both, that's what I am. I am also homosexual.

As for romantic attraction, I have quite a bit to say. I am a gay boy, meaning I like other boys. I also use the term uranic, which for me means I am a gender nonconforming person who likes both boys and other gender nonconforming people (we also use both the uranic and gay man flag, but primarily the gay man flag.). Both of those things are rather easy to understand, so why am I making a post? Because along with being a uranic gay, I am also gaybian. "But-- I thought you only like non-women??". Yeah.. mostly. MOSTLY ALL of our system is gay or uranic, so we use those labels. But not all of us are, and quite a good portion of our splits in the last seven or so months are lesbians.

Collectively, we only like non-women, so no, we arent bi. Our lesbian alters and a lot of our mspec alters do like women though, and that's an experience specific to them. We don't like men and women at the same time. We collectively like non-women, but some of us don't. Those two identities are separate. They are not the same. We are not bi, nor are we pan.

Fluffy Lesbian

A term for when your a lesbian who’s also fat/chubby/fluffy.

(I like to use “fluffy” as a cute way to say fat/chubby, I usually say it while describing myself)

This term is meant to create pride and to help normalize being fat/chubby because no one should have to feel ashamed of their weight/size.

Coined by: @arcticflowerz

Do NOT call someone a fluffy lesbian unless you know they are okay with it/they already identify as it. Do NOT use this term as a way to discriminate against fat/chubby lesbians.

Also, do not repost my flags/the things I coin with out credit.

This term can be used by any lesbian that is fat/chubby. I don’t support radical feminism or lesbian separatism.

Velaurigender/Gaybiagender

A velaurian/gaybian who only experiences femaleness + maleness (or anything similar) through their attraction to women/female-aligned/fem-aligned people and men/male-aligned/masc-aligned people. This person may be non-aligned or other-aligned, but they don’t feel any attachments to womanhood or manhood outside of their attraction

Not to be confused with velauriangender and gaybiangender. The velaurigender flag was inspired by the velaurian flag, gaybiagender was inspired by the sunset meadow gaybian flag and both flags were inspired by these veldiagender/lesbiagender flags
