Things i have noticed since losing 8kg
my collarbones show more
my double chin kinda disappeared, my face is overall slimmer & more defined
my thighs have a small gap
thigh high boots fit me
i don't feel the urge to eat to boredom as much
i feel lighter, more comfortable
my hand & feet are slimmer
