LMAOOO please and in that point in time haruka also technically spent a lot of time watching konoha try to get hibiya and hiyori out of the timeloop for god knows how long. we dont talk abt this enough. haruka can see everything konoha sees so like... erm. bitch also saw these kids getting killed over and over. lol! (cries a lil bit then immediately leaves)

HE GETS TO SEE TAKANE. except he is not really himself and konoha is just making her freak out and cry and haruka's just having a mental breakdown bc he's been in this place for so damn long where he cant feel tired or sleep or eat and he is just laying there in a room perfectly designed to fit his worst nightmare like he is by all means dead but alive enough to be tortured like this lolllll and now he gets to see the person he's been begging to see all this time like YOU KNOW in the third novel the first konohas state of the world chapter he says "if i had a final wish i would reach out to that girl who used to yell at me all the time" (insanity) like i truly think the i want to see you takane bit from the anime is from there. anyways. the fact that line happens while konoha is actively trying to stop the timeloop for hibiya and hiyori AUGGHH

um. yeah he gets to see her again. but all his other self is doing is making her cry lmaooo

but also i think haruka is rly touched that takane refuses to see konoha as him and calls him a fake LOL bc haruka hates konoha bc it acts so much like him, clueless to those around him and just being a burden but takane refuses to see it as haruka because it's NOT haruka like she knew immediately it wasn't him. and maybe from takane's pov its just her in denial of haruka having his memories erased but still she was right, it wasnt haruka in his body. and i think he would be so touched abt this (which is why he's so desperate for her company post str not only for obvious reasons like he loves takane and he was alone for god knows how long inside the daze but ALSO BECAUSE.. everyone else became great friends with konoha and he feels so bad replacing it and fears the dan resents him hehehehehfhejdjjdjfiekdkoeoeo

-danny was late and his friends immediately start going off about how hes inconsiderate, and has been treating them like sidekicks??? he just overslept, my god. chill. even if he has, be nicer about talking about it with him?? he really can't help that he sometimes has to chase the ghosts, or has a secret identity to protect...

-Lancer being like 'im not cooperating with the FEDS' until they said they could access his tax records. they already did that joke with jack, but like, its still funny. kings of tax evasion.

-tucker's aggressive third-wheeling. but gregor being super into it. gregor/tucker is the real ship here. then gregor kissing danny on both cheeks after hugging him. bi poly king gregor. (he does turn out to be a liar with a phoney accent. unsurprising, BUT THE CONCEPT OF HIM BEING GENUINE AND THEM ALL DATING IS FUN)

I don't think she talked the first time we saw her, either. and we didn't know freakshow 'envied' ghosts, either, the first time, we just knew he was controlling them. interesting!

-...they literally stole the infinity gauntlet from marvel and called it the reality gauntlet. is that legal. what the fuck. even with the gems in the lil slots, having different powers...they had freakshow in jail, but didnt check his pockets??! hes just still in his lil outfit??? what kind of ...oh, its in amity park. yeah, all of the adults are idiots, okay, sure.

-'freakshow!' 'in the anemic flesh!' dude take some iron pills then. also, sure, the red eyes could be contacts for his aesthetic, but the whites of his eyes are yellow! does he have jaundice?! he severely needs more...like, every kind of vitamin. (this is what im worried about as freakshow attacks danny with giant robots)

-again, goth circus is a sick theme, and I love his goth train.

-oh FUCK every single person saw danny transform. on a stage. including his parents via TV. oh god. the guys in white and immediately like 'youre coming in for experiments!' SCARY. at least the crowd is willing to help him to escape...perks of now being a local celeb! even the kids at school are accepting :) this is what, the third time his family has found out? its always been an alt timeline tho. and danny fully intending to just rewrite things again instead of...I dunno, trying to roll with it this time? hes really worried his family won't accept him, huh...

-the old man saying 'hey, i still had minutes left!' and danny saying 'you gotta watch those roaming charges!' about danny destroying the people in the diner's phones so no one could report seeing him...would kids today understand these things. can you even BUY minutes anymore...I remember my first phone being a flip phone, and the fact I always had minutes when my sister ran out super fast, because I didnt have friends calling or texting me like she did...:/

-the fentons being genuinely like 'why didnt danny trust us and tell us this, we love him :(' and JAZZ LAYING INTO THEM WITH THE 'DISSECTION/MOLECULE BY MOLECULE' LINES. LITERALLLLY. they need to apologize

-technically, lydias stronger than you! -jazz lesbianism moments! when did you even learn her name!!! but also get freakshows ass. lydia is also cooler looking. looove her design sm still.

-jazz psychoanalyzing freakshow... (also, her also having ghost envy? au where jazz is a ghost!! id like to see it)

-im glad the kids still got to go to their respective vacation things, even if they cant really stick around and enjoy them much...

-furry: confirmed. (also tucker calling her hot. tucker is a furry confirmed)

-danny being mad someone at the comic con is selling comics of him without permission, lmfao. give him his royalties!

-freakshow > thanos because hes a drama clown and does use his gauntlet to be FLASHY AND DRAMATIC.

-jazz's 'USE PYSCOLOGY' to danny about freakshow LMAOO. AND THEN IT WORKING. but, oh, freakshow's ghost form sucks. I like him as a clown better tbh. good thing danny took away his ghost powers!

-his parents hugging him and saying theyre proud :"( and saying 'of course you lied to us, we never gave you a reason not to!' and saying they were in the wrong basically for always talking about hurting ghosts aaaa :""(

-then he WIPED THEIR MEMORIES AGAIN!!! FUCK. I can understand him wiping the goverments/student bodies' memories, but why his parents?? they were being accepting!! ARGHHH. season 3 couldve been them all trying to adjust to them knowing!

-I know, on a meta level the showrunners probably wanted to just reset things to the status quo of him having a secret identity. But. We've been doing that for (2) seasons, I'd love if season 3 could be like, his parents adjusting to this and trying way harder to learn more and accept it (and the shenanigans that could come from that) and for fun, if he didn't wipe the students memories, it could be him being popular for a while, then everyone slowly realizing, oh, he's still Danny. Like. he might have ghost powers but hes Just The Same Guy instead of putting him on a pedestal (and seeing them all try and help him hide it from the giw/people who don't know!!)

-fuck they didn't even explain WHY he wiped everyone except sam, tucker and jazz's memories. he just Did It right when his parents were saying they loved/accepted him!! and sam and tucker didnt question it at all!!! HELLO??? very annoyed about this turn of events.

-anyway. onto season 3! I know its shorter than the first two seasons, and is the last season... I might just do it in 2 bursts if I can... :3c depends on the episodes' content and how much I want to say about each!

SPN 7X4 Defending Your Life

I'm making an exception today, because I've figured out QUITE a bit about my own stress response

oh right the monster Dean killed

also to recap: my period has every sign of starting(including cramps) but nothing, I've been horribly nauseous all day, I feel a hunger response when I'm DEFINITELY not hungry(stress eating and it's the only thing that makes the nausea subside) and headache(altho that could be the lack of sleep). Also emotions all over the place(Crying, happy, very on the hat etc)

1. SAMMM. Dean was acting off the shits, so he had to step up and exasperatedly handle everything, and piece stuff together. Like mans is actually quite smart and quite resourceful when he has to be, and it's nice seeing that. It's also fun FINALLY seeing him lighthearted again, even if I don't like how.

2. Dean's guilt complex. Man internalizes a lot of things, and while they BARELY make sense(thin veneer, easily cracked) he hides it enough so that no one asks(and he represses so he certainly doesn't), and he can continue feeling guilty. Now here's the thing. He feels guilty, Sam doesn't, the middle ground is where they should be(taking responsibility) and they like...never do it.

3. monster of the week. No but having monsters switch to grey instead of black and white, and having Dean comment on it is SO good, because he's like...that Masculine Parody/Ideal depending on who's writing him, and like he was written to be the hero. any gray was always overridden by that. But with kripke gone, they start actually doing grey, and there's nothing simple anymore. Like I like with how off the shits it got, they still kept the theme of "it's more grey now" but like kinda for real(where Dean and Osiris said the same thing). ALSO, I think it would be useful as a scale back. I know they'll not do it because EVEN BIGGER DBZ LAZER is fun, but I think having more monsters of the week by choice and not "oh god we have runtime" would be really good, because that's where this storyline SHINES! it's got a lot of characters, a lot of lore, and a lot of issues to pick through, a monster of the week is WAY more effective than a longer story, and would help the scaling back issue.

4. pontificating about the season/why it's easier to watch. Like is this season as good/vibey? probably not really, but honestly I can actually stand watching it. Like it's very cringe in places but also, it doesn't hurt me or make me feel uncomfortable as kripke stuff does. It matches the vibe of "after work/school show" perfectly for what it is.

5. the vibes/Osiris. I like the idea of osiris and going to the bars, and the courtroom and the RED! SAND!! I got that one. But I'd also like to say that Dean saying the SAME thing that osiris said was like...he's not villainized, but I think they're trying to make him slowly grow as a character. It's like sympathy/he sucks kinda/we like him for him a sa character and I think that was really neat.

6. it felt a little bit like excusing tho. Like if Sam is the good one, then it felt like excusing them of the harm they cause people. I want them to change their behavior! not beat themselves up over it or think it's fine cuz he went to hell because of it!

7. J O. the "no autonomy, he's making me do this," the being able to see through things(and no longer hungering for something that she doesn't really know) (like...she wants SOMETHING, has it crawling under her skin but doesn't know what, and that's gone when she's dead) and that whole thing where she asked Dean if he wanted to die as a persona. Oh my god.

8. Dean persona. Yeah the whole thing where he had to convince himself to be a womanizer, the "I"m 90% crap line" OH MY GODD THAT HIT. That man is also a persona. maybe a commentary on american masculinity in general, maybe not. Also, eldest daughter syndrome, he internalizes everything and everything is his responsibility("I didn't get a childhood")

I feel like you can also make an argument how trauma makes you the extreme of something(uncaring for smol sam, internalizing for Eldest Dean), and it breaks your ability to do what you need to(empathetically do your fucking job and not be pieces of shit).

I see why this show was so popular amongst mentally ill people(myself included) holy christ

i am going to use they/them pronouns for ritsu so that its the most neutral lol i know some people prefer he/him, some prefer she/her, and i respect all those preferences for ritsu so ill use they/them as a middle thing lol

I honestly think that ritsu probably doesnt think they have the right to dislike any of the sohmas. Even akito. Ritsu probably feels absolute dread regarding non-zodiaca outside of their parents, but when it comes to the zodiacs, i think ritsu has a pure empathetic soul that could never just not get along with someone. but let’s go thru the zodiacs (as i think their dynamics is what you wanted to hear about right? lol)

the main 4 (yes, tohru is a sohma in my head): as we have seen- shigure and ritsu have a very brother/sibling relationship. Where shigure is the older brother and ritsu is the trouble making and naive younger sibling that are a bit distant but respect each other. shigure teases the poor monkey and ritsu thinks highly of the man. Its honestly kind of a cute relationship to me even though shigure is such an ass lmaooo as for kyo, i would have loved to see ritsu lean on his shoulder or trample him like their mother did LOL kyo’s reaction would be priceless. And yuki......i feel like yuki associates ritsu with ayame and just ignores ajdjsj but ritsu doesnt seem to mind and still loves him. TOHRU AND RITSU THOUGH 💕💕💕🥺🥺😊😊 the sweetest babies!!!! absolute angels- i think they learn a lot from each other where tohru gains a deeper understanding of the sohmas and ritsu learns its okay to want to live for someone and to want a purpose in life.

Now as for kagura: i absolutely adore kagura and ritsus relationship. Afterall, kagura let ritsu wear her dresses growing up and helped them feel comfortable while figuring out their identity. I wish we would have seen them as adults interacting!! i just know kagura would be like “i just KNOW that guy looked at you wrong, you want me to key his car? stab his tires? take out his engine? what do you want me to do” and ritsu is like “UUUHhhHHHHH PLEASE DONT”

momiji and hatsuharu: i feel like momiji would be really sweet with ritsu.....like “hey ritsu, i like your kimono :-)” and ritsu would instantly cry. Hatsuharu is really respectful and also a bby so hed probably offer some of rins clothes to borrow LOL

hatori and ayame: hatori DEFINITELY knows ritsu probably the best- other than kagura and ayame maybe. hatori is very empathetic and tries to be patient with ritsu and probably does his best to keep ritsu out of akito’s mind. Now, i headcanon that ritsu eventually starts working under ayame and ventures into fashion and clothing design, and ayame would teach them how to gain confidence. I believe ayame would be the only person to never lose his temper with ritsu’s breakdowns. He would just simply override it with his own dramatics but ritsu respects and admires him so much that they’d be like “you’re right cousin ayame........” and Mine would just be like “can you guys not do this around customers PLEASE”

for rin, kisa, and hiro: post-canon rin would be supportive of ritsu and actually hang out with them! imagine tohru dragging rin along to hang out with ritsu and kagura 🥺🥺🥺 I also feel like hiro would talk mad shit to ritsu and when they get older kisa would scold him definitely. BUT remember the fanart of ritsu helping hiro put on his traditional wear? i just KNOW that they get along and ritsu loves and cares for hiro a lot like a brother. but we definitely have haru or kyo who probably smacks him when he’s rude to them LOL. Also imagine kisa braiding ritsu’s hair or doing it to match her’s 🥺

Ikemen Sengoku Part 10 - Akechi Mitsuhide Route

I love how motivated the heroine was until Hideyoshi appeared and criticised everything about her appearance that made her feel motivated lmao. Aww it's so cute how Hideyoshi saw her in a new light after she saved Ranmaru. I love how Ranmaru said he'll make sure to remember the heroine to thank her, and Mitsuhide had to say that it'll only be useful if he'll still be alive after seeing Nobunaga (since Ranmaru abandoned Nobunaga and fled the fire at Honno-ji) lmaooo. Mitsuhide is so right though hahahaha. It's been a while since I last played Ikemen Sengoku so I kinda forgot how snarky the dialogue can be. Like lmao at Sasuke introducing Yukimura to the heroine as the guy who doesn't know how to speak to women (since he called her a boar woman LOL), and he introduced Yoshimoto as the guy who can hahahah, it's so true though lmao.

Loll at the heroine thinking being at the base camp will be the best when in fact, that's where Mitsuhide is haha. I love how Mitsuhide told her to act like a mouse and just hide behind him when the enemies attacked them, I mean, it is the only thing she can do, and as long as she focuses on protecting herself, she won't drag them down lol. I've never really thought about what weapon Mitsuhide might use, but I really didn't expect it to be a gun! It actually suits him so well though haha. I do feel sorry for the heroine though, seeing someone die right before your eyes is really scary, not to mention the fact that if Mitsuhide didn't shoot the guy, their lives would have been in danger instead. The fear of imminent death and the fear of seeing death, they're both things not many people can calmly handle, so I'm not surprised the heroine fainted. We should be glad that the battle practically ended there though, because if she fainted whilst the battle was going on, that could be a nightmare lol. When Mitsuhide told her not to thank him because she should never thank someone for taking another person's life, it really hit me because he's right. Obviously there's not much of a choice in war, but I think for Mitsuhide, he finds it important that we should never numb ourselves into thinking that these people don't have lives, that these people are nothing but enemies, because in reality, they're just the same as everyone else, just on a different side. Aww Mitsuhide is gonna be her teacher! Lmaoo at him being impressed that she got nothing right on the tests he gave her hahahaha.

I miss the banter between Ieyasu and Mitsunari, it's hilarious how much of a natural enemy Mitsunari is to Ieyasu hahaha. On the other hand, it's so sweet that everyone came to give the heroine snacks and ended up having a tea party lmaoo. It's kinda saddening to think that Mitsuhide is kinda right in that, the moment you feel good about aiming and being able to properly shoot a living thing, you've died in the sense that you've lost the emotions you lend to other beings. Man, if I was the heroine, I would run away from Mitsuhide's training too, not that it would help since he'll catch you loll, but it's so frightening!! It's nice that he finally properly taught her how to handle the horse (before she died lol). Loll at Mitsuhide the creep just staring at her eat hahaha, it was sweet of him to actually buy her some sweets and tea as a reward for getting through the lessons though! It's hard to hear about Mitsuhide being someone who would torture people and suggest battle plans where he can eradicate Nobunaga's enemies swiftly by sacrificing other "innocents" alongside them, but I'm glad the heroine chose to talk to Masamune about this, because I think he's right, instead of listening to others, she should weigh who Mitsuhide is to her from what she sees of him rather than building her impression on what she hears about him. Mitsuhide may be cruel for his job, but I'm sure his cruelty is what allowed for him and Nobunaga to survive to this day. Whether it will continue to stay that way is something to see later on, but for now, these are their methods and it works. HAHAHA, I love how the heroine went to Mitsuhide's place to cheer him up (because of the rumours that he colluded with Kennyo in trying to kill Nobunaga at Honno-ji), I think it's lovely how most people would avoid him or think that he can handle it because of the person that he is, but the heroine treats him like any other person and goes to comfort him, she's so cute! I found it endearing how he comforted her back (by hugging her!🥰) when he took his teasing too far.

I find it hilarious that Mitsuhide has a pet fox hahahahha, he got himself as a pet. Imagining Mitsuhide poking her cheek is so funny yet adorable hahaha. I guess even Mitsuhide gets flustered and troubled over handling the heroine when she's sad about his "betrayal" and adamant about outing him to others. I guess it's rather fascinating to see his distress through him being not up to par (as usual) when it comes to his blackmailing and threatening stuff lol. Trust Mitsuhide to be the guy to believe her time travel story, but omggg I love that she gets to have Mitsuhide as her lap pillow to sleep on hahaha. It's usually the other way around so it's nice we get this🤣 Lmao at Mitsuhide literally following her around 24/7 to keep an eye on her so she doesn't leak his secret (of communicating with an enemy). LMAO when the heroine was thinking "hi dad, hi mum, this is my new boyfriend" when Mitsuhide forcefully dragged her to the private meeting with Nobunaga and Hideoyshi to discuss their relationship lolll. It's hilarious how flamboyantly Mitsuhide tries to show off their "relationship". His sweet words are honestly full of teasing yet also smothered with interest in her lol. Hahaha, nice to know that their "lie" is just being spun into more and more craziness, I find it cute that they're pretending to be a married couple for a spy mission lol. The heroine got more emotional than I thought towards Mitsuhide, but I guess it's kinda understandable when she's obviously really seriously thinking about how much she likes him compared to how much she "hates" him, and it really doesn't help how playfully loving he is as her "husband". I guess I'm more surprised about her being so mad that she cried when Yoshiaki and those other daimyo etc treated her like a bug rather than a human being. Honestly, I'm just glad she's okay because they really could have done anything to her. It was nice to see Mitsuhide panicking and looking for her though. And yes, Mitsuhide! No one besides you is allowed to make the heroine cry, so make them pay! Loll.

It was really kind of Yoshimoto to approach the heroine and ask whether she's okay after he heard of the fiasco last night from some people. It's kinda saddening to see Yoshimoto so resigned to his fate. He can't go against his last few vassals and people in the Imagawa clan because they've lost everything, so it's natural for them to want to get everything back in whatever way possible even though they all know the clan is pretty much done for, but I guess they'd rather go out with a bang than just rot as a clan defeated by Nobunaga and couldn't stand back up. No sympathy for Yoshiaki though, he's a shit. I find it really adorable that the heroine's honesty and sincerity is really tearing off Mitsuhide's mask, it was so cute when he blushed because she said she really cared about him and that's why she cares about the things that are happening in this era. The play was such a smack in the face for Yoshiaki lol, but I don't care about him so whatever. On the other hand, I loved how Mitsuhide kissed her on the way home to Azuchi! It was so sweet how they could genuinely share their feelings under the pretence of the fake husband and wife relationship, I loved it. Guess it's kinda saddening that everything magical about the trip got shattered the moment they came back, since Mitsuhide is getting arrested for conspiring against Nobunaga. So terrible to see people taking revenge on Mitsuhide now that he's in jail, ripping his nails off is so cruel and disgusting. But it's probably true that they're not as cruel as him lol. It was really cute to see the heroine and Hideyoshi care so much for him though.

It's really sweet to see that the blue bellflower hairpin Mitsuhide gave the heroine before he escaped was that meaningful to his clan! It's basically their family crest after it allowed them to win an impossible battle, so it's kinda a blessing for victory. I think what was most touching was that he already bought this and planned to give it to her before they even went on that spy mission trip. He's been smitten with her for a whilee! I was happy to see the heroine's whole thought process about whether she was betrayed by Mitsuhide, whether he was lying to her etc, but then calmed herself down and remembered that she shouldn't focus on what seems right or wrong, but instead focus on making her own judgement of Mitsuhide's character, and as she said before she left, she believes in him and will continue to, but she will also go along with Nobunaga and them to ascertain his intentions kinda thing. I liked that.

It was expected that Mitsuhide wasn't loyal to Yoshiaki at all and did it to help Nobunaga get rid of Yoshiaki without garnering the dismay of the imperial court etc since Yoshiaki is a shogun. But dang, I loved how Nobunaga told the heroine to go along with Mitsuhide to deal with the escaping Yoshiaki, mainly because he knows how reckless Mitsuhide can be if he's by himself, but if the heroine is there, he'll make sure to stay safe and come back. I'm so glad the heroine got between Yoshimoto and Mitsuhide and didn't allow Yoshimoto to give himself to death just to relieve his vassals of the idea that they can live without finding glory in battling to death. Although I understand Yoshimoto's will, it's hard to not agree with the heroine. Yoshimoto only has one life and he should live it for himself instead of being burdened by all this responsibility that the vassals refuse to let go of. It's about time they all accepted reality and lived on for themselves rather than for the past Imagawa clan. Hideyoshi tying a rope around his and Mitsuhide's hands to make sure Mitsuhide can't escape again is so cute. I can understand though, Mitsuhide is always so reckless, always trying to do everything by himself, always trying to sully himself so that others like Hideyoshi can live in the light, but it must frustrate Hideyoshi so much that it has to be like this. Yay! They're going on another trip together! Well, it's not for fun since they're chasing after Yoshiaki, but that was expected since he escaped, so, still yay~

Okay, initially, it was all right to show how much Mitsuhide cares about the heroine by making it difficult for him to concentrate and make proper decisions when she comes into picture, but honestly, it's getting a bit crazy how much they need to shove this in our faces, like, isn't there any other way to show Mitsuhide cares for the heroine aside from this?! Honestly, I was about to say the dramatic route and the romantic route are about the same, but I think I'm liking the dramatic route more because we get to see Yoshimoto again, and we get to see his vassals apologise for being so disrespectful to him and better understand how kind and understanding of a lord he was to them. Otherwise, I feel like Mitsuhide's jealousy and protectiveness over the heroine is honestly a bit too much lol. But, I did really enjoy how the heroine chose to stay here with Mitsuhide (even if she were to die from poison) instead of going back to her era, I think her persistence in staying beside Mitsuhide no matter what kinda touched me. But, I do have to say, I feel like the heroine is...really childish in this route or something. I'm not sure if it's her or the translation script, but a lot of the things she says and the way she says it just sounds so... juvenile? I don't know, it was okay in the beginning but once they got together, the way she acts just felt more weird from usual and I couldn't really enjoy their "romantic scenes" because it felt like Mitsuhide was with someone quite immature and he kinda dumbs himself down to be with her LOL. Now I sound so mean hahahah. But really, I still don't think they match imo (even though the first half of the route was cute). Mitsuhide is a great guy, but not for this heroine. I also feel like the route tries to shine Mitsuhide in a great light too much, making him more like a kind misunderstood "evil guy", so it really makes the "darker" part of him kinda nonexistent now and it makes me kinda sad because I honestly thought this route would be more heavy and interesting in that aspect I guess.

Anyway, overall, it might be a silly complaint but Mitsuhide's just so...sweet to her that it actually makes me feel sad LOL. Not only is he too sweet, but he obviously liked the heroine so quickly in the beginning that most of the time he was already nice to her lol. I kinda thought it would be more of a break the ice kinda thing with Mitsuhide considering how cautious he usually is but yeah...lol, he practically opened himself up so much it was obvious he loved her the entire time. I'm not saying it's a bad route though, it was still nice! Just not my type tbh. I think it was all right in the beginning, but after they got together, it became really obvious how different the power balance(?) was between them, with Mitsuhide constantly trying to hide her from everything to protect her, and the heroine being the little lamb that just kinda listens to him because she thinks it's cute how jealous and overprotective he is, but to me, it felt so...boring? I knew that it would be difficult for the heroine to stand on the same level as Mitsuhide but I kinda thought she would support him in a different way (other than love), so it kinda disappointed me that in the end, what the heroine provides to him is really just the romance to melt his heart and the will to come back to his friends without sacrificing himself, since he needs to live for her kinda thing. Otherwise, I did enjoy how a lot of the time the heroine was trying to figure out what kind of person he was to her, and what kind of person he was to the people around him (since she wasn’t able to gauge whether he was “good”), so it was nice to see her treat him as any other normal person and talk to him to understand him, rather than make assumptions about him.

Dead Man

Inspired by: ok so I recently saw Miss Bala and I loved it so much I couldn't get it out of my head so yuh this is inspired by that (there are no spoilers)

Before you read: This story is about Mexican drug cartels in Texas near the Mexican border. Also, you and Zabdiel grew up together.

Warnings: This story will contain, drugs, guns, violence, sexual harassment, and death so please don't read if you are sensitive to those things

Summary: You’re in the wrong place at the wrong time (Y'all already know I suck at summaries lmaooo)

“I know mom, I'm just locking up then I'll head home," you say into your phone as you start turning off the lights of your family's restaurant.

You've just moved back home after 4 years of being away for school. Your parents needed help with the restaurant so you came back for them. "did you check the temperature of the freezer? I need it cold enough for the meats" your mom says.

"yes mother, it's cold, can I hang up now?" you roll your eyes, grabbing your keys and bag.

"OK, be careful y/n," she tells you this every night, you always walk home from the restaurant since it's only a couple blocks away from your house.

You step out of the building nodding even though she can't see you "ok Ma, see you in a bit" she says her goodbye and you hang up the phone.

You step out of the restaurant building and lock the door before dropping your phone and keys into your bag. The street is empty at this hour a few cars tend to pass by but for the most part, this area stays clear of people after 10.

It's currently midnight, the night sky at its peak darkness and you're lucky for the street lamps.

You suddenly become very aware of the sound of fast footsteps that echo off the walls of the buildings making you look around in search of where the noise might be coming from. As the footsteps get closer your heart pounds faster, you start taking out your keys to get yourself back inside the safety of the restaurant but when you turn around you're nearly tackled by a frantic man.

Your keys are knocked out of your hand but you're too scared to even notice "please help me" he begs "they're after me" he cries.

The man is so obviously on drugs and you're so taken aback by the whole situation that you don't even know what to do at the moment.

All of a sudden a truck come speeding down the street and the man before you is too busy trying to explain to notice- that is until it's too late.

The truck doesn't even fully stop before 3 men are jumping out. All three men have medium deep skin, two have bleached blonde hair that's kinda grown out while the other has buzz cut dark hair.

"You really thought you could run Sammy" one of the blonde headed men laughs. The man who you assume is Sammy turns away from you.

"Please I'll get you the money, I'll make it up to you somehow" Sammy is begging.

"Ay Sammy boy, you know the boss isn't that forgiving, you stole from us even though you knew it would cost you your life," the other blonde haired man says.

You - not wanting to be involved, slowing start backing away from the scene.

"I made a mistake! Please" Sammy cries.

"You know it's not up to me," the second one who spoke says as he quickly pulls out a gun and shoots Sammy right before your eyes. Blood splatters as Sammy's body falls to the ground, you watch as slowly starts pooling around him. You don't even realize your screaming due to your ears ringing from the sudden loud noise.

"Get her," the one who just killed Sammy tells the dark-haired man.

"No no no please" you start backing away as tears fall from your eyes. You turn to run but you don't even make it 3 feet before you're being grabbed and dragged back to their truck. The man grabs your pursing throwing it back onto the sidewalk.

"No, please let me go" you're screaming, thrashing, kicking, trying anything to get away. But it's no use as you're pushed onto stomach down on the backseats of the truck, you try kicking back at the man but he traps your legs down with his, you feel your hands being tied together as you cry into the seats.

You're lifted back up, your back pressed against the front of the man who grabbed you "if you don't shut the fuck up I'm going to shove my gun down your throat and I won't think twice before pulling the trigger" he snarls in your ear.

You suppress a sob, too scared to make a single sound now. You're shoved into the back seat, the man sliding in beside you.

You now take notices of the other two men in the front seat, the man who shot Sammy is in the driver seat not even taking a second to glance at you before starting the car and speeding away from your parent's restaurant- away from your life. Your body is shaking as you start going through different scenarios of what these men might do to you.

"What's your name?" The man in the passenger seat turns to look at you. You don't respond you only glance at him before quickly looking away.

"You don't want to tell us your name?" He questions, you still don't say a thing, instead, you keep your eyes straight ahead at the dark road, tears falling from your eyes as you start driving down the road of your family home.

"It's okay, we don't need to know your name nena" the man turns in his seat.

As you pass your house you can see the light to the living room on, probably your mom waiting for you to come home. You swear you can feel your heart physically break in your chest as you drop your head and silently start praying. whether you were religious or not at that moment it didn't matter, it just felt natural to ask someone\something for help.

"shield her eyes," the driver says after 10 minutes of driving, the man beside you covers your head with a black fabric, you don't even fight it.

A couple of minutes later the truck is stopped, you listen as doors are opened and slammed shut before you the door beside you opened and your forearm is gripped tightly as you're pulled out of the vehicle.

when the fabric is pulled off your head you realize you're standing before a giant warehouse and as you whip your head from side to side you notice it's in the middle of nowhere.

There are two men standing at the entrance of the building, the same man that killed Sammy nods his head "Sup Nick" he extends his fist "Yashel" Nick nods bumping his fist with the man who you now know goes by Yashel.

He then looks behind Yashel, he acknowledges the one who asked for your name in the truck earlier "Yashua" then he looks to the one holding you "Jaime", they both nod in acknowledgment.

"Tell Julio we had a witness, should we put her to work or kill her?" Yashel asks, Nick nods and gets out his phone. Your heart drops at Yashel' words, knowing exactly what he means by work "no" You start repeating as you try to pull away from Jaime's hold. "Let me go!" You scream, Yashel turns around pulling out his gun and aiming it at you, "we're giving you a chance, but I could kill you right now" he threatens.

You stop fighting, looking at the gun before looking at Yashel, his face is stone cold as he threatens your life. "I'd rather die than work as some warm hole for your people" you spit.

You can see Yashua behind Yashel smile at your words. "Feisty," Yashua laughs, "we like that" he winks.

"He wants to see her first, take her to him," Nick tells the men. Yashel doesn't take his glare off you as he shoves the gun back into his jeans. Yashua leads the way as Jaime pulls you even when you try to pull back, digging your feet into the ground not wanting to enter the building. But it's no use Jaime only pulls harder making you stumble forward as you walk with him.

The warehouse is empty not a single person in sight as you're brought to the elevator, all 4 of you enter the elevator, you can hear your heart pound in your ears as you start going through ways to escape or mentally beg any higher power to come and save you.

You start thinking back to where they took you from, the front of your parent's restaurant but you left nothing behind but your purse and phone, nothing to lead someone to where you are now. Maybe Sammy has obvious ties to these people and they'll know exactly who took you.

Tears fall from your eyes once again. "You know" you feel Jamie come up behind you close to your ear "I really hope we don't have to kill you, you'd be a lot of fun," he says in your ear and you nearly vomit at the thought of being helpless and at any man's mercy. "Leave her alone, Jaime" you hear Yashel say behind you making Jaime pull away.

Soon the elevator doors open and you're brought out, this floor is full of people, your eyes catch sight of tables filled with packs of cocaine, and other smaller packs containing something you can't see, on the other side of the floor there are beds where some women look to be sleeping.

They take you past all that, you all enter a large room where a man is sitting at a desk, another man stands beside the desk, his attention on the a machine that is counting money.

The man sitting down looks up at you all, "leave us Chris" he tells the man by the machine. Chris nods and turns off the machine, acknowledging the other men with a nod as he leaves.

"Untie her," he tells the men before looking at me "sit down here bonita," the man tells you.

When you're hands are untied you don't make a move for the chair so Jaime grabs you, forcing you to sit on the seat.

" defiant aren't we?" The man raises an eyebrow. You don't respond "look if you cooperate we might be able to work something out, I mean after all, it was dark outside maybe you didn't really see anything," he says making hope rise in you.

"My names Julio Mendoza" he introduces himself, looking at you expectingly "y/n y/l/n" you respond softly.

This man isn't as old as you'd expect some gang leader to be, maybe late 30s, he's cleanly shaven with dark eyes and darker hair, his skin is a nice shade of tan. He's dressed nicely, you take notice of the many large rings he has on his fingers, your eyes linger on a small snake tattoo that wraps around his thumb and when he lefts his hand up to scratch his temple you notice how the snake goes down his inner wrist.

Julio suddenly let's out a laugh so loud you jump, "do y'all know who you've brought me?" He asks the men behind you, you frown at his words.

"Does the name hector y/l/n ring a bell?" He says your uncle's name only adding to your confusion.

"The leader of los lobos," Yashel says, you turn to look at him, "who's los lobos?" You question looking back to Julio. You shake your head "no please" He let's go of you looking up at Yashel, "drug her, and put her to work, watch her make sure she doesn't get herself killed, she won't be any use to us after that"

"No" you cry as Yashel and Yashua grab at each of your arms lifting you up "no, please I'll do anything please" you beg but Julio isn't hearing it.

"Please" you shout as you're being dragged away, but then the boys stop as someone else walks into the room.

"What's going on?" You hear a voice ask. Snapping your head around you let out an inaudible gasp, Zabdiel's eyes meet yours as his mouth opens agape.

"The boys brought us a little present, she has ties with los lobos," Julio says smiling at the man you once knew. "I'm going to try to use her as a bargaining chip, the other side of the city for her life" you whine pulling at Yashua'a hold but he doesn't let up.

Zabdiel looks at you before looking back at Julio "where are they taking her?" He questions

"Oh we're gonna rent her out" Julio waves it off, a sob escapes your mouth as you shake your head.

You look to Zabdiel, his eyes meet yours before turning back "what if we can use her for something else?" Zabdiel steps closer to julio's desk.

"Z, have you seen her? She can bring in good money" you hearts pound in your chest. "No" Zabdiel shakes his head "I just think it'll look more natural to have a man and a women in the car to look like a couple when taking the drugs across the border. Less suspicious" Julio squints at Zabdiel before looking at me.

"You sure you want her? We haven't had time to break her, she'll try to escape" you swallow the lump in your throat.

"I can handle her" Zabdiel nods.

"what about Stephanie? you two work well together, no?"

"no, it's fine, I mean she's already here" Zabdiel gestures to you.

Julio gives Zabdiel a knowing look, "oh I see, you want first dibs?" You can't see Zabdiels face due to him being faced away from you.

Julio laughs "ok, but only because you deserve it"

You're seated in the passenger seat of a car, your hands and legs tied with plastic ties, Yashua buckles you in before squatting down beside you outside of the car.

"You escape and your family will pay, so don't be stupid" he slaps your thigh once before standing to his full height and slamming the door.

You look into the rear view mirror to see Zabdiel loading bags into the trunk, the only sound you can hear is the sound of your breathing, and your pounding heart due to Yashua's words.

When Zabdiel gets into the driver seat he doesn't say a word as he starts the car and pulls out of the warehouse parking lot.

He doesn't say anything till we're 5 minutes from the building. "How did you get yourself into this mess y/n" he sighs.

"Me? Zabdiel what are you doing here?" You snap. "I was in the wrong place at the wrong time but you're working for these people?" Your voice cracks.

"You wouldn't get it" He shakes his head, his jaw clenching.

"What wouldn't I get?" You question. Zabdiel doesn't say anything, instead, he pulls off to the side of the road, shutting off the car.

He takes out a pocket knife and you flinch back slightly, Zabdiel frowns at you before using the knife to cut off the zip ties.

"Things have been different since you left" he says. "My dad got sick, my mom hasn't been able to hold down a job, we were struggling, I needed to find a job with more pay, Julio offered that to me" you don't speak so Zabdiel continues "I've done a lot of things y/n, bad things and I can't leave even if I wanted to" he lifts his hand up for you to see a tattoo a snake wrapped around his thumb leading down to his wrist like the one Julio has. "They own me"

You look away from him not responding, Zabdiel sighs putting his head down and you know he's thinking about his next move for you.

The car is silent as memories of you and zabdiel's childhood play in your head, like all those times you both went to homecoming together from 7th grade till 10th before Zabdiel got a girlfriend. Or the time after prom when your date left you at a hotel cause you chickened out on having sex so zabdiel picked you up and took you to McDonald's. He refused to take you home unless you laughed at his jokes. Zabdiel was always funny and he knew if you didn't laugh then something was really wrong.

You remember all the Christmas' and New Years' his family spent with yours, how much your parents loved them.

Your heart pounds in your chest at the thought of how your parents must be feeling right now, not knowing where you are or if you're even still alive. It's like you can feel your heart physically breaking as a sob is released from your lips with out your permission. Tears starts streaming down your neck.

Zabdiel lifts his head, reaching over to grab your hand "hey" he calls for your attention and instinctively you look up at the sound of his soothing voice, " I know you're scared but I'm not going to let anything happen to y/n, I will protect you with my life"

Cinderella Phenomenon Thoughts

Soooo, for the past two weeks I have been deeply entranced with the otome of Cinderella Phenomenon recommended by my beautiful friend @ladykateofhousebeaumont (thank you queen for having me play this masterpiece, I am blessedddd) and I have many thoughts I need to get out of my system because

anyways spoilers below soOOo beware

Can I start by talking about Lucette’s evolution went because

Home girl went from being the most hated on the land to understanding her toxic behavior through her different suitors and coming to the realization her mom was very toxic and growing from that. Truly, poetic cinema at its finest.

Also hi yes, my favorite character (apart from the suitors which ill talk about in a minute) was Delora. Like you cannot tell me she isn't totally Lucette’s adoptive mother. Like, hi? yes? I need some napkins for my teARS. Delora is the mother figure Lucette never had and Lucette represents the daughter Delora had and Hildyr killed and I just.... ugh, my emotions

Also, is it bad I lowkey wanted a Garlan route?? lmaooo he was so cute with Jurien and I love me some soft shy boys and asdfghhgfds, like I shipped him with Jurien and all but Garlan I luv you too ;w;

Anyways, the boys, I will comment on them from my least favorite to my most favorite, so bare with my screaming as it will become louder and louder, i’ll also include the highlight of some CGs and a song that reminds me of the pairing because I don't have anything better to do aasdfghjhgfd

Rumpel

Lets start with doctor boi. To be honest when I saw the pictures of the guys in the downloading page I thought my favorites would be Rumpel and Waltz (I mean, I got one of those right lmao) because he wears glasses and home girl loves loves lovessss glasses. Then with his first interaction with Lucette It was very meH to be honest. He is just not my type and I would rather have Rumpel as a friend, although he did gave me quite a couple of laughs when he interacted with Karma lol.

His ending cg is brutal tho, his along Rod’s are the most heartbreaking ending CG’s (even though his ending in of itself wasn't the worst in my opinion because I wasn't too attached to him).

Anyways in short, Rumpel, flirty doctor boi. with good heart even though you roll your eyes at half the things he says xD

Oh boi, baby Boy Fritz. The only reason why Fritz isn't higher is because throughout his route I felt like I don't get to know much about Fritz in of itself but rather Varg, but the little we get to see Fritz I find adorable. He was one of the routes I was most excited on playing because he was adorable in the other routes, always looking out to protect Lucette and he always did <33

And Varg. To be completely honest I kinda liked him at the beginning but not much, the moment I trully fell for him was at the end when he gave up himself to let Fritz be with Lucette. Boooooi that scene where he says Fritz would never deserve her but he still wants her to be happy asdfghj broke me.

Like in the end even though I liked Fritz and Varg individually a lot, I feel like there wasn't enough time with either to come on higher in the list and thats the only reason why he is number 4, but I still love them very much ;w;

Also like, the good ending?? its like the saddest one?? I mean yeah, they got to be together and what not but my home girl Delora dies?? and Parfait?? no magic? hello? I cried so much? asdfghjkl Truly the most angsty ending by far and I just..... Can they be happy pls? </3

Also as a side note, Fritz was the only route I could get all the positive choices at once without having to reload the files and I feel very proud about that lmao bye

Honestly between Rod and Karma it was a tough choice, and I think I could say they were fairly tie with one another, just putting Karma a little higher because his good ending was one of my favorites and Rod’s was kinda sad (well, I mean, I get it, they are step brothers so they cant be publicly involved but its still sad ;w;).

Y’all know I live for my tsundere characters and Rod did not disappoint. Not only does he have some of the cutest blushing moments (thx Sebby!) but he and Lucette have such a great dynamic! They understand each other and I think Lucette had one of the best developments in his route, understanding Em and getting her good deeds by growing close to her family was such a cool way for her to become a good person, my queen Lucette is everything in this route.

The bad ending is also super sad and the CG was so heartbreaking. To think if only Lucette would have said that he loved him (which she did) at the end to save him asdfghjkl, my feelings.

Karma

Now onto my manz Karmaaa

Honestly I didn't expect to like Karma that much. I mean, he was nice, he looked playful and I liked the teasing dynamic but I did not expect him to end at my #2 at all. But boi was I in for a ride. Once you get to know Karma? understand him and the reasons he is close off? how he truly doesn't consider anyone loving him as an option to break his curse? uh, um, excuse me to say this but, poetic cinema at its f i n e s t.

God and Karma and Lucette’s dynamic, iconic. He teaches her how to open up and live life, be happy, while she helps him realize he is much more than his looks and how he fell for his personality, god I love them.

Also the good ending was one of my favorites, they were just so comfortable with each other and I cant wait to see their dynamic with their family, its gonna be awesome. His bad ending was in my opinion, one of the worst too. Dying thinking the girl he loves never truly got to love him and see past the beast and just when she realizes he is holding the rose thing that he is Karma and she killed him? brutal

I knew he would be my favorite from the start. Girl loves me some sweet boys with some secrets to hide, and since the other routes gave tiny clues that they were childhood friends, big y E S.

What’s there not to love about Waltz?? he is not only a cute boy who is in love with her best friend, her only family left, and taught her how to become the good kind hearted person he knew she was deep on the inside but he would also give it all for her happiness?? they protect each other?? powerful witch couple?? uh por favorrr

His bad ending broke me, thinking his conscious is ruined thanks to Hildyr and watching the girl he loves become basically a puppet? heartless. And his good ending, their dynamic, everything everything I love Waltz and everyone should know it.

They are the biggest power canon couple to exist and I stan.

And finally Lav breaks the silence by grabbing his face and kissing him.

Hadley, in the back of the room,

Emotional Moment.

And the supposedly steel-hearted Hadley finally breaks down crying. All that internal emotion becomes external emotion.

Otto fucking SCOOPS Lavender up into his big, hairy arms and hugs her. All “HELL YEAH GIRL! How’d it feel!? What was it like?! I know he’s not as good a kisser as D-EEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAKKKK-an, but STILL!” He had that emotional bat-screech moment.

And Decan’s just a blubbering mess. All proud Daddy style. They grow up so fast and all that.

And Lewis is all

He pulls Mason aside for Tea, and has a full on discussion with him over it. Making for DAMN sure he knows what he’s getting into, and making damn sure that Mason has no intention of in any way fucking around and breaking her heart.

Mason, at the end of it all,- Yes, sir, I understand. Am I free to go?

Hadley - Yes. But remember, I'm always watching. *does that I've got my eyes on you tea sip thing*

And he IS!

The following week, Hadley pulls aside Lav and asks all about her and Mason. Plot twist is that he KNOWS. And is testing to see whether or not she reproduces what he’s already seen. To test wether or not she’s lying. And if she IS, Mason told her to lie and he’s bricked.

He’s terribly cunning like that.

The following week, Hadley pulls aside Lav and asks all about her and Mason.

Lav- Aw, I'm glad you asked! He's so cute, that Button. Anyway, we've been eating lunch together and we shared a cookie, um, we held hands a lot, what else, um, please don't be um, mad, but, um, we kinda..... fell asleep together while you were at work.

Hadders- Oh I know.

Lav- What?

Hadley: Lavender, Darling, you should know by now. I make it my business to know everything. The surname ‘Trivia’ doesn’t come for free.

He could easily pull an Eclipsa and cast some sort of All-Seeing-Eye.

Hadley doesn’t see limits when he’s protecting someone. He’s willing to go as far as it takes.

Lav- Are you mad at me? I mean, we weren't doing anything, like, BAD, but still, if you don't want us to do that we'll stop.

H: On the contrary! I’m very happy with you. You passed the test.

I was watching you both. The whole time. And I wanted to be sure that he hadn’t convinced you to lie to me if you were asked. Or, heaven forbid, you lie on your own will. And you didn’t lie at all!

Lav- Oh. Uh, cool! I guess! Also, he is a very good cuddle partner. Just thought I'd say that. Also his hair is really soft and it's fun to play with. And- *proceeds to ramble on about Mason lol*

Hadley then just sorta sits down and conjures some coffee for himself.

She's in love, Hadley!!!! Yep lol

And Ashley, on the other hand, is listening to a very happy mason go on about Lavender and it's adorable. He announced to Kyle (he had just transitioned) over the house phone about his new relationship with Lav and Kyle's so happy for him and, of course, teases a bit, but asks for all the details.

They're Those (tm) friends who love info dumping about things they're passionate about.

Avengers: Endgame

I just watched Endgame. Part of me doesn’t even know what to say. Some bits were brilliant and exactly what I wanted them to be and then some bits were just... a bit shit?

Don’t get me wrong. I loved it. Whenever something happened I was screaming ‘ABSOLUTELY NOT’ you know, in the best way :) ...But... I had to love it, you know what I mean? Seriously though, don’t really know what the shit I just watched (in a good way lol)

So, I love the fact that it started with Clint - that already got me crying (the first of the 41 instances of crying due to this film and probably the fact that I’m hormonal lmao). I adored Tony and Nebula’s interaction playing the game in space and I was like ‘Ah shit here we go again he’s adopting another one’ lol. I honestly had no idea how they were going to get back to Earth until That Bitch™ turns up - I actually waaaaay prefer Carol in this film to Captain Marvel!!!

Think about what that man has been through - tried to kill himself and this is the treatment he gets?! No.

I like the fact that Thor is depressed because that was a natural decline. And I mean, he was depressed waaay before 2023 right? He has lost EVERYTHING and can’t really relate to anyone else because most of his loss was different, but he manages to maintain some of the humour we see from him in Ragnarok, HOWEVER I feel like the Russos were just trying too hard to make the humour happen and it just didn’t feel right?

LOVE THE FACT THAT THEY GOT OUT OF THE ‘OH SCOTT’S STUCK IN THE QUANTUM REALM’ PLOT HOLE WITH A RAT SCURRYING ACROSS THE CONTROLS. BITCH. I CAN’T EVEN BE MAD AT THAT. THAT’S JUST ICONIC.

Also, Tony Stark really is one of the best dads, huh? Along with Mr. Lang of course. AND NEITHER OF THEM GOT TO SEE THEIR KIDS GROW UP SORRY MORE ON THAT LATER.

I understand that Tony wasn’t on board at first, despite being a bit annoyed at him being selfish, I got it. And then bitch gets on board and everything’s happy for 20 minutes.

The Time Heist was ICONIC aND no one can tell me otherwise!!! Honestly just the fact that it was called the time heist and it was Scott’s plan and Scott is still tHE biggest fanboy - we stan.

I knew about the time travel shit before watching and thought they were gonna fuck it up because time travel is difficult with regard to not just going ‘so now we’re gonna go back and fix everything, job done’ but I actually think they did a pretty good job and did well explaining how *this version* of time travel was gonna work.

I really enjoyed Bruce’s interaction with the Ancient One and when she realises there must be a problem in the future if Stephen saved Tony’s life for the stone.

STEVE, TONY AND SCOTT WERE EVERYTHING AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THESE GUYS BACK IN 2012!!! I love Tony making Scott induce a heart attack. ICONIC. I live for the fact that we see all this sort of ‘behind the scenes’ action of The Avengers 2012 and the stuff that happened after the event and the ins and outs of everything. I will NEVER be over these whole shenanigans!!!!! I already knew about Cap V Cap but nOTHING could’ve prepared me for tHAT. This will be a continuing theme lol. I had no idea the whole ‘that is America’s ass’ thing actually happened jfc. SIDE NOTE: Tony really does say ‘I forgot that suit did nothing for your ass Cap’ bITCH HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA why you looking though you bi little shit lmao I’m not sorry. Steve whispering Hail Hydra was iconic and I was screaming ‘FUCK YEH BITCH FUCK EM UP NOW THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THE FUCKS GOING ON HELL YEAH STEVE!!!!!!’ and at first I was like ‘wait, are they gonna recreate the CATWS elevator fight sequence?’ and then they did tHAT. ICONIC. And then I also knew that they go back further because I knew Tony met Howard and I knew about Dr. Potts and Capt. Stevens (lol) BUT NOTHING COULDVE PREPARED ME FOR THAT EITHER!!!! That shit got me FUCKED aND he hUGged him! He hugged his dad! I was! Not ready! For that!

Anyway so their time heist was really nice and I loved it so much it was everything I could’ve hoped for.

Thor and Frigga’s interaction I thought was really nice and she MUST know by the way he’s talking that in his future, the near future, she’s dead. I just find it so lovely and she completely restores Thor’s confidence in himself.

ABSOLUTELY NOT

That totally fucked me up. I knew Nat died at Vormir but turns out it didn’t matter that I already knew because nothing could’ve prepared me for that either.

For one, they hint at it quite a bit after they’ve finalised the plan - you know, that someone’s gonna go there and die. Nebula knows and we know that whoever’s going to Vormir ain’t coming back - well, one of them. oops

Secondly, I had no idea that they *playfully* fought it out to decide who it was gonna be and I was sOBBING from the moment they got to Vormir till- uhhh- well tbh it never stopped but you get the point. The whole fact that Nat realised that *this* was her purpose and after what Clint had been doing for the last five years, he thought he was too far gone and didn’t deserve his family anymore, even if they could get them back. It just totally fucked me up. That was one of my favourite scenes.

Sad Steve. AHHHH.

Then a whole load of shit happens and Thanos learns about the plan. I like the way Thanos talking about his future self is written, so kudos to the writers on that one!

I also appreciate the fact that there’s no delay between Thanos, Squidward and the rest of his crew coming to the future and the fight. That’s it. All of a sudden we’re straight into it! Great!

AHHHHHHH so now it’s time for The Big Three to confront Thanos and I just LOVE this sequence so much I honestly can’t express it and I was so so sooooo hoping that I would see these three on their own (plus purple numpty of course). At this point Thanos is just completely psycho because he wants to destroy the universe and create a new one which is an addition I really like - creates a new sense of urgency I suppose.

In other news, Steve Rogers is worthy! Which I love because somewhere around CATWS I started stanning this bitch!

Dr. Strange’s portals? ICONIC. Hotel? TRIVAGO.

Peter’s back and his and Tony’s whole interaction and hug had me in fucking tears jesus fUCKING christ nope. That shit hurt. THAT IS HIS SON RIGHT THERE. FUCK.

Did I know all this was gonna go down? Yes. Was I prepared? No.

So they may be deleted but let me tell you, they released them so now they’re fucking canon.

So in conclusion, did I know all the major spoilers before watching this film? Yes because I wasn’t going to be a tumblr hermit, but managed to pretty successfully ignore them until today. SO WAS I PREPARED? FUCK NO!

Surprisingly I LOVED Clint in Endgame - not that I didn’t like him before but I just really respect how broken he is in this. His family. Nat. It really adds up and I really enjoyed what they did with his character.

I did really love it generally but just wasn’t entirely happy with some of the character choices - because they seemed pretty damn out of character! There’s development over 5 years of not having seen them, and then... there’s... some other situations.

Would I have enjoyed it more not knowing any spoilers? Completely! But I wasn’t gonna stay clear of Tumblr for 4 months lol.

Main thing I will take away from watching this. I miss Tony Stark so much and love him so much. And no I will not shut up about it. And was I crying for a good hour after the film ended and then some whilst I was watching the extra content? Maybe.

Also I’m so emotional that this is IT for Downey and Chris. Wow. Ok I’m done :’)

This album is literally all over the place, i keep trying to assign a narrative to it and its not working out so I’m just gonna give up

Sometimes albums are just collections of songs and not a coherent, linear story and that is ok! Even if its not what i prefer

It certainly didn’t bother me on her first few albums.

The one thing i take away from this is like...no wonder she’s so determined to be so overly positive, i think for her its that or break down crying in the face of what’s happening in her family

IN CONCLUSION:

My feelings are everywhere. Some songs disappointed me but some blew me away - soon you’ll get better is basically the new Never Grow Up for me which is saying a lot. Everything is catchy a hell though even the songs I didn’t like as much. Ultimately i would have liked more songs about varying subject matter esp. self love but as it is, it is still somehow so all over the place. It really just shows how many emotions and phases can be contained within one relationship (i mean I’m assuming every song about a relationship is about joe). I really think that the song about her mom maybe should have been placed somewhere else...I don’t know where I would have put it but that shit is HEAVY. I am so honored that she and her family would share that with us though. I have a million question about how Andrea is doing and if my theory on why tour hasn’t been announced is correct...maybe she will explain more in the interviews/secret session audio we’re getting in the next couple days. I think my favorite song is Lover but that may change. I don’t think any song on here tops my current all time favorite Taylor song though which is CIWYW. That’s a little disappointing but not every song or album has to be my fave! And this album will probably grow on me esp as i hear Taylor’s explanations of it. Rep did. I really did nooott feel good about most of rep at first, it took a few days.
