I saw an ask recently abt Sonic Frontiers that was like "omg when is sonic coming out?!!?!?!" and the response was "when he's ready, be respectful"
and as many things have done over the past year and a half, it reminded me of my former best friend whose idea of trying to be supportive was to try and get me to discuss my sexuality, which I never did because I wasn't comfortable with outing myself.
like there was one time when he was like "yeah just like download Tinder or like grindr or whatever", there were other occasions where he just casually dropped that he didn't think I was straight, and he would get frustrated that I wasn't more open with him. And that ask really does sum it up - it wasn't respectful. He didn't respect my boundaries, and he wanted to force the issue because he felt entitled to know. He was upset that I wasn't sharing information with him despite him being my best friend.
I do genuinely think it was coming from a good place, like he wasn't trying to be malicious, but the fact that he kept pushing it when I didn't want to talk about it really bothered me. There was this attitude of like "friends tell each other everything, I don't like that you don't share things with me" - which is valid enough to a point. I did close myself off from him, starting years earlier and then more rapidly towards the end. He's entitled to feeling closed out.
But god, I have shit I want to keep to myself. There are deep, personal, private things that are mine to keep, and nobody is entitled to that. My sexuality is one of those things, and that's information that is absolutely, unabashedly okay for me to keep close to my chest. And to be prodded and questioned, to have people make comments about my sexuality to my face because they feel entitled to that conversation when I don't want it - that shit cuts. I HATE thinking about it.
Quick sidenote, if you're reading this David, you can go and fuck yourself a thousand times over. I'll never forgive you for eight years of shit like this that made me uncomfortable.
Anyway this post has been weighing heavily on my mind for a couple weeks now. And it all dropped from a comedy ask about Sonic the Hedgehog. Be respectful of other people's privacy, and if you speculate about that aspect of them, keep it to yourself and give them the space, privacy and time to deal with it and come to you IF they feel like it. Not WHEN, IF. If they don't tell you, it's none of your business. Be respectful.
#personal#(this is abt a real-life david. if you're an internet david who's never met me irl this isn't about you)#(sorry if dropping that part with the name freaked out any internet davids)#trauma cw#oh also. there was one time where I got an internship and he like. told everyone around me#before i got the chance to#again it wasn't him being Bad. his intentions were good. maybe me being upset is like a me thing in this scenario#but like. i would see other friends and people I knew and they'd be like 'congrsts on the internship!!' and it felt weird and bad#bc I didn't tell them about the internship. i didn't post on fb about it. they knew because my friend told everyone about it#and it was just unpleasant and disorienting. like damn I appreciate that you care and are being supportice#but i wanted to tell you.#god one more vent - when I stopped being friends with my former best friend people would like ask about him before they'd ask about me#like 'oh hey mallard. how's david'#fucking Verbatim. that shit was happening for months#I'm really glad he's not in my life any more. my life really did revolve around him for so long#and it got to the point that I didn't feel like a person#things like this - keeping my sexuality to myself - were little personal victories that gave me some degree of control#at a time where I had very little of it. they were flecks of myself that were mine and mine alone. and that drove me privately#even as I lost my identity in the real world#I'm so glad I never gave up that part if myself to please others. I'm glad I had a strong sense of boundaries that I didn't give up

“Unnie, do you love me?” There’s just something that has always been both a blessing and a curse for me. People seem to think I am just a dumb pretty face who is unaware of anything around her—even my members always treat me like I'm a child.
However, the truth is, I know…
I observe and I always watch.
I know.
I just don't talk.
“Gahyeonie, of course, I love you.” She smiled caringly as she continued to wipe that iniquitous body of hers that I’m so jealous of—slender, sexy, toned, and petite so unlike my curvy voluptuous body. Well, despite my jealousy of her body and other things, I’m glad to have her, she loves me so genuinely like her own sister.
I love her too.
But I know…
She’s jealous of me too, and makes me so happy.
“Do you love him too?” She smiled again, but this time it was almost too bittersweetly. Bora-unnie opened her mouth and she didn't speak for a moment.
“Of course, I love him.” I know you. That was your true feelings, wasn't it?
“Every member loves him. He’s cute and he takes good care of you. There's no way we wouldn't love him.” That was true. She didn't lie, but it was far from her truth.
Nonetheless, I just tucked myself in the sheets and pretended to sleep. I just didn't know what to say to her or you so I held back. It wasn't before I felt her warm body beside me. It was Bora-unnie.
She's always been good to me. She always took good care of me. What's mine could have been hers, but she didn't take it. She gave you to me.
I always knew.
I saw it.
That spark in your eyes the first time you met her. Time must have slowed for you during those five seconds.
The way you listened intently to my stories, but you always had ears for things about her. You were always curious, but you never asked.
The way you glance over her reaction whenever they teased us of being lovers before.
The way she had always greeted you first. And was always there watching over us two.
You two always had an eye for each other.
It always felt like she wanted you.
And when you asked her about love.
When you said “I love you” to her.
I knew.
“Can’t fall asleep?” I heard Bora-unnie say. I thought it was for me, but then…
“Noona, what will happen from now on?” You answered her from my left side. I only noticed your presence then, maybe from all the thinking.
“I honestly don’t know,” Bora-unnie said as I felt her warm embrace engulf me, “she didn’t say it but I think she knows, but I’m too scared to ask.”
And I’m too scared to tell you two. Why didn’t I just wish the two of you to live happily? Why must you two hurt because of me?
“I’m happy and grateful for her tonight so I decided not to be greedy from now on. Tonight might happen again or not ever again but either way, I’m fine with it,” she continued as her hug tightened.
I’m the one who should be sorry for ruining something beautiful between the two of you. I’m sorry for being selfish, but I’m sorry because I don’t regret it.
“Whether she might decide to keep this sexual thing going or decide to acknowledge my feelings for you and let me share your relationship with the three of us or just bury it, I will not complain and do something.” I already did acknowledge it Bora-unnie, but the moment you surrendered him to me, that was when you already lost.
“After all, I already gave you up to her ever since that day, and it’s a decision I don’t wanna take back and regret,” she said lastly. The pain was apparent in her tone. Her hands that hugged me were shaking. You sighed, you were quiet, you were just listening, and I wish you had expressed your thoughts more, but as usual, you were reserved.
“So that’s it?” You said with a tone of acceptance and defeat.
“That’s it,” She agreed before breaking her hug and turning her back to drift to sleep.
I opened my eyes, only to be met by your sleeping face.
The face of the man that I love.
The man who I wish loved me as much I love him, but sadly I’m not confident.
What a player. It feels conflicting. I don’t plan on giving you up, but I’m not sure what these emotions are or what should I feel. You never cheated on me with her. You never did anything to compromise this relationship. You worked so hard to show your love for me, but whenever Bora-unnie is here, it always feels like you are chained to her, and she only pulls once, then you’ll leave me. I’m always at the mercy of her pity for me. Your words earlier still linger in my ear.  I trust you and your words.
“I loved you but I love Gahyeon.”
“Thank you, but please wait for me… at least until I can make a decision”
That's what I said but then again,
I knew…
I would still choose you even if you don't.
And I wish,
You would choose me too.
The next day after that night was anticlimactic. It was awkward eating breakfast that morning. Everyone was quiet while eating the hotel room service food. It was a simple breakfast of toast, honey, butter, bacon, eggs, and coffee.
“This breakfast reminds me of Europe, we would eat this every day and I kinda missed the usual Korean breakfast after a while,” Gahyeon reminisced and you followed the conversation by asking about things about their tour while SuA stayed quiet, just listening to the two of you until breakfast was over. Gahyeon was weird today. She wasn’t doing that thing while she ate.
SuA excused herself, saying that she had an appointment and left you two alone.
“I’ll go now, Kids. Take care you two.” SuA said before she left. SuA looked rather down, she wasn’t being her usual mature and mischievous self. It felt like she had a problem she couldn’t share.
“Worried?” She asked you.
It became even more awkward when you and Gahyeon were left alone inside the room. No one dared to talk about what happened last night. It felt like there was a wall between the two of you and Gahyeon had a lump inside her throat that she couldn’t get out. She tried to smile but they were bittersweet. You wanted to say something to help her but there was nothing, as you were painfully aware of the fact that you were the reason.
“About what?” You answered back but you knew it was about SuA leaving so abruptly.
“I have no things to worry about.” You added as you smiled awkwardly.
Gahyeon stayed quiet after that and sat right beside you before locking hands with yours as she leaned onto your shoulders. She was clingy, refusing to let off your hand. It was comforting and reassuring, but it might be even a call for help from her.
“Do you wanna stay like this all day?” You opted to stay with her.
 “No, I should visit my mom and dad. I haven’t seen them for so long,” She said and asked you to drive to her parent’s house. They haven’t seen her for so long you agreed.
The drive wasn’t any better. It was uncomfortably quiet with only the radio music filling the air. Thankfully, it played one Dreamcatcher’s song, and Gahyeon humming along with it made the atmosphere a little lighter. It was quite a long ride, but you survived.
Something was going on, and you were being kept in the dark. You knew it was about SuA. About what happened yesterday? It was not like you weren’t affected either. But you knew it was because of you, and you couldn’t do much.
“I love you,” you whispered before kissing her gently on the lips in front of her parents’ house. It was the only thing you thought you could do. A gentle kiss and the words she wanted to hear the most.
Gahyeon reciprocated with a peck of her own on your lips. She inched close, another on your cheek. Before whispering her reply to your words.
“I love you too.” This time the side of her lips raised as she was almost too drawn by the black hole in front of her. Three words and a kiss were the reassurance she deserved. She turned around happily to their house.
The night before, Gahyeon wished for you to express yourself more. Say that you wanted her as much as she wanted you. Reject Bora flatly, but instead, what she got was only you wondering and a last defeated line.
But this time, the saying of those three words and the kiss reassured Gahyeon of something. Something that made her feel less of a pitied woman and more of a chosen love.
Tumblr media
Months have passed since then and it was like the hatchet was buried. The topic has never been talked about. Unsaid feelings and concerns were left unsaid, but you and Gahyeon continued to work on your relationship. It was like she didn’t have to bring it up, as you knew ever since that moment in front of her parent’s house—it was a testament to your feelings—it was all that was needed.
Today, there she was sitting on her chair. With that black dress’ fitting her, she would make every model in this world thankful that Gahyeon became an idol—it hugged her body tightly, proudly highlighting her gorgeous figure. Not just that, the French tips, the designer ring you gifted her, a scrunchy just in case, pink hair, and red lips, complete a date night look.
Gahyeon was a goddess.
Gahyeon no matter what she was wearing or even if she was wearing nothing at all, she would be the most beautiful girl in this world to you and many people. Today though, she was dressed extra special, just for you, and with that, you were thankful for being the one chosen by this goddess.
Gahyeon’s attention was all poured into the menu in front of her. She giggled as she looked at each page excitedly. Why wouldn’t she be excited? The meal was treated by you, and it was your second anniversary. You just stared at her, reminiscing all of the things that you two had gone through for the past year. From a rather peculiar deal after a one-night stand, a night for three naked bodies with the same girl you had a one-night stand with, and through all of that confusion and pain you had caused the girl in front of you, here you were celebrating this festive day.
“Don’t look at me like that, I’m gonna melt,” she teased as she closed the menu and gestured for the waiter to take her orders before looking back at you. Gahyeon smiled naughtily as if she had concocted something mischievous inside her head.
She inched closer until there was only a few centimeters between you and her lips which made you instinctively close your eyes.
For a kiss, but you just heard giggling before you—
“Ahh! What was that?” you asked as you opened your eyes only to find the love of your life back at her seat with the same smirk she had earlier. You just caressed your forehead, trying to ease the pain of her attack.
“You looked too cute, I had to tease you.” Her laughs echoed into your ears—a symphony you would never get tired of. Sadly, that soon came to a halt as the waiter came to take the food order. Of course, the order was hers to decide alone, you had given her the privilege to do so on this special occasion.
She opted for a specialty dish, a whole pizza, a side of roasted potatoes, an assorted seafood dish, and pints of beer to keep the cold night warm.
“Yah, that’s too much, we can’t possibly finish all of that,” You said to her to which she replied with a pout, “Aish, you’re not planning on making me finish all of that?”
“Of course! It’s the man of the relationship's job to finish all the food his woman ordered.” Gahyeon pointed out before handing the menu to the waiter. There she goes, a typical girlfriend moves to use gender roles to get what they want.
The food didn’t take too long to arrive. And it also didn’t take any for you two to enjoy the feast in front of you.
“Here try this,” Gahyeon offered you a spoonful of the specialty dish she ordered which you gladly accepted shyly before she herself tried it. Whether she was sweet or she wanted to see how it tasted first, her mixed expression said it was both.
“How was it?” She asked and you just nodded. Gahyeon never was the kind to hide her affection. She didn't even try to hide the relationship from the media. For a while it became a headache for her management, but with time and effort, it all became fine. Now it is an open fact that Gahyeon from Dreamcatcher is dating a non-showbiz man.
“It’s delicious!” Gahyeon blissfully exclaimed after she took a bite. You smiled unknowingly while watching her—it looked like it was worth it to book this restaurant months earlier for this date. She was happy—the way she hummed as she ate was a testament to this.
“Don’t stuff yourself too much or you’ll end up complaining to me later that you gained weight,” you teased her as you too stuffed yourself with the delicious food. She glared at you—never mention gaining weight with someone who controls theirs for their job. An idol needs to always stay in shape after all—their almost impossible-like figures.
“I’m sorry.”
Time passed like that. You two passed bicker on to each other. Talking about all the mundane things. Just there, enjoying the company of each other.
The night has been perfect so far. The cold breeze was countered by the alcohol, delicious food alongside great conservation, and the reincarnation of beauty and kindness, your date Gahyeon has been nothing but lovely(also a teasing master), there was no reason to be unhappy.
“I said to stop staring at me like that.” She looked at you sourly, pretending to be annoyed at you.
“I wasn’t, I wasn’t looking at you!” you retorted at her. “I was looking at that last piece of pizza.”
You took it, bit on it, and she looked like hell rose and her soul left her body.
“But, I was gonna take that last piece,” she dejectedly said as she pouted at you.
“Yah! You, we’re breaking up! You stole my pizza.” Gahyeon pointed her fork at you, threatening you with it.
“Come on now, fox, I’m sorry. Here take the piece.” You placed the pizza on her, but she just glared at you.
“But, you already took a bite!” She moved the piece back to your plate but you refused and placed it again on her plate.
“No! This is betrayal! Did you know wars started because of pizza!” Whelp, that was clearly an overreaction. Or maybe not, you made a mental note to search later which historical event she might be referring to.
For the second time, she returned the pizza. And by then you had already noticed other guests from the tables near you looking. Not that it was embarrassing you, but being a cause of distraction to other people was bad.
“Babe, I’m really sorry,” You apologized sincerely. “Look, we can order another pizza if you still want them. We can also take them as a takeout for later.”
 “The next time, I promise I’ll ask you, if you want the food before I eat it, okay?” You held out your pinky, and she raised just her eyebrow and crossed her arms as you wiggled the finger in front of her.
“Hmm, k. You better order the same one!” Gahyeon hooked her finger onto yours and stood up. It all happened too fast and before you even knew it, her lips connected to yours, not caring if it was a public display of affection or if she could be photographed by a random fan.
You two had done it more than times you could ever count, but it was still as magical—her soft supple lips landing on yours, staining it with her red lipstick.
“Be ready, I think you’ll be on Dispatch tomorrow,” Gahyeon smirked as she disconnected her finger from yours and snatched the piece of pizza on your plate before she sat again and ate it. You will definitely be on Dispatch tomorrow after that,  but this time, it won’t be a controversy but it is to report about Gahyeon’s successful relationship.
As for you, you shyly sat there—red as an apple after that scene straight out of a KDrama.
You shyly gestured for the waiter.
“Can we get the check and then a pizza for takeout,” you said to the waiter as Gahyeon continued to enjoy herself, taking pictures as she ate her food. You took out your phone to capture some photos.
It was such a mundane thing, but it was so beautiful. Her just being there, eating the food you treated her comfortably without any care in the world.
The way she smiles.
The way she munches her food.
It was love when even the most boring things became the most interesting.
There was no worry in this world with you and her in it. It was proving how fruitful your efforts were in this relationship.
You love her and that is all that matters. You wouldn't trade her for anything or anyone. That was what you decided ever since that day.
Soon the waiter came with a box of pizza and the check for the food. You paid for everything and got ready to leave. The night was still young, there were so many things to do, and there was only so much you could do.
Not much time after, Gahyeon found herself walking alongside the beach, and you followed her from behind. The air was cold to feel,  the song of the ocean resonated to the ear, her footsteps left prints on the sand beneath, and her dress flew and formed waves like the ocean’s.
It was a sight to behold.
There was just a certain kind of beauty as the moon just shone on her like it was a spotlight, her porcelain skin glowed as if it was reflecting the moon like the water does. The focus was all just for her and everything, even the breathtaking view just became a backdrop to her beauty. It was a picturesque sight that would forever be imprinted on one’s brain.
However, it wasn’t anything special. Rather it was just Gahyeon and your eyes. The eyes that allowed you to see her for who she was. It wasn’t because of her beauty, or her personality, it was Gahyeon as a whole.
What people don’t really understand was that attraction and love are two different things.
Seeing someone and wanting them is attraction.
Seeing someone and wishing to be with them is love.
Of course, attraction is normal among lovers, but there is a fine line between lust, infatuation, and love. To which is what is underneath all that attraction. The normality and comfort of just being in her presence. Gahyeon isn’t the goddess or the idol of everyone. The difference between your love and the love of her fans is that you don’t look up in the sky for her—seeing her in glasses of such absurdity and obscurity.
Gahyeon is there.
She’s always been there up ahead. She’s not up there on a pedestal.
She’s there with you.
And that’s what you call Love.
And that’s when you truly see. It was not the glow of her skin under the moonlight, or the way her pink hair and black dress swayed to the blow of the sea breeze, or the way that sight was like a masterpiece waiting to be captured and kept in an art museum.
It was again only Gahyeon. Gahyeon who was just walking alongside the beach. Gahyeon, who was stuffed with all of the food she ate. Gahyeon, who probably was feeling cold, because one, she wore sleeveless, two she didn’t bring any jacket even though you told her to do so earlier, and three, because it was simply cold during that night.
Gahyeon makes you worry. Gahyeon makes you feel unease. Gahyeon makes you hurt. Gahyeon makes you wanna care. Gahyeon makes you feel alive. Gahyeon makes you cry. Gahyeon makes you laugh.
Tumblr media
Gahyeon is Gahyeon.
She took out her phone, pointed it onto the horizon, and soon you felt a vibration inside your pocket.
“The moon looks so beautiful isn't it?” Her message said alongside the picture of the horizon as if you weren't there with her. You smiled as you typed the reply.
“Come on, why are you acting like I’m not even here,” you said as you approached her and nudged her. She giggled and looked at your face for a second before she went back to staring at the horizon. You dropped the pizza that you ordered as takeout at the sand, took off your jacket, and shielded Gahyeon from having a cold later tonight.
“I knew you’d do that. That’s why I didn't bring a jacket. It is a boyfriend thing to do,” she commented and you just giggled in response.
“The moon looks so blue.” There it was up above the skies, shining alone brightly. It must have been lonely. There were no stars above and even if there were, no matter how it seemed like they were close to each other, they were truly drifting away from each other. It was scary.
She held your hand. Tightly as if she was scared you would just disappear through thin air. It was sweaty and cold, but she didn't mind.
“I prefer the red sunset.”
Yes, that red sunset back when we were just teenagers without any care in the world,  chasing our dreams, and then and there I knew I only had one dream.
And it was to be with you.
It was funny because I was making fun of how frail you were, and how you wouldn’t be able to run a mile. You wouldn’t be able to reach the beach at the end of the town. Your house was on the other end of the town after all.
But you did, and the first thing you did was send me a photo of that beautiful red sunset.
Tumblr media
t was so beautiful.
It made me happy.
You were amazing and it was beautiful.
I could imagine how you were frowning when I replied and said how pretty it was.
I mean, you sent it to me to show how amazing you were right?
It made me so happy so I took my bike and pedaled all the way to you.
You were so funny. I caught you complaining.
“Not that! I want her to know how awesome it is that I ran here!” You exclaimed.
“Oh, you didn’t want to show me the sunset?” You didn’t even notice that I was behind you.
“That’s right… not the sunset…” That was when you realized, and looked back before jumping out of shock.
“Gah, what are you doing here?” You asked me.
“Talking to you last time made me want to see the sunset.” That is what I answered, but the truth is…
I wanted to see you. I even brought you a bottle of water. You drank as we sat on the sand.
“I’m so happy,”—I expressed— “you ran all the way here to send me a picture of that beautiful sunset.”
“It’s not like that…” you denied but you were blushing. You continued mumbling, trying to come up with an excuse. You were so cute, you didn’t know what to do and you couldn’t even understand what you were feeling.
I called out your name. You were so rattled.
“It’s so red, isn’t it?”
“Red? Am I blushing?”
But I just said…
“It’s a beautiful red sunset. So pretty…”
“The sunset? It sure is. It’s red, isn’t it.”
“Well, it’s not as red as you.” I couldn’t really help but tease you. Your reactions were so cute.
But really…  I was so glad.
I could watch that beautiful sunset with you.
Those were the days.
That was also the day, I realized… It wasn’t a crush.
I love you.
“Red sunset?” Your question brought back Gahyeon from her trance.
“Yes, I wanna see it again,” Gahyeon said as she continued to watch to the horizon while you watched her.
“Is this that beautiful?” You asked her.
“Yes, it was so beautiful,” Gahyeon answered. She turned to look at you and locked eyes.
“Yes, beautiful.” She giggled.
“Take me to the beach again soon,” Gahyeon asked full of expectations.
“Why?” You asked but you already made a mental note to plan another beach trip. Maybe this time back in yours and Gahyeon’s hometown. You remember visiting alone the last time you drove her to see her parents, and it was beautiful. Maybe you two could eat some crabs and other seafood.
Gahyeon loves seafood a lot after all.
“I wanna see a nice red sunset again. Also, I really want to catch some crabs.” Gahyeon said and rubbed her stomach. Is she a mind reader? Or was she just thinking about using her stomach? Either way, it made you laugh a little. You expected her to say something about food.
“Then, we should go earlier than today so that we catch some crabs while we wait for the sun to set.” It’s been decided. You don’t when, but you knew it was gonna happen, maybe when Gahyeon’s schedule loosened up again.
“I wonder how many I can catch.” She said after you ruffled her pink hair. Gahyeon retaliated, trying hard for you not to ruin her hair that she had so much time to perfect just for your anniversary date. When she finally was able to stop you, she glared at you and pouted cutely.
“You won’t be able to and you’ll make me catch them instead.” You just laughed as you tried to fix her again. You know her too much. Gahyeon would say that it’s a boyfriend thing to do to catch crabs for her girlfriend and cook them—she would leverage her girlfriend card again.
“That’s rude, I can do it too.” She slapped your hand and fixed her hair herself. Of course, her slap didn’t use too much force. Gahyeon is sulky girlfriend but she doesn’t want to cause you harm.
“I didn’t say, you can’t. I’m saying you’ll be too scared to do so.” She threw punches. Again they were not hurtful, but she was throwing a real tantrum and if you don’t calm her, she will sulk for the rest of the date.
“Come, sit here.” You held her hand and pulled her to sit on the sand near where you put down the takeout food from earlier.
“Open the pizza. I’m hungry.” She ordered to which to gladly followed. As soon as the box revealed the food, her eyes widened. Gahyeon, who was almost drooling turned her mood upside down because of the luscious pizza in front of her. She couldn’t restrain herself, as she excitedly hummed before she went for a piece and ate it.
“You’ll get fat,” You commented and she nudged you while her mouth was still stuffed.
“You’ll exercise with me, don’t worry,” Gahyeon retorted and you just laughed as you too took a piece.
The box of pizza was emptied as the night went on. Conservation under the moon went by faster than normal and that’s okay. As long as it was with her, time spent was time spent well.
Soon she decided that the cold ocean breeze was not doing it for her anymore and opted you two to leave the beach. Hand-in-hand you two went back to your accommodation for the night—a hotel near the beach and the restaurant.
The hotel room was nice. It wasn’t anything special like what most fans would thought idols were always staying in. It was a small suite with a single bed, kitchen, bath, and a balcony that overlooks the ocean. It was nice and not over the top. Gahyeon loved it. As soon as she entered the room, flopped and bounced on the bed, playing as if she still had so much energy to burn.
“Come on, our anniversary night is still not over!” Gahyeon had her arms open wide, tempting you to jump on her arms. It wasn’t an offer anyone could refuse. A woman as cute and attractive as she flopped her arms open wide on top of a fortress of pillows and mattress, there was no way you would pass on that.
It was a long night that you wish wouldn’t end.
You didn’t waste any more time to accept her offer as soon you were engulfed by her arms. You were on top of her, pressing onto her as she caressed the back of your head. Gahyeon smelled nice. Gahyeon always smells nice. Her smell made you feel relaxed, and her hug was comfortable. She gently ghosted her hand back and forth of your hair as she hummed your favorite song.
youtube
It felt like a baby being held and hummed to sleep. It felt like heaven. It felt like home. It felt like the right place. And that place was inside her nestling hug. Gahyeon cuddled you, and you nestled back. Her voice was angelic. It was a known fact, but hearing her voice almost whispering the melodies of love, was the greatest fan service only available to you.
Your phone vibrated a few times, but you ignored it as you focused only on her and her alone. Relish the moment while it lasts. Take advantage of each second before it passes. For God JiU’s sake, it was your anniversary and nothing is more important than Gahyeon and you—it was probably just some work problem needing of solution anyway, they could at least handle it for one night.
Before you even knew it, Gahyeon finished her song.
“Thank you for putting up with me.” She whispered.
“Why wouldn’t I? I’m your boyfriend.” You answered back.
“Do you lo—”
“I love you,” you cut her before she could the question to allow her to hear the words. However, she didn’t do so after all.
“I love you too,” Gahyeon whispered before she pushed you off her and got off the bed with a mischievous smile.
“You’ll suffocate and squish me if we stay this way for long,”—Gahyeon pointed at you—“Special cuddling fanservice session is finished.”
This time you were the one to pout at her.
“No fair, I wanna cuddle more,” You complained.
“Take care of that constant vibration on your phone first while I take quick shower.” Gahyeon winked, “We’ll do something special when you come back.”
In the blink of an eye, Gahyeon disappears to the bathroom after insinuating something naughty for later. You were left in a daze for a few seconds, imagining what she meant by her words. You were only able to break the trance after a vibration.
You finally opened your phone only to be shocked by what was on the screen which made your smile turned upside down.
You quickly went down to the hotel lobby, where the message on your phone led you to find her.
“I just came back from a long hiatus and you’ll greet me with that face?” She pointed out your conflicted expression.
“Noona… why are you here?” She approached for a hug, but you were quick to step back and draw a line between the two of you.
It was SuA who you didn’t hear so much after months of cutting the connection from all of you—or at least from you. You were reluctant to talk to her.
“Why are you giving me the cold shoulders?” SuA teased as she once again approached step-by-step and you backed down for each step she took.
“Noona, stop this… what are you doing.” But she didn’t listen and forcefully tried to take your hand. Of course, you had more strength than her but being forceful to someone you cared about was hard.
“I’m taking you with me,” SuA declared as she tried to pull you, but you just didn’t let her as she pleased.
“Noona, I’m not going with you. Where? Where were you even? Where are you trying to take me?!” You lashed out at her. Thankfully, no one was around to see the scene. The older one just stared at you annoyed that you didn’t listen to her.
That standoff took a few seconds before you turned your back to walk away. You were finished with her. You were not doing this. Atleast, not on your anniversary night. You were not going to get swayed by her.
“Didn’t you say that you love me?”—her words stopped your steps—“Prove it to me now, ran away with me.”
Turn back. Look at her. Hear her cries.
“I love you.” Beads of tears slowly fell down her gorgeous face.
“Please, say it.
I wanna hear it again.
Say that you love me.
Choose me.”
It was painful, watching her cry fully knowing that you were the reason.
“I love Gahyeon.” Three words. One sentence. One name that wasn’t her.
It was short but meaningful. You didn’t regret. You were straight. You didn’t apologize for either hurting her or not choosing her. You said it. And that broke SuA.
“I shouldn’t have let you go.” Those were the words that escaped SuA's mouth as she realized it was too late and where it all went wrong for her—where she lost. You helped her. She looked so frail. What did she even do all this time?
“Noona…” SuA wiped her tears and quickly composed herself.
“Don’t worry about me. I’ll be fine.” SuA faked a smile and you returned it to her with a caring one.
“I’ll be off your back, don’t worry,” SuA said as she tried to walk away. You stopped her. You held her hand, but just like what you did earlier.
“Where are you going?” You asked her worriedly.
“Don’t worry, I already told Minji-yah that I’ll be coming back. I ain’t going nowhere,” She explained as she walked away.
“Let’s catch up soon.”
She looked back.
She smiled bittersweetly.
“Tell me, when did you realize that you love her?” Those were her last words before she walked away and left you speechless. However, maybe it wasn’t really what she wanted to ask, but rather the words were…
“When did you realize you didn’t really love me?”
It didn’t take long before SuA was no longer in sight. And her words are still stuck in your head. When? When did you really realize it?
Take out your phone. Stare at the picture of the woman on your wallpaper, Gahyeon.
When did I realize I love you?
That’s a really funny question.
But really.
It was maybe sometime after we officially started dating.
Honestly, I wasn’t sure yet. I knew I loved Bora-unnie or so I thought I loved her. I wasn’t sure. I was confused at that time. But I did my best to make you happy.
To try to make it with you.
I said I love you. We kissed already. We even had sex already at that time. I’m cruel aren’t I? I’ll probably go to hell for being a liar.
I knew I didn't love you yet. I felt disgusted with myself. You were like a sister to me after all. And I was lying and taking advantage of your feelings for me.
But…
Love is a Lie.
I said and I knew it was a lie.
But I wished, for one day… I’ll be able to truly tell you without any lies. To be able to kiss you out of love. To be able to be one with you. To want you as much as you wanted me.
To love you more than you love me.
One day…
It happened.
It wasn’t like I expected it to be.
It was a normal day. It wasn’t anything special.
I just woke up and that was when I realized…
I love you, Gahyeon.
When I saw your face the moment I opened my eyes. You were far from your beautiful self in front of the camera. You were ugly. Your hair was like a broom. You were snoring. Your breath stinks. You were eating your hair and you had dried drool on the sides of your lips.
You were ugly, Gahyeon.
It made me laugh. Although, I wasn’t any better. I was just fortunate enough to wake up earlier than you. I had time to fix myself before I got called ugly by you.
But I didn't…
I went for the kiss on your drool-painted lips. Mine wasn’t any different.
But this time it was different.
I kissed you because I love you.
I love you.
Not anyone else.
How could I be so blind when you were here all along?
I kissed you again and it felt so right.
But I accidentally woke you up.
You were smiling. That was the brightest smile I've ever seen in my life. You giggled as the sun funneling through the window illuminated you.
“Your breath stinks,” you teased.
“Please, brush your teeth then come back and kiss me,” you added.
It was funny. Yours stinks too! I didn't mind it at all, and I bet you didn't mind mine too.
That morning was a drop of dew. And I just watched you with love. The way you walked around with your disheveled hair and just my shirt on. You didn't care at all. Why would you? It's just me, the man you love.
You were so lazy that I had to brush your teeth and tie up your hair. If only your fans could see you, I wonder how they would react?
You're a slowpoke, Gahyeon. I couldn't blame you though, with a schedule as busy as yours. I would use any free time to laze around.
“When will breakfast be ready?!” You exclaimed from the bathroom while I was in the kitchen. You always cared about food.
“In a few minutes, take your time with your routine!” You were sleepy and lazy but you were always so diligent. You never skip on anything. You always took care of yourself. Although, most of the time, I still had to take care of you.
Maybe, that's my job.
“Gah! Breakfast is ready!”  When breakfast was finally ready, you sprinted to the dining table. You were suddenly but then became sheepish. You took most bites with your eyes closed.
From then I took a mental note to prepare something that would help you sleep better every night before bed.
You took each bite excitedly but still sheepishly. You hummed as you ate. You always hum when you eat. It has always been an indicator that you were eating something delicious.
“This sucks. Do you want to take cooking lessons?” That was what you right after when you literally handed your plate for a second serving.
I gladly gave it to you. Do you remember?
That morning was so bright, comfortable, and was fleeting. Before I knew it, you were going to leave for practice and I was going to work.
However, I wasn’t sad because we were parting for the day, rather, I was already expecting the bliss that I would have when I finally met in the night.
It was such a peculiar thing, but I knew right then and there when I saw your back passing through my apartment door…
I love you.
“I should go back to Gahyeon,” You muttered to yourself as you made your way back to your hotel room, but unbeknownst to you, you would find an empty room. You wondered where she was. Did she meet SuA? Or did she somewhere else?
You were worried. You tried to text her and also tried to ask the hotel staff if they saw a pink-haired girl roaming. You might have taken too long because of SuA and she went out to look for you.
That was when you received a reply from Gahyeon.
“Wait for me.” That was what her text message said.
Where were you Gahyeon?
“Unnie,” Gahyeon called who was waiting at the other end of the hallway for SuA. The older stopped and looked at the younger. Did she he—
“I saw and heard everything.” For the first Gahyeon admitted that she was there or that she was listening. She always kept to herself and was always patient whenever something like this happened, but tonight Gahyeon decided differently.
“Not gonna welcome your unnie back? I just came back from a long hiatus,” SuA commented as they faced each other. Two women, who love the same men, but while the other succeeds, the other fails.
“Well, I would be happy to welcome you with a hug and a kiss but you just tried to steal my boyfriend,” Gahyeon answered with an annoyed tone.
“I didn’t try to steal him,” SuA corrected as she approached Gahyeon step-by-step. The younger stepped backward every time the older closed in up until she couldn’t, hitting the wall behind her. SuA was so closed, uncomfortably closed for Gahyeon, but she didn’t backed down.
“He’s mine to begin with,”—No one dared to break eye contact—“He loves m—”
“He loved you, Bora,” Gahyeon cut. She said so sternly and clearly, even opting not to use any honorifics. SuA bit her lip in response to what Gahyeon said. She knew deep down it was true. She just couldn’t accept it.
“He loved you,”—Gahyeon reiterated before SuA could even retort—“What? Cat’s got your tongue? It’s true is it not?”
Gahyeon had put SuA in her place or rather, she had put her back in her place. It was harsh, but SuA was reckless. She came out of nowhere and tried to hijack their anniversary night. It was almost as if SuA went there and just hoped for the best and trusted the little hope she had. Gahyeon, on the other hand, didn’t think twice to defend her place.
“I shouldn’t have pitied y—” SuA said before biting her lip as she instantly regretted what she had said, but it was too late. Gahyeon after hearing what SuA said, had a hammer punched in her stomach. She wasn’t expecting SuA to at least not say those words. Or at least for SuA not to feel that way. Gahyeon knew her and you happened partly because SuA felt bad about her, but for it to be said in her face…
Something inside of them broke, and a bottomless pit sunk inside of their hearts.
“I don’t know you anymore.” Gahyeon pushed her, and SuA fell to the ground. She didn’t mean to push her down to the ground, just enough to put distance between the two of them. Her heart ached. Gahyeon was worried as she looked down on her as the older looked away in shame.
“Please don’t call me or him. I don’t care about our jobs. Please, I’ll find a way. Just leave.” Gahyeon walked away and SuA could only watch her as tears once again flowed out of her eyes. She knew she had not only lost you, but now she lost Gahyeon.
Gahyeon wasn’t any better, she cried and wept as she took heavy steps fully knowing she had just cut off one of the most important people in her life. They both didn’t want for things to end up like this, but emotions cascaded like a waterfall and there was no way of stopping this. There was no way it could have ended with all parties happy—it was simply impossible.
Love takes.
Love is painful.
Love comes with a price.
Gahyeon clearly remembered. She didn’t want things to end up this way. She tried. A scenario where no one was hurt, but in the end… all of you ended up hurting. It was foolish to hope. Gahyeon wiped her tears and found somewhere to sit. She closed her eyes.
“Gahyeonie, wake up.” I opened my eyes and my eyes met with daggers of light before I saw her—the face of the person I was most jealous of. SuA, who was asleep beside me.  SuA who made love with me and my boyfriend.
“Swa, good morning,” I greeted, still half-asleep.
“Good morning, Baby.” She caressed my face. Her eyes… They looked so sad. She looked like she was in pain, but she smiled.
“What's wrong, Unnie? I asked worriedly. Although, once again I knew… I knew but I couldn't do anything. Or I wouldn't do anything. I would die if I were to give back what she gave me.
‘Gahyeonie, do you love him?” SuA said, almost choking on her words.
“Yes, I love him so much. I have loved him for so long.” Those were my words. Those were also the words that drove you like this.
I'm sorry for being selfish.
“Unnie, do you love him?” I asked her once again. The same question from the night before.
“I do,” She confessed, and tears started to flow down her cheeks, staining her pretty face. She confessed… it came straight from her mouth. Her true feelings.
“But I love you more.” Those words… I didn't even know how to react. It was so sincere.
I wiped her tears, but I was crying too. Everything was a mess, and honestly, I was surprised how you slept through all of it.
When you woke up, it was as if nothing happened. We had a pleasant breakfast but the atmosphere was so awkward.
But I didn't expect it. That was the last I would see SuA for a long time. She just left. If I knew I would have hugged her. But I only found out later on from JiU-unnie that she left the country and went on a sudden hiatus.
If I knew…
I should have known at that moment.
It was goodbye.
That is until now.
Gahyeon opened her eyes. She had calmed down. She stopped crying. She knew she had to return to your suite. You were waiting for her, but she knew you would notice her puffy eyes.
That she cried a lot.
“So much for an anniversary night,” Gahyeon muttered as she stood up to head to a comfort room before going back to the suite where you were waiting.
Soon, Gahyeon stood in front of the door. Nervous about how she would explain what happened or how to open up about the topic or how to even talk about it. She wasn't ready, but she knew you would ask.
“Please, don’t ask.” She grabbed the doorknob and turned it. As the door swung, she found you, and couldn’t help but smile as she found you pacing back and forth, worried about her.
“Gahyeon!” You exclaimed. You saw her and ran up to her—finally relieved that Gahyeon had come back.
Before she could even react, she was engulfed by your arms in a bear hug. Her arms enveloped back as yours tightened. Hearts were booming. You could feel it, she could feel it, every fast-paced beat booming as your hearts connected.
Gahyeon had let go. She just let it happen. She didn’t speak, she just nestled into the comfort and protection of your hug. It was her home. It was warm yet something cold on your chest countered it. It was your shirt wetted by the diamonds dripping down her beautiful face. You caressed her back, trying to lull the crying girl as Gahyeon buried her face against your chest.
“It’s okay.” Gahyeon clenched her teeth and fists, took a handful of the backside of your shirt, and bit on the fabric her mouth was able to reach. She just kept crying without uttering a word. She just released what she was holding back inside of her.
It broke your heart seeing her like this. You couldn’t do anything but caress her back and hope that it was enough to ease her pain. Several minutes passed and she wasn’t calming down. You kissed her forehead and she looked up to you.
“Do you love me?” Gahyeon asked, her eyes pleading for reassurance as they continuously stained her face with tears. You kissed her once again, but this time it wasn’t your lips and her forehead, it was her lips and yours colliding softly for a peck. She smiled brightly. You haven’t even said the words she wanted to hear, but her eyes already lit up as if she knew it was coming.
“I love you.” The words were finally uttered and it was all that was needed for Ghayeon to wrap her arms around your neck. Pull in. Let go. Hug it. Before you even knew it, your lips collided with hers once again. Close your eyes. She captured your lips and pulled you into a longing hungry kiss. Knots were tied, and two soft marshmallow muscles clashed, moving with the rhythm of her hunger.
She was a blackhole longing for love. It was scary how a woman in pain like her craved love like this. It wasn’t a sweep inside your mouth as she playfully tickled the underside of your tongue while exploring the depths only she could reach.
Gahyeon pulled out, caught her breath, and chased once again as she lured you. She started sucking on your tongue, and you gladly let her without any resistance. She pulled and sucked. She circled her tongue around yours.
Seconds passed by and the endless exchange between lips didn’t end. Seconds became minutes, and tears already stopped flowing, but the fervent kiss didn’t end there. It started with a peck and it ended up in a torrid kiss. Eyes closed and lips glued to each other. Her arms traveled around your neck while yours gently caressed her hair.
She pulled out and a string of saliva bridged the two of you. Her eyes still brimming with hunger as yours locked with her lovingly. She wanted more and you would gladly give anything for her.
“Do you love me?” Gahyeon asked once again. This time you were the one to capture her lips and Gahyeon couldn’t help but smile while her lips were still connected to yours. Glide from her back to her lower hips as Gahyeon cupped your cheeks as she continued devouring you.
In one swoop motion, you lifted her off the ground, resulting in a momentary disconnection between the two of you. That didn’t matter though as she was quick to clash lips once again while you tried to excruciatingly navigate around the suite to get into the bedroom almost blindly.
You had hit several corners. Topped down appliances and broke a few glasses before you found a counter to sit Gahyeon on. It wasn't the destination, but you soon would get there but for now.
She was laughing and smiling, you were in a crazy haze. You pulled back. Eyes locked as the playful hands grabbed onto the ends of her black dress. You didn't waste any moment as her porcelain skin revealed itself as you peeled that dress off her—from the tips of her toes, her luscious legs, toned stomach, and torso. A momentary break of eye contact as the garment blocked your sight of her.
Look up and down. Magnificence exuded as inch and every corner of her felt it was sculpted by a higher being itself. Her porcelain skin felt like clouds on your palm, and the way her body subtlety reacted… each touch shivers, each touch was electrifying.
Gahyeon wasn't one to just be the one almost on her birthday with only her matching black lingerie. She pulled you by the hand, grabbed your shirt, and didn't waste any moment to remove it. She ogled at you—it was a sight for her—it was the prize that was for hers alone.
“You’re mine,” Gahyeon said, asserting her ownership over you as she bit her lips, almost drolling while eyeing you. She didn't waste any more time as she pulled even closer for another make-out session—this time more athirst. Each feathery touch made her more hungry, intoxicated, and addicted. Kisses were her morphine—each one made her forget the pain and put her on a high.
“I’m yours.” You broke the kiss. You traveled from her lips to her left ear as you engulfed her for a hug. She wrapped her leg around your hips. The distance was small. It didn’t allow any wild movement, but that was okay, being able to see her gorgeous face up close was more than enough. This time she was smiling. You had only seen it through your peripheral vision, but her lips, her eyes, they both were happy.
“Shut up, carry me to the bed, and fuck me,” Gahyeon ordered. Giggles left your mouth as you gently carried her off the countertop table. She hugged you and nestled on your shoulders. She rested and relished once again taking advantage of the comfort of your warmth.
Soon you laid her down on the bed. While you caught your breath, you took a moment to once again look at the art in front of you. She wasn’t crying. Gahyeon was happy. She was anticipating. She was like a kid waiting for her request to be granted. You could stare at her all day, but her order, you needed it as much as she did.
You smirked at her as you unbuckled your pants and stripped down to your birthday suit. She smirked back and taunted you with her body. She didn’t have any intention to remove her lingerie. She wanted you to do it. Although fucking her with that sexy lingerie still on was still also an option, you wanted her to be as bare as you were—completely naked and vulnerable.
“Why are you so lazy?” You grabbed the hem of her black thong and tried to peel it off her. It was stubborn, and her ass held on to it. You lifted that peach ass of hers that she spent so much time in the gym to achieve for a moment just to get it off, began to slowly remove it off her lips, making its way down her smooth and slender porcelain legs, and revealed a treasure, her smooth, glistening pink lips.
You wanted a taste. You wanted to tease her. So you dove right into the treat in front of you. You started with kisses up and down her inner thighs, gaining soft moans while your lips repeatedly contacted her warm skin. You planted wet kisses on her thighs again, but this time dangerously near her wet folds.
“Just do it already.” Gahyeon was already squirming. She wanted it, and a lick down her thighs, staining her pristine thighs with long licks garnered even more moans. You giggled mischievously while she was getting more and more impatient, but before she could complain once again, the first lick came in, tracing her pink slit—one long sweet taste of her wet folds.
Teasing her might have backfired as she grabbed onto your head, and pushed you in her legs forcibly, forcing you to continue eating her. You didn’t have any choice, buried in her crotch, you accepted your fate, and her delicious pussy. Explore every corner. Reach the deepest depths. You dove in to find out how deep your tongue could reach inside her. You basked and inhaled the aroma of her pussy. You didn’t let any of her juices pass your mouth. And Gahyeon took it all in, receiving all of it, moaning and expressing how pleasurable it was all.
You let your hot breath blow against her crotch, and she whined in response. Quickly, you went in with an up-and-down motion deep inside using your tongue. She cussed, she moaned, and she quivered as you continued eating her out.
“More!” She exclaimed as if that was the cue, you put pressure on her clit. You swirled around it, gaining louder and more high-pitched moans as you ran circular patterns on it. Push and swirl. You gently pushed it with your tongue, then took it in your mouth and sucked on her clit.
Her legs squished, and her nails dug in deeper and deeper as every second passed by. She pushed you deeper in hopes that your tongue would reach deeper inside her slits. It was getting harder to breathe as minutes went by. Your head was going numb from the pain from her nails digging. Her wet pussy almost drowned you. Buried against her crotch, all you could do was go crazy, trying to taste and service her as much as you can, sucking her wet and delicious pussy as you turned Gahyeon into a squirming mess.
The only option was to tap out. You forcibly disengaged, simultaneously edging her. It wasn’t time for her to reach her climax, and it wasn’t time yet for a death by thighs head locking you. You licked your lips and caught your breath. You smirked fully knowing what you did as you tenderly caressed her thighs while she pouted.
“What are you looking at?” You teasingly snarked at her, and she glared at you before you got on top of her. You weren’t one to keep her waiting when you just edged her. And just like any other time before and now, you lined the tip of your cock up against the opening of her entrance and captured her lips for a kiss as you pushed—slowly and caringly, entering her inch by inch smoothly inside of her already soaking wet quim.
Gahyeon hugged every bit of your cock. She was perfectly wet and perfectly tight every time, and it was always cute how she was also perfectly cute, innocent, and sexy at the same time. Sex with her had always been a mix of comfort and excitement. With Gahyeon you wouldn’t call it sex, it was the ever-cliched lovemaking.
You started fucking her, slowly, sensually, and carefully. It was different from how you teased her and edged. You pressed bodies, allowing each other to relish the warmth of each other. You let her feel you gravitating against her. Gahyeon had your weight on top of her and she had always loved it. It felt like the sun, warm on the skin, but it didn't burn. Sweaty and almost smelly but it felt cold and fresh to be so close to her. Again and again, like clockwork, you slowly pull your member out from her, but as soon as your tip peeked out of her, you bury yourself deep inside her, causing a melody of her pleasure getting fill up.
“I love you,” she uttered in between her moans.
Again, pull, and push.
“I love you too.”
Now that you had built a slow and steady rhythm, you gradually upped the pace. Faster but not so sudden. The goal was to induce pleasure and not pain, pushing in but within the comfort of your lover just as she loved as both of you became moaning messes—quick huffed breaths—sounds of sex only the two of you know of. The smell of sex, sweat, and saliva lingered in the air. Moans, squelching noises, profanities, proclamations of love, and chased breaths, roared inside that hotel room, accompanied by the warmth of each other.
You started pounding her, faster and more vigorously than before. Full of vigor but full of control. A little bit rough but Gahyeon wrapped her leg around your lips nonetheless, she wouldn’t want you breaking off her while you thrust and looked at her with the desire to pleasure her. Her eyes shut close and she became louder, screaming at the pleasure of your cock.
For Gahyeon this kind of physical intimacy was a form of assurance to ease her fear. Gahyeon feels your love the most when you two are connected. Sex is the highest form of love. Sex is the greatest expression of it. The heat she was relishing, the roughness, the gentleness, the pain, and the pleasure were evidence of love.
It was a treasure how your palm caressed her cheek underneath all that mess. After all, she was a mess and you were a mess, but there was this certain kind of beauty and order amidst all of that and only you two knew of it—only your love knew of it.
There was no time for rest as you as that climax was coming. She didn’t want you to stop fucking, and you didn’t want to either. You fucked her hard and fast. It was a high that you knew too much of. A drug that was only available for you. A medicine that heals Gahyeon and you, but keeps you addicted. It was a contradiction, amidst all that high and intoxication, being lost in the trance of pleasure, you didn’t get lost and chased the pleasure for you alone. You chased her pleasure, and she chased your pleasure, aiming to please each other.
You found her breast, still clothed in her black brassiere. You squeezed and she whined in response and quickly tried to get rid of it, reaching for her straps and setting them aside before flipping them to expose her bountiful mounds. You dove right onto it, took her hardened nippled, and suck on it while massaging the other breast. It was softer than marshmallows, it was like you were kissed by a cloud.
However, you didn’t forget fucking her, you thrust as you sucked like a baby on Gahyeon’s breast. All Gahyeon could do was to receive all of it, and hug your head, hoping it would help you eat her better.
It was time to give attention to the unattended boob. You removed yourself from her boob and left red marks all over her breasts, and a lingering feeling of stretch on her nipple, saliva all over it. You did the same to the other boob, suckles, bites, kisses, peck, smack, smooch, and snog, all the things you could to do to make her release those lovely sounds and to compel her to hug you more tightly and to enable yourself to feel her warmth more, get buried on her breast more.
Although you couldn’t give her boob as much attention at the one as she pulled you up for a momentary rest. You made eye contact with you and chased your breath. Get pulled by her brown orbs. The tips of her lips raised, showcasing her iconic fox smile. Her eyes were as dazed as yours, but she still gazed at you lovingly before uttering the words, “Kiss me.”
“I love you, Lee Gahyeon.” You gladly complied and dove right into kissing her. Gahyeon cupped your cheeks. It was an amorous kiss you shared. A kiss to last a lifetime. One of too many. Certainly not the last but you kissed her as if it was the last. It was as sweet as the first though. You slowed down your pace to allow yourself to relish it more, the way your cock stirred her insides, the it twitches after hitting her deepest parts every time, the way it filled her, the way her lips connect to yours, the way you fuck her while you two shared a loving kiss, and the way she loves you.
Soon a knot in your loins introduced itself to you. What she was chasing for you eventually came and without breaking the kiss of the movement of your hips. You felt a built-up in your groins as her quim clenched, and tightened around your cock. It was time for her too. She tightened her hug, nails dug into your back as you slammed deep inside and pulled her out again and again until you could no longer hold it another.
One last time for the last run, putting in all of your remaining stamina. You fucked like you had every intention to impregnate her. Both of you groan in great pleasure as you let loose to release wave after wave of your thick semen deep inside her while quivered, shut her eyes, bit your lips, and bucked her hips as her orgasm collided with you. An instant climax, and delight, with her plugged pussy leaking out juices that were mixed with her fluids yours.  Her orgasm was strong as all of that built up in her stomach released a wave of ecstasy.
The high felt like forever. The satisfaction was great. Both climaxes subsided and you felt your flaccid member slipping out of her, and her pussy finally unplugged, leaked out your cum. After a few seconds of being frozen in place, Gahyeon released your lip and you let out a sigh of relief before licking the blood off your lip. You collapsed beside her and she turned to face you and hugged you as she tried to recover from the hot session herself.
“I love you too.” Gahyeon gave you a peck, resulting in you blushing. Out of embarrassment you turned your back on her, stood up to get tissues and that thing, and hid it underneath the box of tissues. You went back to the bed and helped her wipe herself and lean off the leaking semen in between her legs. She was smiling mischievously as you wiped her as if she was planning to tease you.
“Why are you acting shy? You’re wiping as if that’s not your cum and you didn’t just eat my pussy.” Her words made you choke and she just laughed heartily. Gahyeon was back to her usual self—cheerful and teasing master.
“I’m not, I’m just thinking about how much I love you.”
You reasoned out. It was far from what she said, but it was the truth. Looking back to all that happened, you couldn’t help but just be happy and relief that you ended up this way. It might be just a hunch but it felt like things would finally get better from here on. It was a little bit chaotic but you finally settled it with SuA. You didn’t choose Gahyeon instead of SuA. You just love Gahyeon and there wasn’t even a competition. What happened with SuA and your feelings for her won’t be forgotten, but it was a lesson. A lesson you would take as you journey with Gahyeon.
Gahyeon is love.
“Why do you have to think about that when you just have to show me?” Gahyeon gazed at you. Her eyes were full of expectation. She was looking far ahead. Looking at the things you two will do from now on. You were looking forward to it too. Gahyeon is the loveliest girl and she isn’t one to hide her love. You just hope to be more like her, and be more confident of your love for her.
“Yes, I’ll do that from now on,” You answered her. You took her hand and smiled at her lovingly. Love was truly bare. Your feelings were as bare as your naked bodies as both of you wore your hearts out. And looking at her, you knew it was time.
You took her left hand and kissed it. Gahyeon just smiled, not suspicious of anything as you reached for the ring you had hidden earlier. Gahyeon just watched. Her eyes showed a hint of confusion. You just continued smiling. Although, maybe there was a hint of nervousness and awkwardness.
“Gahyeon…” You call for her before kissing your fist, still not revealing the ring you had inside it. At this point, Gahyeon already had an idea of what was happening. Tears formed in her eyes with the anticipation of it. And she was right as you revealed the ring. Her mouth kept agape, surprised, and couldn’t believe what was about to happen. Gahyeon’s puppy eyes were both in shock and filled with bliss.
It felt like your heart was about to burst out of nervousness. Will she say yes? Will she decline? Those questions played in your head on repeat as you held the ring tightly. It was an expensive ring or anything that could put a hole in your pockets, but it was something more important. The heirloom ring from your mother. An old piece of gold jewelry with a humble diamond.
“Will you marry me?” You finally asked her and beads of clear crystal started flowing down her beautiful face. You let of her hand and wipe them off.
“Stop crying will you?” You said to her but you started crying also. With the ring, you imagined dreams of seeing her in that white dress, walking down the aisle while you wait for her at the altar. You’ll spend time off for a vacation, a honeymoon on the beachside—you know how much Gahyeon loves the beach. Maybe even starting your own family.
Fingers fidget, and hearts boomed. Time slowed down at that moment in that hotel room. You panicked and weren’t sure if you would wipe her tears first or wipe yours first, but you opted for a third option. You took her left hand once again, and carefully put the ring on her finger.
“Yes, I will marry you!” Gahyeon didn’t stop crying, but she didn’t seem sad at all. The smile painted all over her face said it all, and seeing that made you feel warm inside. It was burning, but it didn’t hurt at all. Neither of you stopped crying but it was okay.
It was a beautiful moment to share. She hugged you tightly, and you reciprocated until you found yourself sharing a kiss. A lovely kiss. Then once again locked eyes, gazing at each other, ever smiling and happy.
Her smile was beautiful. Her happiness was the most beautiful thing to exist. And you’ll do anything to protect that.
Yes, just like that day.
That one cold winter night.
We were out late because of a schoolwork project. The other kids had already gone home and were the only ones to go in the same direction so we walked together. Well, I wouldn’t let a girl walk home that late at night.
We were walking and at that time, we weren’t particularly close or friends yet.
But we ended up talking.
You talked about your dreams. And I talked about mine.
It was just fun.
And maybe,
That was when I started developing something for you.
Well, I realized too late that it was love.
But maybe at that moment, I fell in love with you unknowingly.
All of you were just too beautiful.
The moon bore witness to it.
Your laughs.
Your smile.
Your eyes.
Your dream.
Your everything.
That was when Jasmines bloomed in winter.

Come Back, Be Here (part 5)
Sirius Black x fem!reader - First Wizarding War Order of the Phoenix - 3.5k p1 // p2 // p3 // p4 // p5 // p6 // p7 // p8
⚠️CW: graphic descriptions of injury, blood & gore, combat (people die), painful goodbyes, swearing (I wrote it so there's swearing, but I think you all know that by now)
Synopsis: The story of how you sacrificed yourself to save your friend and Order partner James months before. And what the fuck is Kreacher up to?
👋AN: I have never written (well anything TBF) combat/action before and I was very uncomfortable the entire time so I'm 1) glad it's over (for now) and 2) very sorry if it's awkward or painful to read. I'd love feedback or suggestions as I believe this story may involve more. xx
The spring-time sun meant you had an easier time staying comfortable during the day, but as the sun dipped below the top of the building across from you, it was becoming increasingly harder to stay warm. You sat on an overturned crate in an abandoned building watching the alleyway below you as you nibbled on a granola bar. It tasted like ash.
“Should we check in again?” James asked, leaning in front of you to peek out the partially broken window.
You fought the urge to roll your eyes. “We checked in only minutes ago, Prongs.”
He hummed in disgruntled acknowledgment.
“Do you ever think about just like jumping when you look out a window?” James asked as he leaned a little too close to the jagged edge of the window for your liking.
“Pardon me?”
“You know, like when you’re on a bridge and you think ‘I could totally just launch myself off of this right now’, or when you’re holding something really expensive or delicate and you just want to throw it at a wall.”
You stared at your friend for a moment.
“Those are called intrusive thoughts, Jamie.”
“Are they bad?”
“Only when they stop being thoughts and turn into actions.”
“Got it.” He said with a nod.
“Hey, James?”
“Yeah.”
“Step away from the window please.”
He sighed and plopped down unceremoniously beside you. You offered him the rest of your granola bar which he only accepted once you assured him you were finished.
You moved to sit on the floor so the two of you could play tic-tac-toe in the dust. James complained about breaking a nail and you agreed to check in with Emmeline and Benjy twice more over the following few hours.
“Okay; fuck, marry, avada: Helga Hufflepuff, the Minister of Magic, Merlin.” James asked.
You blew out a breath and leaned back onto your hands. “Hmmmm, how many times do I have to fuck them?”
“Just once.”
“Okay, and do I have to stay married forever and ever?”
“Uh, duh. Till death do you part.” He answered incredulously.
“Will I die soon?”
James gave you an unimpressed look.
“Okay, uhm, ugh, I hate politicians, James.”
“I don’t want your life story, just answer the question.”
“Fine. Fuck Merlin, marry Helga, avada the Minister.” You said, though you couldn’t help but cautiously look over your shoulder lest the Minister himself hear your treasonous answer.
“Explain.”
“I just think Helga would treat me right.”
James nodded solemnly. “And the others?”
“You just said you didn’t want my life story.”
“You’re right. Do me next.”
“In your dreams, Potter.”
James rolled his eyes. “Get your mind out of the gutter.”
You chuckled and looked down at the street again.
“I don’t know James; it’s been pretty quiet. How long have we been here?”
James shifted his weight to one hand in order to check his watch. “Well, we got here at, what, eight this morning? It’s been about twelve hours of nothing.”
You hummed in acknowledgement. “What do you think? Do you want to get home to Lily and Haz, or keep watch?”
James groaned. “I always want to go home to Lily and Haz, but Benjy and Em were on this stake out yesterday too.”
You nodded and stood. You conjured your patronus and told Benjy and Emmeline that it was quiet enough for them to leave, and that James and you would stay for a little bit longer just in case. The silvery fox jumped once before it disappeared through the walls of the building, sending your message to the other team.
James chuckled. “Do you remember how pissed off Sirius was when he found out you had become an animagus?”
You smirked at the memory. “That was back when he hated me.”
James guffawed. “He never hated you.”
“Yes, he did!”
“Nuh uh, he thought he was playing it cool, but he fell just as hard for you as I did with my Lily flower.”
You shook your head. “No one fell as hard as you did, Jamie.”
“Too true.” He agreed. “I’m the best at everything I do.”
“I think he was mostly mad that I’d managed to do it by myself, whilst the three of you bumbled your way through it together.”
“Yeah. You started after us and managed to finish before Pete did.”
You chuckled at the memory.
(Hogwarts boat-house, 4th year)
“I don’t understand why you’re getting so worked up about this.”
Sirius looked at you incredulously. “Uhm, how about because it’s dangerous? What even compelled you to do something like this?”
“Uhm, you guys were doing it?”
“So?”
“So? If you can do it, why can’t I?”
“Do you know how much trouble you could get into for this?” He asked while pinching the space between his brows.
“Why? Are you going to rat me out?”
Sirius guffawed. “I’m not a snitch, Dollface.”
You smiled wickedly at him. “Good, then shut up about it.”
You stood and stretched your limbs, stiff from the day of waiting for nothing to happen.
“I’m confused, James.” You said, poking your head into the window again. “Didn’t the tip suggest that this was a major meeting spot for Death Eaters and allies?”
James hummed in acknowledgement.
“Then why haven’t we seen anything all day?”
He looked at you curiously. “I don’t know...isn’t no news good news?”
You groaned. “I don’t know. Not if we’re to believe the tip.”
“You think it was false?”
You made a non-committal sound as you started to pace the room.
“I mean, I guess it is weird for nothing to happen two days in a row.”
You stopped dead in your tracks. “Two days?”
James nodded at you. “Yeah, Emmeline and Benjy were here yesterday.”
“They were here yesterday?”
“Are you feeling okay? I literally just said that.”
“Fuck, James, where did this tip come from?”
James scrunched his eyebrows. “I don’t know, Vix.”
You both stared at each other for a few moments. “I think we should leave.” You said.
“Apparate to location seven?” James asked as you helped him stand.
“Yep.”
You both pulled your wands and spun to apparate.
You looked at each other in confusion.
After a quick nod, you both spun again.
“You’ve got to be kidding me.” You muttered before moving back to the window; neither teams had any problems apparating in or out earlier today.
“Vix, this isn’t good.”
“Alright,” you breathed out, squaring your shoulders, “alright. Let’s scout the area. We’ll find out where this anti-apparition ward ends and get the hell out of here.”
James, looking far paler than he had moments ago, offered you one nod before getting into stance and following you to the door.
You grabbed the handle and heard an awful searing sound before you realized it was the sound of your hand against the metal doorknob.
“FUCK!” You shouted as you pulled your hand away, blisters already littering the palm of your hand. James quickly cast an auguamenti over your hand followed by a glacius. The stinging slowly subsided but you could still feel your heartbeat in your palm, and tears threatened to spill from your eyes.
James leaned his ear closer to the door. “I...I feel like I hear a dragon?”
You paled.
“Fiendfyre.”
You moved over to the window and cast a despulso, shattering the remaining glass and leaning out of it.
“This way.” You said to James over your shoulder before changing into Vixen and jumping down two storeys. Your paws stumbled beneath you as you landed awkwardly, but you fared better than you would have in your human form.
James looked down at you from the window as you changed back to your human form before giving him a quick nod. He jumped and you cast an arresto momentum, slowly lowering him to the ground.
You both tried to apparate again to no prevail. James cast a revelio which illuminated the shimmery grid lock of the ward around you.
“It doesn’t look like it goes far. We just need to make it to the street.” James said as he nodded his head down the alleyway.
You began in that direction when two shadowy, masked figures stepped into the alley from the street. You huffed and figured you’d fare better on the other end, save having to climb over the barbed wire. When you turned again to run, another set of masked figures stepped out on that end too.
“I wouldn’t do that, if I were you.” One of them sing-songed.
“Through the building.” James commanded and the two of you moved to the door of the building across the alleyway.
James cast a despulso to open the door as you threw a bombarda at the second set of Death Eaters. You narrowly dodged a confringo as more bolts of light shot your way.
You ran down the hall, looking around corners for signs of an exit. You passed a hallway and felt a hand grab your arm before you were slammed into the wall.
A wand was pressed to your throat when you heard James cast a flipendo. The wizard pinning you was sent flying, so you righted yourself and grabbed James’s hand before sprinting down the hallway again.
You shot a hex at a fire extinguisher as you passed it which fogged up the hallway behind you.
“Confringo!” A voice suddenly shouted from ahead. A ball of fire hit James’s square in the chest as he moved to block you from it. He fell to the ground with a thud as you cast a protego around the two of you.
Three more casts bounced off of your shield before you shot an incendio at them, watching the robes and masks melt away before the wizards turned to ash.
“You idiot!” You gritted through your teeth as you cast healing charms over James’ burn.
“Wake up James, get your arse up.” You insisted, gripping his chin and shaking his head back and forth.
You looked up at the sound of running and shot another bombarda behind you. The sickening sound of a body hitting a wall and sliding to the ground let you know you hit your mark as you continued to rouse James.
“You need to get up James. Come on, let’s go.” You said as you hauled him into a sitting position. You mentally cursed him and his dedication to the gym as you tried to manhandle his 183cm (six-foot) pure muscle figure. The movement caused him to groan.
“Yes, come on Prongs, get up, we need to go.” You insisted, giving him another shake. The burning in your hand was starting to return and you felt the beginnings of a wicked headache coming on. You could hear shouting from the floor above you – you had company.
The wall behind you exploded suddenly and threw you both across the hall. Your head made a sickening crack as it met the brick wall and James was covered with rubble.
“Fuck, fuck, fuck.” You moaned as you felt heat spread down your neck. You ripped a large piece of glass from your right thigh as you stood, which began to bleed far too quickly for your liking. Wobbly as all hell, you moved over to James and pulled the cinderblocks from his body.
“Come on Potter,” you muttered. “You’ve got a wife and kid at home.”
He groaned in agony as you pulled him into a crouch.
“And you’ve got a Sirius.” He slurred.
“Exactly,” you grunted as you used your wand to throw a piece of wall at some assailants to your left. “And if I go home to my boyfriend without his boyfriend, he will have my head.”
Both of you hissed in pain as you stood, but you trudged through the rubble and moved to the end of the hall. You pushed through a door which brought you out into an alleyway parallel to the one you guys had just been in. You cast a revelioand saw that the anti-apparition ward ended at the sidewalk about ten yards away.
The sound of an explosion followed by screaming made you turn. The building you and James had been in for your stake out had been completely consumed by the fiendfyre and was spreading to the building you just exited.
“The fiendfyre caused friendly fire.” James muttered.
You pushed at his shoulder and directed him toward the street. “James, this way, we’re almost-”
“BOMBARDA.”
“No!”
The wind was knocked clean out of you and your senses vanished. You saw bright white and couldn’t hear anything past the ringing in your ears. You tried to stay calm as you willed your lungs to take in more air.
You were aware of someone standing above you, or in front of you, but you couldn’t see or hear them. There were hands, warm hands, you were being shaken.
“No, no, no, no, no, no, no.”
Choking.
You could hear choking.
You could hear!
You hear yourself choking.
You sucked in a deep breath that caused an unbelievable amount of pain in your stomach; the breath shuddered as it left your body.
“No, no, no. Vix please.”
You opened your eyes. Though your eyesight was still white around the edges you could see James’ face in front of yours.
“Y/N, we’re almost there.” James whimpered, tilting his head toward the sidewalk where the ward line ended. You lifted your hand to your head even though it felt like it weighed a thousand pounds and when you pulled your hand back it was red.
“James.” You choked out. “Go, I’ll find you.”
“Y/N.”
You attempted to sit up straighter, but it elicited a strangled sob from you. You felt a strange pressure in the left of your stomach, and when you looked down you could see why.
Your head, also feeling like it weighed a thousand pounds, lolled as you lifted your shirt to expose a metal rod that had impaled you from behind. Your view of the injury quickly became obscured as blood flowed from the wound. Between the wound to your thigh, and now your stomach, the gravel below you was quickly becoming drenched in your blood. You knew then. This injury was well beyond either of your wheelhouse.
“Jamie.”
“No.”
“James.” You whined quietly, lolling your head back against the fence behind you. “You have to go.”
“Y/N, I won’t. I cannot leave without you.”
“You have to.”
“No.” He cried miserably.
You took a few breaths, heart hurting both from blood loss and for your partner.
“What about Sirius? Hm?” He shot at you.
You smiled at the thought of your sweet boy. You felt like you could smell him now; worn leather, caramel, and his cigarettes. You knew he tried to spell the smell away, but it never really worked; you’d learned to associate the scent with him though, so you mostly didn’t mind.
“You’ll take care of him for me, won’t you?” You asked your friend, offering him a tired smile. Tears fell from his eyes; he was too pretty to cry, you thought.
“Vix, please, he needs you.”
“Thank him for me?”
James sobbed.
“I’m so-” you grunted and fought the urge to gag. “I’m so thankful for him. For all of you.”
“Y/N.”
“Tell him I’d do it all again. Every moment of it. If it meant I got to love him.” You breathed in deeply. “It was worth every minute of it.”
A portion of the building behind James collapsed in on itself under the flames, but neither of you moved your gaze from the other.
“Tell him for me?” You asked again.
James’s face was scrunched in pain as he nodded.
“I’m sorry, Y/N.” He cried.
“I’m not.” You said as you shook your head. “I don’t re-I don’t-” You tried to take a deep breath but found yourself unable to.
“I don’t regret anything.” You finished on an exhale.
The building behind James continued to fall as smoke and debris fell around the two of you. You shakily lifted one of your hands to his face and wiped at the tear tracks lining his cheeks. You lifted your wand in the other and cast a diffindo at the death eaters approaching behind him. You were thankful your vision was going, knowing the sight behind James would be unbelievably gruesome.
“I-” you started, your breathing becoming erratic. “I love you. All of you.”
James nodded as he leaned down to kiss your forehead.
“I am so lucky to have known you, Vix.”
“Go now.” You said quietly.
James held your head to his shoulder.
“You - you have to go.”
James kissed your head again.
“Go.”
You rested your head against your own shoulder as you watched James hobble to the end of the alleyway. You did it, you thought to yourself, you saved him.
James made it to the sidewalk when he turned to face you. You tried to offer him one last smile as he spun and apparated away.
A sob tore through you, and it felt as though it emptied your lungs of any remaining air.
No matter, you wouldn’t need air anymore anyway.
“I’m sorry I didn’t make it home, Siri.” You thought. “I’ll find you in our next life, and I’ll love you there too.”
With a shuddering sigh, you fell asleep.
Tumblr media
It was dark. It made sense. Death would be dark. Should it be cold? Perhaps. You only wished it wasn’t also painful. It was quiet, but you could hear.
“Why waste your energy on a pathetic mudblood?”
“Information. Knowledge is power, after all.”
“Couldn’t you have found a mudblood that wasn’t so close to death then?”
“We would’ve had more to choose from had someone not thought to fight with fiendfyre instead of a good old incendio.”
“Incendio was boring, I wanted to spice things up a little.”
“Your penchant for spice lost us numbers, Junior. The Dark Lord will not be pleased.”
“Then we’ll get the mudblood talking. Once we get information, the numbers won’t matter.”
“You ignorant-”
“Enough! What’s done is done. Someone will have to take responsibility for the repercussions when the time comes.”
“Severus is right. For now, the mudblood comes with me.”
“Absolutely not.”
“I beg your pardon?”
“The last prisoner did not even survive the night under your watch.”
“Pfft. You should have heard the mouth on that nasty witch. I did the world a favour.”
“Foulness tends to be a common trait of the Order. Please do keep up, Goyle.”
“I do not see how you are in any position to be barking orders around here. You are barely out of Hogwarts yourself, child.”
“Yes, and this child received their dark mark before they even graduated. In fact, Mulciber, I have had my mark longer than you.”
“What do you even want with the mudblood anyway?”
“Trying to keep it in the family, baby Black?”
“Yes, Purebloods tend to do that. I can see that your ancestors kept it a little too close to home, however.”
“You don’t know what to do with a prisoner; let the rest of us enjoy her a little.”
“I am not concerned about enjoying, you imbecile. I work for the Dark Lord, that is my only concern. I am one of the most skilled legillimens and occlumens here, I will not let my dick get in the way of getting information for the Dark Lord, unlike the rest of you, so I will take the mudblood.”
“Hmph, well, we’ll see how long this lasts.”
You listen: Doors. Floorboards. Parchment. Fireplace.
...
...
“You’re awake.”
...
...
...
“Squeezing your eyes shut will not change the fact that I know you are awake.”
Are they talking to me?
“Yes, I am talking to you.”
Shit.
“Very elegant.”
I’m fucking alive?!
“Indeed, you are.”
You peeled your eyes open and blinked against the light above you. The room was dark, with dark-grained wood on the ceiling and walls, and little light save from the gaudy chandelier above you and a tiny window letting in a minuscule amount of light which seemed to dissipate by the time it reached one foot from the source.
Your neck cracked loudly as you turned your head to the voice, and you swore you felt your heart fall out of your feet.
“You can’t be serious?” You rasped disbelievingly.
“Close, but no.” The man smirked as he stood and moved toward the table you were lying on. “The name is Regulus. Regulus Arcturus Black.”
You felt your heart rate pick up as you stared at the face of a man who held an uncanny similarity to your boyfriend.
“I don’t suppose you happen to know occlumency, do you?”
You shook your head; unsure you could voice anything more than a horrified whimper.
“Shame. Well, for your sake, I hope you are a quick learner.”
And he stupefied you.

(Present)
“Kreacher, what have you done?” You spat angrily, twisting your arm in his grasp. He appeared wholly unimpressed with the situation and less than inclined to respond to you.
“Let go.” You muttered as you tried to tear your arm from the house-elf. For looking so small, thin, and well, decrepit, he was surprisingly strong. You considered pulling your wand when someone spoke.
“Release her.”
Your head shot up at the sound. You were met with a scarily familiar smirk that left you feeling weightless.
The elf obeyed, though you wish he hadn’t as you suddenly felt weak in the knees.
“Welcome back, Y/N.” He smirked as he stood from his perch on the edge of an ornate desk. “Ready to finish this?”

I'm Not Your F*cking Maid
Please read Prologue before starting.
Chapter 1
I sat in the window booth at the typical sleepy diner, tapping my fingers on the sticky wooden table and checking the time on my phone every minute. She was late. She was never late. And now I’m getting worried. I’m sure she’s fine, I had convinced myself as I reached for my backpack and pulled out an old tome on burial rights over various different cultures. I might as well read to distract myself whilst I wait for her to arrive. I try to relax into the monotone ambience of the room, and just as I get settled into the scrawling text on the ancient pages, a growling engine pulling up outside draws my gaze away from the long paragraph on ‘Cremation’. I return my attention back to the book after a second as the engine ticks over outside for a few more beats before being turned off. The waitress returns to my table to collect the empty beer bottle I’d drained when I first arrived; she smiled and asked if she could get me anything.
“Just another one of those please,” I smiled back, hearing the bell ring as the front door opened and my gaze jumped from the waitress to Charlie as she came skipping towards where I was sitting, sliding into the booth opposite me.
“(Y/n) I’m so sorry I’m late, I had an errand to run and it took waaaayyy longer than expected.”
“It’s ok, I was starting to get a little worried so I’m just glad you’re alright….” I felt my voice trail off as I felt the booth cushion dip as someone sat next to me. I whipped my head around and came nose-to-nose with a man I’d never met before; with the most enticing green eyes I’d ever gazed into and annoyingly kissable lips pulling into a devilish smirk. Just as those lips parted to speak, I blurted out without thinking:
“Who the fuck are you?”
He blinked in slight shock, and paused like he was rethinking what he was going to say. He opened his mouth to speak again but was interrupted a second time.
“Dean, don’t sit so close,” another man, who I didn’t even realise was there, had sat down next to Charlie. He was taller, with impressive hair and softer features than this Dean guy, who was practically sitting in my lap and eyeing me up and down. Dean gave this other man a look as if to say ‘shut up’, before turning to me once more, devilish grin back in place. He opened his mouth to speak a third time right as the waitress returned with my beer.
“Here you are,” she said sweetly, not knowing she was interrupting as Dean threw his hands up in defeat at not being able to get a word in, slumping back in the chair. The waitress put the bottle down in front of me.
“Can I get anything for your friends?” She looked around the table and before either of the men could answer, Charlie jumped in;
“Three very strong coffees please.”
Dean huffed, “Oh so I can’t even order a beer?”
“You two boys have been living on pizza and beer for God knows how long. At least drink something that contains some water,” Charlie quipped, looking at them both like they were naughty children. She sighed when she realised they looked slightly ashamed of themselves. “Anyway, (Y/n), this is Sam and Dean. I know you’ve been looking for work and these two might be able to help. They’re good friends of mine and they’re-“
“Hunters,” I interrupted, feeling my blood start to run cold, “yeah I know who they are. Winchesters,” the name felt bitter on my tongue, like poison.
They must have noticed the change of tone in my voice because the table went quiet, even the mischievous glint seemed to have gone from Deans gaze as he looked at me with intrigue. Annoyed at myself for not realising who they were sooner, I grabbed my backpack and unzipped it, packing away my book. I stood up and glared down at Dean, about to bark at him to move when Charlie grabbed my wrist.
“(Y/n) what’s wrong? What are you doing? Please don’t go, we…they could really use your help right now.”
“And why should I? They’re the reason I’m struggling in the first place,” I paused, staring down at the two men who now had dark, ashamed expressions cloaking their features, almost like this wasn’t the first time they’d heard this side of the story where they weren’t always the hero’s. “They’re the reason my family is dead, and I’m all alone.” More silence hung over the booth like a dark cloud. It was Sam who spoke up after a minute or so, genuine sorrow in his eyes.
“(Y/n) I’m so, so sorry. Who-”
“Bobby Singer.”
The Winchester brothers shot each other a stunned look.
“B-Bobby?” Sam stuttered whilst Deans eyes widened. He looked like he’d taken a blow to the chest and had the air knocked from his lungs, “We didn’t know he had any living relatives…”
“He was my uncle,” Deans jaw clenched, “And you guys didn’t know because he knew I’d end up being used against him. I collected books for him to help you guys on all your bullshit missions, so haven’t I already helped you enough? Don’t you owe me some peace?” I threw my bag on the floor and picked up my beer, taking several gulps before slamming it back onto the table before continuing, the words just spilling out. “He was my only living relative for as long as I can remember. So fuck you guys for taking him away from me.”
“We loved Bobby,” Dean spoke suddenly in a grave tone and his gaze went dark as he stood up to face me. His tall form with strong, broad shoulders loomed over my much smaller stature, one of his fingers jabbing into my chest.
“Dean-” Sam started but was silenced by a wave of Deans other hand.
“You can get down off your high fucking horse if you think that you’re the only family that he had. You weren’t. He raised us more than our own father did, and I’ll be damned if I don’t think about him every day and wish he was here. You’re not the only one grieving him so stop acting like a precious little bitch and grow up,” Deans voice grew louder and more pissed as he spoke, and with every word he spoke he got closer and closer until he was right in my face, our noses almost touching. My heart rate was starting to pick up and I could feel the anger start to boil in my veins. Without missing a beat I threw my fist out and punched him in the face, making him stumble out of the booth and into the aisle in the diner. I heard gasps around me but didn’t look up. When the anger in my veins didn’t fade with the single punch, I didn’t give him a chance to gain his composure as I tackled him, making him fall on his back as I straddled him, my knees gripping his hips as I began punching him again and again right in that stupid face of his. Charlie and Sam seemed to sit there in disbelief for a few seconds before springing into action and lifting me off the older Winchester brother. Sam held me back gently but firmly as Charlie helped Dean to his feet, handing him a napkin from the table for the blood pouring from his nose and lip.
“You crazy bitch!” Dean spat.
“Fuck you!” I tried to break free so I could slap him but Sam held me tight.
The whole diner had gone silent as they watched me lose my shit, some amused but most were horrified. It took a few more moments of silence before they all went back to what they were doing and Sam let go of me, watching me like I was a time bomb. I heard Charlie giggle quietly.
“Holy crap (Y/n) I had no idea you had that in you. I’m actually a little impressed, you were always so quiet.”
“What can I say,” I turned to glare at Dean “I learnt from the best,” as I turned away I heard him mutter under his breath.
“Yeah you aren’t the only one.”
For a second time I saw red, and before Sam could grab me I spun on my heel and threw my fist out. CRACK.
*
The car doors slammed closed next to me after I was crammed into the back of Deans car. It wouldn’t have been that bad - the seats were oh so plush - if it wasn’t for the handcuffs tight round my wrists and duct tape across my lips. Oh, and that my thigh was rubbing up against the man that I had just assaulted. Dean was in the same situation with the handcuffs and the tape, his long legs having to spread wide so he can fit in the back of his own car. I could feel his gaze burning into the side of my face as I watched Sam and Charlie apologising to the diner staff through the front window. I was trying to find any sort of distraction right now, as Deans body temperature was hot and I could feel it through both his jeans and mine as he pressed into me. He was starting to make me sweat a little. Luckily it wasn’t long before Charlie and Sam hopped into the car, Sam in the drivers seat. They both turned to face us, smiles of bewilderment on their faces as if they were still processing what had just happened. Sam spoke first.
“(Y/n) is now officially barred from that diner, and honestly they wanted to call the cops. Charlie managed to save your ass as she still had her FBI badge on her,” he shot her a look and she grinned.
“So because now, you technically owe me a debt of gratitude, you will be staying in the bunker with the boys and helping them with their research.” She chimed, like she had won a game. In the end they got what they wanted.
I groaned and rolled my eyes. Of course. I heard Dean huff next to me, and he sounded just as displeased as I did. To be honest at this point, that’s fair.
Although he had it coming.

To undo a mistake
Part 7/17 - previous - next
Lena x Bayern Player!reader
Tumblr media
You were all slightly shaken up. We were lacking a lot. Once everyone was in the locker room, they announced the changes that were going to be made.
"Y/N, you're going in as a playmaker."
"But-"
"No but's we need it. Were gonna need your creative mind."
You just nodded your head. You always dabbed a little in the position, specially at Bayern. But you had never played as anything other than a forward in the national team.
"Hey your gonna do fine yeah?!" - Said Lena squeezing your shoulder reassuringly. She knew how much anxiety you got at unplanned things.
"Just do what you do back home, alright?" - This time Syd spoke.
You were scared. But you knew what to do, right? You just needed to stay calm, and trust yourself.
You all went back out, as the half time was over.
Not even 3 minutes in, you distributed the ball Nüsken passed to Bühl who scored the equalizer.
You celebrated like the goal was your own. Jumping on Jule's back, screaming loudly.
"Let's fucking go guys!"
Austria had a couple good shots after that. But it was on the 60th minute that the final goal of the match came.
Freigang had been taken down by Zinsberger on the box.
As far as you could tell, it wasn't a penalty. But you guys were lucky there was no VAR to check it. So the referee's decision was kept.
Gwinn as the captain was the one to kick the penalty ball. The goalkeeper choose the right corner but still wasn't able to stop it. And it was 3x2.
Before the game was over you had managed to cross a great ball to Obi who almost scored a header.
The team had other good opportunities but the game ended with the 3x2 score.
You couldn't remember the last time you so glad to had won. This game felt like a new chapter was starting for you.
"Good game!" - Said Lena coming you're way.
"We almost scored too!" - and thats all your brain replayed, "we".
"Yeah, good one." - You gave her a tight lip smile.
You proceeded to greet the Austrian players as well as your teammates.
Even though you guys wanted to celebrate parting, you settled for a dinner instead.
There was still a game ahead, and you guys couldn't lose focus.
Everyone was singing and dancing around when you decided to go out and get some fresh air.
Lena decided to follow you out. When she got outside you were sitting down with your phone in hand.
"Are you texting Ana?"
"No? I'm texting my mom." - and you were.
"Sorry about being nosy. Can I sit here?" - she asked pointing to the sit next to you.
"If I say no, are you living me alone?"
"No." - she said with a laugh as she sat down.
"Why are you out here?"
"Could ask you the same thing."
"I needed some air. You?"
"I needed some air, with you."
"Please don't start."
"I won't. I just wanted to be with you, for a little bit."
"We're already sharing a room."
"You always manage to fall asleep before I get back."
"Sorry I've been trying so hard to run from you." - You said it sarcastically.
"We agreed on still sharing the room at camp. And staying friends."
"I didn't agree to anything. Plus what I thought you meant when you said that, was "look we're over, but no hard feelings"."
"You simply cut all ties."
"I needed time for myself. I needed to turn the romantic feelings I had off. Before I could even think about having you on my life again."
"Do we have a chance at friendship?"
"Maybe. If your honest with me."
"About what?"

MINE ALL MINE, simon “ghost” riley
Tumblr media
word count : 775
summary: simon and you were one confusing blend and as time went on the both of you parted ways. little did you know this wasn't the end
warnings: arguing? angst, fluff
song : My Love Mine All Mine, Mitski
So, when I die, which I must do
could it shine down here with you?
1 month earlier
"Simon..." you paused. For the last few weeks nothing was the same with you and Simon. It wasn't that he was gone all the time but just his demeanour wasn't the same. Most days you would come home to Simon in his Ghost balaclava and everyone knew what that meant. He was cold, or hostile then would come back hours later to apologize as Simon. You couldn't keep playing this game and once you offered a hand for help he refused. You were determined to make it work, but he wasn't.
"I'm not going to keep arguing..." you said clearly tired with all the bickering.
"It only took so long for you to give up on me" He argued, intentionally looking to egg you on.
"I'm not giving up Simon I'm just-"
"Your just what?!" You two were so happy before these last two weeks and it only made you wonder what went so wrong. What did you do? What didn't you do?  But not once did you say to yourself that it was just 'Simon being Simon'.
"I am done! I can't stand to not do something about how you've been acting! Just... please go." You said, tears welling into your waterline as he stared coldly into your eyes, his own trying to find some sense into the mistake he was making by leaving you in that living room alone a crying mess.
-
There was no doubt Simon missed you. He wanted to call you back, answer all those voicemails of your soft and trembling voice.
"I know, and I'm sorry for the messages. I'm trying because I miss you... if I didn't try to get ahold of you I think I'd feel pretty bad about myself. Simon... just know that I'm here when you need me. You can come back to me when you need me, whenever you're ready...Goodbye."
You had sent that message three days ago and he would listen to it when he got the chance to be alone which was more often then usual now that you were gone. It was the same for you. You left voicemails after each call he didn't answer and each time you hoped just a al little bit that he would pick up the phone. He never did but you still hoped and had faith. He loved that about you. How you kept him happy and positive and how you two were one in the same. You can’t give that up, and he realized that now.
The ring if the door bell was heard in the other side of the door as Simons hand fell back to his side. He knew she cared, but what if it was too late for him to come back? How can he just let something, someone like her just leave?
The door opened and he looked up to the girl, removing his balaclava as you gave him a half smile, his eyes looking into yours waiting for you to give in and to which you did. You attached yourself to his torso hugging him in hopes he was really here to stay. He hugged back, resting his head on-top of yours as he gently caressed your back.
You gently let go of him as you held his hand pulling him inside.
You two wound up upstairs, your mouths like magnets. All he wanted was to be with you and vise-versa. He stopped though, letting you take a second to sit back. His hand held yours before he explained his reasoning.
“I don’t want you to think I only came back for the sex…let’s not tonight okay?” He said, his thumb gently gracing over the back of your hand. You smiled at him and kissed him once more.
“Okay” Not even devastated in the slightest, you fell back into his arms as he held you close to his own body. Neither of you needed to converse about what your place was with one another because you both knew it. Simon wanted to keep you safe at all costs, you were his main priority not even himself. You just wanted to make him feel like himself, let him enjoy his life without thinking of his past.
“I’m glad you came home” he looked down at you, swiping his fingers through your hair before pressing a kiss on your head
“Me too.”

Haunted-Conrad Fisher
Tumblr media
A/N: I just had to write another one for Connie. I love Conrad so much, I think I like him better than Jere because I can kind of relate to him, but anyway on to the story. This is based off the song Haunted by Taylor Swift, but there won't be lyrics.
-Samantha
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I was tanning by the pool when I saw Conrad walking up to the house. I immediately felt myself smile. I think he could tell I was staring because he looked up to meet my eyes.
" Hey, baby."   I said
He stopped at the end of the lounge chair and gave me a smile. He then got closer which made me want to meet him in the middle. I finally felt his lips against mine and smiled into it. He pulled away and just admired me.
" You are so beautiful. I don't deserve you." he whispered
I let out a small gasp. I grabbed his hand. " I'm the one who doesn't deserve you. Cause you're so good to me."
I pulled him down to me, which made him fall. We both let out a groan, but then got more comfortable. I wrapped my arms around him while rubbing up and down his back. I felt him kiss my bare shoulder in response.
Conrad's POV
I could hear her heartbeat which was really calming me. I knew it was going to be super difficult when we parted because she makes me feel safe.
" I'm going to miss you so much when you leave." I whispered
She let out a sigh. " Hey Connie baby, please don't think about that right now. Plus I'm always a phone call away."
I smiled and nodded. I then snuggled more into her which had her wrapping around my body tighter. These are the moments I'm going to miss the most.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Today was the day I was dreading ever since I knew it was time to leave the beach house. I don't want Y/n to leave even though I have Jere and my mom, I won't have them with me in college. I heard my door open so I looked in the mirror to find my beautiful girlfriend. I gave her a small smile. She walked up behind me and wrapped her arms around my waist. I then felt her leave a little kiss on my neck. I let out a sigh saying...
" I really don't want to say good-bye to you."
She gave me one last peck on the side of my neck before going around so she was looking directly at me. She smiled and placed her hands on the side of my face.
" Connie, I'm going to say this once. Don't think of this moment as a good-bye. I know we will see each other soon." She then leaned in and I could feel her breath. " I love you so much." I mumbled
She smiled, " I love you to the moon and back."
I then placed my lips on her until we got interrupted by Jere.
"Sorry guys, but um it's time."
I heard her sigh which made me just wrap her in a huge hug. She then pulled away because she knew I wouldn't be able to let her go.
" Come on Connie." she whispered
I watched her walk out of my room before grabbing the last of my stuff to follow her.
Your POV
I was watching everyone say their good-byes making me get sad again. I saw Jere walking my way so I gave him a sad smile.
" Hey, no being sad, cause you can always call me." He started wrapping his arms around me. I hugged him back before pulling away. I then felt someone wrap their arm from behind, and I automatically knew it was Conrad just from his cologne. He then kissed the side of my head.
" Don't forget about me Y/n/n." He whispered right by my ear
I let out a small giggle. " Never Connie."
We then shared a kiss one last time before I hugged Susanna. " I'll miss you so much." I whispered
She only responded with a tighter hug. She then pulled away and said. " Just make sure you are there for Connie."
I nodded my head, which made her smile before sending me off.
Jere's POV
I was watching Conrad admiring Y/n and thought how lucky he is. I'm glad he has her, I just wish Belly would see me instead of him.
" Hey Conrad?" I questioned
He turned to face me. " Yea?"
 I smiled and told him, " You have an amazing girl. Just wanted to make sure you won't mess it up."
He let out a chuckle. " Jere, I can promise you. I'm not going to be letting her go any time soon."
I patted his back before walking back inside to check that I didn't forget anything.
Seven Months Later
Your POV
I was walking back to my dorm when I got a call from Conrad. I smiled to myself and immediately pushed the answer. " Hey Connie baby."
All I got was a noise back, which made me get confused before asking...
" Conrad, is everything okay?"
Right after I said that I got nothing. He hung up on me. I was shocked to say the least, so the next thing I did was call Jere.
Every time the phone rang I was getting more anxious because in my mind I thought our relationship was going well.
" Hey?"
I froze thinking if I called the right person. " Who is this?"
" This is Justin." he said
" Um okay, is Jere around?" I questioned rubbing my face
" Yeah" He said and I could hear him start moving around
I was growing more anxious by the minute. " Hey"
I let out a sigh of relief. " Jere, thank god. I don't know what's going on with Conrad. He called me, but didn't say anything. He just hung up on me and he never does that."
Before I could continue, Jere spoke up. " Y/n/n breath. Where are you?"
I took a minute to calm down. " Um, outside my dorm building."
" Okay good, and Conrad has just been going through tough times. I know he'll come around."
I could feel air going back into my lungs so I said...
" Thanks for being here Jere."
" You're Welcome, and never forget that I'm just a phone call away."
Conrad's POV
All I could think about was how much it would hurt her. I never met for this to happen, but I started losing hope for my relationship with Y/n. I know Jere said not to hurt her, but it would make it worse if I lied every time we say I love you  when I don't feel the same way. I took a deep breath before grabbing my phone to text her.
Your POV
I was now sitting at my desk doing some homework when my phone went off. I picked it up to find Conrad texted me. I felt myself smile, but that soon dropped when I read the first words.
'I'm losing feelings. I know this might be a shock to you, but I'm not saying it's anything you did. This is all me. You were the best. I'm just not feeling the spark anymore.'
I didn't even know what to say to the message because I could physically feel my heart break in half. All I could think of was how happy we were. I always thought we would be together for the rest of our lives. Knowing that I lost the best thing is killing me.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
All right um, I’m not sure how I feel about the ending. I'm just hoping this all makes sense in my head, but let me know you want to see anything with Conrad or anybody. I'll write it, but it might take me a little bit.
Thank you to everyone who reads these!
Meeting of Fates
Pairing: Vax'ildan x Reader
Tags: fluff, meet cute, flirting, teasing, lots of innuendos
Word count: 0.8k
A/N: I can't handle Vax being sad so this is how I will make myself feel better.
Tumblr media
The tavern was always crowded and loud at this time of night, yet there was something about this one that felt more energetic then the rest. You observed quietly from behind the bar, taking in all the current patrons sitting, drinking, talking and laughing around their tables.
The atmosphere was the same as any other night. A little rowdy, loud, and very cheerful from the sound of constant tunes played by the bards. So what was this feeling crawling down your spine that had you in an invisible hold since your shift started?
You haven't pissed anyone off lately. You think. Hope.
"What's a man gotta do to get a drink around here?" Your focus was shifted from the glass in your hand to the tall, dark half-elf before you. He was leaning against the bar on one elbow, the other hand propped up on his hip and a cocky, and quite charming smile on his face.
He looked familiar but you couldn't quite place him. He was definitely here before though. You don't forget a face like that.
"Pay. Like everyone else." You answered unamused and set the empty, clean glass in front of him, "So what'll it be."
"Something befitting of a someone with my roughish charm if you please." He winked at you and tapped his fingers lightly on the counter.
"Tall, dark and sexy?" You threw his flirt right back at him, pretty experienced in flirting like this, "I may have something but it's pricey. Can you handle that?"
His eyes lit up in recognition of a challenge, a game, "I can handle anything you have."
You raised a brow, looking him over. He didn't look like he was hurting for money that's sure but he didn't look like he was swimming in gold coins either. You handed out your hand, "10 gold."
All the light seemed to drain from his eyes at the amount, "10? Gold?" You nodded. He slowly reached into his pocket and put down 20 silver coins, "I've got this and whole lot of enthusiasm. I'm sure we can settle on a smaller price."
"I never settle for anything small." You ran your finger suggestively over the length of the glass in front of you.
"Then you should avoid Scanlan." He added, his good spirits coming back. He looked down at your hand and repeated your gesture over the glass, "Come now, I'm sure we can figure things out. Just lower it a little for me. I guarantee I can pay you back, make it worth your while."
You sighed, "Look handsome, I'm sure you're amazing but if I gave every pretty person who walked in here low prices I'd have two things: a broke business and whole lot of notches in my bed. So far business if going good and I'm not desperate enough for the second one." You picked the glass back up and pointed it at him, "You're a regular so I'll let this one slide, you either order or you go back to... what ever table you sat at."
"How do you know I'm at one of your regulars?"
"Because you have a face that's too hot to forget." You answered honestly and reached for a cheaper bottle.
He winked at you again, his confidence now back in full force, "I could say the same to you. Why do you think I walked over here? Just to get a drink. Nah, I wanted to chat you up a little. Go ahead, no more tricks from me, just make me something tasty." His tongue rolled around the last word, eye brows wiggling as he slid the payment across the counter to you.
"I'm glad you understand. You're sexy but I have a business to run." You prepared his drink quickly and waited for him to reach for the glass, "But after I could give you a run." You whispered. His ears twitched at your words, and maybe another body part you couldn't see. You liked to think that it did.
He hummed, keeping eyes locked with you as he sipped his drink, "If you're as sweet as this drink then I'm looking forward to closing hours. By the way, the name's Vax."
Vax. A quick and easy name to remember. "Then I'll see you in a few hours Vax."
"I can hardly wait. Oh, and, what's this drink called?" Vax looked at the dark liquid swirling in his glass, tasting of chocolate and cherries.
"A Little Death." You answered with a big smirk.
"Tasty. I hope to have it again later." He raised the glass at you before giving you a little bow and turning to go back to his table. They seemed like a rather lively bunch over there.
Who knew your night would be going so damn well? Must be fate.
~♥︎Part 3♥︎~
~♥︎Part 2♥︎~
Tumblr media Tumblr media
"Tedros, what do you think you're doing?" You said in an angry yet quiet voice.
"Y/N, I'm so glad you're okay. I was worried that never would have done something to you." He said as he looked over to Hort and gave him a glare. "Now come Y/N, let's have you take a seat over to my table." He gently grabbed your arm and forced you to follow him.
"No!" You yanked your arm away from his grip and made your way back to Agatha. Before you could reach her, you felt someone pick you up and carry you outside.
Tedros resisted your continuous struggle to get out of his grip. Once you were both outside, he gently let go of you but held your shoulders firmly.
"Y/N, I come to warn you of Agatha. I have heard that she is a witch that has tricked Professor Dovey into thinking she's an actual princess. And not to forget that never tried to talk to you. Promise me you'll stay away from him. Promise me, Y/N!"
"Calm down, Tedros. Agatha is no witch, and Hort is nothing but sweet. Now, if you'll excuse me, I shall see myself inside." You walked away gracefully with your head held up high.
Before you entered the cafeteria, you felt Tedros grab your hand and pull you into a kiss. You hit his shoulder and pulled away quickly from his affection.
"What do you think you're doing, Tedros! We are not together, so you don't have any right to do that!" Tedros didn't listen to what you were saying. He just watched you with adoration in his eyes.
He knew you were the one. How could he have messed up? He was ready to make you his queen once you left the School for Good, and have a family once you wed.
Tedros could not believe the beauty that was in front of him. He knew the White Queen was beautiful, but she had somehow had a gorgeous, benevolent daughter. With your shining white hair under the sun and your gorgeous s/c. How could he mess up and let you go.
You waited for Tedros to give you an answer, but he stared at you with a blank expression. You huffed and fixed your dress out of frustration.
You made your way over to Agatha when you noticed another person sitting with her. She was blonde and looked like your typical princess. She also had a rough, short, and pale brown dress.
"Agatha, please help me! You know I was supposed to be a princess, and you were supposed to be the villain in my story!" You heard Agatha's friend say.
You walked over to Agatha and calmly put your hand on her shoulder. She looked over at you and gave you a quick smile before turning back to her friend.
"Sophie, I'm not going to help you because we need to find a way out of this place. I need to get you home." You watched as Sophie looked irritated and walked away from Agatha.
You sat where she was sitting when suddenly Sophie walked up to you. She extended her arm towards you and said,"Good morning, I am Sophie. It is a pleasure to meet you. If you don't mind me asking who your fairytale parent is?"
You looked at her hand for a second before you took it. "Hello, I am Y/N White, daughter of the White Queen. To what do I owe this pleasure of meeting you?" Before Sophie could answer, she fell on her knees and started crying.
Both evers and nevers looked over to the three of you and whispered among each other. You looked down at Sophie and tried to help her stand up but she wouldn't move.
"Please, Y/N, you're probably the only person that could help me and get me into the right school. I hear the White Queen is extremely powerful and that you're the same. I beg of you!" You tried to pull your arms away, but Sophie held onto them tightly.
Once again, the werewolves came to get Sophie out of the evers side. She struggled against their grip and gave up soon after. You looked at Agatha and both of you let out a long sigh.
"You probably think that she's the ever, and I'm the never." She said as she looked down at her breakfast and ate some. "Not at all. I actually believe that you're the ever, and she's the never." As you said that the whole cafeteria let out a gasp then went silent.
You knew they were listening into your conversation, and the only thing they cared about was what you thought about Agatha and Sophie. "What? Y/N, I know you're kind and fair, but how could you say that I'm the ever and Sophie the never?"
"Agatha, you are beautiful, Sophie is too, but you have two types of beauty. You have outer beauty and inner beauty. I believe that you're the ever because instead of worrying about yourself, you thought of getting your friend safely to her home. Sophie seems beautiful, yes, but as you saw from our conversation, she only thought about herself and didn't think about you. Right now the both of you are each other's home, but you both have different lives you want."
Agatha stayed quiet and thought about what you just said. As you finished your breakfast, you saw Agatha wasn't eating anymore but just sat there in thought. "Agatha, my dear, you have to eat before we get to class. It is not good for you to start your day on an empty stomach." You offered her a smile to which she returned.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~♡♡♡♡♡♡♡
You both entered Professor Anemone's class, to which she smiled at you. "Y/N! How have you been, my dear? I heard what happened between you and Tedros, I'm sorry you had to go through that at such a young age." You gave a humble smile to her, while she admired your beauty.
"I have been delightful, Professor Anemone. Thank you for asking. Yes, unfortunately, nothing could be done, but it is all in the past." She returned your smile and told you to sit in your usual spot right in front of her.
"Professor! You forgot about my dear friend Agatha, who also has this class." She turned towards Agatha and looked at her up and down. "So you're the infamous reader. From what I heard, you cleaned up nicely, with the help of Y/N, of course. Please, come in and sit wherever you like." Professor Anemone said cautious and aware.
Agatha gave her a quick smile before she pulled a chair next to you. "What class is this Y/N?" She whispered to you in a distraught voice. "This is beautification class." You offered her a smile.
Before Agatha could say anything, all the ladies started coming and getting ready for the class ahead. Professor Anemone presented herself and explained what the class was meant to do for their future. She asked everyone to start by smiling towards the mirror, except for you and Agatha. As Professor Anemone looked over at Beatriz, she looked absolutely proud and gave her a gold star.
Beatriz looked over at you with a smug smirk. Her smugness did not last because Professor Anemone had asked for you to smile. You looked towards the mirror and gave a gentle smile. Suddenly, many butterflies entered through the windows and fluttered over to you.
Professor Anemone and the rest of the princesses were shocked at how beautiful the natural world thought of you. Your smile turned into a small laugh as you led the butterflies out of the window. You sat down on your seat and looked up at Professor Anemone.
"Y/N, dear, how did you do that? That was wonderful! Ladies, take notes for the next class. I want to see that from at least two of you." She said to her class as she gave you three golden stars. She walked onto Agatha next and was horrified with her smile.
All the girls started giggling to each other and started pointing at Agatha. "Do I need to remind all of you that gossip and pointing fingers is an improper way of acting as a princess?" You said sharply. The other princesses embarrassed apologized to Agatha, except for Beatriz and her group, and put attention to Proffesor Anemone's class.
"Thank you, Y/N. Again." She smiled at you, but you noticed a single tear wanting to drop. You raised your hand and asked Professor Anemone if both you and Agatha could leave her class early. Being her favorite student, she agreed and let the two of you go.
Agatha felt relaxed and started the conversation shortly after. "Y/N, I need help. My friend, Sophie, wants Tedros as her prince, and she told me that true loves kiss would get us home. Is that true?" You listened intently as you debated your answer.
"Agatha, I don't know how your story is going to end. True loves kiss is always and forever will be a symbol of love. Sophie wanting Tedros is going to be difficult." Before you continued, Agatha interrupted you and said, "Because he loves you." You gave her a gently tug on her sleeve before you continued. "I guess the only person who would know about it would be the Headmaster." Agatha looked down and contemplated what to do next.
Once you both left the hallways, the sun shone down at you, and your hair started becoming a radiant white. Agatha looked at you in awe, and you gently smiled towards her. Both of you walked until an arrow hit your crown and pinned it on a tree. You looked at your crown then at the suspect, who was none other than Gregory.
You and Agatha shared a nervous look before laughing. You went over to get your crown before making your way over to Gregory. Tedros noticed your arrival and tried to impress you with his archery. You, not sparring him a glance, deflated his ego when he noticed you were walking towards Gregory.
"Gregory, to what do I owe the honor of helping me with my crown." You smiled at him in a playful way, showing him that you weren't mad. "I apologize, Y/N! I don't have much control over the arrow yet, and I don't know how to get better! Tedros offered to help me, but was caught up with Beatriz and you and." Before Gregory could say anymore, Tedros hit him on his head and smiled towards you.
He presented himself to Agatha and kissed her hand. He looked towards you and gently grabbed your hand. He slowly bent down and placed a kiss on your knuckles. He looked up at you and noticed your flushed face and became proud.
"Y/N, Agatha, how may we help you?" He said as he stared at you intently. "Well, Gregory shot an arrow, and it went over to us but caught Y/N's crown and pinned it to a tree." Tedros looked shocked and looked over to Gregory, who was flustered from embarrassment. "Gregory, I asked if you needed help to come and talk to me. We don't want you failing now, do we. You already have failed once, two more times, and you're out."
As Tedros was lecturing, Gregory, you noticed bees started surrounding you. Agatha looked over and told Tedros and Gregory to look. They all looked over as they saw you playing with the bees. "Y/N?" Asked Agatha in wonder. "Don't worry, Agatha, the bees are only looking for a flower." You laughed as they all started to follow your arms and fly around you.
You turned around and walked over to a hill that was covered by grass. You breathed shakily before using your powers and helped a dying tree sapling grow. The sapling grew, and with it, flowers and fruit started blossoming. You guided the bees over to the flowers, and they all happily flew to the flowers. Before leaving, you helped grow different flowers as well as trumpet flowers, remembering about the friendly humming birds that would visit you.
You walked back to the group and noticed all of them shocked. "Y/N, since when could you do that?" Asked Tedros. "I guess I owe it to my father."
"Now come Agatha, we must go. It's time for Professor Dovey to grant us our magic."

Wanna Be Yours |Drabble (1)|
Hermione Granger x Fem!Reader
Drabble One: Studying & Compliments
Notes: Decided to do a drabble instead of a chapter...sue me (if you're Jan Levinson, please don't take this joke seriously)
Warnings: None that I'm aware of
Prologue|Next Part
Tumblr media
Y/N patiently sat in the library and waited for the Gryffindor. Her head rested on her hand when she heard a book being slammed on the table which caused her to jump up. “Oh sorry. I didn’t mean to put it down that hard.” Y/N looked over to see Hermione setting up her study materials and immediately sat up.
“Ready to get started?” Hermione asked, taking a seat across from the Slytherin. Y/N nodded and took out her quill. “I’d introduce myself but I believe we’ve met before.”
“You’d be correct, we bumped into each other in the hallways a couple days ago” Y/N answered while opening her book. “So, Amelia told me you were struggling in Arithmancy.” The Y/H/C haired girl hummed.
Two hours go by and Y/N’s made some progress. But that’s still progress, at least that’s what Hermione was saying. “How about a break?” Y/N mumbled sure and closed her book.
Hermione looked at Y/N for a moment before saying,“You’re not much of a talker, are you?” Y/N looked up at her and gave a small smile before shaking her head.
“When I bumped into you the other day, I wouldn’t have guessed that.” Y/N furrows her eyebrows before Hermione elaborates. “I just mean, you probably did more talking when you bumped into me than during these entire two hours.”
“Sometimes I get a spur of confidence. I guess you just caught me at the right time.” Hermione thought for a second before replying. “Well I’m glad I did. You have a lovely voice.” The complement caught you off guard, causing blood to rush to your face.
“Really?” Y/N croaked, she hated how her voice did that.
“Yeah” Hermione giggled with a soft smile. Y/N could look at that smile all day if she could.
Wait- what?
Hermione on the other hand couldn’t believe nobody had told Y/N how beautiful her voice was, at least that's what it seemed like from the slight shock she expressed.
“Thank you,” Y/N responded, returning the soft smile. Hermione sat there, admiring the girl’s smile.
Just do it Hermione, ask her the Gryffindor thought to herself. “Me and a couple of my friends were planning on going to Hogsmeade this weekend. Would you like to join us? And of course you could invite some of your friends if you’d like–” Y/N cut off Hermione’s rambling.
“Yes. I’d love to join you,” Y/N answered, hoping she didn’t sound too eager.
The rest of the evening was spent going over the study materials, the occasional jokes and compliments here and there. Y/N and Hermione clicked easily it seemed and both had secretly hoped the feeling would never end.

Can you do a bash short were he comes back to France with y/n as his wife and they explain why they got married in Secret
Princess’s Make Their Own Rules
Tumblr media
Nobody expected the kings Bastard to ever marry anyone. The note that his mother was his mistress was enough for people to turn the other way from the thought. But when Mary arrived at court, so did the Princess from England, and she had some shocking news for everyone at the French court. Stepping down from the carriage my eyes didn't even notice the rest of the court simply because I already had my attention set on the only person I cared about which was Sebastian or as he preferred to be called Bash. He moved through the crowd offering me his arm with a head nod. "Princess Y/n."
"Sebastian." I greeted looping my arm through his when he offered it to me. Together we began walking through the crowd who all just stared confused at us.
Bash tilted his head to the side complimenting on the dress I had worn. It was gold with short sleeves covered with lace. "I would have thought you'd stole into court wearing trousers." His blue eyes scanned me over smirking when he saw my horse riding boots peaking out from underneath.
"My sister is having a hard enough time ruling without a husband. At the very least, I thought I'd make my first impression at court good.. but later, you won't be seeing this ridiculous gown." I whispered the last part in his ear before we saw his half-brother, the now turned King of France Francis, coming towards us.
The blonde curly haired king smiled bowing at the same time I gave him a curtsey. "Princess Y/n, it's pleased to see you back at court."
"I'm glad to be back, you're grace. I was wondering if I could speak with you both privately for a moment?" I glanced between the pair so Francis nodded walking down the closet hallway until we reached an empty chamber door. Bash locked the door so we wouldn't be interrupted.
Francis raised a brow at me. “So what did you want to talk about with me?”
“I needed to give this to you. And ask that you wed me and your brother officially in front of the court.” Reaching for the necklace around my neck I revealed the ring that was hanging from the chain that was Bash’s mother’s ring. Since my sister was Queen Elizabeth we couldn’t legally get married because he was a bastard and I was a princess by birth. I handed over a sealed scroll hidden inside one of my boots and gave it to Francis.
Bash blinked his eyes confused at my boldness. “Y/n, you know that we can’t. You’re royal and I am a bastard.”
“And yet my sister has declared that she shall never marry anyone and bear children. So what is stopping me from following my heart and marrying the man I love hmm.” I lightly snapped at him with my hands on my hips.
My secret husband shifted his attention to his brother who had opened the scroll I had given him still in shock at the idea I was proposing. “Is this even possible. I mean unless I got legitimized as Henry’s son it shouldn’t be possible.”
“You’re right it wouldn’t be until this…” Francis clear his throat reading the letter aloud. “I Queen Elizabeth of England hereby declare that my sister Y/n and Sebastian de Poitiers are allowed to be wed. Sebastian shall inherit the title of prince and will be the master of my armies. He shall no longer be a bastard after marrying my sister and that is final.”
Bash steps towards me gently grabbing a hold of my shoulders where I focused on his bright blue eyes. “How did you get her to agree to legitimize me?”
“I told just how you have treated me, made me happy and that I just wished that stupid titles weren’t in our way. And she didn’t see any problems with not following what everyone else has done in the past. So…will you marry me Bash?” Lowering myself down on one knee in front of him I take his hands in mine staring up into his eyes.
Francis made a confused face at his brothers response. “No.”
“Uh…” I slightly froze not sure what would happen next.
Yet Bash lowered himself down on one knee where we were both on our knees and eye level with each. He holds my hands in his, his blue orbs pouring into mine when he delivers his question to me. “That’s not how this is done. This is how is done, Princess. Y/n, will you marry me and make this bastard the happiest man on earth?”
“Yes, Sebastian.” I nodded moving forward kissing him. He cupped my face kissing me back with Francis smiling behind us.
Comments really appreciated ❤️

Part 2 to “You’re So Hysterical” please! Your writing is so damn good 😭
Thanks so much! I'm glad you like the silly little things I type <3
You're So Hysterical II
Alex x Reader
Part I
You handed Alex a steaming cup of tea, which he accepted with a slight upturn of his lips. He still looked utterly worn out, but now his eyes were red from crying, and the ambitious twinkle in them you had seen as he assessed the pictures he had taken was gone. His gaze was vacant, devoid of any feeling other than overwhelming exhaustion.
“Thanks for this,” he said quietly, cradling the cup in his hands. They were no longer shaking. “You didn’t have to— uh, help me,” Alex cleared his throat, averting his gaze and sinking deeper into the cushions as if trying to disappear, “I mean, after what you said— I expected you to just keep walking.”
You took a sip of your tea. “That would have been rather harsh, wouldn’t you say? I mean, you were breaking down on the sidewalk.” Alex flinched, sinking deeper into himself. “But that’s— It doesn’t matter now,” you said hastily, turning beside him to look at Alex directly, “Just— What’s going on, Alex? You don’t need to tell me if you don’t want to, but I’m here to listen if you want to share. From how you clung to me, I can tell something’s wrong.”
It was obvious in the way he pleaded not to be left alone.
“It’s just been hard,” Alex sighed, his eyes welling up with tears again, “the job— it’s not what I expected. Although I love it, you know I love my work, but I’ve been stretching myself thin for the company and they just reassign me to this associate who wants me to take pictures of them all day as if I’m some paparazzi and I—” he choked, his voice breaking as a sob tore through his chest again.
You gently took his cup of tea, setting it down on the coffee table.
“I’m so lonely,” he sobbed, burying his face in his hands, “I— I never thought that would be an issue for me. I’ve made new friends in the industry. I have! But it’s not the same and I’m so far away from everything I knew and loved. I feel so untethered from reality as if I’m drifting through the days while I don’t even know what I’m doing half the time and— and seeing you again just— broke me.”
Alex looked up, tears running down his cheeks again as his eyes settled on you. They held so much pain and regret, tearing at your heartstrings and almost leading you to gather Alex into your arms again. You fought the urge, reaching towards the blanket beside you and draping that over Alex instead.
He nuzzled into the fabric and only cried harder. “You hate me,” he choked, “And I know it’s my fault because I broke it off, but I’ve spent every day regretting it and missing you because I— you— you are the love of my life and— and I just don’t know where we went wrong.”
“I don’t hate you, Alex.”
His head turned to you hesitantly, as if afraid of what truth he would find in your eyes. Slowly, he lifted one of his arms in silent invitation for you to scoot closer. After a short moment of deliberation, you sighed and gave in to his pleading eyes. Alex settled against you immediately, melting into your side. From how close you were, you could feel the slight tremble wracking his frame and you began running your fingers through his hair. He shivered, leaning into you further and you wondered how long he had gone without someone touching him like this. Probably as long as you.
“Listen,” you sighed, placing a kiss on the crown of his head out of habit, “We were good while we lasted— honestly, it broke my heart that you just discarded me when it was convenient for you as if all the years we spent together meant nothing—”
“That’s not true,” Alex interrupted, his voice slightly muffled from being nestled against your side. “I never said that—”
“You didn’t have to. It was obvious in the way you ended it,” you answered gravely. Thinking back to how Alex had shattered your heart and left you alone hurt more than you wanted to admit.
For the past months, you had praised yourself on moving on, taking the energy you had previously invested in him and pouring it into your work. You had practically flown through your cases, excelling so much that you made heads turn when you walked into court. Your career was going splendidly, yet sometimes you went to bed and thought about Alex, wondering how he was, wishing he were there to hold you close until you fell asleep.
“It felt like my actions and baseless accusations — and I apologize again, I’ll never stop regretting them — were only an excuse,” you said, feeling Alex tense against you, “a pretext so you could blame it all on me and start your new life on a different continent with nothing holding you back and no one tying you down.”
Alex inhaled sharply, but you continued, feeling that if you did not voice your thoughts now, you never would.
“Can you imagine how horrible it felt to be reduced to one mistake you made? Just the one, in four years? The one time I let my worries and anxieties get the better of me, the one time I couldn’t fight them off and trust you blindly because they were eating away at me and I couldn’t be strong. The one time I was unable to stay level-headed and gave in to how I felt and you—”
“That doesn’t excuse what you did,” Alex said, moving away into a sitting position to look at you properly.
“Of course it doesn't,” you reasoned, “And I’m not trying to justify myself. I’m telling you that it hurt. I’m saying that when you kept holding it over my head, treating me like someone impulsive and childish, when you very well knew I wasn’t — I never was, in four years, Alex, come on — and then go on and mock me—”
“I never mocked you! What are you saying?”
“‘Are you ready to have a mature conversation now?’” you quoted his words back at him, “I— maybe you were just overwhelmed, so was I but still you kept treating me like I was some petulant burden you couldn’t wait to get rid of because I let my fears take the better of me and made mistakes because of it. I’m just saying it hurt me, Alex. It made me even more afraid to make mistakes now, to let down my guard, and, truthfully, I never expected you to give us up without even trying to work through this.”
Alex looked at you for a long moment before exhaling deeply and sinking back into the couch. All the fight seemed to have left him, leaving him looking miserable and lost. He wound the blanket around himself again and glanced at you.
“I’m sorry I made you feel that way,” he said slowly, “and I’m sorry I left. I think I was still processing what had happened and— maybe it seemed easier to end it than to try if long-distance would have worked for us because my trust in you was shaken. I can’t explain how I felt back then, but I realized that I was wrong to give up on us because my love for you never wavered and—” he reached out his hand, taking hold of yours, “and I miss you, I want you back in my life and I’d like to be part of yours again if you’d let me and— maybe we could try long-distance, maybe I’ll give up the new job and come back to London— I’ve got my connections now, I can work on my own again. We could—”
“Alex,” you stopped him, and the tone of your voice made the sliver of hope in his eyes vanish immediately. “I don’t think we’ll work this out,” you hesitated, making sure that you meant the words you were about to say, “and I don’t want to try again.”
He nodded sadly, wiping at his eyes which filled with tears once again. “Can I—” he began, clearing his throat as his voice broke, “Can I stay the night? I could— if you want, I could cook something and we could reconnect, maybe?”
You hesitated, remembering how Alex had pleaded not to be left alone. In the end, you reasoned, both of you could use the company.

OH GOD, EVERYTHING IS HAPPENING, EVERYTHING'S GOING ON-
I AM SCREAMING, KICKING, CRYING, RUNNING UP MY WALLS, DRAMATICALLY THROWING MYSELF ON THE GROUND AND WAILING-
FIRST SAMS FUCKING PUNCHES AND KNOCKS ME TO THE GROUND, AND THEN MGAFS GIVES ME THE FINISHING BLOW- FUCK EVERYTHING-
OH GOD, WHERE DO I EVEN BEGIN-
First of all, we finally reunited with old Moon…BY GOD, DID I MISS THIS SNARKY BASTARD- I am so happy, to see him again!!! He's so nonchalant and blunt, especially towards people outside of his family- It makes me so nostalgic!! His similarlities to Eclipse are clearer than ever, honestly!
Everything about it just makes me so emotional, I can't even begin to describe it-
He's on that same old beach where he gave up his life, the same old beach where he showed empathy and compassion more than ever before, the same damn old beach where he was the more selfless than he'd ever been- It is making me sick to my stomach/pos
He still loathes himself so much, still looks down on himself and his mistakes. He has never been able to let go of it, he'll always hold on to the mistakes he made. One of these mistakes is leaving a part of his code behind, which in turn created Eclipse. His hatred for him comes from the hatred of himself, because Eclipse is the embodiment of everything he hated in himself.
But even though he hates himself, even though he buried himself underneath a mountain of mistakes, he will never regret protecting his family. He has always been a big brother, always been a protector, no matter what! Even after everything, they are the only thing on his mind. I'm going to fucking cry, man-
God, he adores them so much! Everytime he talked about them, I teared up!
He adores and treasures Sun with all of his heart, and only wishes for him to be safe and sound and happy! He knows his brother, knows he's blaming himself, and wants so badly to put a stop to it! But he can't, because that would involve a conversation, and he cannot bare to hurt him more than he already has.
He wants to thank Monty, who has been his emotional support, his best friend. Old Moon is anti-social, apathetic towards anyone outside of his family, even another version of himself, yet Monty got through to him, time and time again. Monty, in their own right, was family too! The two of them always got each other out of the gutter.
God, when he talked about Lunar and Earth, I legit started to cry a little-
He always wanted a sister. He always wanted a little brother. He wished he could've met them, wished he could've gotten to know them, wished to have loved them as much as he loved Sun!
He did know Lunar, but he never had the chance to truly get to know them. Everything he said about them is honestly just so sweet, and shows old Moon beyond his shell.
They were just a kid in a shitty situation, made with a purpose they never wanted.
Old Moon has a hard time caring for others, yet he looked at this child, who needed help and guidance, and took them underneath his wing without hesitation. Tragically, though, he always kept his distance. I don't think, he quite saw, how much they looked up to him. He always kept them at arms length, because he had hurt one brother, and was afraid to hurt another, afraid to open his heart. Yet, despite this distance, he would've ripped Eclipse apart for what he did, without mercy.
God, I can only imagine what his dynamic with everyone would've been like, especially with Earth, who is so incredibly different from him!
Old Moon is such an intriguing character to look at! Especially with how obviously different he is from New Moon!
I want to analyze him so bad, but my brain just won't cooperate👀
I'm really glad, New Moon got his reassurance though, and even learned from Old Moon, it seems!
Now, as for MGAFS….NO, GOD NO, PLEASE EVERYTHING BUT THIS-
THEY WEREN'T JUST SEPARATED- THEY WERE PERMANENTLY TORN APART, NEVER TO REUNITE AGAIN- THEY CAN'T DO THIS, I CAN'T HANDLE THIS-
BLOODMOON'S REACTION TO HIS BROTHER'S DEATH- HE TRIED SO HARD TO KEEP A STRAIGHT FACE, BUT THE MOMENT THEY TRIED TO LEAVE, HE STARTED YELLING- HE HAS NEVER BEEN ALONE, ALWAYS ONE HALF OF A WHOLE. NOW HIS OTHER HALF IS GONE, AND HE IS ALONE, AND HE WILL NEVER BE WHOLE AGAIN-
I ALSO READ YOUR INTERPRETATION OF BLOODMOON'S LAST LINE, AND IT HAS BROKEN ME- THEY COULD'VE BEEN GOOD. THEY COULD'VE BEEN FRIENDS. THEY JUST DIDN'T WANT TO BE CHANGED, DIDN'T WANT TO BE LIKED AS SOMEONE THEY'RE NOT. THEY JUST WANTED TO BE THEMSELF, YET THEY NEVER WOULD'VE BEEN ACCEPTED THAT WAY-
XERO, WHY MUST YOU DO THIS TO ME-
-Stardust
YESSSSSYESYEYSES I DIDN'T TALK MUCH ABT THE TSAMS EP BC I GOT SO DISTRACTED BY MGAFS BUT EVERYTHING U SAID FOR REAL !!!!!! THE BEACH AND THE CONVO THEY HAD AND AAUAGGGHH
I was honestly so worried that there was going to be a sudden change in how Old Moon acted but seeing him just still wholeheartedly be him made me experience sooo many emotions. Like u said, the similarities between him and Eclipse are just wholly on display and it's like,, oh yea! you are who he stems from!
AND YEAH ALL HIS SENTIMENTS ABT MONTY + SUN + THE BROTHER N SISTER HE NEVER GOT TO KNOW. BURSTS INTO TEARS!!!!! For how little people he cared about, he made up for in caring about that small handful of people with his whole entire soul, even if that care could be convoluted and confusing and ultimately hurtful, he never wanted it to be like that. He just wanted the best :(
AND THEN THE LAST MESSAGE FOR NEW MOON AUGHHH I CAN'T EVEN. DIES EVERYWHEREEEE
AND THEN MGAFS. FUCK. I KNOWWWW I KNOW I KNOW IT FUCKED ME UP SO BADDD. THE FINAL BLOODMOON'S DESPERATE YELLING AT THE END FUCKED ME UP EVEN WORSE TO TOP IT ALL OFF I CAN'T EVENNNN.
AND SHAKES YOU SHAKES YOU THEY COULD HAVE BEEN SO EASY TO ACCOMMODATE FOR IT DRIVES ME INSANE!!! THEY WANTED CONTROL OVER THE ONE THING THAT IMPACTS THEM THE MOST, OF COURSE THEY WOULD HAVE DENIED ANYTHING ELSE!!!! THEY COULD HAVE HAD IT ALLLLL AAAAOAUHGHHHH

Can I just say how much I appreciate the fact you don't stray much from the movies?
It's just so refreshing to see a fic that is built on a clear, unbiased and simple canon base. This way, as you demonstrated, a writer not only has the ability to further explore the main themes and ideas introduced in the source material, but they can also go ahead and naturally develop their own by branching out on those fundamentals. They can offer their perspective by using the source material to their advantage, instead of working against it or even worse, trying to include all contradicting canon aspects. Part of writing a fic is kind of like offering your input in a conversation/disagreement. You have to listen carefully to what the other person is saying in order to form your answer...If you're listening to a thousand different people who are all saying a different thing (in this case, The clone wars, legends, novels, comics ect), you won't be able to give an answer that makes sense, much less give a structured and stable opinion.
I love how you were like "I know star wars is entering an era of a shit ton of spin off content with seemingly no end and most star wars fans know shit like who chewie lost his virginity to and what the kessel run is but screw this. The movies and maybe some late night wiki research is enough."
And you were right.
It's so funny, because I feel like I do ultimately stray pretty far from the movies. Not in terms of events I guess, but especially the prequels, I reject some of the underlying assumptions of what is said on screen and just treat it like fallible people strongly asserting opinions that no one calls them on. See: everything I ever assert about the Force/Anakin's "destiny."
I do think it helped me to stick with limited material. And it wasn't even because I saw all of this new SW content coming. I've mentioned this before, but when I started writing Don't Look Back (when it was just Like Fire and I naively believed I was gonna be done in 200k words, lol, rip past me) I hesitated a lot because as far as I was concerned, I wasn't a Star Wars Fan.
I'd watched the OT and PT multiple times. I knew that novels and games and cartoons existed, I knew people had consumed them all. I had been reading some SW fic because @mylongsufferingroommate had been sending me stuff they were enjoying and I was having fun with it. But like, I would never have called myself a Fan. I got goaded into writing this fic by people who knew me too well and really wanted a political thriller. I wouldn't have called them Star Wars Fans either.
Limiting myself to the six movies I had watched was a preemptive defense mechanism against a fan base I wasn't sure would want to accept me. My thin skin is my own problem, but every time I think about writing in a new fandom the same sort of nerves take me: what if my fanon is "wrong" and people are mean?
I guess what I'm trying to say is thank you so much to everyone who gave me a chance and encouraged me and were excited and shared that excitement.
And please, for the love of all the sky and stars DON'T GATEKEEP FANDOMS.
Don't tell people their canon is too big (@blue-sunshine-mauve-morning and @chancecraz have amazing fics that are much more compliant than mine to the broader canon, as a quick example), and definitely don't tell people their canon is too small. Walk away if you aren't enjoying something. Give compliments when you like something that is unique in a fandom you're familiar with. Be patient with people, be kind.
I could easily have given this story up if people hadn't been patient with me. I got comments as early as my first chapter from people who were angry with a single thing that I said and felt the need to tell me I was wrong. I could have left. I could have stopped.
I'm glad I didn't. But I wonder how many other people have.

i've been reading your fics revently and really enjoy them! i was wondering if you could write some angsty fluff with dante and/or raiden (separately)?
kinda like they both have nightmares about their past, their s/o comforts them if that's good enough. have a good day! 😊
Thank you, you too! I'm so glad you like my work, cause I'm pretty proud of them myself. Nightmare comfort is one of my favorite things to write about since it's the perfect blend of fluff and angst. I'll start with the Raiden one and post Dante's fic at a later date. Hope you enjoy. 💜
Update: Here is part two of your request. Thanks so much once again. 💜
Safe (Raiden x Reader angst/fluff)
You awoke abruptly, startled by the metallic creaking of Raiden's joints as he tossed and turned restlessly in his sleep. "Please...don't..." He mumbled, grasping frantically at nothing. "Please..." He was sobbing now, hot tears flowing down his cheeks as he trembled and grabbed at the sheets, titanium claws ripping right through the fragile linen. "Please...make it stop. I don't want to..." He shuddered, metal muscles tensing with fear. "No...no more..." You rolled over, reaching towards the cyborg in an attempt to comfort him, but your hand was roughly knocked away when Raiden suddenly sat upright, panting heavily. "No!" He screamed, not realizing he was awake. His breathing was ragged and frantic; his body glowed red, a sign he was about to transition into Jack the Ripper--that is, unless you did something soon.
You quickly flicked on the lights, causing Raiden to jump and look about the room fearfully. He was now curled up on the bed, knees to his chest, the sheets having been kicked off during his fitful slumber. "Rai, it's alright." You whispered, edging towards him tentatively. The red glow emanating from beneath his armor hadn't subsided yet, meaning that there was a chance he could become very violent at any moment. "Calm down. Shhhh," You carefully wrapped an arm around him and began rubbing circles in his leaden shoulder. "It's OK, Rai. I'm here." Raiden sucked in a deep, shuddering breath before nodding and unfurling himself from his tense position. "Do you...want to talk about it?" You asked, still rubbing his shoulder. Raiden stared at his knees for a while, tears streaming from his eyes. Eventually, he gathered enough of himself to speak.
"I...I dreamed of when the Patriots captured me...the "modifications" they gave me." He scrunched his eyes shut, tears still dripping from them. "It hurt....so much....I never want to go through that again..." He buried his face in his hands, futilely attempting to hide his choked sobs. "Raiden..." You were at a complete loss. Seeing Raiden, the usually calm, collected, ultra powerful, nearly unstoppable cyborg ninja break down like this hurt your heart. Watching him sob and shiver over an incident that must have been truly traumatic broke your heart and made you want to cry too. "Raiden...I'm so sorry." There was really nothing else you could say. Slowly, tenderly, you reached out and pried his cold, steely hands away from his face, revealing the puffy, red, teary eyes that lay beneath. "Hey, it's gonna be ok." You assured him, running a hand through his hair while the other wiped the tears from his cheeks. "I'm here, and I'm gonna protect you. I promise. You're OK now. The Patriots are gone--you're safe. You'll always be safe when you're with me. I swear it." Raiden sniffed, looking up at you with watery gray eyes; a tiny smile visible on his face. "Thanks, Y/N. Thank you for...for being here." You grinned, playfully mussing up his hair before kissing him on the cheek. "I'm always gonna be here for you, Rai-Rai. I love you." Raiden nodded, obviously feeling better, and wrapped his arms around you, trapping you in a tight hug. "I love you too, Y/N. Now...let's get some sleep." You nodded, wriggling out of his grasp for a brief moment to turn off the lights before rolling back on top of him. "Night Rai." Raiden chuckled, pressing a firm-jawed kiss to your jaw. "Sleep well, sweetheart."
Having successfully calmed Raiden down from his nightmare, you and your beloved drifted off to sleep, content and comfortable, and most of all, safe in each other's arms.

Part 2 | Masterlist
Tumblr media
The universe often had a twisted sense of cruelty. To me, that was simply a fact. That's how it had always been and would always be.
I don't believe I was afforded the opportunity to be one of the good ones. Circumstances never aligned in my favor that way. My number one objective in life was simply to survive.
And currently I was failing at even that.
" How could you be so stupid?" A backhand to the face had me crashing down to the floor.
" So careless." The kick that followed landed forcefully in my stomach.
A harsh cough escaped my throat as I tried to plead," Father, please."
" You're the most pathetic thing I've ever created. I'm glad your mother's not here to see the disappointment you've become."
I held in my tears as my teeth ground against each other," You have no right to-"
My voice died in my throat once I saw him pull out his knife. In three quick strides, he was standing over me.
His knee dropped onto my chest, his weight was crushing me. I tried to squirm away, but it was to no avail as the knife planted itself deeply in my stomach.
" I HAVE EVERY RIGHT!" He screamed, saliva flying from his mouth as I cried out in pain.
His grip stayed on the knife plunged into my stomach," I told you to kill the girl. To break her down and snap her neck. WHY IS SHE STILL BREATHING?"
" Wanda has magic. I can't-"
He twisted the knife in my gut, causing me to cry out again. " I don't want to hear your excuses. I want her dead."
I couldn't help myself," Then why don't y-you kill her yourself."
His grip on the knife was released, only for him to ball his first up and strike me in the face. I felt the bone in my nose crack under the force of his strike.
" You ungrateful little shit. If I wanted to do it myself, I'd have no use for you. Which at this point sounds like a damn good plan. BECAUSE YOU CAN'T DO ANYTHING RIGHT!"
He quickly rips the knife out of my stomach, only to plunge it in my thigh. His knee on my chest was the only thing keeping me from reaching from the wound.
" Dad-"
He growls as I try to plead with him," Stop calling me that. I'm not your father. No child of mine would be such a fuck-up."
All I could do was let the tears pool in my eyes. I looked into the man's eyes, but they were unrecognizable. He wore the face of my once loving father, but those eyes were that of a crazy villain. A self-proclaimed evil mastermind.
" You're so weak, Y/n. I'm going to put you out of your misery."
His knee was off my chest, but then his hands were around my throat. I was struggling underneath him, but his hold only tightened. My hands clawed at his, trying to steal a breath, but his hands didn't budge.
Life was quickly fading from my body. I searched frantically for a way out of this situation. My eyes landed on the knife in my leg.
It felt slow to me, but in actuality it was a swift motion. I tore the knife out of my leg and lodged it in my father's neck. His hands instantly fell from around my neck. I pushed him off of me and quickly to my feet. My leg buckled, but I wouldn't let it fail me.
I didn't have time to think. I had to escape. I let my legs carry me. The adrenaline in the moment surpassed any of the pain that I was feeling.
However, I wasn't naive. I knew that my stomach wound was practically gushing, and my leg wasn't far behind. I hadn't even truly caught my breath from when his hands were around my throat.
When my legs finally gave out, I was in front of a door; her door. I banged on it viciously, my body collapsed on her porch. I was on my knees, the adrenaline was fading fast. If she didn't open the door, I'd surely die here.
" Wanda, please," the whisper was a prayer on my lips.
My vision was blurry when the door opened, but I knew it was her. She looked down and I met her gaze.
For a moment, time stood still. My breathing was getting more shallow by the second, but I couldn't bring myself to speak.
My eyes were getting heavy, so I let them close. I felt her pick me up, but then there was nothing.
When I was able to open my eyes again, I was disoriented. Everything around me was unfamiliar, I had pain shooting throughout my body, but I was alive. How was I alive?
" Who did this to you?"
I knew that voice. My body relaxed, but my mind was on edge. She was standing across the room, presumably her room. She was in the doorway, and I was in the bed.
" This is a lovely… morning? Isn't it."
" It's 3 in the afternoon. Now stop deflecting."
I looked away from her," I'm not deflecting, that would imply I owed you something in the first place."
Wanda strode into the room, not exactly close to me, but closer than she was before. " I saved your life, so I'd say the least you owe me is an explanation."
" Doesn't matter. Just be grateful someone did all the heavy lifting for you and arrest me or whatever," she had already seen me at my weakest, I had to pretend to be strong. My last scrap of dignity was on the line.
" It matters to me," Wanda let out a deep sigh," Why did you let them do this to you?"
She wasn't supposed to care. This wasn't how this was supposed to go.
" You think I let someone do this to me?" The faux anger should've been enough to deter her.
" I do. I know you, Y/n. I know your skill level better than anyone, probably better than yourself. You don't give up, there's no way anyone could've done this to you unless you let them."
" Wanda-"
" How did they get to you, huh? What do they have against you? What rendered you so powerless?"
" I fought the best that I could-"
" Did you not see it coming? How many of them were there? Who hurt you like this?"
I couldn't meet her eyes," I deserved this…"
" Y/n, tell me who did this?"
I kept quiet, not willing to relent. I flinch when I feel her hand rest against my skin," They will pay for this."
" It's the same as when we fight, Wanda. Let it go."
Wanda's eyes burned red," I would never do this to you. I've never done anything close to this. These ugly stab wounds, the dark purple prints around your neck, the broken nose. If you don't give me a name, I'll get it myself."
" You can't," I protested.
" Why not?"
I racked my brain before speaking," Because… you're a hero and if you have his name, it could jeopardize your image."
" I don't give a fuck about my image. All I care about is getting my hands on whoever did this to you."
" If the roles were reversed-"
Wanda scoffed," If the roles were reversed, you would've found out who it was when I was sleeping and killed them without telling me. If I knew you were going to be so stubborn, I would've done the same."
" I can take care of myself."
Wanda's voice softened," I've never doubted your capabilities. Which is why I don't understand how you let this happen?"
I fought hard to keep the tears at bay, but I could feel them welling in my eyes," I already told you I deserved this. It's my fault. I failed, and I will continue to fail because I am weak. You should be thankful that I am at such an emotional disadvantage because it's protecting you more than you know."
" What is that supposed to mean?"
I said too much. I'm always dooming myself in this way. I ignored her and began trying to get out of the bed. Sitting up was a rough task, but I did it regardless. As I swung my legs over the edge of the bed, Wanda's hand rested on my chest.
Her palm was warm against my cold skin. She was soft, it's something I always took note of during our combat. The woman felt as though she was made to be delicate, and maybe she was in other ways, but I had only known her strength.
" Your father did this."
I was quick to remove her hand from my chest. I felt her energy before I had seen the energy swirling around her body. The red rays were almost engulfing her. I was familiar with the deep red hues in her eyes, but had never felt her exude this much power.
" You had no right to do that," I wanted to scream at her, my voice sounded so small.
" Because you wouldn't kill me?"
I clenched my jaw, the heat that rose to my cheeks betrayed the action. I felt shame and embarrassment.
My enemy knew that I couldn't close. That I refused to get the job done, that I'd never be any real threat towards her. To me, this was worse than the beating. This was psychologically humiliating.
" I'll kill him."
A defeated chuckle tumbled out of my mouth," You're not a killer, Wanda. You don't have any blood on your hands. I doubt you've ever laid awake thinking about how you gutted a man or how your bullet tore through someone's head."
" You're no killer."
My eyes narrowed," You don't know me, Wanda."
" I know that you refused to kill me."
Anger was quick to engulf me," I couldn't though. I could slit your throat, I could snap your neck, I am a fucking machine. The only reason you're not dead is because I don't think you deserve to die."
Wanda's eyes cut through me," Doesn't sound like a killer to me. I know killers, real monsters. People who torture and murder children. People who have no conscience, they just point and shoot as they're told. I know of organizations where they experiment on people against their will to turn them into weapons of mass destruction. You are no killer, you are the weapon."
" I am-"
She cut me off, her tone was sincere," You are not the decisions that your father has made for you. I will prove it to you."
Her words struck me in a way they weren't supposed to. Why was she fighting so hard for this? Fighting so hard for me?
" You're my nemesis, you aren't supposed to treat me like this."
Wanda only took a short pause to respond to me," You are my other half. We have rules and we have boundaries. I would never let anyone treat my other half in this manner."
Her hand finds its way back to my chest. " Now rest," it's a soft command coming from her lips.
I find my back hitting her mattress with a light thud. My eyes were heavy in seconds, fighting to keep them open would have been pointless.
" Thank you."
I didn't hear her respond, the only sound that followed was the door shutting, signaling she had left the room.
