| the fic no one asked for but i had to write

| warnings: lots of cursing, reader is part of ILUNA

“i’m just going to stand over here alone..” Rosemi states, your character following behind hers “What did you say? your mic is dank as hell.”

Before Rosemi even has a chance to respond, a snowball is thrown directly at your characters face.

You didn’t even have to think to immediately know who it was.

“LUCA!” You scream whilst pressing shift and running over to him and punching his character repeatedly in the face.

With each punch, you say one word.

“eat. my. balls.”

As you were doing this, Aia jumped atop of Luca’s head and her characters body went lip.

“AHAHHAA SHE DIED!!” Luca howls, punching your character.

And behind you both, Vox and Alban are slapping each others butts. Typical NIJI collab, right?

“I need to watch a YouTube tutorial for how to live life.” Kyo’s disembodied, dank mic says whilst running past you.

The only thing you can hear (that actually makes sense) is Luca’s maniacal laughing and telling Fulgur about how Aia died.

“What’s the matter with you, Baby?” Fulgur asks Luca.

“Nothing much, hegh..”

Your character runs up to Luca’s and punches him once.

“Hey girl, sorry we couldn’t skype tonight. but, thats alright,” Luca pauses, punching your character, “see you tomorrow, girl. good night.”

Thats the last thing you hear before your screen fades to black and the first game starts.

The first game is the snowball fight.

You get placed on Red Team, and immediately start bunny-hopping around and throwing snowballs at the other team.

And, eventually, you hit Ike, and right before his mic cuts out you hear,

“FUCK YOU Y/N L/N OF NIJISANJI EN’S-”

You immediately burst out laughing, your model ceasing to move on the bottom right of the screen due to how hard you were laughing.

And as you were laughing, you get hit in the head with a snowball.

You’re not even mad though, it was too funny.

And as this game comes to an end, you’re brought back to life due to your team having won that game.

You’re still laughing as the next game starts, but it starts dying off as you analyze what game it is.

Crusty Rocks.

Within seconds, your character hops from one sinking rock to the same one as Fulgur.

“Hey, Y/N, friends right? You wouldn’t hurt the birthday boy?”

“No, never. Why would you think that?” You say before pushing him off the rocks a few seconds later.

Fulgur, not phased, just tells his chat: “Eh, I didn’t trust her anyways.”

“Anyone who betrays me I will never- AHHHHH-” Rosemi screams as her rock starts sinking down, you immediately start laughing before jumping over to her.

“Hi Rosemi-sama..” You say, punching her character once to greet her, but not push her off.

“Hi Y/N-san… you’re not gonna kill me, right?” She says, sounding slightly worried.

“Of course not, you’re my wifey, Wosemi-sama….”

You say before hitting her character once again, luckily, just before she lands in the ocean, she somehow manages to jump onto a nearby rock.

“EVBEBEHEU PLUCK YOU Y/N!!”

You start laughing maniacally once again, hearing Rosemi keep on saying the word ‘pluck’.

You watch as Nina dies at the last second, having been deserted far away from the others on a single rock that started to sink.

“Oh God, chat. I don’t think I’m going to survive TanTan.” you say, chuckling whilst the next game boots up.

Ike Eveland [NIJISANJI EN] 🔧: i hate you.

Fulgur Ovid [NIJISANJI EN] 🔧: So do I, Ike. So do I.

“Hi Fulgur, Hi Ike.” You say whilst readjusting your headphones. “Sorry for killing you both.” You say before winking and the round starts.

The first thing you hear is Luca’s chuckle as the round starts.

“Alright mate,” He keeps saying in an overdone Aussie accent.

“I actually had a nightmare about TanTan last night,” Vox says to no one directly. However you heard it.

“Please elaborate, Vox.” You say, confused whilst chucking a snowball at TanTan.

You hear Millie screaming in the background as she had not realized you needed to jump over the shock waves TanTan sends in order to survive.

“Well-” Vox starts before he gets hit in the head with a snowball. “You guys are so funny, YOU’RE SO FUCKING FUNNY-” you don’t hear the rest of Vox’s sentence as you had bunny-hopped too far away, hoping he wouldn’t figure out that you were the culprit.

However, you are able to hear when he screeches (screams?? idek know what noise he made) so loud that you’re genuinely surprised his microphone didn’t implode.

It’s only you and Luca left before Luca hits you in the head with a snowball, your body going limp afterward.

“OH YOU MOTHERFUCKER YOU THINK YOU’RE SO FU-”

You mald, aware he can’t hear you anymore.

Ike Eveland [NIJISANJI EN] 🔧: what you get LOL

“Shut up, Ike. Aren’t you streaming anyway? Why do you have mine opened?”

In a matter of seconds, Ike sends another message.

Ike Eveland [NIJISANJI EN] 🔧: not streaming. am i not allowed to support my kouhai?

You’re caught off guard by Luca screaming about how much he loves crab before the screen switches over to the theme music and Luca dancing violently.

As it switches back to the lobby, the first thing you hear is your genmate Kyo saying:

“Y/N should have won.. Luca you have some sort of rich super-power.”

You fake tears and say, “My genmate, Kyo Kaneko, loves me??”

“Don’t push it, bitch.”

Rolan going in magical disguise to Sharess’s Sundries to buy more toys in secret in with Tav, only to accidentally pick up a sussur wood toy and have his disguise immediately disintegrate - leaving him very embarrassed and in a rush to leave. But in the weeks after, he keeps bringing up how humiliating it was and how he’s definitely never setting foot in there again… although it would be interesting, from a purely academic point of view… until eventually Tav decides to go and buy it for him.

I personally like the idea of a butt plug with a sussur wood core wrapped in something more… comfortable. But the possibilities are endless ;)

The first thing that came to mind was Katniss as guardian to Prim, Rory, Vick, and Posy (throw Rue in there for good measure)

Which would of course cast Peeta as Maria

Hi @mollywog, sorry in advance for my word vomit! :)

I love your idea and can totally see Peeta in Maria's role too, ha! I have trouble because I'm not good at envisioning plots of historical fics. I love your idea of Katniss having this gaggle of kids that she's trying to take care of. I could see her and Prim orphaned but she's old enough to be her guardian and then she takes on the Hawthorne kids when they become orphaned. I see her issues as slightly different from the Captain's, like she's not shutting out the the kids and ordering them around, more just like so focused on taking care of them and the "survival" aspect that she forgets to find joy in the day to day--enter Peeta Mellark. Again with historical AUs I have such trouble envisioning things like would Peeta be a priest/monk in training or just drop the religious aspect? What could Katniss be doing as a woman in the time period it originally took place to be able to take care of all these kids, family money I guess?

My brain is "better" at modern AUs but then it also gets further from Sound of Music, which I guess is ok? In a modern au I could see Katniss with the kids (she's the oldest and became Prim's guardian when their mom died, and then the Hawthorne kids a little later when Hazel died; where's Gale, I don't know lol) Maybe she worked her butt off and now has a good job and needs to keep it b/c she needs the fat paycheck to raise all these kids, but then things are falling through the cracks and a mess at home and she's frazzled. Enter super hot manny and ray of sunshine Peeta Mellark who shows her how to find joy in her life again. So I feel like he's more giving her hope/helping her live again rather than bringing her back to the kids, who I envision she is already very connected to and loving with, if that makes sense.

BUT I could also see a modern AU with Peeta having kids (maybe just like 3, not 7 lol) and he's a widower and very successful (started by taking over his dad's bakery out of college and now runs a super successful chain of bakeries?) and he's so busy, he loves his kids but he needs HELP. Enter Katniss, who is desperate for a good job b/c she needs the money to get Prim through college, and she never went to college herself b/c she's focused on Prim and this is good pay and room and board. She loves the kids of course and gets to know them on a deep level. Peeta notices this (and everything about her) and he starts falling for her as they get to know each other and he LOVES how much she loves his kids. (Also, he thought she was beautiful when they met, but knows she's off limits and he's too busy for romance). Then he comes home early one day and hears her teaching them to sing and he's a goner. Lots of mutual pining and things to work through (age gap, she's his employee, etc) before an eventual Everlark HEA. This one I see a little bit of an age gap like in the original, but not as extreme, like maybe he's 35 and she's 24-25. (I love age gap fics but I know they are not everyone's thing :)

Anyone have thoughts on any of these or other ideas?

Hello, friend! Yes, oh my gosh. I am... a little insane and feel such comfort playing Act 1? So I have been kind of constantly making new characters and going back. BUT THIS IS SO KIND OF YOU OFC I CAN TALK ABOUT THEM AHHHHH

Ames - ha, get it, because that's my other nickname? But yes, Ames is my first playthru; a wood elf druid with a multiclass of cleric. She's a bit of a wishy-washy morally grey woman who does whatever it takes to avoid a fight, so she's constantly weaving new lies to be everyone's friend (and eventually backstab them). She doesn't really remember much of her past, but she's only looking forward to the future. Romance? Astarion.

Lunara - my high elf ranger that I play with my partner, who has an elf named Whit'us that is a rogue. Together they're kind of two morons in a pod, though Whit is much more of a moron than Lu. They're thick as thieves and one another's wingmen. Lowkey looks like Keira Knightley with green/amber hair. Love her. Romance? ...Astarion, while also trying to steal Whit's girl (see: Shadowheart).

Echo - my durge playthrough! Although Echo has a backstory and you're not supposed to have one for the dark urge, I actually quite like her playthrough the most -- and considered writing her in a fic one day. Echo is a wood elf of noble blood, as her family is royalty of Southwood, a kingdom of wood elves. She ran away one day and the rest is sorely fuzzy -- hence the durge aspect that works perfect. She's a Cleric of Selune, so she butts heads constantly with Shadowheart. She is currently resisting the Urge, and is likely my most innately 'good' character by a mile in terms of decisions in-game. Romance? She's Astarion's soulmate I don't make the rules.

Ellaveve - my newest character! she is a tiefling bard who is ditzy as shit. before the mind flayer fiasco, she was a child star that used to perform for people on the road (aw, so cute, a tiefling that tap dances) but while she was on her artist comeback tour, the Tadpole Incident occurred and now she's kind of stuck doing nice things for people in hopes that they'll remember she used to be very famous. Romance? Gale or Wyll -- we'll let them decide!

Apartment tour! This was another of the videos people voted on at the end of DAN IS ON FIRE. This is going to be a long one.

0:02 - Dan does not look so thrilled about this, haha. And sarcastic Dan is out in full force.

0:25 - “I like watching other YouTubers doing it.” Still true!

0:50 - “but lonelier, because no one’s helping me.” 🙁 Dan’s filming this while Phil is still in Florida with his family.

0:58 - SO MANY stairs

1:08 - why do they have multiple rubber ducks!? lol. Including the huge one they still have in PINOF10.

1:20 - I love that he’s shooting from the same angle that Phil did in TOILET TAG (although that’s probably the only option in that tiny room)

1:27 - at least Dan offers a bit more explanation for the poster than Phil did!

1:46 - ahhhhh, so messy! I don’t deal well with mess like that.

2:04 - everyone needs a good place to just lay down on the floor. (Also, John Green book in the background!)

2:56 - so many DVDs! I like that they’re alphabetized.

2:58 - the little Calcifer from Howl’s Moving Castle. (Also, foreshadowing of later gas leak...yikes.)

3:15 - that glass door really is a weird choice from whoever designed that apartment. What purpose could it possibly serve?

3:27 - Phil’s not the only one sneaking cereal, apparently 😊

3:38 - oh this bit; sure Dan, totally believable. (There’s that Lester family photo (*3) on the dresser though.)

3:47 - Dan piano playing is my favorite

3:51 - he’s rearranged and got a larger version of that one wirrow art since the last time he filmed his bedroom in Human Interaction.

4:13 - the parallel with the zoom-in on the butt chair to Why Dan had to call an Ambulance. Too much.

4:26 - he’s also gotten new/nicer bedroom furniture that we hadn’t seen yet!

4:39 - “not much of that going on at the moment in here.” 👀👀 I am deceased. Phil is away in Florida, so...

4:53 - we really didn’t need to know, lol

5:30 - yeah, I can’t imagine trying to film in uni halls, but Phil did it a lot!

The Wrestling Tryout

You are John. You are trying out for your college wrestling team. The other player are huge. You are matched up with your opponent. His name is Stanley. He is 6'8 and 400 pounds of muscles squeezed into a singlet.

"Hey, I am going to be on the team," you say. "I just need some advice."

Stanley looks at you, his eyes widening as he takes in all this information.

"You're not on the team yet. First we have to wrestle" Stan says to you.

You step up cautiously. You undress to your shorts and kneel on the mats. The whistle blows and there is no turning back now.

You charge towards each other and wrestle.

Stan wraps his arms around you. He is already soaked in warm sweat. You can feel his bulk bearing down on you. He leans back as you struggle to get free. You try and flip him over but he dumps you onto the floor. Your butt burns on impact as you get up. You charge at him quickly and duck down to take him with your shoulder.

"Ha!"

He doesn't flinch or move. You slam into his massive legs and bounce off onto the floor. You can feel the hardwood of the floorboards channeling up your spine.

"Oh that was bad idea,"

Stan towers over you. You are bright red. The other men sit and watch. There is no way out. He lifts his legs slowly and plants them down on your body. Your whole body weight is on your chest.

Within seconds he drops down to the floor and has you in a hold. Your arms are pinned back. He leans back and applies more pressure. You struggle but there is no escape. He drops you to your knees with a thud. Your face burns as you sink onto the floor.

You can feel his weight pressing down on you. You can smell his sweaty body odor.

"I should have warned you, I'm the stinkiest guy on the team." Stan says.

You struggle but you can't get free. You watch as he releases your arms only to have them pinned by his legs. He wraps the rest of his legs around you.

Suddenly you feel two big soft lumps on your back. Stan is sitting on you! He has you pinned with his ass cheeks. The other men all crack up. Your cheeks flush red and you struggle deeply. There is no escape.

You struggle as you begin to choke. You watch as the big men laugh there heads off at your expense. Your face is bright red as you watch them. Stanley eventually slides of your body and there is nothing you can do. You feel a surge of humiliation deep inside you.

You try to squirm free, but you only manage to turn over. Now you are on your back looking up at Stan. He is sitting on your chest, his ass crack right before your face. He continues to laugh as you continue to struggle. You wiggle a bit but it only makes his hole closer to your face. It looks so big and dark that it is scary.

The smell is awful. A mixture of sweat and farts.

"HAHAHA. He's got your stink all over him now," one of his friends say as they continue to laugh.

"Are you going to get off me, Stan?" You ask him.

The laughter stops. Your question has turned the room quiet fast.

"Get off? Why should I?" He says.

"Because it's not funny anymore."

"You're wrong there," he says. "It's funny."

"Please get off," you say. "You're hurting me."

He puts all his weight on you and your face contorts in pain.

"Not until I rip one good fart" he tells you.

Your eyes widen in horror as you realize his intentions.

"Please no," you beg him.

You begin to whimper like a five year old.

"Scared?" He asks.

"Yeah, scared," you say.

He puts his hands over your mouth and eyes.

"You can breathe through your ears," he tells you.

Before you have time to react he takes the biggest whiff through his nostrils and presses his bowels together. The stink fills your nose. It burns like fire as it creeps up your sinuses. You struggle but you can't move an inch. He holds you down as you let out a scream through your nostrils. It feels like your head might explode.

The men are roaring as you moan in pain. It feels like someone is stabbing a hot poker up your nose. You can't stand the pain. You try to push it out but there's nothing you can do.

"Ahhhhh" Stan sighs in relief.

He finishes squeezing out the last of the fart. He puts his hands back over your mouth.

"Shhhhhhh" he says as you moan louder.

You struggle as your brain feels like it's going to melt.

"One more," he whispers. "This is the best part."

He takes another sniff and smiles as all the air leaves your lungs. You are trapped like an anchor weighing you down.

Someone takes a picture and your face turns beet red. You can't hold in the scream anymore.

"AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH" you yell into his palm.

They all laugh hysterically as tears well up in your eyes.

You feel like you might drop dead from the pain. Your brain is on fire and your nostrils feels like they are melting.

"Alright, let's stop!" You hear Mr. Reynolds say.

You take a deep breath of air into your lungs. It feels so wonderful as you let out a sigh of relief.

"Nope," says Stanely.

He plops his butt back down on your face and continues to torture you.

You feel like your skull is going to crack as the smelly air burns the inside of your head. You continue to cry as rivers of snot and tears run down your face mixing with your saliva.

"Please, no more," you whimper.

The laughter continues as your beg. You feel like you're going to die as you keep taking shallow breaths. It feels so good when you breath, but then the smells floods into your nose and burns your brain.

You begin to hear a ringing noise as your brain begins to forget how to breath. Your whole world begins to shrink to just your nose. Nothing else exists.

Your life is over. Forever chained to this chair as the smells torture your brain forever. There's no escape.

Onesie Hux! Ahhhhh!! They're fuzzy and warm in the cold of space. Maybe they have little fluffy cat ears on the hood and a tail on the butt (for Millicent to bat at with her paws when it hangs off the side of the bed) Id love if Kylo finds Hux, still muzzy from sleep, wearing one!! Hed probably tease Hux all the time, calling him his cozy kitten, stuff that Hux would use endearingly toward Millie! Kylo just wants to cuddle his orange fluffball and see all the cute bits of Hux he couldnt before.

Hux has a onesie that looks like a ginger cat. He matches Millicent! Hux loves nothing more than coming back to his chambers and undressing himself, getting out of his itchy, restricting uniform to adorn his kitty onesie. He even puts the hood up to he has little cat ears. He makes himself a milkshake and flops down onto his couch, ready to binge watch his favourite holo before finishing some work.

But!!! He makes the mistake of lying down on his couch, all bunched up and cuddled in a warm ball, and he tells himself that he's just going to rest his eyes for ten minutes but actually, he falls into a peaceful nap and doesn't show up for his meeting with Supreme Leader Ren.

So Kylo goes looking for Hux and he's so surprised to see the cold, calculating General looking so cute in his kitty onesie, napping in a ball on his couch! I'm torn between making Kylo curl up with him so they can nap together (and Hux eventually buys Kylo a black kitten onesie!) or Kylo snapping pictures of Hux on his datapad to blackmail (in a boyfriend way!) him with!

Ahhhhh~no? xDThanks, tho. I really don't watch the show so I don't know the team's dynamic in this universe. All I know about it is random things I find posted on Tumblr.I know a lot of peeps are mad Tim's friends get given to Dick and Jason, and I get that. I'd love to see YJ's core four animated (or live action, I guess) as a team, and I'm really disappointed in the YJ cartoon, so yeah, I GET THAT. But I don't see why they would bring other YJ characters into the show, since it's supposed to focus on the Titans, right?Well, they did bring Conner into it tho, and honestly, I'm just now possibly interested in watching this series! xD

Ummmmmmm

Since Conner’s still a (clone)baby, giving him life experience before meeting Tim/Bart/Cassie is a good idea, I think. Much better with the Titans than him flying off on his own to Hawaii and getting molested by grown-ass women! And Jason actually having a friend (Conner) while Robin is kinda nice!I really don't see why or how they would bring Tim into the show, at least not for a long time. But you know, they could totally bring in Bart! Because time-travel and Speed Force sciency-magic! (or they could just go with a time machine and keep it simple?)

So like..Jason, Conner, and Bart could be their own little fun trio for a while. But then Bart gets lost in the time stream (however they want time travel to work in this show?) and so Jason and Conner are sad and miss their friend, but they don't get to miss him for long because Jason has to go back to Gotham and soon after SPOILER-BUT-NOT-REALLY Jason gets killed. So poor Conner misses his two best friends.

And there can be an episode where the team (or just Conner?) meets Secret. He/they ask her about the after life, ask about Jason. There’s sadness. angst. She possibly crosses over at the end?

Then a year/season later, Tim can show up asking Dick to come back to Gotham and be Robin, ‘cause Batman’s....having problems. Dick could be all, "No~o Robin is De~ad!" and dismiss Tim and the whole idea. But then Tim could meet Conner and the two of them click, and it's actually Conner who convinces Dick to talk to Batman.Or maybe, Conner could just fly Tim back to Gotham and straight up to Wayne Manor. And Tiny Tim confronts the Batman, but he's got super-baby body guard who's so over protective of him. And Bruce knows Conner is half Kryptonian so he has to be careful and is forced to be nicer to Tim than he would like to. Conner's like, “Give this guy a chance to be Robin.” And Bruce is like, “Fine! Whatever! But when he gets himself killed don’t blame me!”

And Conner can tell Tim all about the previous Robin, so Jason won’t be such a mystery to Tim in this universe. But Tim will almost feel like he knew Jason, thanks to Conner’s stories. And Conner’s so happy to tell Tim about Jason, ‘cause the others all found Jason annoying and reckless and don’t like to talk about him, but he was Conner’s close friend and he’s so happy to have a new friend who appreciates his friendship with the late Robin.

And oh fudge, I just remembered Red X from the old cartoon. Maybe they could bring the Red X into this show? Maybe he could be really be Jason, afterall? Maybe Jason actually survived but doesn’t want anyone to know for..some reason and so he’s running around under a new identity? idk

Anyway~ So Tim is still new at being Robin, and Batman is being buttman because man-pain over Jason’s death, so Tim spends a lot more time training with the Titans than with Batman. At some point Bart comes back from the future/past/whenever. Bart notes the different Robin and is sad about Jason....but Conner is so happy to have Bart back! Tho to Bart it's only been like two weeks since he last saw the Team because time travel. So he hasn’t aged at all but everyone else is two/three years older. But Tim, Conner, and Bart become inseparable.

And I don’t know about Cassie.. I have no idea which Donna Troy origin they went with in this show lol so maybe Cassie joining could have something to do with Donna or nothing to do with Donna. idk Maybe some cursed artifact her mother uncovered has ties to Trigon and thru said artifact Trigon tries to possess Cassie because he senses great power within her. So the Titans meet her while trying to stop Trigon. (Or maybe Cassie just thought Superboy’s butt was cute and joined for that simple reason. I mean, that’s practically canon and Conner obviously doesn’t mind showing it off.)

But honestly, this show is called "Titans" so I think they should focus on the Titans and not try to force too many characters into it like the YJ cartoon which has become a mess I don't even care about anymore.I know the YJ core four eventually join the Teen Titans, but they had their own group first and bringing them straight to the Titans would erase all that fun, right?But idk, its a different universe. The writers can do what they want. And like I said, I don’t know much about this series right now. So after watching it I might completely change my mind on everything I just said here. xD

I just don’t want them to be included..just for the sake of being included, ya know? If they have a good reason to bring them in, then good! If not, there’s no reason to shoehorn them in.

Ahhhhh ok, I'll do these in 2 sections just so it's easier to read lol also I'll try not to ramble since it'll already be kinda long 😅

Skylar:

3. Does your s/i have a full backstory yet? Or is it still in the works? If it's done can we see it?:

Skylar's backstory is pretty much done (I'm constantly adding/subtracting/moving things around but the core of it stays the same). Basically she's a bisexual disaster whose girlfriend joined the marines as a way to earn some money for them to leave home (very domestic), but her ship was blown to pieces by a pirate crew and she's presumed dead. Meanwhile, Skylar's parents are pretty archaic in their thinking (they run a huge business empire, both legal and on the black market, and their goal has always been to keep it in the family), they're also violently homophobic (and don't believe people can be into more than one gender, so the fact Skylar was in love with a woman is her "choosing" a side in their minds), and there's the implication of a sorta conversion therapy kinda thing that happens in between her girlfriend leaving and the start of the actual story. The week before the story starts it's decided she's been "good" enough to allow some freedom once again, and one day when a certain yellow submarine pulls into the harbor, Skylar makes the snap decision to run away (she's dealt with emotional and physical abuse for a very large chunk of her life, so even though it's not a well thought out plan and could very likely get her killed, she'd rather try to leave than stay under their thumb). She does end up getting caught (of course) and convinces Law she's just an idiot (no bad intentions towards his crew) and he does agree to let her live, but even after getting to the next island she ends up right back on his sub and they bargain for her to work on the sub in exchange for room and board (she thinks it's because nobody else wants to cook, but part of Law's reasoning is she dropped a comment about the black market and "some guy named Joker" that her parents are always talking about, and while she doesn't know who Joker actually is or anything about it, Law's gears are spinning and he figures he can use her for information somehow in the future)

And then shenanigans 😂😂

4. How did your s/i feel when they first met your f/o(s)? How do they feel about them now?

She was terrified of him 😂😂 Skylar absolutely knew who's ship she was sneaking onto but she chose to do it anyway, and he threatened to remove her limbs the first night they met lol but she does grow to care for him pretty quickly. She's a very emotional person, which helps her read emotions in others a lot easier than most, so she can read him really well (which tbh terrifies him and pisses him off for a long time until he stops being a butt about his own feelings lol)

8. Does your s/i have any kind of powers?

Skylar has a so far unnamed devil fruit, but it's kind of a mixture of a few existing ones (i had already come up with hers before I saw them in canon so I tried to make it work so it wasn't the same lol) technically the ability is the ability to manipulate light particles (inspiration from marvel's Invisible Woman ✌). She mostly uses it to camouflage herself/turn invisible, but she eventually learns a sort of force field technique (like the hardened light bridges in portal 2) and that same technique can be used as a way to "fly" in some cases (but it's very draining so she doesn't use it often when she does learn it). She also ate the fruit totally on accident, thinking it was something else, and is really upset that she can't swim anymore, but can't deny it REALLY comes in handy lol

Hazel:

So when I said self-indulgent I meant it lmao she's Luffy's older sister (blood relative), older by 4 years (so older than Ace and Sabo by 1 year. She's the BIG sister lol). Most of her backstory follows the same as Luffy's, though she definitely caused less trouble. She also can't really remember their parents despite being 4 when he was born (it's not too farfetched, especially if they went to Foosha Village when they were that young), but she can remember snippets of Dragon's face, and a voice she thinks is her mother's if she tries hard enough. The biggest thing is that she can remember the first time she saw her baby brother, and how he seemed to be beaming at her even as a newborn, and her "older sibling" instinct immediately set in (the stronger Luffy gets the less he needs her to "protect" him, but she's always going to, and that extends to the other 2 as well later on). Unfortunately this does turn into a sort of maternal instinct for a while, and she has a kind of maturity complex, but after more adults join the crew and tell her "YOU ARE STILL A LITERAL CHILD GO HAVE FUN" she eventually chills out a little lol

Soooo I haven't actually decided who she'd end up with, if anyone, yet lol the thirsty part of me says Law, but I think she'd fit with Nami or even Zoro well too (and unfortunately I think she'd fit really well with Ace as well but that treads into iffy territory that I'm not sure how to navigate yet)

Either way: with Zoro she spends the whole first day with him on the crew apologizing for Luffy's antics (he no longer cares), she's honestly initially suspicious of Nami (nobody wants to hear it though), but now both girls are fiercely protective of each other, with Law he'd just finished patching her up after Marineford, she shouldn't even be moving around yet, and she pulls a knife on him that he better not try anything funny with Luffy (highkey overprotective since he's now her ONLY brother and on the brink of death), but after Luffy recovers she comes to respect him, and at Punk Hazard she's one of the first to trust him with the alliance (though he does make a few quips about her almost stabbing him, which she shrugs off).

She actually got into quite a few fist fights with Ace when they first met for "being mean to Luffy", but with everything that happens with those kids she comes to love him deeply and is devastated by his death (I kinda feel like if anything were to have happened between them it would've been while they were teenagers, mostly due to hormones but the feelings were still real, but they decided not to pursue it further and he left to become a pirate while she stuck around to wait for Luffy, so by the time they're adults it's no longer romantic love? Idk yet lol I started shipping them on accident and now I have to make it work without it being...yikes lol)

8.:

Hazel doesn't have any devil fruit powers, but she does have a robot leg (lost it in Enies Lobby, Franky hooked her up. Complete with knee-pistol and roller blade), and during the time skip she first learns some basic Fishman Karate from Jinbei before he goes back to Fishman Island, and then she trains with Hancock and the Kuja Pirates (which only happens as a favor to Luffy, and even then ONLY because she's his sister and therefore not a rival lmao)

You sighed softly as you stared at the empty calendar at your cubicle. Your weekends were unbearably and unnaturally free for the past few weeks but that was about to change. You stood from your desk and pulled your hair out of its ponytail letting your fingers comb out through your locks. You sauntered over to the break room eyes scanning for your co-worker Harry. He was so handsome with his curly blonde hair and sweet brown eyes. His laughter bounced off the walls of the break room like a ball until it reached your ears making the edges of your lips curl into a smile.

Your feet seemed to carry themselves as you approached him fixing your hair before flashing him a charming smile. “Harry hey! haven’t bumped into you in a while,” Oh man, you were just so smooth, weren’t you?

His smile faltered after meeting with your eyes and suddenly lifted back again but different this time. You felt your eyes awkwardly dart to the side. He was definitely forcing that smile.

“Ohhhh Y/N!! Good to see you!! What have you been up to?” He asked cordially. You could have rolled your eyes. Don’t push yourself now Harry, you might puncture an organ.

“Oh you know, working, keeping the earth’s safety in balance, the usual compound stuff…” You joked flatly watching him look over to the side. Man, it was as if he’d seen a ghost or something. “Anywho, I was wondering if you were doing anything this weekend? Maybe we could grab a drink or two get some dinner….” Your words trailed off of your lips as you saw Harry visibly pale at the mere mention of a date with you.

“Unless the idea of that completely repulses you…?! Oh my god man!!!” You snapped suddenly planting your hands on your hips. “Damn, you could just say something instead of staring at me like I’ve got two heads on my body!!!”

You saw Harry’s eyes glue to the floor in shame as he scratched the back of his curls. Now you really were rolling your eyes. You turned on your heels not believing that you actually had experienced this in person. You were angry, you were embarrassed, you were upset.

“Wait!!” Harry called for you. You didn’t know why you even graced him with a look over your shoulder. “Look… I’m sorry Y/N… it’s just…ugh.” He put his hands over his face and your expression scrunched up in disgust.

“Harry you’re embarrassing yourself. I’m the one who you just rejected and somehow I still look more competent than you. Pull yourself together for Pete’s sake.” You scoffed walking off again crossing your arms over your chest as you left an icy air behind you.

“God… no wonder he likes you so much.” You heard him mutter under his breath.

“Do you still have something you want to say to me? Or are you just going to keep mumbling to yourself like a baboon?” You asked. Your eyes could have rolled out of your head and onto the floor and it wasn’t even noon yet. When his reply didn’t come you sighed leaving the room again a familiar face catching up to you.

“Wow Y/N, that’s like… the second rejection you’ve gotten this month!!” Your coworker Lila chirped unnaturally chipper.

“You say that like it’s a good thing, Lila,” You retorted. You shook your head slightly. Your ice queen demeanor was still showing.

“I’m sorry Lila… it’s just… it’s not fun getting rejected all the time by attractive men,” You explained while making your way down the hall with her. “I don’t know what’s wrong with me! I’m confident, I’m intelligent! I’m not too bad on the eyes either,” You noted with a swing of your finger as you listed your positive qualities.

“You’re practically perfect Y/N! All these wimpy guys are just intimidated by you!! You need a real man who’s going to know how to treat you like the queen that you are!!” She said with a nod. You rolled your eyes as she put a smile on your face.

“And who do you think could handle all of this?” You asked motioning to your body laying a hand on your butt. “I mean I don’t even think God could handle all this in heels and a nice dress without double-taking.”

You both stopped dead in your tracks as you saw a very muscular Thor exit a training room, a towel wrapped around his thick neck and shoulders that somehow glistened in the artificial lighting.

“Well…. Why don’t you find out??” Lila whispered to you. She planted her hands firmly on your back.

“Lila!! Shit no- I was just kidding don’t you fucking dare-” It was too late. She gave your body a rough shove and soon you were fumbling over your feet straight into the Norse god.

He caught you easily one strong arm resting on your abdomen before he set you back on your feet seemingly without effort.

“Ah!! Lady Y/N, we meet again!! Tell me, what pleasure do I owe to be graced with your smile this day?” You felt your face flush. You weren’t sure if it was the glistening biceps or the heavenly smile that he shot you, but you definitely felt your knees almost wobble as you stared on.

“Thor!! Last time I saw you, you caused a power outage!!” You recalled.

“Ah, so you remember that do you? Tell me, have you seen Loki anywhere? I’ve been looking for him all day and you two are usually on the same wavelength.”

It was true; Loki had been your friend since you had first uttered your first fuck you’s to Tony for ruining one of your favorite pumps due to an accident that involved no fire and Dum-E. You guys were the same, quick-witted, silver-tongued and not afraid to put a bitch in their place. But besides the occasional lunch or coffee, Loki never really wanted to hang out with you. You figured as much, you two were both so similar that you were sure he’d come to hate you if he stayed around too long. You didn’t mind although, it just made the moments you did spend with him that much more memorable, you never conversed about the same things twice.

“I actually haven’t run into him today yet… but…” You felt your words get caught in your throat. Were you really about to ask this god out? Was that like, blasphemy?

He looked up at you with those stormy blue eyes and you almost swooned. You didn’t care about blasphemy. You were determined to get at least ONE date this month and if these average Joes couldn’t handle you then maybe a god could.

“I was wondering if you’d like to go out for drinks this weekend?” You were hopeful, Thor was such a sweet person and now that he and Jane weren’t together anymore, it meant he was available.

He looked utterly perplexed and apologized immediately almost making you groan in exhaustion.

“Not you too… Geeze do I have some hot man repellent hormones on me or something?? What gives!!” You threw your hands in frustration and rubbed one of your temples.

“I apologize, Y/N…. I just thought well… my brother has always been so fond of you…” He said thoughtfully as he scratched his beard watching you just about boil over in anger.

“What??” You suddenly searched his eyes looking into their still confused expression.

“Are you not going out with my brother?”

You felt yourself blush. The idea of it didn’t repulse you, in fact, someone might say that it would seem like a match made in heaven. But Loki never liked spending time with you for too long. If you even tried to go on a date with him you were pretty sure he’d eventually end up trying to disappear in the middle of it.

“No… I’m not.” You answered him finally after clearly your thought obviously embarrassed by the question. “Loki would probably hate dating me we’re just too similar,” You said mostly trying to reassure the thoughts in your head. Great, Thor just had to plant this seed into you.

“Well, why don’t you talk to him first, I’m almost certain he has some sort of complicated feelings on you last time I talked with him,” He rested a hand on your shoulder now and gave you smile that you thought made angels sing.

“If he denies my intuition then I would be happy to take you out for the evening,” Thor offered. He took his hand back slowly before taking the towel off his shoulders. “I’ll see you soon hopefully,”

You watched him disappear down the hallway before Lila ran back over to your side grabbing at your arm. “What did I tell you??? Thor’s got his eyes on you!!” She encouraged jumping up and down happily.

“And Loki might too…” You said thoughtfully feeling your heart skip a beat. You bit your lip gently before walking off, headed to the one place you knew where Loki had to be.

“Hey, where are you going???” Lila shouted after you.

“Just have to see something, I’ll be back later!!!”

Before you knew it you walked into the compound library where Loki sat in a dark corner one leg propped properly on the other a book in his hands. His green eyes lifted up to you slowly before he arched an eyebrow and smirked.

“Ah Y/N, I was wondering when you would come to find me today,” He set his book down on the coffee table next to him and pointed off to another chair close by.

“What have you been up to all day hmm lord of mischief? You asked pulling the chair right from across from him. You sat yourself down and crossed your legs staring him down.

He didn’t stare at your legs, or your obvious attempt to look a little more ravishing than usual. You wanted to slap him upside the head with a brick that said ‘I’M TRYING TO FLIRT YOU, IDIOT’.

“Nothing entertaining that’s for certain,” he showed off his book before setting it down again. “And you?” He took up a cup of hot tea in his hands the steam from it dancing upwards into the air.

You tried to hold back your sigh. Obviously, you weren’t going to get anywhere with him. You were pulling out all your tricks, letting your hair out of its usual ponytail, wearing your best blazer, crossing your legs so that he got a nice view of your calves (you had been working out quite a bit!). Nothing was working, and you knew exactly why. You let your body posture relax and shifted your legs off of one another so that you looked like you weren’t trying to eat him alive.

“I had an interesting conversation, with your brother actually! He offered to take me out for a date this weekend, he’s looking for you by the way.” Loki nearly choked on his tea coughing softly to himself before wiping his lips of any tea that dripped from his mouth.

“A date?” he asked. You raised an eyebrow at his reaction. No way…

“yeah, do you….mind?” You asked resting your chin on a propped fist. “Because if you don’t want me to go out with Thor I can totally stay behind and we could hang out on our own or something,” You offered. You saw his eyebrows raise in shock.

“What?? Me?? And..and you, preposterous,” He said whisking away the thought with another sip of tea.

“Y/N darling, you know that I’m fond of your company but we’re from two different worlds!! This is beneath both of us,” He shook his head in soft laughter and you felt your face heat with embarrassment and rage.

“Fine then, I didn’t know I was so obviously repulsive,” You hissed standing up from your chair. You took out your phone from your pocket and started tapping away furiously.

“What- now Y/N, you know I didn’t mean it like- what are you doing?”

You pressed send. “I just texted Thor that I’ll be ready tomorrow at eight,” You said simply. You flipped some of your hair over your shoulder as you watched Loki’s eyes lower in an underlying jealous anger.

“What?”

“Dating me might be beneath you but apparently it’s not beneath Thor, I’m going to go out with him,” You said simply.

“Hey, this was a good chat,” You said sarcastically already turning to leave. “Bye Loki,” You left him behind in the library with himself his jaw clenched as a harsh breath escaped his nose.

He was almost glad he was wearing green, it suited his obvious envy quite well.
