Who is the killer?

So the killer is probably Lydea, the twins or Astrid.

If Lydea is involved, she is the one behind the scenes, the "your majesty" on the other end because she didn't kill Nadja and Olivia and I believe that both Juliana and Nadja's deaths are connected.

Same for Astrid. I don't see her getting her hands dirty.

I had considered maybe the twins killed, either for Lydea or Astrid but why? And the murders seems personal, especially Nadja's. And as far as we know it, the twins weren't close to Nadja or Juliana.

And I can't help but keep coming back to Vasili for some reason. Logically any of the bastard children, Vasili, Bas and Marguerite or even their mother would benefit from the Act going through, so killing them seems detrimental. If Bas or Vasili has a hand in any of this, it's not tied to the Act. It was either a rejected lover and/or revenge plot but I have a hard time believing that because of Nadja's death.
