You might have heard someone talk about how they couldn’t lose weight because they were “under eating”. 🤔 ... How is that possible?!? - Well, technically it’s not that they were under eating... it’s that they were under eating some days which then drove them into “fuck it” mode on the weekends. 😬 ... If you eat more calories on a daily basis you are less likely to go into fuck it mode and lose all control when you so much as come within 20ft. Of something you crave. - Weekend calories still count 🤣 ... It is so common for people to feel like their daily calorie goal is “too high” and if they eat that much they will surely start gaining weight. 🤔 ... I can’t tell you how many women I have worked with that are terrified to eat over 1200 calories. Ladies... where do you get this number?? 😂 - Fuel your body daily- it will help keep your energy levels up, help you from feeling like you are being deprived of food, and less likely to throw in the towel and feel like you have once again failed at another diet. 💪 ... i have gained like 5 lbs because i’ve just been letting myself eat chocolate AND I ATE A CHOCOLATE LAVA CAKE that i shared with my friend then looked up the calories later to find out it was 2,500 CALORIES WHATTTT, anyway i’m gonna start eating less in hopes of sliming down my legs and belly

So today went good but I didn’t end up walking with my friend. It rained pretty heavy so the ground was too wet she said. Tomorrow will be my first day at work with the 1200 cal limit so I hope I can deal with that ok. I already made my meals for the next two days!

I’ve been eating under the limit so let’s hope. I think work is what caused me to gain weight in the first place. I had pretty much the same weight for so many years and then I started working at that place and blew up like a balloon.

today was pretty good.
I spread out my lunch, I went on a walk, and I stayed under.
The foods I ate weren't that great, I should get more fruits and vegetables, and I DID NOT drink enough water.
That should change.
I didn't binge, eat anything particularly unhealthy and had good energy, so overall I'd say the day went pretty good.
I was 118.6 this morning, which is progress from the day before.
I like when I work out and burn some calories because I think that's better for my body and makes me more comfortable eating.
