Getting frustrated
I feel like I should have lost some more weight but I’ve been sitting at the same spot for a few days now. Downloaded happy scale to see if I can get a better idea of progress since it’s supposed to show trends. Considering doing IF as well to see if that helps.

10/16/19
Staying on track yesterday went great! It was super busy so I didn’t think about eating all that much.

Today didn’t go as well. I got a craving for the macaroni and cheese from the cafeteria so I had that instead of my salad. I almost immediately got sick. So that was a bad choice in more than one way.

Went a little over limit today, but I do a lot of walking at work so I think it will be fine. ALSO IF ANYONE IS READING THIS DONT WORRY ABOUT THE TRACKED WATER. That’s not right I lost count lol.
Somewhat curious how tomorrow will go. My hello fresh box is supposed to arrive. I’m going to start learning to cook! But it will probably be more than I’ve been eating the last week so I don’t know how the portion will work out.

So today went good but I didn’t end up walking with my friend. It rained pretty heavy so the ground was too wet she said. Tomorrow will be my first day at work with the 1200 cal limit so I hope I can deal with that ok. I already made my meals for the next two days!

I’ve been eating under the limit so let’s hope. I think work is what caused me to gain weight in the first place. I had pretty much the same weight for so many years and then I started working at that place and blew up like a balloon.

So I’m back on the wagon!
Did a 3 day detox (Juice from the Raw) and I lost 4 lbs! Of course some of that is probably water weight but I feel and look a little thinner so maybe I lost a pound or two for real.
Today was the day after the cleanse and I had a calorie goal of 1200 but it’s weird. I think the cleanse changed my taste buds or something because I tried to eat a sandwich and it tasted like shit. So I threw it out and had a salad that tasted amazing. Maybe it made me crave veggies more.

Anyway I’m about to go to bed and I’m still under my calorie goal! Supposed to go walking with a friend tomorrow if it’s not raining. Hoping I’ll finally get some of this extra weight off of me
