Low cal soup
I have been OBSESSED with this recently. It’s so comforting and filling. I play around with the ingredients based off how I’m feeling
Ingredients: 
-1 can chicken broth (20 cal)
-cornstarch (30 cals for 1 tbsp) (add more or less depending on how thick you want it, totally optional to add as well)
- 1 or 2 small eggs (65 cals for one small egg)
- onion powder (0 cals)
-salt (0 cals)
-1 small can mushrooms (30 cals) (optional but I love them bc they’re low cal and make me feel fuller)
Directions:
1. Pour the chicken broth into a small pot over medium heat. Add in cornstarch (if using), onion powder, and salt.
2. While it’s heating crack your egg(s) into a small bowl, and whisk them.
3. As soon as the broth comes to a boil and your eggs and mushrooms, and take off the heat.
4. If you want bigger pieces of egg don’t stir it after you pour the eggs in.
5. Serve in your favorite bowl, and be careful because it will be very hot.

Current stats for august update and goals
HW - Jan 297
First few months of 2022 were kinda rocky, really got on track at the end of April.
CW - Aug 1st - 261
GW1 ✅ - 275
GW2 ❌ - 250 - (August 31st goal)
GW3 ❌ - 225 (October 31st Halloween Goal)
GW4 ❌ - 200 (January 31st down 100 lbs in 1 year goal) ….. etc
UGW - 130
Keeping myself accountable rn ; i have lost 36lbs and I am not f**king stopping now
Also I turn 22 on august 10th :) one of my most recent goals was 260 by my birthday on July 1st and I’ve got 8 days left and 1 lb to go so I fuckin smashed it hell yea
Edit 215 is halfway to my ultimate goal weight lost
It’s down 82 lbs

Finally back below 120lbs! And my ribs are getting more visible! My goal for January was to get to at least 120 and maintain it! Happy to have reached my goal early. If I keep staying consistent I shouldn’t have any problem maintaining my progress and losing more weight even. Excited to see where I’ll be by the end of January.
