I don't mean this in a mean way, but can you explain to me like I'm 5 how ENTJs and INFPs supposedly work out together?

it's just that... they're so different, INFPs are so 🌺🌈🌻🦋🍄❤️ and ENTJs are so... you know, very villain-y vibes, not to say that they aren't nice, it's just... WITH INFPs??? For real?

okay so explaining it like you're 5:

Ig the main argument is that yes although they are pretty different in terms of function stacks , it works in a way to allow compliments rather than clashes of personality. entjs would be attracted towards infps kindness and warmth while infps like entjs determination and strategic thinking. In short, people want what they don't have- so while infps might have the creative thinking, they lack the ability to acc turn ideas into reality ....and that's where our entjs come in w their execution skills ha

Infps also have the ablilty to get entjs to calm down and not be so intense all the time, while entjs can give infps the confidence boost they sometimes need. For example, entjs are great at commanding attention and infps may not be so great at it, so j imagine an entj telling everyone to shut up cause infp has something to say but is too shy to talk loudly.

And while there may be difficulties understanding each other , this combo also provides the chance for both types to gain a greater depth of understanding of their own selves while working with the differences in each other's personality- with entj and infp its especially cute cause u get the grumpy tough guy (entj) kinda get all marshmallowy and use their villain powers for the sunshine fluffball's (infp) benefit.

Romy was originally somewhat protective of Aster when they first started living together and she was a brand new addition to the group, but eased off once Aster made it clear to Kaz and Heidi she isn’t a pushover and found her own place in the group dynamic.

At first Romy was taking the most pictures, having a better eye for visuals than Kaz or Heidi. Once Aster joined the group however, she took over as main photographer for a while. Romy tends to be Aster’s photographer for her solo pics, which is convenient as they live together.

If a group shot of all four of them is needed either someone with have their rotom phone do it for them not unlike Raihan’s taking a selfie for him in his dynamax animation lmao or Romy will get her plaything of the month to take the photo if they’re around.

Aster

Thinks Romy’s best quality is her intolerance to bullshit. Romy knows what her boundaries are and will not tolerate people who try to cross her or waste her time. It’s one of the things she noticed about her early on and drew her towards Romy.

Kaz’s best quality in Aster’s eyes is his soft side, not that he’s shown it much around the other two. Despite his rough exterior he’s very gentle and doting with his team when he’s not sparring with them, and other pokemon when he thinks no one’s looking.

Admires Heidi for having not just an ambition they’re striving towards on their own terms, but for also having a more stable plan B in the event full time music becomes impossible to maintain. Low-key wishes she had the same level of drive as them.

Romy

Likes Aster’s willingness to help out and listen to her. While all four of them are pretty selfish to varying degrees, Aster is happy to share a meal or let Romy vent without judgement most of the time. She doesn’t always have advice for Romy but she can keep a secret and will remind her to eat when she starts spreading herself too thin, which is more than Kaz or Heidi have ever done.

Enjoys Kaz’s sense of humour. Initially thought he was an idiot and only hung out with Kaz because he was friends with Heidi, but found after a while that he could actually be pretty funny. (They have a shared mean streak and like to make fun of people they don’t like) (it’s very petty but they’ve bonded over being shitheels)

Thinks Heidi can be pretty ruthless. Usually this might be seen as a negative trait, but to Romy, this trait was originally a source of mild admiration to the point she started to emulate it. Would rather die than admit it, but feels Heidi’s influence is one of the main reasons she was able to cut herself loose from her family and leave them behind for good.

Kaz

Thinks Aster’s best quality is her kindness. She may not be the nicest person on the planet, but she’s got a warmth that he hadn’t felt from any other relationship before getting to know her. Doesn’t insult his intelligence the way others tend to.

Romy has an attitude that Kaz finds kind of magnetic. He isn’t attracted to her sexually or romantically, he just thinks she’s a really cool person. She acts sort of detached and while Romy has a temper, she isn’t provoked into showing it as easily as other people. Kaz often finds himself wanting to impress her.

Kaz thinks Heidi is the smartest person he knows. They saved his life, they manage most of the band stuff while maintaining a full time job (and a degree beforehand), and are much better at navigating social situations without causing trouble. Despite being a very attention grabbing person, Kaz tends to feel like he’s standing in Heidi’s shadow when it comes to general competence.

Heidi

Considers Aster to be Smart Enough. Initially sceptical of her introduction to the group, thinking she wouldn’t last despite Aster moving in with Romy. Was pleasantly surprised when it became apparent that while Aster may be from a less affluent background, she had far more life experience than Heidi ever has. Soon became a source of intrigue for them.

Sees Romy as reliable, both for being someone who’ll help Heidi with things when asked, but also as a source of gossip. Romy seems to know most people within Nacrene City through hosting and going to so many parties, so knows who has beef with who. Heidi doesn’t like talking to people they don’t deem important, so it’s very useful to have someone who can keep them filled in on the developments in the local scene.

Likes how loyal Kaz can be. Knows full well that he’d do anything for them, and has abused this knowledge in the past. Essentially used him as an errand boy when Heidi was studying at Castelia university and Kaz was living on their couch. Has dialled back on their pettier demands since moving to Nacrene City though.

I don't have any, and while I do think earrings look nice, I have a fear of needles and getting my ears pierced is not worth it. I'll stick with clip-ons.

💍 - Do you ever want to get married?

I don't think so. My feelings about romance in general are complicated, which is why I use the term "greyromantic". I do enjoy romance in books and on TV, and I've had various fictional "crushes" (though it was more like, "I want this person to come over to my house for cookies and a movie!"). But I've never felt any attraction for any real person and I don't feel the need to be in a romantic relationship. Maybe someday someone special will come along, but as long as I have family and friends, I'll never feel alone.
