We’re all mosaics of everyone we’ve ever met and everyone they’ve ever met and so on - it’s a beautiful thing really.

Learning to grieve aspects of yourself once believed would be apart of you forever, is one of the scariest yet most enlightening experiences.

Problem is, i never healed, i just tried not to think about it.

You’ve grown into someone who would have protected you as a child. And that is the most powerful move you made.

If my life was a book… I’d rip out those pages and burn my vulnerability.

we are cheating ourselves out of a life full of new opportunities and experiences trying to get back what we once had, while hurting each other in the process.

Trying to do the bare-minimum of just keeping myself alive is becoming my most difficult and most taxing task of everyday life. And i don’t know how to explain that to anyone without them freaking out or thinking i need them to fix it. I don’t need to be fixed, i just need someone to understand that what may seem like not even a second thought to most people - is my number one battle, and most difficult challenge right now.

have you ever been locked in your mind surrounded by a world which has trapped you in silence; because if you speak up you’re making problems for yourself but if you don’t speak up, you obviously were asking for it. but how can they tell someone who wasn’t even old enough to legally consent let alone understand - that they were asking for it?

We hide when we don’t feel safe. When being seen, feels unsafe.

Sometimes i think to myself, no matter how hard i try, life just wasn’t mean’t for me. And i think that’s okay.

When you realize what you’re doing is not enough for someone anymore, is when you make the conscious decision to remove yourself from that environment.

Sunsets look different when someone you love is painting them.

im actually really suffering mentally from exhaustion. no motivation to do anything no more, im empty.
