#I’ve learned I have to give myself a day where I do absolutely nothing#shower? Maybe just wash hair? Or just a quick bath?#go on at least a 20 minute walk to get some of that sweet sweet anti-depressant vitamin d#and then boom I am either watching comfort shows/movies or playing video games#anyway haha the shift I had today drained a lot more out of me than I thought it would so I have been like the images above all day
