dont disclose your trans status or genders to other people

your transness is tied to your neurodivergence

your transness is tied to your nonhuman identity

dont feel like you have a gender or gendered experience

feel like gender isn't really that important

are intersex

are two-spirit, hijra, or have another cultural gender or expression identity, or "third gender"

are a person of color

are an afab demigirl

are an amab demiboy

have a complex identity

have a very simple identity

cant figure out your gender for the life of you

cross dress

do drag

present socially in ways that are "normal" for your agab

have crushing dysphoria

don't know how to pass

pass effortlessly

are a butch trans woman

are a femme trans man

are demigender

don't like to be reminded you're trans

have a very specific gender

have a gender that's specific to you and you alone

have hated being trans at one point

stopped transition and restarted it at some point

for the little guys

to all newly out or questioning queer kids/people who are struggling with internalized queerphobia of any/every kind, or just queerphobia from other people…

be yourself. even if it’s hard, even if it makes you cry sometimes at night, even if it takes you a while until you can fully accept it or be in a place surrounded by those who love and accept you for you, BE YOURSELF.

it gets better. it gets easier. it’s worth it. you’ll have those low moments quite a lot, but buddy, you’re gonna miss out on yourself and the life you want if you don’t take that leap.

you being you is perfect. you being you is enough. you being you is not wrong. you being you is okay. you are not going to hell. you are not committing a sin. you being you is incredible.

you’re gonna have euphoria. you’re gonna meet your goals. you’re gonna find queer friends. you’re gonna build an accepting family for yourself.

it. gets. better.

and you’re valid. you’re valid for however you may experience your labels. you’re valid even before you can look masculine/feminine/neutral/preferred. you’re valid even if you can’t date girls/boy/people yet. you’re valid even if you’re in a relationship and are discovering these things about yourself. you’re valid even if you haven’t dated anyone before. you’re valid even if you did have crushes in the past. you’re valid. you’re valid. you’re valid. you’re valid, simply by being you.

you’re valid. and it gets better.

don’t deny yourself from being yourself.

Meet Mr. Bear. I actually don't have any clue at all when I got him, I've had him my entire life so I'll just say that he's as old as I am :D

Fun fact: This lil guy didn't have a name until like 2 years ago! I don't even know what I called him, I don't think I called him anything? Also he was always the mom when I played with him when I was teeny tiny, a true genderfluid icon :3

(when I was a child I had a very hard time grasping the idea that other peoples stuffed animals had set genders, I just changed some of them when it was convenient)
