PILE 1, THE DRINKS

Have you ever thought of hosting a late friendsgiving? Or a white elephant? A holidays party? Feast season is upon us, and even if (for my American readers), we're past thanksgiving already, that's no excuse to not try! Everyone's a little down and out this time of year, maybe some social connection will do you good.

PILE 2, THE POTPOURRI

A fan of tradition, are you? It's time to decorate! Clean! Cleanse! So much of us is built around the New Year being a time for revitalization and change, but in reality, it's dead of winter. As we approach, realize that this season corresponds to settling down. Find yourself cozied up and resting a little. You deserve to build yourself a safe space to hibernate for a while.

PILE 3, THE CANDLE

Any studyblr girlies (gender neutral) in the house? I'm feeling finals season creeping up on you, invading your mind. Remember, a candle and a nice bath are always comforting. Academia may be worth it for you, but your mental health isn't worth dying over. If you're not in school, I'm feeling a similar financial or planning-related stress. Someone is holding the weight of the world on their shoulders for their goals and I promise you the fighting is worth it. When your break comes, it will be worth it.
