The End of the Line
Summary: Out of all your missions, successful or not, none have managed to kill you yet. But you don't realise that even surviving them comes at a cost to your health, even if Jeff vows to make it better.
Word Count: 2261 Pairing: Natasha Romanoff x Reader Warnings: not proof read, illness, death, and a very sad Jeff (angst) A/N: THIS IS NOT CANON TO THE JFU BY THE WAY. THIS IS NON-CANON!! it's not the best thing I've written and I lost motivation to write the middle section of this in full depth, so hopefully it all still makes sense. Hope you enjoy! :) (it's not canon!!)
Tumblr media
"You should have gone to the doctor; I told you not to cancel it!"
"We had a mission, Nat. People needed saving. That's our job."
"You need saving.” Natasha sighs, her head in her hands, before she looks up at you. Pleading. “How far along is it?”
"It's one of the most common types; people survive it every day-"
"Y/N. How far along is it?"
Outside your bedroom, Jeff inches closer, sensing his parents' distress. He doesn’t like it when you argue, and he especially doesn’t like how upset Natasha seems to be. "It's too far for radiotherapy." He hears you mutter, your already low voice muffled further by the door. The suspense of knowing only half the story becomes too much for Jeff and he soon bursts into the room.
He sees you and Natasha sitting side by side on the bed: you with your hands in your lap, watching your own fingers fidget, while Natasha watches you, her bloodshot eyes scanning your face as if it’s the last time she can.
Determining who needs comfort most, Jeff trots towards Natasha and repeatedly butts at her legs, attempting to ease her worries. He may not be sure why she’s crying, but he knows he can make it better; he always makes things better.
It seems to work when the assassin smiles at him through watery eyes, even picking him up and settling him on her lap. Jeff smiles back, proud to be of service, and happily purrs when Natasha strokes his head. She pets him quickly, to begin with, then slows until her hands stop right above Jeff’s earholes. Jeff continues to smile at her, hoping soon she will remember to keep stroking him and restore his hearing.
"Can you hear me, Jeff?" Natasha whispers. The land shark doesn’t reply but instead stares forward with a wide grin and lolled tongue, not giving any visible clues that he’d even noticed her speak. “Good.”
Natasha turns to you again, her expression graver now that Jeff can’t overhear. “I want you to be honest with me, Y/N, please, without tangents or deflections: what is the survival rate?”
That was the question you had been expecting and dreading since you first got your diagnosis; the answer is easy to find, and you know you can’t keep the truth from Natasha, but a small part of you wishes she would leave it be, that she hadn’t asked the question.
You wish that she never had to know.
But you can't always have that wish; this is happening, and you have to think about her, your wife. It's better for her to hear it from you.
"On average... 1 in 10."
A sharp inhale from Natasha; she is trying her best to keep it together, nodding for your sake. "And for you... Are you on the average?" You hear her voice shake but don't comment on it.
"They found it late. The odds are slimmer."
There is a long pause, and then Natasha breaks, a racking sob emerging as you wrap your arms around her. Jeff is not so clueless anymore, and despite Natasha's best efforts, he can tell there is something very, very wrong.
"Mrrr?" Jeff asks as he tilts his head towards you. Natasha releases him from her grasp, restoring his hearing and allowing him to walk in your direction.
You hold out your arms and let him cuddle closer before telling him the truth, “I’m sick, Jeff.” Tears fall sporadically onto his smooth head and you inhale sharply; it really is no easier to say a second time."I don't know if you even know what cancer is, but I'm gonna keep fighting it, try to stay with you and Nat, but… well, it's not guaranteed that I'll get better."
Jeff silently hops out of your lap and exits the room, leaving you worried that you've said too much…that he might be upset, angry, or just needing space to cope. Assuming the latter, you do nothing to stop him; you simply watch him leave. Natasha leans over and you wrap an arm around her shoulder; after a life of missions, countless bullet wounds, and a plethora of near-death scares, you never thought it would end like this.
The two of you are still in that position, contemplating the ironies of life, when Jeff returns. You suddenly sit up straight, relieved to have Jeff back but also bracing yourself to answer any questions he might have. But instead of that, the land shark trails a blanket behind him, while his favourite toy is balanced atop his head. He drops both in front of you before walking out once more.
Natasha reacts first, starting with a small chuckle, that grows into a full blown laugh when she meets your eye and sees you struggling not to do the same. Soon enough, the absurdity of the situation – especially after the gravity of the previous conversation – leads to you laughing along with your wife. You keep meeting her eyes in an attempt to ask a silent question of 'do you understand what's going on?', but it is clear her answer is 'no' and all you're accomplishing is reviving her laughter every time it reaches its dying stages.
Luckily, your confusion is put to rest just minutes later. Jeff pushes a large, locked, and recognisable tin of treats through the door – they are the special kind of treats that you usually reserve for when Jeff is ill, a small treat to help him feel better. The pieces click in your mind and you realise that the items Jeff brought are not as eclectic as you previously thought. The blanket, the toy, the treats – they are all the items you give to Jeff when he's sick.
"What's all this?" Natasha asks him. Her tone is still light, and she looks to you to share the amusement. You smile gently, but it is a surprise to you that she hasn't put the pieces together herself – it's rare for her to be trailing you in her understanding. The knowledge of your condition is still new to her, you remember, and you realise she has already pushed it from her mind, there would be no question about Jeff's actions otherwise. Natasha knows you are going to die. And she is refusing to believe it.
"Mrrrr!"
"He wants to make me okay again," you translate, and Natasha's previously joyous face falls when she's forced to remember. The expression pains you to watch so you turn to Jeff instead.
"Mrrrr?" he asks.
“Yeah, Jeff, yeah it’s working. I feel better already.” The land shark hums contentedly at your reassurance. “Now come on up, bud, are you sleepy? I am. We can take a nap together.”
“I’ll be outside,” Natasha murmurs, her expression still not lifted, “call if you need anything.” You note her sunken eyes and the worried frown and read it for what it is: a request for space, for you to allow her to process this.
You nod. “We’re going to be okay, aren’t we Jeff?”
She reads that for what it is: a promise larger than this moment alone… and a lie.
Tumblr media
As the months pass, changes in your life are inevitable: you ground yourself from field missions, the treatments and their side effects taking too great a toll for you to safely perform your job. But while your life has to change, the same is not true for Natasha and Jeff. Though they attempt to change their routines to suit you – Natasha offers to work from home, while Jeff proposes trips to other rooms in the house instead of the beach where he would rather be – you deny them both, hiding the true extent of your weakness in order that they keep living the life they deserve to live.
It works, for a time, Natasha still takes missions, Yelena takes Jeff when you're too weak to entertain him, and the team works better than ever in their assignment to keep you rested. But at your next check-up, you realise it was all in vain.
You’re given time to contemplate in the hospital, and you use it wisely: you think of Natasha and how you will tell her, knowing the second you do she’ll rush home and never leave your side again. You think of your life and everything leading to now – sure, there’s plenty more out there, but if the doctor is right, then you’re satisfied with what you’ve had. The life you’ve lived wasn’t bad at all. Finally, you think of Jeff, who is still so young; you ask the nurse to call Yelena, if the cancer is spreading then you want to spend every last second with Jeff and give him as many happy memories as you can.
The land shark in question barrels into you the moment you cross out of the hospital’s threshold; Yelena sprints forward to catch you, giving you stability while Jeff eagerly circles the two of you like he’s drawing a figure of eight.
“Hello to you too, Jeff,” you laugh. You try to embed his contented purrs in your brain, forever wanting to live in that moment, crouched on the floor and scratching him behind his fin.
But then Yelena asks: “was it good news?” and reality comes crashing back down.
It’s a funny thing, that moment. Around you visitors, patients, and workers all filter in and out, Jeff doesn’t notice a thing, still roaming happily, but for you – and for Yelena, since she knows as soon as your face falls – the answer to the Widow’s question slows time to a halt just so it can drain joy out of every molecule of your surroundings.
“Oh” is all Yelena says.
“Yeah,” you say, “maybe we should go to the car.”
Yelena wordlessly leads the way. Meanwhile, Jeff seems close to bursting with how much he has to tell you of his time at Yelena’s. After one nod, the floodgates open to spew what seems to be a minute-by-minute recount of the week.
“I remember that one, Jeff, I was still at home then,” you interrupt, but that only forces Jeff to restart from the beginning – you decide to stay quiet after that. In truth, Jeff’s narration is exactly what you need; the journey home would be silent otherwise with you staring out of the window, lost in thought, and Yelena driving, facing forwards, not knowing what to say or what to ask. The conversation would come – if not now then when Natasha returns – but for this moment, Jeff’s tale of losing his plush toy under Yelena’s bed makes for ample distraction. You could live that moment a thousand times over.
Tumblr media
A soft ‘mrrr’ sounds again from just outside the hospital door, this time followed by a scratch, and then silence falls. Natasha knows she should get it – to let Jeff in and break him from a limbo he isn’t even aware he is in, but she can’t bring herself to do it, not when she knows what awaits him when the barrier of the door is removed. To him, your life is as certain as that of Schrödinger's cat, a fate unknown to the landshark; except Jeff’s thoughts rarely err on the side of realism and his optimistic tendencies generally benefit his perception…until they give him further to fall.
And yet, when he whines again, when the nurse goes to open the door for him, and even when he comes barrelling down the ward to see you, Natasha stays frozen in place, doing nothing to stop his inevitable realisation.
Your heart had stopped eleven minutes before.
“Mrrrr?” Jeff greets, nuzzling at your leg. You don’t reply. He notices Natasha sob, but thinks nothing of it, she had been crying more over the past few weeks.
“Mrrr?” he tries again; you had been growing weaker, but still mustered the energy to reach for him whenever he was allowed to visit, unless you were asleep. So he turns to Natasha, she cannot understand him the same way you do, but signing allows her a base level understanding of his language. He nudges first to get her attention, then waves a hand down his face: ‘Asleep?’
Natasha’s sobs suddenly get heavier, jolting Jeff but ultimately spurring him into action to comfort his other parent: ‘are you okay?’. The assassin takes a deep, shaky breath, but wipes her eyes and nods.
"Y/N, um, they are asleep…in a way." Staring into Jeff's hopeful eyes only brings more tears to Natasha's own; she has to look away, her eyes falling to watch as she spins the ring on her finger. "You remember how we said that a time might come where one of us isn't around anymore? If Y/N's sickness didn't go away?"
Jeff nods.
"Well that's happened. Y/N's asleep and they-" her voice cracks- "they're not going to be waking up. Y/N is gone, Jeff. They're gone." Through blurry eyes, Natasha risks a glance back to Jeff, only to see his whole body drooped like never before and the hope – the belief that had inspired you to keep fighting throughout the whole illness – was gone from his eyes.
"Mrrrr?"
"I…I don't know what you're saying, Jeff, I'm sorry, that was always…" Natasha trails off, not willing to accept you were gone just yet.
Jeff mrrs again; he signs as he goes but his hands fly faster then Natasha can comprehend, at least in this state. 'I failed' she catches before he turns to where you rest, 'I'm sorry'.

Lloyd always gets what he wants. He learned his ability to manipulate when he was a teenager.
He never stopped doing it, and it benefits both sides.
Good at manipulating, negotiating, and most of all, a football championship. That's how Lloyd got accepted at Harvard Law School.
Every man and woman was jealous of his success, and he noticed that, too. And he enjoyed their envied look. But what can he do? There's only one winner.
However, they were surprised when they discovered Lloyd worked as a corporate lawyer at the pharmaceutical company.
Because many law firms are interested in recruiting him.
The truth is, it's been Lloyd's plan from the beginning to work in Laurent Pharmaceutical.
The story will go back to when he was 9 years old. He just returned from playing with his friends when he heard his mother scream. He went to see his mom, who was already on the floor. She's kneeling and her head facing down. Mail letters and bills are scattered around.
His house and his mother, Krystal, became a mess after his father died of lung cancer. Lloyd has learned about death and accepted that his father has gone.
But Krystal didn't accept this. She crawled to Lloyd, her hands clenched on his shoulder. Her teary eyes and messy hair make her like a lunatic.
"Lloyd, remember this. It's all Laurent's fault your father is gone. It's all his fault!!!"
Lloyd clenched his fist, holding the pain because of her hand gripped. "Yes, mother."
Since then, he has studied, made friends and used his charm to manipulate people.
When he got accepted at Laurent Pharmaceutical, it was really easy for him to get promoted. Lloyd finally met the CEO, Ralph L/N. He is a humble man who prefers to work at the lab with his team rather than expand his connections.
Such a waste, to be honest. This company has potential because of the quality of medicine it makes. It's cheap, effective, and has loyal consumers.
If he becomes the CEO, he will make the company bigger and more successful.
Lloyd discussed expanding the company with Ralph, but he wasn't interested.
That's where he met you, Y/N L/N, for the first time at the lab. You were looking at the microscope when your father called your name.
Lloyd met with your sister and your younger brother. He tried to hang out with them, but he failed. Mia, the second child, in her head, only filled the wedding plans with her fiance, while your brother didn't let anyone enter his friend circle.
The only choice he has is you. You are the eldest child and want to continue the company after Ralph retired. It's perfect. That means you know everything about the company.
He tried getting close to you. He started as your advisor, became a friend, and became a lover. It wasn't easy, but he loved challenges.
When both of you became close, he discovered an internal fight between siblings. You, Mia and Theo, are fighting to become the next CEO.
Lloyd thinks how sweet and cute you are when you come to him, telling him all your problems. That's how he knew everyone's secrets and weaknesses.
He used all the information to make L/N siblings fight with each other. At the same time, he continued his plan to make Laurent Pharmaceutical company bankrupt. To finish his job and fulfil Krystal's wishes.
But decided not to bring down the company after you told him, "I love you Lloyd."
That's the first time he felt guilty. You were innocent, kind, and gentle. He knows what the company means to you. It wasn't your fault, but you got into this mess because of him.
When Krystal heard his plan, she didn't agree. He doesn't want to stop halfway, too. "I'll change the company name to Crystal Pharmaceutical."
His mother didn't say anything, but a smile appeared. It's the first time he sees her smile after his father died. He never saw her smile when he made any achievements. Turned out revenge is the answer.
Then, the judgment day came. When he signed the letter to make it official, he became the new CEO and changed the company name to Crystal Pharmaceutical.
That's the first time he saw hatred in your eyes when you looked at him. He doesn't like it. He longs for the loving eyes. Lloyd understands that you hate him. He will make it up to you.
But he lost his patience when you wanted to publish the company secrets that could end everything. He doesn't want to do this but must make you listen to him.
He threatened your family life. That's enough to make you obedient.
After exchanging vows and kisses on your wedding day, you told him, "I've stopped trusting you."
Nobody from your family or friends at the wedding. Only Lloyd, his mother and people you don't know.
He smiled and kissed your cheeks. "Everyone has their secrets."
Since then, both of you have become a married couple. He watched every move you made. Lloyd knew you still hated and blamed him, but that's life. Nothing is fair in this world—only the strongest survive.
You didn't try to do anything; after becoming a mother, you stayed home and did your duty as a good wife. He had nothing to complain about. His life is perfect.
Time passes, and under his management, the company has expanded and has a billion in profits. It made him own the world.
Successful company, perfect image, and perfect family.
When becoming successful, there's always a temptation. Lloyd has ignored it because he got you.
But in the end, he got tempted by this one girl. Her name is Zoey. She reminded him of when you were young.
What impressed him was that she didn't want anything else from him. She just wants to know how it feels to be with him. He must admit he lost control when he tasted the forbidden fruit.
Every time they were together, Lloyd felt guilty towards you. And he wished you would never find out.
But his fear became true on the wedding anniversary.
You knew.
He doesn't know how you found out; he will check on your daily agenda.
He thought you would slap him and went to hit Zoey, but instead, you said, "I want a divorce."
No. Oh no, he didn't expect that. The only woman who he only loved in this world. You're his perfect wife in his golden cage, and he can't let you go.
He should've chased and apologised to you rather than continued the damn party.
Lloyd almost lost his mind when the head of security suddenly barged into the party and said, "Mrs Hansen got hit by a car."
He immediately went to the hospital, but you were already in the surgery room. He wasn't allowed to get in. Lloyd calmed down when he heard Emily was inside with the team.
"Hiks…hikss…"
Lloyd didn't realise his son, Lionel, was sitting near the waiting room. He sat in the corner, lifted his knees to the chair and hid his face.
The bloody shoebox is beside him. It's your blood.
Lloyd gritted his teeth and clenched his fist. He approached his son and put his hand on Lionel's shoulder.
Lionel lifted his head; there was relief on his face when he saw Lloyd. "Dad…"
Before he said something, his neck was grabbed, and Lloyd pushed his body to the wall. "Uurghh…"
Lloyd no longer cares. Because of this kid, you got into an accident. "If you weren't mine, I would end you right now."
"Put him down!!!" Krystal screamed in the hallway. She was shocked to see her grandson being strangled.
Lloyd clicked his tongue; he threw Lionel to the ground like trash. Krystal ran and helped her grandson. She looked up to Lloyd. "How could you do this to your son?"
Lloyd didn't bother to look at her. "It's your fault for making him so irresponsible like this."
This is the first time Lionel saw his father this scary. He hides in Krystal arms.
Tumblr media
The surgery went on for 4 hours. Finally, the head doctor and Emily came out from the surgery.
The senior doctor removed his surgery mask and explained the result of his surgery: "12 broken bones, her head got hit badly. We have stopped the blood in her brain and lungs. It's a miracle she was still breathing when she arrived at the hospital. But she already lost so much blood. I'll be honest. There's a low chance she could wake up."
When Loyd heard that, his knees became weak. He grabbed his phone to make a call. "Gather all the best doctors. Tell them, it doesn't matter how much it costs."
After he made the call, he sat on the floor and looked at his wedding ring. If the damn doctors couldn't help you and you leave this world. He will chase you to heaven or hell and bring you back.
Tumblr media
With all the doctors he gathered, none of them can cure you. It's been 4 months, and Lloyd almost lost his mind when he saw you looking lifeless like this.
Your best friend Amelia was heartbroken, and she blamed this on him and Lionel. What's new?
Then your brother Theo came too. Lloyd never saw him after he took over the company. And it takes a lot of work to track him down.
The first thing Theo did when he met Lloyd was punch him. "I have lost Mia and my father. If I lose Y/N, I will torture your mother in front of you until she dies.'
Lloyd never thought Theo would threaten him. After 20 years, he looks different. Lloyd saw the look in his eyes before. Veteran army. Seems like Theo has secrets.
He needs to be on guard when he's with Theo.
Lloyd prayed every single night for you to open your eyes.
His prayer was answered when Lionel told him, "Mom just opened her eyes!"
Both of them ran fast to see you.
Oh, how bright his life was when he saw you looking at him. Finally, you're back.
But he wasn't ready when you avoided him, and you asked, "Who… are… you…?"
It felt like thunder just struck him. Then he realised the way you look at him is different. Lloyd was too stunned to speak until Emily asked you.
"Do you know what today's date is?"
"21st July 20XX."
Lloyd's hand dropped down when he heard the date. Because it was one day before he met you, that means…
You don't know him.
To you, he's just a stranger. All the memories both of you had made together are gone.
You moved your head left and right gently. "Where’s Theo?"
"How did you know he's here?"
Your head tilts toward the flower vase near you. "The flower. He will buy this for me everytime he apologises to me."
There’s a flower vase beside you with white orchids. That flower symbolizes apologies. Theo learned it when he tried to impress girls. He always gave you this flower after both of you fought. And it always has 3 stalks, an odd number representing his siblings.
You don’t understand why, when you think about Theo, you miss him because you met him last night.
“Is he with my father?”
Lloyd sighed.
"I'm sorry but Ralph L/N died on 11 April 20XX.. And today is not 21st July 20XX but 8th August 2023."
You widen your eyes. It's impossible. "This is a fucking joke, right?"
"A joke with you lying on the patient bed? It's a tragic joke."
Is that true? Is that why these two youngsters are calling you mom? And this man, is he your husband? What happened to your boyfriend?
This question made you have difficulty breathing. "Haah…Haah…"
You need help understanding what's happening. You remembered that you went out with Amelia last night, and now you woke up in the hospital?
"Uurgh…"
Suddenly, you feel a painful headache. When you closed your eyes, you saw a blinded car headlight, heavy rain, and darkness.
You fainted again.
Lloyd, hold your head. Seeing you didn't recognise me, his blood boiled. He screamed, "Get the doctor, or I'll burn this place to the ground."
Emily ran outside. "Call the neurologist department!"
Tumblr media
The hospital went into chaos for a moment. All the senior doctors gathered to discuss. It's obvious what happened, but they fear Lloyd since he is the biggest donor to this hospital.
In the end, Dr. Gilbert stands beside Emily. If Lloyd is mad with the result, at least his daughter can calm her father.
"Dissociative Amnesia."
When Lloyd and Lionel heard that, they felt lost. Amnesia. It's a difficult word to accept. That means you have no memory of them.
"This type of amnesia is forgetting a specific period of time. It is caused by stress or trauma. That's reasonable since the hit she got because of the accident. It's even a miracle her eyes are still working. The shattered glass from the car also got into her eyes."
Lloyd rubbed his forehead. "She forgot who we are. Her family. She only knew she was 21 years old."
Lionel felt scared, thinking his mother didn't remember him. He regrets everything he did towards you.
"At this moment, try to be patient. If she is too stressed, she will get a stroke. There is something that medical can't explain but I will keep saying it's a miracle Mrs. Hansen is still alive."
Dr. Gilbert looked at his note "When she calms down, we will try hypnosis therapy to trigger her memory."
After saying that, both of them left the room.
Lloyd keeps watching you asleep. He hopes you will remember him and tell him it's just a nightmare when you wake.
But no, the second time you woke up, you asked him, "You're my husband?"
Ahh, he lost you.
He felt empty when he heard that. You are his biggest achievement. And now, in this situation, his hard work turns into nothing.
Even though Lloyd felt empty, he still showed you the wedding photo from his phone.
You looked at the photo; no one from your family or friends. You don’t know all these people.  And your face in the picture, you know it's a forced smile.
You know this since you have always been asked to get photographs for a magazine. You used this fake smile.
But why, on your wedding day, you don’t look happy?
"Why does my face look like that?"
Lloyd was speechless because you were right. It's a forced marriage. You don't have any choice but to marry him.
He smiled and said, "You missed your father and felt sad he couldn't be beside you. In this photo, you tried to be strong, my dear."
When he called you that, your skin shivered. It made you uncomfortable. You pushed away his phone and looked at him. "Are you sure I married you? Because you're not my type."
Lloyd bites his tongue when he hears that. You went back to your old self. It would be nice if you just kill him now.

The Summer I Remembered You (C.F) (Part 6)
Tumblr media
Summary: Taylor comes to town for Belly’s birthday and suspects something is going on with yn and Conrad.
A/N: Can we talk about how cute this gif is🙏🏻 also i’m getting these all out so fast i’m already working on ch. 7
Me and Belly both had Summer birthdays. This was different though, she was turning 16. This day was going to be about her and only her.
Taylor was coming into town, and as much as I love Belly, Taylor can get annoying. She means well though. Frankie, my best friend hates her.
Her and Frankie are both really overbearing.
I rushed downstairs and it was 8:12 exactly. Belly would be coming down soon. I wore a cute white crop top with a light blue jean shorts.
My hair was straightened, and I had decided to wear small, small hoop earrings. Susannah said they made every girl pop out.
Conrad was slouched at the island counter eating his cereal. The first thing I thought of was last night. The second thing I thought of was how bad that is for his back.
“Morning, yn!” Jeremiah says, smiling over at me before helping Susannah with the decorations again.
“Morning guys. So I beat Bells down here?”
“Just in time.” Steven says.
I smiled and when I sent a quick glance to Conrad, he didn’t even acknowledge my existence.
This day is about Belly. Not Conrad.
I shake it off and then Belly walks into the room. She looked really pretty. Her outfit was cute.
“Happy birthday!” We all say in unison, and even Conrad whispers it a little.
I walk over to Belly and put my arm around her shoulder, “Belly’s 16, she’s not a baby anymore.” She then sticks her tongue out at me.
“Nah, she still is.” Steven blurts out.
Jeremiah just smiled at Belly. It was kinda cute.
I think I had coke to terms with it, that I was just pretending to like Jeremiah to get my mind off of, him.
Suddenly I had the craziest thought. If Jere liked Belly, than she might like him and forget about Conrad.
It would make me feel a lot less guilty about the past.
Last summer, Age 15 (Almost 16)
It had been 2 weeks since we had gotten there.
It was a lazy night in cousins. Me and Conrad were home alone. Usually, we would have a pillow war or snuggle up on the couch and watch something. I maybe even would listen to him play the guitar.
After the whole rain thing and coming home and holding hands, not to mention Susannah seeing it, I had been questioned by her the whole week. I think she was doing it to Conrad too but he didn’t say anything to me.
I tried to go on and act normal with Conrad, but lately it was hard to look at him like a best friend. He made me question everything.
I was sitting on the counter top when Conrad slouched against the fridge.
“That’s horrible posture, you’ll hurt your back.” I say.
“Hey, stop judging.”
“I’m not judging, just giving tips.” I then place a chip in my mouth and smile.
“What if my moms cancer comes back one day?” He blurts out.
I felt my body get stiff. I was sure Susannah’s cancer wouldn’t come back, I knew it. And if it would, she would fight it. She wouldn’t give up.
“What’s wrong, Conrad? Why are you thinking about this?” I say, and the fridge was close enough to the counter so I reached out and tug on his shoulder.
He moves off of the fridge and closer to me, and we’re only inches away. If I leaned in, we could kiss.
“I don’t know. It just scares me.”
I felt really bad, because I may of come off as harsh. I softened my gaze at him.
“Don’t be, it won’t happen again. Besides, Susannah’s a fighter, the best one I know.”
Conrad smiled, and I could tell it wasn’t a “I believe you” type of smile, more like a “thank you for being here” smile.
I smiled and wrapped my arms around him, and he leaned his head against my shoulder. I felt a big amount of pressure shift into me, and he was fully leaning on me now.
“Thank you for being here.” He mumbled in the crook of my neck.
“Of course. I’ll never not be here. Your my best friend.”
He didn’t respond, and I didn’t mind.
That’s what we were, that’s what we’d always been.
Or had we ever been? Because right now it feels like we’re a couple, and the scary thing is I liked it. I didn’t mind it at all.
Present day:
“Open mine next!” Jeremiah says, and Belly picks up his gift.
He had given her a key, key chain. It was really cute and It was because she could drive now and he had been giving her lessons.
Steven gave her a Princeton crewneck, Susannah pearls that were beautiful, and Laurel a book.
“Here!” I say, handing my gift to Belly.
I felt the smile creep up on my face as she unwrapped my gift. “Oh my gosh, you got me the dress I wanted?!”
I nodded. “Saved up for it.” Laurel and Susannah smiled, and I could tell Susannah was impressed and liked it.
“Thank you, yn. I love it.” Belly says through a smile. I send Jeremiah and Steven a “I had the best gift” look.
Then, Conrad gets up and places a little box next to belly. She opens it and I could see her eyes flutter.
“Awh, that’s so cute.” Belly says, pulling out a little wave necklace. It was pretty cute.
“It was kinda last minute, but we’re like at the ocean so it works.” He shrugged.
Leave it to Conrad to make a good gift sound so unappealing and horrible.
Belly sent a half smile and tucked it away.
Conrad sighed, “Well, I gotta get to the Marina. Cleveland needs my help.” He looked at me for a second before walking out of the room.
Jeremiah noticed the mood and then smiled, “Hey Bells, wanna drive a little bit before we have to pick up Taylor?”
Belly’s mood instantly changed, “Yeah, sure, yn do you—”
I shook my head and put my hand up, “No, no, you guys go ahead.”
Susannah then perked up, “This is perfect! Yn, I’m painting you now.”
I groaned, “Actually, Bells—” I say jokingly, and everyone laughs.
“Too late now!” Susannah grabs my arm and pulls me away from everyone and I send a “Help me” look to Belly before entering the backyard.
It was hot out, and as much as I love summer I can’t stand the heat. It makes me feel sticky.
Susannah painted, and it had only been 20 minutes but it felt like forever.
“So, what else are you doing this summer?”
I shrug, “I don’t know, probably just chilling out.”
Susannah smiles, and I knew she had gotten me, “I think you should get a job, maybe at the Marina?
I laughed a little, because there was no way I was working at the Marina. “Um, I don’t really think-”
I could tell Susannah’s mind was filling with ideas, “Oh! It’s not bad trust me. I know the guy who owns the place and it’ll be super casual, only like 2 to 3 times a week, he pays well too.”
I sighed, knowing Susannah’s mind was made up.
“Oh, and Connie! You guys can go there together.” She said through a smirk.
Fuck.
“Oh, Susannah—”
She looked ahead of me and waved at somebody, and I turned to see it was Conrad. He was already back?
“Connie! Come here.”
He walked over to us but he didn’t make eye contact with me.
“Con, yn is gonna work at the Marina.”
I could see the smirk on Conrad’s face, and it was so smug. Smug piece of shit.
“yn? At the Marina?”
I scoff, “I’ll do just fine.”
“Mom, yn is scared of boating.” I could feel my cheeks burn as he said this. He could at least acknowledge me if he’s gonna say things like that?
Susannah smiles, “That’s alright, you can teach her too.”
Conrad had already tried to teach me to boat a couple of years ago, but it didn’t end well. We just ended up laughing and getting a tan.
Conrad shrugged and then walked inside.
“Yn! I missed you bitch!” Taylor hugged me and I smiled a little.
“Me too.”
“Okay, we all have to go into the pool and catch up, I need to get all the tea.”
Me and Belly nodded and we went upstairs to change.
I could just tell that something had changed in Belly, I didn’t know if it was because of me and Conrad, but I needed to find out. I can’t loose her.
Once we were in the pool, me and Taylor and Belly were on one side while Jeremiah and Steven were on the other.
“So,” Taylor began, looking at both of us, “What’s the boys situation?”
Belly shrugged, “I don’t really know.”
I gasped, “Belly! Your basically dating Cam Cameron.”
“Ooo yes! He’s coming to dinner tonight right?” Taylor looks at Belly and she simply nods. Taylor turns to face me.
“What about you? Boys?”
I shrugged, “I don’t know. There’s this kid named Josh?”
Josh. I hadn’t talked to him in a while. I wonder if he’s going to Nicole’s big party tonight. I would see him there if we went.
The boys started talking about a hot girl they knew and Taylor said, “We know your talking about us!”
Steven laughed, “You wish.”
Then Taylor and Belly trailed to the middle of the pool, and I followed.
“Let’s play chicken!” Taylor half screamed.
Not chicken, anything but chicken. I knew there was an uneven number and this was my chance to get out. “I’ll sit this one out guys.”
Belly nodded, “You can play the next?” And I just gave her a half smile. At least she was giving me something.
Belly and Jeremiah were partners and so were Taylor and Steven. I looked at the way Jeremiah’s arms gripped Belly’s and I noticed some tension. Big tension. The way she grabbed his hair. Was something going on with them?
Belly and Jeremiah won which is when Nicole and Conrad walked outside. Nicole looked like she was judging us big time.
“Hey guys— are you playing chicken?”
“Hey..” I say awkwardly. Who was she to judge us? She gripped Conrad’s hand and It made me angry. Stop it. Don’t be angry.
They sat at the edge of the pool with their ankles in and flirted with each other.
We decided to play volleyball and we set up the nets and split up into teams. It was girls against boys and it was uneven so Jeremiah asked Conrad to get in but he said no. Of course.
After a couple of rounds, Taylor got ready to serve and then hit Nicole in the head. It was kinda funny.
“Oh my gosh, Nicole are you okay?” Belly said worried.
“I’m so— sorry.” Taylor says through a little laugh.
“Taylor.” Belly said in a scolding manner.
“I’m so sorry Nicole, feel better okay?” I knew why Belly was saying this. All because of Conrad. Conrad then offered to help Nicole and they got up but before he went inside, he looked back at me for a second.
That second felt like forever. It was like he was staring into my soul. And then it was over. Just like that.
Taylor then leaned in close to be and whispered, “What’s going on?”
I shook my head and got out of the pool, everyone else following.
Dinner that night was good, Belly brought Cam over and he even kissed her on the lips at the table. It was cringey, but cute.
Belly decided that we should go to Nicole’s party, and I was very happy to do so. I needed to get drunk, blasted even. I had to forget. About everything. Him.
Once we got there, Jeremiah and Steven dispersed and Conrad had rushed in before us and started drinking. Go figure.
Nicole then came up to me and Belly, “yn! Belly! Hey!”
Taylor looked visibly uncomfortable, but she didn’t say anything.
“Hey Nicole.” I say through a smile.
“Belly, I need you to come with me.” Nicole says grabbing her arm and Belly mouths sorry to me and Taylor before walking away.
“Wanna grab a drink?” I said, half sulking and I didn’t even realize it. My friends had become Belly’s friends and I suddenly felt really lonely. This summer started to not feel so good.
“Yes, please.” At least Taylor was sulking with me.
We went to the drinks table and then I started pounding them down. Taylor noticed but didn’t say anything because she was pounding them down too. We were both upset but I didn’t know why she was, but sometimes it was better to sulk in silence like this.
I looked up and then saw Conrad talking to a group of guys and I started longer than I should have. He looked back at me and then away again which only made me feel shitty and pound down more drinks.
What a night this would be.
A/N: what do we think? I promise you guys the drama will be soooo good. trust me. Enjoy!! should I make a master list?

𝐀𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 𝐎𝐛𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: ℂℍ𝔸ℙ𝕋𝔼ℝ 𝕀
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
The following observations are some of the things I have noticed in people around me. They may or may not resonate with you as we have to consider the entire chart for precise and accurate insights.
↪Parents who have their personal planets in their child/children's 6th House may become too strict and controlling. Parents are naturally strict, but with these placements, they can go further. It is because the 6th House is very critical, and it rules health and daily routines. They are the types to ask their child/children, “Why aren't you sleeping yet?” at 9 PM while giving you one of those intimidating stares.
↪Mercury-Jupiter harsh aspects in the natal chart indicate having strong opinions on things such as politics, law, and religion. And because these areas are sensitive, they are more prone to heated arguments. (Harsh aspects are conjunction, square, and opposition)
↪I know a lot of Cancer Sun women who got pregnant at an early age. They were not underaged when it happened, but the timing was considered “early” by most people. Cancer rules the 4th House of motherhood. That said, most of them are nurturing mothers and take good care of their babies despite having them at that age.
↪Mercury Square Mars in synastry may indicate lots and lots of fighting. In conflicts (which can happen most of the time), the mercury person may hurt the mars person verbally. And the mars person may hurt the mercury person physically.
↪We all know that Aries Venus natives may be direct, impatient, and easily become bored in love. But if the native also has major Taurus placements, they may become willing to take it slow and even cause them to be attached easily. I think of them as people who fall in love quickly but fall out of love slowly.
↪The most emotionally intelligent person I know was a Pisces Sun. It is not surprising knowing that they have great intuition. But on top of that, they are also observant. My former teacher has this. I remember I was constantly looking after my friend in class because she was uncomfortable. I was sure I was doing that subtly, but he still noticed. He approached my friend after that and asked her if she was okay. I was like, how did you know, sir? Also, most of them maintain a strong facade, so it surprises me to see how they care deep inside. Min Yoongi of BTS also has this, and he is exactly like that. Angels.
↪Pisces and Aquarius in the Big 3 make for someone who can do beautiful digital edits. It can be anything, video edits, PowerPoint edits, etc. It is because the creativity of the Pisces is working together with the Aquarius' interest in technology. Bonus points if they also have Venusian placements. (Additional eye for aesthetics)
↪Jupiter in fixed signs or houses may indicate someone who has firm beliefs, morals, and principles, regardless if they are good or bad. Despite that, they do not shove their beliefs on other people. It is more within themselves. On the other hand, if you try to push YOURS on them...
↪Adding to that (^), parents or guardians must raise these children with good morals. They will stand by that principle throughout their lives, so please teach them well. (It applies to all, but I want to emphasize it in this placement following the observation above)
↪Water Risings look so good while sweating? It may sound weird, but they flourish more with it. Like, the features of their face are becoming more evident? I don't know how to explain it.
↪I have seen observations here stating that the 4th House synastry is so comfortable because you will feel at home with that person. In my opinion, it may not always be good. Since the 4th House rules the home, it depends on what kind of family you grew up with. If someone has traumas due to their family, dating someone who has placements in their 4th House may only remind them of these traumas. In that case, the sense of familiarity will not bring them comfort but a reminiscence of their bad experiences.
↪Sagittariuses are my favorite mentors. They are truly gifted with the power of teaching: intelligent, funny, inspiring, and direct to the point. And because this sign is mutable, they know how to deal with various kinds of students. They make the learning experience fun and exciting. Gojo Satoru from Jujutsu Kaisen is a great example.
↪Also, Sagittarius Suns or Risings give off the vibes of someone respectable, even if they do not have influential jobs, positions, whatsoever. They look like someone you must look up to. I think it is because Sagittarius rules the 9th House of teaching. And teachers are influential people.
↪Tauruses are not only picky with food. They are picky with people and things in general: circle of friends, romantic partners, scents, clothes, places, anything. They like things of VALUE.
↪I have noticed that Mars in the 12th House does not know how to express their anger, especially in front of a crowd. They often doubt if the reason behind their anger is enough for them to react that way, so they reflect on it deeply. They seem lost and awkward when they are upset with something or someone.
↪Fixed dominants tend to leave their mark on the world because they are more likely to stick to one specific approach to something. For instance, a fixed dominant may stick to one particular genre in writing. Soon, because of a lot of practice, they will be known as someone who writes that genre. That will be their trademark. Another example is when a fixed dominant sticks to one particular aesthetic, people will recognize them through that aesthetic because they somehow correlate it with them.

Side note: Yay, my first astrology observations post is here! I pour my all into this, so I hope you enjoyed reading it. Please let me know if it resonates with you or not. Constructive criticisms will be helpful as I am still a beginner. As always, likes and reblogs are highly appreciated. 💙

I know this point has been beaten to death and I’m not shaming J for feeling how he feels, just pointing out a sad twist of irony..
Jonathan in Season 1: Nancy Wheeler, she's not just another suburban girl who thinks she's rebelling by doing exactly what every other suburban girl does, until that phase passes and they marry some boring one-time jock who now works sales, and they live out a perfectly boring little life at the end of a cul-de-sac. Exactly like their parents, who they thought were so depressing, but now, hey, they get it.
Jonathan in Season 4: I can’t leave my mom and my brother to chase a dream that isn’t mine! [..] if I told her the truth then she’d just throw her dreams out the window to come out here and be with me and I just can’t take that! This huge knot of resentment would build like some cancer until eventually she hates me and then before you know it, we’re just like my mom and dad. I’m divorced, my kids hate me, shit! I mean it’s all SHIT. The cycle never ends!
It’s kind of sad but everything Jonathan was telling Nancy in season 1 about how depressing her life would be if she married Steve is now how he views his own future with her. Boring, depressing, filled with resentment, just like their parents.
And alternatively, you see Steve’s dreams for the future as bright, hopeful, optimistic, and it’s not in spite of but because of Nancy.
Remember the dream I told you about? About the Winnebago? About seeing the country with my six little nuggets? It’s all true. Every last word. But I left one part out. It’s the most important part. You’re there. You’ve always been there.
And while we still don’t get a clear picture directly from Nancy about her future and what she envisions for herself, the closest we get is when she describes why she says she loves Jonathan while talking to Fred.
He’s caring and compassionate. He’s so protective over the people that he loves and he’ll never back down from what’s right, what’s moral, no matter the pressure, no matter the personal cost. That’s why I love him.
And while Jonathan is caring and compassionate and protective to an extent— he does back down when there’s a personal cost. And he’s not totally wrong all the time on that, Nancy did risk their jobs knowing he needed it more than her. But he has never put her needs ahead of his own or at least his family’s own and he only stands up for what’s right and moral if it will help or avenge his family.
And on the other hand Steve, who was not willing to risk anything in the beginning of season 1 and beginning of season 2, risks everything for Nancy and the kids and Robin by the end of season 2 forward. Starting in season 1 when he comes back to save Jonathan and Nancy from the Demogorgan, then protecting the kids in season 2, and protecting Robin and the kids and saving Nancy in season 3, and then all of season 4 following Nancy on every hunch and fighting to keep her, the kids, and Robin safe. It is Steve who has been beaten bloody every season protecting the people he cares about. It is Steve who comes back to apologize and save Nancy without expecting anything in return. And again I’m not dissing Jonathan, he has his own very valid reasons to prioritize his family after everything they’ve been through even before the Upside Down with all the abuse from Lonnie. But he’s not ready to be in a relationship, and he’s not checking all of those boxes she spelled out to Fred, and even though she might not’ve realized it then, Steve did.

Jeremiah x reader
Summary: y/n Conklin is the middle sister of Steven and belly. You have been dating Conrad sense last summer but lately you have been noticing he was off. As summer is now approaching fast you can’t wait to see him and also hope you can figure out what is going on with him but you can’t believe what actually is in store for you.
Warnings: cursing, mention of death/cancer, cheating, possibly assault and smut
Tumblr media
(Not my gif)
Every summer sense you could remember was spent in cousins with the fishers. You were the middle child of the Conklin’s, Steven is the oldest and belly is the baby. You and belly aren’t that far apart in age you are actually in the same year at school.
You and her have an ok relationship but you don’t have much in common. Belly is amazing at volleyball and the only time you have picked one up was a few summers ago and Steven hit it to hard and it nailed you right in the nose. Good to say you haven really picked one up sense and weren’t very good. You liked to stick to track and track sports.
You have always known belly has liked Conrad it was very obvious, Even Susanna knew. You all knew belly was the favorite it was obvious I mean she was the baby of the family. Susanna used to tell you she knew at least one of you would end up with her boys and deep down you hoped it would be you. You always thought Susanna knew you liked Conrad to but didn’t tell you. She always called you the most mature and reasonable out of all of you. You were the one who solved the arguments or gave something up to make the rest happy and didn’t cause stupid fights. One time when Susanna bought everyone ice cream when all of you where at the boardwalk Steven and belly where fighting and Steven knocked belly’s ice cream out of her hand. Belly ran back to the moms like she always did. I tried to stop her knowing that it would just make everything worse but it didn’t work. Laural was always worried about money and felt bad when Susanna would buy things for us so she made Steven share hers with belly. Steven was so mad about it that he almost threw his away just to spite her but I gave belly line before he could. When Susanna asked I told her my stomach hurt from the rides so you didn’t even want it. She pulled you into a hug and told you how nice you were to everyone. You always worried about how nice or open hearted I guess you were laural always told you to be careful because people will take advantage of it. Conrad ended up sharing his with you. You think that was the moment you realized you liked him.
That was 3 years ago. Now you are on the way to cousins and can’t wait to see everyone especially Conrad. You guys have almost been saying for a year now. He asked you to be his girlfriend officially last summer and ofc you said yes. Ever since then though belly hasn’t been as open with you. You understand that she is upset but you couldn’t help it. You guys got in a giant fight when you told her like you expected but it didn’t make it any easier. Conrad told you it would be ok and she would get over it eventually and he would try to talk to her. You were always jealous of the two of them. They were super close I mean you guys were but in a different way. You have always been closer to Jeremiah. You guys did everything with each other especially When Steven and Conrad would randomly disappear to do their own thing. You had a tradition of sneaking out to the beach the first night and catching each other up on everything.
All of a sudden you get pulled out of you trance by belly obnoxiously singing from the passenger seat and Steven yelling from the drivers seat to shut up. You look over to your mom and see her silently laughing. You never see your mom this happy except in cousins. But this year she seems even happier I don’t know if it’s she’s just excited, happy to be divorced which was still pretty fresh from everyone and hurt for you still or , the fact her book was going good and she had a meeting about it today.
Belly looks back at me still singing and I chime in now singing just as loud and we both start laughing with Steven says “ I’m this close to cutting my ears off and pulling this car over right now if you both don’t shut up”
You and belly both look at each other and sing even louder and Steven looks and that both of you and lets out a loud groan.
You guys stop at the convenience store before you guys head to the house you decide that you want to wait in the car instead of go in. When everyone gets back belly has a huge smile on her face and Steven looks disgusted. You’re about to ask what happened but then your mom gets back in the car you tell yourself to ask Steven later because you doubt belly will tell you. Before you know it you’re pulling up to the summer house.
Steven immediately b-lined it out of the car as soon as he saw Jeremiah come out of the house my mom followed after. You are about to the get out of the car as you see belly fixing her hair and you immediately feel a twig of jealousy. “Come belly you can do that later” you tell her and she gives you a small nod almost looking mad.
You get out of the car and immediately see Jeremiah giving your mom a hug. He spots you from behind her and you see the biggest goofiest smile that you have only ever seen on jere. As soon as he gets to you his arms surround you. I mean he has always been taller than you but he has definitely grown some. I knew he was in football now and he definitely had more muscle but he is also taller 6 feet if not taller. While you have stayed around 5,3 5,4. “You have changed so much” I tell him as I pull back from the hug “ so did you” he says “ I mean I know I have kinda seen you a few mouth ago but..” he takes a step back to fully look at you.
I mean you have changed a lot in the last year you’re now on the bigger side of a C cup and have filled out more in other places but you also feel a little different. It also hasn’t been that long since you have Jere technically. You and Conrad try to go out and see each other every few mouths or sooner when you get the chance but he is really busy with football and you are very focused on school so the trips are usually short and don’t really get a chance to see Jeremiah or Susanna much. “I see your not the only who changed” Jeremiah says loud enough so that belly who is behind you can hear as he moves to give her a hug picking her up and spinning her.
You see Susanna at the door and you see what almost looks like pride and so much love in her eyes. You go up to her and give her the biggest hug ever. “I’ve missed you so much” you tell her “it’s only been a few months sweetie” “Exactly it’s been to long” you respond with holding back the biggest smile as she kisses your forehead.
You look over your shoulder and see Conrad come into view. Susanna looks over “ go say hi don’t let me stop you” she tells you “ thank you” you tell her giving her one more squeeze before heading over to him.
Your smile is so big now you have missed Conrad so much. As you walk over to him you can’t help to notice who he is staring at, belly. You try to not think into and just tell yourself he hasn’t seen her in a long time longer then you at it’s nothing but you can’t help but be a little jealous. When he sees you in his peripheral vision he immediately turns to you. You can’t help but notice the sadness and almost disappoint in his eyes before he covers it up with a smile. You jump into his arms and immediately Barrie your face in his chest. “Ive missed you so much” you tell him almost coming out as a mumble because your face is in his shirt. His hand comes up to your hair before he tilts your chin up to kiss you and says “I have missed you so much more”.
You guys don’t get many more words out before Jeremiah and Steven yell from where they are standing “I think it’s time for a belly flopppp”. You immediately look at them and at belly before the boys start chasing her and she doesn’t get far. As the Carry her to the pool you go ahead of them to open the gate and watch as the count the three and throw her in. Before you know it Jeremiah and Steven get that look that you have seen many times before. They all run at you and you don’t even get 3 steps before they are throwing you in the pool to. Your immediately surrounded by water and as you come up to the surface for a breath the boys are all hunched over laughing except for Conrad who is barley laughing in the corner. You and belly look at each other knowing what to do. “Owwww my ankle hurts guy seriously can someone help me” belly says to the boys. Conrad immediately comes up concerned and you can’t help but feel the same jealousy you did earlier. He reaches his hand out to belly and she pulls him in.
Steven and Jeremiah are now laughing even harder. “Ok guys I’m done, jere please help me out” you ask him “Ok ok fine” he tells you also giving you his hand before you pull him in to.
Steven looks to be in tears now and jere asks him “come on bro don’t you want to be apart of the fun”. “No im good on missing this fun” he tells us still laughing as he walks inside.
You over to see what happened to Conrad and see him and belly inches apart staring at each other before belly pushes him away and you can hear her barley say “what’s your problem” before swimming away.
What the fuck was that, you didn’t even want to know but something pinged inside your chest. You got out after belly went inside and no one stopped you. Conrad didn’t even say anything

— spencer reid x reader
pairing: spencer reid (criminal minds/ fem! reader
genre: angst and fluff | masterlist
content warnings: angst, cancer mentions
summary: a continuation of part one. spencer seeks forgiveness and y/n just wants peace.
The most important part of getting over someone is the cleanse, Y/N had always been told. Rid yourself of the things that they remind you of; the things that pain you to even think about. She had prided herself of her ability to follow through with this process, it was what she told her friends when they had problems. However, she had now realized it was easier said than done.
The tardis mug sat still on her nightstand, Spencer had given it to her when he saw her looking at it through a shop window. She had insisted that she didn't need it and that she was just admiring the handiwork, but “I’m a profiler Y/N, I see right through you”. She remembers the ways she looked affectionately up at him while he paid at the counter, and how she caught him looking at her while she held it in her hands. She spent so long looking at it while they walked down the path that she tripped, and he caught her in his arms. It was a very Spencer like moment, as he stumbled over his words while still holding her for a moment too long.
He didn’t look at her like that when he yelled at her. When he shouted in her face.
She had left the BAU only three weeks ago to focus on her residency. She had switched out her light blue scrubs for a slightly darker shade and started burying herself in her work. She took up extra shifts at the hospital, impressing her superiors and workmates - especially the young attending who she had liked once before. His name was Lucas, and he was considered a “rising star” in the neurosurgery field. She had to admit that he was cute, with dark curly hair and deep blue scrubs that screamed dreamy. He was first to notice that she was out of sorts when she returned to work and held her in the locker room while she broke down crying. They shared stories about their unfortunate love lives and grew closer as the weeks passed, but Y/N still couldn’t get rid of the feelings at the bottom of her heart.
What did Maeve have that she didn’t? She felt bad thinking about it, how selfish did you have to be to envy a dead girl that your best friend loved? But they both had similar careers, were intelligent, had an interest in the same things as Spencer and both had a penchant for reading. That was what hurt the most, Y/N thought. That they were so similar but Maeve was just... better. Y/N was the person you probably wouldn’t glance at twice, but Maeve seemed to be the one you would do everything in your power to speak to. Sometimes life was unfair, she thought. Sometimes it really fucking sucked.
Spencer spent days laying on his couch after his fight with Y/N. There were a thousand things he wanted to say, but he couldn’t control himself as pure hatred clawed its way up and out of his throat. He didn’t want to say those things to Y/N, but in that moment he needed someone to be hurting that wasn't him. Again, he didn’t want it to be her. But his mouth overpowered all his rational thoughts and targeted Y/N.
And god, poor Y/N. The pain that flooded her face when he yelled was unbearable. She looked miserable as she tried to stop the tears, hands wiping at her reddened cheeks. What made him feel worse was that she tried to defend him. That among all the yelling she was trying to make him feel better. She was so selfless and kind and compassionate and he had crushed it all with his bare hands. He was afraid to admit to himself that he liked Y/N at first. She was a bit younger than him and was new to the stress of the BAU - he didn’t want to add to that. But she completely captured him from day one. He tried to do the little things to impress her, like read up on her surgeries and memorise her timetables. She was one of the only people that would let him ramble about his interests and would actually pay attention to his unprompted statistics and facts. He was beginning to think that maybe, just maybe, she would like him back. But then he met Maeve, and figured he would play it safe and see where things went. His admiration for her surrounded him, and he slowly sunk away from the idea of things ever going anywhere with Y/N.
He truly loved Maeve. She was one of the only women who had returned his feelings and that he had a chance to be with. When she revealed her paranoia around her stalker, his profiler side came to light. He was ashamed to admit that he started viewing their relationship as more of a case, which only made him hate himself before. If he thought about it with a clear head, maybe it was the fact he was dating someone that was so appealing, rather than the fact he was dating Maeve.
When he wandered into work a few weeks later he was confronted with an empty desk. When had Y/N left? None of his coworkers had ever mentioned to him that she was gone. He had spent time thinking of how to apologise to her, as after all, they had both had time to recuperate and think things through. He didn’t realise that he had hurt her that bad. Surely she knew that a large percentage of people who grieve a loved one experience extreme and often uncontrolled anger.
He had to fix this, and fast. How much time had he wasted?
Y/N awoke to a gentle knock at her front door. She picked her head up from her study books that she had (accidentally) fallen asleep on and wandered over to the door. Who was coming over at this hour? Her face fell as she was greeted with a somber looking Spencer Reid. She gasped and slammed the door, which he had blocked with his left foot. She felt ever so slightly bad as he grimaced in pain.
“What?”
“Oh. Hi. Hi Y/N. I actually wanted to apologise for-”
“No need,” she snapped, “I understand. You can go now. I’m not coming to work at the BAU anymore, I’m out of your way for good now.”
“No. Please, Y/N. I was awful. So awful. And I can’t go home with a clear cons-”
“Is that what I am, Spencer? Was I on your to do list today? ‘Go shopping. Solve crimes. Go harass Y/N so I don’t have to feel bad anymore.' Well, too bad! I don’t give a fuck! Go home and sulk for all I care. Just leave me be, you’ve made your point.”
She went to close the door with the final words, but he pushed past once again and made his way in front of her, swaying back and forth rather awkwardly. She stood with her arms across her chest with a “don’t fuck with me right now” expression on her face.
“Y/N, I’m sorry. Really sorry. I lashed out at you and you didn’t deserve a second of it. Y/N, it’s hard for me to say it… but I liked you… romantically and-”
“And?? There’s an ‘and’. Let's get one thing clear, Reid. You do not get to come to my apartment to try and apologise by telling me you were into me. You have to be fucking joking. You think that fixes things? I can’t believe you are that selfish. As if your feelings make it all go away. I loved you Spencer Reid. You could’ve politely rejected my help without telling me I should’ve died. And then you come here, with no warning may I add, to confuse me? I won't come crawling back to you . I won’t.”
“Wait, no I didn’t mean it like that” he stuttered.
“Then what did you mean by it, huh? Just leave. You’ve done enough already.”
He smiled sadly as his eyes teared up, walking towards the door. He knew she was right. He was selfish to show up and say that he liked her like that. He was desperate for forgiveness and his judgement was clouded. He would figure out some way to make it up to her though. He had to.
Y/N dragged herself back to work the next day. Just as she thought she was getting over him, her late night run in with Reid had brought up her old feelings. She grabbed a coffee from the cart across the road and got to work, changing into her scrubs and tying up her hair. She was on rotations with neuro, meaning she would get to spend the day with Lucas. Hopefully he wouldn't say anything about her glum mood. As the elevator doors opened, she came face to face with the man himself. He smiled as he walked in and pressed the button for the fifth floor. He turned to her rather sheepishly,
“Hey, Y/N. I know you’re going through a tough time right now so I was wondering if we could go to lunch today. Nowhere fancy, y’know, just the cafeteria…”
“Uh, sure. I’d love to. It’s a date.”
They smiled at one another, but the moment was cut short by her pager going off. As she ran out the elevator she looked back at him, smiling warmly. Maybe today wasn’t going to be too bad after all.
After a tough morning, she sat opposite Lucas while eating her salad. It was raining heavily outside and they made small talk about the weather. Lucas had a strict rule of no medical talk at the table. She felt happy with him, she could spend ages with him in fact. But something just didn’t feel right. She hated that she wasn’t invested in the date as much as she should be, why did her brain have to be like this? They stood up once they had finished, and she moved to talk but he started first.
“Y/N, I had a great time with you. Really. But I can tell something’s off, and it’s not your fault. Maybe you're not over your guy yet, which I understand, because I’m not over mine. I thought I was ready to get back out there but I think I need more time. Maybe in a few years we can try again, yeah?”
She laughed softly, “I was thinking the same thing. But I had fun with you. And if you ever need a lunch buddy or someone to vent to. I’m here.”
He nodded and they embraced. As she looked over his shoulder she recognised a familiar figure standing outside in the rain. They noticed her and turned around to walk away, so she politely excused herself and jogged slowly out the doors towards them. Her hands over her haid to shield her face she called out to them, watching as they turned around to reveal themselves. Spencer.
He was sopping wet. His hair was drenched all over his face and his clothes were soaked. In one hand was a cup of coffee and in the other was a piece of paper and a bouquet of daffodils.
“Spencer, what the hell? You’re going to get sick out here” she shouted over the rain, beckoning him inside.
“Y/N. I’m here to apologise this time. Properly. I planned out everything I wanted to say to you, too. I never wanted to hurt you, I know it sounds like a lie but I didn’t. I took my anger out on you and that was so completely wrong of me” He started. She didn’t interrupt.
“Ever since I met you I was enchanted. You are so warm and kind, you make me want to wake up and be a better person. In fact. I’m astounded by you. I’ve gone my whole life without anyone who understood me. But you do. And I know nothing will ever fix what I’ve said and done but I hope this makes it at least a little better. And if it doesn’t, you can probably watch me get sick and develop pneumonia. Because it’s statistically very likely.”
“Spencer…” She stepped forward.
“The coffee, it’s from your favourite cart - the one a block away. You said that the one in the hospital 'tastes like the colour grey’ but you can never be bothered to walk all the way over to the one you like. And daffodils, you never used to like them but it’s what the hospital gives out to patients when they’re cancer free and done with treatment. You said that seeing them now makes you happy. And the paper is from the movie ‘Love, Actually’. You like to point out all the things you would’ve done better than the main characters but you still watch it every Christmas. I meant to write something on here but I didn’t know what so I let it blank, sorry”
He paused, taking a breath and trying to gauge her reaction. She stood frozen, her eyes beginning to fill with tears. “Y/N, I’ve always liked you. You told me once that you were always the other girl, but you’re not. Not to me. You’re not my somebody else. You’re my eternal. I’d wait forever for you. I’d do anything to make you happy, even if it means never seeing you again. I just wanted you to know that I never truly meant what I said.”
She spent a small while just staring at him, tears down her cheeks and mouth agape. She rushed forward all of a sudden, hugging him tightly. He dropped the cup out of shock, but slowly his hands wrapped back around her and his chin rested on her head. “Would you really wait forever for me?” She sniffled.
“I’d wait eons for you, Y/N Y/L/N.

Hockey Fights Cancer: Hughes Brothers Edition
From The Athletic
Tumblr media
L - R: Miguel Sandoval with baby Quinn Hughes, 1999, Miguel with Clementine Sandoval, Jack Hughes and Luke Hughes, 2005, Jack Hughes with his mother Ellen Weinberg-Hughes and Maeve Sandoval, 2019, Clementine, Quinn, Jack and Luke, 2020. All photos courtesy of Clementine Sandoval
*****
Family values have always been ingrained in the Hughes family.
With Quinn, Jack and Luke drafted in the top 10 during their respective draft years, they’ve always acknowledged that it takes a village to get where they are. Talent is the obvious driver, but it’s also about the support to elevate that talent.
But it hasn't necessarily always been family with the Hughes surname that has influenced them. According to Jack, there’s another surname that “should be added onto the back of my jersey.”
The Sandovals consist of Maeve Sandoval nee Brennan, Miguel Sandoval and Clementine Sandoval. Miguel died in 2015 from pancreatic cancer, and he is who all Hughes brothers are playing for as teams across the league celebrates Hockey Fights Cancer nights starting this week.
“Growing up three streets over from the Sandovals in Toronto was such a prominent childhood memory,” Quinn said. “Every memory I have from that time has them in it.”
Ellen Weinberg-Hughes, the Hughes brothers’ mother, and Maeve played collegiate soccer together at the University of New Hampshire. Maeve met Miguel at UNH, Ellen met Jim Hughes post-grad and the four of them became a unit.
“I still remember meeting Maeve when she was a junior and I was a freshman,” Ellen says. “So outgoing and so skilled. She may have been the first upperclassman to make me feel really welcome.”
Though both couples would have lives that took them to separate places — Ellen and Jim to Florida and New Hampshire and Maeve and Miguel to Massachusetts — they would eventually all meet back in Toronto.
Clementine was the first child born in 1997, followed by Quinn two years later, then Jack and then Luke. As the only girl in the mix, she naturally fell into the older sister role.
“I always forget that I don’t technically have any siblings,” Clementine said. “But these days, whenever people ask, I just say I have three younger brothers. Because it’s true.”
Clementine is currently a second-year resident at New York University Langone Health, focusing on a combined emergency room and pediatric residency. After spending her undergrad and medical school years in California, when she was notified of her placement in March 2023, Jack and Luke immediately asked her to move in with them in Hoboken.
“It was a no brainer,” Jack said. “After being in different states for so long, it felt like it was meant to be. Who gets the chance to live with one of their best friends?”
When Miguel was going through treatment, Clementine had just finished her junior year of high school. Quinn was 15, Jack was 13 and Luke was 11. He died days after Quinn verbally committed to the University of Michigan.
“I was young, but I still remember how positive Miguel was when he must’ve been in so much pain,” Luke said. “He always had a smile on his face and made it to every game of ours he could. I got a hattrick in the last game of mine he came to. I’ll never forget that.”
Miguel couldn’t skate for his life, according to Jim. But that didn’t matter. If he wasn’t at his daughter’s soccer games, he was going to the rink to watch the boys.
“Miguel was known to be vocal in the stands,” Jim said. “Any bad call and he was immediately on his feet. I know he’s upstairs watching every Canucks and Devils game as passionate as ever.”
Last season, Jack and Luke revealed to Amanda Smith, the New Jersey Devils Team Reporter the reason why they chose 43 and 86. April 3 was Miguel’s birthday, and Miguel always said that Jack’s “bright and bold” personality was as loud as both of his brothers combined.
“I often think about how [Miguel] never got to see us play in the NHL or for our country,” Quinn said. “Which is so unfair in so many ways, because he always believed in us and was such a loud cheerleader. There are days when I just get sad and I wish he was still here, but then I give Maeve or Clem a call and then it’s usually okay.”
Jack said that Clementine has always been the bright spot amongst the emptiness left by Miguel’s death.
“It puts things into perspective, the way Clee has lived her life beautifully and the way she thinks so positively,” Jack said. “I’ve always seen her as an older sister, but she’s also just one of the best people in the world. Miguel’s energy lives through her.”
“Having Clemmy in our life has been such a blessing,” Luke added. “She’s taught me so much and always looked out for me. I know the three of us try our best to look after her as well.”
Luke still remembers one specific moment during his draft — Clementine and Maeve made it to all three boys’ big days. The morning of, Clementine pulled him aside and gave him an envelope. Immediately, Luke knew what was inside. Quinn and Jack had gotten theirs during their drafts.
A letter addressed to Luke from Miguel. Written two months before he died.
“Dad gave those letters to me to give to them and was very specific about his instructions,” Clementine added. “‘Honey, pull them aside on their draft day, and just give it to them without any context. Only for their own eyes to read.’ I remember being like, how do you know they’re gonna get drafted? And he was like, ‘I just know.’”
All three of them still have their respective letters. Ellen and Jim have theirs as well — Maeve gave them theirs on Quinn’s draft day. Letters were a Miguel staple, according to Clementine. She herself got one when she graduated college and probably will get one when she gets married.
“I can’t imagine the amount of courage and strength that took him,” Quinn said. “Knowing that he wasn’t going to be there for such big moments and writing something anyways. I carry mine with me on every road trip.”
Next week, when the Devils host their Hockey Fights Cancer Night during their home game against the Canucks, the Hughes brothers will be playing for Miguel. Clementine, Ellen and Jim will be in the stands while Maeve — an elementary school teacher — will be watching from Boston.
“We’ll for sure be thinking of him that night, but whenever we step onto the ice, 43 or 86 on our back, we always think of him,” Jack said. “I hope we’re making him proud.”

Meeting your boyfriends sister | Hangman fanfic ✨
Tumblr media
Pairing: Jake ‘Hangman’ Seresin x Amber ‘Skysolo’ Kazansky
Timeline: Post-Top Gun Maverick
Tumblr media
Summary: She didn’t think she would ever be nervous about something like meeting the family. She has done it plenty of times before but what happens you boyfriend Hangman Seresin’s sister comes to town?
Charcters mentioned: Elena "Enigma" Seresin, Javy ‘Coyote’ Machado, Georgia “Peach” Wells and etc.
Top Gun Maverick AU
——
Amber Kazansky had been though a lot in her lifetime so far. From moving around as a child to different states to watching her aunt Carol die in her teens. Hell she has seen her father go through cancer and survive it.
She has seen friends break up, others get married and move on with their lives. So it was something she was fine with.
It was part of life, meeting people and trying to see if things worked. And if they did, you meet your lover’s friends. They get to meet your parents, seeing if they approve of your relationship.
But meeting her boyfriend’s sister? That was not one of them. So imagine her surprise when she founds out she’s in town for the weekend.
She. Was. Actually. Terrified!
Yeah she Amber has met a boyfriend or two’s brother and sister in the past. But a naval base boyfriend’s siblings? Never. Jake Seresin was her first boyfriend to be a pilot and a damn good one. Sadly he wasn’t good at breaking news like this.
Because he decided to break the news right before they went to sleep the night before. He said he had something to tell over dinner but forgot about it. But he remembered it right before he turned off the bathroom light and jumped into bed with her.
And he said it so casually too! Like it was the most normal thing in the world?! She knew he had siblings but she wasn’t expecting for her to come over to visit her in the next 24 hours.
Which lead her to find herself roughly tapping her French tips against her desk the next morning. Biting the tip of her nail on one hand as the other typed away furiously on her keyboard. She was filing in information for her father. His assistant, Mindy, sent a small stack of paperwork for her transfer over into spreadsheets within the next couple of days.
She was so focused on her laptop screen, having Rocket Man playing from her speakers, that she didn’t hear friend come in.
Tumblr media
Georgia smiled chatting with Bradley at the door as he gave one kiss goodbye before she walked in. She hung up her jacket and set her lunch down on table nearby, grabbing her laptop from the cart. She left it charging earlier beforehand.
“Hey Amber.” She said with a peachy grin on her face as she started rambling about her morning. It was the cutest thing. Her eyes fell onto the blonde who was only half playing attention to what happened, making the brunette pause in her tracks.
“Uhh, earth to Sky? Amber, honey? Hello?” Georgia asked, waving a hand in the air and sighed, “Kazansky!”
“Huh?! What? I’m here, sir!” She yelled snapping out of it, ripping her fingernails away from the tips of her teeths, “Oh, what’s up sweets?”
“I was talking to you and you weren’t listening. That’s what’s up! What’s going on? Your usually cracking a joke by now.”
“You know. I can be very busy, busy, busy bee!”
“Ha! No. That ain’t it. Your always on a semi-busy monthly schedule but this is different. What happened? Was it Rooster and Jen?”
“No..”
“Uhh, hmm. Did Coyote say something stupid again?”
“No he didn’t. Neil didn’t do anything either.”
“Ohh was it Cyclone’s girl Valkyrie?! She’s a tough cookie!”
“No it wasn’t. Nor was it anyone else like Frostbite.”
Georgia’s eyes widen and gasped, “You and Jake had a fight? What did his sorry southern ass to do you? I’ll talk to him. I’ll get Phoenix and Frost as my backup. No one hurts my girl and gets away with it!”
Amber couldn’t help but laugh as she leaned against her chair. Peach was such a doll sometimes. Always so sweet and charmingly spiritual with the way she carried herself. She tend to get nervous and annoyed sometimes but other than that she was well..a peach!
Honestly she needed that today. A laugh from a friend.
“That’s not exactly what Jake said…it wasn’t a fight! We didn’t fight each other for anything. Oh god, I’m sweating. I don’t like this.” Amber admitted with a soft chuckle.
“Oh god something is up if you’re sweating bullets out of nervous. Come on, spill it out!” Georgia encouraged with a certain look.
“I’m meeting my boyfriends older sister today!”
“OH MY GOD! That’s great. From what I received from past relationships, that’s a good thing. That means he likes you, a lot! I’m so happy for you!”
“Now is not the time to be supportive! I’m freaking out, what if she doesn’t like me? What if she hates me and tells Jake stop dating me?! Tell him to aim higher?! That I suck! Cause technically, it’s kinda my fault I put him on a death defining mission to come back to Top Gun. Oh god she’s gonna hate me!”
Georgia stood there with her jaw dropped onto the damn floor. This was one of the first time she ever seen Amber Nic Kazansky in such a frenzy. This woman was always cool, calm and collected from the moment she met her. Giving her advice, by saying if everything is okay and sending a message to everyone on deck she meant every word she ever said.
Yeah sure, she had her moments where she lost her cool like an X-Men during a fight with Wolverine or something. Living up to her callsigns. Like when Jake and Bradley were arguing in the classroom or when Cyclone refused to listen to her and Maverick during the missions they went on.
But this?!
Here she stood in her office freaking out over meeting the family. It was honestly kinda hilarious to her. If she wasn’t such a good friend she would’ve recorded this and sent this whole thing as a video to the group chat.
But honestly it was cute though. It reminded people like her that the Kazansky family was just as human as the rest of them.
It was Georgia turn to calm her down.
“Hey, Amber. Amber, honey look at me. Look at me. Good. Just relax you’re gonna be fine.” Georgia encouraged, holding her shoulders.
“Wh-how? Sorry. How did you react to meeting Jen? She’s practically like a sister to Rooster.” Amber replied, taking a breath.
“Yeah well, I was freaking out cause her dad is sorta a legit legend, but I found her that she’s a total goofball. So maybe eh-what’s her name?”
“Elena.”
“Right, pretty name. Maybe Elena is the same way, just some cool chick. So go on, your gonna be late.”
“But what if she doesn’t like me and Jake didn’t say anything about me? Oh god what if she hates blondes?”
“Ok, now your rambling. Relax, you just gotta prove why your the first Mrs. Hangman. That ring on your fingers means something, right?”
“Right. Right..i yeah, I got this.”
“You got this! Now go on, I have a meeting with Wraith now.”
“Okay but..”
She didn’t have a moment to say anything else because Georgia practically pushed her out the door. She could’ve sworn she’s rubbing off on the brunette with her actions. Amber relaxed her shoulders, she was right. Elena probably a cool girl, relaxed and lay back.
But she was also beauty.
She seen the picture of her last night before she went to sleep. She was stunning with beautiful long blonde hair, pretty eyes glowing like a goddess of the sun and a lovely smile that take someone’s breath away. From just her pictures she seemed like the best women in the world.
A ray of sunshine wrapped up in pretty dress.
Hell she wanted to date her!
The moment Amber entered the cafeteria, her heart stopped. She saw her.
Tumblr media
God she was even prettier in person. Laughing in mid conversation with Frostbite—Rachel, chatting about god knows what.
Elena was enjoying herself greatly. It made her smile.
Her outfit was so sweet, her smile was sung by as she laughed and her makeup made her shine.
Amber pushed her hair out of face walking over to the pair who sat at the table, chatting about they’re active services. Once she got closer she heard them a lot clearer.
“Oh stop it!” Elena said mid laugh waving her hand, “You’re the one who got her first air to air kill last week. You should be overjoyed! It’s amazing.”
“Ok it’s not as cool as you! Yeah sure, Jenny and Wraith encouraged me to do it but still.” Rachel added with a chuckle, “You have been to so many different places. That’s awesome.”
Both girls acknowledge her walking over to them.
Frost smiled sheepishly and chuckles, “Hey, have you met Elena? She’s new.”
“No, I haven’t.” Amber repiled with a soft smile turning to the blonde, “Hi.”
“Hey.” Elena said with a smile, “Nice dress.”
“T-thanks. So is yours, I love the pattern!”
“Thank you! I got it from H&M, big sale last month.”
Rachel got a phone call and realized it was one of their friends, excusing herself as she left with a small wave. That left both women to stand there awkwardly chuckling, before Elena realized what her was name again. She remembered her brother telling that her that his girlfriend worked here in the building.
She assumed this was her? But she could be wrong.
So she smiled pointing to the seat in front of her and said, “Sit. Please. Sorry I’m a little nervous, which is rare because I’m not like this.”
“It’s fine, I’m nervous too. Jake has told me about you.” Amber repiled with a smile, sitting down across from her.
“Ohhh! You’re his girlfriend? I’m sorry, he didn’t even show me a picture of you, just told me your name. He just told me that I’ll probably bump into you today.”
“Hahaha! He told me the same thing, he can silly sometimes.”
“No, he can be an idiot sometimes.”
Both girls chuckled breaking the ice a bit.
“He just said, ‘hey since your coming here for the weekend! Come meet my girlfriend.’ That’s all he said.” Elena explained with a chuckle, “I was supposed to be here last week but my boss decided to change my schedule.”
“No, it’s okay! Things happen, my schedule ain’t always the clearest either. Literally Jake just threw that information at me last night so casually. I was freaking out…I mean, you sound cool according him.” Amber repiled as she shyly smile.
Elena found it cute. How did her brother get a someone like her? She seemed so sweet and honestly pretty nice. She felt bad she didn’t get information from her baby brother beforehand, she was completely clueless about this girl.
But it a good thing in her opinion, a clean slate.
“Sounds like him, she tends to tell people stuff and never make himself clear. He’s like a bird strike, I guess.” Elena said with a smile, thinking about all the times her little brother messed up.
“Oh your correct. He knocks someone off course and brings you along for the right. But it’s a nice ride.” Amber added thinking about something and smile, “How about we start over?”
“How so?”
“It’s kinda been a long week for us and I think we should just relax..”
“I like that. Actually I love that! Good idea.”
Amber smiled holding out her hand for the blonde to shake and said, “Hi, I’m Amber Nic Kazansky. Very nice to meet you, Ms. Seresin.”
“Haha! Nice to meet you too, Ms. Kaz—” Elena replied, stopping herself realizing what she just heard and laughed, “Wait! Kazansky?! You’re the Admiral’s daughter?”
“Hahaha yes. Why? I’m sorry that last name kinda surprises people.”
“Surprises people?! How did-? No offense, but i thought the admiral’s kid would have guards nearby or something…sorry.”
It was Elena’s turn to become shocked and a bit nervous but excited all at the same time.
She didn’t know her baby brother was dating the admiral’s kid?! For how long, she didn’t know. He aimed high! Respectfully, she would date an admiral’s kid too if they let her. Even steal her brother’s girlfriend off his hands!
She was impressed. Very impressed.
Amber chuckled, “It’s okay. People like to make rumors around here.”
“Real question, how did my brother pull you? No offense, but he’s a little stupid.” Elena replied with a laugh.
“I guess I like ‘em a little dumb.”
“Oh I like you.”
“Hahaha, the Seresin siblings are one of a kind.”
“And clearly my brother has good taste in women. He got it from me! Where do you work?”
“I was gonna ask you the same thing!”
“You first.”
“Okay um. I’m a training officer for recruitment here. I overlook plenty of paperwork for research, send people on missions and organize them.”
“Lieutenant, huh? Respect. I’ll love to see your office some time.”
“What about you?”
“Oh! I work as a lead engineer at the aerospace engineering firm.”
“Wait! Really? That’s so damn so cool.”
“Thanks! I worked on designing cutting-edge aircraft with advanced maneuvering capabilities. All kind of planes.”
“How have we not met before?”
“I have no idea.”
“My uncle Mav, he was the one to worked with you guys for a project a while back. Uh, The Darkstar projects?”
“Yes! That was him?! Everyone was talking about it! He reached so high on the list that day and survived being ejected.”
Both girls laughed, kept chatting and smiling the whole time.
Amber decided to walk her around the building and probably head out to lunch later on. Elena smiled liking that idea very much, holding the door for her as they walked out of the room. Realizing they had nothing to worry about, it was all Jake’s fault that they were so nervous in the first place.
Little did they know Jake Seresin was sitting across the room with Rachel, Javy and Neil watching the whole thing, with his jaw on the floor. He glad they didn’t hate each other or anything but he wasn’t expecting for it to go so well.
Neil was laughing at his reaction and muttering, “Your screwed now.”
“W-what just happened?” Jake asked, sipping his glasses of a water.
Rachel snorted, “I think your sister just stole your girl. Honestly i don’t blame Amber, she’s cool. I’ll date her.”
That was when Jenny walked in with a smirk hearing her and asked, “Who would you date, Frosty?”
“Uh huh? What? Shut up, I’mma shut up now.” Rachel said, rested her head on her shoulder.
“Weirdo.” Jenny repiled with a scoff, grins at Javy and asks, “What we talking about?”
Javy grinning back and chuckles, “The Seresin siblings.”
“I made a huge mistake letting my sister and girlfriend meet, didn’t I?” Jake added downing his drink with a sigh.
His friends just laughed.
Thanks for reading this one! Tell me what did you think about it?

Supernatural (Dean Winchester x Female!Reader)
Tumblr media
The Woman in White
(A/N: I am only gonna do the first 5 seasons of this show. I think I'd go insane if I did all 15 seasons lol. But, I do hope you guys enjoy my new fan fiction series.)
Masterlist of all of my stories / Next Chapter
"Dad, please!"
"I'm sorry, sweetie. But unfortunately, cancer is a monster you can't beat."
"C'mon, there's gotta be something!"
"You heard the Doctor..."
"The hell with what the Doctor said! I-I-I...I just...I can't do this on my own!"
"(y/n), honey, you are more than capable of doing the hunting buisness on your own than anyone I've ever known. And you know our contacts if you need any help."
"D-Dad..."
"It's okay, honey. I believe in you. I love you, sweetie, and don't you forget it."
"I love you too, Daddy. And I'll do my best. Say hi to mom for me."
"I will..."
I sit up in my hotel bed then placed my hands over my face. I take a few deep breathes as I try to fight back the tears. That memory keeps coming back into my dreams. My dad's last day on this Earth, which happened just last year.
I let out a long sigh then brought my arms down and placed them on my knees, which was pulled up to me. I run my hand through my hair as I replay the memories of my father over and over in my head. I don't really have many memories of my mother as she died when I was very young. Dad told me that a demon had killed my mother.
That's right, a demon.
I found out at a young age that demons, ghosts, monsters, they all exist!
Dad told me that these groups of people called the hunters are the ones that take care of those monsters. He also told me that he was one of them and he was one of the best. But the moment he met my mother, he decided to retire and settle down and then they had me.
But the peace didn't last long as a demon killed my mom by pinning her up to the ceiling and setting her on fire. My dad tried to save her as quickly as he could but the demon left. So then on, he decided to get out of retirement then started to train me once I was old enough.
I sighed once again when I heard something shift next to me, I look over and see a naked man sleeping next to me. I stare at him for a moment, kinda confused, but then I remembered that I went to a bar and started drinking, celebrating a successful hunt.
Then this guy started chatting me up and we talked and drank until I took him back to this hotel and we ended up sleeping together. From what I can remember, he wasn't bad but...I've had better to be honest.
He stirred a bit in bed but doesn't wake up. I smirk a bit before I get out of bed and pick up my discarded clothes on the floor next to the bed.
After getting dressed, I grab my clothes bag and head out of the hotel room. I walk towards my dad's motorcycle, climb on it then turn it on and drive off.
*****
I, eventually, stopped at a diner and began to eat breakfast while also looking through the internet on my laptop. I skimmed through some articles when one catches my eye, it was an article about a missing person in Jericho, California. This young boy, Troy, disappeared on a bridge the night before and, as I continue my research, it turns out there's been other missing men that disappear around that bridge in the span of twenty years.
"Hmmm, interesting." I muttered as I sip my drink. I shut my laptop then finish my breakfast. I go and pay for it then get on my bike and head for Jericho.
Once I arrived, I get off of the bike and look down at my outfit, which was a white button up shirt, black pants and a black blazer. When you impersonate a person of the law, you've got to look the part. I grab the badge and put it in my pocket as I make my way to the bridge while I see some officers looking around the bridge.
"You guys find anything?" An officer shouts as he leans over the railings, looking down. "No! Nothing!" A voice shouts back at him as I walk up to the officer. "Hello Deputy." I greet as I walk up to him. "Hello, Miss...?" He started to ask as we go and shake hands. "Cooper. Agent Cooper." I said as I show him my badge.
"Deputy Jaffe. You look a bit young to be a marshal." He said and I chuckled. "Yeah, I hear that alot." I said and he nods at me. "Well, Agent Cooper, I appreciate you coming but...I think we've got this..." Jaffe started to say as he turns to the car in the middle of the bridge.
"Well, it's just I've done a little research and noticed that you had similar cases like this in the past twenty years. My boss found this very interesting and sent me here." I said and the deputy looks at me as another officer was looking through the car. "Yeah, we..." Jaffe started to say when the other officer comes up to him.
"No sign of struggle, no footprints, no fingerprints. Spotless. It's almost too clean." The second officer said when we heard someone arguing. "No citizens beyond this point." An officer said and I look over to see an officer arguing with two young men, one was really tall man with a little bit longer hair than the shorter man.
I smiled as I recognized the two men as they argue with the officer. "Don't worry, sir. We're here for buisness." The shorter man said as he holds up his badge. "We've already got one of you here." The officer said and the men look a bit confused.
"They're with me!" I said as I walk up to them. The two young men look over at me and I could see a flash of recognition on their faces. "Bout time you two." I said to them. "Well...you know, traffic..." the shorter man said, smirking, and I shake my head but chuckle.
"They're federal marshals?" Jaffe asked me, shocked and confused. "Yes, they're rookies. I'm training them." I replied and he nods then he let's the boys through as the two of them look over at me, I smile and nod at them.
These two men were the Winchester brothers, Sam and Dean. I've known these two since I was a kid, their dad, John Winchester, and my dad were good friends and they took on some hunting jobs together. Before I was trained to be hunter, my dad would leave me with Sam and Dean while he and John went out to do some jobs.
Sam and I had similar interest in stuff and we got along pretty well. Dean, Sam's older brother, would always tease us and say we would end up together but Sam and I already had that discussion and both of us agreed that our feelings were just of that as a friend. Heck, Sam used to tell me that I was like a sister to him and I told him he was like a brother to me.
No, Sam wasn't the one I liked, in that way...it was actually Dean who I really liked. And, honestly, I still do like him. It didn't help that Dean was very good-looking but he had this persona of a bad boy. You know the ones, the ones you couldn't bring home to your parents. He also flirted with every girl he'd meet. I swear when our dads would go off on jobs and we had to go to a school together, Sam and I would take bets on which girl Dean would pick and how long it would take him to get with her.
The loser usually bought the winner either a soda or an ice cream with the little money we had.
And if you're wondering who won the most, it was Sam.
"I know my brother." is what Sam told me once when I asked how he was almost always winning our bets.
But, yeah, Dean had all the girls fawning for him and I happened to be one of them. I was a bit shy and nervous when I first met him and he would kinda tease me. But then as I got older and more confident, I was able to tease him back which took him by surprise.
And no, I never kissed or slept with Dean. I'm probably one of, if not the only, girl that has been a part of his life that hasn't slept with him. Shocking, I know but the moment just never came up. Sure, we flirted back and forth as we got older but I guess I wanted to play hard to get with him, just to make him go crazy and see if he was really into me.
But it's been a few years since I've seen them and the last I heard, Sam left the hunting buisness and went to college. I remember dad telling me that after he got a phone call from John. But I guess something must've happened for Sam to come back to the hunting buisness.
"You did have another one just like this, correct?" Dean asked Jaffe as we go back to the middle of the bridge, pulling me out of my memories. "Yeah, that's right. About a mile up the road. There've been others before that." Jaffe replied.
"So, this victim, you knew him?" Sam asked him and the officer nods. "Town like this, everybody knows everybody." Jaffe said while Dean circles the car, looking around.
"Any connection between the victims, besides that they're all men?" I asked Jaffe. "No. Not so far as we can tell." Jaffe replied.
"So what's the theory?" Sam asked after he looks at me and I give a slight nod to him.
"Honestly, we don't know. Serial murder? Kidnapping ring?" Jaffe said, shrugging, as Sam goes over to Dean.
"Well, that is exactly the kind of crack police work I'd expect out of you guys." Dean said. I whipped my head towards him and glared while Sam stomps on Dean's foot.
Dean holds in his scream of pain while I turn to Jaffe. "Thank you for your time." I said and I turn to the boys and jerk my heard towards our vehicles. They began to follow me. "Gentlemen." Sam said to the officers and we walked away.
As we put some distance between us and the officers, I turned to the boys. "Well, well, well, Sam and Dean Winchester. What are you boys doing here?" I asked them. Sam was about to answer when Dean goes and smacks him on the back of the head.
"Ow! What was that for?" Sam asked Dean. "Why'd you have to step on my foot?" Dean asked him, angrily. "Why do you have to talk to the police like that?" Sam asked Dean, just as angry, and I shake my head.
"Come on. They don't really know what's going on." Dean said as I scoff.
"Oh, how I missed you boys." I said as I look at them.
"Anyway, it's good to see you, (y/n)." Sam said. "Good to see you, Sam." I said as I give him a quick hug then I look over at Dean, who had a small smile on his lips. "It's nice to see you too, Dean." I said as I pull away from the hug. "It's been awhile." He said and I smirk. "Yes, it has." I said then I look between them.
"So...what are you guys doing here? Last I heard, you went to college, Sam." I said. "We'll explain later but thanks for covering for us back there." Sam said. "No problem, we've got to have each others back." I said then I see a couple of FBI agents coming up to us.
"Can I help you three?" One of the agents asked as Dean turns to them. "No, sir, we were just leaving." Dean said. As the agents walk past us, Dean nods at each of them. "Agent Mulder. Agent Scully." He said and we walk past them and head off.
"Still driving around in that Impala, I see." I said as we walk up to their beautiful black Impala. "Yep. You still driving that Harley Davidson?" Dean asked me and I smiled. "Of course, it is Dad's last gift to me." I said as I stand in front of Dean.
"It's a helluva bike." He said and I smirked.
"Yeah, it is. Just like your car." I said as I pat the hood of the Impala.
"So, you wanna follow us?" Dean asked me. I nodded and Dean gives me a smile. "I'll see you guys in a few." I said as I walk away and head to my bike. Once I get on and get my keys out, the boys' car comes up next to me. I start my bike then Dean drives ahead and I began to follow them.
*****
Dean...something big is starting to happen...I need to try and figure out what's going on. It may... Be very careful, Dean. We're all in danger.
I can never go home...
I furrow my brow at this once Dean stops the recording of John's last voicemail to him after we parked our vehicles in a parking lot in the city. But that EVP of this female voice was very creepy and weird. "Never go home." I muttered, confused.
Apparently, John was out on a hunt, following this story of these men disappearing on this bridge, and has been missing for a few weeks so Dean came to Sam for help.
"Yeah, that's what we're trying to figure out." Sam said. "And you guys think this...ghost...woman... is involved with your dad's disappearance and these other disappearances?" I asked and the boys nod then I let out a sigh. "All right, so...what's next boys?" I asked them and they look at me like I'm crazy.
"What?" I said, confused. "You want to help us?" Dean asked me and I smirked. "Well, yeah. I was about to investigate this case on my own but...the more the merrier. That is...if you guys want me to help." I said.
"No, no, no, that's fine! Like you said, the more the merrier." Sam said as Dean shrugs but smirks.
"Okay then...so where should we start?" I asked.
*****
"I'll bet you that's her." Dean said as we see a young woman putting up missing posters on the wall. "Yeah." Sam and I said as we walk up to the girl. "You must be Amy." I said and she looks up at us.
"Yeah." She said, hesitantly, as she looks us over. "Yeah, Troy told us about you. We're his uncles and aunt. I'm Dean, this is Sammy and this is (y/n)." Dean introduced.
"He never mentioned you to me." Amy said and she begins to walk away but we walk with her. "Well, that's Troy, I guess. We're not around much, we're up in Modesto." I, quickly, explained.
"So, we're looking for him too, and we're kinda asking around." Sam said to her as another woman comes up to Amy and puts a hand on Amy's arm.
"Hey, are you okay?" She asked Amy.
"Yeah." Amy said to her.
"You mind if we ask you a couple questions?" I asked them and they look between us.
Later, the five of us were sitting in a booth of a diner, Dean, Sam and I sit opposite of Amy and her friend, Rachel. "I was on the phone with Troy. He was driving home. He said he would call me right back, and...he never did." Amy replied. "He didn't say anything strange, or out of the ordinary?" Sam asked her and she shakes her head. "No. Nothing I can remember." She replied.
Then I noticed Amy's necklace, which was a pentagram inside of a circle. "I like your necklace." I said as I point at it. She looks down then holds the pendant and smiles. "Troy gave it to me. Mostly to scare my parents with all that devil stuff." She laughs. I chuckle a bit and I could feel the boys staring at me.
"Actually, it means just the opposite. A pentagram is protection against evil. Really powerful. I mean, if you believe in that kind of thing." I informed. "Thank you, Unsolved Mysteries." Dean remarks and I rolled my eyes at him as he takes his arm off the back of my seat and leans forward.
"Here's the deal, ladies. The way Troy disappeared, something's not right. So if you've heard anything..." Dean said then the girls look at each other, an uneasy look washed over their faces.
"What is it?" Dean asked them.
"Well, it's just..." Rachel stammers as she looks back at us. "I mean, with all these guys going missing, people talk." She said.
"What do they talk about?" Dean, Sam and I asked in unison, then the three of us look at each other before looking back to the girls. "It's kind of this local legend. This one girl? She got murdered out on Centennial, like decades ago." Rachel said as we watch her, attentively.
"Well, supposedly she's still out there. She hitchhikes, and whoever picks her up? Well, they disappear forever." Rachel said and the boys and I look at each other.
Later, we were in the library and Sam and I sit on either side of Dean as he opens up a web browser on the computer. He types Female Murder Hitchhiking into the search box then clicks go. The screen tells him there are (0) Result. Dean replaces Hitchhiking with Centennial Highway with the same response.
"Let me try." Sam said as he reaches over to the computer but Dean smacks his hand. "I got it." Dean said to him but then Sam shoves Dean's chair out of the way and takes over. "Dude!" Dean exclaims as he hits Sam in the shoulder.
"Okay, children! That's enough." I said as Sam gets ready to type while Dean glares at his brother. "You're such a control freak." Dean grumbles at his brother.
"So angry spirits are born out of violent death, right?" Sam asked us. "Yeah." Dean and I said. "Well, maybe it's not murder." Sam said and he replaces Murder with Suicide and finds an article entitled Suicide on Centennial.
"Good job, Sam." I praised and patted his shoulder. Meanwhile, Dean glances at Sam as he opens the article, dated April 25, 1981.
"This was 1981. Constance Welch, twenty-four years old, jumps off Sylvania Bridge, drowns in the river." Sam said as he points at the screen where the picture of Constance is displayed.
"Does it say why she did it?" I asked.
"Yeah." Sam replied.
"What?" Dean and I asked as Sam continues.
"An hour before they found her, she calls 911. Apparently her two little kids are in the bathtub. She leaves them alone for a minute, and when she comes back, they aren't breathing. Both die." He said and my jaw drops a bit while Dean raises his eyebrows.
"Our babies were gone, and Constance just couldn't bear it,' said husband Joseph Welch." Sam reads as he scrolls down then a picture of the bridge appears.
"The bridge look familiar to you guys?" Dean asked and Sam and I nodded.
****
That night, we walk along the bridge, then stop to lean on the railing and look down at the river. "So this is where Constance took the swan dive." Dean said as we look down. "That's a nice way of putting it." I said to him.
"So you think Dad would have been here?" Sam asked Dean.
"Well, he's chasing the same story and we're chasing him." Dean said as I walk along the bridge and try to concentrate on the job as they argue with each other.
I just half listen to what they say as I feel like it's not my place being a part of this.
"Dean, I told you, I've gotta get back by Monday—" Sam said, slightly, annoyed as I pull out my flashlight and skim it across the lake below. "Monday. Right. The interview." Dean said.
"Yeah." Sam said and I look over at them.
"For college?" I asked Sam and he nods. "Congratulations, Sam!" I said. "Thanks, (y/n). At least someone appreciates my decision to go to college." Sam said as he glares at Dean
"You're really serious about this, aren't you? You think you're just going to become some lawyer? Marry your girl?" Dean asked him. "Maybe. Why not?" Sam said.
"Does Jessica know the truth about you? I mean, does she know about the things you've done?" Dean asked him as Sam steps closer.
"No, and she's not ever going to know." Sam said. "Well, that's healthy." Dean grumbles and Sam clenches his jaw.
"You can pretend all you want, Sammy. But sooner or later you're going to have to face up to who you really are." Dean said as he turns around and keeps walking, Sam and I follow him.
"And who's that?" Sam asked as I was on Dean's right side and Sam was on his left. "You're one of us." Dean said as he gestures between me and him and Sam hurries in front of us.
"No. I'm not like you guys. This is not going to be my life." Sam said then he turns to me. "No offense, (y/n)." He said and I shrug. "None taken. I don't blame you, Sam." I said and Dean looks over at me.
"Are you kidding me? You're on his side?" He asked me, clearly annoyed and angry. "I'm saying it's his life, Dean! He doesn't have to follow this if he doesn't want to." I said, exasperated. "Honestly, if I could, I would go to school as well..." I said and Dean rolls his eyes.
"Oh, you gotta be freakin' kidding me." He grumbles as he turns away. "But unfortunately I'm way in too deep with this job and this life. There's still time for Sam..." I said until Dean turns to me. "He has a responsibility to—" He started to say but Sam talks over to him.
"To Dad? And his crusade? If it weren't for pictures I wouldn't even know what Mom looks like." Sam shouts and we look over at him.
I frown at this as Sam continues, mainly cause I know how that feels. I don't remember what my mom looks like, but dad did have a picture of the three of us when I was a baby. "And what difference would it make? Even if we do find the thing that killed her, Mom's gone. And she isn't coming back."
Dean grabs Sam by the collar and shoves him up against the railing of the bridge, which made me jump. "Dean!" I said, fearfully, as I walk up next to them while Dean glares at his younger brother.
"Don't talk about her like that." Dean threatened then he releases Sam and walks away. "You okay?" I asked Sam. "Yeah, I'm fine." Sam said when Dean calls out to us.
"Sam. (Y/n)."
We come to stand next to Dean and see Constance standing on the edge of the bridge. She looks over at us, then steps forward off the edge. We run to the railing and look over to see she had disappeared. "Where'd she go?" I asked. "I don't know." Sam said as Dean shrugs and shakes his head.
Behind us, the Impala's engine starts and its headlights come on. The three of us turn to look. "What the—" Dean said, shocked and angry. "Who's driving your car?" I asked him. Dean pulls the keys out of his pocket and jingles them. My eyes widen as the car jerks into motion, heading straight for us. We turn and run. "Go! Go!" Sam yells at us.
The car begins moving faster than we were; when it gets too close, we dive over the railing. Unfortunately, I didn't grab onto the edge quick enough and fell into the water below. Once I fell into the water, I blacked out for a moment as the water felt like it was replace with concrete.
As I started to come back to reality, I felt a pair of strong hands grab me then I felt my head hit the surface of the water.
I cough then look next to me and see that Dean was the one that grabbed me and helped me out. "Thanks." I said, before I started to cough. "Don't mention it." He said.
"Dean? (Y/n)? Guys!" Sam's voice calls out and I look up and see that he had grabbed onto the ledge of the bridge and was looking down at us.
"What?" We shouted at him.
"Hey! Are you guys all right?" Sam asked us. Dean holds up one hand in an A-OK sign while I nodded and gave the thumbs up sign, which made me realize that my arm was covered in mud. Grrreeeaaattt...I thought, annoyed.
"I'm super." Dean calls out to him. "Just fantastic!" I said as Sam laughs, relieved, and scoots away from the edge.
****
After getting back on the bridge and looking over the Impala, Dean shuts the hood of his car and leans on it. "Your car all right?" Sam asked him. "Yeah, whatever she did to it, seems all right now. That Constance chick, what a bitch!" Dean exclaims and I chuckled as I stand next to him and lean against the spot next to him.
"Well, she doesn't want us digging around, that's for sure." I said and Dean gives a curt nod.
"So where's the job go from here, genius?" Sam asked Dean as he settles on the hood on Dean's other side.
Dean throws up his arms in frustration, then flicks mud off his hands while I shake my head and try to get it out of my hair.
Sam sniffs, then looks at us. "You guys smell like a toilet." He remarks as Dean and I look down at ourselves. I sighed, annoyed, then the boys head into their car while I go over to my bike and we take off.

Helo could do part two of Surprised, Tony Stark x little sister reader wherein the reader couldn't take anymore pain and the cancer is strong it means the reader is dying to make her is being comfortable. She has wishes and tony and Avengers were determined to make it true. Also the reader seems dead by the end. Of it and make the avengers and tony sad and devastated especially tony who practically raise her
Nice surprise (part two)
a/n: This is part two for however wanted it! you can find part one right here
Everything seemed to be going great a few months after the avengers came to visit you, or that's what Tony thought at least. He had decided to visit you today just because you were his only little sister and he thought you might wanna see someone, Tony couldn’t bear the thought of you just sitting in that bed all alone and rotting in that damn hospital with no company, but even though he was sure you were used to it, since you’ve been sick for your pretty much your whole life.
As Tony walked through the hospital doors and did the routine check in and signed the visitor sheet, then proceeded to walk to your known hospital room, he opened the door to stick his head in expecting to see you, but you were nowhere to be found. While Tony stood in front of the door pondering where you may have gone, he only seemed to be thinking the worst, one thing Tony did know is that you didn’t deserve this. You were the sweetest living soul and you just happened to get the worst of it.
Tony's worries seemed to be interrupted when he heard a deep voice behind him speaking
“Mr. Stark, may I have a word with you in private..it’s about your sister”, Tony looked at him with confusion then that feeling quickly turned to fear but he didn’t want to believe what he was thinking.
“Is something wrong? I thought you said she was okay.”, Tony stated with an exasperated tremble in his voice.
The doctor looked at him with a sympathetic frown, “Mr. Stark..I’m afraid she won’t make it much longer, she is in a great deal of pain and unfortunately it is just too late to go forward with any other treatments.”
Tony looked down at his feet and clenched his eyes shut, he could feel his heart drop to his stomach and tears began to swell in his eyes, “I..can I atleast see her”, Tony responded with a noticeable tremble in his voice, the doctor frowned at him and nodded his head, “Yes, follow me this way, Mr. Stark”.
As soon as Tony stood in front of your room, he quickly went inside and placed himself right next to your bed, where he peered down at you and saw how tired you were from fighting. Tired of being in pain. At this point the doctor made himself out of the designated room to give you both some alone time.
There seemed to be a pregnant pause in the air as Tony took both of your hands in his own and cried, Tony couldn’t hold down any of the emotions that he attempted to keep down. He wanted to be strong for you, but the thought of losing you just put him in a harrowing state of mind. You looked at him with tears in your eyes as you managed to croak out, “I don’t wanna die Tony..please help me, it hurts so much..I..I just want you to help me”.
Tony shook his head “I’m sorry..I..I’m sorry I couldn’t do more for you, I love you and I want you to know that more than anything in the world.”
“I’m going to die aren’t I? And I’ll never get to see the things I wanted to see..because I’ll be gone, and nobody will remember me..I’ll just be gone” you cried out
As Tony lifted your hand off the bed and shook his head in denial, “No, don’t talk that way, everyone will remember you..a..and I’ll make sure of it okay? Hang in there okay, please don’t leave me yet..please don’t” Tony’s voice trembled as he stroked your head, attempting to calm you down.
“Can I ask for a favor Tony?..please”
Tony nodded his head quickly “Y-yes, anything”.
“I wanna go outside and see the world..just one last time before I leave, please”
“Yes, absolutely..I’ll make sure that happens today, if it’s the last thing I ever do”
You gave a half hearted smile and closed your eyes, tears silently running down your cheeks. You never told Tony how you were feeling or how you were actually doing, in your mind your brother was a busy man, and you were sure he didn’t need anymore stress on his plate then he probably already had, so you kept your mouth shut for the greater good.
After Tony spent a few more hours with you, he jogged out to the hall and quickly made his way outside through the automatic sliding doors. He felt like if he didn’t get the team to help him with your last wish, the world might come spiraling in on him. As quick as he got into his black BMW the quicker he got to the compound to make an emergency meeting.
As soon as everybody made themselves into the conference room, Tony quickly started to speak, too fast. Natasha hesitantly interrupts Tony in the middle of his tirade, “Hey hey, slow down, what's wrong? We're here to help you” the rest of the team silently agrees and looks at Tony as he takes a deep breath and rubs his temples.
“I..I’m sorry, it’s just my little sister doesn’t have much time left, and I want her last wishes to be perfect..while she’s still here, and I really need your guys help. It would mean the world to me.”
Everyone looked at Tony sympathetically, while Bruce got up to try and hug him, which quickly led to Tony pushing him away with a “Don’t touch me” Bruce silently nodded and awkwardly put his hands in his pockets, everyone let out a laugh at Bruce's embarrassment until Steve smiled “of course we’ll help you Tony, what kind of friends would we if we didn’t”, Tony smiled at them thankfully and gave a quick thank you.
When the team and Tony of course finally got you out of the hospital for the day, after piles of paperwork. The first destination that you wanted to go to was the ice cream parlor, then go eat at the park. Which of course Tony happily obliged with your request. You happily got your mint chocolate chip ice cream and made your way to the park, with Bucky pushing your wheelchair by the bench. You thought it was a wonderful day outside, sunny warmth radiating off your skin and the sight of children playing on the playground, which made you a little sad since you couldn’t do that, you never could since you were always sick. Tony sensed your discomfort and quickly moved you under some shade.
“So what would you like to do next? Remember that today is about you.” Tony sternly but softly spoke as you got the last phrase.
You pondered and quickly spoke “Hmmm..Oh! How about we go to the zoo!”
Tony chuckled and patted your back lovingly “like I said, Anything you want”.
After you made it back to the bland hospital, that you were disappointed to return to. But you had one more request, “Tony?” he looked at you inquisitively then responded “yes?”
“can you stay with me tonight? Just for tonight..I-I promise”
“Of course, let me check in first, alright?”
You smiled at him brightly then nodded happily. Waiting patiently for Tony to come back, you felt a throbbing pain in your chest, and you knew that wasn’t good. Tony came back starting a sentence but stopping when he saw you clenching your chest and your face twisting in agonizing pain. He ran out your room and grabbed the nearest doctor by the shoulder and attempted to drag them to your room. If one word could describe how he felt right now it would be panic, just panic.
The doctor led Tony out of your room and into the lobby where he was made to sit, with anxiety pouring down on him.
As hours and hours went by, Tony’s worries were yet to cease, until a doctor came into the lobby and called his name. He popped up out of his seat, following the doctor into the mostly vacant hallway.
The man began to speak “Mr. Stark..I am so sorry to inform you that your sister is deceased, we tried everything but..there was nothing we could do to help her, it is very unfortunate you had to find out like this Mr. Stark..but you may go see her for the last time”
At that moment in time, Tony’s world came crashing down on him. And that was only because you were his world. The reason he still had that glimmer of hope, that maybe the world wasn’t all that bad, but apparently it was. He was wrong, but more importantly you were gone and there was nothing in the world he could do about it.

Do you think Meg’s divorce narrative opportunity has slipped away? It seems like she is now really stuck in this relationship.
No, I don't think so, but it depends. I see it more as a wavelength, or pendulum, rather than a bell curve, so the opportunity is always there. It's just a matter of striking while the stakes are in your favor.
Here's a really simplified diagram to explain what I mean.
Tumblr media
Meghan is only going to file for divorce when she's confident she'll win in the court of public opinion. So she needs the pendulum or the wave cresting in her favor. Some opportunities where she could have won divorce:
When Harry admitted that he was too embarrassed to ask for help with Meghan's mental health crisis (which happened in February 2019, and to which he admitted to in the Oprah interview).
When she miscarried because of media-induced stress.
When Harry published Spare and admitted to having significant anger issues, being a security risk because of his military work, substance abuse, and showed a predisposition towards airing private business. Meghan could have easily claimed she was scared for her and the children's safety (from Harry's anger, his security risk, and his drug use) and privacy (from Harry's big mouth).
But on the flip side of Meghan's pendulum is Harry's pendulum; all the times that it is swinging in his favor, in which Meghan would lose the divorce in the court of public opinion:
When she Megxited because of press/media harassment. Harry quit his job, left his family and friends, and moved out of his country for her. If she left him after that...
When Prince Philip and The Queen were dying.
When Charles announced his cancer diagnosis and Harry was playing dutiful son rushing to his bedside.
When I said yesterday that Harry and Meghan are on a fragile narrow ledge on their way to rock bottom, this is what I mean. We're at a moment where there's equal opportunity to be rescued (eg, a successful ARO product launch, half in/half out, fulltime royal privileges restored, a William and Kate reconciliation, etc.) or for the ledge to collapse (eg a failed ARO product launch, Charles dying, George and Charlotte being launched, the P.Diddy lawsuit/more revelations, the truth about the children's legitimacy, Invictus collapsing or firing Harry, etc.).
And while we don't know what's going to happen - i.e., to whom's side the pendulum is now swinging - we can assume fhat if the pendulum swings to Meghan's favor (like ARO has a successful product launch or the P.Diddy evidence against Harry becomes incriminating or Harry gets caught cheating) she gets a new divorce narrative and we could very well see her try; however, if the pendulum is going into Harry's favor (like they're getting royal privileges back or reconciliation with the Waleses), she's not leaving him.
But there was an anon - I don't remember where I saw the comment - that speculated Meghan is going to hang in there until they've been married 10 years because of the joint property/asset laws that kick in at the 10th anniversary. That sounds pretty plausible to me, but with two major caveats:
If Charles is still here. As long as Charles is King, there's a chance (however slight) that they could still go back to the royal family but that chance is gone in the single heartbeat that makes King William. And Meghan knows that. She knows that to squeeze every cent from Harry, she needs Charles alive because William isn't giving anything for her and Harry to fight over in the divorce.
The seven-year-itch is here, and the seven-year-itch is a very real thing. 2023 marked 7 years since they met and began dating. 2024 marks 7 years since they began living together. 2025 marks 7 years of marriage. They have to get through the seven-year-itch and if they make it to 2026, Meghan's going to hang on with every last fingernail to make it to June 2029.

The worst mass shooting of the year, and it’s barely a blip in the national news coverage. Americans have become so desensitized to this kind of tragedy that the loss of 18 lives - 13 more injured, 8 still fighting for their lives in intensive care - doesn’t even make national noise anymore. This man is still out there - considered armed and dangerous, going on day 3 of this manhunt - and still, just another Friday in America to most people. There are people who aren’t even aware this happened!
This is my community. We are grieving. This has affected us across the state - cities and towns in lockdown, schools are closed, businesses are closed. It’s a beautiful warm fall day, the weekend before Halloween, and my state is a ghost town. Other than tourists, everyone is home. All events, sports and celebrations and parties, have been cancelled.
Maine has never faced a tragedy like this before. And because of that, I think we feel this hurt so much deeper and personally than the rest of the nation. You may have seen Maine described as “a small big state” and it’s so true. We’re spread out geographically but the sense of community and loyalty we have for our neighbors - 3 mins, 30 mins, 3 hours away - is unmatched. This is hitting our community so hard because we haven’t been desensitized to this sort of violence here.
I don’t want the victims to be just another number lost in the conversation. These were my neighbors, people in my direct social circles - friends and family of the people in my life. Right now, we only know a few of the names. But these people deserve to be remembered, their loss is being felt across the state.
Joey Walker was the manager of the bar that was hit. He grabbed a butchers knife to try to stop the shooter. He died trying to save lives. On Wednesday night, his father, city councilor Leroy Walker, told the local news he knew in his heart his son had been murdered that night. He asks that people keep sharing Joey’s story, “to keep him alive”.
Bob Violette led a youth bowling league at Just-in-Time. He died protecting the children he taught, standing between them and the shooter.
Payton Brewer-Roses loved Superman; he had an extensive Man of Steel tattoo. We would’ve been friends. He was a father to a beautiful two-year-old, who now has to grow up without her loving, funny, caring father.
Trisha Asselin loved bowling and golf and worked at both Just-In-Time and the local golf course. She raised thousands for breast cancer research in her lifetime. She died trying to call 911.
Joshua Seal was a comforting face to so many during the worst of the pandemic. He worked as a sign language interpreter, and made it his life’s mission to end the solitude and isolation of many in the Deaf community. He was there for a Deaf cornhole league - where know at least one other Deaf victim, Bryan MacFarlane, was also attending. Reports say they didn’t know what was happening because they couldn’t hear the shoots.
Aaron and Bill Young, a high school freshman and his father. Aaron loved bowling, had recently received recognition in the youth league.
These aren’t even half of the victims who were murdered on Wednesday night. Over and over again, you hear stories of how the victims put themselves in harms way to save others, because that’s the kind of community we have in Maine. We look out for each other, even if we don’t know you.
They should be alive right now.
Please don’t let them get lost in the news cycle. We can’t pretend this is normal or acceptable. Enough is enough. If the FBI can call Maine “the safest state in America” on Monday, and two days later the worst mass shooting of the year happens, it’s not a matter of IF it will happen to you and your loved ones, but WHEN.
We cannot continue to live like this.
Eighteen lives lost, and countless lives shattered by this night.
If you can, please donate to the GoFundMe for the victims and their families in Lewiston.

Inbox Summary 9/29/2023
Hi peeps, so I'm going to try something new. For some of your Asks in my Inbox, instead of answering them individually, I'm going to do a combined summary post of all of them.
I'm doing this because a lot of the questions are about past stuff I've already answered. I don't have time to keep answering the same questions (Search is your friend, my friends), I don't want to take up space on my blog to answer stuff that has already been answered, and the main thing is, I'm TIRED.
I'm in one of my fandom "meh" moods. I get into fandom funks every once in a while, where I'm over it, and don't feel like posting. BUT, I love you guys, and I know the next big scoop is just around the corner. Every time, I say to myself, I'm just going to fandom retire, Cait gets engaged, Sam is seen with a new woman, Cait gets married, Sam is seen with a new woman, I get the scoop AHEAD of time that Cait is pregnant (remember when I posted MONTHS before that someone from Outlander was pregnant? and 'lo and behold, that August, Cait announced she'd had her son), Sam is seen with a new woman, Cait has her baby, etc, etc. So, I don't give up...because I know there's more stuff coming, and also, like I said, I really enjoy my Team here.
So, what I'm going to do is either on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays, depending on how busy I am, I'm going to do a weekly summary of answers to some of my Inbox questions. They will be short answers. And for further details, you guys can just Search my blog or Search Google.
I'll still answer some questions individually, but it will depend on the subject, and how busy I am in RL. Please keep sending me questions and DM's. I'll answer them. Some won't be answered as in depth as others, that's all.
So, here we go for this week's round up...in no particular order:
Susie Evans is in Austin with friends.
_
Sam is still in the UK. Cait is in Paris.
_
Sam is expected in New York next week, for the Keepers of the Quaich event ON Cait's birthday, October 4. For those gnashing "why do you think Cait wouldn't go to New York to spend her birthday with Sam?! She could?! They're friends?!" Um, yes, they're friends...but REALITY CHECK: Cait is married to Tony McGill and has a toddler son with him. Logic dictates that Cait and family aren't going to schlep from Europe to New York to be with Sam, who is simply her friend and costar, and NOTHING MORE. Cait will spend her birthday with her husband and son, and she has a TON of friends, she's not going to fly to NY expressly for Sam. Plus, he's BUSY on her birthday, remember? He's going to be at that Keepers of the Quaich event.
_
No, Sam and Sophie Skelton never dated. Sam never posts who he dates (except when he went Instagram official with Mackenzie Mauzy, but that was after 2 years of a committed relationship), and he posted pics with Sophie on a motorcycle at his Glasgow home. If they were secretly dating, he would have been much more secretive about it. I mean, I hope Sam is into some kink, but da/daughter ain't one of them. Who's your daddy? hahaha.
_
By now, we all know Sam's ex, Abbie Salt is fighting some type of cancer. Yes, she hasn't posted in a while. I'm worried about her too. But her sister, Charlotte Salt, has posted, and she posts on her professional design IG accounts as well. If Abbie had taken a turn for the worse, I don't think her sister would be posting. I hope Abbie makes a full recovery, wish her all the best.
_
Yes, I know, Sam's ex, Anna Modler is pregnant and having a baby girl.
_
Thanks for letting me know that two other of Sam's exes, Hannah James and Mackenzie Mauzy recently started following birthing, doula, and parenting accounts on IG. Looks like their next adventure is motherhood. Also wish them all the best.
_
The podcast with that IG influencer that was supposedly going to have some Sam content, as far as I know, there hasn't been any Sam mention. So, that was all smoke and mirrors, trying to get some free advertisement. Nothing to see there.
_
The two blonde, blue-eyed Scottish IG influencers supposedly being linked with Sam. I see no evidence of that. Again, seems to be just smoke and mirrors, and names dropped in my Inbox to see if I would post them or not. Nothing to see there.
_
Asking for a cheat sheet of the women Sam has dated and what do certain initials mean. I've done plenty of posts summarizing the women Sam has dated. Please Search my blog or Search Google. As for initials, I don't use initials, I post full names. So, if you see a woman's initials, match them to the full names I've posted.
_
Cait's dad's funeral. And do I have questions about Sam being there? Um, that's all Extreme Shipper bullshit, lies, spin, deception, and now they've sold it as shipper canon. NO, I don't have any questions because WHO was at Cait's father's funeral is VERY clear. Again, Search what I've posted. There are pic, video of Cait sitting next to her mother, and the "Sam is sitting next to Cait but he's wearing a wig" is her brother. NOT Sam. Tony is sitting in the rows behind, holding baby BalfeMcGill, as are other spouses. NO ONE from Outlander went to Cait's dad's funeral. Please THINK. Cait has a big family and she has a TON of friends, some she has known for YEARS. If anyone was going to go all the way to Ireland for her father's funeral, it would be her immediate and LARGE extended family, all the family's friends in Ireland, and then Cait's close friends. Sam and Outlander people aren't even in the first few rungs of WHO would get invited to the funeral. And yes, that includes, Sam Heughan. Besides, Sam was in Las Vegas during the funeral, and there are lots of posts showing that.
_
I know the TRUTH about Cait and Sam never dating, and Cait being with Tony since 2014. I know this thru verifiable and identifiable sources who directly and personally know Cait, Sam, and Tony. So, there are NO questions for me, because I've known the TRUTH for 9 years. It's that simple.
_
As, for my little frothy pet troll who sends me weekly rants about Sam. You can keep going, but all I do is laugh and laugh at how pathetic you are. What you write doesn't upset me because I'm not personally invested in Sam. I'm really not. I post about him because I get info about him, and people are interested in it. But I don't care one way or the other. My IP tracker tells me where the basement is from where you gnash and froth so desperately. So, go ahead, make my day, but I'm NEVER going to post what you send me. You'll never get that satisfaction. Never. Try me.
Okay, peeps, that's it for the summary. I may do more on Sunday. And like I said, I'll still answer individual questions, depending on what they are. If you ever want to know something from the past, please just Search my blog. If you can't find it there, then go to Google and Search p-redux and names or words you're looking for, and all my past posts will pop up.
Thanks for reading!

This constant noise all the time (or 'Ellie dies instead of Joel' oneshot)
Hey! First of all I just wanted to say that I'm not a writer and didn't even intend to post when I wrote this. But yesterday, someone here was talking about the possibility of Ellie dying in Joel's place, and and I said something about this little draft of mine, and two people said to me that they would read it and it would be cool if I post... And now I'm babbling, sorry. Anyway, I hope you like it. @ranna-alga thanks for the boost of courage <3 And English it's not my first language so sorry for any mistakes.
Summary: Winter arrives for the residents of Jackson, bringing a snowstorm, foreigners survivors, and darkness.
°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°°••°•°•°•°
Since a little after Ellie was gone, Joel felt heavier.
He would wake up in the morning, surrounded by the walls of his room. Or sometimes in her place, something he's been doing a lot lately. He can tell Tommy worries every time he sees him walking some nights to there instead to his own house, his little brother thinks it wouldn't bring no good. Maybe it wouldn't. But he does anyway - let the warm scent of the sheets make it's way into his nostrils 'til his body feels numb. - He would eat something. Lukewarm coffe with some old toast or bittersweet fruit. Or sometimes nothing. Some days, he would get up and go through the day. Dutties. Patrols. Plans. And some other days... Some of them he wouldn't even leave his porch. Or the inside of his house. Would be still all day, waiting for it to pass so he could close his eyes again. Sometimes, he has dreams with her. Things they did together and things he wish they did. Those are his favourite.
Another times, he would wake up in the middle of the night sweating and calling for her name in the dark. Crying and sobbing. Skull cracking noises ringing vividly in his ears. Choked throat and heart overflowing with bitterness.
It was strange, kind of.
When Sarah died, Joel closed and locked up himself like a door, becoming a heartless man that would rather spend his time killing his way to Boston and fighting with his brother than to remember any fragment of his dead daughter. But now at the dead of his second one, Joel found himself revisiting all of his memories, fragments, anything that would feel like his Ellie again. Maybe because then, Joel couldn't alow himself to be vulnerable about Sarah like that while trying to survive the first years of the outbreak. Not that he wanted to survive by that time, though. He was trying for Tommy. Now, Joel feels like he isn't quite the same. Part of it is Ellie's fault- That kid changed him in so many ways. That blinding rage that used to take control of his body doesn't make him impulsive like it used to do. Salt Lake is still his last big sin in his history. Instead of, he was letting this, his girl's ghost haunt him 'till the rest of his days.
He's not sure if remembering her stops him from putting a bullet into his brain or just kills him slowly like a cancer. Maybe both. But he can't fucking help it.
He can't help but try to remember every single freckle of her face, the way her little bony fingers would strum the guitar he gave her. He tried to remind himself of every single joke or random facts about space she read somewhere. The sound of her laugh was his prayer that he would imagine in his head everynight. Keep with him like a treasure and make sure he would never forget that sound. He couldn't forget, she deserves to be remembered.
Joel also usually thinks about the day before Ellie was gone too. He wasn't hoping to see her at the Community hall that night when Tommy invited him. He saw her almost everyday, but after their fight, there were times he would look at her and feel like he haven't seen her in ages. Like he lost too damn much. By the years, ellie got taller and her features matured with her age. She lost some of her baby fat and she was beginning to look more like the adult folks in town - even when all Joel could see when looking at her was the little girl following his steps on the road, years ago. His heart aches to think he would never see her turn into the beautiful woman she sure would have been.
Remembering about their last day in Jackson was the memory that most hurts to think about. Because of the fact that, in that day, none of them knew what would happen in the next one. She was dancing with that kid Dina by the sound of a song about God, not having an ideia that it would be her last dance, her last night, her last kiss. If she knew about that, or at least had a bad omen, would she have done diferently and opened up her feelings to that girl before It was too late? Before she would end up being burried in dirt at Jackson's cemetery?
And Snow, he recalls thinking it when they buried her. When he buried her. Small and heavy weight wrapped in a white sheet. Too limp and quiet in his arms when he found it too hard to let go-
When winter arrived for the first time after they settled in town, Ellie would always be a little more cautious about this particular season of the year. Not that she used to say to him, because she didn't. Even If he asked to. He doesn't know if It's because that would be breaking the "tough girl" persona she liked to be, or if It's for Joel's sake: Ellie knew he already felt very responsible about everything that happened after they were ambushed in Colorado, she probably wouldn't want to make him feel worse. So she used to say she was fine. But Joel knew her enough to notice her posture change and her quiet behavior; fingers always moving and the urge to spend more time at home, and not just brcause of the cold. Think about it now, gives chills down to his spine.
Poor kiddo, It's almost like the kid could sense winter smelled like her death. Bright red all over the floor. Bare limp arms as they took off her sweater 'cause they wanted to make sure she was who they thought. Metallic smell invading his senses and his scream tearing his lungs. Strong arms lift and pick up momentum one last time, the wind outside whistling as death opened the door. 'Please she's just a kid!' and 'Ellie, baby, get up' just before...
It's so hard to associate the small body, bloody and shrunken like a fetus on the floor of Baldwin mansion with the green eyed girl in his porch, stabbing his heart with daggers and saying she would enjoy to have him in her life again - even when her heart was still so broken by him. And, at the end of that night, Joel turned off the lights and went to bed, not aware that that would be the last time he spoke to his babygirl. Because her skull would be split in half by a fucking golf club in the next morning.
He wonders if she called for his name at any moment during that. Godammit, she must have been so scared and lonely, Joel knew It. Her whole body must have hurt so much, being spanked in that cold floor, she must have been in so much pain, crying and confused about why those fuckers were doing such a thing. Joel is not sure if those cowards did even brother to explain anything to her. Did she think about him once? Was waiting for him to be there sooner?
Sarah's last (and agonizing) moments of pain lasted a minute or two, and Joel was there with her all the time, holding her and looking into her eyes until any sign of life fade through them like dust. The fact that he heard Ellie's screams even though she was almost dying and too weak to open her eyes indicates that her torture began well before his intervention. And when he finally came to rescue, his body was hold against the floor five feet away from her. And he had to watch her last minutes, unable to touch her, while her body let out one last painful breath. So fragile, so gore and tragic. Like a baby deer slaughtered by a pack of hungry wolves.
And, even at death, Ellie would still be the top of his worries. He can't watch a movie he already seen before cause her reactions were still vivid in his head, neither watch a new one cause then he will wonder if she would've liked or think it's bullshit. He does plays guitar, but doesn't sing 'cause that's something he only used to do to his baby girl. Hurts to be with Jesse in patrol because he looks at that kid and reminds him so much of his own. Seeing other people was the worst part. They laughing. They living, talking, fucking doing things because she used to be one of them. Ellie would be disappointed to see him like this. Miserable, worse than when they met, a dead weight, guilty...
He feels guilty because he knows he is, in fact, guilty. Tommy says other wise, says there's nothing he could've done. You gave her a home and people like me 'nd Maria who truly cared about her. She may have been mad at you at some point and things were not fuckin' great between you two but she recognized that. So now, if you wanna say her death it's on you, go on... that ain't fine by me neither but there's nothin' I can say to handle you of that. But don't say you weren't good to her because we both know it ain't true. Ellie died, Joel. But she had the best years of her life. Accept that, brother.
But Tommy doesn't get it. He only saw these last couple of years, but he hasn't seen all of it. Not they journey, not their start. He never failed anyone.
Joel was her protector during years, he was her guardian, he always had some kind of sixth sense whenever became to that kid, in the road or not. He should've know. He should've done something, somehow prevented that from happening to her. It was him in the first place, those people were there for his sins. Not hers, she didn't have any.
'I will never leave you alone again' was the exact same words he said that day, cupping Ellie's cheeks when that building was almost falling in their heads by the flames. But he did, he did left her. Cold, broken, gone. It was stupid from him to think he wouldn't fail with this kid when he already failed with another one before, and even more cruel to make a little girl believe in a promise he wouldn't keep. She saved him on that winter with all her strength, but he didn't save her in this Winter. If the memories of the girl is not a Cancer to his heart, this thought may be.
Spreading on him like a fungus.
Joel have never been a very religious man, but he likes to think that If there's really a place reserved for good-hearted souls worthy of eternal rest, Ellie is there. Maybe exploring bright sacred places or good memories. Probably even finally being able to meet another girl that both have knowledge of a person in common. Joel is not very sure that he would Join them someday, though. Even If he would like to think about it if he had time. Pretend. Like it isn't impossible.
Because sure as hell would be once he find out the lair of the hungry wolves. Salt Lake City was big sin, but It wasn't his last. Joel was going to make sure It wasn't.
°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•
Iit's not perfect but I think it turned out pretty good as a person who doesn't really have writing skills... Right?🙈 Please share and don't forget to say what do you think about it. @elliespuns Come see this before I regret.
