So here's a scenario.

S/O is a confident, kind and relaxed person who seems like they can do everything perfectly . But one day the skeleton found out S/O were talking on the phone, responding with only "yes, yes... I know, I'm sorry I'm not good enough ...yes..." while tears falling quietly. Turn out it was S/O's family, always think S/O are not good enough and tell S/O as such, didn't care they hurt S/O's feelings. This is why S/O do everything perfectly, to reach up their family's expectations, and they gain confidence from it, but still feel they are trash when be told it's not good enough by family.

How would Sans, Red, Bear and Syrup react to this situation?

Thank you so much for being so patient with me! I’ve found that I struggled way too much with this for a while, however I don’t give up quickly. I hope it was worth the wait!

Red: UF Sans

Time to cast some magic and see what we’ll get!✨

Sans: When Sans found out what your parents were like, Sans was speechless. It pains him, knowing that your family treats you like that. He could never phantom being anything but supportive towards his younger brother and Papyrus doing the same for him.

It’s not his business to meddle into your family affairs, so he won’t try to intervene or scold your parents: what good would that do? He could make it worse. No, Sans has a different idea. What kind of idea? Well, he regularly invites you to Paps and his family day/nights. Letting you join and experience this side of what family is; supportive, encouraging, and kicking butts into gear when someone’s being lazy in a caring way.

If your parents bring you down, the skelebrothers will bring you up. Showing that no, you are good enough, that you can do it, that you aren’t alone and that there’s someone standing behind you. That there is someone out there who really cares about you.

Red: Red has always admired how you are so confident and how you work so hard. At first he just thought you did that for yourself. Red thought that sometimes you had insecurity spells that would hit you at random times which would leave you timid and a yay-sayer for a few days before returning to your old self. But then he found out what was really going on. And suddenly Red really wanted to have a little chat with your family.

How had he found out, you may be wondering. It was by pure coincidence really, Red had fallen asleep on the couch and you were calling with your parents. Red can be a light sleeper sometimes, and it so happened that it was that kind of day. Waking up to your voice, Red listened drowsily.

“Yes, I’m not good enough…”

That woke him right up. And as he continued to listen to the one sided conversation, Red didn’t need to know what your parents said to connect the dots. Oh, yes, Red was pissed. You won’t be wrong to believe that Red shortcuts next to you to snatch your phone from your hand. His words are an intimidating growl that sends shivers down even your spine despite it not being directed at you.

“sew ya fuckin’ bullshit mouth shut.” He barked, and when your parents tried to speak up again Red continued, “get lost and fuckin’ die in a ditch!” Promptly hanging up afterwards, not even waiting for a reply. Not the best choice of words to get your parents to understand how wrong they are about you and the way they treat you. But Red was too angry to really care. No one treats his mate like this, not even the parents.

Red isn’t that good at comfort, however, that doesn’t mean he’s not there for you to aggressively support you in his own way.

Bear: If Bear had feathers, they would be ruffled right now. Bear pretty much shares Red’s sentiment: No one treats his mate like that, not even your parents.

But unlike Red, Bear isn’t one for verbal threats. When he knows you’re talking on the phone to your parents and they talk horseshit Bear will just grab the phone out of your hand - rather gently despite his anger, I might add - and quietly listens to your parents discouraging spiel for a moment. Letting them think they’re still talking to you until they realize that the loud, menacing sound of breathing on the other end of the phone isn’t you.

And when they let it show that they know it isn’t you, Bear hangs up the phone.

(For the longest time Bear didn’t speak back because he would get too angry to form words. And without noticing his breathing would get heavier and louder the longer your parents talked, also because he got angrier by the second. Now he just does it to mess with them.)

The first time this happened, your parents realized it very late. “Did you understand a thing I said?” They had huffed when you didn’t answer their rant with a timid, pliant reply. Heavy breathing was the only thing picked up by the phone. Lucky them or they had heard the grinding of Bear’s teeth as well. Your parents had called your name, unsure, and Bear only replied with his raging breaths. That’s when they knew they weren’t speaking to you anymore.

“You…You-Who are you?”

Your parents felt like they were in a horror movie, it was obvious by the hitch in their breath, by the slight quiver in their tone. It was the first time after leaving the underground and having gone through therapy that Bear felt so much satisfaction by their fear. He relished the feeling. He hung up afterwards.

Your parents have gotten quicker with realizing when it’s Bear who’s on the other end of the phone. And if you try to take back the phone, Bear won’t let you. For his slow, slurred speech and delayed ability to process things, Bear is surprisingly swift and has amazing reflexes. Whenever your parents have called, expect to be coddled and worshipped by Bear the entire day afterwards. Practically pressing you inside his ribcage if he could with his insistence on cuddles.

Syrup: Syrup wants you to cut contact with your parents. Not that he says that out loud for you to hear of course. But he still thinks you should. He hasn’t even properly met your parents yet, yet he already doesn’t like them at all. Holds a grudge against them from the first moment Syrup overheard you talking to them on the phone.

Oh, how he just wanted to grab the device, check the number (to find blackmail on them for reasons, he wasn’t a tech person for nothing) and block it. But he didn’t. Yet.

What Syrup does do is side-eying the phone whenever they call you. Trying to listen along and interrupt them loudly when they’re about to say something mean about you. Or try to get you to hang up early by making up all kinds of excuses: Sky needs help with something, Syrup can’t find something, you have to see this, you were supposed to hang out with him today, etc.

There was one day where you were really in a bad headspace when they had called. Syrup had seen red that day. He snatched the phone out your hands and growled at the phone. “fuck off. if you can’t see what a wonderful person your child is, then-then maybe you shouldn't have become parents in the first place.” And hung up just like that, without waiting for a response. His face had been flushed orange from anger and his shoulders tense.

Expect lots of snuggles and sweet, funny memes from Syrup whenever you’re down in the dumps thanks to your parents.

Yknow how each soul has something special it can do in battle? For example, blue gives you gravity, green keeps you in place etc? Well I personally think that the red soul has a special thing too. I think being able to FLEE is the red soul's gimmick. So say the yellow soul for example fell and were to be in a fight with someone that changes their soul colour to RED. They'd lose the ability to shoot, BUT, would gain the ability to flee. Does that make sense?

I don’t think I ever discussed it publicly but my headcanon for Burgerpants is

Since he explicitly mentioned he is NOT originally from Hotland (“Before I came to Hotland, it was my dream to work with Mettaton”) - my assumption is that he’s probably from Snowdin. Since this is where the majority of the Basically Just Furries kind of monsters live in the Underground

In addition to its majority-anthropomorphic-animal population (and one lizard kid, and some skeletons), Snowdin also has some Slimes living in town!

Therefore, my headcanon was that Burgerpants is some sort of hybrid of a cat monster and a slime monster and that’s why he’s, y’know, Like That

* I like to believe that when Papyrus was creating his battle body, Undyne had these old boots lying around that she didn’t use, so she just let Papyrus borrow them, and then Papyrus was too excited about the costume being complete that he just forgot to return them (Undyne doesn’t mind though she thinks the boots fit him really well)

It the Spooky month.

Have some HCs abt Halloween

TEAM FORTRESS 2:

Heavy, Sniper and Spy aren't very fond of Halloween but do enjoy seeing the others enjoy it.

Pyro definitely has a unicorn costume each year.

Scout would probably either dress up as famous baseballs peeps, that one guy that he idolizes or dresses up as the most stupidest thing possible. (Example: a wine bottle [PLEASE SOMEONE GET THIS REFERENCE-])

Engie or Medic definitely manages to find everyone some sort of costume with the help of Spy.

Soldier would give raccoons raccoon-safe candy

Soldier would definitely be something America related.

Demo would surprisingly be the one who enjoys Halloween the most.. Well, before medic.

Medic. Ooo boy Medic. Do not trust this man with picking out your outfit without supervision.

I invision that the reds and the blus had a truce once, big Halloween party. Chaos occurred.

MANDELA CATALOGUE:

David. Goober. He would definitely have streber from spooky month type of dedication for Halloween.

Thatcher was dragged into Dave's Halloween shenanigans at least twice.

Jonah definitely was a chip bag or a box once.

Sarah and Evelin definitely twined once.

Mark and Sarah also definitely twined as well.

Cesar probably worked day and night to make his costume <- insert Mark probably making sure he's okay at school lol.

OMORI:

Hero probably likes getting Halloween photos from his family and friends whenever he's at college during Halloween. (Which is probably 90% of the time?)

Sunny and Mari used to dress up Mewo in very cute and goofy cat costumes.

I see Kel doing that to Hector too

Basil got convinced to match with Kel once. Not sure how that would go.

UNDERTALE:

We all know sans would definitely put no work on his costume.

Frisk, Due to probably the Player's influence, would be SO MANY CHARACTERS THAT NO ONE REALLY KNOWS IN THEIR WORLD (Example; Gaster, Mario, OMORI, ect)

Burgerpants would enjoy seeing all the little kids having fun, probably missing being a kid lol.

MTT would drag at least SOMEONE into bring material girls with him

DELTARUNE:

Berdly probably handcrafts all his costumes, if after the neutral ending, he would hesitantly ask for help from either his family or friends. (I like neutral ending Berdly- dunno why-)

SCC definitely triplet-ted multiple times.

Queen would be any meme B)

Susie was definitely a box for Halloween once (I think I remember her saying smth like that but am not sure)

Ralsei would also handcraft his costumes lol

What would Sans x Toriel's shipchild look like? Well my hc/head canon is that it's head would look similar to a gaster blaster, or the thing asriel used! maybe with a tail, and a bit of fluff!

I Think they'd name their kid like Raphael or some angel name? Maybe mix their names together like what toriel and asgore Did!

I have a few questions. So what are your Hc about Killertales Chara, and how does that explain their actions towards Killer? I know that the way they act has something to do about their past on the surface and probably the actions of Frisk. Right? Also what can you tell us about Sometning?

My HC of the actual Killertale Chara is that they’re somewhat a reflection of the Players. The Players aren’t exactly bad people, likely just kids playing their favorite video game and not realizing that the characters are being effected by their actions.

Killer/Sans wasn’t the only person effected by the Player’s curiosity. Frisk and Chara were, too. They were the ones being made to do those actions. I’d like to think that, for the longest time, Chara and Frisk tried to make it through together. Maybe they even tried to brainstorm of ways to stop the Player, or force them to stop.

They all failed, and eventually, Frisk can’t do it anymore. Frisk can’t take hurting or killing the people they considered friends anymore, regardless of their promise to stay with Chara. They give up. They quit. They hand control of the body over to Chara and disappear. Go inactive.

And, Chara, well. They’re devastated. Hurt. Confused. They refuse to believe that Frisk willingly left them at first, doing everything and anything they can think of to try and get Frisk to come back or at least say something.

But, no. Nothing works. It’s just Chara, alone. In this body, with the Player.

Anger and betrayal set in. Frisk’s abandonment brings up past memories, things Chara hasn’t thought of or felt in years. Frisk said they wouldn’t leave, that it was them and Chara against the Player until the end. Frisk lied.

At first, Chara takes the anger out on the people of the Underground and even Frisk’s body in strong, uncontrolled bursts of anger. It doesn’t take long for Chara to be hit by grief and guilt, however. Frisk loved these people. Chara used to love these people.

Chara doesn’t want to hurt these people, but they don’t have a choice anymore. They stop feeling anything, and go through life in a mindless haze; killing. As the Player seems to want.

Then they noticed something one day. Sans is acting strange. He’s..changing, in little ways. He’s..reacting to the things the Human does or says. He’s acting as if he fully remembers what happened in the last Resets.

The Player sees something new, Chara sees potential.

They don’t have to be alone anymore. And if all goes to plan, if Sans becomes like them, then they don’t have to have the dust and coffins on their ledger anymore. They don’t have to be the Player’s puppet anymore.

Sans can be. And if that fails, they’ll be puppets together. Sans can’t leave them, like Frisk and everyone else. Chara won’t let him.

But, as we know, Chara’s attempts to make Sans like them actually leans more into the Player’s ends. Chara creates something new, someone new. They create Killer.

Killer is perfect. Killer doesn’t fight or try to resist Chara, like Sans did. Killer doesn’t know he should. Chara can teach Killer that he needs them, and he’ll never leave.

Having Killer makes Chara a lot more callous towards the rest of the Underground, other than their adoptive family. The rest of the Underground doesn’t matter in the grand scheme of things anymore.

There’s no getting free of the Player, so they will focus their energy into making sure they appease both themself and the Player. The Player gets to see something new, and Chara doesn’t have to be alone anymore. They won’t be.

Their contradictions in behavior confuse Killer. Most days he’s like an interesting toy to them, something to experiment with.

Other days, they’re taking him off on fun adventures and being very affectionate and explaining the way the world works to him. Other days he’s their stress ball, where Chara spends hours screaming and yelling at him as if he’s actually Frisk rather than Killer until their voice starts breaking and they break down sobbing and Killer is suddenly forced to try and comfort them.

But, Chara is always constant. They never leave his side for too long, and god forbid he try to leave them. Chara is always there, Killer can’t imagine them not being there, despite the ways they control and hurt and confuse him. STAGE 4 can’t imagine live without Chara, without their guidance and instruction and hugs and praise.

You can imagine his inner turmoil the day he defeated Chara. Even STAGE 1, despite his fear and hatred of Chara, immediately jumped the gun to su*cide after Chara was gone. It wasn’t because of any fond feelings for them, of course, but he is undeniably trauma bonded with Chara.

And then Nightmare shows up, and Killer..isn’t dead. He’s alive...in this big, dangerous Multiverse where anything and everything can happen and he’s never been exposed to this much people and new, new, new, new, new. He didn’t even realize that most people were like him and Chara, confusing and changing and contradictory and evolving because people in his old timeline were always Reset.

They never changed. These people do. Nightmare changes. And change is dangerous.

I like to think that’s when Something— or as they would introduce themself, Chara — shows up one day. Here to work as Killer’s internal guidance, the one who has all the say in all their choices.

(Now, I would like to add that Something only works in the “Killer is a system” HC. If we operate under the idea that Something is the actual real Chara, then this would be very different; so for now, that’s not what we’re talking about. So to simplify; Something is not actually Chara, even if they look, sound, and behave like them. Even if they themself believe they are Chara, even if STAGE 4 believes it too. Even if Something has some of Chara’s “memories.” They are Killer’s interpretation of his actual Chara.)

Only, STAGE 2 has grown past that by now. He said it himself: he doesn’t need Chara anymore. He wants to be his own person, define himself on his own terms. He wants the freedom he never had.

But unfortunately for him, other parts of him still need Chara. They haven’t grown.

This creates conflict inside them. 2’s denial is strong. He calls Chara “Something,” because he refuses to believe that it could be the real Chara, and because of the confusion and doubt he feels about it whenever he’s in STAGE 1. To him, Something is just a hallucination; even if Something has the ability to take over and influence him, even if those moments are few and far between.

So if Stage 4 exists and behaves the way it does because of the need to be similar to Chara to survive, Something exists because of the belief that they can’t survive and would die without Chara. And in order for that to work, Something needs to firmly believe they are Chara; even if they’re aware that they’re “only in Killer’s head.”

Red had been taking a shower to get rid of all the flour and other ingredients that got spilled on him while he had been baking. Leaving his favorite furry jacket sprawled on his bed. Free for the taking. Which was exactly what you did.

Soon enough Red will come out of the bathroom and stare in confusion at his empty bed. The confusion will last for only but a second, already having a guess who the jacket thief could be. Lo and behold, there you were, lying on the couch in the living room, a smug and satisfied grin on your face. Snuggled in Red’s furry jacket.

Red’s gotta admit, you look absolutely darling in his clothes. He got hearts in his sockets as he looked at you with such deep love. You’re covered in his jacket, in his scent, practically proudly parading and shouting from the rooftops that you were Red’s mate. And he can already feel a deep rumbling purr reverberating through him. Seeing you like this does something to him. It swells his soul with a proud, possessive feeling, it fills and feeds his carnal instincts to nest.

And oh, the realization that hits Red soon after sends a relishing shiver through his entire being.

not only are you marking yourself with his scent, you are also covering his clothes with yours.

The thought of wearing that jacket later, becoming completely enveloped by your smell, by you and Red has to wipe his mouth with his sleeve to prevent the drool from dripping past his teeth. Red doesn’t care that you pretend that his jacket is yours. He doesn’t care that you try to mess with him. Red is in heaven and he has to smother you with nuzzles, kisses and cuddles.

I hope you are free the entire day, because Red is not letting go of you any time soon.

omg as the certified undyne expert i need to ask you your opinion on how you interpret her hair (like the whole. only ponytail situation going on usually) i think it’s cool to imagine her with some sort of weird undershave but i know a lot of people see it a lot of different ways

I genuinely don't know what to do most of the time when I'm drawing her hair because like, half of the sprites are completely different from each other so it can be hard to make a choice. I think the way I tend to draw her hair most of the time is either the way we generally see her jn the game, with the ponytail that kinda looks like Zuko in season 1 of ATLA, OR I'll do something similar to that but a slightly more realistic undercut which I think looks really cool. I also like to see when people draw it as a fin, which I don't really use myself but I think looks really cool
