Bc it’s been on my mind. I have no idea where to put Yusuke, in Pomefiore or Diasomnia. I’m leaning toward Dia simply bc Haru and Akechi are in the same dorm, and I don’t want to mess that dynamic up. Also, Morgana is also in Ramshackle and Zenkichi would be a teacher.

Deuce’s hiss of pain and regret has Jack immediately glancing up from his homework, his ears twitching in alarm. “What happened?”

Miserably, Deuce looks down at his instant ramen as he fans at his mouth for a second, lips parted and tongue hanging out slightly. “S’hot,” he says quickly, and ever-so-eloquently adds, “Real spicy.”

“…Blockhead.” Jack reaches across the table and pushes Deuce’s plastic water bottle over to him. It earns him a rushed thanks. “I told you not to add the whole packet of flavoring. And, don’t you know to blow on hot food to cool it down?”

“Well—” Deuce uncaps the bottle and chugs half of it in record time. “Idia-senpai gave it to me for my birthday, so I didn’t want to waste it…”

Jack has half a mind to reach over and wipe the little drop of water dribbling down from the corner of Deuce’s mouth. Instead, he controls himself and just sighs.
