Transmasc Sanji coming out to the gang and of course everyone is incredibly supportive. Chopper even manages to get him the One Piece equivalent of testosterone (may be actual testosterone but also I feel in a world where there’s a viral illness that gets you all boobed up there may be funnier options). Hurrah!

…. Except hat Sanji is afraid of needles and his T-shot is absolute agony for him every time. He can’t do it himself. The only people he trusts with it are Chopper, Nami and Robin. Until one day Usopp asks him if he can try it, because those three are currently otherwise occupied and Sanji has been kind of moping about it all day. Sanji agrees thinking it will be hell and prepares himself to constantly tell Usopp “NOT THERE!” “Make it quick!” “Please for the love of god don’t hit anything important I don’t want- …. What are you doing?”

He locks eyes with Usopp whose tongue is poking out, a pen in his hand, drawing on his leg. “Taking aim.” Sanji looks down at himself to see the bullseye painted onto his thigh. “What-“ The sniper pulls down his goggles with a comically serious expression “Target locked.” “Pff.” “Three. Two. One.” It still startles Sanji despite his laughter, but the needle pierces his skin like butter. Usopp forgoes the theatrics for a second to make sure he does the rest of the injection correctly, just like he had watched Chopper do it a hundred times before. When he pulls back his expression remains dead serious. “Target eliminated.” And that’s when Sanji breaks out into hysterical laughter “God! GOD that’s so stupid!” He needs a minute to calm himself down again, looking at his friends beaming face, happy that it all went down so smoothly. “Thank you…” “What can I say?” Usopp responds, twirling the needle between his fingers and making show out of blowing imaginary smoke from its tip “I’m an expert marksman.”

I've always loved the headcanon of Sanji being scared of needles because of Germa's experiments,,, And this is just so sweet. He finally gets to be himself around his family!! And he's thrilled and so so grateful that Chopper and the others are willing to help him go through this. But of course, the fear of needles doesn't go away easily.

Not that he actually tells people about it. He only says he trusts Chopper and the girls more when it comes to gentle, medical stuff and he doesn't want the clumsy idiots in his crew to get near him with something sharp. Which is, you know, perfectly understandable. So nobody thinks twice about it.

But Usopp knows. Usopp knows because he has seen Sanji close his eyes tightly while doing this, whether it's with the girls or Chopper. He has seen him shaking before getting into the sickbay. He has seen Sanji sighing deeply, trying to calm himself down minutes prior. He has noticed him being a bit too emotionally exhausted after doing it. Usopp knows exactly what fear feels like, so he knows Sanji is scared.

So when nobody else is free to help him, Usopp asks. He knows he won't let the others do it (for obvious reasons) and he's tired of hearing Sanji complain and also feels a bit sad and guilty seeing him like that. The whole thing about Usopp being all dramatic and theatrical about it is so perfect for them. Usopp acts silly to distract him and Sanji used to think those things were stupid and for kids. But-- There's just something about Usopp here.

He's doing this act for him. Because he knows he's scared and he cares and he's being oh so gently with him. Besides, he's so close to him, too. Sanji starts to wonder if he has ever been so close to him before and why the hell he looks so pretty now. Not even with the girls and Chopper he gets so distracted. So much that the whole thing happens quickly. Painless. And it's so damn dumb that Sanji can't help but laugh.

So between Sanji's laugh being the only noise around and startling Usopp with a new feeling inside of him, and Sanji realizing he has never been more comfortable and happy around another person... A new relationship blossoms. So I guess Sanji will be the one asking Usopp for help with his T-shot more frequently now.

everytime i update this fanfiction i have to reintroduce it to my own audience because i always have new followers. i also haven't updated it in a month.

TIME PASSING THROUGH

i write this fic at least once to twice a month. i write a chapter for all canon arcs of one piece and it's always purely from sanjis perspective as his relationship develops with all members of his polycule. it also is t4t4t4t4t

its, more broadly, the "big project" i have going and am currently uploading. its horny at times, maybe even sometimes criminally so, but im never going to write straight up smut in it as my focus is above all else character writing. A LOT (like half. more than half) of east blue polycule fic is just smut and I feel the need to balance that out. (not that I'm complaining.)

this chapter (loguetown) is the first and only im releasing this month, as i struggled with it way longer than I should've, and it mainly focuses on sanji and namis relationship. (resolving/developing things from last chapter, which was mainly a group chapter) ive never written nami with her guard completely down with sanji before so it was a delight to do.

its also my first completely non-nsfw mention of trans nami, which is important to me to have. (i write a lot of horny fanfiction. i write a lot of transgender horny fanfiction that is severely affected by my own experiences with sexuality as a trans person. but if i only mentioned tgirl nami in sexual situations it would be Not Good, i think. my love of this headcanon goes beyond me just being horny for other trans people and into a Legitimate Reading Of Her Character, and is a legitmate reading of her character first and foremost)

if youre checking it out for the first time I hope you enjoy it. the sanji writing is all jazz i really try to do him justice beyond how people normally characterize him. while also making him a weird awkward pervert.

Naive of you to think that you would need to go to Luffy, the moment you appear on the deck with an orange for your snack, your boyfriend is already on top of you with his arms wrapped around your waist and drooling all over the fruit.

“Hey (y/n), did you get it for me?” He would ask laughing as you huffed at his insatiable hunger.

“No, for me, why would I get it for you?” You said feigning anger with a pout on your lips.

“Because…” Luffy made a hurt face, with big puppy dog eyes and a truly hurt pout. “Because you are my boyfriend and your duty is to feed me!” He said irritated and rocking you in his arms.

You just laughed, Luffy almost never called you his boyfriend, only at appropriate times for him, like now. The boy might have an airhead, but he knew that using titles like that would make you melt and fulfill his every desire.

“That goes for you too” you snorted, offering him the orange “You’re also my boyfriend so you should feed me too” you said laughing at his logic, but still finding it cute.

Luffy just let you go and took the orange in his hands, you were distracted to answer something to Usopp and took your eyes off the boy. Soon you felt him poking you and when you turned around you found Luffy offering you half of the peeled orange.

"Here! Now we’re even, you fed me and I fed you!” He said laughing as he stuffed half of the orange into his mouth and ran off to do something else.

Simply leaving you there with half an orange in your hand, red cheeks and a racing heart. Besides, of course, the obvious certainty that you loved Luffy.

➤ Sanji

It's impossible for Sanji to leave you hungry, he has a biological clock that works solely to always give you treats and small snacks between important meals. It's easier for you to get tired from eating so much than to actually get hungry around this man, especially when you're his boyfriend, and therefore his number one priority.

You had just helped Nami and received one of her precious oranges as a reward, so you decided it was a good snack until lunch time that was approaching. You entered the kitchen and sat at the counter, placing your orange there so you could eat.

“Do you need anything my beloved (y/n)-kun?” Sanji asked, looking at you over his shoulder as he continued preparing for lunch.

“No, I just wanted to stay here with you for a while” you answered him with a smile, Sanji didn't usually let you help him with most of the main meals, he said that the pressure of having to finish the meal on time for everyone was bad for your skin. He would prefer that you could cook calmly and calmly, making meals without a delivery date. That's why you usually only watched him cook the main meals, already knowing that he would refuse your help.

“You are so lovely Mon ange, I am so lucky to have you” he said, sighing dramatically with heart eyes as he turned to you with a lovestruck face, he quickly noticed your orange with curious eyes. "An orange?"

“Huh? Oh yes, I was helping Nami and she gave me one” you explained to him, knowing that he would be curious that you had a snack that he didn't give you.

Before any other movement was made, you heard Nami calling you on the main deck urgently. You huffed angrily and got up, telling Sanji that you would be right back while he opened the kitchen door to resolve whatever situation they needed from you.

When you came back a few minutes later, sitting at the counter again, you noticed that your orange was gone. You looked around looking for the fruit, it wasn't anywhere else on the counter, nor on the table, nor had it fallen on the floor or anywhere nearby.

“Sanji? Have you seen my orange?” You asked, not remembering taking the fruit with you.

“Just a moment my dear” Sanji said, still fiddling with something with his back to you. Confused, you followed his order and waited in silence.

Then your blonde boyfriend turned around and handed you a plate with your orange, but very different from the orange you had initially left. Now it was completely cut and all the pieces separated, that white part that you always complained about was gone and the slices were positioned to form a heart, in addition to, of course, a toothpick stuck into them with a heart design on top.

“You already work so much with those idiots, you shouldn't tire your beautiful male hands…” Sanji said and quickly fell silent, you felt like he was going to say a perverted sentence but he held himself back to keep the moment cute.

“Ah, Sanji, this is so cute” you said, observing the dish that was so well crafted, you hadn't even asked him and yet he did everything as if it were his duty. “Thank you for that love,” you said smiling at him.

Sanji stared at you in silence for a few minutes with flushed cheeks and a shy smile... and then he lost control.

“Ah, my dear (y/n)-kun! Please don't waste your compliments on me! Oh, you are such a kind man! A true gentleman! I could do anything you want my beloved prince! I will serve you all the days of my life and protect your beautiful strong manly body! Oh you are so sexy my dear (y/n)-kun! You are the most handsome man on the entire planet, I am so lucky to be your boyfriend! Please marry me and be my husband!”

You didn't even need to react as Zoro entered the kitchen yawning. “Can you stop being gay, cook? There are people wanting to have lunch”

“Who are you calling gay you little shit?!” Sanji shouted angrily.

“You, man-kisser,” Zoro shot back angrily.

“Listen here, the only man I kiss is my beloved (y/n)-kun and I would rather die than kiss anyone other than him!”

“Still a man-kisser” You decided to ignore them fighting while you ate your oranges… Sanji might be a bit exaggerated but you knew he loved you and you loved him even more.

➤ Zoro

You plopped down next to your boyfriend, sitting next to him against the ship. He complained with a huff about you disturbing him in his nap, since you were practically lying on top of him. So he decided to open his eyes to see what you were doing.

There you were smiling as you held an orange in your lap, you looked beaming as you shouted something to Luffy and Chopper in the distance on the other side of the ship.

"What is that?" Zoro asked about his fruit.

“Hmm? Snack” you said smiling childishly “Sanji gave it to me when I said I was hungry, cool right?” You said excitedly, when it came to eating you were always happy.

But the mention of the cook made Zoro lose all the excitement he gained seeing his cuteness, what was that stupid cook thinking? Sure, Sanji practically hated men and would never be with one, but you were still Zoro's boyfriend! Sanji couldn't just be nice to you like that! That was only the swordsman's right!

You seemed to ignore your boyfriend's instant bad mood, you didn't usually care about Zoro's jealousy, always saying that he exaggerated too much sometimes. Not that it was a lie, but that didn't stop him from feeling jealous. He snorted thinking about millions of things, did you like the cook more because of his kindness?

While you were distracted screaming and talking to your captain about something stupid, Zoro stole the orange from your lap and started peeling the fruit as best he could, after all his anger told him to throw that fruit into the ocean or else throw it at the head of that idiot blonde.

When you stopped talking and went to get your fruit you noticed it was missing, you immediately became desperate for having lost your snack. “Zoro, have you seen my orange?!” You asked looking at your boyfriend, had Luffy caught her while you were distracted?

When you looked over at Zoro, you found him offering you a piece of orange, which was now peeled in his lap and he was separating the slices.

“Huh? Why is this out of nowhere?” You asked curiously, of course Zoro also had his moments of kindness, but you thought there was something behind this action today.

"Do you want it or not? I thought you liked gentle men” he said irritably as his face turned red and a frown formed on his face.

“Huh?” You had to think for a few seconds, but soon you connected all the dots. “Oh! Were you jealous of Sanji? Oh, aren’t you a cute boyfriend?”

"Shut up idiot!" Zoro shouted as he angrily shoved the piece of orange into your mouth, forcing you to chew and swallow the fruit.

You continued laughing as Zoro cursed you and tried to make you swallow all the orange he peeled for you. Whether he was trying to feed you or kill you, you didn't know.

“Sanji! Zoro is trying to kill (y/n) by choking on an orange!” Luffy shouted, amused by the scene.

“Zoro, stop wasting my orange!” Nami shouted angrily at him.

In the end Zoro decided that he would be the one to bring you snacks, every time you went too long without eating he would show up with something stolen from the kitchen. He had to make sure he marked his territory and let you know he could be gentle too.

Just imagine trans man sanji adoring and worshiping his beautiful trans girl usopp. Calling her usopp darling and giving her desserts and treats. Braiding her hair with flowers and vines. Every time she wears a new outfit he swoons.

During her transition he would compliment her. pointing out her soft shin, thicker hair and her fuller eyelashes. He would also admire other developing features (he tries to be subtle but he's terrible at it ) He becomes so infatuated with her that he ignores Nami and Robin.

Robin thinks it's sweet how he treats his girlfriend like a goddess but Nami is kinda pissed that she doesn't get desserts or fancy drinks from him anymore or at least she's not the first person to get it. He tries to go shopping with her and the girls. He carries her bags and offers to buy anything she wants. He low key be annoying the fuck out of Nami, she just wants one day with just the girls

Every time she compliments him sanji just falls in love again. After a mission or arc when they meet back up. Sanji will just run to her with open arms just missing her presence. He also starts fights with Zoro (he also be beating the shit out of Brooke when he questions her about her panties ) every time he looks or talks to usopp, God forbid he compliments her.

She also enjoys his company, tho sometimes he's a lot. She enjoys the down time. Her favorite thing to do is self care. cutting his hair, trimming his beard fixing his eyebrows. He loves giving her a facial and mani pedis. Both relaxing and gender affirming. She thinks it's funny how head over heels for her. She can't help but laugh every time he falls over himself running in for an embrace. She also kinda takes advantage of it as well. She bats an eyelash, twirls her dress and she has a new barrel of gunpowder and a new sun hat.

Okay, so this concept makes me go utterly insane. Thank you for the food, anon. I'm literally going wild right now. They're the cutest most beautiful and romantic thing I have ever witnessed.

When Usopp comes out to the crew, anxious they won't accept her, Sanji instantly relates to everything she says. Because of course, she explains how she feels first. Like she doesn't belong in her own body and how she wishes to be different- Not to be treated that differently. But just... Different. Like she's lying to herself and others. And it's the first time she doesn't want to live inside of a lie. So, yeah, she explains everything to them and Sanji already kind of knows where she's going with this because he relates to all of this. Of course, everyone accepts her right away and Nami and Robin are the happiest they've ever been to have one more girl in the crew (I think they already sort of knew? It's not hard to know when Usopp already spent all the time with them and always asked to be included in their typical ""girl"" things).

They are already dating when Usopp comes out, and... Well, you know how Sanji is with women. He goes kind of, sort of insane. This is actually hilarious because Usopp was highly worried (she has her valid reasons to be worried, tbh) Sanji wouldn't take it well. Even if he's trans too, his views on gender are a bit... Let's call it complex. But Sanji is just-- Lovestruck. It changes his life forever. He already treated Usopp like the most perfect person in the world but now she's his queen. His goddess. His princess. Sanji becomes even more of a malewife than he already is.

The hearts in his eyes? The heart-shaped smoke? His constant yelling of "Mellorine! Mellorine! Mellorine!"? He becomes even more annoying. And even if Usopp is calmer when it comes to these things, she's enjoying every second of it. The fact that he's treating her the same exact way he treats all women makes her gender euphoria go insane. This is the perfect way to validate her gender, tbh.

One Piece characters are actually so lucky to have Ivankov in their lives because they just need to make a lil call and they are there helping trans people out! So, yeah, they call Ivankov because it's the easiest way to transition. Quick path. Easy solution. Ivankov we love you. And I can only imagine the crew (Robin calls Sabo who calls Ivankov and for the sake of my ASL and revolutionary brain I need Sabo and Koala to come along too just to be with Luffy and Robin in the background) waiting outside in the deck while Ivankov and Usopp talk together inside the ship. Sanji is foaming at the mouth. He's running around the deck. Pacing back and forth. Probably having a heart attack from the anticipation. He's so not ready. And Chopper is already prepared to take care of him if he has a stroke.

Okay, so Usopp comes out of the room. And she's- Okay, she hasn't changed that much. Her body is a bit slimmer but she still has muscles, she doesn't have the biggest boobs (that would be super uncomfortable for her job as a sharpshooter, honestly) but she has, and Sanji notices (because we love him but we all know that's the first thing he would stare at. Don't lie. Don't say he wouldn't. He would). She has longer eyelashes, a more noticeable collarbone, softer hair... (Gotta mention that I highly think she would not want a bottom surgery because having a penis seems to be the easiest most effective way to live. No period and you can pee more easily. Like, be honest with me. Look me in the eyes and tell me Usopp wouldn't keep that out of efficiency). She's holding back her tears when she meets with everyone (Ivankov being the proudest queen in the world right now) and the crew doesn't wait a single second. They quickly approach her, look at her, and support her. She's crying and she's just- She's so happy. She feels complete. And Sanji stays behind for a few seconds because he needs a moment to take everything in. He literally can't believe that's his girlfriend. Usopp hasn't even changed much, tbh, she just... She looks happier. Like herself. Sanji is still trying to process everything when she approaches him, a bit shy but teasing him (knowing how he's feeling, kind of). She says something like "Do you like it? I didn't want Ivan to change my body much but-"

"I love you." He's so serious about this it's almost scary.

"Uh- Wha-"

"I love you. You have- You have no idea." And Sanji just decides to kiss her right there in front of everyone because, for him, Usopp is the only person right now in the world.

When they separate, Usopp smiles widely, and that is what makes Sanji have the worst nosebleed of his life. Thank God Chopper was prepared for this.

They were clingy before, alright. So now it's- It's unbearable to be around them. Everyone thinks they're cute but God, Zoro, and Nami can't fucking stand the sight of them. Not because they are not happy, it's just that they're so fucking loud and don't care who sees them being cheesy. Nami misses her girlfriend Vivi, c'mon, a bit of respect. And Zoro has Luffy and he's equally as clingy, ngl, he just hates Sanji being even more annoying now.

But they're the happiest they've ever been.

The worst time is when they have to go to sleep because Usopp wants to go with the girls because their room is, quite honestly, way better than the boys' room. It smells better. It's tidy. It's cute. It's calm. And Usopp sleeps so peacefully there... But Sanji keeps pulling her into hugs and kisses when she says she wants to go to sleep because he can't stand the thought of not sleeping with her anymore. And she also misses his presence at night, don't get her wrong! She loves cuddling with him! But sometimes her love for Sanji isn't as strong as her love for the lavender scent the girls' room has. But, yeah, saying goodbye before going to sleep feels like torture for both and they spend an hour kissing and being clingy with each other before going to sleep. If they do other NSFW stuff in a private room before that, I leave it to your imagination.

When Sanji wakes up earlier than the others, he makes breakfast for everyone but Usopp's plate is always treated with more love and way more heart-shaped fruits and ingredients. Sometimes they're decorated with flowers, too. Sanji even creates new dishes and calls them by Usopp's names. He even makes a cocktail called Sogequeen (Sogequeen sounds cool af, you can't deny that). They're the clingiest during the day. Sanji pulls her into kisses and hugs her every time he can no matter what she's doing. She does the same, always kissing his cheek when he brings food to her while she's working. Sanji literally yells how much he loves her from the other side of the ship when more than an hour passes by. He goes shopping with the girls only to carry her bags. He is literally lovestruck when he sees her fighting and whenever she's in danger he doesn't hesitate to beat the shit out of anyone who touches her.

Like, we all agree that if Sanji already goes insane when somebody hurts Usopp, them being established and also Usopp being a girl would make Sanji go fucking batshit, right? Like- If a villain hurts his girlfriend, they'll probably end up fucking dead. There's no way you can survive Sanji's attack after that. And after beating that person up he quickly goes to his girlfriend to check if she's okay. And the other way around, too! If Sanji has to fight against a girl and he can't hit her, Usopp is there for him to do it instead. And he hypes her up so much!! Like yeah!! That's my girlfriend right there!!!

Whenever a fight ends, Sanji quickly goes to Usopp to hug her. Every moment they are not together, Sanji dies a little. Dude is down bad.

Even Nami is jealous because she doesn't have the same treatment Usopp gets. She liked being the most spoiled one!! Usopp won't stop bragging about her privileges, though, always manipulating Sanji a lil bit to get more attention from him. And he loves it, honestly. Every time Usopp looks at him, he has a heart attack and thanks the gods for sending an angel like Usopp to him.

Then, Whole Cake Island happens. And Usopp isn't there because she refuses to go and see Sanji getting married to somebody else, so she asks Luffy to please bring him back to her. Zoro is a huge support for her when they're in Wano and Usopp has to wait for Sanji to come back to them, surprisingly enough. Zoro and Usopp being besties my beloved! Anyway, WCI happens. Sanji comes back to them. The first fucking thing Sanji does when they see each other is asking Usopp if she wants to marry him when they finish their fight against Kido. If they survive this, he's marrying her no matter what.

I didn't want to make this long but I'm obsessed with this concept, honestly. Sanji's love for women makes me ill (in a good way) and the way he loves his girlfriend Usopp and supports her makes me go insane too. God, they're so so so so sweet. Perfect for each other.
