Met someone seven years younger than me and they were still talking about queer discourse I haven't heard since 2015. For any of you younger folks wondering if being nonbinary is trans the answer is: If you don't identify with your assigned gender you are trans.

No need for hrt, surgery, or even a new wardrobe. You can look however, sound however. You're not alone.

Please please older queers try to look out for and engage with the younger crowd. Younger queers please try to keep an open mind and be willing to listen about different queer experiences. It's called a community for a reason.

You can change your name, it doesn't matter how often you change it, it doesn't matter however many names you go by, if you want to, you can change it, you could change it every week, every month, every year, it doesn't matter, you can change your name, don't feel bad about it

How it feels medically transitioning as an enby

As a nonbinary person, it was difficult not to let society's beauty standards of what my body should or shouldn't look like be an influence on my decisions around how to transition. Your own happiness is worth so much more than being pretty for others, whatever that means.
