Btw whether Flapjack was Caleb’s palisman or not (deffo was) that does not change that Flapjack chose Hunter because of who Hunter is as a person. I mean just look at Hunting Palismen. Until Luz and Hunter got their heart to heart, Flapjack did not like him at all. It was only after he stated his “deepest wish” that Flapjack chose him as a new witch.

Any headcannons as to how edric comforts Hunter when Hunter is dealing with panic attacks related to his past abuse

I think I've gotten some asks similar to this before! But I headcanon that Ed- despite not really knowing what to do exactly due to obviously not having the same experiences as Hunter- will do his best to compliment and console Hunter.

Often he has night terrors, so Ed would wrap him in a blanket and cuddle Him- sometimes he wants to talk about what happened, but other times he'd rather not and Ed is happy to just let him cry it out.

Flapjack also joins the cuddle pile, nesting on Hunter's shoulder and rubbing on the side of his face, Batric too sometimes.
