I've been Noticing Shit ™ for 18 months and 2 weeks now...So I want to revisit this one:
Tumblr media
(Ah yes, the dark ages when I still believed in continuity errors)
Because genuinely...what the fuck was this about:
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Thinking back on Stav's post about the Void showing alternate timelines...we're still in the same timeline, right? Or did we switch? A lil' switcharoo?

The Unofficial Official Timeline of the Hatchetfeild Universe
Ok so I’m not sure if this is the EXACT way it’s supposed to go, but this is how I think one is meant to watch the Hatchet-verse:
1.) Nerdy Prudes Must Die
2.) The Guy Who Didn’t Like Musicals
3.) Nightmare Time season 1
4.) Black Friday
5.) Nightmare Time season 2
I won’t bore you with the specifics as to why I think this is how it’s supposed to play out, but know that there is a reason. (DM or comment if you really want to know)

can’t believe i’ve been told that i’m reaching with multiple timeline stuff when these lines are literally in the damn show
Tumblr media Tumblr media
what part of “many worlds” and “parallel universes” equals “smh timeline stuff and multiple henries is a total out of left field reach” to some of you guys???? i think you’re watching a different show tbh
Also, the many worlds interpretation was first introduced in 1957- the same year that Edward Creel moved to Hawkins.

Theory: the car crash in the winter of 1976 (Part II)
You can read Part I here
To sum up: my theory is that Joyce had a son with Lonnie, Jonathan, but then she left him because he's an a-hole. She always liked Hopper, so they finally got together and had two kids, Will and El. I think it's possible that the story of Agent Orange is true and maybe that's why Jopper's kids were targeted by Brenner ("Sarah" died in the lab, after all) But then, in 1976 something bad happened and Hopper and El were separated from their family (see Part I). Love this Father and daughter missing.
Tumblr media
Not sure if Brenner was involved, but there are hints that Lonnie was. He's heavily paralleled to Billy's father, and in Billy's memory Neil believed that his wife was cheating on him. The first thing Lonnie asks Jon is if Hopper is still chief, and the moment he thinks that Will is dead, he "comes home", calls Joyce babe and tells her that she needs him. I think he didn't just want the money, he wanted his family back. And Will wasn't part of it.
A possible hint in The First Shadow that Lonnie did something to Joyce and her family is the mention of him stealing the baby from the nativity scene. Will has always been associated with Jesus...
Tumblr media
It's also interesting, and could be evidence of different timelines, that Will is associated with fire but El is associated with cold water. Maybe Will died in the fire in one timeline, and in another one El drowned in a lake? Maybe they were both in danger but their parents could only save one of them. They both say many times that they can't breath, which is also a parallel with Sarah, so I think it's clear that something bad happened to both of them.
Did Will burn alive? I hope not but... In 3x08, when Joyce hugs him, he says that he can't breath, he's suffocating. In Fred's vision, he sees a coffin with the grandfather clock that has the name Williams engraved on it. And in 4x04 we see Billy/William's tombstone.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
El sees Heather being dragged underwater, after Max opens "the floodgates" (Owens mentions them when he explains the anniversary of the event) If Billy is paralleled to Will, Heather is paralleled to El, so maybe this scene shows us what happened to El in the past.
The vanishing of Will Byers and The case of the missing lifeguard are connected.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
And when she goes into Billy's memories, there's a transition from the car crash and El in the water. Car in a lake -> El separated from her family.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Hints that Lonnie might've been involved in the car crash
In Lonnie's very first scene, there's a little bike in his house, and Jon checks his trunk. Not a good sign.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
After Joyce breaks the wall with the axe, the only thing she sees is her car. Possible hint that after the car crash one of the children was taken away from the family by powers. Time powers... Tears in the fabric of time and space...
Tumblr media Tumblr media
That night, when Lonnie arrives, the first thing we see is his car headlights.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Then he closes "the door" that Will used to communicate with his mom, with a hammer. As he talks about the quarry and Joyce freezing to death.
Tumblr media
In 2x06, after they bring Will to the lab, after he screams that he feels like he's burning (Hopper is screaming too, but they're using water! Always water and fire) there's a transition to Steve's car, and the song in this scene is Hammer to Fall. In 2x09 Jon mentions Lonnie and the hammer they used to build Castle Byers.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
In S4 there's another connection between Lonnie, cars, time loops and the resentment between him and Joyce. When Jon says that the cycle never ends. We see part of the conversation through the broken window of a car.
Tumblr media
Other hints
Billy and Max
They both have many parallels with Will, and most of their scenes together take place in the car. Billy's car is actually the first thing we see.
They always fight in that car.
Billy tries to run over the kids. This reminds me of the night Will vanishes
And the scene of Billy's possession IS a parallel to the 1x01 scene. He and Will both run off the road
In 3x07, Billy almost burns alive in his car
In S4, Max confesses that she had wished her brother to die in a car accident
Tumblr media
In 2x05, Terry shows El a police car chase!
This scene is so important. I'm working on a new theory, but I'll just say that Terry (or whoever is communicating with El) isn't just randomly switching the channels. She's telling a story. Henry's story and how El got involved.
In fact, she shows El a blonde woman ("Virginia") then the Family Feud score: 91 and 64. Two tens. 10-> mirror of 01. A donut commercial with many identical donuts (ref to the lab kids), the commercial of a Computer Supercenter (the lab/Nina) and then a police chase and someone pouring coffe into a cup. I think this is a huge hint at a car crash that involved Hopper, and what happened after, the blood transfusion that made El a lab kid. I don't know why else Terry would show El a police car chase tbh. And then, in 2x07, Kali calls Hopper policeman, many times. A clear connection with the car chase, imo.
Tumblr media
When El looks for the source in S3, the first thing she sees in the eye of the Mind Flayer storm is Billy's damaged car. Since Billy is paralleled to Will, this could mean that the source of everything that happened to their family started with a car crash and powers?
Tumblr media
I'm also thinking about this shot in the Vecna game. It looks very similar to a shot in Benny's diner in S4. Jason in a white outfit, like Henry, Christmas lights, a police car, the W and E, and another car with something that looks a lot like the Mind Flayer, looming over it.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
And don't forget Joyce and Hopper escaping from Grigori and the engine of the police car literally exploding. And where do they find another car? At a Seven Eleven convenience store, where they meet clerk Rich (like Richard Brenner?) Also, Alexei is with them. A guy in a white outfit, and with a name that is the russian variant of Alex, like Alex P. Keyton, one of the characters played by Michael J. Fox, mentioned by Steve when he and Robin talk about time travels in Back to the Future.
Tumblr media
There are many other hints, but I think these ones are the most relevant.

Today I'd like to go over the LMK timeline, because I've seen a few of my mutuals confused about what happens when and how things go down. This is my own interpretation, but I think it holds together:
Tumblr media
Assuming the show takes place in the 20th century, if DBK was sealed 500 years before the series started he would have been trapped in about 1500. This is the most solid date on my list. The next ones get a bit more headcannon-ish. See, DBK could have been sealed during the Journey, or he could have been sealed a bit after. The reason I lean towards the latter is because during the opening scene of Hero Is Born Wukong is shown alone and without his headband, meaning the fight takes place after it was removed. Therefore, DBK had to have been sealed after the Journey.
However, I don't think his battle with Wukong could have happened much more than 200 years after the Journey, mostly because of Red Son. Red is shown as a baby/toddler when the Samadhi Fire is split, which presumably takes place directly following JttW. Tripitaka being there during the ceremony proves that it was around that time, since his mortal lifespan gives a very small time frame. Wukong, on the other hand, is once again shown to be free of his headband, meaning Red Son's ceremony took place shortly after the Journey. When we meet Red in the series proper, he still seems very young by demon/celestial standards, so I don't feel comfortable assuming he's much more than 700 years old. Thus, the JttW couldn't have taken place too much before that.
The 1400's is just a ballpark guesstimate as to when the Pilgrims moved on to be reincarnated, but it had to have happened before Wukong sealed DBK because Wukong wouldn't have felt so listless and alone if any of his friends were still around.
Again, this isn't confirmed cannon, but I think it makes sense. I hope it helps anyone who's confused!

Gates, portals, birth and rebirth
Aka: Yes, Will and El are twins from birth (also I'm pretty sure Vecna cherry-picked our cast from different timelines)
Ever since I saw El's vision of her birth I've been having trouble with it and I couldn't figure it out for the life of me until I saw this image again:
Tumblr media
I have to be a bit vulgar but my first thought was that it looked a whole lot like a vagina. Which made me think about how we have in the first and second season three people enter and exit the UD and the whole thing about birth/rebirth
So I was bugged by this idea until it started to fall into place.
So firstly I have to establish something
Portals: they are opened from the UD by Demogorgons and they are closing up just fine, not leving behind cracks =natural birth
Gates: they are opened from the RSU by humans and if they close up they leave behind cracks but if they don't they can spread and fester =c section
That's when I stopped because if I'm correct than El's rebirth or escape from the UD is fishy.
According to everything we know she was born with an emergency c section do to complications around her birth, so why did she exit the UD through a portal and not a gate? You can argue that than portals are equalling c sections, but portals are created from inside of the UD or womb, by something that is part of it. Portals are natural, gates aren't.
If gates were natural they wouldn't leave behind cracks or scarring, but they do and they are created by an outside force instead an inside.
But I have more proof.
Nancy Wheeler
I know this one come out of nowhere but we actually see our first birth/rebirth thanks to our girl. In her case it's more metaphorical and it's ends when she is back in the RSU and I also believe that is it here more, to show how a natural birth/rebirth should look like in contrast with the other two.
So Nancy Wheeler decided to climb into the tree portal left by a demogorgon, she wanders in, spends a little time there than she sees the demogorgon, she is the first one to move, she indicates the escape as she is frightened by the beast, that's when the demogorgon sees her and starts chasing her until she gets to the portal, she yells for Jonathan who is waiting for her on the other side and helps her out of the UD into the RSU and the portal closes.
If we traslate it into the birth/rebirth metaphor.
We have Karen and Ted Wheeler deciding to have a kid (Nancy willingly went inside) the baby spends nine month in the womb (Nancy spends the amount of time that she is not stuck here, but still sees the place and the demogorgon) than the water breaks (Nancy starts to leave) and the mother's body helps her (demogorgon start to chase her) the baby is born with the help of others and there are people waiting for her arrival (Jonathan)
Also real birth is fucking traumatazing so good job on that one too Duffers
Now like I said with Nancy its more metaphorical, like she saw hell and that made her change as a person.
But that's just makes El's whole ordeal more confusing. First El is draggeg into the UD by a Demogorgon that she demateralized with her powers.
Tumblr media
Than in s2 we have El calling out to Mike as she wanders the UD, but there is no Demogorgon (aka help from the mothers body) as she tries to get out, but in the end she escapes through a portal, like Nancy.
I'm going to circle back in a minute
William Byers
So in season one we have Will being kidnapped, that is the first episode and the whole catalysts of the show. Now like with El, Will is dragged into the UD involuntary by a demogorgon, he spends most of the first season there and in the end he is saved by Hopper and Joyce who are bringing him out through the gate in the laboratory.
So we have two kids, whom are in the first season established to be look alikes, so much so that they could've be confused to one an other. They are both dragged into the UD by a demogorgon and they are trapped there, El enters the place on her own through a portal but Will is stuck and has to be carried out through a gate.
Demogorgons
Something that I've been stuck on is the whole thing about El and Will being dragged into the womb by something that is from the womb and I might be crazy but I think Will and El are tube babies.
In that case we would have a mother and a father desparate for a baby but it's just not coming together. That's when they hear about a doctor who could help. Doctor Brenner takes from the mother and father and the zygotes are made than they are put in the womb of the mother in hope that at least one stuck. They got lucky there is two zygotes that now growing and it all seems fine.
But they don't know something.
The demogorgons are under Vecna's control that he achived with the MF, demogorgons are our zygotes and they are infected with 001 powers (not DNA, Brenner has been trying to recreate him for a time now so he does a science thing that ends with artificial powers or something like that) via Brenner.
El openes the Mothergate which is the reason why Vecna can reach Will, the Demogorgon can open portals thanks to the gate being open and the Demo going through it.
Now El we know after being in the UD comes out premature, she was supposed to stay as the UD wasn't reacting to her escape, the body of the mother wasn't helping with the birth, El still struggles out in the natural way.
On the other hand Will is stuck in the UD, he can't born in the natural way, that's when the emergency c section is in motion, El coming prematurely (probably thanks to Brenner messing with the pregnancy and the zygotes) coused problemes with the other baby, Will. That's when the s section happened.
El opening up the mothergate=El borns early
Will stuck in the UD thanks El opening the mothergate=emergency c section because of the complications
Both times the person responsible is Brenner. Brenner is the one manipulating the pregnancy and the one making El going into the in between place.
Enter season 2
First I thought that I was crazy, than I remembered what happens next season with the characters.
So Will is in the hospital for a while, than he is brought home by his mother who is fussing over him and being protective and she is so scared for him and for good reason. Will is not fully okay, the whole ordeal left it's mark on him. He is sick, can't sleep well and he just can't seem to get any better.
In season 2 he still has the connection to the UD and he also gets possessed by the MF, which is what happened to him. Having Vecna's power and Brenner manipulating the pregnancy and the birth left their effects on him and his life.
While El after birth ends up in the hands of a random man, she doesn't know, who locks her up, has a bunch of rules she has to follow and becomes her Papa/father. Of course Hop is not Brenner, but still there are the parallels and that is what happened to El. After she was born, she was kidnapped by Brenner who locked her up, abused her and get her to call her Papa.
The big difference is that Hopper is acting that way because he already lost a daughter, he doesn't want to loose El, and it is dangerous for her outside. But he grows and learns and fails and apologies for his mistakes, he actually becames her father. I'm mean he is her father so I hoped he would grew into his role.
Vecna is cherry-picking
There is this gate called Twelvegate, according to that Will is twelve and the twin brother of El, and I saw it plausible especially with how I think Stranger Things is really built up.
I think Hopper and El from the same timeline, which follows.
Hopper and Joyce are married, they are struggling to have kids so they end up getting the help of a doctor, Brenner, he manipulates the pregnancy and the birth, El is born premature but strong, Will is stuck. Hopper demands the doctors to help Will, in the mean time El disappears (she is taken away by commands of Brenner by a nurse maybe Terry?). Brenner does the emergency c section, Will comes out dead so they have to revive him, something that they claim didn't work.
Hopper lost both El and Will, Joyce and him and up breaking up, meanwhile Will and El are raised in the laboratory as Eleven and Twelve.
Vecna picks out this Hopper and El, putting them in his little game he created with time travel and stolen powers. He messes with Hops memories thus Sara is created. She is the fuson of El and Will. A little girl who died in cancer, she wasn't breathing and they couldn't bring her back. Sara is Will and El on that fucked up day he lost two child at once.
El is from this timeline too, she and Will were trapped by Brenner but unlike Will she survived the massacre in 1979. That is why El recognises Will in season 1, because she knows him, they grew up together.
I also think that season 1 El and season 2 El are not the same person, that's why we never learn how she knew Will. Either that or when she was in UD Vecna started messing with her memories and Will and Twelve became two separate person.
I'm also trying to figure out if Jonathan would be from a timeline where Joyce and Lonnie get together and he is their son, or if he is from a reality where Hopper and Joyce got lucky. Like Jonathan literally being a miracle to them.
I'm also curious if you think the whole this is a patched together timeline from others thing true (or just like to entertain the idea) what do you think, who is from what timeline?

Okay. So.
Preface-- this is a post that is being made from a place of good intentions. This is not meant to be any way derogatory or as an attempt to trash on any and all analysis done by @aemiron-main and @henrysglock. I have a lot of respect for both of them, and I think that their theories are really interesting and unique in their perspectives as ST. This post is being made as my way to ask questions of them, as well as anyone else who has answers: Asking questions is the path to progress, and questioning anything and everything is important.
With that disclaimer made, here are my questions regarding the theories surrounding Edward Creel/Henry Creel/Vecna/001.
(Note: I'll be using E!XYZ and H!XYZ while talking about different timelines, with Edward's timeline being E! and Henry's being H!)
1. When Nancy and Robin are investigating the news archives, the main point of the scene is that they are unable to find anything useful due to the misinformation and cover-ups going on surrounding the Creel massacre. Ostensibly, this is because the lab wanted to cover up the existence of H!Henry's powers. This might be a reductive, and correct me if I'm wrong, but what delineates the Gazette/Edward paper from the other papers that Robin and Nancy deem misinformation?
2. After reading through the posts connecting E. Creel and E. Munson, I'm still not sure what connects them other than their name. While names are important, especially in a show as complex as ST, I'm not sure if that's enough to draw a concrete conclusion. Occam's Razor states that the simplest solution is often correct, and it is simpler that there isn't a link. It wouldn't be unprecedented: one of the protestors outside the mayor's office is named Henry, and I feel like it would be disingenuous to link him to Henry Creel.
3. Eddie Munson playing Vecna in the D&D game also feels a little loose to me. If we're operating on the logic that playing a character translates to a connection to the "real world" equivalent, that would imply a lot of links between Mike and the Demogorgon and the other monsters that we hear snippets about from descriptions of their games.
4. The timeline theory raises two questions from me: How did the newspaper get to H!Hawkins, and how would H!Virginia and E!Virginia be such wildly different ages? While the latter can be put down to timeline differences, tying E!Virginia to H!Karen feels... strange. And again, how would E! Virginia and Alice cross into the H!Timeline?
Again, I think that the Henward stuff is really interesting, and this comes from a place that wants healthy, open discussion. These are just some questions that were raised while I read through everything.
Have a nice day, anyone who read through all of this. :)

The Weird Time Pattern of the Hawkins High Yearbooks
Tumblr media
First shelf: 1966, 1967, and 1968
Second shelf: 1972, 1973, 1974
Third shelf: 1978, 1979, 1980
Fourth shelf: 1984, 1985, 1984
There's three years of consecutive yearbooks, and then a four year skip in between.
@henrysglock pointed this out in reply to my tags on one of his posts: On the very far right of the image, there seems to be another yearbook poking out from the third shelf. Upon looking at the image again, I realized this everything is actually all on one bookshelf
Tumblr media
Same green/white color scheme, the shape of what looks to be a tiger, and I can't even tell what year that is because its way-too perfectly out of frame.
So, if we were to assume there's another row of 3 yearbooks on the shelf next to it, that would account for the four-year skip. Problem solved
But this is the weird-timeline show, so (murray voice) Lets indulge in this fantasy for a moment.
If we keep the same four-year skip and go further back in time, the set of yearbooks above the first shelf would be 1960, 1961, and 1962. And if we go even further back, they'd be 1954, 1955, 1956. Completely skipping over 1959, which is when (most) of TFS takes place.
If there was a 1986 book and we continued the four year pattern, we'd be leaving the 80s entirely and entering the 90s (1990, 1991, 1992). But, since there's an 84 book there, if we continue the four year pattern, we get 1988, 1989, and then 1990.
1984 and 1985 are the only two years there would be a Will Byers yearbook photo, considering we skip over 1983 (the same year he went missing), and him living in Lenora would result in no 86 yearbook photo. (which we don't have anyway)
1984, 1985... 1984... The time travel subtext is subtexting.

A Freshman?? Something Weird Is Going On With Henry’s Age And EVEN MORE FIRM EVIDENCE FOR MULTIPLE TIMELINES!!
So, James sent me this pic:
Tumblr media
And it’s bizarre, frankly, because Henry should be 12 (and therefore not a freshman) in 1959.
What’s really interesting, though, is the way they worded that sentence:
“And we can’t forget, Henry Creel will be a freshman when we turn back the clocks to Hawkins in 1959.”
And it’s interesting, because this line about Henry’s weird age includes two things that are tied to Edward.
1.) the “and we can’t forget” part is tied to Edward based on what I talked about in this post regarding Eddie Munson vs Edward Creel and people not remembering Eddie Munson vs people not remembering Edward Creel.
2.) the “turn back the clock,” part is tied to Edward based on what I talked about in this post regarding the scene of Henward literally turning back the clock and why that’s likely Edward, rather than Henry.
Henry is 12 years old in 1959. This is canon:
Tumblr media
But the play is also canon:
Tumblr media
Which means that they can’t (and won’t) just change Henry’s canon age randomly for no reason- there’s something else going on here.
And also, something that caught my eye is the wording in that post, too- “canon event”, because “Into The Spiderverse,” is on the S4 board:
Tumblr media
And a “canon event” in Spiderverse is an event that must happen/can’t be interfered with, because interfering with it can cause the destruction of the multiverse. It also tends to involve the loss of a parental figure and the death of a police captain, which has me staring DIRECTLY at a.) the Creel murders and Virginia’s death/Victor’s imprisonment b.) Alice being missing from TFS and c.) Hopper’s dad/the police chief being in TFS. Timeline fuckery/multiple timelines is afoot here for sure, as usual.
And it’s extra weird that Edward moved to Hawkins two years before Henry- and we don’t know Edward’s age. If Edward was 15 in 1959 (being 12 in 1957, when he moved to Hawkins), then it would explain why he’s a freshman.
They also didnt tell Raphael Luce who he was playing in ST4- he didn’t know that he was playing 001 until the day he got it tattooed on his wrist. So, the ST team/the Duffers aren’t above keeping information away from their own cast, let alone the audience.
However, there may also be a far simpler explanation for this (although, of course, the points about canon events and timeljne weirdness still apply)- the wonderful @reikunrei also pointed out that “freshman,” is also simply a synonym for “newcomer,” which is what Henry is in Hawkins:
Tumblr media
So, there’s a chance that they’re just messing with us & chose to use the word “freshman,” because they knew it would confuse people/mess with them.
Anyway! I’m super excited for TFS because every day, things just get weirder!

A beautiful Byler-Polivia parallel, Will's truesight and other parallels with Fringe
I said I could make 50 posts after my rewatch of S4. I'm gonna start with the parallels with one of my favorite shows. Let's go! @lilitblaukatz
Olivia Dunham is Subject 13, and she has the ability to see and travel to the parallel world. In ST there are many mentions of number 13, and imo that's a hint that there are different timelines (not actual parallel worlds) and we've been seen them since the very first episode. In fact, Will mentions the number 13 in the first scene of the show.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Will-Olivia parallels
It was a seven. I read many theories about this moment and Mike's strange reaction. That maybe Will is in a Vecna vision, and that's why the lights flicker and "Mike" doesn't know what he is talking about.
Tumblr media
Well, I think Vecna is spying Will; those eyes on the skis behing Mike! I think this detail proves that Will's abduction wasn't a coincidence.
Tumblr media
But if this Mike is actually Vecna, shouldn't he know about the game and the Demogorgon? He can read minds, wouldn't he at least try to smile?
Then I remembered why this scene seemed familiar. It reminds me of a scene of Fringe, ep 3x15, when Olivia, who can't control her powers yet, travels to the parallel world and for a moment sees the other Dr Bishop, who is quite surprised by what she says.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
(in 3x15 Olivia also meets Peter for the first time)
So, I don't know, maybe Will does have a Vecna vision later, at home. But when he talks to Mike, I think he's seeing a Mike from another timeline/or he ended up in another timeline (because the gate just opened?) I don't know. Maybe a timeline where Karen interrupted the campaign earlier, or Will rolled the dice and won. That would explain Mike's confusion, and the flickering lights.
And now I'm thinking about other parallels
The zeppelin and the Rainbowship
The first time Olivia sees the parallel world, she draws this
Tumblr media
What if Will didn't just imagine the Rainbowship, but drew what he SAW, like he drew the vines?
Tumblr media
Nina kinda looks like a little spaceship, so, maybe... I don't believe what Owens said. I think they were already using the silos before El lost her powers.
(EDIT: Spoilers of The First Shadow- Now we know that in 1943, the ship of Brenner's father wound up in Dimension X, during the Philadelphia Experiment, which was connected to the Rainbow Project. So, maybe Will's Rainbowship is a reference to that and a hint at different timelines)
Tumblr media
But back to Olivia and Will. Here she's drawing while the adults are talking about her, and Will is drawing while Joyce and Hopper are talking with Owens, who gives major Walter Bishop vibes, and even has a son named Peter.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Byler and Polivia, the parallel of their first meeting
The Rainbowship is mentioned in the shed scene, the same scene in which Mike reminds Will of the first time they met.
In 3x15 Olivia draws the zeppeling, and in the same episode Peter finds her sketchbook and sees her drawing of the field of white tulips. Her drawings, that are connected to her powers and visions, help him to find her. And this is a beautiful parallel with Will and Mike, because Peter's life changes when she meets Olivia. They talk about her abusive father (in the shed scene Jon mentions Lonnie) and it's after they talk in that field that Peter decides to accept his new family and his new life.
Asking Will to be his friend is the best thing Mike has ever done, and their lives changed too, when they met.

I don't think there are parallel worlds in ST, just different timelines, because for some reason they're stuck in a loop. They mention time loops a few times, and Max even mentions it when they are in Henry's house.
In S2 Nancy tells Murray that his timeline is wrong, and in his letter Hopper says that you can't turn back the clock... But then Henry does it in the flashback. There's also this Back to the future line: The appropriate question is 'When the hell are they?'

And if there's really a time loop, I think Will and Henry can see other timelines or maybe the timelines are merging? There are so many hints.
From Will's Marty Mcfly outfit in S1, to Henry seeing the Mind Flayer when he was a kid. The crystal ball in the Will the Wise drawing, used by clairvoyants, the Forever Clock that Dustin gives to Will, Will's name engraved on the grandfather clock and him saying, in his Will the Wise outfit, that he's seen into the future. If they're stuck in a time loop, then the future is actually the past, since the story has repeated itself many times. Steve and Robin even mention the whole going back to future/present thing.
In 4x01 El says that they're all time travellers, so yeah, if Olivia can see and travel to a parallel world, maybe in ST people can see (or travel to) different timelines of the timeloop.

Eleven, Twelve and Thirteen
In the Nina scenes I noticed that Thirteen is often in the frame with El or Twelve (who I think represents Will). At first I didn't understand why. She never speaks or interacts with El. And I didn't know why they cast a girl that looks like young Millie. The actress said that the crew kept telling her that she looked like Millie, and before S4 many fans speculated that she would play El. Everything means something in this show, and the casting is always on point, so I thought maybe they want us to notice something? Then I remembered that Olivia was Subject 13.
So that kid could be a subtle hint that we're seeing different timelines in Nina. From the beginning, when El wakes up and see the rooms of Four and Nine. 4+9=13

Twelve and Thirteen

Twelve and Thirteen in the Rainbow Room. It's interesting that in both these scenes they focus on 12, "Will", and 13, who looks like little El, after they show the twins. Willel, twins, and different timelines...

I really think that Thirteen is a reference to Olivia, and since Olivia can see parallel worlds, maybe this is a hint at the ability to see/travel to other timelines. I already thought that El was seeing different timelines, and that she was actually there, with her mind, but this is a nice detail.
*Another interesting 13 mention. The 13th birthday of a kid named Georgie. George, like George Smith in the play? We know that Will's birthday is important, and since this scene is about his parents, I think this mention is connected to both Will and Henry/Edward
Hm, a bit lost, because of other timelines/a time loop?

Anyway, I love Fringe and I love that ST has so many parallels with such a beautiful story.
