1 - Kiss
“You skate beautifully.” The boy continues. “If you can’t perform like that today just because your laces won’t tie, that would be a shame,” he hands Theon the skates blade-first. “Try them on, at least. There’s an ice cut before my group, anyway, so you’ll have plenty of time to get them back to me.”
Theon could kiss this boy right now, this beautiful, selfless, ginger angel! Instead, he accepts the boots with a shaky smile and hopes it conveys the same thing. (From my self-indulgent Throbb figure skaters AU)
2 - Gentle
What I would give for half of that energy, mused a trudging Frodo. He made sure his cousin was safely distracted attending the hobbit that just walked in, a young man with gentle strawberry curls who he recognized from the flower shop next door, and pressed his forehead wearily against the espresso machine.
If I asked off now, would it sound like an admission of defeat? He pondered, eyes closed against the metal’s gentle heat. (From my only LOTR WIP, a SamFro reincarnation coffee shop AU thing that I started two years ago! Also bonus points because "gentle" appears twice in this snippet.)
3 - Dark
Robb scoffed. He pulled the blanket tighter around his bare shoulders in lieu of Theon’s body heat. “Maybe I would like it there. You don’t know.”
“Maybe,” Theon agreed. Upright on the mattress, his fingers traced over a well-faded scar on Robb’s neck. Neither were bereft of scars anymore. Dark eyes bore into his, but with a sorrow that fit Theon’s sharp face poorly. “But Harlaw won’t like you.” (Throbb elopement AU)
4 - Touch
The match was too easy. Theon might outclass the lot of them with even a poorly strung bow, but swords came to him as naturally as humility. He had expected a deterioration of the Ironborn’s brazen ego as his swings fell and landed; he had planned for Theon to grow more and more defensive as the fight drew on. What he had not planned for was exactly how long he could cling onto the shorn threads of his pride, beating after beating.
But that was no issue to Jon. He wore his frustration like the lining on a coat - subtle, and easily contained. Theon wore his like an oversized hat. “Damn you!” he shouted, gasping and ragged, as a labored swing just touched Jon’s leather pauldron. (ThJon/GreySnow/SnowJoy or whatever body-swap soulmates AU)
5 - Laugh
Sea Bitch, he named her, at the witty age of fourteen. Asha laughed and called it stupid. Robb probably would have done similar. Even his Uncle Victarion had a good chuckle at the poor Bitch’s expense. But Asha would never even have a ship of her own, none of them were the prince, thus Theon was left to name the vessel as he so pleased.
Of course, he agreed with his sister now, well into his seventeenth year and well above the crass humor of an adolescent. But the name stuck, and the ship remained the only bitch in Theon’s life. (Throbb Role-Swap AU)

Can I please ask about the “hostage situation change of fate” one and “Vanish You, Night"? 💛
Of course you can! :) Congrats, you picked two of the angstiest WIPs on that list, and (as far as I can recall) the only two hurt/comfort-centric ones!
descriptions and snippets under the cut ;)

1)"hostage situation change of fate"- I alluded to this one in a previous post, but the general backstory is that rumors of minor reavings along the Westerland coast reach Robb and his retinue days before Theon is to be sent to Pyke. He is, instead, kept prisoner at Riverrun while Robb is away on campaign, awaiting his sentence. The hostage situation is, then, two fold - Theon, of course, as a defacto hostage in pretty much any situation, but then a wounded Robb as well, as Balon chooses to sack the Crag in the aftermath of the battle there.
The story starts up a while later, when Euron enters the picture and takes the Driftwood Crown for himself, an exiled Asha coming to Riverrun to barter with Catelyn for Theon's life if they can manage to smuggle Robb back to her.
A small snippet from the first section(not quite happy with it yet, this is just the longest coherent section I have thus far):
“I’ll think of something,” he had promised Theon, gripping the sides of his face as best he could through his confines. Their foreheads remained rested together. “No one can hurt you without my leave. Give it some time, while I’m away. A month. Maybe less.”
Less it would not be, if Theon’s careful tallying was at all correct. He’d felt every minute of the last… forty days? Was that right? No, it was more - this cell, the worse one, had been his home only for the back half of his stint in prison, moved there about a week after Robb left.
It was not hard to guess why. Regardless, Theon had once been hopeful.
A metal click of a lock snapped Theon’s attention to the cell door. That was curious. Hadn’t he been given his breakfast only an hour before?
2)"Vanish You, Night"- This one is a shorter form, more formulaic hurt/comfort one-shot in which the battle at Whispering Wood goes a little differently. While its is still ultimately a victory for the North, Robb takes a couple arrows in the process and is left incapacitated and frustrated as his campaign is forced to more or less continue on without him on the frontlines. Meanwhile, Theon is forced to reconcile with some harbored feelings and the very real (but yet ignored) possibility of Robb dying to this war. Overall, not a plot-heavy idea, but with more emphasis on putting Robb and Theon into situations where they have to evaluate their place in the war/their relationship with one another in the face of near-tragedy.
Snippet:
Calling to him in shouts of distress, a rumpled Dacey Mormont waved him over towards the apex of the carnage. There, a crowd had formed around the shadow of a frenzied direwolf, curses aplenty drifting towards Theon where he stood some good meters away.
“Greyjoy, here!” she beckoned, as though Theon were not already headed right to her. Cursed woman. “The beast listens to you, do something!”
With a frown, Theon packed away the snapped head of his arrow, and hurried over towards the throng.
Several other bannermen hovered warily around the direwolf, approaching in dips and retreats that probably did nothing but antagonize the poor animal further, just off the heels of a battle and as rushed with adrenaline as the rest of them. Shoulders hunched and snapping ferociously at every approach, Grey Wind looked far more beast than usual, and Theon was left wondering what Mormont thought he could possibly manage any better than the other men.
But then he deigned to look down, to what Grey Wind was hunched over, snarling and snapping to protect, and any words he might have had with her on the matter died in his throat.
He saw Robb.
(Additionally, this one is a high contender for a title change before publishing lol. What I have is a little too pretentious for what the fic is.)

aemond lucerys.... look i get it. i do get it. 1) urge for yaoi 2) there are crumbs you can bake 3) cute actors. i understand. im deep in the yaoi trenches i understand seme uke i get it i get it. but also the idea its like Canon or an accurate reading of either character is soo...... lucerys is not a femme fatale or an ingenue. he is a plot device. and aemond.... aemond's 'obsession' with lucerys is more one bred from insecurity as opposed to yaoi lust. but i do get it. one love to the lucemond people. wish u guys would be normal about the UNDERAGE luke actor. he's an adult now but can we not do countdown shit. weird as hell...
rhaenicent #1 its literally canon. its subtext its textual its openly a part of the narrative. the complex web of sexuality, womanhood and patriarchy that seeps rhaenicent is so compelling. alicent as a lesbian and rhaenyra as a butch/lesbian/bisexual/trans/dragongender are genuinely compelling analyses of the characters. #1 foreva
im normal about throbb now<3 i think in canon the theon bisexual analysis is interesting but not super vital to his character. his sexuality and manhood certainly, but i like throbb more cos i like theon rather than on its own merits.
sansaery ❤️ i enjoy sansaery as a way to explore sansa's character and specifically her as a lesbian. both characters are fun and interesting but its high up cos it has a special place in my heart<3
im not really into thramsay i have no thoughts on it. one love to the thramsays though u guys are warriors. i think it has wayyy more sub/textual basis in canon than throbb
renloras is just canon so i dont have much thoughts on it. its sweet! make me sad. rip babes loras you would have loved gymbro culture.
jonrobb is meh to me idk 🤷♀️ theyre fine as brothers and there's not much analysis to be had of their relationship beyond that. one love to the brocons ig. cousincons
aegon x jace is beyond nothing to me sorry 😭 but thats mostly cos im not super into the dance or hotd beyond rhaenicent. i get why it exists but there's little to no basis in canon to bake nor does it have much analysis. one love to the jacegons of course
JONMUND... okay book jonmund is meh whatever but show jonmund is real to me. jon post canon is operating a cozy bed and breakfast with tormund in alaska beyond the wall. one of my fave crackships. he's kissed by fire!

Haha yess I was hoping this would get a request!
My weirdo is a 16k word doc of thramsay thoughts I’ve had since I discovered the ship last year 😂 it’s a mess of random concepts and first drafts fics, mostly written sleep deprived at 4 am.
While it truly is a collection of my weirdo shit, the name came about because I was reading a Manwha called “my weirdo”. if anyone sees this and read it, please message me I have thoughts!
So naturally I wanted a thramsay and Throbb au.
Here is the original concept I wrote a little less than a year ago:
Warning: spoilers, death
Theon was Robb’s childhood friend. Their family’s did business together, the Stark’s funding a large construction project that the Greyjoy’s cheaped out on and laundered the money. The building collapsed, killing hundreds of people. He couldn’t do much but Theon was aware that there was shady shit going on in the construction. His brothers died in the accident. Their father was already dead, Euron was left in charge but cleaned house and fled overseas, their mother died when Theon was young and Asha was traveling in the military. Everything fell on 19 year old Theon: the lawsuits and the relentless media harassment, the debt. Especially the debt owed to the infamous Bolton family. Roose left his dept collection in the hands of his bastard son Ramsay, who took a special interest in Theon.
Theon was working a shit part time job that Ramsay let him have when he runs into Robb again, who feels obligated to help his friend out. Theon is too ashamed and guilty to accept Robb’s charity and tries to ignore him, but Robb won’t let him go that easily.

So of course I reblogged this meme and them forgot to answer the ask for it *facepam* Oh well.
So throbb. Obviously ship it, even if in like the "wow this is toxic love the soul-destroying angst ❤" sort of way.
What made you ship it? - Funnily enough the show, although not at all on the first time around (probably also because Theon of less of interest to me the first time around - for shame, I know) but they just have a lot of shippy scenes and stuff?
What are your favorite things about the ship? - The drama, the angst, the tragic doomed-by-the-narrative sort of vibe, the dark Romeo & Juliet vibe, you know all the things you want from a fun toxic ship. But then at the same time...that almost painful potential of how sweet and good it could be if only....
Is there an unpopular opinion you have on your ship? - Oh god, so many. But honestly the fact that I see it as a darker, doomed sort of ship as opposed to lowkey The Dynamic, where Robb is a Gift and Theon is a disaster/Disaster who just needs to realize that all he needs is his sweaterboy is probably already unpopular enough.
Sanrion is a hard one because...I can't really say I ship it as such, I'm not invested in it, but like I wouldn't mind it? And I think when I was reading/watching, I did kind of wish the situation wasn't so awful for them so that they could make it work? So I'm gonna go with the "do ship" questions.
What made you ship it? - I mean, like I think they could work well if a) Sansa was older and b) it wasn't a forced marriage while their families are literally at war. And I would love to see my two faves happy, etc, so I like the idea of them being able to find common ground once things have settled down and no one is being forced into anything anymore.
What are your favorite things about the ship? - I think they could have some genuine compatibility. Tyrion was kind to her best he could be in the situation and when most other people weren't and wouldn't have been in that environment and she's the sort of person who would/could appreciate him, just not in that exact situation. So, like, I enjoy the potential.
Is there an unpopular opinion you have on your ship? - People really need to relax and untwist their panties about it lol.

1. Then we take berlin - which is the biggest and most complex story I've ever written and which has accompanied me through many different moments this year (finishing my bachelor thesis, starting the new job, lockdown, then back to work ...). I think the thing I'm most proud of here, is the fact, that I finished it. Sometimes that's enough! :)
2. This piece i did for Moony’s birthday in March. Firstly because I like how it turned out and also because I actually managed to finish something for one of their birthdays (in time)!
3. Remember your Name - it's probably the most emotional story I've ever written, but I think that's exactly why I like it so much. ❤️
4. This drarry piece i did in september. Not only are they the first ship I've ever had in fandom, but this is the first digital art I've ever made of them. And it was so much fun to think about how I wanted them to look like, which was a cool challenge and inspired a lot of new ideas.
5. The art and fics did for my King's Desire series and @theonkbingo , starting with this piece. With both drawing and writing, I feel like that's exactly where I want my style to be! ❤️
