Hey @meerawrites! Absolutely! I have been fascinated by Nettles since reading Fire and Blood a while ago. And Aliandra Martell is also amazing! I am on the edge of my seat hoping that Nettles will show up in Season 2 with the rest of the dragonseeds, but I know I have to reconcile myself to the fact that she might not appear until Season 3. I'm not even going to entertain the idea that she might not be in the show- that is just not an option, in my opinion.

Rhaenyra Targaryen's true, in-universe "characterization" is actually far more ambiguous than even most of her defenders realize (and to be honest, far more ambiguous than the Rhaenyra from my fics) and one day I will prove it! Because the Dance is far less about Rhaenyra as an individual being "tested," and far more about her being the test.
My in-progress video essay on Lucy Gray and ambiguity is somewhat of a baby step. And on that note, does anyone have any recommendations for books/essays about literary theory re: metaphor or ambiguity?
