The premise of the au is about Survivor and Monk being contacted by a familiar white iterator from the void, who sends them on a mission to fix this world before things get messy with the landscapes they stand on shifting from times ahead and before, the memories they gained being wiped from them completely, and everything being set back to the very beginning. Their goal is to close time rifts causing this calamity, with the help of the Echos trapped inside these rifts, not only will they gain power to help the world but also gain memory the player never got to see... Will they be doomed to repeat this loop again due to their own problems? Or will they stop it all in time, before they have to repeat it all over again? They are all stuck here for their flaws, much like the echoes before them... maybe it is possible to break the cycle for once...? Meet the Main Cast!:

"Ash often gets a bit annoyed when people step out of line, but luckily they don't expect people to be perfect, they will NOT give slack to people that step out of line on purpose. They are more mature and parent like when it comes to ruling over the scavs, at first they saw them as freaks, but they grew on them after awhile and treated every single scav as if they were their own, even if they don't show it, they appreciate their hard work. They can be demanding but they would never ask anyone to do something dangerous unless they knew they could handle it. They can be pessimistic, most of the time feeling down due to thoughts, that doesn't make them less of a fighter however. They are a combat warrior when it comes to fighting, just because they got rid of their violent ways to the scavs... doesn't mean they got rid of it for the other creatures like vultures, lizards, and centipedes. Age: 18 Likes: Collecting pearls with Seth, Swimming, relaxing and chilling with LTTM, other fishes, pretty lights. Dislikes: Huge waves, being Pressured, being on a deadline, being made fun of, getting startled by people, rain, and the rot. "Being on the run for awhile, they were sent out by chasing wind to deliver a data pearl to any surviving iterators out there. Their anxiety is the key to their speed as they rush towards their destination out of fear alone." "Ruffles gets startled pretty easily, though their reaction is oddly... delayed. They often have trouble controlling their vocal volume when they are not relaxed, often getting shaky and anxious when put on the spot or is the center of attention... but when they are relaxed and calm, they really open up to be a fun loving slugcat! They feel they need to get things done quickly due to the events that happened with trying to GET to shoreline, that and they think people might get disappointed in them if they don't do it quick enough. Age: 19 Likes: Challenging themselves, having a goal and completing it, drawing/painting, SRS... and warm places. Dislikes: Failing a goal, not having a purpose, being bored, people getting in their way, and vultures. "A message slug created by Seven Red Suns that fulfilled their purpose... but found themselves in an unsatisfying life after their loss. They find new albeit, risky and hurtful adventures to challenge themselves so they can feel they have purpose... or at least try to think they do."

"Sii has a knack for putting themselves in dangerous expeditions, resulting in them getting hurt often... but they feel completely numb to it all. y/ndevils00 heyo! welcome back to my postgame boyfriend show! tonight the njdevils played against the spawns of satan (not trevor)! or.. i mean.. the new york rangers.

we start tonight’s recap off with a very cute picture i got of my boyfriend and his best friend (again; not trevor) talking about how much they love me during warmups!

we also have da sun showing me that the tooth fairy came to visit him awhile ago! i bet he got lots of money for his toofer, however i wouldn’t know because he’s stopped letting me steal his wallet.

our first goal of the night was a tip in by mr. haula at ya! followed up in the same period by a goal from timo time! notice how he made the post this time? that’s because unlike most of these idiots (i’m looking at you, marino 👀), timo takes me seriously!

however, immediately after timo’s goal, haulaback girl was placed in the sin bin for tripping. i was very disappointed and he got a very strict talking to during first intermission and assured me he wouldn’t get another penalty. he lied.

he got a penalty in second period for the exact same reason that he did in the first. i cannot promise i was as nice to him in the second intermission.

we got a few scrums in this game, but my personal favorite one was in third period and ended much too quickly for my liking. BOO, REFS!

Okayyyy rewatched Wish

Here are my notes

Valentino wasn’t as annoying as people say. Sure, he did nothing for the plot and could’ve been removed entirely, but he didn’t make near as many butt jokes as people say he did

The lead-ins for all the songs were great. Certain media (Hazbin, for example) just jump into the songs

Magnifico??? Didn’t touch the pages??? So why would he be corrupted? Why does Amaya know of obsidian oil? Don’t you just skim the pages to release the evil?

Dahlia was amazing

“At the very least break the hold it has on him” Amaya? Didn’t you found this kingdom with thin? Wouldn’t you know?

Also Amaya was very sidelined. Where’s her backstory?

Asha’s magic wand mishaps were… corny at best

Why did they make Dario high all the time? He’s not stupid. I feel like they made him try to be like Fred from Big Hero 6 but failed

I’d say… 7/10. The backgrounds did look watercolor, but the shading seemed off in places. Especially Sakina. There was major improvement to be done, but with the hell the execs were giving (and the proven creativity of the concept art) I feel this movie is getting too much hate. Critiques and criticism are fine. But don’t blame the writers for getting rid of Starboy. Yes, it could’ve been better. But it’s Disney. And the creators tried their best to pour their love into a movie that they didn’t have a full say in.

Redid some Scary hair refs from months ago to put in my portfolio. I’d like to redo the full body refs sometime as well but I don’t have time right now.

Tumblr crunch makes this illegible so here’s the text:

I focused a lot on her hair throughout the season and how it could be used to represent her journey. A consistency throughout is the front of her hair. her bangs are cut in a choppy vampire bangs style, half for its goth name and half for angtsy self haircut that isn't that well done. Her long, dyed fringe are from scene fashion much like raccoon stripes hairstyles, though hers are an ombre fade.

For her hair in the early season, I took inspiration from Lydia Deetz from Beetlejuice. Scary's relationship with Willy, the main antagonist across both seasons, resembles how Lydia and Beetlejuice interact in the 1988 movie, a young girl's grief being taken advantage of to gain some higher power. I took inspiration from how the hair looks in the cartoon rather than the movie.

In the first turn of Scary's character arc, when she fully joins Willy and abandons the group, I changed her hair to a braid. the braid is meant to reflect a scorpion tail. This is first a nod to a joke song from early in the season that Scary wrote called "Scorpion Sl*t", but also a tie to the story of The Scorpion and the Frog. The fable is about how vicious people cannot resist hurting others, even if it dooms them both. This reflects heavily in ep31 specifically, where Scary sets Normal's house on fire, yelling about how awful of a person she sees herself to be and actively pushing her friends away in the most violent ways possible.

The third hairstyle is when she reverts back to 'Terry' during an infliction of 'Space Madness' (an insanity contextualized as a regression to an earlier self). Her braid is undone and pulled back into a sportier ponytail.

The final hairstyle is from ep37 and onward, after her stepdad's prophesized death comes to fruition. Her hair is down; it's a mess, much like her new emotional state after escaping Space Madness. But it's also a symbolic turn in her continuing to distance herself from Willy and now fully starting to reject him as a figure of authority in her life.

“oh my god! i cant see, whats happening?!” you exclaim, immediately panicking as you see your boyfriend down on the ice throwing tons of punches at the opposing player. his mother is right by your side in the box. she’s freaking out as well, but not nearly as much as you. she’s seen alex get into many fights over his lifetime of playing hockey, but it’s still scary no matter what. the ref finally intervenes, and alex is taken off of the ice. as your angered boyfriend is taken off, he’s still yelling things at both the ref and the other player. seeing this, you let out a sigh, and so do both of his parents. “oh alex, what happened?” you ask under your breath, as if he can even hear you.

a few minutes later someone comes to your guys’ box, and requests that you come with him to see alex. “am i even allowed back there?” you ask meanwhile frantically trying to keep up with the man’s pace. he nods his head before answering, “yeah, especially in this case. he keeps saying something about how ‘y/n is the only one who can calm me down,’” the man says. a little smile lifts your lips after heading that statement. you then show your badge to the security and he lets you both in, leading you to where alex is. he’s pacing around the lockeroom, hands in his hair while also covering his face.

“alex? are you okay?”’you ask hesitantly, afraid his anger will lash out again. you know he would never try to hurt you, or honestly even yell at you, but sometimes people have no control of their emotions. immediately he feels a touch of relief when he sees your face, but when he senses the smallest bit of fear in your tone, a wave of guilt crushes him.

“y/n, hi,” he says, immediately pulling you into a tight hug. his gear doesn’t smell the best, but it’s not at all the right time to make a joke. of course you hug him back, and immediately feel the tension in his muscles. a clear sign something wasn’t right. “alex love, what happened out there?” you timidly ask, afraid of what he might say.

“he slammed me into the boards so hard, but when i slam him back he starts punching me!? so now i look like the bad guy cause people only really saw me punching him! but the weird thing is, i just couldn’t stop? it’s like something overtook me,” he states, clearly embarrassed at his overreaction on the ice.

“hey, don’t be embarrassed al. you were angry, and that’s okay. you’ve gotten injured too many times and you’re finally back in the nhl, so of course you’re gonna be upset if someone risks hurting you again. just maybe don’t hurt them back next time, just let it go and be cool. the last thing you need is to get sat out for the next few games,” you say, and alex groans knowing that you’re right.

“i’m probably already gonna get sat out after all that shit i pulled. god, why am i so fucking stupid?!” he angrily chuckles, pacing the room once again. you grab onto his left wrist, and roll up the sleeve of his jersey. you trace the roman numerals that are tattooed into his skin, “alex, you’re not dumb. remember what your grandfather used to say?” you ask, still tracing the roman numerals he got inked for his grandfather.

“there’s no dumb people, just dumb decisions,” he mumbles, annoyed that you’re always right.

“exactly. you’re not dumb nor are you stupid. you just made a dumb decision. that’s it. now, since you’re out for the rest of the game, why don’t you go cool off in the shower and i’ll meet you after the game, okay?”

“yeah, okay. thank you y/n. i love you so so much. you always know how to calm me down,” he smiles, pressing a soft but intimate kiss onto your temple.

“i love you more, al.”

You absolutely cannot change my mind about this:

- Steve is the mom, Robin is the dad, Eddie and Nancy are the step parents, and Jonathan and Argyle are the really cool uncles.

- Steve definitely mothers everyone, there's curfew, there's a carpool scheduled, and, even if he doesn't admit it, he has definitely got into a shout match with a ref or another mom about his kid and another kid.

- Robin definitely fits the dad, she helps out with the kid's homework (especially languages classes), she has thrown one punch at a jock for picking on one of the kids tho she made them swear never to let anyone know that she punched someone for them, and her arsenal of dad jokes help.

- Eddie and Nancy both are step-in parents when the kids can't find either Steve or Robin, there's usually a threat of violence involved and the kids feeling extremely safe with the two tho both Steve and Robin scold all of them for it.

- Nancy and Jonathan parents Mike and it a more of a subtle parenting caring thing bcos all three of them are emotionally constipated, there's casual check-ins and subtle reassurances.

- Argyle and El are the communal uncle and child, respectively.

- The kids go to Argyle for advice about anything under the sun and loves his relax attitude on life.

- The teens love El and makes sure she gets a semi-normal childhood which mean cartoon Friday with Steve, learning new things with Robin, shopping with Nancy, listening to new music with Eddie, bedtime stories with Jonathan, and advice about what life can be with Argyle.

- Everyone is absolutely terrified of Jonathan and Robin that when being scolded the two are used as a threat.

okay story time w chase ahem

so actually how i got into tumblr at all is very relevant to the chain of events that led to entre existing. so before here, i was mainly on a...particular art webbed site that was basically a sinking ship circa: 2010 so i forgot how i heard about tumblr? but i joined here at first just to do naruto comm rp. like my only account was a naruto rp account for the first... i dont remember how long

eventually i got curious enough to make a personal account and started being active on that. a bunch of my friendgroup from the other site moved with me and we were just hanging out being naruto nerds. at some point i got into homestuck/learned about the askblog format. i don't remember which came first, but i DID run kibanaru and flutterdash askblogs before the lorax was a blip on my radar

i remember when i was in the homestuck fandom, i was so used to the naruto fandom where like..sure it's huge but i had established myself in a corner of it and it felt very like... it was a community! and in the homestuck fandom i didn't feel like that at all. i felt swept out to sea and it was very lonely tbh aside from the friends id manage to drag with me into it, but i always felt a certain dissatisfaction from my time in it

a friend of mine was the one to show me the lorax and the once-ler. i don't...remember how THEY found him, but they were already very into him before they even came to me about him. and they basically nagged me into watching the movie LMFAO (this was when the movie was still freshly in theaters so all we had was shitty camrips and LiveStream was a thing) so i started to draw smexy onceler and oncest fanart to mess with them and...well y'know ye olde saying about doing things as a joke.

so yeah i kinda got...genuinely interested in him. especially after i watched the 72' short and reread the book and was like wait. this movie is mid as hell actually. (the siren song of mid media) and i was like "well if /i/ wrote the movie id do this n this n this n this" and then all that added up in my head and i was like wait.

what if i did a once-ler askblog where i just change certain things to what i like? it wasnt gonna be a complete revamp/remastering because i wanted to do a proper askblog so i wanted to have his character be recognizable to any fans of the onceler. and this was wayyyyy before anyone was getting the idea to do the very creative and expansive onceler takes we have these days as a norm. so it was kinda like? being shoehorned into being Canon!Once-ler because?? that's just how you did askblogs back then

BUT!! there were a few other askblogs already around back then (end of April 2012 for ref) so i didn't wanna do what everyone else was doing (very much Established Business Once-ler/Greed-ler, Vest-ler/Oncie, or Aftermath Once-ler) so i got the idea to do the onceler but! he's still very fresh and new to his business. still basically vest-ler/oncie in personality but with big things on the horizon.

i started creating his blog the weekend before may. that's why his birthday is May 1 because that's when i officially started his blog and posted his first post and all that. literally when he was born.

so yeah this was all to try and find my niche in a community again as well as do what i'd already been doing for years now: waving my headcanons in ppls faces via my art LMFAO

it was honestly pretty new for me in a bunch of ways so it was very scary. i even tried to keep it a total secret at first. i thought people wouldn't recognize me for my art style.... (yeah idk how i thought that'd work either) and i mean??? for the most part that was true because it's not like anyone in the once-ler fandom would've known me beforehand anyways

so for the first uhhh...idk it didn't last long tho..i was a secret mod, but i got too itchy about sharing art that i didn't wanna put on his blog so i broke that pretty quick. i had a lot of personal rules i put on myself on what to do/not to do on and with his blog. and i still, to this day, follow a handful of them. so when i drew other stuff that i didn't think fit on his blog, i was like well damn i wish i could show this somehow...

tho sometimes i wish i'd tried to keep up the secret mod shtick a little longer

anywho. from there it's kinda like..he really just grew on his own. new ideas, new inspiration, new experiences shaping this or that. now i can write him without touching him for years like i just picked him up yesterday. he's that wormed in my damn brain at this point. he's basically his own person sitting in my head telling me what to do with him/what he'd say

so yeah at first? it was just me trying to write a very accurate 2012 movie onceler with a few tweaks. and then he just grew organically into what he is now. that's still his root and so that's still the default direction i try to take, but he definitely has a lot of things that make him his own person at this point too. even on his main blog.

as for why he's so stupid goofy. well. that's because i like drawing dumb expressions. the end. and in the end i'm glad his main blog remained super unserious and lighthearted because it really helped me mentally a bunch (those random spikes in activity? yeah it was for my own mental health LMFAO he helps me...a lot...because of the escapism and comedy)

bonus: as for truffula flu entre. i don't remember if something in particular inspired me to make him the ender of the world. i just felt like it'd be a fitting story for the once-ler for him to be in that spot. and from there i just approached him how i thought someone like him would react were he to find himself in that position.

my goal was always to make him as human as possible. like he's technically the villain of this story, but he's also the protagonist. yaknow. so i wanted to really interweave those two ideas interestingly into his character (and now im obsessed w it)

originally i thought of truffula flu as everyone doing their own storylines. i didn't expect at all that everyone would adopt MINE as all of THEIR canons. that was LKFJSLDKF a big surprise for me i was like wait what. i guess it seems silly now in retrospect that i didn't expect that, but i was just like "well this is entre's story. ppl can do whatever else they want tho" but suddenly entre's story was everyone's story. and it's pretty cool i can't lie

When they deal with customers they put on a persona that the others usually do not see.
