So hi! I know this isn't one of my usual posts, but I've been using this blog like it's my main one so it's going here! Welcome to my RP Partner search.

About Me/How I Roleplay:

Hello! I'm known as lightsabersandblaster on this blog but I also use SoulFlameSketches, but you're free to call me Soul or Drake. I'm 21 years old, turning 22 soon and I use she/her pronouns!

▶ I only roleplay with those 18+. But NSFW will only be included if my partner is comfortable with it as well. Smut to plot ratio varies, usually dependent on RP Partner.

▶ I typically write Advanced Lit to Novella in 3rd person perspective and past tense. I do my best to be grammatically correct, but I'm human so there's bound to be a mistake or two. Here's my writing samples! (All my samples are star wars at the moment I'm sorry!)

▶ I roleplay on Discord in private servers cause I love organized servers.

▶ I love OOC Chatter with my rp partner! Headcanons, gushing, crying together about the fandom or our RP is the lifeblood of these for me.

▶ I roleplay OC x Canon pairings, always doubling up! I play my Oc and your love interest and vice versa. Most of my pairings are MxF, but I'm happy playing AxA!

▶ I do my best to reply weekly, but life can get hectic and there's likely to be more time between replies. I will do my best to communicate if that's the case.

▶ Messing with canon is one of my favourite things to do, often adding my OC Species into certain fandoms, but I also love discussing AUs especially fix-its

Star Wars ▶ Prequel Era (Including Clone Wars, Bad Batch & Tales of The Jedi), Original Trilogy Era (Including Kenobi), Mandalorian (Currently watching season 3) and Book of Boba Fett. I have 4 OCs (Brainstorming a fifth) and they have various love interests

The Orville ▶ Seen all 3 seasons, currently writing my OC who's paired with Ed Mercer.

My Hero Academia ▶ Currently catching up on the series. If I roleplay this, I would most likely change it to a college/university setting to age up characters. The OC I am currently writing can be paired with Eraserhead, Fatgum or Hawks.

Marvel Cinematic Universe ▶ Infinity Saga with a few Phase 4 additions, like What If..?, No Way Home and Moon Knight. My OC can either be paired with Dr Strange or Bucky Barnes. I will need to rewatch some of the movies if someone wants to roleplay.

Hello! My old master-post is lost in the sauce, so here we go again!

I'm Bokettochild, aka Ketto, Mama Lava, and Flaming Idiot (or just Idiot)

I'm a writer/artist for the Linked Universe Fandom with a tendency to post flash fics and never keep up on my requests and/or updates, no matter how hard I try (blame my college and work)

My pronouns are she/her, but I'm okay with they/them if you forget (I'm terrible with keeping track of everyone's pronouns, so I get it)

I do write requests (note the above warning about lateness) and also will draw for you, but retain the right to deny a request if I so choose. I'm not comfortable with most things shippy (I don't understand them much) but outside of romance I'm willing to at least try to write your ideas.

The Ties that Bind AU

The Blood Between Us - The boys are all related and find out about it in a series of misadventures that leads threateningly closer to Warriors getting more drunk each time (fortunately, his brothers love him enough to help him). Includes Warriors as Wild's dad, some obligatory Time and Twilight, First King Sky, and appearances by Grandpa Wind and the Heroes Shade!

Pepper Me This - An in-between moment where the boys and Malon play a backwards version of Never Have I Ever and Legend has done everything. (CW for terrible accents)

The Face of My Father - (Continuation of TBBU) The boys (plus Ravio and Shade) end up traveling to Termina and discovering some long lost friends of Legend's. There are issues the boys need to work out from the previous stories, and I just keep making them worse. Also, the Fierce Deity is Sky's dad and Time accidentally releases both him and Majora from their masks.

All the Voices in My Head - Another in-between fic where Four and Legend bond about hearing voices and Four discovers new pronouns for themself (Gratuitous Four and Legend fluff)

Hylia's Love - (Continuation of TFOMF) The boys get transported to the time of the First Hero and meet Hylia, Link, and Orville, and have to help them fight Demise's army while also fighting among each other until tragedies start setting them straight and making them address their issues.

Next Part: Zvezda - Warriors' memories of his young son before Zvezda (Wild) was taken away. Will feature all of the other heroes making cameos at least once, if not more times (Four is a minish though, so I can only fit him in so much since Wars can't see him)

Sablya - AKA the OC I created as Wild's mom because I don't get shipping and couldn't really figure out who to pair Wars with, so the readers had me make this lovely lady. She hasn't made an official appearance in canon other than a name drop, but she's coming soon.

Robin - AKA the name I gave Sky's mom so I could have Dei (The fierce Deity) not just call her "your mother. This is drawn by the amazing telemna-hyelle (Thank you again, Tellie!)

Feathered AU Prologue - The official prologue for the Au, as per Brownie herself and written by yours truly. All blood descendants of Hylia have wings, but Legend does not know this. We follow him in a quick overview of his life before LU as he hides himself from the world while also becoming a famous hero.

Wild Misconceptions - Wild notices Legend is different from the other heroes, and with the aid of the Scientific Method determines that Legend must be trans and honestly, it's more reasonable than the truth. (Not a mockery of trans people; please (politely) inform me of anything that may be misconstrued as transphobic, I'm as clueless as Wild)

Flight to My Heart - Legend tries to keep his wings and his (perceived) evil nature a secret from the other heroes, who are all intent on figuring out what's wrong with him and helping in their own ways. (Features Dad Sky, All-Knowing Four, Uncle Twilight, Tired Dad Warriors and best buddies/brothers Legend and Wind)

Let Me Be Your Wings - (Inspired by this beautiful art and this song) Hyrule and the Chain are invited to attend the birthday ball for Princess Zelda Aurora, Legend's grand-niece. While the vet and birthday girl share an airborne dance, Hyrule realizes that Dawn (who has lost her wings) is a bit jealous, and offers to be her wings so they can dance the same way. Hyrule/Dawn (This is about as shippy as I'm willing to get, and only because it was written for a dear friend)

The Fluffy Adventures of A Bunny Merchant

Cider and Cocoa - Legend and Ravio accidentally win each other's affections with hot drinks, both loving the other's recipe more than his own. The story follows Ravio's perspective through A Link Between Worlds, the War of Ages and into LU where he and Legend share with the heroes (platonic: not written as Ravioli)

Scarf - Ravio gives each of the heroes one of his scarves and fails to convince them that's a customer service thing

Bunny Snuggles - Legend is touch-starved and Ravio helps

Stings and Tickles - Ravio does not like bees but runs into them a lot, both while living with Legend and during the war. Legend, meanwhile, loves bees, and actually softens up a LOT around them (he also very ticklish and they take advantage of it)

Of Grammas and Apple Pies - Legend and Wild make pie together after Wars reveals he's never had a good pie in his life. In the meantime, the captain and the other heroes discover that Legend is a horrible grandson and doesn't keep in contact with any of his family other than his sister, so they try and fix it.

Tired Feet and (Usually) Nimble Fingers - After a long day, Legend will sometimes message Ravio's feet. Except on the days when his arthritis kicks in, then Ravio messages his hands.

Coughing Up A Lung - Sheerow worries because one of his boys is sick and the other is missing (also part of Whumptober 2021)

Oops, I Did It Again - Ravio is sick with a deadly fever so Legend locks the other heroes out of his house in the middle of winter and tends to his best friend as best he can (also part of Whumptober 2021)

Say Uncle - Legend reminisces about his uncle to the other heroes and accidentally reveals that it's the anniversary of the man's death (a bit sad, but mostly fluffy)

Dumplings - (Inspired by a memory from visiting my own extended family) Hyrule leads the younger heroes in cooking dinner once Ravio is feeling better from being sick. (References Whumptober 2021 fics)

A Hero Protects His Own - (Inspired by ryssbelle's amazing Divine Beast Sky comic) A cloaked being curses Sky during a battle, making him incapable of surviving in the light. To save his life, Twilight uses the shadow crystal to turn Sky into a bird after a switch that separates the heroes. The only way to end the curse is with the aid of the Master Sword, or so they believe, but its with Legend at the moment and no one knows where the vet is. The cloaked figure seems intent on catching him for some reason so it becomes a race to see how can get the sword and the vet first. (Deviates from the comic starting in Chapter 8)

2021 Fic Year in Review

Total # of Completed Works: 24- Finished Undercover Lover and also started and Finished Rest for the Wretched. The rest were one shots from BobaDin prompts. I’ve also

Total Word Count: 87,272, not including Undercover Lover b/c honestly I finished all the writing for it last year.

Fandoms I’ve Written In: BNHA- Just b/c of Undercover Lover. I’ve only recently changed back over to Star Wars, specifically Post-Empire/Mando era.

Looking Back, Did You Write More Fic Than You Thought You Would This Year, Less, Or About What You’d Expected?: Since I was finsihing up UL, I had no idea how much I would end up doing. Considering I did 50+ one shots in 2019 and just 2 in 2020 (on top of UL). So being able to do 22 one shots and whole other multi-chapter is pretty good!

What’s Your Own Favorite Story: Two of them have good ideas that I want to kinda expand on. Tale of Two Kings and In Regards to Curses. TTK is a Royal AU that I’ve been trying to do but given TBOBF has been put on the back burner. RtC I’m actually taking the base concept and making it a more an OG story.

Did You Take Any Writing Risks This Year?: First time I’ve joined events! I’ve never done any in the past and this year I did two!! They were really relaxed and fun to do. I also did a Big Bang at the last minute.

Do You Have Any Fanfic Or Profic Goals For The New Year?: I’ve got my Smuggler’s Gambit with the OC/Self-Insert. I’m hoping to finish it and also be able to do the Royal AU as well. But!!! We’ll See (:

Most Popular Story Of The Year?: Not inluding Undercover Lover (which took two goddamn years), Rest for the Wretched. It was a multichapter so it’s not surprising.

Story Of Mine Most Under-Appreciated By The Universe, In My Opinion: Maria’s Gift- A Witcher OC story. If you read, pls fucking read the tags. But given that I’ve been working on Lady (Witcher OC) on and off for a few years, I was glad that I was finally able to finish that story.

Most Fun Story To Write: Smalltown Mando, but only b/c I made Din into Orville Peck. It was a lot of fun to try and figure out which Peck song I was gonna use.

Most Unintentionally Telling Story: Oof- There are parts of Rest for the Wretched that were def me pouring out insecurities and digging deep into Boba’s character but... Probably Interesting Company. It was good trying to figure out how Boba would react to Grogu’s gremlin self.

Biggest Disappointment: Even though I was putting out more for ‘21 than in ‘20, it did kind of suck that I did not put out more. That might not change for a while b/c of Personal Things (like job searching and a Whole Pandemic Going Into Year Three.

Biggest Surprise: When I switched fandoms to have ppl follow me over. And also to find ppl who liked my work after having done nothing but Reader-Inserts for the last two years and moving out of it.

The official reason for Kit's nickname within the team is because they can make incredible transformations using a makeup kit, but it's an open secret that it's also an excuse to compare her to a kitten. A former trapeze artist, she's strong, agile and decently flexible. Kit absolutely loathes being referred to as a woman unless they're consciously presenting as female for a mission (but I still mostly use she/her when writing fanfic because it's the 80s). Her most defining feature are the large birthmarks on her face, shoulder and thigh that you can see here.

When Mal, Evie, Carlos and Jay are invited to Auradon, she sends Diana with them, transformed into a pet blackbird, as a last chance to prove her worth as a villain.

When Philomel was born in the Garden of Eden, birds sang and they say that angels and demons were at peace for that moment alone. Especially after her fall (that she still believes to have been a misunderstanding), she is practically glued to them by the hip. They were with her in the beginning, so why shouldn't she stay with them until the end? And so, Philomel, known to humans as Venus Acidalia or Melanie Sapphice, proceeds to try and stop the end of the world, if anything to give her two lovers the chance to confess their love instead of having to kill each other... and because she has fallen just a little too much in love with the world herself.

Originally Alara's successor as Chief of Security on the USS Orville (note: I made Raevyn before Talla was introduced), Raevyn is transported back in time on accident. After dealing with Pria Lavesque, Raevyn has to explain herself to the Orville crew of the past. Since there's no way to send her back to the future, she stays on board. This gives her plenty of chances to do things she was simply too late for in her original timeline or that went horribly wrong, including a fresh start on her relationship with a certain helmsman. Half terrestrial, half aquatic Tehiko, Raevyn is an excellent swimmer and has electrokinetic and telepathic abilities. Sometimes, they do her more harm than good.

Eve represents Thomas's Imagination. She's not a side, but the embodiment of the concept. Thomas associates imagination with a little girl playing in a flower field, so that's why she's feminine-lloking. On top of this, Eve is also younger than any of the sides because it took Thomas a while to get an understanding for what imagination was. Everyone's little sister, Eve is also responsible for letting Thomas interact with the Sides and for the mind palace - which can sometimes lead to her getting possessed by one of them if they need more control.

Wanting to take revenge for her original diamond's shattering, she ends up on Earth, becoming caught up in the Crystal Gem's business.

- The main theme for my series of one shots and requests is comfort, as I think we could all use a little of that from our favorite characters right now

- As such, I’m only doing fluff for now: no lemons and no angst (except mild hurt in a h/c fic)

- I’ll do platonic and romantic character/character or character/reader, and I’ll do my best to keep it gender neutral in case of the latter. I don’t really vibe with second person writing though so I’ll be writing in first person. Edit: I feel more confident writing in second person now! So I can probably give you that if you request x reader.

- I do requests in order that they are submitted to me, with the exception of if I have done one for you before. I’ll get to it, but it will be pushed down in priority so new people can get their own comfort fics. (I’m leaving anon on and I’m trusting you guys to be honest about this. I want as many people as possible to get some love)

- Each one will be around 1000 words, give or take a couple hundred.

How many works do you have on AO3? 38 2. What is your total AO3 word count? Currently 332629 3. How many fandoms have you written for and what are they? Including crossovers: Doctor Who (new who) and Steven Universe are my big two, but I've also written for The Owl House, Torchwood, and VLD/Final space. ...those are the ones I have published. Deeep in my experiments/eternal WIPs I have also written for: Star Trek, The Orville, She-re and the princesses of power, Thunderbirds are go, Death in paradise (wanted to try my hand at a murder mystery), Poirot (see previous), W.I.T.C.H (I still have an alt ff.net account with stuff on for that somewhere), Harry Potter, Firefly, and on top of that, I am very surprised that I haven't written anything for Stargate yet. 4. What are your top five fics by kudos? Abomination Rise, The Owl House, 224 They Know Me, Steven Universe, 186 Cracks in the surface, Steven Universe, 150 Hell (Whumptober2020), Steven Universe, 75 Home (Comfortember2020), Steven Universe, 62 5. Do you respond to comments, why or why not? I try to, but my brain blanks something terrible most of the time, especially when you say something nice! Just know that I see and appreciate every single comment left- I really do! That said, I have a pretty good answer rate for any questions, so feel free to drop a q on my fics at any time! 6. What’s the fic you’ve written with the angstiest ending? They Know Me probably. Hell and cracks in the surface are probably the other two contenders, but I tend to put the angst in the bulk of the work. 7. Do you ever write crossovers? Never seriously. I don't have much time for them personally. 8. Have you ever received hate on a fic? Not really. I've had differing opinions, and I've had people rightly pointing out when I've gone crashing into a theme/subject with all the nuance and poise of a sledgehammer on a trampoline, but never outright hate. 9. Do you write smut? If so, what kind? Nope! The closest I've gotten is A heist day out, and that is the furthest I will probably ever go. I'm just not interested in depicting overtly sexual things. Ever. 10. Have you ever had a fic stolen? Not that I know of.. 11. Have you ever co-written a fic before? No, but it's soemthing I'd love to try at some point! 12. What’s your all-time favorite ship? Serenity. (Yes I know that's not the question, but similar to q9 I've never been overtly interested in ships, they're more flavouring for the story for me.) 13. What was the first fandom you wrote for? Doctor Who! I recently transferred my early stuff from ff.net to AO3, and My Worlds and London Again are some of my earliest work! 14. What’s your favorite fic you’ve written? Confession time: It's not my best written fic by a long shot, but I have a massive soft spot for Pearl's Christmas Present. 15. BONUS QUESTION: Do you have a WIP that haunts you? No, because I know I have a stubborn persistant streak a mile wide, and we will get there when we get there, but I will say that I have a MASSIVE Voyager alternative (basically oc star trek ship, crew etc) fic in permanent planning state (struggling to settle on the crew setup), with over a hundred (I think 132 at the last count) associated 'episode' ideas. One day, they might actually see the light of day!
