fresh new watcher/listener headcanon: they do better when the opposite sense is completely taken out of the picture
like u give a watcher noise-cancelling headphones and suddenly they gain a +14 to perception, they see Every Detail and can see up to like a billion miles away from where they're standing, everything that makes up everything down to the molecule if they squint, in a fight they're so good at tracking how their opponent swings and makes the smallest, most minute of eye movements that it basically looks like they're predicting their opponent's movements just from analysing what they're already doing down to an insane degree. all you gotta do to make a listener unable to hear you is, well, not talk. that aint gonna work here. you're communicating through body language and overly-expressive looks? the watchers read it like its (very literally) its own language. reading lips is a breeze. passing notes in the back of the class ain't gonna work here.
on the other hand, give a listener a blindfold and they become acutely aware of the Exact BPM of Everyone Within A Billion Mile Radius. watchers, when they are not using their ability to literally see everything everywhere all at once, can be hidden from. you plant yourself behind a big enough tree and you're damn near invisible. hiding from a listener in this state is impossible. both literally and figuratively- give a listener a blindfold and make 'em interrogate someone, they're able to hear every vocal inflection, every hesitation, every cutoff, and will probably instantly know whether youre lying or not. their fighting style becomes completely reactive- with a fast enough reaction time (and lets be real theyre mildly immortal pseudo-gods, their reaction time is fast enough) they can hear the sound of an arrow cutting through the air and dodge it without even looking. they can catch blades on their own weapons and are the master of side-stepping out of the way when someone tries to stab them from behind like the cool kids they are
i feel like if you pitted them in a fight against each other, they'd be insufferable to one another but absolutely enthralling to watch from the outside. i'd like to think that watchers are very formal, since they have that whole lawful evil type nonsense going on, so the way they fight is very by-the-books, won't break rules, fights like they're being scored type beat. on the other hand, listeners are, again, purely reactive. they are impulse-driven chaos mongerers, and thus they fight dirty. below the belt? low-hanging fruit? sounds good to them. they'd go for an easy shot in the Nether region, if you know what i mean (jimmy and grian are exceptions; they purposely act the opposite of what they're meant to because they're sort of just Like That tbh)
but yeah, they'd be SO annoying to one another. the watcher keeps having to parry the listener's bs blows (which annoys the listener to no end because the POINT of those shots is that you DON'T SEE THEM COMING!!), keeps trying to land hits but is evaded at the exact last second, probably on purpose just to make the watcher mad. like, the listener hears the sword coming at them from a mile away but doesn't dodge until the last possible moment just so the watcher can see how small a distance they missed by. but then the listener tries to make shots of their own and they're blocked halfway through the swing. the listener barely even comes close to hitting them because the watcher is predicting the damn future or something stupid like that, making it impossible for them to do anything unless they move like an absolute maniac so the watcher can't predict them. similarly, the only way the watcher can land anything is by exclusively using fake-outs, which just feels wrong.
honestly, i'm imagining a spar between martyn and pearl like this. they're so silly i think they would lightheartedly get on each other's nerves in this way until the fight is abruptly ended by pearl kicking martyn in the nether because yes, she fights by the rules, and it was a spar with no rules so. hey. fair game.

my internal struggle, as a black woman, writing black reader-specific fanfiction: a reflection
sometimes i catch myself feeling bad for having many of my works be specifically geared and shaped around black readers. and this is because the last thing i believe will drive out harmful discrimination and exclusion is more segregation, but then i remember that there are a plethora of other works out there tagged with “white character’s sister!reader” that will simultaneously boast lines such as “you tried to hide the growing redness on your cheeks.”
my first contact with reader-insert fanfiction was when i was around twelve. they were written for various fandoms i’d lightly dabbled in. as i read them, i made myself feel better when i saw white or fair skin-coded lines by psyching myself into believing i just wasn’t the norm; that it was okay for me to not feel seen by others. after all, i could just pretend those lines didn’t exist, right?
but it sucked and, especially as a black girl growing up in one of the most poverty-striken states in the US, i felt weird for liking what i liked. all my peers were watching bad girls club or listening to solely rap and r&b, but i was getting into fairy tail and how to train your dragon and visiting barnes and noble almost twice a week. i liked vocaloid and MMOs and had the radio set to my local pop station for hours a day.
so when i catch myself feeling some type of way because i’m not feeling inclusive enough or like i’m perpetuating centuries-long issues just in reverse, i imagine little v right next to me in her school uniform, relaxed hair in a high pony, and ballet flats. i imagine her on her kindle fire scrolling through silk browser. she finds my—her—black reader fanfiction. she’s so excited that she has to inhale sharply just to catch her breath. she smiles cheek to cheek as she taps the link.
her seeing my work tells her that there are black girls out there who aren’t weird for liking what she likes, and they write too!
so i implore anyone with doubts to undersrand that “x black reader” fanfiction isn’t an act of segregation, but rather, an act of healing.

Even for those who aren’t overtly hateful, this is a cloistered lifestyle that can’t function without the people kept outside the town limits. In The Donna Reed Show, that would be everyone who wasn’t white enough, straight enough, wealthy enough, Christian enough, traditional enough to fit into the world of this family, even if it’s what those outsiders desired. There’s nothing inherently evil in cooking or cleaning or not earning a salary, but endorsing Reed as an icon of femininity makes me worry that I’m unwillingly lending my participation in the massive conservative project aimed at rolling back the rights of those who didn’t have their own popular sitcoms. How could one strive for that life without being touched by its venom?

hey mauv what if zed brings back the gamemaster skin in s10. he did say hes gonna do loads more minigame things
head in hands I !! THINK ABOUT IT!!!!!!! i rotate that thought in my head from time to time. going to explode about it thank you for asking 👍
it would probably be a fresh new skin. maybe ringmaster suit with pink instead of red because branding and shit lol.
and considering this is going to be 10th season there could be a nice parallel with s5 when zed came to hermitcraft. a lot have changed since then. zed could specifically attempt to manage gaming district again ( because i can't really think of why would he bring gamemaster skin back otherwise ) but, for one, he is much more sociable, and hes is probably also more prepared compared to last time xD. probably has some minigames in mind already and how they would connect with each other ( <- you dont even know the shit im imaging here. higher then third dimension zedaph. you agree ) if he is going to be in charge. and minceraft had changed a lot too since then. maybe he will dabble in custom resource packs more.

Hi, I love your blog!! Your art and ideas are so cool!
I know it took Starline hundreds upon hundreds of tries to worm his way into Sonic's mind, but I was wondering how much time did it actually take Starline to make Sonic stop actually fighting him and believe in the fake memories. Weeks? Months? (kinda curious what was Sonic's thought process during the whole thing, but that feels like another can of worms lol)
Also I had an idea how Starline could make Sonic reluctant to leave Snowpoint even more - what if he made Sonic's "friends" have very emotional reactions to the idea of Sonic leaving? Maybe Cherry could be sad because he feels like Sonic is abandoning him, Sonic's "rival" could be pissed because no one else can keep up with them so snowboarding won't be as fun anymore etc. None of them know WHY they're freaking out so much,, it's irrational, but they can't help it. Above anything else, Sonic cares about his friends. If him leaving makes them so upset, then why WOULD he leave? He's happy here, after all :)
-🍑
i was thinking that instead of the typical "the more exposed to this thing you are, the more resistant you get to it", the warp topaz would work in the opposite way. so, "the more exposure you get, the weaker you become". i recall starline saying something about giving surge and kit a weakness to the hypnosis, and while that could mean he literally programmed one in via the cyborg fuckery he did to their bodies, it could also mean... this. so!
that being said, i definitely think there was like, a hill (or mountain, heh) or difficulty irt the whole thing for starline. like, just getting sonic to SIT STILL was hard enough. he literally had to bolt his feet to the floor. sonic's anger alone probably would have protected him from whatever starline was trying to tell him, at least for awhile.
but as time wore on and sonic had to weather hundreds and hundreds of exposures to the hypnosis, it would've gotten harder and harder to completely dismiss it. even when starline left to go do whatever the fuck it is he does, sonic would've been left there with nothing but those words he'd heard repeated over and over and over and over.
and that's the real trick. even before putting him in snowpoint, starline had him completely isolated. and he could think to himself, "none of what he's saying is true," but at the end of the day, it's starline's word against... no one's. cuz sonic is on his own this time.
more sessions. starline's lies repeat endlessly in his brain. he can see that damn topaz even when he closes his eyes.
it's not true. none of it. but...
he does love his friends.
and starline KNEW when he crested over the top of that mountain and the uphill battle finally ended for him, because it was when sonic haltingly repeated what he was telling him for the first time, albeit a little bit off. "i'm hhhappy in snowpoint. i d-don't wanna leave my friends."
so, how long did it take to get to that point? days? weeks? no. 2 months. of constant exposure and drilling and pressure. and sonic STILL refused to crack in exactly the way starline wanted him to. such is the will of the hero...
but yeah, i might extend the timeline a little. 4 months instead of 3, so half could've been with starline, and the other half "happy" in the town. :P

Anytime I think about Steve, Eddie, Chrissy or Robin as famous musicians, I have to hold myself back from adding a shit ton of Lady Gaga references.
Like in the 2010s Lady Gaga appeared for an mtv music award show as this rugged, unkept greaser type character she made up named jo calderone. He's kinda known as "Lady Gaga's boyfriend that is also lady Gaga in drag". Steve Harrington, teen popstar trying to get away from his overbearing label would show up to the red carpet in drag as Amanda Miller, the girlfriend his label chose for him. She is dressed how they have their other popstar darling, Chrissy Cunningham dress. Amanda Miller later shows up in one of his music videos after he leaves the label. Both appearances of Amanda Miller cause mass bi panic online.
Speaking of fellow teen popstar Chrissy Cunningham, she starts openly thanking God and the Gays for the successes in her career. The label hates it, but they deal or else she's not gonna thank God either, causing problems with her religious fanbase(the impact of only letting her make ultra clean love songs for years). Also the idea of Chrissy disrespecting the interviewers who disrespect her is so healing. Think about it. Like yeah she ate that guy's script, and she'd do it again if he asks about her diet.
For rockstar eddie? So in Lady Gaga's song government hooker there's a spoken bit(not the jfk line the "back up and turn around" one). Those lines are spoken by Gaga's bodyguard Pete, who has a very thick Dutch accent after Lady gaga suddenly brought the idea that he be the "pervy robot voice" up during production.
Like Eddie would so do this, as I think creating songs gives him a lot of almost maniacal energy. Also for this one, the bodyguard is Italian Steve, but he's Jeff's bodyguard who Eddie's been constantly flirting with. That's perfectly fine by Eddie's actual bodyguard, who needs "a damn second to fucking breathe, you hyperactive bastard".
Indie rock vocalist Robin Buckley would have an album where she sings in like four different languages outside of English like lady Gaga did in born this way. And also sing in other languages fairly often. It's most often in French(like lady Gaga does), but every time Robin starts singing in a language that isn't English, the fans will scramble to figure out what tongue she's singing/speaking in now and what is she saying? What does google translate say she's saying?
There's paparazzi photos of vocalist Robin standing next to Jeff from Corroded Coffin but she's chatting in Italian with... his body guard? Apparently they met as teenagers on a trip abroad and became best friends then pen pals after. But we guess it evens out as robin's makeup artist/one woman glam team was best friends with Eddie in high school? And she won the prom queen tiara that CC wears in their iconic album cover. I dunno, just something that's been haunting my brain.

You're definitely on to something with Rhysand stans being against Tamlin's untraditional masculinity. I love that Tamlin isn't the masculine stereotype that is prevalent in so much romantasy. I think that is the extra fuel as to why so many hate him. I've also seen stans on reddit say that they hate him just because he's blonde. 🙃
The main thing I LOVED about the first ACOTAR book is precisely that: it's different from most other fantasy romance. Tamlin and Feyre are an untraditional romantic lead couple. And it feels like SJM/fandom want to like, idk, punish those of us who liked that about that first book. Like they're going "can't BELIEVE you would ever like a SISSY MAN like that, when the REAL HERO is TRADITIONAL MASCULINITY DARK BROODY MAN! Here are all the ways that Tamlin, with all his EMOTIONS, fail as a romantic partner."
Which like....I guess it's fine that SJM decided to go down the route of making feyre and rhysand like every single other het romantic lead, but idk why those of us who enjoyed Tamlin have to be yelled at over it.
And again, it exposes an ongoing problem in online spaces, which is shitty people utilizing social justice language to bully and berate people for having different opinions, and then feeling justified in their poor behavior bc they challenged sexism or whatever.

your use of names throughout your works is just sooo chef's kiss - I noticed that while you have the internal dialogue of Mav and Ice refer to themself/each other as Maverick/Ice and Mitchell/Kazansky for the majority of your fics, there are instances where they do call each other by their first names even before they 'talk about it'. I was wondering if you had any thoughts about the first time they called each other Pete/Tom? Any preceding events/emotions/conversations? Or did it just slip out?
LMFAO it’s when they first jack each other off LOL LOL
Tumblr media
but aside from that the next times they call each other by their first names are: when bradley comes out to them (Pete), and literally 9/11 (Tom).
the whole “when they use names vs navy-issued identities” topic is one of those things I can’t talk about for too long without sounding like im sucking my own dick (bc im very proud of it) so ill just leave it there

Quick disclaimer, I’m going to talk about an NSFW topic, so if you’re not into that please scroll away now!
But, with that out of the way, here’s my Thoughts on a Thing. So, call me crazy, but I’ve been thinking about this topic for a while and after recent events I’ve come to a logical conclusion.
SHMK should, and I cannot stress enough how genuinely I mean this, have gay sex for plot reasons. Here me out!
Shu has IMMENSE issues with repression, and he always has done because of the environment he was raised in, and while he’s worked through a fair amount of those issues by now one glaring thing that still remains is how averse he is to anything sexual. There’s an entire story dedicated to exploring this aspect of his character (Astrae’s Atelier)! One part of that story is that someone from his school in Paris who is distinctly not averse to sexual stuff at all becomes very interested in Shu, to the point where they leave drawings of nude models and even porn magazines in his room to try and convince him that sexual things are normal (surprise surprise, it doesn’t really work). Kuro even finds out about this and brings it’s up again later on in the timeline, to which Shu is still clearly uncomfortable with it.
Mika on the other hand isn’t sexually repressed at all, much like the fan from Paris, and we know how openly horny he is all the time. But above his honrniess is his absolute loyalty. He would never do anything to harm Shu and would do everything to protect him and make him happy, recently including even digging up a grave to confirm or deny the reality of a story that Mika knew Shu wouldn’t like the ending of. He also still really struggles with comprehending how important he is to Shu, being willing to sacrifice himself in every way possible for the sake of Shu’s happiness without realising how that self-sacrificial nature is exactly what’s hurting Shu, and is incredibly insecure about himself and his abilities.
Them having sex is, I believe, genuinely going to be SO helpful for both of them. Because with the way Shu is Mika would be forced to realise how important he is to Shu since there’s no way he would do such an act with just anyone, and Shu would have to realise that sex isn’t the shameful act he’s always thought it to be and can be just another way to show someone how much you love them. On top of that, the act itself is inherently supposed to be one of mutual pleasure, it puts them on completely equal playing fields no matter how much they may want to value the other more than themselves.
Both of these characters are adults at this point in the timeline so it wouldn’t exactly be taboo to talk about such a thing, especially since sexual themes have come up in Enstars before though they’ve never truly been explored. And on top of that, since it’s now implied that they’re canonically together, it’s the type of topic that would be completely natural to explore with these two since sex is a normal thing in most romantic relationships.
And I’m saying all this as an asexual btw, so it’s not as if I’m just looking for excuses to sexualise the two because that’s not what this is about at all. I just whole-heartedly believe that it would actually be beneficial both to their relationship and to their personal development, and that this is something that can and frankly, in my opinion, should be explored in their future stories.
I SWEAR I’M NOT DELUSIONAL HERE, IT ALL MAKES SENSE!

i think it's cute how people are like why can't we go back to post-season 2 when everyone thought mike was bi and everyone had fun :( girl there's been two seasons since then i don't think people hated mlvn as much back then either things have changed
i think bi mike is still slightly more popular but gay mike truthers are more vocal because they're usually the people who analyze the show which is certainly...interesting. also i hate how people act like this is about him loving will more or whatever believe it or not this is not about will and it's not about el either it's about him and his storyline! conformity is just a more interesting story to me than incompatibility is

Daisuke's Notes on Venom's Concept and Design:
Like Millia, he was raised in the Assassin's Guild from an early age. He adores Zato.
He was set up to be a long-reach character and flier. I wondered what kind of character I should make. Originally, he had a cello. He actually had a fan for a weapon before Anji did. He also had a large cross, which I thought was the best concept, however, we were told that it was OK to have it as a part of his design, but not to hit anyone with it. When I was struggling, I went out to play games as a distraction. One time, as we were playing billiards, we talked about how interesting it would be to have a fighter who fights with a pool cue. But I thought the character would be too boring with just the cue alone, so I made it so that his hair also covered his face and added a mark on it with a bit of paint. Since the head had such a strong personality, I wanted to keep the body simple. However, I wanted to change the overall shape of the body to make it similar to Zato's, so that's why the legs are like that. As for the pants design, if I wanted to keep it simple, I would have made each leg the same color, but that would've made his figure appear more naked. To find a way around this, I made one leg light and the other dark to add more of a mysterious flair.

Okay, so I have Thoughts about last night’s fight and I’m on my lunch break so I’m gonna try to get them out. I’m not exactly sure where to start so I’m just going to pick a point and start word-vomiting, a pre-apology if this gets long.
So, I’ve seen some complaining or at least commenting about predetermined outcomes, plot, and railroading and that’s just not the vibe that I got?
I mean, in some sense, sure. Is this plot-related? HEAVILY. But to say that this was only going to go the way Matt wanted with the outcome Matt wanted (Imogen turning) feels... off to me. I could be wrong, this is something I’m not entirely confident in as a theory, but genuinely, that fight did not feel unwinnable to me. It felt stacked, yes, but not impossible. If I had to guess odds, I’d say somewhere between 70-30 and 90-10 in favor of Imogen embracing the storm (Matt’s desired outcome).
Otohan clearly outmatched the Hells, that isn’t debatable. The legendary actions and resistances made it clear. As Matt said during the fight though, luck was in play. Otohan got the jump on initiative, which immediately took Ashton out of commission and the party never recovered from there. They spent the whole time pretty much after the first couple rounds either attempting to run or healing allies. Imogen, Chet, and Little Mister still did damage, but they were about the only ones- and even with that, Matt said Otohan was kind of rough, which I’m guessing was less than half HP, maybe about a third? If so much of the fight hadn’t been various running around (which again, is the way the Hells had to play it because of unlucky rolls and downings), I think Otohan could’ve been taken down. But she was a great damage-dealer, she rolled well, so I’m not sure the fight was ever completely winnable.
That said, I do think it was runnable. I think they could’ve gotten away and they attempted to- but again, luck came in. Too many people went down and when they got up, others took their place down and no one could run without leaving other party members behind. Heartbreaking? Sure, but also situational. It didn’t have to be this way and I don’t think it felt railroaded. It felt like a fight to me, an interesting one, a captivating one, one where the Hells never stopped fighting, but to me... it never felt like a foregone conclusion.
In this weird, deterministic mindset I’m also seeing a lot of requests for a fix-it from Matt. Imogen’s weird storm magic will bring the dead party members back. Personally, I’m kind of against this notion. I mean, we’ll see how it plays out, but viewing the whole fight from a lens that Matt made the party lose and they never could’ve won or run just to ram forward the Imogen plot and then give a fix-it (because he made an unwinnable fight) feels... weird? Like lacking player agency? Explaining it and looking at it from that light almost feels like the DM playing with a bunch of dolls instead of an interactive, collaborative game. And that’s not the vibe I’ve ever gotten from Matt, in last night’s fight or other fights. As has been stated by many people, the players can fix this themselves- it will be very dependent for things going right for them but if they have the diamonds, FCG can bring up Fearne and Fearne can bring up Orym, and one of the healers or a potion can heal Laudna. It may not be easy but I want a chance to see the player’s take on this challenge themselves, not a magic fix-it.
Additionally, I don’t see why Matt would “force” the plot forward. It’s very not his style, and it’s also unnecessary at this point. In the circumstance the Hells had rolled well enough to run away, Otohan could’ve come back later and tried again. There was nothing that said this had to happen now. VM & M9 ran away from plenty of fights, had plenty of rematches. Unlike the Yasha situation in C2E69 (? ep # may be off), there was no outside force that meant this had to happen to Imogen. Ashley had to leave to film, so Yasha needed to be turned in her fight. Imogen could’ve resisted and had a rematch in a couple of episodes, if circumstances had gone well for Hells. It just so happened they didn’t.
All of this not even to say that I think it was likely the Hells ran away or won the fight- like I said at the start, I think the odds were heavily in Otohan’s favor. But BH put up a hell of a fight, and I think the concept that they never could’ve beaten her is off to me. It’s just not the way I interpreted it.
On top of all that, and this is completely personal preference, last night was my favorite fight of the campaign so far. In fact, I think it’s the only fight I’ve been mentally entirely present for. The fighting this campaign for me has been kind of a drag for me, I can never seem to zone fully in. Maybe it’s the watching week to week thing versus how I binged the fighting for early campaign M9 and VM and could watch on my own time. But I just have been having trouble connecting. Last night’s fight, though, kept me enthralled, I felt there was never a dull moment and on top of all of that, no one ever seemed truly defeated to me on the player side, which is something that can be a downer for me in high-stakes combat. Sure, we got a ton of stressed, “There’s nothing I can do!” moments from various players, but it never felt like they really lost their spirits, they were still all highly hooked by the end of the episode, which allowed me to truly enjoy the intense, life-or-death combat without feeling put off by it. Again, that’s for sure a personal preference, but my god, did I love that fight.

who's lila yammerings (i should be asleep
thinking about Who's Lila again and i really do love how the three layers of the mystery as broken down by Flaw Peacock includes kindof commentary to the "all interpretations are equally valid/correct" writing copout that isn't just the opposite statement or a rebuke of it, but also something that ties it all in with the rest of the game's infohazard/memetic properties themes. like yes, broke = all interps are valid + woke = there IS a correct answer as this is a mystery, but also bespoke = the correct interpretation comes from the unconscious mind of all people, a zeitgeist, et cetera.
it can be equally as much of a copout- because break it down, what tf does that imply? that the interpretation that takes us at large is the most correct? so the most popular theories, and that the most widely accepted aspects of the game, are what is true? whichever red herring that turns out to be when it is handed to the public? it can totally be a copout. not for lack of effort or intelligence or artistry, as FP's video is nearly 8 hours for a reason, but also it can be copout. a REALLY COOL copout though. i can't picture of any other story that i know that does this, nor could i think of a better story to do it.
because it's all about the cultural zeitgeist and memetic properties. beliefs and feelings and ideas and superstitions that trend. Lila is the mystery but she is also a demon, she is also a trauma, she is also a metaphor, she is also a delusion, she is all of these things, but above all else she is what YOU hear she is. the most popular, most widely accepted interpretations are what get shared, and spread the furthest. unrelated people hear about it, maybe give these opinions the time of day for a quick read, and Lila has fully cemented herself in those people's brains as that interpretation, even if alllll that information they just took in winds up being dead noise that the brain scraps entirely with time. she WAS there, however fleeting, as is her abiding by her, or the, laws of memetics
and to me, this is the interpretation. but that doesn't change how people at large are viewing her and i certainly wouldn't know better as i haven't bothered looking into it. idk yall im not gonna ask. regardless she is whatever we first thought she was, and unless you dig deeper and find out more, she's infected you thus. just like how the Dada Dog was originally just some guy's silly drawing, but evolved into an alt-right symbol of actual genuine murderers. somebody took the Dada Dog and maybe unintentionally recontexutalised it when putting it next to their personal dangerous rhetoric, and their ilk ate it up like flies to the point that there was nothing left of the Dog but the picked clean, bare bones of its lineart and sombre expression
my best guess are that there are three layers to the current zeitgeist of Lila as well. 1. the unknowing crowd, who have maybe seen a few pictures at most and maybe a little bit of the game, assuming she's a trauma metaphor characterised as a paranormal thing possessing dear William. 2. the initiated, knowing a little more and who may lean towards her being a demon taking advantage of kids with issues. and 3. whoever was insane enough to dig this deep and grasp that she is exactly what we think she is
Conclusion: Poor William

(this is in a downstairs like cafe/hallway/elevators area) so i stall and then we go to check for a free room to sit in and when there r ppl in it we just go back near the cafe area and theyre over in this little. alcove. of a sitting area. lounging. and im so normal and rlly naturally glanced over a couple times hoping to god the guy didnt see me cause luckily roommate was faced away. anyway. but lydias screenaging it up so im just sitting there awkwardly. and i have to walk past them at one point to get soy sauce to drown the sushi in and maybe that made me look like a weird little stalker too. well again this is if the guy even knows who i am and prob not so whatever its like fine. but like yeah and then i def saw them getting up and then on the elevator to leave so i think my skittish little creature tendencies scared off the vibe from across the room even... and i didnt just wave like a normal person bc i wasnt sure they saw me but we've spotted each other at much greater distances there's simply no way. i was treating them like what the kids call an 'opp' kinda... me when im an anxious little beast...
