nine wants to kill the chaos council so badly for what they did to prism but he’s... well, before, it was PRISM'S mission/purpose to destroy the council. to be nine's weapon. but now, nine doesn’t want the android going anywhere near them. and the android is confused by this, because it doesn't understand what changed. but nine is like (voice cracks) can't you just do as you're told?

when nine creates an android to replace prism after he dies, shadow is SO MAD. (sonic is also furious, but for shadow... it's personal.)

but shadow can't kill the android because nine tells him that if he lays a single FUCKING finger on it, or if he breathes a WORD of the true nature of the android's existence, then he'll destroy the new yoke paradox prism shard.

without the new yoke shard, sonic and shadow will never be able to bring back green hill. and they'll be stranded in the shatterspaces forever. their mission doomed.
