one of my awesomest thing this is my second year doing it I started Jan 1st 2022 it's a spreadsheet of every time I jerk off including data on what toys I was using, what I was jerking off to, whether it was video, text, or sexting, whether I came, what time of day..... yeah. I love it. I love autism. last year I jerked off 265 times.
