Inderomantic (Inde -Indecisive)

This is a flag + term redesign purely for myself, I genuinely could NOT stand the name or flag and it didn't flow with the rest of my identity, so this is for me. You all may use it too

The original term is Xumromantic, this flag is the same exact definition, check it out.

This term is exclusive to neurodivergent people. It was specifically coined with people with anxiety disorders, OCD, and OCPD in mind. The term implaromantic exists for neurotypical people who relate to this experience and don't want to appropriate.

Delta and Oster and Co. have them too, Delta's is a round-ish beast with many leg and eyes surrounding its entire body with waterfall-like tears. Oster and Co's is one with multiple heads, each representing one of the "main" alters. I would like to heavily rework these both design-wise and concept-wise. Here's old art of them!

of the aro alignment terms made by @polyfragmentedchaos ! (Calling these the aro celestial alignment terms for now but idk if there is a broad term for these?)

(made bc I wanted to make alternate designs, colors based on the names of the labels, Im a sunshine aromantic and eclipse aromantic!)

Sunshine Aromantic - Someone on the aromantic spectrum who wants to date anyone

Moonlight Aromantic - Someone on the aromantic spectrum who doesn't want to date anyone

Eclipse Aromantic - Someone on the aro spectrum who switches between wanting and not wanting to date people

Starlight Aromantic - Someone who is on the aromantic spectrum and is unsure whether they want to date people

Paladin Cordelia

So I was thinking about the doodle I posted earlier about Cordelia learning swordfighting post Golden from Avlora and was like "yeah, fighter Cordelia would be cool, but if feels like a shame as well bc she's my favorite healer to use" until I realized that Paladins were a thing and it would fit with the fact Cordelia's class is a cleric, so I could have my cake and eat it too.

I might make a refined version of the design bc there are some things I'm not 100% happy with (like the arms), but yeahh. Paladin Cordelia

Edit: Didn't like the contrast on her armor so I adjusted it slightly haha

Oop, almost forgot to post this here as well the other day glkjk Buuut guess who finally got to finishing another Reimagined AU design?~ This time of everyone's favorite icy brother-in-law, Andrealphus 💙❄️as a nice lil follow-up to the previous set of redesigns I did for Stolas & his family.

Now, keep in mind I by no means "hate" Andre's canon design as-is (*mainly thanks to all the pretty fanart I've seen from other fans*)... buuut at the same time, it just kinda stumps me how its meant to work as a sibling concept for Stella? .w.; From the heart-shaped face shape & pupiless eyes, I legit thought he was meant to be Stolas' brother before I read his initial intro description lol. Not to say siblings have to look 100% alike, mind you... buuut just a lil more visual clarity could've went a long way to distinguish them as 'family' imo. That along with the... weird "Evil Elsa"-inspired hair, robe & a whole crown (when he's not even a royal himself...?) on top of everything else... ehhhhh .w.;; the vibe together didn't really do it for me, I'm afraid 🤷‍♀️

-Soooo yeah, tangent aside here's my own personal take on Andre's look in my AU~. Made him physically a mix between a Snowy Owl & a Peacock (*I HC him and Stella as half-siblings btw, as she had a Swan mother herself*), gave him more of a "fancy mathmetician" vibes with the pointer stick & glasses ('cause his OG demon lore had him involved with alot of math, apparently? :o), styled up his face markings & hair to resemble more to his sister, aaaand just for fun I decided to give him some green accents to contrast from the rest of his icy/blue colors... 'cause yknow, "Green with Envy"~ lol ;p

Obviously you can answer this privately if you'd like, could you potentially send me the links about the reason for Joku's design change for Dream that you mentioned in a previous ask? I tried going through Joku's archive and all I found was the OG design and the new one, with 0 explanation for why there was a change. I'd appreciate it, but I understand if you're not comfortable, have a good day!

i don't actually know why dream's design changed! i don't think there is one either :p

Etymology

The etymology of this term is unknown. Neut(gender) was coined by tumblr user Wingsdownmyspine in March 2020. The Neutgender pride flag and an expanded definition were reposted to Beyond-Mogai-Pride-Flags by Mod Fy two days later.

"Neut" is likely an abbreviation of "Neuter" or "Neutral", but this has not been confirmed by the original coiner of the term.

Flag

The original flag was created by the coiner at the same time as the term. This flag consists of four horizontal stripes of the same size. From top to bottom, they are black, grey, white and red. The meaning of the original flag is unknown.

Due to being almost completely identical to the Asocial flag designed two years prior to Neutgender, I took it upon myself to make an alternate flag, which is the main purpose of this post.

This alternate flag consists of six, horizontal stripes of the same size. From top to bottom, the stripes are burgundy, desaturated magenta, light lavender, tan, desaturated green and dark green. Each stripe has the following meanings:

The burgundy stripe represents being Neut.

The magenta stripe represents disconnection from humanity.

The light lavender represents a present sense of gender.

The tan stripe represents the usage of It/Its pronouns (as opposed to They/Them).

The light green stripe represents otherness.

The dark green stripe represents neuterness/neutrality.

The burgundy stripe is a homage to the original flag that used red alongside a monochrome color palette.
