It had to be every schoolgirl’s dream, receiving cute notes written by a secret admirer, pushed into her locker every morning. And the notes were cute, they really were. Never creepy or offensive, just sweet.
It had started almost a month ago. One morning you had opened your locker, only to find a small note fluttering out. Not recognizing it, you had unfolded the paper that seemed to have been ripped from a Kanji exercise book. In an unfamiliar handwriting, using what seemed like a fine 0.3mm black ink pen, a few words had been scribbled down, making a smile pull at your lips.
“I’m too shy to tell you this in person, but your presentation on the United Nations yesterday was crazy good.”
You had folded the note back together, and placed it in your pencil case, where it made you smile every time you glanced at it.
“You’re in a good mood today,” Sugawara, your classmate, had grinned when he had passed you during lunch break on this way to the sink.
You had shrugged, your heart beating faster when you had realized that Suga had addressed you. The feeling that ran through your body at every interaction with him was so different from the feelings the note had sparked, so much better.
The notes had started that day, and there had not been one day of school since then, that there hadn’t been one shoved into your locker in the morning. Over time they had gotten more personal, leaving less and less doubt about the author’s attraction to you. He (and you knew it was a guy by the words he used), was never offensive or creepy, just plainly sweet, complimenting the hair clip you had worn the other day, or sometimes even admitting how he wished he would be brave enough to talk to you normally, without these notes.
And the more he revealed his own thoughts, his own insecurities and wishes, the more he revealed of his heart, the worse you felt. The notes were cute, sweet, and normally you would have been dying to know who went through all the effort just for your sake. Maybe you would have been trying to find out who it was and asked them out, just because you felt like after all the effort he had made, he deserved you take a risk too.
But no matter how much you wanted to feel excited and honoured by these notes, there was still Suga. Suga who was in the same class as you and your mysterious admirer, Suga who was working hard in every subject, who helped the other students when they struggled, who laughed loud and unashamedly in the breaks, who’s smile was warm like summer sun beams, even when it was only late February. So really it was Sugawara’s fault, you thought to yourself, that you couldn’t reciprocate the feelings these notes conveyed. If it weren’t for your stupid, stupid, unrequited crush on him, you’d have tried to get into contact with the author of these notes weeks ago. But your heart was hopelessly hung up on someone else, no matter how much you tried to convince yourself to let these feelings go.
So, when you stared down on what had to be the boldest note yet, you felt a little sick.
"I've been trying to work up the courage to ask you to sit with me for lunch for weeks now, but every time I think about getting up and asking you, I get so nervous that I can't even think properly anymore. Maybe I’ll ask you tomorrow. I want to make salmon onigiri, I know you like those. What do you think?"
The nervousness of the author as he had written these words and then pushed the note into your locker was basically seeping out of the paper into your hands, pleading you to be as nervous about him as he was about you. But instead, you knew he was just setting himself up for heartbreak. This had to stop. Now. You had allowed this boy to bring up his hopes for far too long now. You had to end this. Even if it would hurt him. Even when you would feel awful for breaking his heart.  But it was better to end this now than to have him work up the courage to face you and then tell it into his face.
Although he did deserve a gentle let down, he didn’t deserve to torture himself before it. So, after your last class, you ripped out a page of your notebook and grabbed one of your pens. During class, between paying attention to the teachers’ words and the way Suga was bouncing his leg under the table on the other side of the classroom, you had mentally prepared what you wanted to write.
“Dear friend, thank you very much for all the notes over the past weeks. I have enjoyed reading them, but I’m sorry to tell you that I can’t reciprocate your feelings. I already have someone I like, and it wouldn’t be fair to let you keep hoping I will return your feelings. In fact, I should have told you this a lot sooner, and I’m sorry for the pain I’m causing you now. Let this be the last exchange.”
You had been tempted to add words of reassurance or comfort, but you were worried they might make him hope against hope that you would eventually return his feelings. When the last class was over, you used a thin strip of washi-tape and stuck the note to your locker so it was blocking the little gap in the door. This way the note couldn’t possibly go unnoticed by whoever had sent you the others.
The next morning rolled around, and you were almost nervous, when you took off your shoes and placed them in the rack, going to your locker to grab your books for the day. The note you had stuck to its door the day prior was gone, and you already feared someone else might have removed it, but when you opened the locker, no new note came sailing out. You were almost a little disappointed. But you had asked him to stop writing, so you had gotte what you wanted. This was for the best. Let him be disappointed or maybe even a little heartbroken, and by next week he would have moved on.
When you entered the classroom, you found, much to your surprise, that yesterday’s note hadn’t been the last. Instead, someone had placed two wrapped onigiri on your table, and a note underneath. Up until now, the paper had always been torn neatly out of notebooks, the signs evenly paced and written with precision. This time, even though it was the by now familiar handwriting, the page seemed to have been ripped out in haste, the words smeared over the paper, smudging the ink.
“I already made these, and I thought you should have them. If you don’t want them, leave them on the desk during lunch break and I’ll take them back. This is my last note. Thanks for your honesty.”
You bit your lip, staring down at the paper. You could tell his hand had shaken when he had written this note. While nervousness had seeped out of the other notes, this one seemed to ooze pain. He’ll get over it, you thought to yourself, over me.
Quickly you crumbled the note in your hand, pushing the onigiris to the edge of the table, not intending to eat them. With a few steps you made your way to the paper basked, discarding the final note of your secret admirer. On your way back to your desk, your eyes skipped over to where Suga was sitting, as always when you got the chance.
He sat backsided on a chair, arms crossed over the backrest, chin propped on his lower arm. He had taken off his jacket, leaving him in the short sleeved, white button-up of the uniform. Warm spring sunlight flitted in through the window, catching in his silver hair and making it gleam like star light. He looked angelic, you thought to yourself. Even though Daichi was telling him something, and laughing at his side, Suga barely seemed to listen, his gaze absentmindedly directed into the distance. He looked pale, you realized, pale and tired. Hopefully he wouldn’t get sick in the last weeks of the school year.
Suddenly his gaze drew away from wherever he had stared of to, and directed itself to you instead. You felt like your heart almost stopped at the way his coffee brown eyes bore into you, and feeling your cheeks heat up, you lifted your hand to wave at him with a smile. Instead of returning the gesture, he only seemed to tense, before tearing his eyes away from you and sitting up, saying something to Daichi instead.
Confused at his unusual reaction, you walked back to your seat, sitting down. The onigiri in front of you seemed to mock you, and far more frequent than usually your gaze flickered over to Suga during the day. His mood didn’t seem to better though, and in fact it grew only grimmer when he caught you staring at him once.
You were not the only one who seemed to pick up on his unusual behaviour, because as the bell rang for lunch break, you overheard Daichi ask him if everything was okay. Suga only answered he was fine, even though he sounded upset and annoyed, but the rest of the conversation got drowned out by the voices of other students.
Like every day, you left the classroom at the beginning of lunchbreak to refill your bottle at the water fountain in the hallway. Today you made sure to take an extra few minutes; hopefully giving the author of the notes you had received enough time to retrieve the onigiri from your desk. And sure enough, by the time you returned to the classroom, they were gone.
The rest of the day went by without any other incidents, unless one counted Suga’s terrible mood. Even across the classroom it seemed to rub off on you. Originally you had wanted to pay closer attention to the other boys, trying to see if anyone’s behaviour differed from usually which might give them away as the author of the messages, but instead your focus was entirely on Suga and what you could do to cheer him up.
When the last class ended, and you still hadn’t thought of anything useful to say to Suga, you just opted for a wave and a smile, as you usually did, bidding him goodbye before heading off to your club. But unlike all the other days, he ignored you completely, leaving a bitter taste in your mouth and your heart heavy.
It was already growing dark outside when you hasted through the corridors of the school again. Your club had finished only a few minutes ago, when you had remembered there was a book you needed for homework, so you were on your way back to the lockers. You had almost reached them, when suddenly the voices of two students made you stop.
“He explicitly said not to get involved,” the one nagged.
“But have you seen him? Can you really just stand by and watch him suffer like that,” the other voice replied.
Carefully you snuck around the last corner, finding two boys standing in front of your locker. Even in the dim light you could make out the one’s buzzcut and the other’s unruly hair. They were both in the year below you, you realized, and members of the volleyball team, teammates of Suga’s. The one with the unruly hair was trying to push a piece of paper through the gap below the door into your locker.
You were about to ask them what they were up to. After all, neither of them couldn’t have been the one writing the notes you had received; that person was in your class. You knew that from the references to your classwork he had been making.
“You know, he’s gonna hate you when he finds out you got involved.”
“So what, let him hate me! As long as he gets his girl! (Y/n) just has to give him a second chance!”
“Who am I supposed to give a second chance,” you asked out loud, stepping out from behind the corner.
The two boys jumped in surprise as your presence, the one with the unruly hair, quickly hiding a piece of paper behind his back.
“Well, you see, the thing is our set-,” he started, immediately receiving a harsh nudge from his friend.
“And what were you trying to push into my locker,” you added. Usually you were not very intimidating, but being a year older than them had its perks: they had to respect you. Demanding, you held out your hand.
The boy with the blond streak in this dishevelled hair shot his friend a side glance before stepping forward and dropping the paper into your outstretched hand.
“Have you been the ones putting notes into my locker,” you asked.
“Yes, well, no. Maybe. Sometimes,” the boy with the buzzcut answered. Tanaka, you remembered.
“What is it now. Have you or have you not?”
“Sometimes,” the other one – Nuka? Nayo? Noya? Oh yes, Noya was his name – answered. “Sometimes we delivered them for our friend, when you had club late and there was the chance of you running into Su-“
He got interrupted by another shove between his ribs. He coughed.
Biting your lip, you twirled the paper between your fingers. You could find out who had sent you all these notes, you realized. You just had to ask now. Tanaka would probably be quiet, but Noya seemed eager to make you like whoever had sent them to deliver them. But did you want to know? Did you really want to go to class tomorrow, look at the person who had written these notes and pretend you didn’t know?
“Please,” Tanaka interrupted your thoughts. “Can’t you give our friend a chance? We know you like someone else, but you’ll forget about that guy in no time, I promise! Our friend is like- he’s the best guy there is really. He’s smart, and patient, and funny-”
“Charming, good-looking, athletic,” Noya continued. “A little chaotic sometimes maybe, but he has like the biggest heart-”
You shook your head. “Listen guys, Tanaka-kun, Noya-kun. I appreciate your effort and I know you just want to see your friend happy, but as I already wrote him: there is someone else I like, and it wouldn’t be right to let your friend hope that my feelings will change eventually. That’s just not fair.”
“But you should’ve seen him today during practice,” Noya continued. “He was not himself! He was devastated! And Suga’s ready to let you walk away because he respects you, but I- we think-”
“Wait, wait,” you lifted your hands in the air, signalling him to stop talking. Your heart was racing. “Say that again.”
“He respects you and-”
“No, you said his name,” you disagreed.
The boys exchanged glances.
“He’ll kill you,” Tanaka mumbled to Noya.
“Did you say Suga,” you asked.
Their silence was answer enough.
All this time you had wanted Suga to notice you and all this time it had been him who had sent you these notes? And then you had rejected him? Was that why he had been so pale today, why he hadn’t smiled at you today? Because you had rejected him, not even knowing who you had rejected? Your heart dropped and the floor felt like it was giving way beneath your feet. You had to fix that. Somehow you had to fix this stupid, stupid situation.
“Do you have a pen?”
Tanaka rummaged around in his pocket, before handing you a blunt pencil. You took it anyway. Unfolding the paper you had taken from Noya, you placed it against the closest locker, flipping it to its empty side.
“What’s Suga’s favourite onigiri filling,” you asked, glancing at Tanaka and Noya from over your shoulder.
“Salmon,” they answered at the same time without hesitation.
You furrowed your brows. “Are you sure?”
“We talked about it just the other day,” Tanaka assured you.
“He said, he likes them because you like them,” Noya added. You exhaled slowly, trying not to laugh. This sounded so much like something Suga would say.
Putting the pen down, you began writing.
“Noya and Tanaka ranted you out. Don’t be mad at them, I made them tell me. Let’s eat lunch together. I’ll make salmon onigiri, I know you like those. We can eat outside under the plum tree. The blossoms are your favourite, aren’t they?”
Quickly, before you could change your mind, you folded the paper, and pushed it into Suga’s locker, making the two boys exchange wide eyed glances.
“What did you write,” they asked excitedly as you returned to your locker to retrieve the book you had come here for.
“Are you giving him a second chance?”
“You’ll see,” you answered with a smile.
The next morning, Suga was already sitting in the classroom when you entered, like he did every morning. When he saw you sitting down behind your own desk, he quickly exchanged a few words with Daichi, before walking over.
Pink was dusting his cheeks, the colour almost matching that of the plum blossoms outside. He was nervous, you could tell, fiddling around with a piece of paper between his fingers. Watching him walk over, your own pulse spiked. Yesterday you had been filled with confidence when you had written the note, but today it all seemed unreal. That was until he dropped the small piece of paper on the desk in front of you, leaning against the table.
For a moment you looked up at him, his chocolate brown eyes nervous but also filled with warmth as he glanced down to you, then you reached for the paper. He had rolled it into a tight scroll, probably an act of nervosity while he had waited for you. For the first time the note didn’t contain any words, only a doodled Smilie. The smile on your face was instantaneous, and quickly you looked back up to Suga, who was full on blushing now.
“I know, I said I’d stop it with the notes, but…” he shrugged bashfully, making you laugh quietly.
“No, that’s okay,” you let him know.
“I do gotta ask though- not that I’m complaining, just curious – what changed your mind?”
He’s still smiling, but you could hear the insecurity in his voice as well.
Inhaling deeply, you settled for the truth. “Turned out the guy I rejected was actually the guy I was rejecting him for.”
Suga just furrowed his brows in confusion.
“What I mean is,” you shuffled in your seat a little, wondering if the words would come any easier if you sat differently or if Suga weren’t nailing you to the chair with the intensity with which he was considering you now. “You’re the guy I was talking about in that note, the person I like. I didn’t know you were also the person sending me these notes.”
Finally, the last bit of hesitation seemed to melt away from Suga. “Lucky then, that I like you, too,” he teased, making your heart stutter and his cheeks tint an even deeper pink. “Sooo, are we eating lunch together?"
You nodded. “I made onigiri, like promised. Is salmon really your favourite filling?”
Suga laughed. “Yeah, it is. Always has been, since I was little.”
He was about to say something else, but was interrupted by the teacher, calling the beginning of the class.
Quickly he pushed away from your desk, winking at you mischievously. This Suga was so very different from the disappointed, heartbroken Suga from yesterday. You knew exactly which one you preferred. He turned around and hurried back to his desk, but not before dropping another note to your table, this one folded several times.
As the teacher began the class, you quickly unfolded the paper under your desk, reading the few words Suga had written down. This time they were a lot neater than the note he had left with the rejected onigiri the day prior.
“I mean it. I really like you too.”
And underneath he had drawn a tiny, almost hesitant doodle of a heart.

Straight out of college you were ready to take on the world. Job offers came in, and one caught your eye. A school called Shiratorizawa offered you a good deal more than the others, as well as a relocation stipend, and other solid benefits-it would have been stupid for you to pass up. You had job experience, teaching kids at your middle school alongside one of the more tenured faculty, which worked out in your favor.
Your parents were worried, but you assured them that you would be fine. It was near the start of the school year so of course you had lesson planning to do, but you didn’t have to worry about actually teaching anyone just yet. And the weekend you moved, you were deeply thankful for your abundance of time, as you were dealing with things getting lost in the move, or items getting damaged, or even being sent to the wrong address. It took you a week to get most of your stuff set up and ready, the house now in a livable state.
That weekend, a knock sounded at your door, and you opened it to see a silver haired man smiling at you. His brown eyes twinkled in excitement. You looked to see a young girl with a silver ponytail holding up a little plant by the man’s side.
"We just saw you move in and wanted to say hi! We're the Sugawaras. I'm Koushi and this is Aiko, my daughter." The girl smiled as she waved at you. You couldn’t help but smile back at Aiko.
“Hi Koushi and Aiko, my name is Y/L/N, but you can call me Y/N.” Koushi smiled at your greeting.
“We saw you moving in, and Aiko really wanted to meet the next door neighbor, so we decided to give you a little housewarming gift.” As Koushi spoke, you looked at the plant Aiko held and saw it was a succulent. “We were going to make cookies but we didn’t know if you were allergic to anything, so we got you a succulent instead. Aiko loves them so she’d figured she’d share one with you.” He looked down at his daughter and smiled. “Isn’t that right baby?” Aiko mumbled a soft “stop it dad” nodded before she spoke.
"They're so pretty! And easy to have. Dad says if I take good care of them we can get a cat." Koushi chuckled.
"And you're already doing so well. “ Koushi said as he ruffled her hair and she rolled her eyes but a small smile was on her face. “I still have the succulent he gave me for graduating,” she stated, puffing up her chest. “I know, it’s been a little over a year now,” Koushi said, only filling up her pride more. As she handed you the succulent, you couldn’t help but eye the little black bird drawings (or at least what you thought to be birds) scrawled around the pot. Koushi noticed, and spoke up, saying, "She’s had that pot for years. She decorated it when she was 8.” Aiko chimed in with “I decorated a bunch of pots then, and I still use them. But they all have crows on them because they were the mascot for my dad’s high school.” Koushi added to his and Aiko’s explanation, stating, “I went to high school at Karasuno. I was the vice captain of the volleyball team my senior year." Your eyes widened.
"Karasuno, isn't that where Hinata Shoyo went to school?" Koushi was surprised by your statement.
"Yeah! He was in his first year while I was in my 3rd." Your eyes were alight with excitement as he responded..
"I love the Jackals! I grew up around the stadium, but I would catch games here and there. My family actually has season passes!" Koushi was happy with the development that you both had a love for volleyball. Him knowing Hinata was practically the icing on the cake.
"That's amazing! Maybe the three of us could go catch a game together." The blush on his cheeks was missed by you, but was easily caught by Aiko who giggled.
"You can meet Uncle Shoyo!" Aiko smiledly, clearly excited about their uncle.
"Uncle Shoyo?"
"Hinata and I are still good friends. A bunch of us from Karasuno regularly get together for drinks or dinner. When Hinata is back in town, he joins us." Aiko turns to her father with puppy eyes.
"Dad, can she come with us to the next dinner?"
"I don't know. It's up to her." Koushi and Aiko looked at you with hopeful eyes, the power of both of their puppy eyes becoming overwhelming.
"Yes, I'll come. I have to see if it fits in my schedule of course, but I'll go." They both cheered at your response.
"Awesome. Can I get your number so I can keep you updated?" Koushi asked, and you smiled.
"Of course," you responded. You and Koushi exchanged numbers and soon made his way back home with Aiko. Well, looks like you have nice neighbors, luck was on your side.
For the next month you had to keep turning Koushi's invitations down, since you were neck deep in preparation for the school year. There were so many requirements and it drove you nuts. Shiratorizawa was very strict with how they wanted certain things to be done. It was all so overwhelming, but you finally had everything done by the weekend before the school year started.
Walking into the middle school felt strange:you were so excited for this new chapter in your life yet also so terrified. What if the kids hate you? What if the administration hates you? What if you get fired? Anxiety plagued your mind, and as you arrived at your homeroom, you took a deep breath before walking in. The sound of chatter almost immediately piped down as soon as you walked in. The students stared at you intensely.
"Hello, I am Y/L/N, and I'm your homeroom teacher for the year. I look forward to working with you all." The students were more than happy to individually welcome you and your heart swelled.
The day went well, until you were cleaning your room for the night when you heard a small knock on your door.
"Come in!" The moment you gave the order, Aiko walked in and welcomed you herself.
"My best friend is in your class! She says You're a really good teacher.'"
"I try." Aiko giggles at your words.
"Are you going to be here for a while," she asked.
"Yeah, I have some work I need to finish." She nods at your answer.
"I'll bring Dad here when he comes to pick me up from my club. He told me he wanted to see you again." You felt a warmth fill your cheeks at her words. Your small interactions with him were one of the highlights of your day, whether it's you both leaving for work at the same time or coming back home. When you bumped into him at the grocery store, he would join you in your errand. The conversations between you two were great, and you found yourself happily accepting his invitations to his house when you two get back.
As Aiko left you to finish, you couldn’t help but feel excited to see him again. That excitement caused your time spent finishing your work to speed by, leaving you nothing left to do but wait for Koushi and Aiko to drop by. You only had to wait a couple minutes for a knock to sound at your door. You called for them to come in, and stood to greet Koushi and Aiko as you heard the door start to slide open. The moment it was fully opened, Aiko proudly told Koushi, "Told you she was a teacher here!" You and Koushi laughed, saying, "You sure did," before turning his attention to you.
"So, how long have you been teaching here," he asked. You responded with "today's my first day." Koushi beamed at you. "Well, if you need any help, come talk to me. I've been a teacher for a while, so I can give advice on whatever you need," he offered, and you took a second to notice his sweater over his dress shirt and his slacks.
"Where do you teach," you asked and smirked at your question before responding with a simple, "Take a guess."
"Karasuno? That's your Alma mater, right," you asked, and he nodded. "I used to teach elementary schoolers but then Karasuno reached out to me and I couldn't resist. I'm actually one of the advisors for the volleyball team," he explained.
"Oh, so now you're working with some of your old teachers, right?" Koushi nodded again and smiled. "It's so weird! They all immediately recognized me. Especially my old coach and club advisor. They invited me to join them in advising and coaching the team. A couple of them were starstruck since they recognized me from videos of Hinata's games from his first year to motivate the kids," he said, clearly reminiscing.
"I'd love to see you play," Koushi blushed at your words and Aiko spoke up, saying "You should advise the girl's volleyball team!! Our advisor is retiring soon, and we want to find a new one before she leaves." She gave you puppy that she's fully aware that you're weak to. "Fine. I'll get the paperwork I need. Don't think I'll take it easy on you though," you said and Aiko hissed out a “yes” before answering with a "wouldn't have it any other way." Koushi asked Aiko to wait outside and she gave him a knowing smile before going out and closing the door, although you can see her through the crack she purposely left.
"Is everything okay Koushi," you asked, and a light flush came to his face. "Um, Y/N, I wanted to ask you to dinner Saturday night." He rubbed the back of his neck and you were confused as to how embarrassed he was in asking you to join him and Aiko for dinner. You join them every other week.
"Your place or mine," you asked, and Koushi blushed even harder. "At a restaurant. I can make reservations," he spoke, a slight stutter in his words. Is he asking you out on a date? "Will Aiko join us," you asked, trying to figure out his intentions, and Koushi shook his head no. Oh. He was asking you out on a date. "I would love to. Let me know when and where." You spoke confidently but internally freaking out. Koushi Sugawara was in fact asking you out. Thank goodness the feeling was mutual, you thought. "Okay," he stated, smiling brightly, "I'll keep you updated." "It's a date," you said smiling. He parroted your words as a confirmation, more to himself than you. "It's a date."

“Koushi,” you cooed, looking over your boyfriend’s shoulder. He gave a noncommittal hum in response, not looking up from the mess of paper that covered the desk of his home office. You sighed at the lack of attention, feeling a small petulant pout form on your face. He truly was focused, which was bad. You had come into the office with the intention of distracting him.
“How much longer are you going to work?” You asked instead, glancing up at the wall clock which read half past midnight. Your question made Sugawara sigh and shrug his shoulders weakly, running a hand through his usually immaculate hair and messing it up.
“I don’t know sweetheart. I have a lot of papers to grade. And some way overdue scheduling. Tch, you wouldn't think being a primary school teacher meant working through the nights. Yet here we are.”
Despite his tired, slumped posture, his voice was teasing, soothing to your ears. You felt your pout deepen as you leaned closer to him, running a careful hand over his tense shoulders.
“I miss you.” You sounded whiny, but that was fine. Sugawara always responded well to your complaints. He was an attentive and caring lover. If he knew how bad you wanted him right now, there was no way he would refuse you.
“M’ also pretty horny.” You folded yourself lower, lips brushing his ear as you talked, laying a tiny kiss on the shell afterward. You ran your hands forward from his shoulders down his chest, feeling him up through his sweater. You heard his breath hitch, finally looking up until calm brown eyes met yours.
“Baby….” He sounded hesitant. “There’s just- so much work. I don’t think I will be done for hours.”
You hummed a bit, staring carefully at him, eyes running down his face until they stopped at his lips. You licked your own as you thought about kissing him, unable to resist the urge and shifting forward to brush yours softly and sweetly against his. You could feel him stiffen and lean into you instinctively, suppressing the urge to smirk. You heard him sigh as if in resignation.
“Alright, sweetheart. Come here.”
You were giddy as Sugawara pulled you into his lap, both legs on either sides of him and shimmying to get comfortable in his lap. He pushed your tiny sleep shorts aside, fumbling and shuffling until you felt the tip of his bare cock brush over you before sinking into you in one smooth motion. You sighed in relief as he filled you up, finally feeling as if your craving had been satisfied. You moaned slightly and shifted your hips, gripping Suga’s shoulders so you could get ready to start riding him. But before you could, firm hands gripped your hips tight and kept you still.
You stared at him questioningly but he didn’t reply, winding one arm around your waist and pulling you to him so you would rest your head on his shoulder, fit snugly against his torso. Then, he went completely still.
Your eyes widened as you realized what was happening, and you groaned in protest, trying to straighten up. Suga’s grip around your waist tightened, letting out a warning hum. One of his hands wound into the hair on the back of your head, pulling your head up just enough that you would meet his eyes. His gaze was hard, his face blank, and your breath hitched.
He was being serious and stern. You felt yourself clench around him. And from the little twitch of the corner of his mouth, you knew he felt it too.
“You wanted to spend time with me. And you wanted your greedy cunt filled. You’re getting both. Now be a good girl and take them. No protest. Understand?”
You nodded choppily, movement restricted by the hand entangled in your hair. Suga gave you a soft kiss on the forehead, placing your head back in the juncture between his neck and shoulder. You bit your lip when he shifted forward slightly to pick up his pen. Then, all was still.
The sounds of pen scratching on paper was the only thing echoing in your mind as it got more and more hazy. The tick, tick, tick of the wall clock seemed to be an amplified sound, or maybe it was just you, getting more and more hypersensitive as the time passed, focus acutely directed at the stretch of your weeping pussy, feeling how you leaked all over Suga’s cock, juices probably running down his balls and ruining his pants. You would clench involuntarily every time Suga shifted slightly, earning a gentle squeeze at your hips where one of his hands had taken permanent residence. Your eyelids grew heavy as the minutes ticked by, as Suga’s girth remained tucked snugly inside you, continually kept hard by the little shifts and squeezes of fluttering walls.
You felt your whole body relax into your boyfriend slowly, surrounded by his soft warmth and comforting touch. To be connected to him so intimately while he just carried on with mundane work tasks sent a gentle shiver down your body. You let your eyes fall shut, lured into the wonderful feeling of safety that came with being so close to him.
You couldn’t remember how long you two stayed like that, your mind jumbled and fogged at the sensations around you, inside you. Your core felt sore, stretched so good for so long. You only jolted slightly when Suga finally sighed and leaned back, groaning a bit when his cock nudged into your sweet spot. A small, sleepy cry escaped your lips.
“So patient.” Suga praised, careful fingers running over your sides, soothing you. “You did so well, sweetheart.” His voice was butter. “Would you like a reward now?”
He didn’t wait for an answer, hand snaking between your bodies and into your shorts to find your clit, rubbing it in fast, tight circles.
After hours of wonderful stimulation, it took maybe four minutes for him to make you cry and shake on him, twitching and shuddering on his cock as your long awaited orgasm finally ran through your body like sweet release. Suga hummed and praised you through it, fingers moving insistently over your tiny bud until he had milked everything out of you, calling you his good girl, his obedient little whore, his perfect, pretty cocksleeve.
“You’re so perfect, my love. So beautiful. Taking exactly what I give you and not complaining about it. You trust me so much, don’t you? Good little slut. My perfect princess.”
You keened and snuggled closer to him, finally letting the lingering trails of unconsciousness take hold of you, safe in your boyfriend’s arms, knowing he would take care of your body and put you to bed while you were out like a light.

"are you okay? do you need a hug?" suga asked gently, holding his arms open for you.
"no, 'm fine," you mumbled, wiping your face with your sleeve, your lies obvious by the tears on your face.
suga stood and waited. he didn't want to force his care onto you, he wanted you coming to him to be your choice. he would wait. he would take the lies. he didn't mind standing there awkwardly with his arms open until you acknowledged your own vulnerability.
after a few moments, you whispered "i'm not okay" before you practically threw yourself into the former setter's arms, plastering yourself to him like a koala. and he would hold you, for as long as you needed

hihi ellie ! i was wondering if i could request hcs with sugawara with a gymnast!reader (self projecting but i wanna see what ur thoughts on it are like <3) gn please <3 love u lots /p
໒⦂ 𝐆𝐘𝐌𝐍𝐀𝐒𝐓 𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐃𝐄𝐑 𝐇𝐂𝐒.
notes. hi hi luma, my memories of gymnastics and terms has diminished over the years bc i stopped at a young age, but i’ll try my best with this🫡
genre. fluff + crack
for @kurolumiis <3
koshi sugawara x gn!reader.
Tumblr media
⌗ sugawara definitely finds a way of balancing volleyball along with attending your meets ( i think this is the term.. )
⌗ loves to see you in your leotards all dressed up and sparkling, you’re like a shining star to him, certainly under the glow of the stadium lights<3
⌗ either made or purchased good luck charms for you to keep with you at any competitions you might have, especially if he cannot be there himself — but he tries his best to be!
⌗ should he have the time, he gets up extra early and prepares a nice meal for you to take with you if it’s an away tournament that he can’t attend, how sweet<3
⌗ your number one cheerleader!! i mean, have you seen him in the scene where he was like YAMAGUUUUCH, IPPON NICE SERVE!! yeah that’s him but cheering you on instead.. minus volleyball terms BUT DOES THAT SILLY MAGICAL GIRL POSE LMAO
⌗ he’s so proud of you out there he’s like YES THAT’S MY BABY OUT THERE SLAYING THE COMPETITION!! while holding a camera and recording BAH
⌗ helps you stretch if you’re sore and spots you if you’re practicing after hours and you don’t have someone to catch your limbs or prevent you from getting hurt in any way
⌗ SHOULD you get hurt, however, he’s got the first aid kit ready and you will likely get scolded for not being careful but it’s just him being worried about you cuz he doesn’t like seeing you hurt</3
⌗ loves when you attend his games, even if he isn’t on court 100% of the time, but y’know, appreciates it nonetheless cuz it displays you care for his interests as much as he does for yours
⌗ there was a leotard once that you were eyeing but was a little ( a lot ) out of your price range.. you had wanted it for your nationals, too, since you had gotten in — so sugawara surprised you with a nicely wrapped box once the results were in that you would be going, and it was none other than the leotard you were eyeing that day<3
⌗ out of curiosity, he asked you one day to teach him some things — i mean, the man can jump so high?? it’d be a shame not to try some stuff out..
⌗ and so you agreed to his request, finding it silly that he wanted to try what you do
⌗ it was safe to say that it was easier watching than actually doing.. and that trampolines made stunts MUCH EASIER THAN GYM MATS DID.
⌗ koshi still managed to do something from what you taught him, and albeit it a stunt as simplistic as running into a cartwheel going into a front handspring — it still warmed your heart that he took interest in what you do
⌗ it was also funny at times to hear him yelp cuz he was literally upside down for some things you had him try out LMAO
⌗ in return, after doing some much needed stretches to not have his body absolutely destroyed for practice the next morning, you had offered to try out his volleyball drills.
⌗ how hard could spiking be? ( if you’re short like me and aren’t the highest jumper — hard. but not as hard as blocking😵‍💫 although with timing it’s not as difficult.. )
⌗ it wasn’t as easy as it appeared from a distance, but it was still fun to do! a few sets later it would become a little more easier, and sugawara tossed in a way that was feasible enough for you to hit
⌗ brings you flowers on every competition, whether you win or lose he still brings them because you did really well out there regardless or the results!
⌗ just as he cheered for you during your meets, of course you also cheered for him during his like duh?? anytime he felt himself growing nervous — or the odds of winning had become close to zero, there you were lighting up his way<3
notes. that went a lot quicker than expected, i forget how easy hcs are LMAO but i hope you enjoyed luma<3 hearts to you from me /p and sugawara<3

Are you writing for Sugawara? If yes, can you write something where Sugawara is the (fem!)Reader's (if you're okay with that?) crush. They're out with friends in an izakaya and she thinks he's flirting with someone else (bc she has zero self-confidence, and why would he be interested in her and so on). And obviously she's sad about it but later she goes outside for fresh air and he comes to find her, somehow admitting his feelings (this is so self indulgent, I'm sorry, I may be getting more drunk than I intended bc my crush is flirting with any girl but me). Or generally any hurt/comfort with Sugawara if you write for him.
Sorry for this weird request, feel free not to write it, if it doesn't resonate with you!
Have a nice weekend.
#SUGAWARAS UNEXPECTED CONFESSION
#A/N : fun fact suga was my first favorite when i started watching haikyuu. dont worry this request isn’t weird at all, dont apologize. hoping things get better for you!
#WARNINGS : f!reader. cursing. alcohol mentions. angstish to comfort. aged up.
Tumblr media
tonight was supposed to be an evening to celebrate. to wash away the worries and stress from work. to overcome exhaustion and fatigue for a few hours. to “stop being a hermit and live a little!” as shoyo would say.
so here you are, sitting at a nice table in a popular izakaya spot, your friends surrounding you. cheer and laughter, pink dusted cheeks from the buzz of the alcohol becoming prominent amongst their faces.
and you couldn’t miss the way sugawara chuckled lightly at something asahi had said, the small glass in his hands held by his fingertips, lifting it to his lips as he took a sip.
sugawara was nothing short of all you wanted and more. a silly high school crush carried throughout the years and turned into something more. a burning passion and adornment for him, some might call it love. and you couldn’t really deny it. however, you never really got the chance to tell him either. you remained close friends, spending time together quite often which you were more than grateful for, and you weren’t one to throw it all away.
ice dancing in your neglected glass of “something fruity”, per your request, you watched it slowly melt.
sugawara and a few others stood up to walk to the bar, waving down the bartender to order another round, and you stayed sat in your seat.
your gaze from your cup lifted to glance at him, and honestly, you really wish you hadn’t looked.
there stood sugawara and a random girl who must’ve took it upon herself to come and introduce herself to him. her hair bounced with each step she took and her lips shone from the pink gloss she had on. and sugawara was talking back to her. that casual toothy smile that you’d been admiring for so long was grinning at her, and her hand came up to dance her fingers along his shoulder.
you shouldn’t of felt so fucking bothered. you were hot, sweating almost. maybe it was the few sips of alcohol, or maybe it was the saddened rage that burned in your heart. you silently stepped out of your chair, leaving your bag and heading to the entrance to take a step outside. fresh air.
“so, sugawara, are you single?”
“sorry, but i actually have my heart set on someone already.”
you stood with your back against the outside wall, gaze to the floor. sugawara was someone you desired. someone you loved. someone you had spent countless times thinking about before you went to sleep. but he wasn’t yours.
self doubts had filled your mind more than once, and now wasn’t an exception. you couldn’t help but think. maybe if your lips were shinier, maybe if your put more effort, maybe if you had just told him in highschool you could’ve faced the rejection then.
your eyes stayed trained to the floor, almost not noticing the sudden presence at your side.
“y/n? what are you doing out here?”
oh. the universe really didn’t like you today, you supposed.
“nothing, koshi. just needed some fresh air.” you replied.
“oh okay. well why don’t you come on back inside? you’ve barely touched your drink.” he said, and you looked up to catch his eyes. a soft smile grazed his lips and he gestured his hand to the door.
“i don’t know, i think i might just go home. im not feelin’ the best.” you lied through your teeth.
“are you sure? i mean it’s not the same without you, you know.”
why did he have to be so god damn sweet. he still displayed a little smile on his face and you really just had to wonder why. why was he bothering to get you to stay. why did he care.
“that girl in there seemed to like you. you know you dont have to do this suga. just go have fun.”
you really didn’t care what was coming out of your mouth or how stupid you sounded saying it. you just wanted to go.
“i turned that girl down. i told her i had my heart set on another. so yes, i do have to do this. because it’s you.”
you practically choked on nothing as your eyes darted to suga’s. he held that kind smile, a soft hand held out to you, beckoning you not to leave.
“what exactly are you saying suga…”
“im saying i denied her for you. you’re the one my hearts set on. so please, if it’s mutual, come with me inside.”
suga stared at you with pure sincerity, corners of his lips never once faulting.
maybe the universe noticed your shitty treatment, or maybe it just wanted to mess with you for a bit of time. but it finally, finally listened to your heart.
“well, it took you long enough, koshi.”

Pairing: Kōshi Sugawara x fem!reader
WC: 2.3k
Genre: fluff, soulmate au
CW: you’re a twin to oikawa meaning your looks will be similar, some cussing, fluff fem!reader, oikawa is annoying, iwaoi mentions
˖⁺‧₊˚♡˚₊‧⁺˖ ˖⁺‧₊˚♡˚₊‧⁺˖ ˖⁺‧₊˚♡˚₊‧⁺˖ ˖⁺‧₊˚♡˚₊‧⁺˖ ˖⁺‧₊˚♡˚₊‧⁺˖ ˖⁺‧₊˚♡˚₊‧⁺˖
"Tōru, the preliminaries are right around the corner, I swear to god if you overwork yourself," I glared at him putting my hands on my hips.
"Relax, I'll be fine. As always." He chuckled running a hand through his glorious brown hair.
"I'm so disgusted by you.." I mumbled and walked away from my annoying brother.
"Aren't we all?" I heard iwaizumi chime in from beside me.
"You guys are so mean to me!" Tōru whined, trying to get us to pity him.
I rolled my eyes and walked off to gather towels for the boys on the volleyball team. As the appointed manager, I had a great time working with almost all of them.
Even Kyoutani, or as Tōru likes to call him, 'Maddog-chan'.
"Here, do you need more water?" I softly asked Kindaichi as I handed him a fresh white towel.
Our hands lightly grazed each others as he took it. I could definitely tell my presence made him visibly nervous.
High school boys, am I right?
"S-Sure!" His voice was suddenly very high pitched in his response.
"Alright.." I've slightly gotten used to being the girl around but half of the time it was awkward due to me being related to Tōru.
I grabbed his water bottle from his hands while gathering the rest of the empty ones too. Better fill the rest of them up whilst I'm at it.
"Huh, you must have the hots for me too if you like my sister. We're practically the same person." Oikawa chimes in all dickheadedly. And this is my exact thirteenth reason.
I heard Tōru say as he slung an arm across my shoulder.
"Don't touch me, Shittykawa." I growled with a glare and headed out of the gym, annoyed that I'm unfortunately related to him.
"Yep, the exact same." I heard iwaizumi snicker sarcastically to Tōru. I picked up that little nick name for my brother from Iwaizumi, of course.
I was surprised, Tōru sure did have balls for saying that in front of his soulmate. Who likes to throw balls at his stupid head, which I may add.
What a dumbass.
Even if Kindaichi did like me, bless his poor soul, I was going to wait for my soulmate. However, it didn't especially feel like I was going to see them anytime soon though.
I was always feeling a tiny shiver here and there, not exactly burning.
You see, the way we find our soulmates is basically a game of hot and cold. The closer we are, it's hot but farther we are, it's cold. Some fucked up life game if you ask me.
I wasn't particularly cold nor hot, just averagely warm more than half of the time.
I've heard it goes away once you find them and then you'll feel tingles or something when you touch. How the heck would I know? I haven't met the person.
However, the thoughts of my soulmate were pushed to the back of my mind as the Inter-high Prelim's were coming up.
I wanted to make sure Aoba Johsai won to nationals. As much as I always find Tōru a pain in the ass, I do want him to be happy. Even if he is boastful about himself a lot of the time.
I carried the bottles back, some of them slightly wet. I had to make sure not to drop any of them on my way.
"Alright, we're done for today. Make sure you guys stretch and rest up." Tōru said all captain-like as everyone got finished with putting the supplies away.
I eyed Tōru making sure he was coming along and not staying behind to continue his extra practice that he doesn't need.
"Calm down. I'm coming, jeez." I heard him say to Iwaizumi as he slung his bag on his back.
"Uh huh, I thought I'd have to drag your flatass out the gym." A retort sounded through the gym.
I stifled a laugh as Tōru and Haji argued back and forth about my brother's ass. Which now that I really give some thought about it, that sounds weird.
"Please stop, I don't want to hear about Tōru's flatass." I grossly commented.
"You two are so-" Oikawa started up with but immediately got cut off.
"Would you look at that, this is my house. Bye (Y/n)." Iwaizumi said, purposely cutting Tōru off and ignoring him.
"See you tomorrow." I waved and continued my walk  home with a grumbling Tōru behind me. Our house was, coincidentally, only a couple houses down from Iwaizumi's.
I looked up at the night sky and silently wished the best for my team. Although, I wouldn't ever dare to admit that.
"Tōru? Aren't you going up against Tobio? Your kouhai?" I asked as we headed inside, taking off our shoes.
"First of all, he isn't my kouhai and yes I am. I'm going to beat him in an actual match and prove I'm better than him." He sassily retorted to me.
"Isn't he, like, a first year?" With Toru and I being twins, we both are in our third year.
However, that doesn't make us alike in anyway possible, except maybe looks and of course the relation of family.
"Yeah, why do you ask?" He slightly peered behind me, curious of my intentions.
I shrugged, "You sound immature when he's a first year and you're a third year." I pulled the, 'you're older' card on him like he was dumb.
"Hmph, no it doesn't! Mom!" He rushed into the kitchen to probably tell on me like the little snitch he is. Doesnt matter whether graduation was coming up or not, Tōru still had the motive to act like we were five.
"Tch, childish." I rolled my eyes and headed in there too, to defend myself of course.
"Ah! There are my two favorite headaches! Come help me set the table." I heard mom say as I saw Tōru take offense to what she said.
"Quit being a baby." I looked at him with a pointed expression and set the plates down.
"So mean." He grumbled.
I knew he couldn't insult me physical wise because we are the gender bented version of each other. However, sometimes he knew how to stoop low. Brother or not, he could be ruthless.
"Well, at least I'm not the one without a soulmate." He placed his hands on his hips and smiled triumphantly with an eating shit grin. Although, that didn't last long on his part.
"Don't say that to your sister." I heard dad enter the kitchen and scold him, very convenient on my part.
I grinned brightly at my dad who backed me up as I ignored the dull pain in my chest at not yet having found the other part of me.
Tōru stuck his tongue out at me and I did the same. Hey, if he gets to act childish why can't I do the same?
"Isn't it a bit hot in here to you?" I pulled at my shirt collar. I had taken off my jacket yet I thought about it because it was starting to get too hot for me.
"No? I'm playing in a match and it's not even that hot." Iwaizumi looked at me weird.
"Well whatever it is, it needs to pass." I glared at nothing in particular. I hated being hot, the feeling only made my mood worsen at times.
"Okay, now you guys go out there and win this." I supportively said, pushing the heat on my body aside, and saw Tōru visibly cringe.
"No, stop. That's just..no." He shook his head in a disapproving manner at me.
"Iwaizumi." I merely grumbled, if I couldn't do anything, he surely could for me.
The next thing I knew, Iwaizumi had slapped Tōru on the back of his head.
"That's not how you're supposed to talk to your sister." He scolded. I heard the ref blow the whistle, signaling the break was over and it was time to get back in the game.
My gaze stayed focused on the game, not particularly on one player. I was following each move they made with my eyes.
Soon, the game had been over and Aoba Johsai had won.
"You guys did so well! I'm so proud of you!" I ran towards them, trying to hug all of them at once.
Suddenly, I heard a rough voice come from across the net as we were celebrating.
"Oikawa."
I turned around at the same time Tōru did, and coincidentally Iwaizumi turned too.
"Yes?" we three had answered simultaneously. I raised a brow over to Iwaizumi and stifled a laugh. Strange, I didn't think he would take our last name.
I saw the tall guy, who seemed to be familiar, look dumbfounded.
He quickly seemed to get over his pause, "Next time, we'll win." He said strongly as I saw their captain come and get him.
Before they could even react, I turned towards the two.
"So, Mr. Hajime Oikawa?" I watched the two of them blush as we walked off the court together.
"You two are hella dorks." I muttered at them with a smile on my face.
While they had started changing their uniforms I felt an enormous amount of heat flow through me.
I furrowed my brows unbeknownst to why and then it suddenly hit me. My soulmate must be here.
I started walking around, feeling to see if I had gotten warmer or colder. This really is just a big game of hot and cold.
"Uhh, what're doing?" I heard my brother ask from behind me.
"They're leaving." I whispered and started a fast-paced walk to where the warmth was leaving me.
"(Y/n)! you can't just run off like that!" I heard Tōru yell behind me as I booked into a run. God, I didn't want them to leave.
Soon, I was led outside. It was as if someone placed the sun beside me. I could feel it radiating all over my entire body. I was so fucking hot.
I saw the Karasuno team slowly walking towards and entering their bus. I couldn't spot anyone who exactly looked like they were close to fainting from the heat like I was.
"Hey! Wait!" I yelled out as I neared them. I just had to find them.
However, I didn't see where I was going and collided with someone. The heat I was experiencing, and almost fainted from, suddenly vanished and was replaced with tingles.
Lots of tingles like when your foot is asleep and you have to walk on it. But.. this was comforting, a little pleasurable.
Opening my eyes, I saw a silver haired guy in front of me, on the ground too. I could have cared less at the moment, I just needed to know.
Without thinking of my actions, I grabbed his arm, and sure enough there were tingles radiating up and down my arm.
"Oh my God." I heard him whisper to himself probably. I pulled into a hug as I heard footsteps nearing us.
"I can't believe I found you." I said which came out to a mumble since I was pressed into to him. I could smell his jersey, honeysuckle and linen, a surprisingly intoxicating scent.
I felt his heartbeat, which seemed like it would fly out of his chest at any minute. As if he realized we were still on the ground, he tore himself from the embrace. Standing up, he offering a hand to me.
"Thank you," I nervously said, I mean this was the person I'd most likely be spending the rest of my life with, according to fate.
"I'm Kōshi Sugawara, what's your name?" He moved a strand of hair out of my face, the tingles giving me chills as I shivered with delight.
Just as I was about to answer, a rude and annoying but all too familiar voice interrupted me, and our moment.
"Just what do you think you're doing with my sister, Mr. Pleasant!" I heard Tōru's God awful voice yell from a distance, coming closer with every second.
"Sister?" The man named Kōshi Sugawara questioned.
I looked toward Sugawara and sighed then sadly nodded. It was as if his team had tensed up with Tōru coming.
I mean, we did just beat them. Wait.. did they watch the entire meeting of me and Sugawara? Gosh, that is embarrassing.
"Tch, Shittykawa, can't you see i'm doing something?" I growled out at him, about to hit him when I stopped, seeing Iwaizumi in the distance.
Lucky for me, I have a future brother-in-law who can beat his ass for me.
He came up behind Tōru and grabbed his shirt by the collar. "You're such a pain sometimes." He muttered after bowing to us apologetically and dragged him back.
"Jesus, sorry about him. He really is a pain in the ass. Hi, I'm (Y/n) Oikawa." I smiled brightly at Koushi, my soulmate.
"I didn't know Oikawa had a sister?" I heard someone from his team speak up.
"Oh yeah, and it gets even worse, I'm his twin." I sighed in defeat at my words.
"Well, (Y/n) Oikawa. Here's my number, I would like to go out with you Saturday if you want? For coffee?"
I turned back to my soulmate upon hearing his voice and smiled brightly once again. He literally looks like an angel from heaven.
"Of course," I put his number in my phone and my eyes wandered upward towards the time.
They almost bulged out of my head, "Oh my god, I have to go. Uh, I'll see you Saturday Koushi? Bye!" I waved him off, missing the feeling of the tingles that would linger on my hand.
I couldn't wait for Saturday.

So I don’t know how to do requests😭
But I want to request some Oikawa or sugawara angst, like really angsty, school au! Where the reader and Oikawa or suga are is her best friend, but she also has another girl best friend, who knows that reader has feelings for them but stills goes and confesses to him even though she doesn’t like him just because she was jealous or something and like I don’t want a happy ending low-key hehehehe
I’m sorry I don’t know how to explain it honestly🥹
HELLO, ok so i hope i understood your req correctly, because MMMMMMM i also want this to hurt ... I HOPE YOU LIKE IT, AND IMMA MAKE AN OIKAWA VER JS BC 💓💓💓
“i love you... but you're not mine.”
🌼 (sugawara koushi ver.)
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
you used to love how he smiled, it was like every room he entered would light up and get a little warmer, a little more comfortable; like everything felt okay now that he was here, now that he was smiling and telling everyone that what they're doing is enough. it was hard for you to feel enough on some days, it was even harder for you to cope with the fact that you saw some undesirable traits about you–and yet, sugawara never let you go one day without feeling like you're the prettiest person in the world–and to him, you really were.
"come on now..." he'd whisper to you in a soft, loving tone and extend his hands out to you–his calloused hands that always stung after a practice match, those tirelessly doting hands that never stopped to reach out to you and offer to help you, to comfort you, to be there in any time of your need. he'd crouch down to your level and look at you with the sweetest eyes you've ever seen; he takes your hands in his so gently, and he holds you.
his touch is light, though you can feel him squeezing you every now and then. the best feeling sugawara has ever experienced is that cathartic wave washing away some of the sadness, self-deprecation, loneliness, and other negative feelings or fears you've got plaguing you at the moment. "...you're perfect just the way you are." he muttered as he ran the pads of his fingers across the back of your hands. "i know it's hard, but... i'll help you learn to love yourself; i already know you're really lovable to me, to the rest of the team, once you realize how amazing you are on your own... i hope you'll never wish you were anyone else anymore, because you're already amazing as yourself." he gushed with a comforting voice.
well, that was the most sugarcoated lie you've ever been told.
how could you not wish to be anyone else... if your bestfriend beat you to confessing to him? beat you to being his partner...?
how could you not wish to be anyone else but his?
you wished this was a sick joke, that your close friend–whom you always confided in that you liked sugawara, that you enjoyed being with him, that you felt happiest with him–that you... loved sugawara–had confessed to him out of the blue, on the very day you were going to confess to him.
it seems that they beat you to it, and the worst part is...
sugawara loved them back.
you stood there by the doors of the gym, your hands empty after you unknowingly dropped the treats you made for him and the letter you wrote that had all your love for him written out in words you could never have pictured yourself writing down to anyone before–
–all to have your bestfriend steal him away from you.
when he cried tears of joy that the object of his affections reciprocated his love... you cried tears of melancholy at the boy you loved most being taken away from you right before your very eyes.
"hey... remember, you don't have to be someone else to be loved–i love you for who you are, inside and out." he reminded you with a wide, happy grin as he held your hands in his–his right wrist donning the bracelet your bestfriend–his partner–made for the two of them; they matched... and it hurt badly to think about how cute and happy he seemed with them.
sure, he loved you, you could tell that much...
...but only as a friend.

☠︎︎ DAY FIFTEEN: GAGGING FT. SUGAWARA
☠︎︎ WARNINGS: oral sex, suga receives roadhead, he's a tease, slight breath play, soft!dom sugawara
☠︎︎ WORD COUNT: 830+
Tumblr media
"koushi, don't you think that's a bit dangerous?" she questioned, hesitation evident in her actions and tone when her lover confessed about his current hard-on. y/n thought nothing of the situation since it was normal but he continued on to ask for her assistance to his problem.
"it could be if we aren't careful"
his eyes were focused on the traffic surrounding their own vehicle but in his peripheral vision, he smiled after noticing y/n's hesitant hands. "it's really uncomfortable. this whole situation could feel much better with your help, n/n" he suggested once again, this time reaching for y/ n's hand to pull towards himself.
he guided her fingers to the tie's of his sweatpants, before allowing her out of his grip. adjusting her seating position in the passengers seat, y/n sighed, undoing the loosely tied strings so she'd have access to his evident erection. she pulled down the layered hems of his pants and briefs, releasing him from the restraining fabrics.
using the fair amount of arousal that leaked from the head of sugawara's erection, she coated him with it before continuing with a slowly pumping motion, relief encasing her after being met with his angelic sounding moans. but, thinking his moans were the ones of satisfaction, y/n was left aghast when sugawara's hand stopped the movements of her own; to speak.
"I want you to use your mouth, pretty"
her eyes widened when she felt the palm of his hand swiftly make contact with her nape. "but... what if you loose control?" y/n confessed, anxiousness rising from her gut and into her chest, making the pacing of her heart; beat in a quickening pace. "isn't that what I want?" he joked, purposely to annoy y/n in her apprehensive state. "I'm kidding. like I said, if you're careful, we'll be fine"
y/n felt a small shiver coarse through her limbs, noticing how he indirectly quoted that the situation were basically in her own hands. she took a deep breath and tapped the armrest of his seat, in a manner of requesting for him to adjust his seats posture for the benefit of both herself and sugawara. he followed out with the action before taking a glance up at the busy road.
"go ahead"
he mumbled, eye's meeting with the tentative one's of y/n. he smiled when she lifted the arm rest out of her way, before leaning down to slowly allow a bit of his hardened length past her lips. his moans were different this time. full of satisfaction, bliss, and impatience. he'd been trying to ignore his aroused state and sensual thoughts until they'd arrive home but he knew how long the road trip would actually take, causing his patience to slowly fade into nothingness.
y/n felt sugawara's hand tighten it's grip against her nape, as he applied a slight pressure so she'd take more of him into her mouth. he couldn't help but smile at her muffled and strained whines. he felt how the sounds she'd make would tremble and vibrate against him, causing a satisfied moan to unexpectedly erupt from his throat. "you can take more than that, are you scared?" he questioned after arriving at a red traffic light. "you should keep your head down a bit further, pretty. unless you want people to see us?"
without warning and in one swift motion, he fully forced y/n's mouth to take in the entirety of himself. her moans came out as gags around him when he felt her hand move to his thigh, her grip tightening as seconds passed. sugawara looked up to the digital sign that timed the amount of time that the traffic light had left to change to green. "ten more seconds. you can do that for me, right pretty?"
her grip on his thigh tightened, as she let out a muffled groan, making him whine from the pleasure. it felt like some of the most longest seconds for y/n and the shortest ones for sugawara. her eye pricked tears at the lack of oxygen so when the reflection of green on the dashboard of the car was seen in her peripheral, she practically cried from the overwhelming relief. he loosened his grip on her nape, caressing the area in an appreciative manner. "good job, pretty"
catching her breath with the small amount of time that sugawara gave her, y/n bobbed her mouth over him, allowing his peak to surface. it took everything in him to not shut his eyes from the pleasure, desperately trying to focus on the road as his legs tensed from the satisfaction. his grip on the steering wheel tighten when the sight of his arousal coated y/n's lips and his lower abdomen.
"i almost lost control there, pretty" he smiled making y/n glare at him, eyes still glossy from the previous strain.
"can you try to hold it a bit longer this time?"
"koushi-"
"one, two, three, four, five-"

Strawberry Daifuku - Sugawara Kōshi x Reader
Pairing: Sugawara Kōshi x fem!Reader AU: college!AU Genre: hurt/comfort Word Count: 3 144 Summary: Suga plans to confess to you the day before Valentine’s Day, but the conversation takes a different turn A/N: I know, usually chocolates are given on Valentine’s Day, not Daifuku (filled mochi), but I made some today for the first time so…
Masterlist
Tumblr media
Sugawara Kōshi was not entirely sure why he felt like a complete fool, standing in front of your door, and yet hesitating to ring. It was the thirteenth of February, just one day before Valentine’s Day, and while he knew that on Valentine’s Day the girls were supposed to confess, he felt like he actually couldn’t stand bottling up his feelings even one day more. Especially when he was placing his bets on you confessing first.
Would he even have a chance with you?
It was weird, he had known you for three years already, having met you at the entrance exams to the university. You had talked then, and when you had bumped into one another at the orientation a few months later, it felt like you both had chosen the other as your ride-or-die. After that it hadn’t taken Sugawara long to fall for you. It had crept in on him since day one, he realized, and the following years he had tried his best to keep his feelings in check.
But what were you feeling for him? He wasn’t sure.
He knew you considered him as one of your closest friends, so there was definitely the risk of losing this friendship if he confessed and you didn’t reciprocate his feelings. But then again, you were both finished with your third year of university. The next year would barely consist of classes, instead you’d both focus on your part-time jobs. You already had a job-offer lined up for after graduation, and Sugawara was aiming to join the masters-degree in one year before starting to work as a teacher. That meant, in the next year you’d both be busy, you’d both drift apart. You might never again be as close to each other as right now, so this felt like the last possible moment to tell you the truth.
He couldn’t wait for tomorrow and the chance that maybe you would confess. Not that he thought you might. You didn’t exactly act like you were interested in him in that way.
Admittedly, he also didn’t know what you acted like when you were interested in someone. In the three years of your friendship, he had never once seen you express any sort of interest in anyone. Which, as foolish as it was, had always given him the hope, that he might have a chance to worm himself into your heart after all.
The person brushing past him in the stairwell on their way downstairs tore him out of his thoughts. Still feeling incredibly foolish, he exhaled with a sigh and pressed the doorbell. The ringing could be heard through the door, and a moment later the sound of something cluttering and muffled swearing.
Suga hid his giggle, and quickly straightened his face when he heard steps approaching the door. A moment later it swung open, revealing you, dressed in a pair of sweatpants, an oversized shirt and an apron. You only took a quick look at Suga’s face before you already turned around again.
“Come in,” you greeted, “I have something on the stove.” Aaaand you were gone again.
Quickly Suga pushed his foot into the closing door, stopping it from falling into the lock. Mumbling a quiet ‘Ojamashimasu’ as he stepped into your flat, he toed of his shoes in the genkan and followed you into the kitchen, just in time to see you pull a pot from the stovetop, and pouring the white, liquid content into a bowl.
“Cooking,” he asked, stepping closer to see what you were making.
“Uhm, not really. Making chocolates,” you corrected, taking a whisk, and beginning to stir. That was when Suga spied the carton of cream and the empty chocolate bar wrappers on the counter.
“Oh, for tomorrow?” He hadn’t imagined bringing up the topic so quickly.
“What’s tomorrow?” Or not.
“Valentine’s Day…”
“Oh, no,” you shook your head, mixing the cream with the melting chocolate. “You know me, I stopped giving away Valentine’s Day chocolates after middle school.”
“I just thought, you know, making chocolates on the day before Valentine’s…” Suga trailed of. “Maybe there’s someone you want to confess to.”
You chuckled amused. “I wouldn’t confess to someone just because it’s Valentine’s Day. The chances of getting rejected are just as high as every other day of the year.”
“Wait, you’ve never tried confessing to someone on Valentine’s Day?” So his chances of getting a confession from you tomorrow had never existed anyway. But also, it suddenly made him doubt that it might be a good idea to confess to you now.
“No,” you admitted, stirring the chocolate-cream mix a little harder. “I wouldn’t confess to someone unless I were fairly certain they’d reciprocate my feelings… Besides, why should I confess to someone, if they’ve can’t be bothered to confess to me any other day of the year? Apparently, they’re not interested enough in me, for me to make the effort of confessing on that one special day. If I want to confess, I might do it as well on any other day. And besides, I’ve never seen the sense in confessing just to confess. And it makes things awkward, especially if it happens between friends.”
Suga felt his heart dropping. Had you figured out his feelings for you? Was this your way of saying ‘Keep that confession and let’s pretend everything’s back to normal’?
“I think most people who confess, knowing their feelings aren’t reciprocated, do so for closure,” Suga said, wondering why his voice suddenly sounded so sharp.
You seemed to have noticed his change in tone, too, looking up from the bowl you had kept stirring.
“Yeah, of course. And if that works for them, that’s cool. Doesn’t mean it would work for me.”
Suga blinked. He felt like he had been rejected even without having confessed anything yet.
“Sooo, you’re just making chocolates for fun? Or as friendship-chocolates?”
“For fun, I doubt anyone would want to eat my chocolates,” you laughed, as if trying to dispense the suddenly tense atmosphere.
“I would,” Suga shrugged, making you look up again.
“Is that your way of saying after three years you’re finally expecting chocolates on Valentine’s Day from me,” you laughed again, raising your eyebrows at him teasingly.
“Well, not expecting,” Suga defended, making you laugh even more. Oh, how he loved that sound. “Just… I wouldn’t complain.”
“Yeah, you and sweets,” you laughed. “But friendship-chocolates are usually store-bought, right? Wouldn’t it be weird to give you homemade ones?”
“I don’t care, chocolate is chocolate,” Suga mumbled, but he couldn’t deny that getting to eat something you had made would mean more to him than getting something he could as well have bought for himself in the store. “I mean, all you have to do is say ‘Those are friendship-chocolates’ and the other person knows what’s going on, right?”
“I guess so,” you agreed, grabbing the bowl you had been stirring the chocolate in, and emptying the contents into a prepared form, laid out with baking paper. “Aw man, this is not turning out nice.”
Suga couldn’t help the giggle that slipped over his lips as he watched you try to smooth down the surface of the chocolate in the baking tray, but it kept sticking to the knife you were using, creating waves, and refusing to smooth down.
“Oh, by the way, why did you drop by?”
Right, there had been a very specific reason. When he had stepped into your small flat, he had been very certain he would finally have the courage to confess his feelings for you. But now…?
The conversation of the past minutes had taken any confidence he had had. Not only was he more convinced than ever that you didn’t like him back, but you had also made it quite clear, that you would think it would make things awkward if someone confessed to you, who you didn’t feel the same way about. And suddenly he felt like it would be best to lie, as usual, while also trying to make his escape as quickly as possible.
“Oh, no reason really,” he answered, but there was one thought in the back of his mind that he just couldn’t get rid of. “Do you really think, someone who truly likes you, wouldn’t confess just because they can’t be bothered?”
“Well, no, of course not,” you sighed, still fighting a silent battle with the chocolate. “It takes tremendous amounts of courage to confess. And perhaps the person thinks just like me, that it’s not worth confessing if they’re not sure I like them. But if they aren’t sure I like them, it’s probably because I don’t. Because I’m really bad at hiding when I like someone, so if I did, they probably would have noticed very quickly. Why do you ask?”
Giving up the fight with the chocolate, you stood up straight, giving Suga a long look as if you expected him to say something. It felt like the way you were looking at him caused something inside of him to tense, all these feelings he had buried deep inside his chest for so long.
Couldn’t you avert your gaze? It was driving him crazy, made him feel like you were reading deep in his soul, laying bare all his well-kept secrets. And then it was too much. Just a minute ago he had decided against telling you the real reason for his visit, and now-
“The real reason I came here today was to tell you that I’ve been in love with you for the past three years.” The words came over his lips so quickly and fluently, he didn’t even know how the phrase had formed in his mind, and before he could quite register the surprised expression in your eyes, or the way your mouth dropped into a tiny “o”, or the way your breath hitched, he continued. “I know you think it will make things awkward, and it probably will. But I owe it to myself to be honest about the way I feel, and I’ve lied to myself for long enough, telling myself it’s okay to just have you as a friend until you eventually fall in love with someone and get together with them. But the truth is, I couldn’t stand that pain. I still value as a friend, but until I’ve dealt with these feelings, it wouldn’t be fair, not to either of us, to continue like this. Sorry.”
Not giving you a chance to respond, not wanting to hear those fateful words of ‘I’m sorry, but I don’t feel that way about you’, he quickly turned around, slipped into his shoes, not bothering to put them on properly, and escaped through the front door. It really felt like an escape, out of that small room of yours that smelled so nicely of chocolate and the laundry detergent you used and your shampoo. Out of that room that seemed to close in on him with every second that the realization increased that he’d never get to call himself yours. Just out of that room. And away from you.
The door was already falling into it’s lock when you called for him, your voice carrying something akin to panic, but Suga ignored you, just sprinted down the steps, grabbed his bike and made sure he got home as quickly as possible, hoping nobody would see his quivering lip or the tears on his cheeks.
-
Suga tried to call Daichi at last half a dozen times before he turned off his phone, unable to see your name appearing on the screen again and again as you tried calling him. Daichi was probably still at work, so he couldn’t answer, Suga reminded himself, as he buried himself in the blankets on his bed, turning on some anime he had watched over the past few weeks. Outside it had gotten dark quickly after he had returned home, and eventually he had fallen asleep to the noise of the show still running on the small screen of his laptop.
The next morning was, much to Suga’s dismay, bright and sunny. The weather had quickly taken a warm turn after the cold of January, plum blossoms already blooming on the trees he could see from the window in his dorm. Yesterday around this time, he had still imagined what it would be like to take you out for a date today. Nothing grand, maybe buy some cake at the small bakery at the corner, or at the convenience store, take a blanket and sit in the sun at the side of the river. But now the good weather did nothing but annoy him, so he pulled the curtains closed and tried to ignore the world outside. Which worked quite well, until the doorbell rang around noon. Wondering whether he had forgotten about an online order he had made, he got up and opened the door, only to come face to face with you.
You were nervous, he could tell that from even just a glance. Yesterday he had not only been disappointed and sad, but also angry, more at himself than anyone else. But now, with a bit of distance to his outbreak the day before, it was easier to stay calm.
“Happy Valentine’s,” you smiled shyly, avoiding his eyes, as you held out a small box to him. It was one of those cute Valentine’s Day paper boxes he had seen in the 100yen shop for the past weeks.
“Uhm…,” awkwardly Suga stood in the door, before hesitantly taking the box from you. “Wanna come in?”
“Are you sure?”
It felt like a stab to the heart. How had he managed to make you feel anything but welcome in his home in the span of a few minutes yesterday afternoon?
“Yeah, I mean…”
He stepped aside, holding the door open for you. You mumbled the usual greeting as you took off your shoes and stepped into the small, single room apartment.
“I tried making strawberry Daifuku. Emphasis on tried,” you explained, standing around a little helplessly. Suga motioned for you to sit down on one of the cushions of his small table on the floor. “I couldn’t find any red bean paste though, so I made them with chocolate cream.”
“You made them yourself,” Suga wondered, placing the small box on the table, and fetching two plates from the shelf above the sink.
“They’re for valentine’s day after all. So, I thought I might as well put in some effort. They’re kind of ugly though, just saying. Well, not ugly, they just look… authentically handmade.”
Suga giggled at your comment, placing the plates down on the table and fetching a bottle of milk tea and two classes.
“I thought you weren’t in the habit of handing out friendship-chocolates,” he teased. Sure, it kind of hurt, knowing you had rejected him yesterday, although technically you had never phrased it. He was just infinitely glad, that he hadn’t completely destroyed your friendship. “Or friendship-Daifuku, I guess.”
“No, I’m not,” you answered, and the suddenly tense tone made Suga freeze mid-motion, making him look up at you. “Those are not friendship-chocolates.”
“What?”
“They’re just… ordinary Valentine’s Day chocolates. The kind you give to the person you like, to confess to them. Because that’s what I’m here for. To tell you that I like you and have liked you a lot for a long time and- yeah. That’s why I’m here anyway.” You exhaled shakily, still not looking up at Suga, who stood like frozen half-way between the fridge and the table you were seated at.
He blinked a few times, trying to make your words make sense in his head. You liked him?
“Why didn’t you just say that yesterday,” he asked the first thought that popped into his mind.
“I tried,” you defended, finally looking up at him, and could see how close you were to bursting into tears. “I tried, but you just ran away and then wouldn’t answer my calls! And I wasn’t sure if you wanted to see me after that…”
Suga swallowed thickly, walking the rest of the way over to you, crouching down besides you and placing the glasses down.
“I’m sorry,” he whispered, brushing the back of his fingers over your cheek. “I’m sorry for being such an idiot and confessing in such an undignified manner. And then running away before giving you the chance to answer. I messed up big time.”
“It’s okay-”
“It’s not. It’s really not. But unfortunately, I can’t change how much of an idiot I was in the past, so let me make it up to you? We can go for a walk, take the tea and the Daifuku, sit in the park for a bit and talk? If you’d like, that is.”
You took a deep breath and nodded, a smile finally tucking at your lips.
“Sounds like a date,” you teased, making his heart skip a beat.
“I was hoping for it to be one,” Suga grinned, standing back up.
He already knew exactly which spot in the park he wanted to take you to. Not the one underneath the plum blossoms. The grass there was in the shade, and without the sun it wouldn’t be warm enough for the thin jacket you were wearing. Instead, he’d take you to the other side of the river, that was in full early spring sun, from where you’d have a perfect view on the blossoms. And when you had eaten the treats which you had made and drunk the tea he would bring, he’d tell you again how much he liked you. Properly this time, without the annoyance and impatience in his voice, only with affection and warmth. Because you deserved nothing less than that.
Holding his hand out to you, he helped you off the floor, but didn’t let go immediately. Instead, he brought your hand up to his lips, placing a soft, lingering kiss on your knuckles that made both of your cheeks heat up.
When he pulled away, he quickly busied himself with throwing on a cardigan and pushing the bottle of milk tea he was still holding into one of the pockets before he grabbed the box of treats you had made for him and held his other hand out for you again. After a moment’s hesitation, you placed your own in his, watching as he closed his fingers around yours gently.
“Let’s go,” he smiled, guiding you out of the apartment, locking the door behind you. As he was walking down the stairs, the first box of sweets he had ever gotten for a Valentine’s Day in one hand, your hand in the other, he couldn’t wait to turn the rest of the day into the best first date either of you would have ever been able to imagine.

you set your pencil down semi-anxiously, chewing on your lower lip in anticipation for your darling boyfriend to come home. he always offered to tutor his students every after school, and he also always offered to help the other teachers with their workloads, even during the busiest times of the month, when everyone else was supposed to be enjoying the beginning of their winter break and spending time with their loved ones.
you knew you could never truly hold a candle to the service and kindness sugawara had to give everybody he loved, including you, but your hands and heart were much more skilled in the field of arts; specifically drawing, and you hoped that by this self portrait of his that you poured all your free time and boundless effort to, he'd find some joy in it, some appreciation that was a mere semblance of what you truly wanted to thank him for.
when the front door opened, you immediately rushed down the stairs, your hands behind your back, carrying the portrait behind your back. sugawara took off his brown loafers and undid his scarf, hanging it up on the coat rack, exhaustedly smiling at you. his eyes still shone with love, even if he didn't say anything or didn't have the energy tonight to shower you with love like he usually does... you could tell, he was more than happy to be in the presence of you, his lover.
"how are you, dear?" he asked you in a gentle voice, walking over to you, kissing your forehead gently. you felt your whole face warm up, and you stammered out that you had a gift for him. shyly handing him the portrait you drew of him, sugawara grinned wider, his cheeks getting pinker by the minute. he thanked you, and gently took it from your hands that were covered in pencil lead and a variety of shades and colors.
seeing the portrait, sugawara couldn't help but smile even more. he always did have the prettiest smile, you really wanted to capture that sweetness in your portrait. "honey..." sugawara murmured, admiring the portrait and looking into your bashful eyes. he chuckled and kissed your nose, wrapping his arms around you as he clutched the beautiful portrait you made of him in his hands. "you made me look really wonderful... thank you," "you're always wonderful, koushi," you corrected him, smiling yourself, hugging him back hesitantly.
"sorry, th-the lead..." "it doesn't matter, darling, i love every part of you, no matter how messy you think you are; it's beautiful how creative you can be, love," sugawara mutters, kissing the side of your head in complete and utter adoration and gratefulness to you for your lovely gift. the snowflakes fell outside as you and sugawara embraced, warming each other up as the landscape outside became blanketed in fluffy white snow, with the inside of your home glowing and effervescent orange and red, the warmth of each other's touch and body heat sufficing for the little while you two held each other so intimately.
it was the perfect way to relax and let the holiday spirit be felt within sugawara, he couldn't ask for anything more perfect.

There were perks that came with dating the manager for your university’s volleyball team.
First, it meant that Sugawara had an excuse to see you every single day. He could spend time with you during practice and still not compromise the time he spent playing volleyball. He didn’t have to choose between his club and his girlfriend, and that took a lot of pressure off him. It also meant that he was around you for hours on end, even during training camps to Tokyo. He got to show off his skills to the one person he always wanted to impress, and even though he wasn’t a regular, the times that he got to play, he really made it count. And he loved seeing you cheer him on.
The problem was that there were other boys there too, who constantly wanted your attention as their manager. And try as he might, Sugawara couldn’t help but let this bother him a little.
He knew what everyone on the team was like. Tanaka and Nishinoya were extremely attention hungry and loved being praised. And he knew their need for attention from you was merely because you were their manager and senpai. They didn’t have bad intentions. Then there was Kageyama who was always looking for advice, Hinata who was a social butterfly, Daichi and Asahi who had known you for just as long as he had and were good friends with you. All in all, being a manager wasn’t easy and he knew you were responsible for catering to the needs of the entire team and not just him.
But the ugly voice in his head wouldn’t stop, and he couldn’t help but frown when you cheered for Hinata and Kageyama’s quick, or when you would high five Tanaka and Nishinoya after a good receive and spike combo. Sugawara was very rational, he knew that. And he prided himself for that. So he could swallow it down, tell himself it was a part of your job and that it was heartwarming that you got on with all your juniors so well.
But when Asahi asked you, gentle and hesitant as he was, to help him tie up his hair so little strands wouldn’t poke out and irritate him, Sugawara couldn’t stand and watch anymore.
He walked out of the gym, not bothering to change shoes before stomping off down the path that led to the club room, telling himself he needed to calm down and that he was being irrational. He didn’t even notice you blink in shock at his sudden departure, hands paused where you held up Asahi’s hair tie. The ace turned back to look at you questioningly, raising an eyebrow.
“What was that about?”
You shook your head and shrugged, feeling just as startled as the boy in front of you. “I have no idea.”
You gave Asahi an apologetic smile and held out the hair tie to him. “I should probably go and check.”
Asahi nodded immediately and gave you an encouraging smile. “Of course! Don’t worry about it.”
Back in the clubroom, Sugawara leaned his forehead against the cold metal of the locker, trying to take deep breaths. He hadn’t bothered turning a light on, the room lit only by the sunlight peeking in from under the door. He closed his eyes, and all he saw was your hands carding through Asahi’s hair and you tried to get all of them up into a knot. Your face had been the picture of concentration, and maybe slight frustration, and despite how mad the sight made him, you still looked so beautiful.
Suga felt his shoulders slump.
What was he doing? Being jealous of his own friends? People he knew would never, ever try anything with you. People he truly trusted with his own life. Yet here he was, feeling so bothered he wanted to rip you away from them and hold you tight against him. Wanted to tell all of them that you were his, that you kissed him and hugged him every day. Not them. Not anyone else.
There was a soft knock before the door swung open with a slight squeak, making Sugawara jolt away from the locker. He saw your head peek through, trying to adjust to the darkness. You gave him a little smile that made his insides squirm.
“What’re you doing in the dark, Koushi?” You reached for the light switch and flicked it on, making Sugawara blink a bit. He watched you step in and shut the door behind you gently, walking closer to him until he was within reach. He felt your arms wrap around his waist, your body pressing to his and your chin resting on his chest so you could look up at him.
“You wanna tell me what’s going on?” Your voice was a mere whisper, and your touch seemed to calm him a little. He returned your embrace, holding you tight to him and pressing his forehead to yours.
“It’s nothing.” He muttered, giving you a smile of his own. “I’m glad you’re here.”
You gave him a look that told him you didn’t believe his bullshit, and Sugawara had to curse how perceptive you were.
“It’s just,” he tried to think of the words, “sometimes you get too close to the guys and it-” he paused.
“Pisses you off?” You supplied.
Suga shook his head. “That might be a bit too strong.”
“What else do you call storming out of the gym with a murderous look on your face?”
He groaned and rested his head on your shoulder, feeling it shake with the force of your giggles. You cooed at him, running your soft fingers over his scalp.
“Aw, my baby is jealous.”
Suga tightened his hold on you, squeezing gently. “So what if I am?”
“I don’t mind. I think it’s really sexy.”
That made him lift his head, looking at you in surprise. You had a little smirk on your face, and there was a sizzling heat in your eyes. Sugawara’s core stirred.
“Really?”
You hummed low, tilting your head up until your lips were meeting his. It was firm yet gentle, and in your lips Suga found reassurance and validation, and an urgency that you only showed when you wanted more.
He felt something stir inside him again. He tightened his grip just as you pulled away, making a noise of protest. You laughed in response.
“Not here, Koushi!” You giggled.
Suga didn’t protest, only grinning and shrugging, wiggling his eyebrows at you until you laughed again, the ugly voice inside him dimming more and more by the second.

(Y/n's) p.o.v
"I just, look how sexy he is! It's RDJ for goodness sakes!" My best friend, (Bsf/n), exclaims. We step off the escalator, meeting both of our boyfriends at the bottom. I laugh as Sugawara gives (bsf/n) a look, making her shrug her shoulders.
"C'mon, (Y/n)! Let's leave the boys to do their own thing~" She sung waving goodbye to her boyfriend as well as mine.
Bokuto pouts, planting a kiss my lips on his as a goodbye.
"See you later, love bug." I stroll behind
(bsf/n).
•~•~•
"Hmm what about this?" I ask holding up a light blue lingerie set to my skin, (bsf/n) tilts her head looking at it. She scrunches her nose a little bit.
"Top or bottom?"
"Ummm...? I don't know?"
Now that I think of it. Bokuto is very subby, not that I normally take the lead or anything. He is always the one who acts like the baby in the relationship.
"Well I am of course the top!" She says smirking widely strutting away to another part of the lingerie section.
"Yeah, I find that hard to believe."
"That's rude!" (bsf/n) pouts, holding up a lacey pastel pink lingerie set to her body. It complemented her (s/c) and her (h/c) hair.
"That looks super good. I can see Sugawara now, but that's a gross image."
"That's pretty!"
I turn around to what (bsf/n) was talking about stopping in my tracks to see a light yellow bra. It was pure lace but the silky kind, white ribbon-type fabric hooked it in the middle with a small red rose attached. The pantie's were high waisted. The fabric was silky lace that matched the bra but in the back.... well there really is no back. It's just a white ribbon that connects with the rest of the fabric making a bow. This looks like something Kou would like.  I pick it up, pulling her to the register.
~~~~~
(bsf/n) and I walk arms linked, towards the food court to see the boys at a table on their phones. She immediately unhooks our arms when her eyes fall on Sugawara and books it towards him. She clings onto him causing him to be startled.
"Hi baby!" I place a kiss on Bokuto's pouting lips.
"I missed chu!" He gives me puppy dog eyes and shoves his head in my chest. Then suddenly shoots up and tries to take my bag from my hands.
"Kou!"
"What did you get me?"
"Nothing."
Then... Bokuto becomes depressed Bokuto making me sigh.
~~~~~
"Ngh! S-Suga!"
Seriously?
SERIOUSLY!
"mmph." Bokuto murmured in his sleep as he pushed his head further into my lap. I slam my head back into the headboard.
"SHUT THE HELL UP WILL YA? WE'RE TRYING TO SLEEP!" Kageyama's voice booms throughout the walls.
As if hes any better. To be honest Bokuto and I don't have sex often. Bokuto never seems to be interested in it even if Kuroo and he only talks about ass and boobs. When ever I seem to be in the mood he brushes it off.
Maybe I'm not attractive in that way?
No.. No, I can't think like that. Gosh, I need to get the shower.
I tuck my hands under Bokuto's head, softly rubbing my thumbs on the sides of his temples before gently lifting him off of my lap and putting him on the light blue pillow. I smile softy, leaning down and pressing a kiss to the side of his temple.
I unfold my legs from under me and get off the bed, walking into the bathroom that was connected to my room. I didn't bother closing the door as there was really no reason too. I pinch the fabric of my sweater, pulling it over my head sloppily. I turn to the mirror and trace my finger over my tummy. I pinch the fat in between my fingers, grimacing. I tilt my head. Am I beautiful? I never really thought so until Bokuto. I always knew that I was mediocre. I was such a mediocre person that even for someone like Bokuto to like me was hard to believe. Before I never thought I would like someone like Bokuto, but now it feels like I can't even breath without him.
If I'm not physically attractive then him not wanting sex is understandable, right? I mean I wouldn't want to have sex with me either. When is the last time we even had sex? Four months ago? No. Longer. It shouldn't matter but I've been so horny lately.
I slip my leggings off my legs along with my black underwear. I walk to the shower turning it on before slipping off my bra. I step in the shower, the blazing hot water trickling onto my skin, leaving a satisfying feeling rave through my body. I shut the glass door and lean my forehead against the wall. I bite my lip and hold myself from crying. I'm really not that pretty. Not enough for him.
"Why did I even buy that lingerie? I'm not pretty to pull it off. He would never want me to. I'm... I'm useless. I'm just better off-"
"Shh. You're beautiful, my beautiful baby." Light kisses were pressed under my ear. When did he get in here?
"K-Kotaro.."
"Shh."
Arms circle around my waist and pulls my back side against his. Fingers trail down my tummy, dipping down to my hot sex. I twirl my head up to meet his gaze. My (e/c) eyes meet his bright yellow orbs. A dominating stare glares into my soul. Bokuto's fingers circle around my clit slowly as his other hand trails up to my breast and pinches my nipple lightly.
"So fucking beautiful."
Bokuto's head dips down to my neck, his lips planting a light kiss. Light licks against my skin send shivers down my spine while Bokuto's fingers get rougher and slowly starts to put them in. His finger stretches my walls as he gently puts two more  in.
"Ah, Koatro-"My head slams back as he roughly plunges his fingers in and out, sliding them in and out as if it was the easiest thing he has ever done. My legs begin quiver as I try to hopelessly grip onto the wall to keep me up.
"Cum baby, my beautiful baby."
As if in on cue my orgasm takes over as light moans leave my mouth. Right as I cum Bokuto takes out his fingers and replaces them with a bigger thing.
My walls stretch as Bokuto slides in his cock, a small bite is placed on my shoulder. The feeling of Bokuto's wet hair falls onto my shoulder as slight gasps escape from him as he get's rougher. He goes deeper and the deeper he goes is as if I can feel it further in my stomach.
"Ah shit, you feel so fucking good. Good baby, good baby. Mmm so fucking beautiful."
Our moans bounce off the walls as he plunges. I feel his arm reach down and lift my leg slowly in the air. His other hand falling on my hip.
"Ngh!" I slam my head against the wall, biting my lip. Fuck Oh mighty Asahi.
"Shit."
The water falls on our backs as we both cum in agony.
"I love you, puppy."
"I love you too, owl."
