I wish my brain goblin would just stfu sometimes.
Like I refuse to let myself relate to anything I'm not 100% certain I am. this happened when I wasn't sure I was queer, I'd relate to a post and be like "JUST TO CLARIFY I DON'T THINK I'M QUEER. I'M NOT PRETENDING TO BE QUEER. BUT LIKE I RELATE TO THIS" and now I'm doing it again w adhd and autism and ppl tell me that I don't have to get diagnosed to relate to shit or to use coping mechanisms but like.
Mr. Goblin Man™ doesn't care that I don't have to. He'll make me feel guilty for being one of those people who says they're neurodivergent bc it makes them unique or better in some way or whatever even tho i'm probably not that.
Even just relating this situation to what happened when I was questioning feels like a pick-me thing to do because I am queer now.

ughhhhh why can't I just experience emotions like a normal person
it's gotten to the point where I know I'm sad if I'm just more tired and irritable than usual
I know i'm sad rn bc I'm feeling tired and lazy, I have a headache, and i'm kinda mad for no real reason
Like I want to cry, I want to freak out in my room at 10 pm for an hour or two, because a day or two after I do that I feel better. But for some reason I just cant. Looking back on it, the last time I cried it was probably a panic attack. And now I want to cry to at least get rid of this weird overwhelming yet nonexistent feeling but I physically cannot even feel the sadness

Sometimes annoying your bratty husband with silly gifts will cause him to bluescreen unintentionally. It's fine, though. Just take advantage of his touch starvation with cuddles to override the issue. Any biting and hissing that follows is totally normal.
