The 12 days of fluffmas, day 2 - putting up decorations with Robecca Steam

Pairing: Robecca Steam x gender neutral reader (can be read as either platonic or romantic)

Content warning(s): none that I can think to add

You were pulling out boxes full of holiday decorations when you heard Robecca jet in, Penny the penguin tucked firmly under her arm

She curiously asked what you were doing, to which you cheerfully responded in turn, saying that you were simply pulling out some items so you could decorate your place for the holidays

She swiftly set Penny down on the floor, her face lighting up as bright as a string of lights you would find on a tree

“Oh, lovely! Do you mind if I join? I can be of great help with putting up things in those hard to reach places”

You smiled warmly while accepting her offer to help, showing her the kind of stuff you had and telling her where you planned on putting it

Robecca chatted gleefully as she assisted you with decorating, fondly recalling all the winters she spent with her father before he disappeared

When it came the time to place the star on top of the tree, she hoisted you up on her shoulders and used her rocket boots to fly you close enough to the top so you could set it up there yourself

The two of you stood back in awe once you were finally done, taking in how gorgeous (or tacky, depending on how you decided to decorate) everything was and admiring your handywork

“If you don’t mind, Robecca, I’d like to spend every holiday season with you. And Penny too, of course”

Robecca squealed happily as she lifted you up into a giant hug, your words making her eyes light up with joy at the thought of getting to do this with you every year

➥ 🇷 🇪 🇶 🇺 🇪 🇸 🇹 🇪 🇩 : 🇳 🇴 a/n : Headcanons about what it would be like if Idia had a s/o like Robecca Steam from Monster High, I plan to do it for the other leaders and maybe do another one for Ever After High. If you read it on another blog, I'm still the original writer, I just decided to move to another blog. w a r n i n g : Mention of panic attacks and anxiety, "Death" suggested but not actually. English is not my first language, so sorry for any mistakes ( ╥ω╥ ).

You were raised by the same context as Ortho. Your father was a great mad scientist who lost his daughter, the "original" you.

You probably met because Idia went after your father to ask for help with Ortho and you were in the laboratory with him.

To say that Idia is beyond amazed by you is an understatement.

During the years he spent recreating Ortho, you were the only person he allowed to be by his side. Helping him and making sure he was well taken care of.

Idia is completely obsessed with you.

Everything about you fascinates him. How you function, whether you can feel emotions, your routine, your aesthetics. Everything.

100% made a steampunk costume for Ortho so you two match.

One of his favorite pastimes is watching you and Ortho interact. Just seeing you and his brother floating around and playing tag brings him peace and eases his anxiety.

He also loves checking up on you. After your father gave him permission, Idia likes to see what he can do better in his function. Although you look old on the outside, you have the best and most modern system on the inside.

Even when Idia went to NRC, you still stay in constant contact and you also visit him when you can.

Ignihyde students really appreciate it when you visit their dorm and always ask you questions. Which could make Idia jealous and lead to a long session of him cuddling with you in bed.

❝ Hey. I am truly grateful to have you by my side all these years. I-I don't know what it's like for you b-but I l-love you. ❞

Many people don't understand their relationship and sometimes Idia doesn't either.

Idia knows that he loves you with all his heart and knows that you also love him in your own way, but sometimes he has doubts.

You are not really human, although you have your own consciousness and can feel to some extent… you are not human.

and that's what Idia is afraid of.

Since he met you, sometimes you have "flaws".

Although it doesn't happen anymore and has become a rare occurrence, Idia vividly remembers the day you hung up.

Sometimes you need to "sleep" to recharge your energy but on this specific day you just switched off out of nowhere.

Your father thinks that some part inside you malfunctioned and then fixed it, making you fully functional again.

But Idia remembers the trauma it caused. For weeks he wouldn't leave your side for anything and stayed sleepless nights just to watch you recharge.

Even though you receive updates whenever there is something more advanced, Idia lived in constant fear and it is at these times when you need to stay by his side to prevent him from collapsing and avoid a panic attack.

Another fear he has is that you will lose the feeling of love and that along with that you will lose interest in him.

Once, during an anxiety attack, Idia told you about this fear and the answer you gave brought him to his knees.

You said that even if you impossibly lost the ability to have feelings, you would never EVER leave his side. Years ago, when he was mourning his lost brother and doing everything possible and impossible to bring him back from you, you drilled deep into yourself that you would never leave him.

Regardless of what would happen, you would be by his side until his "heart" stops beating.

Idia may or may not have proposed to you after that.

Overall, Idia considers herself very lucky to have you by her side. He loves you very much and he loves the family (you and Ortho) he has.

Idia knows that their relationship is not "conventional", but honestly, he wouldn't change anything and would do it all over again.

Venus Headcanons

- Nonbinary, they/she, I will not be taking any more questions

-Nonbinary lesbian actually! I just think they deserve more representation.

- Anyway I personally love the poly trio of Venus, Robecca, and Rochelle. I deadass have no idea where this ship came from but it’s somewhat popular and I like it.

- At first it was just Venus and Robecca dating and Rochelle naturally slid in over time. There was no declaration of love or anything. They just agreed that they’re all dating and that was that.

- Venus is an activist, obviously, but let’s go all the way with that. They’re a very passionate person. They think change will only come if you put in the effort to make it happen. They’ve organized protests not just for environment stuff but also for monster rights, to end monster specific schools like vampire academies, for monsters and humans to live in harmony. All that stuff

- Venus and Deuce are besties. They’re both punks who will go to mosh pits or simply jam out to loud ass music. It’s kinda a funny dynamic cause Deuce is very chill while Venus is passionate and bold, but they can vibe together with the power of rock and anarchy.

-She’s a carnivore actually. Most plant monster just need sunlight and water to survive, but Venus is out here chomping down on steak. She’s sweet too, she always makes sure Draculaura is not around.

- Venus says fuck the government. :)

CALLING ALL MONSTER HIGH FANS. I JUST MET GARRETT. AND I WAS ABLE TO SCAVENGE SO MUCH LORE AND CONFIRMED HEADCANONS TO YOU. THIS IS ALL SAID BY GARRET OR CONFIRMED. I HAVE SPOKEN TO GOD AND HE HAS SPOKEN BACK

#1. Robecca and Venus were implied and ARE dating!!! He said it was like. Just like other monsters they had tried putting hints and characteristics into monsters that we could see and relate too. (He also said it outright down here. Lol I got all the proof guys!)

2. They never actually came up with Jane Boolittles Origins. And yes Dr. Morou and Dr. Boolittle raised her. But it was always a thing to them they'd say ‘oh well get back to this’. And then they never did. When asked; he genuinely doesn’t remember what they had planned for her.

3. a REALLY big mystery solved and lore dump guys. This one’s juicy. I KNOW HOW SPECTRA DIED. I KNOW HOW SHE DIED. AND WHAT THE TRAUMATIC STORY WAS FOR HER. I ACTUALLY FUCKING KNOW! Y’all ready? Drumroll…. It was, a, CAR CRASH! Yes you heard me. THE VONDERGEIST FAMILY ALL DIED IN A CAR CRASH. I think he said he she just came with her family off skirts and they got into an accident. I’ll reblog this with the video of him saying it!

4. Toralei lives in a monster high housing/boarding building when she is not attending school. This place is used for kids who do not have a place to go too, or if their home is too far to return to easily. I think there was an error somewhere where she mentioned parents? I mentioned that to him and he was very confused/didn’t remember. Reconfirmed that if she wasn’t in the monster high housing area. She would have been in either Jail or The streets.

5. Robecca was not rebuilt for 100 years due to Misogyny. Also because it had to go into the lines of her ‘mysteriously’ disappearing for her to have her comeback. I asked about how it was low key such a dark story, and he mentioned that since technically Monster high was the ‘horror’ genre. He was able to get away with things like that.

6. the Vampire Heart mystery! So remember how in Friday night frights we all see Ghoulia place a Robot Heart into Robeccas chest. Something that is very clearly not the Vampires heart? But then suddenly in Frights camera action it’s there? Well, technically that’s an official Error by the crew. He actually said he noticed it, and told management and stuff like ‘won’t people notice it?’ And they were all like ‘nah it will be fine no one will notice’. But then we all clearly did lol. He also said that because if this, he came up with the idea that the Vampires heart was ENCASED in the Robot heart we saw in Friday night frights. Ergo, explaining how Robecca had two hearts in one body! (It’s also confirmed Hexiciah placed the Vampires heart into her while he was building her. Which would explain why she didn’t remember it was their).

#7. Gooliope Jellingtons Origins. I asked what her origins were. And basically, she DOES NOT have any parents. She was CREATED IN A LAB. Which apparently didn’t treat her right. So she ESCAPED the lab and ran away to the circus! (Or blobbed away?) because he also confirmed, she was the blob. Or based off the blob. She wasn’t actually like. The daughter of the blob. She WAS the blob itself.

#8. Kiyomi Haunterly is Gay! I know this is was already somewhat canon and said before. But I asked and he confirmed it that she was in fact, Gay. And he tried to show it in her diary.

#9. We’re reaching some only implied/supported things. Not fully confirmed or intended. But Kala Mer’ri has BPD. I asked about if she has anything like BPD cause I relate and saw that a lot in her. He replied that he did try to make attributes for each Character specifically so we could related to them like that. And that it was to also make sure every character wasn’t a carbon copy of another. Basically. He didn’t like. Outright say ‘yes. She has bpd’. But he also didn’t disprove it. And he reacted positively to the idea and supported it.

#10. Robecca Steam has ADHD. It’s basically the same as above. Although he did like the note that I (someone with adhd) specifically had the same traits with Robecca, even more specifically, that we both are ALWAYS late. And can never keep track of time to save our unlife.

11. Dedyet DeNile Origins. He actually completely forgot about Cleo’s Mother eventually being reunited. I had asked how she had ended up in that same weird time loop Tomb thag Hexiciah was stuck in. (Which they were eventually freed by Robecca in her SDCC diary). He said he completely forgot about that. And genuinely didn’t remember anything about it. I basically re-explained the whole thing and he was very interested. Unfortunately. Not to much origins to go on.

11. here’s a canon one! What happened to Aamanita Nightshade after she left the DeNiles in the tomb. It was kinda funny, but he basically was like ‘Amanita went up and was just like ‘Peace!’’ And then never came back.’ She goofed around a bit, buuut it wasn’t entirely like her fault? She quickly went back to sleep after breaching the surface. So yeah. She was not awake for long. She quickly went back into flower mode until she woke up again at the Gloom and Bloom party.

12. He’s working on another one of his Monster prints! He sells them on his online shop here

He’s currently working on Toralei!!!!! He said he was working on her on the way over. And that he was trying to go in Order of the G1 doll releases. He mentioned he had only done Skelita out of Order because she was like ‘that one’ who was INSANELY popular with fans when she came out. Especially in Mexico. It’s also why she was the only Funko pop made who was not part of the main ghouls.

13. Random. But he actually didn’t create each backstory individually by himself. In the beginning he did A LOT. Like Frankie was the first backstory he ever created. And it got more help and divided as more and more characters were introduced.

14. he has read every single diary for every monster. Cool little fact cause DAMN theirs a whole bunch of them.

15. everything in the Ghoulfriends book series is CANON in the monster verse.

And that is ALL FOLKS! I had held those questions in for about 7-8 years. So it was everything to me to have them answered and confirmed! I really tried to ask everything that was a huge mystery to us monster folks. And I hope you guys are excited to see all these new CANON facts!!!

I’m sorry if this is not everything. Just like Robecca. I forget stuff pretty easily. I’m wracking my brain for every little detail. Unfortunately my father didn’t record as much as I would have liked. But he did get some perfect key moments! And I’ll make sure to reblog with those moments as proof of confirmation!

Wow people really like my previous post Thank you so much for likes <3

Just like a promise I made my version Monster High characters Gaia Online edition part 2

1. Abbey Bominable

I have two things in mind that I want for Abbey's design.

Snow and Fluff

I found Abominable Cutie items for fur, arms, face and little horns. her hair and clothing colors its mostly white with pink and baby blue details.

I have this headcannon that yetis uses white clothes as camouflauge. Once that Abbey enrolls at Monster High she starts adding more colours in her outfits

I added snowflake hair pin. A snow googles who act as glasses and fanny pack (tribute to MH Live Action)

2. Spectra Vondergeist

For Spectra I thought added indigo and blue in her color scheme instead just purple and black

I found this cute black veil with purple skulls, blue dress, and indigo sandals give impression of floating, black and blue bag and lock hairpin

I keep her iconic chains, her hair and gossiping nature

3. Operetta

For Operetta. I decided keep her original hairstyle buts its black and red ombre hair

While searching scars or deformity items for idea. I came across @cherryfemm post about Operetta's shouldn't wear a mask. And she is right because that whole MH premise its embrace their freak flaws. And I thought why not keep half mask and covers her perfect face. So keeps her dad iconic mask and delivers the message: you shouldn't be shame about your scars and/or deformity

What I love about Operetta is she doesn't care about her deformity. She's not insecure or shame about her appearance.

Also I give her semi-translucent skin so that keep her status as phantom

Her outfit is simple top white and black shirt, red shorts with suspenders, black and white shoes, golden spider earrings and of course her guitar

4 Toralei Stripe

Its combination of G1 and G3 Toralei. A torned black jacket with kitty face printed shirt, pink black and white stripes pants, black and pink boots heeled, and guitar

Headcanon: There's rumor that Toralei's guitar strings are made of her werecats enemies back her criminal days. In reality catguts are not made from cat intestines.

5. Robecca Steam

As for Robecca I didn't do drastic changes to G1 Robecca. I just made her hair little shorter, give her gloves, brown and gold belt and blue and golden boots.

Also I found skin mod to give her shiny robotic skin

6. Venus McFlytrap

As for Venus. I give her blue and pink hair instead green and pink. Pink and black shirt and shorts. a missing pink stocking, mismatched sneakers and black gloves useful for picking up garbage

Still rockin and saving the earth

Oh added green vines and leafy thing in her head

7. Rochelle Goyle

As for Rochelle. I decided more softer pink and lilac color palette. I give her granite skin tone and I found this dress that fits Rochelle's aesthetic.

Its quite expensive but good thing I been saving alot all these years of playing Gaia Online

Added jewelry for her head, black stockings and boots. Lastly this amazing horns and wings the tail was included and I have no idea how to remove tail
