i’m gonna be adding this to my rules later but just a heads up that i really don’t tolerate the use of AI—for art, writing, or otherwise. i feel like at this point most should know how harmful it is but just in case here’s just one of many articles explaining it
#ooc.#tbd#art in particular i don’t tolerate bc i am an artist and i’ve seen others have their work blatantly stolen and repurposed through ai#i saw someone i follow on twitter literally have their WIP from their livestream screenshot#put through ai software and then the thief posting their ‘finished’ piece and claim the original artist stole from THEM#and people are already losing their jobs to ai#so i know it seems harmless to make your character or edits and do little trends or make writing prompts with it#but you’re feeding the algorithm and teaching these softwares to steal#so i will be blocking or softblocking if i see enough of it or at the very least approaching people i feel comfortable with if it’s being#posted a lot#like do what you want obviously but i just personally don’t want to see or support it 🤷🏼♀️#also: this was not prompted by any mutuals jsyk#this isn’t like a cache of anything; i just saw a non mutual using a ‘ai generated prompts’ meme so#felt i should add this to my rules#vague or* not cache wtf djfbdjfj
