Katie is one of many women who share their experiences of verbal and physical abuse. She gives a sample of things her husband has said to her that same day:
Fucking whore! This is none of your goddamned business! [About the family business that he expects her to work at for free.]
You're the stupidest fucking person on the damn planet! How the fuck can you not gotten the fucking strawberries from up there in the fucking field, you fucking dumbass whore! Fucking God Damnit! I should have told you long ago to fuck off, with your bastard kids! [Speaking about his children with her.]
Fuck off! I fucking don't ever want to see you again in this fucking room, and if you come near me I'll fucking make you wish you never married me, you [insert racial slur for Asian people that doesn't translate easily to English] hooker!

What ultimately helped me to walk away from the Trad Wives was knowing the steps and signs of radicalisation before joining the Red Pill Women forum.

I just saw someone unironically try to recommend a documentary called “The Red Pill” as a good source against feminist talking points lol

It’s something about red pill podcasters that love to take statistics and lie about what it’s actually saying . Either they doing it on purpose or jus ignorant reading them .

Red pillers when a man gets treated badly/cheated on in a relationship: all women are terrible, poor men just want to find someone good and be loved but it's so difficult 😭😭
Red pillers when a woman gets treated badly/cheated on in a relationship: that's just because she didn't choose better, if she chose a Nice Guy instead of the Bad Boy it wouldn't have happened

This is the reason I don't back and forth with feminists online, and block those who feel they have to have the last word. In their pea-brains, women are never wrong, and men are never right. Best to avoid the mental exhaustion in dealing with them. They simply lack the ability to engage in objective introspection...and the integrity to even try.

The Red Pill Women community is 'open to all women wanting to improve themselves and their relationships', but it does have a few official rules, most notably:
Rule Five: No feminism. This is an anti-feminist community, and as such, we are not interested in being 'saved' by feminism. Anybody stopping in to weigh-in with the feminist perspective will be shown the door, as it is off-topic.

“as quiet as it's kept, a lot of women are male identified. This is why we still have so many women ignore red flags, be in their ego, fight women over their boyfriends etc. This is why red pill methods still work. Women who don't care to have a man, are persecuted and/or have their sexuality come under fire. Apparently, a woman who has self respect is defective.”
