you can participate as many times as you wish, to any current prompt or past prompt.

what can i write/draw?

the only rules are that your work has to be related to the marauders-era, and that it has to be sapphic. it does not have to be ship-centred, it can be centred on a sapphic character for example.

trans, non binary and gender-bent characters and ships are welcome here!

the prompts can serve as an inspiration for the setting / the theme of your work, and it can also be a word featured in the text of the fic.

can i combine one of your prompts with other prompts/challenges/fests?

yes, absolutely! you can combine them with other blogs' prompts/challenges, if these blogs allow it too, and you can also combine multiple of our own prompts.

can i submit prompts?

I was thinking of shipnames and cooler names than just theirs squished together. Cause we have some really pretty ones like wolfstar, starchaser, sunseeker, nobleflower, wiseflower, etc, but some are just really bland. So,, here are some thing my little brain came up with :>

(site I mostly used was familyeducation.com)

- Mary + Lily: rebelflower.

Explanation:

Mary: Hebrew -> bitter, rebellion

Lily: Latin -> a flower, pure, passion, rebirth

- James + Lily: sunflower !!

(Why do we always use jily when we could use sunflower??)

- Dorcas + Marlene: lightgazelle

Explanation:

Marlene: greek -> high tower, child of light

Dorcas: greek -> gazelle

Marylily / Macevans/ Rebelflower as the MAIN ship not some blink and you miss it side ship

The ships in order of their importance/ relevance to the plot: Marylily, Jily, Jegulus, Dorlene, Wolfstar, tedromeda (ALL of them get screen time but some are more important than others. By that I mean for example dorlene helps Lily get it together and go back to Mary)

Based on the folklore love triangle by Taylor swift. (Lily as James, Mary as Betty, and James as Augustine)

Marylily and Jegulus end up together, but there’s a long jily section in the middle

All of the girls actually have personalities and development, and here’s the best part: they actually get to have struggles both in their love lives and mentally! Wow surprising right?

While we’re on this topic I want to say JAMES ISNT ALWAYS HAPPY EITHER

Jily stays friends after they break up and James is so supportive of Lily and Mary (same with Lily and jegulus)

Giving out happy endings like it’s Christmas. Angst 24/7 but they all live happily ever after

There are going to be flashbacks to Lily, Mary, Remus, Sirius, Marlene, and Dorcas all realizing that they’re queer and coming to terms with it. James gets his moment too when regulus enters.

Sirius, Regulus, and Andromeda content! Sirius and James aren’t friends YET, you’ll see why later, so when he runs away (regulus goes with him, I know it’s not realistic and I’m not one of THOSE people, but my fic my rules) he goes to live with Ted and Andromeda and it’s so cute I have so much planned

Dorlene are honestly the only people with their relationship stable and I’m tact and I’m living for it
