this has been sitting in my drafts for two years now, please take this because Dabi needs more love on my dash ;-;

sadistic and aloof Dabi may be in public as a villain, but all that simply melts away back into the Toya you knew as a kid

a bestfriend is a bestfriend after all, and he still has a role to play - if he didn't watch over you at all times, who knew what kind of trouble you would get yourself into?

someone that is very uncomfortable in his own skin, but you make that feeling go away whenever he's with you

Dabi claims not to trust anyone, especially not heroes or his family, but of course there's always an exception, and that exception is you

you knew Dabi was strong, a man with a very powerful quirk that he could wield and and an even stronger will, but you were never scared of him, just the leaping flames that sometimes surprise you

he was just another person, a human, a friend

starts crashing your house more and more often - Dabi definitely doesn't bother with building his visits up slowly

its more like one week he only comes once, and then the next week onwards he's there every spare minute he has

basically as good as moves in with you

of course you don't really mind much, Dabi is your bestfriend afterall, and you are very aware of his home situation

you aren't home that much anyway, having taken up a full time job to pay for your bills -living is costly, and you are no top hero, so wage is low

and if Dabi moves in with you, you joke that you might have to take a second job as well to pay for the both of you

this boy definitely contributes his fair share to the bills from whatever he draws from being a villain - doesn't want you working more than you should

the more you work, the less time he gets to spend with you after all

tried out stalking back when the two of you became friends but fell out of it as it was hard to follow you everywhere when he was just a kid, but now that he was a free man, the habit comes roaring back with a vengeance

surprisingly good at blending in with the crowd, Dabi follows you absolutely everywhere, taking note of where you go and who you interacted with

this boy is smart with a capital S, can work out your plans and intentions from just what you tell him and what he knows about you, but no doubt he still snoops in your diary and calendar and phone just to make sure his instincts are on point

anyone that is a threat to the relationship between the two of you gets eliminated in his next villain attack - Dabi is not above maiming innocent civilians to keep you by his side and as only his friend

needs your attention constantly on him to feel human, simply no one else's will do

have no qualms manipulating you and your emotions so that you felt that the world was turning against you, that no one cared about you except for him

gaslighting you about events that occured, telling you that your other friends and colleagues were just faking their concern for you

the more isolated you were, the better for him - you were much safer with him than anyone else after all

tried to turn up unexpected at your work, only for you to immediately jump on him, cover him up with your hoodies, and kick him out

honestly this baby boy didn't realize in that moment that he stands out even though he knows this very well at any other point in time

but he just wanted to surprise you at work and steal more of your time

so soft towards you that it was as if Dabi was a different person all together

not Dabi, the psycho mass murderer, not even Toya, the ambitious young Todoroki

it was just him, your bestfriend

woud go out of his way to get you whatever you wanted, or whatever he thought you wanted

complains that he doesn't like to live at base - villains have much poorer hygiene standards compared to you

but he just prefers your place and your free patching services compared to having to do it all himself if he lives at base

will try to convince you to leave your job - swears that he makes enough to pay your rent and all your living expenses, but you can see right through him and refuse

he might be sadistic and unhinged to everyone else, but your happiness is his happiness - and anyone that takes his happiness away will be eliminated

Dabi always thought that killing heroes and dragging his father's name through the mud was his life's goal, but he quickly realised how highly you ranked when you almost got caught up in a fight between the League and heroes

yes while he still wanted to dismantle the entire heroes' association, he didn't want to do it at your expense

scrambled to get you out of there in secret without exposing your existence to either side - Dabi doesn't know if he can stop himself if anything happens to you

the last thing he wanted was for any one to find out he had a bestfriend that he was soft for

acts very confident all the time, but this boy is anything but around you; the one thing that weights constantly on his mind is you leaving him in disgust

will never let you watch the news, goes to the extent of breaking your television and snatching your phone away from you if he sees the news starting to play any of his fights

easier to apologise to you and promise to replace your broken appliance than risk you seeing his completely unhinged side that had no issues killing civilians and high school students alike

even if you support him while he opposes the very concept of heroes, there was no doubt that was where you would draw the line

the thought of you trying to leave him pained his heart enough to promise himself that if you ever did, he would do anything to make you stay even if you hated him

he burn the soles of your feet, char your skin, take your sight from you, burn the whole world down

if he had you, he didn't need anything else

but for now, while you were still happy to host him in your house and hum while cooking your bestfriend a hot meal, Dabi was simply happy to be here

Dabi with teen reader who some times will stay up for too long at a time and when they can’t sleep they kinda lay next to dabi, on the floor beside his bed because his presence comforts them so he’ll wake up and roll over and there’s just reader, asleep on the floor :3

A/N: This became more of "Reader is an insomniac but Dabi's presence comforts them" but I hope this is fine. Also, I don't really know how insomnia works, so be aware of nontrue depiction of it.

Dabi had always thought that he was the night owl of the two of you, but he soon realized how he was completely wrong in that regard.

Some mornings when Dabi would wake up, he would see you sitting in the exact same place as before, eyebags formed under your eyes.

Dabi isn’t going to question you for the first few times but slowly the pattern becomes too noticeable to ignore.

It was a random evening when both of you were sitting on the couch. You had a few really bad nights behind and you were exhausted. And the sleep came to you when you were sitting with Dabi.

You thought about it for weeks. You were able to sleep perfectly fine leaning on Dabi’s shoulder.

It took two more weeks after awful insomnia when you broke.

You grabbed your pillow, duvet and an extra blanket from your bed before walking to Dabi’s room as quietly as possible.

You laid the blanket down and dropped yourself on the floor. Sleep took you in minutes.

Dabi woke up a few hours later. The night was warm, and he generally ran a bit too hot for the weather of Japan.

Dabi turned to his other side trying to find a new comfortable position to fall asleep once again.

But there you were on the floor, sleeping peacefully (for once) and covered by a blanket that only the top of your head could be seen.

Dabi was annoying and a bit of a brat, but he would kill anyone if someone were to wake you up.

So, instead of waking you up he smiles before falling back to sleep.

Sacrifice

(AU what if: What if Mythical Forest! Reader had no one and was sent out as a sacrifice? What if Dabi and Shigaraki were respected and feared rather than hated?)

Warning: (Mentions of violence, animal murder, brothels and the use of whore. Non consensual hypnosis)

Long ago, a deal between the nearby village and two nagas had been struck. In exchange for peace and protection from intruders, the nagas would have to receive food and protection fees from the village.

Until they made a seemingly unreasonable demand, they wanted a child. Not a virgin woman nor man, but a child. Shigaraki made his request known at the last exchange, his voice longing for a child to raise as his own.

“I don’t want one of those whores at your brothels, I don’t want your gold, I desire a child.”

His mate, the scarred one who declared himself as Dabi, echoed his mate’s statement. They couldn’t breed and have their own hatchlings, thank the gods for that, so they went with the next option.

The village elders refused that demand, how could they give up their kin to monsters? Had they grown a taste for human flesh?

Were Dabi and Shigaraki that heartless? Once the village denied their request, Shigaraki grew violent. All of the village’s livestock had been slaughtered, blood stained the green grass and the fences.

Some hunters were lured out of their homes and had their bones crushed and skin melted away by venom. Shigaraki had a simple request, why couldn’t they just answer it?

Dabi wasn’t exactly innocent either, he hunted down foolish humans like a feral beast and proceeded to kill them, like a feral beast. The village had no choice but to meet their demands, so Shigaraki could stop his violent temper tantrum.

The forest was dark as you were sent out, you whimpered at seeing the gates to your village shut. You were a measly orphan who certainly wouldn’t be missed, so you were perfect for this opportunity.

You hoped that the rumors of Shigaraki using child bones as toothpicks weren’t true. Sticks and leaves crunched and broke under your feet as you wandered aimlessly through the jungles, birds tweeting and distant howls of wolves filled your ears as you looked around paranoid.

Shigaraki watched as you stumbled around helplessly as he gave a little smile, oh you were utterly perfect. He slowly slinked out of his hiding spot, his tail slithering across the floor. “Hello my dear.” He said softly. You froze before yelping in fright. You stumbled like a newly born fawn as you gave a frightened whimper at seeing Shigaraki. His gaze softened as he got closer.

“Aw, little lamb, it’s okay. Papa is here.” He purred. You couldn’t help but begin to cry from the fear, which utterly broke Shigaraki’s heart. What did those rotten villagers say to you about him?

He had no choice but to work his hypnotic magic on you, forcing you into a state of relaxation and calmness. You ceased your cries as Shigaraki gently lifted you up into his arms. Dabi decided to slink out as well, frowning at seeing your relaxed state.

“You know that shit fucks with peoples brains.” He lightly scolded. “Oh hush, our baby was in clear distress. She needed to relax.” Shigaraki defended as he smiled down at you.

“She’s like a little cherub.” Dabi commented as he booped your nose. Shigaraki let out something akin to a purr before the two slinked together in the forest.

With their new baby in tow

Yandere Big Brother Dabi eats your food while insulting you about your choices of food.

He likes to yank pull on your hair until you’re screaming and crying for him to stop.

He loves picking you up under his arm and carrying you away from the boys you’re talking to. He’ll also threaten them while he has you under his arm. “Talk to her again, and I’ll turn you into ash.” If it’s a bad day for Dabi, he might just go and actually kill them.

Big Brother Dabi loves wrestling you even if you hate it. He’s putting you in chokeholds and headlocks. Does he stop when you tap? Sometimes.

When he gets angry at you, you better run for your life. He’s shouting at you, calling you every single variation of “stupid” he can think of. Sometimes, he doesn’t think, and he shoves you or slaps you across the face. He locks you in rooms and closets if he’s too enraged. He feels kind of bad about it, but he’ll figure out a way to make it up to you later. You can never stay mad at your big bro because he’s just looking out for you.

No matter how mad he is at you, you know that he would never use his fire to hurt you. He has made that pretty clear.

When he wants to upset you, really torment you, he uses your sensitivity to his advantage. He’s calling you “the family’s dumb little baby”. He laughs at you when tears prick at your eyes and clog your throat. Your singular reaction to this never fails to make him laugh.

Dabi likes to poke you with a hot finger. You yelp, he chuckles, you run, he chases you, he tackles you, and the cycle repeats until he gets bored.

There are the softer times when he sees that you’re so upset that you won’t eat because of an argument you and Enji had. Later on, he’ll sigh and put an arm around your shoulder. This is your safe space to vent or cry without him picking on you.

If you’re ever in trouble, all you have to do is text “HELP” and your location to Dabi. He’ll be there so fast you won’t even know what hit you it was probably him that hit you.

If he ever takes you to festivals or fairs, he’s right beside you. You’ll never leave his sight because he’s so focused on protecting you. No, you can’t go on the ride if it’s only meant for one person. No, you can’t go off by yourself even if you think you’re old enough.

No matter what though, your big brother loves you, and he’ll always be there for you.

Dabi had no idea what to do with you. He had no idea how to care for you. He knew he shouldn’t have taken you, he had no clue how to care for a baby, nor could he. He was completely broke and just started out his new life as a villain! He couldn’t care for you! But he also couldn’t leave you with Enji, he could let you be a back up Shoto.

“What do you want?” Dabi asked with a frustrated groan. Yet your cries still echoed through the abandoned apartment you two had been living in.

He had tried everything he could think of to calm you down. Yet you still cried, standing at the edge of the old crib that he found at a junkyard. Your little hands holding onto the top on the crib as you cried and pouted at him.

He had tried feeding you, changing you, trying to get you to sleep. Everything and anything to get you to calm down you’re crying. He even tried rattling toys in front of you and even changing you into a different onesie in hopes that it was what you wanted. But nothing worked.

Dabi sighed, sitting on the ground in front of your crib with his hands on his head. He looks up at you for a moment, you’re still crying, tears running down your chubby cheeks and snot on your face. “You’re a brat, you know that?” He mumbles at you, knowing you can’t understand him.

He sighs, using his quirk to shot a flame at a few nearby candles. The apartment was abandoned so the only sources of light were a few candles. Your crying stop for a moment when he shots the flames to light the candles, the candles now light with small blue flames.

You use the crib for support, as you shuffle your way over to look at the candles. Your large eyes looking over as your crying has slightly calmed. You almost seem entranced by the small flames.

Dabi immediately looked over at you, seeing how you reacted to his quirk. Your crying had calmed, your cries now only small sniffles and hiccups. “You like that?” Dabi asked, his voice a bit softer than before. He lifts his hand, igniting a small flame at his finger tips. You stare at the flame, your large eyes wide as you coo curiously.

Dabi twirls his finger, making the small flame move in small circles. This causes you to coo happily, giggling lightly as you watch. You lean over the crib, reaching out your chubby arm. You reach for the flame, making grabby hands at it to signal that you wanted it.

“Ah, ah. You don’t touch. You don’t wanna end up lookin’ like your big brother, do you?” Dabi snickers, using his other hand to gently push you back, causing you to fall in the crib so you now sit on the mattress.

Yes, you were a brat. And you cried and cried, no matter what he did. But he would be lying if he said he hadn’t grown fond of you while taking care of you. He could raise you to be different than his siblings.

You were the only person he loved in that idiotic family.

100% but I think ever since daughter reader came into his life, he's been taking showers because... well, he wants to set good morals for you and also not be a total embarrassment to you.

I mean, imagine it's toddler reader's first day at school and Dabi is there to drop her off because of course he can't fucking miss your first day! That's just the beginning of a very spicy traumatic childhood, and he's not gonna let you have one!

So, Dabi is all nervous on the inside because of course everyone's fucking staring at him and he thinks it's because they either recognise him or are scared of him because he's ugly looking with all his burns and staples but in reality, everyone- moms, dads, teachers- they're all staring because wowoowowow who is this fine specimen of a man in a black fitted tee with sweatpants, bulging muscles (because this is evolution towards dad bod) and messy hair. There's just something about his rugged handsomeness, with a resting bitch face, a total bad boy vibe radiating off him.

And what's more attractive than a nonchalant bad boy??? A bad boy who's soft for his daughter🥺🥺🥺🥺

I mean, almost every adult feels something carnal inside them when they see Dabi bent down to pick you up, his muscles flexing, and a soft smile that's ONLY FOR YOU on his face as you giggle and kiss his nose and he returns the kiss on your cheeks, a tender look in his eyes as he wishes you well and hands you your pink school bag that looks extra small and cute in his rough hands🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺

Immediately, every parent there has made it their mission to be super nice and kind to you particularly because you clearly are your father's soft spot, so yes- they will manipulate you to be liked, no- at least ACKNOWLEDGED by Dabi.

They're all looking at Dabi with hearts in their eyes while Dabi just glares at them as a warning not to mess with you. On the inside, Dabi just wants to rush home so that he's not stared because he's very conscious and a little insecure of his appearance.

And then who is it that finally woos him over???

Okay maybe not "woo". More like "wears Dabi down enough and he only dates Keigo because you said that he was your favourite teacher".

Anyways, with a child in his life, Dabi decides its time to get a more stable job and leave the villainous life because he can't endanger you. I could see Dabi doing a lot of jobs- a professional chef, a mechanic, a race car driver, also a doctor (but not in this au, we already have platonic yandere Surgeon Dabi x reader x Lawyer Hawks), a farmer, lumberjack, firefighter(only cause of his quirk, not because he likes saving people) etc.

And now that he's got a stable income coming in, he's also gotta look sharp and nice for you. After all, he does want you to get into the best schools and be well mannered and groomed (minus a few times where he does actually want you to be a menace🥺 please do something evil😟). So, he's cleans up well, keeps himself well dressed and has you well dressed, and as far hair colour goes... professionals do his hair now! Complete with $$$ skincare and shit.

If Dabi was hot before, he's irresistible now.

Dabi had seen a lot in his relatively short life.

He had been hurt more than anyone should be.

And you had been a constant in his life for a long time. Taking you under his wing was his way to help a teen, something that no one did for him.

Dabi didn’t want you to be a part of the violence and fighting. You were just a kid after all.

But he couldn’t stop you even if he tried. You had made up your mind and Dabi just had to live with it.

He wasn’t even there for you in your last moments, he had been off of the city for another mission.

When Dabi heard of the incident... he saw red.

Seeing your body broke him. Inside and out, it broke him like nothing else.

And every second that he looked at your body made his anger for his father grow larger. Endeavour had taken Dabi’s own childhood, destroyed his family and now Dabi had lost a part of the new family that he built had for himself.

But Tomu-Tomu will take Reader away from them.

“Bye~ I’ll be meeting up with Tomu-Tomu and his friends!” Reader shouted as they put their shoes on, they were going to get drinks with Tomu-Tomu and 2 of his friends. “Make sure to bring your self-defense kit!” Shota shouted, Hizashi rushing towards Reader with the self-defense kit. “Call us if you are in danger, alright?”

“Of course, pa, I will be home before 12 and I won’t drink too much.” Reader kisses Hizashi's cheek and waves as they leave the house. Reader sends a text to Tomu-Tomu.

player two to Tomu-Tomu: Can you send me the addresses, Tomu?

Tomura chuckled as he re-read Reader's message, he had seen them himself. But with how cute they are, he couldn’t help but pretend to be scared when Reader hugged him from behind. “So scary~!” He said in a teasing tone. “Almost as scary as you trying to trash talk in Valaront.”

“Hey!” Reader shouted, realizing that he’s making fun of them. “I was really trying, but my little sister was in the same room!”

“Excuses, excuses.” He grinned as he ruffled their hair. At first Tomura wanted to use you, but after just a week of playing video games together he had grown fond of you. His master, AFO, likes you as well and his anger issues have died down now. “Now come on, before the burned bitch is going to call us and complain.”

"Burned bitch?” Reader asked with a curious tone as they started walking to Tomura’s hideout home. “Yeah, my friend has a lot of burns because of his quirk.” He said casually. “Look, we are here.”

When they got inside, a girl immediately hugged Reader. “Is this your friend Shiggy? They are so pretty!” Reader instinctively petted her hair. “Can I drink your blood, pretty please?” the blonde girl asked, drawing out the e of ‘please’.

“Maybe you should introduce yourself first, Toga.” A man with burn scars asked as he smoked. "Yeah! Nuh uh! Don’t tell them our names!”

“Jin, do me a favor and tone your other side down, I already have a headache.” the lizard type a guy hissed. “You can call me spinner.”

“Hello everyone, I am Reader.” After the introductions and small talk they started to play games. “My god, how did that crispy bitch pull you?” Dabi chuckled out drunkenly. Toga was drinking Reader’s blood happily but that comment made her gasp. “Shiggy and Reader are dating?!”

Tomura looked like he was about to burst and was red. “No no no, we are besties.” Reader chuckled, they were a bit tipsy. “But I do think he’s pretty.” Reader tried to whisper into Toga’s ear making her chuckle. Tomura had heard this and his brain isn’t braining right now. Reader then got a call from Hizashi.

"Papa!" Reader greeted him happily.

‘You forgot the time didn’t you?’ His voice sounded amused, but a bit strict as well. This caused Reader to gulp, they truly had forgotten the time! How stupid of them.

“Ah yes, I did, I am sorry but everyone is just so fun! I can go home right now.”

Tomura pushed a bag of blood towards Toga and whispered in her ear to pretend to be his girlfriend. When Toga transformed she said: “N/n, can I talk to your dad?”

“Ah, papa, Tomu’s girlfriend wants to talk to you, is that okay?”

‘That would be wonderful.’

“Hi, sir, I am Lily,”

‘Hi Lily, it’s nice to finally picture a voice by the person.’

“I was wondering if Reader could perhaps stay over at my house, I would feel awful if they had to go home this late.” Toga lied smoothly and before Reader could interrupt Tomura placed his hand over their mouth. Kissing their cheek when he saw their terrified expression.

“Don’t worry, you won’t get isolated.” He whispered in their ear. He had told the league about the heroes' strange punishments towards their oldest child, so none of them were surprised at his words.

Toga gave back the phone and winked at Reader.

‘Tomu’s girlfriend is such a lovely girl’ Hizashi told Reader. ‘Your dad and I agreed that you can stay over just this once.’

“Thank you! Thank you so much!” Reader happily squealed.

‘Just make sure that you are home before Hitoshi returns from the class trip.’

“So at 4 pm I have to be home.” Reader asked to make sure.

‘Yes, and make sure to not tell Hitoshi, as you know he heavily disapproves of sleepovers.’

“I won’t, talk to you later and goodnight, pa.”

‘Talk to you later and sleep well, dear.’

When Reader hung up she looked at her new found friends. “Well I guess I am staying here.”

“Yay!” Toga shouted happily.

“You should sleep in handy man’s room.” Dabi said with a smirk.

“Sure!” Reader agreed, Tomura looked at Dabi, annoyed.

‘What if I talk in my sleep?’ He thinks. ‘What if they hear my thoughts about them?’

And that was exactly Dabi’s plan, and hopefully make Reader hate heroes, but that might be a long shot.

Cold- Shigaraki x Fem!Reader Part 2

Surprisingly this and the alternative ending only took me today 😅. I finally got an oomph after a few weeks of a writing block and wrote this, the alternative ending, and like 3-4 other things along with some add-ons to a few unfinished drabbles.

Shiggy's P.O.V:

Shigaraki paced back and forth in the meeting room, ap hand scratching at his neck. Nothing but guilt consumed him. He's been a complete a-hole to you, treating you horribly. You don't deserve that. You deserve better.

After asking Toga for advice the man decided to apologize and change his sickening behavior. He had only acted like that due to many people criticizing him behind his back. Telling one another what a bad partner he was. It killed him to think that he was.. and so he pushed you away.

He kept you locked away for your safety, there were so many bad people around, he didn't want anything to happen to you. But he couldn't, no. He wouldn't tell you that. He wouldn't act like some over protective psycho who works with people he wants to protect you from.

He took things from you to enforce the rules. He had to keep you safe. He needed you. He said those horrible horrible things to you for what? To push you away further so he would make sure not to be a piece of crap boyfriend? Pathetic.

He only showed his true colors when he held you at night or in the soft hours he was in your shared room. Though you probably didn't even recognize that. He loved you so, so much. And today he'd make it up to you. Today, he, Shigaraki Tomura, would apologize.

Reader's P.O.V:

You grumbled as Dabi picked you up, successfuly avoiding the patrolling heroes.

"Dabi! Let me down!" You whisper-shouted, resulting in Dabi pinching your side. "Ow~!" You whine, smacking Dabi's head as he chuckled.

After the hero passed Dabi sprinted toward the alley across you, pressing himself against the wall, and unfortunately you with him.

"Dabi! It hurts!"

"Will you just- be quiet. For like two minutes." You huffed as you bit back a retort, pout stuck on your face.

After a while of rushing past heroes you both finally made your way out of the city. "Okay y/n. You can talk now."

"Oh can I? Thank you your grace." You bite back sarcastically, e/c eyes glaring into Dabi's turquoise.

"Aww come on now. I was just protecting ya."

"Yeah yeah. Whatever." Dabi just chuckled before splaying his arm over your shoulders, grasping at your right one as he made his way forward.

"Where are we going?" You ask, following suit as he tugged you along.

"To the bar. I can hopefully get you safe before coming back. And we only have a short amount of time so we need to hurry."

"But.. you're not gonna stay with me?"

"No. You know what I need to do y/n."

"So.. you're just going to leave me?!"

"I'll make sure you're safe and have a way to contact me at all times."

"B- okay.."

Shigaraki's P.O.V:

Shigaraki paced back and forth as he practiced what to say. He had everything ready, but the actual apology. Shigaraki has never really apologized before, so this was quite nerve wracking. After another half hour of practice he decided that it was good enough.

Walking toward his shared bedroom, he shifted his hold as he juggled a bouquet of your favorite flowers, your favorite treat, and three more teddy bears to try and fill the hole of the one he dusted. Not to mention an entire box full of books and a TV he left in his office. Where you would be the majority of the time. E

With him, your husband. Slightly knocking on the door, he stepped in. "Y/n my love I know I messed up, but I hoped that-" he stopped as he looked at the room.

It looked perfect. The sheets were cleaned and the bed was made, the floor was spotless and the clothes were perfectly hung up. But, that wasn't the unusual thing. You were gone. You weren't tucked away in bed like usual, you weren't soaking in the bath, and you weren't curled up with a book.

Panicking, Shigaraki dropped his armful to scour the room, ripping apart the closet and flipping the bed.

"Y/N! Y/N WHERE ARE YOU!" Shigaraki yelled, starting to hyperventilate. As he realized you weren't in the room he ran out, searching for you desperately.

"B-boss?" A villain huffed, azul eyes glued to Shigaraki's crazed form.

"WHERE IS MY Y/N!?"

After scouring the place and demanding answers from everyone and anyone Shigaraki found himself back in your shared room, the room a mess from his search. As the reality sunk in he dropped down to his knees, despair overwhelming his senses.

You were gone.

You left.

It was all his fault.

Sobs racked through Shigaraki's being as he clawed at his neck, crying for his missing love. His other half. His reason to live. You were gone. And it was all his fault.

Reader's P.O.V:

You smirked as you passed Dabi, turning to stick your tongue out at him. Dabi just glared at you as he picked up speed, passing you once more.

"Hurry up loser! You wouldn't want to be left behind!"

"Dabi you're such a bully!" He just laughed as he ran down the hill, and into a rice farm. You've been traveling for two days, and are nearing a town that Dabi thinks would be okay for you to shelter at.

Giggling, you ran after him, jumping into his back when you came in range.

"HEY!"

"Shh you'll wake someone up!" You giggle, nuzzling your face against his head. Dabi just scoffed before slowing his pace to a safer one.

"Hehe I knew you cared." You tease, poking at his cheek.

"I can and will drop you off here and now you pest." Dabi growled, cheeks a bright pink.

You just giggled before resting your head onto Dabi's shoulder, thoughts of your former lover plaguing your mind. You missed him. A lot. Not Shigaraki, the leader of the Liberation Army, but Tomura. Tomura, the leader of the humble LOV with a soft spot for his lover and partner.

Before you knew it silent tears rolled down your face onto Dabi's shoulder. If he noticed he didn't say anything, instead opting to stay quiet as he made his way across the rice field.

Shigaraki's P.O.V:

Shigaraki awoke to the shuffling of footsteps outside of his room. "Sh-Shigaraki! We have a clue to where y/n san-"

Shigaraki lunged at the man, grasping his arm in his hand as he whispered in his ear, "Don't you EVER utter her name again. Your filthy mouth isn't worth it."

The man screamed as his arm started decaying. As Shigaraki dropped him in disgust another man quickly moved to cut off the limb, stopping the decaying.

"Where is my y/n." Shigaraki demanded, glaring at the group.

"Ti' yoon saw Dabi taking a young lady about y/h outside of the base. She had clothing that looked similar to yours, and he says she had e/c eyes." A woman reports, arms crossed over her chest nervously.

Rage shook Shigaraki as he glared at every member of the group, neck scratching over his blood-stained neck. "Why didn't he tell me this EARLIER?" Shigaraki demanded, crimson eyes glaring.

"B-because he didn't suspect anything... He thought that it was someone else because he didn't know that your chick was disloy-" the man was cut off with a scarred hand to his neck, a finger short from decaying him instantly.

"DON'T EVER INSULT MY Y/N YOU SWINE!" Shigaraki yelled, choking the sobbing man before finishing the job, decaying him instantly.

"Bring me to Ti' yoon. Now."

After gathering as much information as he could, Shigaraki quickly made his way toward where they were headed on Machia, killing any hero that dared try and interrupt him.

Reader's P.O.V:

"Y/n. Give me that back. Now."

"But Dabi! Look at how good it looks on me! I thought it was ugly before but it must of just been you!" You tease, sticking your tounge out.

"Oh that's it. You're dead. " Dabi growled, lunging toward you.

You yelped as you threw yourself into a bush, getting you and Dabi's jacket stuck in the branches.

"Aha! Got you!" Dabi grinned, tickling your form as you shook with laughter.

"Da- Dabi! Come on! Help me up!" You giggle, e/c eyes shining.

"Nah. I'm good thanks." Dabi grinned, pinching your side. Dabi just gazed at you as you cussed him out, trying to wiggle free from the bush's grasp to ring his neck.

You both froze as you heard a familiar voice calling the two of you.

"Is that.." you whisper, eyes moist.

"Yeah.. let's get out of here." Dabi replied, scooping you into his arms. You worriedly looked back as Dabi sprinted away, searching for a hiding spot.

Shigaraki's P.O.V:

"Y/N MY LOVE! DABI YOU MORON I'M GOING TO SLOWLY TURN YOU INTO DUST! LIMB BY LIMB YOU WILL SUFFER FOR TAKING MY Y/N AWAY FROM ME!" Shigaraki yelled, crazed eyes scouring the rice farm.

Shigaraki had quickly found footprints, and his rage only deepened as he saw them interlap, and yours going as far as to disappear at times. Following the tracks, he reached a rice farm, where the prints were fresher. You were near. His other half was near.

"Y/N MY LOVE PLEASE COME HOME!"

Reader's P.O.V:

Tears ran down your cheeks as you listened to Shigaraki's words. He was going to find you. You knew it. But he was going to kill Dabi. Not only that- but torture him?

"Hey y/n. It will be okay. He won't find us."

"Yes. Yes he will Dabi. And you will die. I'd rather live with the shell of the man I fell in love with rather than flee and have my best friend be tortured. And don't you argue. I know you Dabi."

"Y/n. No. You are not going back to him."

"Dabi.. you aren't going to be tortured just so I can be happy. He hadn't physically hurt me. He's still my Tomura.. maybe one day he'll change."

"Y/n no-" as Dabi reached for you you activated your quirk and froze him, stopping his movement entirely.

"Y-y/n.. no."

"You'll be free by tomorrow. Hopefully I can convince him to not-"

"Y/n! Y/n my darling!" Shigaraki exclaimed, rushing toward you.

"Tomura..?" You ask, hesitation evident in your voice.

"Oh y/n I- I am so, so sorry. Please. Please my Love. Forgive me? I- I promise to do better. To go back to normal. Y/n my dear you are the most important thing to me, please. Please, please forgive me? I promise to change. My love please." Shigaraki begged, moving to his knees and grabbing your hands.

"Tomura.. you hurt me. A lot."

"I know- I know but baby please." "

"Oh baby.. how could I say no? J-just look at you. What happened to your neck?" You ask, a tear sliding down your face.

"Shhh nothing. Don't worry about it my baby." Right as Shigaraki pulled himself up to kiss you, you put a finger to his lips.

"But. Under one condition. I will forgive you if you promise not to hurt Dabi. He's like a big brother to me Tomu. So please?"

Shigaraki growled softly before glaring up at Dabi. "Fine. For you." He hissed.

You just smiled before tip toeing to kiss Shigaraki, entangling your hands into his hair and pulling him down to deepen the kiss. There were so many emotions poured into it.

Guilt.

Regret.

Hurt.

Acknowledgment.

Anger.

Relief.

And most evident; love.
