I read your post on dooku and just realized how much the yaddle duel resembled Luke's in rotj...only that dooku doesn't take the chance, and simply submits himself further to sidious. It drives home the parallel between him and anakin really well.

The Sith Apprentice says it's too late.
The Sith Apprentice attacks, forcing the Jedi to draw their green blade and defend themselves.
The Jedi gains distance...
... or hides in the shadows, trying to reason with their foe once again, as the Apprentice looks for his prey.
The Sith Apprentice retaliates outta nowhere. Darth Sidious cackles as he bears witness.
The Jedi makes one final, desperate gesture, demonstrating their undying faith in the Force and in the Sith Apprentice's ability to redeem himself. A symbol that there is always hope.
It's all up to him, now. The Apprentice must make a choice.
But the first Apprentice fails to find the strength to act and remains a slave to his Master... whereas the other one manages to break free.
