Hello all! 👋👋👋

It’s been a long time since I’ve done announcements on what’s going on, but I do have a few things that I wish to inform you of:

First, I have decided to take down two of my WIPs as they are completely stalled and I am not at all happy with where they were headed. They are Mirror Image and The Path to Atonement. I know I have some readers that really like those stories, but they are officially dead for me, their creator. So I apologize for that.

Secondly, I have been majorly lacking in inspiration to write, a infliction that has lasted months, but I swear I’m still here and I will keep updating the two remaining stories In the Dark and Impending Parenthood (eventually).

Thirdly, I say eventually because I recently watched the Sandman and I might be a little bit hyper-fixated on it. I’ve never read the comics, but the Netflix show was so good. I think that the Sandman finally kicked my creativity back into gear and so, I’m going to be working on a fanfiction for the show, which involves moving my OC Eternity out of the TVDverse and into the Sandman one (for a while). Of course, it’s going to be Dream x Eternity. I mean, obviously…lol.

So yeah, these are the changes and new things to come!

What's your viewpoint on fanon as well for crossover shipping\oc x canon? In terms of fanon, I always take what's canon and expand on it while making little twists. My way of shipping is mainly identifying dynamics with established characters and their characteristics, stories while trying to imagine how they really get along. OcxCanon is just me not liking a few canon ships, and characters receiving the love that they deserve.😶 (My main example being Rock Lee)

I agree with everything you said.

With fanon, I like those when it makes sense. Because at times, fanon is just implied canon. And sometimes the fanon ideas actually become canon.

As for shipping? I don't mind so long as the characteristics and personalities of the characters aren't drastically changed. And this applies to crossover shipping. But you have to understand the characters well imo. Because some characters aren't shippable without you completely changing who they are. Once you've done that, you may as well created an OC instead. Meanwhile some characters are super shippable (like Krillin if you understand his character). {A ship I like is Tails x Blaze from Sonic The Hedgehog.}

OC x Canon? Idk know much about Rock Lee but I like him the best from the little that I do know. He just seems like an awesome character. My personal OC x Canon ships are Tobi x Marron but another is Wufan x Goten. Wufan is the OC a friend & I came up with who is the 3 eyed daughter of Tenshinhan & Launch. Her parents are separated and she has a disorder like her mother where she changes personalities. Goten is understanding of Wufan & he ends up with her in my story. This ship kinda came about because Valese didn't seem like a good match for him imo.
