i've been in terrible brain-breaking pain for the past 3 full days and the only thing that's made it stop at all is my TENS device. Tiny targeted therapeutic electric currents. makes the pain stop, unclenches agonized muscles, interrupts pain signals. gives relief.

electricity keeps the lights on. heat in the winter, cool in deadly summer. keeps fucking respirators running. keeps us connected. lets you read this rambling right now. a lot of people without it right now and fuck it's frightening.

idek, it's like fire, not just for destruction but for warmth too. everything has a gentle and unexpected side, hidden by popular perception if not purposely erased. i've seen it a lot in Loki but not only there. a lot, a lot, a lot is more than we've been told.

I love thunderstorms, they clear the crap in the air but they remind me that the old gods are always here, and everywhere, you don't need a certain place to worship, they are all around us, rolling through the clouds, on the wind, in the dirt.

Divination methods?

Over the past several months, I’ve been having dreams of certain deities–Loki, Odin, Zeus, Poseidon, Thor, Cernunnos, Pan, and Triton–wanting me to follow them (with some of these deities wanting me to follow them more than others). I’ve been thinking of doing divination so that I can ask at least one or two of them a few questions about what they’re interested in. However, I’ve never done divination before. Is there anyone who could recommend any divination methods that don’t involve things like tarot cards, runes, etc. (since I don’t have such things)? Also, does anyone have any tips for doing divination? Thanks in advance!

Ritual/Spell: Abundance

I made up this spell/ritual that I am going to try with my boyfriend this week- it’s an “Abundance Spell”. I am going to make an offering to mother nature, he is making an offering to Thor, and we are going to ask for an abundance of wealth and happiness. Before you decide to do this spell/ritual, a reminder that this

is a very general non-specific spell. You can make an offering and ask for wealth and happiness- and what you receive may very well be money and more joy in life- but you could also be given a wealth of happiness; abundance of happiness. Just a warning- what you ask for may come to you in many different ways.

What you need:

Small digging tool

Someone/something in mind you want to make an offering to

An offering that has value to you (not monetary value, although that is fine too. As long as it means something to you) that you are okay with offering permanently.

Wine (or any drink of your choice) to sip on after making the offering

A cup or glass to drink from.

Optional: Candles of the color you associate with what you want an abundance of. Example: Green candles and yellow candles for money and happiness.

This spell can be done alone, or with multiple people! The more the merrier I say! Here is the step by step on how to do this ritual/spell:

You want to first go to a location that has soil, sand etc. you need to be able to dig a hole that is about 8 inches deep. I suggest going to a place that you connect with spiritually, and have easy access to. Once you are at your location, find a spot in the ground that you connect with, and begin digging until your about 8 inches deep. While you are digging, begin thinking about what you want an abundance of.Once you have dug about 8 inches, take your offering and place it in the ground. Begin covering your offering, and continue thinking about what you want an abundance of, while also acknowledging who you are making this offering to. Once you have covered the entire offering, make sure it is secure underground and protected from future elements coming for it (rain, snow, small animals, etc.)Grab the drink of your choice, poor it into a cup of your choice, and continue thinking about what you want an abundance of, and begin picturing yourself in the future with whatever this abundance would be. If you are doing this ritual with other people, talk out loud about what you picture yourself doing, etc. Once you have almost finished your beverage, save as much as you want to make your final offering by pouring it over your burial.Say thank you, or blessed be (whatever you’re comfortable with!) 

WARNING: No NOT dig up your offering. This spell is meant to be permanent. It will take time for it to work- whatever you do, do not dig it up. If the elements somehow remove your offering, take it as a sign from the universe. Be safe, friends! Love and Light.

After reading a whole book on Norse Mythlogogy, one fact has stuck with me the whole time, and I thought I did share with you that: In Norse mythology there is a goat named grinder. I’d like to think he controls all of the twinks and twunks, king of the gays.

I didn't practice for the last few months because I was so busy ( pregnancy and then having two kids under 2)

So tonight was the time to reconnect with my gods, a rainy full moon on Thursday is the best time to talk with Thor I think. And both of them are still there and not upset which is a relief.

My runes spread with Thor was like a big hug from him ❤️

Obviously Artemis isn't that much demonstrative but she still has my back which I so nice of her.

I was at the dollar store and Loki made me get this stuff

I had been thinking about starting a Lokean journal and lo and behold....a beautiful green notebook popped out at me! The colored pens and green lipstick were his idea; he was tugging at my shirt all through the store, pointing at cute stuff going get it bitch. I almost bought a ceramic frog he seemed fond of.

Also! Thor came to me today! I was on my way to a very stressful appointment, and was praying to Loki and Freyja for strength when I literally saw a sign with Thor's name written on it. Didn't get a picture but it was taped to a random street lamp?? I live in an area that is largely occupied by devout Catholics, and a large community of Buddhists; there are no public spaces for pagans, wiccans, or witches, Norse or otherwise. Totally out of place. I felt his warm smile shining on me, and I think he stayed with me all day. The appointment went very well despite being so stressful. I want to thank him for his comforting gaze today. What can I do, or gift to him? I just want to say thank you.
