It was ✨figure skating✨. Just imagine it for a sec. Do I know anything about skating?? No. But the idea of anxiety reader being one is beautiful. Especially since skating isnt a confrontation sports like soccer and, reader doesn't have to be in contact with someone while performing their act.

I see reader starting the sport when they were young. They may have seen it as a way to put themselves out there while doing something they enjoy and find relaxing. They didn't compete in big contests with thousands of people watching (girlie would not make it). They would only get to county or district level of the contest B4 the nerves got to them. Most likely self sabotages at the end so they wouldn't have to seen and judged by so many. Reader does has a few gold medals tho. Yuu has been their personal cheerleader for a few years now. Going to as many contests as he can to just support reader and know they're not alone.

What if there is a different competition (w/o a overblot hopefully) which a sport is picked randomly. Whether you want it to be a school vs school, dorm vs dorm or maybe grade vs grade you can decide. I think it could work with any of them. Like they pick a few people to represent their side and to complete. The ones that physically compete get prizes (💰) and the others get bragging rights and a 🍕 pizza party or smth like that idk.

Anyways, Yuu is like *puppy eyes* pls reader 👉👈we poor. And reader knows Yuu is only asking cuz they they really need the money and he would never make them do smth that would harm them. I've been seeing the whole Cyprus thing reaction and I'm curious about something, all your oc have been comfort characters, even if not for you, with comfort in mind I imagine, and while Yves is the epitomy of perfect comfort Cyprus is an interesting different angle, while harsh, the idea about breaking out of the day to day routine and, as you said, a tale bout beating addictions, the last takes seemed harsh

you said he was an attention grab project for you, and clearly you succeeded but now want to just throw him out, putting some traits that make someone unlikable pretty easy and then doubling down so there's no doubt, and the reactions I've seen of 'i can't believe I liked him' 'i drew him' and so on, I get it, while he wasn't what I imagined from the first chapter, he had some somewhat redeemable traits, but now it feels like someone pulled the rug

As in even if you personally didn't liked him anymore, or ever, I thought you would let him fade for a while, like your other 1st gen oc, for lack of interest about writing for them, all of this to ask why is that? warnings: physical touch, mentions of food, reader is a menace (affectionately), possibly ooc(?? idk i finished this at 1 am)

"Darling, I love you with all my heart, but just where do you plan on taking me at 1 in the morning?"

A confused and groggy Affogato Cookie followed closely behind a for some reason very awake and bubbly you, not understanding why you decided to drag him out of bed in the middle of the night. Though, he figured you probably wouldn't be answering his question, as all you said in response was, "It's important!" before continuing to pull him down the hall.

A few minutes later, the two of you found yourselves in the kitchen. Affogato gave you a confused look. "Why-" "We're baking midnight snacks and you can't say no!" You quickly cut him off before you rushed to grab the necessary supplies to make some sweet treats.

"Okay, but why-" "I know you like sweets, and I'm hungry, so it's a win-win! Now help me bake these!" Once again cutting him off, you didn't give him any time to respond before dragging him to the mixing bowl and telling him what to do.

After about an hour, the two of you were finally able to take the snacks out of the oven and properly enjoy eating them. "Here, you can have the first one!" You offered, swiftly placing one of the treats in Affogato Cookie's hands. He looked at you for a moment before taking a bite.

The moment he tasted it, his expression lit up. "Oh wow," he spoke between bites, "It's almost hard to believe we made something so sweet! This is absolutely delicious, dear." You gave him a cheeky grin, "Of course it tastes good! We put our hearts into it, after all!"

He couldn't help but smile at your cheesy statement.

To him, your words tasted sweeter than any snacks he's ever had.

so first of all my last club volleyball tournament of the season is this weekend and im like half excited half done with this shit, we have sucked all season and a lot of people have had very little improvement. i set so i get to deal with their shitty passes and them rocketing my sets out of the court </3 honestly i wish i had tried out as a different position because at the club i play for there is SO MUCH competition for setters. like im not TERRIBLE im just not as good as some of the other setters. like i pass and hit better than a lot of my teammates which is concerning as i do neither of those things often (I DID GET A KILL LAST TOURNAMENT THO CUZ SOMEONE ELSE GOT SECOND HIT AND SET ME UP) but just like udufhdfhuidfbhj idk i love my teammates but good god sometimes. ALSO the city we play in has a broadway theater and the last time we stayed there you could see it from our airbnb it was so cool!!! but the last time we did play there i got rlly sick and didnt play for one of the days cuz i was vomiting <3.

im on this side probably because i was born into circumstances that made me be. maybe my parents gave me values or put me in enviroments that made me develop like this. maybe the people who were and are nice to u in life were from a different side than the ones who were and are nice to me so we went our own ways... i cant talk well about this without u telling me what type of sides u and i r on. i am assuming ur question to have a tone of longing for getting to other sides of stuff. maybe not but if it is there it gives me a chance for babbling about stuff ive been thinking about so im going to do that now. - imo if u want to switch sides on anything really fast, u could try hitting rock bottom and then everything tends to let itself get rearranged pretty easily. i think this works for so much stuff, like changing behavioural patterns or political paths or religion like my aunt that became a taoist after my grandpa died. when ur comfortable theres no pressure for change, but when u r thrust into thunderstorm and whatever u had before doesnt seem to work enough to help u there, its much easier to acclimate to new ideas. recently ive babbled to a couple people about ego towers which is also about this. as a self defense mechanism i think every person needs to be able to dismiss some ideas that are stupid and not give them the time of day. i think its beautiful to be able to do that, give everything that ultimate attention and consider if its right or not, but also its exhausting and u cant expect it from everyone at all times. so u build urself a castle of ideas of whats right and what isnt and u construct a tower at the entrance from which u can look down at the drawbridge where knights sent by other castles are flaunting their feathers of their ornate helms at u. but thru infinite confirmation bias, bubble world economy planet, etcetera, ur ego tower can reach heights where ure too high up to see stuff and all the flaunting knights look like ants and then PAH thats dirt to u! waooow . its good to have a tower of some kind though- i just dont think u should raise it to a height where ants is real. good example for this is hardcore qanon truthers after waves of falsely predicted waves of dates when biden will be turned into wine or similarly religions promising exact dates for doomsday or anyone who was ever said the phrase "paper hands". what im saying is you need to give ur qanon grandparents lsd so they experience eagledeath and get reborn as liberal hippies. sorry, my uncle john lennon came in and typed that. thats the extreme way the fast way but also the dangerous way cuz when its dark and u lost ur lamp and u see a saving glow to hurry towards, u wont be able to pay as much attention to its source due well youre trying to get out of here as fast as possible. and then ur like thos damn stupid fishes getting eaten by a angler fish. fuuuckkkk... the slow way the safe way the tedious and boring way is the only other way i know about. treading down the tower slowly 10000 steps down the staircase. it helps when people people from different towers are nice to u. grandma warming up to the weirdos when one helps her. a weirdo warming up to grandmas when one is very receptive to help. that can lower tower height a bit on both fronts. but dont who ur friends with guide ur morals let ur morals guide your friendships probably. do it slow & do it nice, see u anon
