kind of awkward when you guys first start your relationship but eventually gets used to having you around :]

likes drinking coffee with you and listening to you chat

simp likes doing stuff for you and helping you out with anything you need <3

simp buys/gives you stuff that reminds him of you and also always keeps little trinkets you've given him in his pocket at all times

takes you on those cheesy dates from the romance novels because he has very little knowledge on how relationships work but it's ok because he's trying his best <3

likes laying his head in your lap while you run your fingers through his hair after a long day

very clingy when he's tired. will literally just hug you from behind and bury his face into your neck at random when he's exhausted. has fallen asleep like that before

likes when you hug him. or kiss him. or give him any sort of affection. somewhat awkward when reciprocating your kindness but he's doing his best :] really really appreciates you showing him any kind of affection. honestly he appreciates you even staying around him <3

loves cuddling with you. any position. will be big spoon or little spoon, whichever you want :) just likes to hold onto you when you guys are going to bed hehe

tries to get into anything your interested in. oh, you like this videogame? he learns how to play it with you. oh, you like this book? he read the whole thing in one night. loves doing anything with you and loves hearing you talk about your interests <3

brings you your favourite snacks and drinks if you're tired/sick/just not feeling good in general. likes taking care of you <3333

loves giving you forehead kisses. it's probably his favourite place to kiss besides your lips. thinks it's a nice way to show affection for you.

likes cuddles. anytime you two are alone together you bet he's gonna start cuddling you. he'd rather die than admit it tho.

likes listening to your voice. loves whenever you rant about your interests to him, thinks it's cute.

^^also asks you questions about whatever topic it is you're telling him about. loves the way your eyes shine as you tell him every little thing about it.

he's a good cook. he doesn't cook often but you wish he did because the dishes he makes are EXQUISITE.

sometimes if he comes home after a long day he just walks over to you and lays down on your lap. doesn't say anything just. lays there.

you're like his magic stress reliever. he could be having a terrible day and be ready to absolutely destroy a planet but then he sees you and he's instantly happy.

likes complimenting you. he always compliments you in a way that makes you flustered tho. thinks it's cute when a blush takes over your face and you can't form any words.

secretly very affectionate towards you. always wants you to be happy. has a hard time expressing his love for you in public tho.

always makes you a cup of hot cocoa and cuddles you when your sad. he wants to get rid of your negative feelings, and what better way than to make it as cozy as possible for you?

^^always puts marshmallows and whatever else you'd like in your hot cocoa. always acts like it's a coincidence when you notice that the marshmallows are arranged to shape a heart. (it's not a coincidence.)

summary: to say dan heng was happy to be going out with you would be an understatement. he was practically ecstatic that you actually accepted and reciprocated his feelings for you. however, he had never actually been on a date before, nor did he know much about romance. so, how will dan heng overcome his anxieties and survive his first date?

warnings: possibly ooc(?), dan heng's a lil bit anxious but it's nothing too intense, physical touch (hand holding), mention of food/drinks (ur at a café date)

"Hey! C'mon, hold still already!"

"I've 'held still' for 15 minutes, March. Can you move on from my hair already?" Dan Heng, clearly annoyed, reached to push March 7th's hand away. "Hmph, of course not! I have no idea how you of all people managed to charm someone, but if you want to keep them around, looking good on the first date will definitely help! Now let me just fix this little bit here!" March said matter-of-factly, putting all her focus on making sure another strand of his hair was in the perfect spot. Dan Heng rolled his eyes and said, "You know, if you keep focusing on my hair the entire time, you're going to make me late." "Oh, fiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiine. I guess your hair looks pretty alright," March stepped back a bit to see if his hair truly was up to standard.

"Alright, Mr. 'Oooh, look at me, i just wanna show up looking half-decent to my first date ever oooooh', your suit's next. And be prepared to sit there eeeeeven longer so that I can make sure that your outfit looks absolutely 100% perfect, alright?" March poked him incessantly and gave him a disappointed look. Dan Heng sighed, but didn't argue.

As Dan Heng sat at a table, waiting for you, he couldn't help but feel nervous. First off, he was worried you wouldn't show up (despite the fact that he himself had gotten there 15 minutes early). He was also afraid that you would find him boring, like many others do. Oh, and he was also anxious about-

"Hey! Sorry to keep you waiting," you gave him a small smile as you waved. "Oh, uhm, it's quite alright. I'm just glad you're here," he said sheepishly. Just seeing you made the butterflies in his stomach go crazy. Unfortunately for him, though, his worries remained rooted in the corners of his mind all throughout the evening.

Truly, he loved listening to you speak, but was he responding to you enough? What if you thought that he wasn't actually paying attention to what you were saying? What if-

"Uhh, hey, Dan Heng? Are you okay? You can leave early if you're feeling sick, I don't mind!" Your voice snapped him out of his thoughts. "Ah, sorry. I just.. um... well.." he stuttered and looked down at his drink. "Well? Really, if there's anything wrong, you can tell me. I won't judge," you reached over the table and gently held his hand, the sudden contact making him flustered.

"A- Are you sure it's alri-" "Yes, it's alright, Dan Heng. I don't want you to be unhappy. If there's anything you need, I want to help you with it," you interrupted. Startled, he looked back at you. He was silent, for a few moments, but eventually admitted his worries to you.

"I guess I just.. Well, I guess I was worried you wouldn't actually like me if you got to know me, if that makes sense? I- I don't know, I just.." he sighed and sunk back into his chair. After saying it all out loud, it all sounded silly if he was being honest.

"Oh, that's it?" You giggled a bit before continuing, "It's alright! Honestly, it's completely normal to be anxious about a date! Don't worry though, I love you just the way you are, so don't change yourself just to because you want others to approve of you, okay?" You squeezed his hand and gave him a gentle smile.

At that moment, Dan Heng felt his heart swell, and he smiled more than he had ever smiled before.

At that moment, Dan Heng knew you were perfect.

very very kind as a lover. always wants to make sure that you're happy and safe and comfortable and everything else when he's in a relationship with you.

he's a bit awkward since he's probably never been in a relationship before. pls reassure him that he's doing good and that your happy with him because he's constantly unsure of himself.

loves loves loves giving you gifts. gives you free drinks at the tavern (alcoholic or non-alcoholic, whichever you want). gives you expensive items he found at shops (mans is rich af he would absolutely spend a ton of money for you). gives you anything he happens to come across that reminds him of you. he just likes to spoil you.

does those cheesy romantic things you always see in novels since he's pretty new to relationships. im talking he takes you on candlelit dinner dates, he says sappy romantic phrases, all the stuff.

dislikes pda, but will do things like hold your hand or occasionally wrap his arm around your waist if he's feeling bold enough. also gives you quick little forehead kisses when noone's watching.

gets flustered super easily. if you so much as flirt with him, his face instantly becomes as red as his hair. always tries to hide his face with his hands whenever this happens.

likes to spend time with you. he's busy a lot of the time, so any time he has off is guaranteed to be spent with you.

his sleep schedule is WACK considering his tendency to overwork himself and then his whole darknight hero stuff on top of that, but whenever he does actually get to bed at a decent time, please cuddle with him. he loves holding you, and he's naturally all nice and warm and cozy which makes you just wanna snuggle up to him and lay your head on his chest and cuddling with him is just sUCH AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE AAAAAA

likes hearing your voice. he's not usually one for small talk, but he'll make an exception for you. he thinks your voice is heavenly.

wraps his coat around you whenever you're cold. you don't even have to ask, he just places it over your shoulders if he sees you shiver. doesn't want you to get sick with a cold!

gives the best hugs. he's just so comfy to lean on and he's so warm and it feels like sitting in front of a fireplace on a cold day whenever he hugs you and it's just so cozy aaaaaaa <33333

he lets you pet his eagle. makes sure it knows your friendly and doesn't peck you.

makes you hot cocoa and cuddles with you by the fireplace on cold days. idk i just think he'd like to laze around with you during the chilliest winter days.

^^^ also makes you a nice warm meal on these days. wants it to be as cozy as possible for you, so he makes an absolutely exquisite meal for you to enjoy using what culinary skills he has.

overall very kind and caring and soft for you. adores and treasures everything about you. he's so happy he gets to be with you. he loves you more than anything else in the world, and he wouldn't have it any other way.

bonus: kaeya teases him for being head over heels in love with you whenever he visits the tavern. diluc makes him pay 4x the price for his drinks to get back at him.

Hey can I Request a headcannon of the ancient Heroes (and dark enchantress I guess) reactions and Feelings towards a new hero in town with the powers of Spider-Man.

Bonus points if you add references towards the villains.

The Fantastic Spider-Cookie!

dark cacao, golden cheese, hollyberry, pure vanilla, white lily (not really x reader but uh you can think of it like that if u wanna this is mostly just a random au tho)

summary: how do the ancients react to the new superhero in town?

warningns: mentions of fighting, possibly ooc golden cheese/white lily? (written before their release), also not proofread sorry im tired

confused at first. also very suspicious of the new hero. just who is this cookie, and what are their intentions?

he tries to uncover the identity of this strange hero, but to no avail.

after a few months, he eventually gets used to the presence of the hero. as long as they aren't causing too much trouble, he doesn't have a problem with them.

he does find it a bit annoying whenever spider-cookie gets slammed into the side of the citadel by doctor octopus cookie during a battle though.

as soon as the new superhero shows up, she's interested.

she really wants to know who spider-cookie really is, but of course, she can't find any solid evidence that could lead to their identity, which leaves her a little frustrated.

sometimes she can't help but wonder why exactly spider-cookie decided to use their powers to help the city, but she's not complaining, soooo....

cheers (rather loudly) whenever spider-cookie ends up triumphant after a long and fierce battle against the spot. also gives the hero a high-five if she has time after the battle.

she's surprised when the hero shows up for the first time, but she certainly welcomes them with open arms.

she tries to ask spider-cookie directly who they really are, but, obviously, the hero keeps their identity secret. she doesn't really mind, through, as long as they continue to keep the city safe.

she tries to get to know the cookie. she's curious as to what they're like and why they decided to use their power for good (and if they'll be her drinking buddy).

after spider-cookie wins an arduous battle, she can't help but have a feast in their honor to celebrate.

very confused when spider-cookie first shows up. like who?? are you??? why?? do you have spider powers??? h U H????????

he is happy that the new superhero is helping take care of criminals though. it makes him less stressed while he's working.

he does get a bit curious about who the mysterious hero really is, but he knows not to butt into other cookies' business.

he does get a bit worried whenever spider-cookie has to fight a villain, but he knows the hero is plenty capable of defeating them.

confused and surprised when the hero shows up for the first time. also a bit concerned, since she's not really sure what spider-cookie's intentions are.

she tries to figure out the identity of spider-cookie of course, but obviously she can't find any leads.

after a little over a year since the hero showed up, she eventually gets used to the hero being around the city. of course, she's still a bit suspicious of them, but she figures that if they wanted to do something bad, they would have done it by now.

she's always happy whenever the hero defeats a villain though. it makes the city safer and makes her work easier.

Dan Heng watched as you pointed out a pair of matching bracelets, your eyes lighting up. "Aren't these cute?" You asked as you showed them off to him. "I think they suit you. Would you like to buy them?" He responded. You beamed at him. "Yeah! Then we can match!" You said, giggling.

"Wait, you want to give one to me?" Dan Heng asked, surprised. "Well, yeah, of course!" Why wouldn't I? I love you!" You inquired, gently poking his cheek. "I thought you were going to buy them both for yourself?" He said, confusion laced in his tone.

"Pfft, no! I want them because I think they'd look cute on us both!" You laughed. "Well, alright, if you insist..." Dan Heng blushed at your statement. You grinned and held his hand as you went to pay for the matching items.

Several weeks later, Dan Heng is comfortably wearing the bracelet you gave him as he read peacefully. That is, peacefully until he heard a familiar voice teasingly saying, "Ooh! That bracelet looks new! Did a certain someone give it to you?"

He promptly hit March 7th with his book before going back to reading it.

Celebrating Your Birthday Headcanons

various genshin, hsr, and cookie run guys x gn!reader (alhaitham, diluc, dottore, kaveh, dan heng, sampo, almond cookie, capsaicin cookie, captain caviar cookie, dark choco cookie)

summary: it's your birthday! how do they celebrate it with you? (author's birthday special post aaaa)

warnings: physical touch, mentions of food, brief mention of dottore's experiments, maybe ooc(?), not proofread, i think that's all but if it's not lmk ill add :)

never forgets your birthday. always makes sure to finish work before the day so that he can spend the entire day with you.

prepares everything beforehand. when u wake up the whole living room is decorated for you. you have no idea where he stores the decorations in the meantime.

buys you a bunch of things that reminded him of you. also gets you things that he remembers you saying you liked and things that he noticed you staring at in the store windows.

very very sweet on your birthday. gives you lots of hugs and affection. still likes to tease you though.

makes sure nothing comes between you and him on your special day <3

buys you anything and everything you could ever want ever.

makes your birthday cake himself. it's the best cake you've ever had. he keeps the recipe a secret though.

takes a day off for once so that he can give you all the attention you could ever want from him.

also very affectionate. he wants to show you just how much he appreciates you <3

seeing you so happy with the gifts he gives you makes him glad as well. one of his rare smiles spreads out on his face when he sees how excited you get about your presents from him.

very eccentric gift giver. the gifts he gives you can vary from a beautiful necklace he saw at a shop to a human heart extracted from one of his test subjects. you appreciate the thought he puts into the gifts, though.

very clingy throughout the day. doesn't want to leave your side at all. wants to show you all the affection. forces a segment to deal with his duties if he has to.

likes to tell you stories to make you smile. whether it's old fairytales or stories from his lifetime, he likes telling you about anything that he thinks will pique your interest.

explains what his thought process was when he chose each of your gifts. whether it be an item that made him think of you or something from his experiments he thought you mind find interesting, he tells you the story behind all of them <3

spends his entire life savings on gifts for you. also hand-makes gifts after he runs out of mora.

he gets all excited whenever he sees you happy about something he gave you. seeing you happy makes him happy too <33

tries to bake a cake for you, but he accidentally added the wrong ingredient in the mix. and then burned it. you two went out and bought a cake instead.

very very clingy and affectionate too. he doesn't want anything to ruin your special day!

doesn't know shit about gift giving but he tries his best. gets very conflicted on what to get for you but eventually settles on buying you little trinkets he thinks you might be interested in.

he got you cupcakes instead of an actual birthday cake because the store ran out. it's ok though because they're decorated very cute and they taste amazing.

likes to stargaze with you while you guys eat the cupcakes. likes listening to you talk about random things while you two are looking at the stars together <3

he's very new to romance but he tries his best to be as affectionate and sweet to you as he can on your birthday <33

bought a bunch of the most random things. says that while they all may be very different items, they each reminded him of you.

bakes you a very extravagant cake. im talking like a three-layer fully decorated with a bunch of little details type of cake. you feel a little bad for eating it considering how much work he put into it, but it tastes amazing.

one of the most affectionate. gives you ALL the attention and affection. gives you little kisses everywhere <3

takes you out to anywhere you might want to go, whether its shopping together or going to a restaurant. he also covers all the fees and payments.

takes the day off and gets all his work done in advance so that he's able to spend the entire day with you. makes it very clear to the detective agency that he will not accept any cases on that day.

he likes to get you little trinkets that he thinks you'll like. he also makes small little tokens that you can put in your pocket so it's as if you have a piece of him with you wherever you go <3

walnut cookie also gets you gifts :) she gets you things that, according to her dad, seem like they would interest you. her and almond cookie made the cake together <3

the three of you have a family dinner at your favourite restaurant. covers all the payments for you. he wants you to have a good time :)

he's so happy to see you so happy and excited on your birthday. he has an affectionate smile on his face practically the entire day.

hand-makes most of your gifts, but also buys some things he think you would particularly enjoy. claims that hand-made gifts are more valuable because they're one-of-a-kind :)

attempted making a cake for you. several times. burnt it each time. reluctantly went out to buy a cake instead after the seventh fail.

also one of the most affectionate. he is constantly giving you hugs and kisses throughout the entire day. he wants to make sure that you know how much he appreciates you <33

also takes you out wherever. will do whatever you want with you. he just really likes going on dates with you :)

gifts you fun little treasures he finds on his voyages <3 whether its a big pearl or a shiny gold necklace, he gives you everything.

also hand-makes a lot of gifts. likes making you little trinkets that are small enough for you to fit in your pocket and remind you of him, even when he's away on a voyage.

He always feared that something like this might happen.

He watched, eyes widening, as you were slashed across your forehead, the wound cutting deep and making you bleed. This was dangerous. Negative thoughts filled his mind, all of them racing, going by at the speed of light. He had to finish the enemies off for you. He had to protect you from any further harm. He had to get you to a healer, and soon. He had to-

"Is that all you got?" Your words snapped him out of his frenzy. You readied your weapon once more. Wait, you couldn't possibly be trying to continue fighting despite your current state, could you? There was no way you were in any shape to keep going.

"Step back, dearest. You can't keep fighting like this," Dan Heng tried warning you, but to no avail. "Don't worry, I promise I can handle this," you said, glancing at him for a brief moment before turning your attention back to the enemy before you. "I really don't think you should-" Dan Heng's words were cut short by you charging at an enemy, slashing it and finishing it off. Before Dan Heng could protest any further, you were already striking the final villain, beating it relentlessly until it finally perished.

You wore a proud grin and marched back to your boyfriend's side. "See? Told ya I could handle-" Suddenly, a coughing fit overtook you, causing you to grab onto Dan Heng for support. Worriedly, he pat your back in an attempt to help you stop.

"Let's get you to a healer, quickly," Dan Heng said as he swiftly picked you up and carried you. "I- *cough* I don't need-" "Yes, you do. Now, stop being so stubborn and let's get out of here. And don't pull any stunts like that again," Dan Heng lectured you.

"Please, promise me you won't put yourself in danger like that again."

Well, he certainly didn't expect this.

Jing Yuan knew how strong you were, which was precisely why he asked for you to accompany him into this battle. However, it seemed as though he had underestimated the strength of the enemies, for one of them had caught you off guard and slashed through your side, greatly wounding you. He had to get you out of here, and fast.

"My dear, I think it would be best if you left the rest of this for me to handle," he called out to you. However, you stood your ground. "I'm not giving up that easily!" You yelled as you charged at an enemy, killing it. While Jing Yuan certainly admired your courage, he couldn't help but worry the longer your wound bled out.

"Darling, please, allow me to handle this! You are seriously injured!" He shouted, hoping you would listen, though it was a futile attempt. You readied your weapon. "I'm not backing dow- Ugh! " You grunted in pain as you were suddenly hit in the chest, the force of it sending you flying backwards until you hit the ground.

Before you could retort any further, Jing Yuan stepped in front of you, defending you from any further assault. With just a few slashes, he finished off the remaining villains before returning to your side, worry visible in his features. "You need to see a medic immediately," he said, carefully picking you up so that he could carry you.

"Please, my darling, never do something like that again."
