As you walk into the BAU for the day, a paperwork day to be specific, you see Jack in Aaron’s office. It immediately makes you smile, which you are grateful for considering you were extremely exhausted from the lack of sleep you got last night.

You and Aaron have been dating for 2 months and haven’t told anyone on the team yet. You’ve spent plenty of nights at Aaron which included spending time with Jack aswell, which you loved.

You make your way to your desk and set down all your belongings, greeting the rest of the team. You make your way up to Aarons office, knocking before entering.

“Y/N,” Jack shouts as you walk in, running over to give you a hug. “Hi Jack,” you say with a smile.

“What are you doing here,” you ask him.

“I don’t have school today so daddy said I could come with him to work!”

“ohooo fun,” you tell him. He walks back over to the couch to continue working on his drawing.

You sit in the chair across from Aaron and give him a small smile. “You alright,” he asks you with concern laced in his voice.

“just a rough night but im better now that I get to see you and Jack,” you tell him honestly. He reaches across his desk and takes your hand into his.

“I should go get started on my paperwork and let you finish yours,” you say with a frown as you stand up and make your way towards your desk.

Emily’s desk is directly across from yours so you always talk to her about the most random things, especially on days where you guys are doing paperwork.

“I went on a date last night.”

“oh my- tell me more Em,” you say excitedly.

“He lives in my apartment complex, and he finally asked me out. We went out to dinner and it was so fun I loved it,” she tells you happily.

“aww Em i’m so happy for you. What’s his name?”

“His names Tyler and he’s an occupational therapist, he’s so so nice.”

“this is so exciting,” you tell her with a smile on your face. “I know, i’m so happy,” she says.

After you guys wrap up your conversation, you all start working on your paperwork. You look up as you see Aaron and Jack walk out of his office.

Jack runs up to you and says quite loudly, “when’s the next time you’re coming over to have a sleepover with me and daddy?”

Everyone looks up from their paperwork, smiles flooding their faces.

Penelope just so happened to be standing next to Derek’s desk, speaking to him. She was the first to say something.

“OMG Y/N AND HOTCH AWWW WHY DIDNT YOU TELL US?!”

You giggle at her response as Aaron and Jack stand next to you.

“why didn’t you tell me y/n this is so exciting!” Emily says with a big smile on her face.

The entire team was so happy for you and this was a big stress reliever for you both.

“We’ve been dating for two months, we just wanted to see how things went before telling you all,” Aaron says with a smile as he puts his arm around you.

“i’m happy for you,” JJ says happily.

“so am I,” Derek says.

“good for you guys,” Rossi tells you both.

You smile at all of their responses, feeling so much better knowing you don’t have to sneak around anymore.

“Thanks guys,” you both say happily.

“Now if you would excuse us, i’m gonna take my girlfriend and my son out for lunch.”

“you go guys haha!” Penelope says.

The three of you walk to the elevator and enter when it opens. “I didn’t mean to tell them,” Jack says with a frown.

“no no no buddy don’t worry about it. You didn’t mean too and we’re so glad they know,” Aaron reassure his son as he kneels down to be on the same eye level with him.

“we’re so happy Jack don’t apologize for anything,” you tell him softly.

Aaron stood back up and engulfed him in a hug. He kissed your forehead.

You were all happy and could finally be open with your relationship.

“Wheels up in thirty, Penelope, you're coming with us.” Hotch says as he leaves the meeting room, the others following behind him. The idea of getting on a plane to Anchorage, Alaska for nearly eight hours practically made your teeth hurt. Spencer looks over at you with concern and when you nod at him he gets the message that you just need a second to prepare for the trip.

After a few minutes you gather the mental strength to leave the room and head over to the coffee machine where Spencer now stood with both your go bags and a new packet of gum. Once you get to him he hands you your usual honeycomb hot chocolate, the honeycomb syrup being a gift from rossi for christmas three years ago that you had fallen in love with, once you had run out he had wordlessly replaced it and had done the same since, you tried leaving him the money for it on his desk at first but it just ended up back on you own with a sticky note saying “stop it :) '' So you gave up, saving the sticky note in the box within your desk, knowing ordinarily he wouldn't put a smiley face on it but he didnt want you to misconstrue his tone. “C'mon you two love birds, we gotta get to the jet” Derek announces as he walks across the room encouraging Spencer and you two follow.

Once you had settled on the jet you settled into your usual spot in the four seater next to the window with Spencer on your right. You pull his hand onto your lap and just start to mindlessly fidget with his fingers while you wait for the others to join you. He carried fidget toys in his bag for you but generally you used his hands or if you were alone he would hand you his tie, it brought you more comfort and less attention in public they had quickly become your most common and favoured stims.

The flight had been incredibly overstimulating, as they normally were but this was an eight hour flight of pure hell. Spencer tried his best to help once you had discussed the case, you had gone off to the jet's sofa bed where Spencer had promptly laid on top of you to act as a makeshift weighted blanket, a normal sight to the team at this point.

You were sent to the station with Spencer and Emily to start from there while the others went to the crime scenes. You had no real idea whether the local police were going to welcome you or if you were going to walk into a blue wall of resistance. “Do you two want to stop by a coffee shop before we go in?” Emily suggests to which you both eagerly agree given the jet coffees are intolerable to you and barely drinkable to the rest. You did go in but there were so many people including some crying children, a massive trigger for your misophonia, that you nearly cried standing in line, spencer had gently put his arm around you and guided you out giving emily a small nod when she asked if you would have hot chocolate knowing spencer carried a mini bottle of the honeycomb syrup in his bag, while you covered your ears and closed your eyes fully trusting spencer to get you out before you shut down.

Once you arrived at the station it was the worst of the options, none of the officers wanted to cooperate with the FBI, let alone any women. You were given flack all day, no one wanted to do anything that was asked of them unless it was by the men. You were able to stand up for yourself and argue with them as much as was needed but it was exhausting and coupled with everything else it meant by the late evening when the officers had mostly gone home you were non verbal and entirely reliant on Spencer to help.

You stood intentionally opposite sides of the room so Spencer could see where your eyes went and how you tapped, you had pretty much come up with your own morse code over the years. He told the team what you had come up with, what you agreed with and what you didn't but also he knew what you needed, he handed you hot chocolates and coffees when he knew you wanted one just from a glance at your mug or the machine, he handed you over the papers you needed as you looked across the table. Anything you needed or wanted he gave you pretty much immediately, normally it would be the same on your end, you two worked in sync on any given day but on days like today he was your rock that stopped you from hitting an absolute crash and burn.

Are You Flirting With Me?

To everyone on the team, it was blindingly obvious. You playfully flirted with JJ, Emily, Derek, and Aaron. Spencer noticed that. It’s just who you were, and that was apparent from the moment you joined the team. However, the difference was that those people were in on the joke, they reciprocated with the same playfulness. When you began flirting with Spencer and didnt get that reaction, you were baffled. You focussed your flirting on just him, and it made no difference, he still had absolutely no idea. Sometimes the things you said had the power to fluster him, but that wasnt because he recognised you were flirting, it was usually because you were complimenting him with so much confidence that he didnt feel he could argue with you, so he was stuck in a socially awkward limbo. You didnt understand how he wasnt clocking on, no matter what you did. By spending more time flirting with Spencer, you were spending more time with him in general, and you made an effort to get to know him in order to try and figure out the route of his obliviousness. Eventually, you realised that nobody had ever flirted with him so obviously, and he didnt understand it.

For example, there was that one morning when Spencer ran into work late.

“Where’ve you been, kid?” Derek asked.

Without a second thought, you said. “Probably tired after last night, right Spence?” With a wink. The entire team shook their heads and laughed, understanding what you were suggesting.

But Spencer just frowned and asked. “What happened last night?”

Every morning you flustered him with a compliment, but he still managed a composed reply.

“Mornin’ handsome!”

“Good morning, (Y/N).”

“Hey gorgeous!”

“Hi, (Y/N).”

“What’s cookin’ good lookin’?”

“Nobody is supposed to be cooking in the building, but I’d place my money on Rossi, and he’s probably cooking something very good.”

“Ooh, someone’s lookin’ fine as hell today!”

“Who?”

It was infuriating, but you accepted the challenge. However, spending so much time with Spencer led to an unfortunate development; you started to fall for him. And by extension, more weight was added to your flirting, because you had a goal. So you studied him, profiled him to the best of your ability. After some time, you figured out what you needed to do. Spencer was old school and a total bookworm, so modern flirting techniques are utterly lost on him. You needed to use what you knew to your advantage, and do some research.

First, you contacted a newspaper company. Given your credentials, they gave you permission to do what you asked. And the following week, you strolled into work ever so casually, whistling to draw attention to just how casual you were being. In your hand was a newspaper, which you were very dramatically waving around. This captured the attention of everyone, including Doctor Spencer Reid, as you hoped it would. Continuing your casual stroll, you walked over to his desk and dropped the newspaper in front of him. He frowned and looked at the page it was folded on. It took him less then 10 seconds to find it.

“(Y/N) is an eligible bachelorette who loves catching serial killers, and is looking for a date with someone special!”

You’d read that in the 1970’s, people put advertisements in the paper in the same way people today have tinder profiles, in search of partners. Considering this was a flirting method from the 1970’s, you had hope, but it was short lived.

“Wow (Y/N)! It’s great that you’re putting yourself out there, and in a way that avoids social media! Congratulations!” Spencer cheered as he passed the newspaper back to you and walked over to the coffee machine.

You closed your eyes in a pained blink and fell against the wall dramatically.

“Keep trying, pretty girl!” Derek called, and you sighed.

It was back to the drawing board after that. You spent weeks studying the art of hand fan motions, a method of European flirting from the 16th Century. But when you brought a hand fan into the office in the middle of Winter, all Spencer had to say was “I dont think this is the appropriate weather for a fan”. You felt beyond defeated, and you were seriously considering giving up. Until you overheard something.

While attempting to fall asleep on the jet, Spencer Reid began telling a joke. But it wasnt any joke, it was a science joke. You had a lightbulb moment.

On the way into work the next day, you rehearse the lines over and over in your head, exactly as you had done the night before once you got home.

“Hey Spencer!” You call, and you notice that referring to his name shocks him more than you complimenting him, that’s a good start.

“Hi (Y/N), are you ok?” He asks curiously, not needing to be a profiler to see how visibly excited you are.

“Yep! Fantastic! But I have a question that I need your help answering!” You blurt out hurriedly, and loudly enough to draw the attention of the rest of the team.

“What is it?” Spencer raises an eyebrow and leans forward in his seat, emphasising how keen he is to ‘help’ answer your ‘question’.

“I was wondering if you like science? Because I‘ve had my ion you for some time.” You effortlessly recite.

Spencer’s eyes widen.

You continue hurriedly. “I’ve got more! You must have a high current because I cant seem to resist you! I wish that I could re-arrange the periodic table so that Uranium and Iodine were next to each other! You must have been born in an open cluster because you shine like a young star! My heart’s luminosity increases when you are around!” You tick off every single line from the website you found the previous night, a checklist forming in your head.

Spencer chuckles, hanging his head with a smile on his face. He shakes his head and looks back up at you.

“Are you flirting with me?”

You breathe the biggest sigh of relief, hold your arms out at your sides and fall to the floor as the entire team applauds and cheers.

“Why are you on the floor?” Spencer asks, still laughing in a state of disbelief at how dramatic this situation is.

“You finally noticed! Yes, Doctor Spencer Reid, I am flirting with you, and have been for the past year.” You explain, feeling beyond exhausted as all your effort finally has a purpose.

“Was that why you referred to 20th and 16th Century methods of flirting?” He questions.

You sit up to star at him with a dead-pan expression. “Spencer, if you continue to bring up my previous methods and admitting you understood them, Im going to punch you in the face.”

He laughs. “Understood! So, I take it this means you’d like to go out to dinner?”

And naturally, you throw your arms in the air and shout “YES!”

Esteban Ocon praised his Alpine team after scoring his first podium finish since 2021 in the Monaco Grand Prix. He started the race from third on the grid and finished there despite making two pits stops – once to switch to medium tyres and another when ran began to fall, to his intermediates. Ocon’s result is a major boost for the team which was sharply criticised by CEO Laurent Rossi during the last race weekend in Miami. Adrien Agreste =/= Sociopath - About Adrien Salt

I've seen a lot of posts going around about Adrien being a sociopath or the other (harasser, abuser...etc.)

What I find most of those posts lacking is looking at the big picture, or just zeroing in on certain moments of the show and even disregarding the context of those selected moments to unfairly rule judgement on a child (in canon) no less.

Definition of sociopath: A sociopath is a term used to describe someone who has antisocial personality disorder (ASPD). People with ASPD can’t understand others’ feelings. They’ll often break rules or make impulsive decisions without feeling guilty for the harm they cause.

People with ASPD may also use “mind games” to control friends, family members, co-workers, and even strangers. They may also be perceived as charismatic or charming.

We have to analyze the context and the surroundings Adrien is in.

Family, social life, relationships (platonic and romantic), personality, age, environment...etc.

Family:

We know Adrien has a father who is controlling, preferring to micro-manage every aspect of his son's life to continue to have a semblance of control at all times. We assume (heavily implied in the show), that his mother was kind, warm and emotional (whether that emotional is the "out-there" kind her twin sister has, it remains to be seen.)

According to a snippet from "Simon Says", Adrien also has "Quite a temper, you remind me of someone" according to Gabriel's own words, we can assume the "someone" is Emilie, Gabriel says this when Chat Noir refused to follow his orders and told him to basically "get off his high horse". In this context, anyone who defies Gabriel in such a way would either be branded as "disobedient" or to "have quite a temper".

According to Adrien himself in "Adrien's Double Life" (from Miraculous Secrets) he describes being Chat Noir as "...I can finally do whatever I want to do, say whatever comes to mind." He doesnt feel as restricted and controlled since that's the one aspect of his life his father has no knowledge of.

Social life:

Adrien has had no or very little interaction with peers.

Evidence: Chloe being his childhood friend. Felix commenting on Chloe's appearance in the video she sent for Adrien's birthday, saying "Chloe. Just as annoying as usual." suggests he knows her from before, maybe even as early on as their childhood days.

This makes Felix and Chloe the only kids, of spoiled and rich background, with whom Adrien interacted.

Felix is shown to be good at manipulating people and keeping up appearances (potentially connected to insecurities within the family? Not confirmed), Chloe is openly mean and bullies others (with underlying insecurities also connected to her parents).

The only positive adult (if Gorilla isn't as involved and Nathalie had been solely Gabriel's secretary and not Adrien's caretaker since there was Emilie) in Adrien's life would be his mother, who also fell into a coma during Adrien's formative years (and still during a time where he's figuring himself and his emotions out: puberty), leaving him with his father.

Moving on, even if the writer's sometimes may not always successfully show Adrien being awkward in social interactions, it doesnt mean they dont exist.

This interaction between him and Marinette, asking for her autograph, very formal in his question, awkward in posture:

He's picked up on some speech patterns from his frequent interactions with Nino ("dude", "Hey man." "Totally dude.") showing he's, like many people, mimicking his friend's behavior and speech to grow more favorably in their eyes.

The same pattern can be observed with Gabriel and Adrien: Adrien adopts his father's formal speech whenever talking to him, since that appeases him.

Adrien has had very limited friendly interactions with his peers, romantic interactions are basically non-existent. The scenes where Adrien is being chased by his fans, who obsessively adore him, cant be linked to Adrien experiencing healthy romantic contact (Lila doesn't count since she only uses Adrien to further her goals). Marinette doesn't count since Adrien's isn't even aware of her romantic feelings for him. (Again, difficulties picking up social cues due to only ever being homeschooled > limited social contact with peers)

So no, in my humble opinion, Adrien sometimes doesn't understand other people's feelings not because he's a sociopath, but because he's an awkward kid with very little experience about making friends and having healthy relationships with them.

Relationships:

Let's be direct here: Gabriel is an abusive as*hole.

If the writer's wanted to show Gabriel struggling or having remorse for his actions being Hawkmoth and putting his son through danger, well... They blew it. "Gorizilla" was a 5 second reaction of Hawkmoth showing concern after letting Adrien fall from a skyscraper. Applause. After that? Not much.

Nathalie: Adrien likes, she takes care of him, his schedule, was the one to convince Gabriel to let him attend public school. There are moments in the show where she softens up towards Adrien, but always carries that air of professionalism on her to (possibly, assumption) not grow too close. Gorilla is...Gorilla, but at least the man tries with his nonverbal support and affectionate grunts. Lol.

Gabriel: He loves his father. It's his parent, after all. However, Adrien's reactions to him are vastly different than to how he reacts when thinking of his mother. He shows signs of fear (tensing up, growing obedient...etc.), he excuses his father's excessive controlling tendencies to just be "he's just worried about me", "that's the way he always was", "father cares and protects me". Adrien shows to be frequently disappointed with Gabriel, one of the first scenes being that Gabriel couldn't attend parent's day at school, Adrien was talking on the phone alone in the school hallway. He was genuinely surprised by the blue scarf his father gifted him (not knowing it was Marinette), since all he used to get were pens (again, not even from Gabriel, but Nathalie). This is my assumption but: Adrien has previously begged his father to go outside more or attend public school, but this time it worked only because Nathalie managed to convince him.

Friends from school: Nino is his best friend, Adrien seems to be good friends with Alya too, basically everyone in class, with varying degrees of closeness. Chloe is a childhood friend whom Adrien is fond of but also grows exasperated with and corrects her behavior if she's too harsh.

Marinette: likes and respects her, but can't read her well or at least when he thinks he's got her figured out, she claims the opposite. Marinette has been sending mixed signals, on one hand even making Adrien believe (and fear) they weren't friends. "Chat Blanc" contrary to popular belief, showed that Adrien is delighted at the prospect of Marinette being Ladybug (he'd severe doubts when Chloe or anyone else was brought up as a possible option).

Kagami: likes her, respects her, admires her fencing skills, learned to have fun hanging out with her and playing as kids usually do since she also has a controlling parent and they both know some ways/tricks around their boundaries to sneak off and meet their friends. Adrien and Kagami have similarities in that respect, Gabriel pushing Adrien to be a model, Mrs. Tsurugi pushing Kagami to be a master fencer.

Lila: At first defended her, was friendly towards her since she was a new student from overseas he sympathized because surely it would be lonely? The new girl would need a friend who supported her through all this things that were new for him too. However, as soon as he caught wind of Lila's schemes, he changes his tune. He feels uncomfortable around her overstepping his boundaries, expresses anger when Lila accused Marinette of crimes she didn't commit and even makes a deal with her to not bother Marinette again (but use him instead, doing photoshoots together...etc.) to keep her safe.

Age:

A 14-15 year old, having lost his mother, the only positive, healthy relationship in his life. Surrounded by a controlling father, not much free time, many extracurricular activities and being a superhero alongside Ladybug.

Some of the signs of being a sociopath include: Breaking rules and being impulsive.... Didn't Ladybug do those too?

Breaking the rules: (since LB and Marinette are the same) stealing phones, sneaking into places where she shouldn't, using the miraculous for personal gain (latest example: getting Kagami away from Adrien), giving Adrien the snake miraculous due to personal preference instead of drawing logical conclusions. Sneaked into the Agreste mansion.

Impulsiveness: Marinette's daily fantasies (sharing a future life with Adrien and their hamster-who-must-not-be-named), when Lila's "precious family heirloom necklace" was "stolen", Marinette was quick to include her classmates in the list of potential perpetrators for it (without ill intent, but still..)

You know who the real potential sociopath in the show is?

Gabriel

Some of you might include Lila too (since she fits all the criteria for being a sociopath), but the key difference is: Lila is still just a kid.

We don't know much about her family life. Just that her mother is busy with work, we don't know where her father is, who her friends were/if she even had them. She might be lying and manipulating people to follow her own agenda, but she thrives in attention, when people notice and praise her. In some aspects, that could've been Adrien. With one neglectful parent, a missing parent, no friends (prior to going to school)...etc. There is also a lot we don't know about her.

Fire brings death

Station 19 x criminal minds crossover

You're the oldest daughter to Pruitt Herrera. You were once a firefighter, going to school as you worked. You graduated just as you became a lieutenant. After a few more years you joined the BAU.

The team became your family, just like the fire station once was, still is. Derek became your brother figure. He knew Spencer had a crush on you and continuously pushed him to ask you out.

Eventually Spencer did. It started off as grabbing coffee before work, then grabbing dinner after work. The dates became you both spending time together on your days off, even Hotch was betting on when you'd get together. Rossi won the bet.

Eventually you and Spencer did get together. Your father was happy you found someone. He liked Spencer, the random facts kept him on his toes. After a few years you moved in together. You were happy, extremely happy. The two of you got married, and your dad walked you down the aisle. Your sister managed to hold her happy tears in but your dad was a sobbing mess.

You knew about your father's cancer, he called you personally, you kept pushing him to tell Andy about it, to tell her about how much time he had left.

When Andy gets married you head to Seattle to be there for her, and to convince your dad to go. You stay for a week to spend time with your dad, sister, and your new brother-in-law. The day before you leave Hotch calls you and tells you theres a case that's taking them to Seattle.

You're talking to an officer when your team arrives. "Ryan would've loved working alongside you Herrera." You can just smile not yet seeing your team, and honestly Spencer is kind of jealous, "Its kind of weird to be here without Ryan making some smart ass comment."

When everyone gets a break you take Spencer to one of your favorite coffee shops for lunch. As you're waiting Spencer asks, "Who's Ryan?" "What?" "When we got to the station you and the officer were talking about a Ryan." You look at his face before understanding what's happening. You start chuckling, "Spence are you jealous?" He starts stuttering and you explain, "Ryan was a family friend. We were neighbors our whole lives basically. He had a giant crush on my sister." Spencer looks down slightly embarrassed and you softly grab his face, "He died not too long ago. He always made smart remarks about me being a firefighter turned fed." When he stays quiet you give him a quick kiss before grabbing your order and teasing him, "Jealousy is kind of cute on you Mr Reid." He mumbles making you laugh harder, "I'll show you adorable Mrs Reid."

When the case was finished your dad invited everyone to a dinner, happy to have both of his daughters free, even if it was for the night. Your dad had to personally go to your hotel to invite your team. The evening was filled with laughter as your team and the fire station have a wonderful evening filled with laughter.

The next day you and your team are at the police station to finish off some left over paperwork when you get a call. You're happy to hear one of your dads friends voice but quickly grow confused when he tells you to grab a radio and what station to turn it to. Keeping the phone on your ear you look for a police radio and change the station hearing the chatter from, doctors, police and firefighters. You hang up when you hear Mayas voice. "What's going on?" You can only shake your head at Hotchs question as your eyes stay focused on the radio, "I dont. I dont know." You're running for the door when you hear the words leave Mayas mouth, "Captain Herrera is on the roof."

Morgan is faster than you and grabs the keys out of your hand. When you get to the scene you can see your dad hacking away at the roof. You immediately push through everyone to get to Maya. "Maya!" She can only look at you and shake her head, silently telling you she tried. With a quick second Morgan and Spencer are pulling you off of the side of the truck, "Y/N no!" "Someone has to get him down! He won't listen to anyone else." No one says anything when your voice cracks, everyone understanding what's about to happen.

Spencer traps you in his arms. The only thing anyone can do is watch. When the roof caves in, the only thing you can do is put your face into your husband's neck and grip his sweater as tears pour down your face. Spencer looks at the team to see them staring at the two of you with sadness for you on their faces. This being one of the few times anyone's seen you unhappy.

You mumble into Spencer's chest, but he can hear you clearly, "I never got to tell him." He can only rub your back in comfort. When the firefighters come out Andy stops seeing you and is about to ask what you're doing there but stops, staring at something behind you. You look and see your dads hat sitting on the truck, you look at her and only nod. A second goes by before shes running out of Sullivan's arms and into yours.

Everything stays quiet, as a sign of respect for your father. When your father's body is brought out on a gurney, your sisters still in your arms, your husbands behind you, and everyone including your team surrounding the gurney at a respectful distance. Mayas the only one who can bring herself to say something. "We should. We should say some words... Out of respect." It stays quiet until Sullivan speaks up, "He was a respected man. An amazing captain, an amazing man. He sacrificed his life so we could live, so we could continue sacrificing ours to save lives. He was a legacy, that we can only live up to." You can feel eyes on you and your sister as it gets quiet. You speak up as your head rests on top of Andy's, "He was stubborn. I can hear him now saying he was going to die anyways. He did something not many people would've. He wasn't just our dad, he was everyone's, if someone got in trouble we all did. That's who he was. He was never going to let cancer take him out. He went out on his own terms, doing something he loved. And I'm sure he appreciated the time he spent with everyone here even if most of it was him yelling at us."

That night Spencer watches as you sit on one of the chairs in your hotel room, the rest of your team had to go back home but you and Spencer were given the clear to stay for a couple days. Spencer's on the phone with Penelope, "How's she doing?" "Shes. Uh. She. She misses her dad." "Give her our love and support, we'll see you guys when you get back."

Spencer makes his way to you crouching in front of you and taking your hands in his, "You should get some sleep." You can only look at him with tears in your eyes, you look exactly like your dads favorite picture of you. A picture Spencer memorized the first time he saw it. A baggy hoodie and some leggings, and your wavy hair brushed but in a mess. "I never got to tell him." Spencer can only sigh and run his thumb along your cheek as the tears start falling again, "There was three things he wanted out of life. To be a firefighter, and he was an amazing one. He wanted to walk his daughters down the aisle and he did. But he never got to have grandchildren. And now. He's gonna miss it. I never even got the chance to tell him." "He'll be there in spirit. In stories. In your memories. He'll always be there." Your crying gets harder and you have to talk in between breaths, "I know we have friends. But who am I going to call. When the baby wont go to sleep in the middle of the night. Or when it wont eat. Hes not going to be there when I'm in labor and scared out of my mind. He wont be able to buy. One of those grandpa favorites onesies or spoil it rotten. Theres so many things that's not gonna happen. And now. Now it just feels like I can't breathe. And I don't know what to do."

Spencer stands up and pulls you with him, pulling you into his chest. He rubs your back as he speaks into your hair, "Just breathe baby. It's hard right now. I know. But with time everything will be fine. You'll learn to live with just his memory, and you'll tell this baby memories as you show them pictures as they grow up. Your father won't be forgotten."

In the morning Sullivan calls you, telling you your sister wont sleep. That's shes just staring at the wall. Spencer takes you over, the two men sitting in the kitchen drinking tea as you head up to the room. Andy looks at you for a second before her eyes are back on the wall, you sigh and say, "Its really weird that I'm about to climb into the bed you do the deed in." When she cracks a small smile you climb in next to her, a pillow separating the two of you. It takes a second, but she rolls over to face you. "It doesn't feel real." "I know. The only way I can think about it is that he went out on his own terms and not because of the cancer in his balls." She let's out a small laugh, "Did you have to say it like that?" "It got a laugh out of you didnt it?" When she stays quiet you sigh and push the hair out of her face, "Its gonna be weird for a while." "How long?" "Everyone heals different. We might be okay tomorrow. Or it could take us years."

You spend a couple minutes chuckling about small random things your dad did, things he did while you two were growing up. Then the conversation shifts to things you'll miss, things hes going to miss. "I always thought he'd live to see grandchildren." You grab her hand, "How do you think he would've reacted once he found out he'd only have to wait like six more months, if he had the chance?" Andy stops and looks at you, "Are you and Spencer?" You nod with a tearful smile. "I was going to tell him the night of the dinner, but everyone was a little too drunk. I should've. But I didn't want to have to retell him in the morning." Before you know it your sisters arms are wrapped around your neck in a hug.

An hour goes by and your husbands decide to check on the two of you. You're both fast asleep wrapped in each others arms, like you used to do as kids when Andy had a bad dream and didn't want to wake up your dad. "They'll be okay. They have each other." "They have a whole village behind them. They'll still hurt, but they have the support they need to move on and heal."

reid is canonically autistic and bisexual and him and morgan were definitely dating, and savannah was just his beard but then he actually fell for her :(

the maeve plot line was dumb and just a ton of unnecessary trauma for literally everyone, including the viewers

hotch and emily totally could have gotten together but they never did and i respect that
