TTTE Human AU meets Zelda TotK

While playing TotK which is awesome btw I made these three pieces of my Henry wearing these three outfits. The starting look, the Fierce deity armor and the frostbite armor. The first two I actually have. The frostbite one I drew because one my friends was like draw him in that!

(Some lore below)

The sorta lore is that Henry (plus Charlie) got thrown into this world and Henry wants to find his beloved. When he finds out where she is and in what state (if I say more it spoil the game) he loses his will to fight so from the heavens comes the Fierce deity mask. The mask overwrites his good nature and he can kill monsters with no issue. Only when he visits Charlie he takes it off.

I gave him ice powers in the Frosbite armor one because well Kipper.

I hate the term blorbos but here's a list of fictional characters I need to put under a magnifying glass:

theon greyjoy, obviously. he's bisexual he's a mess and the rope chafed him raw!!

alfred tlk!!! the later seasons of the last kingdom are great, but his presence is definitely missed

this list couldn't be here without tomcrom... cromwell (wolf hall series of course). after having read all three books in his voice I just have a permanent cromwell in my head now

shauna shipman (yellowjackets)- she's just soo URGHH. she's in love with her best friend so she has to consume her!!!

honourable mention to waleran and philip from tpote. I love church drama. also I've made a post about this before but I'll have to do a formal post with quotes comparing waleran and cromwell black dog imagery...

The Vows We Make

Newt and Thomas are both raised princes of kingdoms with long running bad blood; the mountain region and the coastal realm. An arranged marriage is meant to put an end to the animosity, only the treaty is a lie - both parties secretly wanting access to the other's kingdom. It might have brought both of them crashing down, but neither Thomas or Newt expected to actually fall in love, and now they have a choice to make. The war they've been raised to fight, or each other and perhaps a better world.

This was first seen Here as a gift in the @mazerunnersecretsanta event 2023. I don't often post, but I'm sharing this via my own blog now Santa reveals have gone live.

This was done for @fandoms-princess who asked for a royalty au and I wanted to do an edit for this but also wanted to flesh out a storyline for it so it had some direction. The idea of warring kingdoms sort of came together after the quote wouldn't leave me alone and I really enjoyed building off of that. (This is another one that has the bare bones of a fic percolating away as a 'hopefully one day' thing).

oh i think about how thomas & o'brien's goodbye went before he left for war. my reality where thomas jokingly suggests that they get married before he goes "for the benefits" in case he dies and o'brien gets quiet and tenderly asks him who he's listing as his next of kin and he's surprised like "you, obviously" and they can't hold eye contact
